This is about astral STDs. Well, you know, the young folks these days are very much acquainted with STDs. They do not stammer when they say it. They are just ‘up on the facts’ … conversant with all that. They know what is what, and they know what to do.
But as far as the astral STDs are concerned, there are very few people that know the facts. It goes like this …
For every person that you have intercourse with, you exchange astral ‘germs’ … astral STDs … the seeds, the samskaras of potential Soul wounding experiences. And so those who … as is the fashion these days … believe in having protected sex with as many partners as possible, or as many as we wish to … then what happens is that, amongst the whole group of our sexual partners, and the sexual partners of our sexual partners … amongst that larger group … there is a glom of astral samskaras; of astral STDs.
You will find, in a group situation like that …
where there is, say, a harem headed by one person … whether the harem consists of men or women, or both,
and in situations of sex clubs, for instance, where the members of the sex club interface with the members of another sex club, and so on
… then in the larger group … the greater constellation of people there … there will be some people who have great Soul wounding, of one variety or another. For instance, they may have experienced serial killing in this lifetime, or in the last, prior lifetime. And so they carry the seeds of future such actions.
When one of them has sex with someone in this larger constellation, then, through fractal dispersal, the samskaras that they carry, transfer to everyone in the group. And the samskaras that the person they have sex with, transfer to that other person, and everyone in his similar, probably overlapping, group … like intersecting circles … subsets.
So, in a group that has a great deal of sexual interaction, what you have is a great many astral STDs.
Now it is easy to imagine this, because, in groups like that, the physical STDs are similar. There is a lot of sharing of STDs. The development of more resistant strains of viruses, and so forth. And so it is just like that, except that it is a question of Soul wounding, rather than physical immune system stressing … astral STDs, aka samskaras, malware, malspeak, karmic miasmic patterning, morphogenetic field distortions, and so on.

Figures for Population Decline Because of the HIV Pandemic in the United States
I have crunched some numbers and come up with some figures for population decline because of the HIV pandemic here in the United States over the next 10 years. I will put the figures in the blog, and I thought I would also put them in the video for my youtube viewers.
Some of the data that I really need … such as the 2016 births and deaths in the United States … are just not available right now. But I do have paired data for births and deaths in the United States as of 2014.
There were 2.626 million deaths in the United States in 2014, as compared to 3.986 million births in the United States then. That would be a 0.8% population growth in the United States in 2014 (a little less than 1%).
And I have figures for population growth as of 2017 in the United States: The figure was, a little less than 1% positive change in population. It is 0.73%. You can compare this to the percent change of population in Africa as of 2017: It was 2.5% positive change. When we say “as of 2017” I believe what is meant is “the most recent data available as of 2017”; that might be 2014 or 2015, for all I know.
Nevertheless, going on what is available, you can see that, in Africa, which is hard hit by the HIV pandemic, there is still a 2.5% population growth, and pretty much steady around that range for the last few years. I believe this has to do with the greater fertility rate in Africa, because it surely does not have to do with better treatment as far as drugs are concerned. Africa is somewhat underserved, compared to the United States, as I understand it, in that respect.
So now to get back to the United States, and the blossoming bell curve here, the following is a conservative estimate … I had first thought it would be much greater; in fact I still think that. But I err on the side of conservatism for the sake of my readers. This is the conservative part:
I am estimating 50% survival rate to puberty for the births that take place in the United States. That is assuming treatment with proper antiviral medications for neonates immediately after birth, if the mother has HIV or AIDS. So, say, a 50% survival rate to puberty, including all children, not just the children with HIV.
If that happens, then what we will have, according to my figures, is 0.2% population decline per year for the next 10 years; in other words, slightly negative population growth. So we should plan for that, and figure out what to do.
Thoughts on Mitigation
Better Treatment Methods. In the meantime, we can also look forward to new discoveries with regard to treatment of the HIV virus, and ways of living that will bolster the immune system, I feel.
Better Growth Rate if We Increase the Birth Rate. Also, we could increase the birth rate here, especially with regard to parents that do not have HIV yet. So that is a possibility; that is something that might be looked forward to.
Possible Lifestyle Changes to Assist Population Growth. And furthermore, I have an idea that I will discuss further on in the video, about a change of lifestyle that might be extremely beneficial.
Thoughts for Parents of Young Children
Advantages of Voluntary, Free Testing in Elementary Schools. I think that we have had a sudden creeping up upon us of this HIV epidemic, and that, of the children reaching puberty right now, almost all of them will have been infected with HIV by the time they reach puberty. That is what I think we will find.
I believe testing has been insufficient. Testing should be freely available, on a volunteer basis, at parents’ request, through schools, at no charge. That would give us a better grasp of the pandemic amongst children.
Advantages of Diagnosing and Treating Children. This is for parents: We need to know whether the children have HIV, because there are treatments available for young people, that would improve their chances of surviving if, in fact, they have HIV.
Thoughts on Targeting of Elementary School Children by the Drug Trade. Further, I would like to just mention to parents that I believe that the drug trade in the United States is marketing to elementary schools right now; maybe even preschools. And I believe that they are soliciting from amongst the economically deprived members of school classes throughout the United States, pushers of drugs who are 8 years of age or so … old enough to be able to hold their own physically in fist fights and so forth, against younger children.
I believe this is a conscious campaign by the drug industry in the United States, to get children hooked very early. The result is that children are often exposed to HIV infection by the people selling narcotics to the children, who often ask the children for sexual favors … this is my intuitive grasp of the situation … They ask these children for sexual favors in return for giving them drugs. And it is the sexual favors that cause the children to be infected with HIV.
Because of the lifestyle of young people today, once one child is infected with HIV in an elementary school, all of the children are at risk of being infected within a year or two. So there’s that for parents to look out for.
Drug-Related Violence and HIV Risk in the Santa Monica Mountains. Here in Los Angeles, my intuition tells me that there are a few other areas of danger zones for parents to know about with regard to their children. One, I think, is the parks, especially the Santa Monica Mountains parks right now.
I have seen evidence of marijuana use in Malibu Creek State Park, near the rock pools, and Top of Reseda Trailhead.
I have also seen one person at Gillette Ranch who, I was told by a ranger at the Malibu Creek State Park kiosk, exhibited the signs of cocaine addiction. Those areas that I have seen or clairly might have drug-related difficulties a included Gillette Ranch, Malibu Creek State Park, and Paramount Ranch. I just have a feeling that there is cocaine use there sometimes now, both during the week and on the weekends, that might result in acts of violence … say, rape … in those areas. So parents should be very careful about letting their children hike unsupervised in those areas both weekdays and weekends.
Because I am an avid hiker and a long-time Sierra Club member, I am very familiar with all the trails around the Santa Monica Mountains.
Possible Sexual Predators at the Victory Trailhead in the San Fernando Valley. And I have noticed, at the west end of Victory Blvd in the San Fernando Valley, the trailhead that goes into the Upper Las Virgenes Open Space Area, there is trouble there, possibly because of the restrooms there, to do with the very young adults from the surrounding neighborhoods being potentially preyed upon … at least, people looking out to do that with them, who appear to be of lower socioeconomic status.
Also, it appears to me, just judging from the years that I was working at UCLA Medical Center in an area by the HIV clinic there at that time (so I am familiar with the look of advanced AIDS), that there may be men, there at that area, who are looking out for the young adult boys with the chance, hopefully, of a sexual encounter which might result in HIV transmission to the youth of that area.
Possible Sexual Predators in Chatsworth Park South, in the San Fernando Valley. And also I have noticed, in Chatsworth Park South, in Chatsworth, in the San Fernando Valley, that there are people either living or lurking in the underbrush, the chaparral in those areas, in places where the young adults, especially young men, play after school.
So I would suggest parents advising their children to exert the utmost caution in regard to hiking and walking in, and exploring and adventuring in, the Santa Monica Mountains and the Santa Susana Mountains, until the danger, which came up in about 2016, I think, is cleared up. There is that.
Also, I have noticed that, in the children’s movie matinees in the San Fernando Valley, it is very important for mothers not to let their young sons go to the restrooms unattended. The young boys, I feel, should use the women’s restroom under the supervision of their mothers if there is no other possibility.
Possible Danger to Young Boys in Matinee and Department Store Restrooms in the San Fernando Valley. That is because I have seen one case, last year, of a young boy at a matinee being afraid to go to the restroom and his mother forcing him to go, not understanding the difficulty that he had apparently encountered before there. And of a young man in his 20s immediately going into the restroom after the child went in. The aspect of the person that went in was what the clair people call ‘predatory’, you know? He was up to no good, it seemed to me. The same sort of danger might be encountered in any bathrooms in urban areas, including those in department stores.
The thing of it is, at times when we think there is no danger, in the great open spaces around here, in a children’s matinee, or the like, parents need to look and see if there is danger. And talk to their children, especially about any close encounters that they have had.
Positive Possible Changes in Lifestyle to Help Stabilize Our Population
And now to move on to positive possible changes in lifestyle that might result in stabilizing our population in the United States in the coming years.
On Very Early Marriage, and Chastity Until First Child Is Born. I had one thought about a lifestyle change that might be helpful. I thought that, if young people were to marry very young, and remain faithful to each other until their first child has been born, then we might be able to stabilize the population despite the increase of HIV virus transmission.
Apparently, children that are born infected with the virus have a short life expectancy (about 9.4 years without any treatment) … too short to expect them to reproduce … and so it is important to conserve the lives of the children that do not have HIV, and to help them have a chance to have a child before they make a lifestyle choice that puts them at greater risk of infection with that virus.
On Parents and Grandparents Helping to Raise Children. I am also thinking that, given the more lax standards of chastity in the world today, it might be a good idea to allow children to have children at a younger age … a very young age … say, soon after they become capable of doing so … and then make the rearing of these children the responsibility and joy of the greater family, including the parents of the children and the children themselves.
On Family-Value-Oriented Solutions. So that is my thought. Probably there are other solutions. But I consider this to be one of the most family-value-oriented solution. I think that in this way we could improve the compassion, the compassionate feeling of family life in America, at a time of relative difficulty with regard to the progress of this pandemic.
On Joy in Childbirth. And we could increase the joy that parents and children feel when the children become pubescent, because their first acts of sexual union would be joyfully anticipated by the family instead of feared. And instead of resulting in abortion, which does cause, in my opinion, great Soul wounding, they would result in rejoicing.
Conclusion

I feel very certain that, as we draw together as communities, all across the United States, we will come to a greater understanding of family values, we will raise the most beautiful children there ever were, and we will stand up strong in the face of adversity, with the courage that it takes to meet this challenge.

This blog is about an often found samskara in the Atlantean Age just now passing, to do with men marrying for a certain reason, with a notion of having sex with many women on the side.
If the wife, on the other hand, remains faithful to her husband, and then finds out about his lack of fidelity, then Soul wounding can result.
Women experience this karmic trap by not being EMF-sensitive enough to know whether their husband’s heart chakra is open and responding to theirs or not … and also, sometimes, through low self-esteem.
A woman who finds herself in such a situation can work on her own self-esteem, and on perfecting her heart energy, and this will change the nature of her relationships, whether with her husband, or with someone new.
Because of the Awakening, people all over Earth are becoming more empathic, and are feeling their own heart energy, as well as that of other people, more clearly. It seems that the women are quicker than the men, during the waves of Awakening, to feel what happens when the actions of their spouse injures their hearts.
Consequently, they ask their husbands to change their behavior, but the spouses may not be ready to do so yet. This can lead to breakups, separations, followed by getting back together at a time when the husband has gotten the downloads for increased empathy and heart sensitivity.
This is where many couples are today: On the brink of never-before-experienced relational intimacy, and much greater fulfillment in their married relationships.

On the topic of samskaras that we are saddled with at birth, I have one for you; this is another one for which I have no solution. But I think a solution is coming up very soon, here on Earth.
This has to do with the notion that many men have, that they will marry a woman for certain means, or certain ends, and then that they will have all the sex they want with all the women in the world, double-oh-seven style anyway. If they marry a woman who is faithful to them … a woman with a good, open heart … what this creates is … You remember that song about a good-hearted woman married to a good-timing man? …
That’s it. And the woman’s heart is very open. But every time the man goes out on her there is what feels to me (as an empath) like these women are experiencing shards of glass scrunching together, or jumping out of their hearts. So there is an injury to the heart energy which is central to the human EMF torus.
Eventually what happens is these women finally catch the gentleman in the act, somehow, and then they leave, feeling betrayed. But the truth of the matter is that the reason they get into these relationships is that they are not EMF-sensitive enough to know whether the man’s heart energy is open enough and responding to theirs, or not.
It is pretty easy to tell, because the process of communication is very different with people like that. And often the woman will find that they are absent at times when she needs for them to be there; for instance, on the weekends, or at the time of month when it is most important for her to have sexual relations they may be gone. Evenings they may be working late. In other words, their behavior will be different from that of the husbands of her neighbors, who come home to their children, and spend the evening with her neighbors’ wives, and so forth.
So there are physical clues as well as energetic clues to being in a relationship like that. One of the things that a woman can work on in a situation like that … as most people probably know … is her own self esteem. A woman who has a very positive outlook on life will soon either change that situation somehow, or else find a situation more pertinent to her higher self esteem.
A woman who works on her heart energy field, especially with her husband, will escape from that trap as well … as will he. However, many men in world cultures today see no reason to change this behavior.
The problem that is coming up with the Great Awakening is that all the people are becoming aware of everyone else’s emotions. We are all becoming clairsentient with regard to other people’s emotions … more empathic; much more empathic. We are feeling other people’s emotions as our own, and we are feeling our own heart energy much more strongly than we used to.
So the first thing that a woman who is in sexual relationship begins to notice is how her heart is aching and hurting, to do with some behavior of her husband. She notices it, and she asks him to change. He is not willing to change. And because the men are getting more empathic more slowly than the women on Earth, the denouement is that she will ask him to leave … And he cannot figure it out; he is acting the same as he always did; what is the big deal? He gets very angry about the whole thing.
So then she forgives him. The come back to living together. And the same thing happens again. But this time he starts to feel how the energy of her heart is responding to his actions … how sad she is; how much she cries; how the energy has changed; and what that does to his energy as well.
So that is where we are today right now: Many men are taking their first steps into true intimacy. I pray for us all during this interlude, that it should go as smoothly as possible for everyone concerned, and that everyone should emerge in happy, mutually caring relationships with each other.

SUPPRESSION OF 2014 HIV INCIDENCE DATA BY THE CENTERS FOR DISEASE CONTROL
As you may know, nearly all of the United States county-by-county data on HIV incidence were suppressed in the 2014 United States Centers for Disease Control HIV report. (1) The likely reason is that HIV incidence is on the rise in the United States, and disclosure of this rise in incidence has been concealed because it causes political inconvenience, particularly in a presidential election year.
THE DUTY THAT GOVERNMENT HAS TO MAKE THIS HEALTH RISK CLEAR TO THE AMERICAN PEOPLE
My first thought on this is, that those we vote into office have no right to conceal the truth from the American people, in the name of political expediency. When the fate of our children, and our children’s children is in the balance, it is the duty of our political representatives to tell us, their constituency, what lies before us as a people, so that we may be prepared for the future.
If these data are being suppressed because our government has not the means to treat the HIV pandemic, and feels despair in that regard, then we, the people, must make the necessary grassroots preparations, through our schools, our places of work, our churches, and our civic organizations, to come together in community and deal with what lies before us in the best possible way.
In order for this to happen, it is crucial that our government reveal to us what is currently known about HIV incidence in the United States. As Franklin D. Roosevelt, speaking to the challenge then faced by America, said in his inaugural address:
“This is preeminently the time to speak the truth, the whole truth, frankly and boldly. Nor need we shrink from honestly facing conditions in our country today. This great Nation will endure as it has endured, will revive and will prosper. So, first of all, let me assert my firm belief that the only thing we have to fear is fear itself—nameless, unreasoning, unjustified terror which paralyzes needed efforts to convert retreat into advance. In every dark hour of our national life a leadership of frankness and vigor has met with that understanding and support of the people themselves which is essential to victory….” (2)
HOW TO GET HIV HOME TESTS, AND WHICH TEST LOOKS MORE PROMISING
I observe that the Obama administration has made the OraQuick HIV Home Test available for about $40 through the Rite-Aid Pharmacies, Walgreens, and CVS Pharmacy. (3) This test has 99% accuracy, but only if used 3 months after a risk event … though very reasonably priced, this test is, I feel, not as timely as the test described below:
The Home Access Express HIV-1 Test System (about $60) is available through Amazon.com … https://www.amazon.com/ … search by the name of the product. This test is 99.9% accurate … as accurate as the test at a doctor’s office, and, I feel, the better choice.
Here is a question: Why would these products be now available over the counter? Is their availability not proof that there has been a rise in HIV incidence in the United States … an increase concerning enough to propel the Obama administration to provide these products over-the-counter without the need for a visit to a doctor’s office?
ON MAKING CONFIDENTIAL HIV TESTING AVAILABLE AT OUR ELEMENTARY SCHOOLS, JUNIOR HIGH SCHOOLS, AND HIGH SCHOOLS
My feeling is, that as many as 40% of our youth may find themselves to be infected with the HIV virus by graduation from high school. I feel the infection may be taking place as early as elementary school level.
Proposal. The proof of this assertion … as well as its disproval … lies in our making free, voluntary, confidential HIV tests available to the students in our elementary schools, junior high schools, and high schools.
Knowing how many of our children are infected is very important to our children and their parents, and it’s also important to our schools, which may, in time, assume a leadership role in preserving the good health of our children, whether they be infected or not infected.
ON FACILITATING THE DEVELOPMENT OF AN HIV-RESISTANT GENE POOL WORLDWIDE
The HIV epidemic will eventually and inevitably sweep through the entire population of the United States, as it will in other countries.
The hope for continuation of our human population on planet Earth lies in those of our children who have a natural genetic resistance to the HIV virus. Their resistance must be such that they can survive, even though they have the virus, long enough to have children of their own. In this way, the resistant populations of children worldwide will eventuate an HIV-resistant global gene pool. In this lies the salvation and perpetuation of the human race on Earth.
How may this positive outcome be facilitated?
ANTICIPATED DOWNTIME FOR OUR WORKFORCE AS A RESULT OF THE PANDEMIC
One of the greatest concerns, in the short term, for our nation as for all the world’s nations during these trying times, is the preservation of a sufficiently large able-bodied workforce to transition through this challenging time; sufficient man-hours (and woman-hours) must be available to allow us to continue providing our people with foodstuffs, heat, materials for construction of homes and businesses, and other staples.
Among those of our workers who now have the HIV infection, greater downtime must be anticipated. Their work schedules must be compassionately devised so as to take into account their need to keep their immune systems strong, and their need to take time off when they aren’t feeling well.
This anticipated increase in sick-leave and wellness leave among our HIV infected workers points out a need to provide for additional workers. Where will this HIV-free workforce come from?
A SHORT-TERM STRATEGY FOR PRESERVING OUR WORKFORCE: ALLOWING OUR CHILDREN TO BEAR CHILDREN AT AN EARLY AGE; A RETURN TO CHASTITY AS A PRACTICAL IDEAL
In the short term, when our children reach puberty and before they are infected with the HIV virus, let us allow them to bear HIV-free children, rather than forcing them to abort these our grandchildren out of financial considerations.
Let the greater family unit assist in the rearing of these babies, who will may add to the HIV-free workforce, thus bolstering the manpower gap caused by downtime among workers infected with HIV.
A further consideration is for parents to explain the facts of the HIV pandemic, the effect infection would have on their lifespan, and the advantages of chastity among our young couples who give birth at an early age. This will help them stay clear of HIV infection.
HIV infection among our children is a difficult thing to avoid, considering the tendency of mass media and virtual devices to proffer profligacy as a preferential lifestyle. If they do get the infection, there are guidelines to help them not pass on the infection to their children … see (4).
Proposals. In general, the strategy I propose to preserve our workforce is to allow our children to bear children young, to educate them as to the dangers posed by the HIV pandemic, and to help promote the ideals of practical chastity among our young.
Further, if we allow them to get confidential HIV tests at their schools, then they will be aware of prospective health problems for the children they are bearing as well as for themselves.
LONG-TERM STRATEGY FOR PRESERVING OUR WORKFORCE: HOSPITAL AND LONG-TERM CARE FOR AIDS BABIES; GRASSROOTS ALTERNATIVE MEDICAL CARE
My feeling is, that more and more AIDS babies are being born. It could be that the statistics are not yet ‘out there’ because there is a cover-up going on, or it could be that hospitals have not yet put two and two together … They may not be testing all infants for AIDS, or they may be testing them, finding a greater incidence, and thinking that their city or town is just a particularly unlucky vicinity, as far as the HIV virus is concerned.
At present, the inevitability of the pandemic is simply not being put forth, and so, AIDS babies are often left at hospitals for adoption. As there is a great stigma attached to the virus, AIDS babies are less likely to be adopted than are healthy babies. It is also possible that some hospitals, whose have no clear understanding of the importance of keeping these babies alive, are euthanizing these infants or else allowing unfit couples to adopt them.
This notwithstanding, the long-term salvation of our people lies in preserving the lives of these AIDS babies. All the babies born in America will eventually be AIDS babies. From this gene pool will come the children who have sufficient resistance to the virus to carry on reproduction of our species. And so, long-term, we must do our very best to keep them alive.
Proposals. One possibility, as their numbers increase, might be the establishment of community orphanages, either through schools or through churches and civic organizations. These orphanages might be staffed by HIV-positive caregivers, possibly even parents who have lost their own children to the disease. I could see a Federal government subsidy for these orphanages as a natural likelihood.
Let us arrange, insofar as possible, for sufficient Western medicines for the virus to be provided through Obama care. For those not eligible for Obama care, let adequate provision of Western medicines be made. In the Western medicines should at some point become scarce, let us look into the efficacy of low-cost alternative medical care.
ON THE CHANCE OF AIDS BABIES TO SURVIVE
Infants in the womb can be infected with HIV through the mother’s blood, but this is less likely to happen if the mother is on HIV medications. Whether the baby has HIV won’t be known for sure till it is about 3 months old; this determination takes place after various tests are administered.
Babies who are infected with HIV and who do not receive medical treatment generally live less than 3 years. Babies who receive medical treatment can live many years. (5)
ECONOMIC OUTLOOK FOR VARIOUS INDUSTRIES AS THE PANDEMIC PROGRESSES
Transportation, postal services, and telecommunication may be come more localized.
Electric supply may become intermittent … available, say, 4 hours a day, or only at hospital operating rooms and other important locations, such as law enforcement, for instance. This is not a great catastrophe; rather, it is more like the current situation in undeveloped nations.
Medical care may become less available, and promising alternative healing modalities should be sought out at the grassroots level now, while time avails.
It is likely that children will be entering the workforce much younger, the consequence being less demand for higher education.
Luxury industries will likely fall by the wayside.
A CALL TO THE AMERICAN PEOPLE: LET US MEET THIS CHALLENGE WITH FAITH, HOPE, AND CHARITY TOWARD THOSE IN NEED
Any great challenge that a nation faces, also provides an opportunity for its people to grow in courage, and in compassionate outreach, and to build a stronger sense of family and community. As President Ronald Reagan said in his 1984 State of the Union Message:
“… our greatest hope for the future, are the minds and hearts of our people, especially our children. We can help them build tomorrow by strengthening our community of shared values… For us, faith, work, family, neighborhood, freedom, and peace are not just words; they’re expressions of what America means, definitions of what makes us a good and loving people. Families stand at the center of our society….” (6)
Let us not fall into a torpor of disconsolation, nor into the pit of despair. Rather, let us join hands with our brothers and sisters and help each other through the coming times. Truly, the only thing we have to fear is not knowing what lies before us. Through knowing, we shall plan. Through faith, through hope, and through works of compassionate charity, we shall overcome all obstacles, and triumph as a people.
