Dear Ones,

Here are two composite images depicting the human electromagnetic field aligned with Earth’s ascended electromagnetic field. The first image will be in the revised Mastering the Mind 9 video, which will be coming up one day soon. The second image is the companion image, but that one is not included in the upcoming video.

SUMMARY OF THE VIDEO

Hello, Dear Ones, It’s Alice. I Am of the Stars.

I have been working on revisions of my video series “Mastering the Mind,” and placing the revised videos on my WordPress website “Awakening with Planet Earth.”

Now you may bee thinking that mastering the mind is a cerebral endeavor … but that is far from the case.

In fact, mastering the mind … according to my understanding … has to do with attaining the Ascension skill of electromagnetic field sensitivity. That is one of our new clair abilities that were gifted to us Lightworkers during the Ascension.

So the series is about more than just mental effort. It has to do with mastering our entire energy field … what they call in yoga our ‘aura’.

Once that is stabilized … even during geostorms and other unruly events that occur in the atmosphere of Earth … once you can stabilize your electromagnetic field … then it is very easy to have a very calm and peaceful and neutral mind.

So when you go to my website “Awakening with Planet Earth,” you will be a little surprised at first at the advice that I have to give. It has to do with the whole new you … New You on New Earth … and not just that one mind that is in your head.

And in addition, you may be thinking: I have to master my mental mind … the one in your head.

Or you may be thinking: I have to master somebody else’s subconscious mind. Right?

But according to my understanding, we have to master four minds. We have four minds! You will find out all about that if you go to the website and take a look at “Mastering the Mind … the Series.”

Now you may be thinking: But what about mastering the subconscious mind of my girlfriend or of my boss … or of a whole group of people?

What if I want power over other people in the world?

I have to tell you that amongst Lightworkers ‘power over’ is not advised. But if you can master your own electromagnetic field, then you may find that you become so magnetically attractive and appealing to everyone that you run across that they become fast friends … that they become your advocate … that they are willing to do what they can to help you on your path to success … and in fulfilling yourself in this lifetime, and in reaching your Soul’s goal.

So this is another way … it is a different stance towards gaining what we need in this world to accomplish our Soul mission. It is to master our own energy field. In doing that, everyone looks up to us because, in their deepest hearts they would like to do the very same thing. You know?

It is up to us not to take advantage of other people, but to establish a mutual rapport … a community of good Souls who help each other to accomplish what they are sent here to accomplish in their lifetimes.

That may well include a nice girlfriend … and a great job … and a chance to make your mark upon the world. That is what I believe.

All of us are destined for greatness. But first we must master ourselves!

Dear Ones,

Solar Wind: (Speed 643.7 km/sec) X (Density 16.09 protons/cubic cm) = 10,360 ‘protonfall’. Currently the planetary K index is 2.33; there is high ‘protonfall’ but no geostorm.

Yesterday there was a solar wind gust warning, and then an alert to Kp=5. The Kp index has been choppy, in the range of Kp=1 to Kp=5, for the last 15 hours.

Electronics (my computer) are loggy and on the fritz.

I find this magnetospheric turmoil also roils my emotional body and my higher and lower mental bodies. I am guessing that being in nature or doing yoga or chanting sacred chants might be good remedies, if there is no motor noise in the background, and if there are no other people around.

When the skies go bonkers, it might be best to be ‘far from the madding crowd’.

Hope your passage through this electromagnetic tumult is as peaceful and as full of loving energy as may be.

Sidebar: Heads Up

There is quite an active reversed polarity sunspot AR3296 traversing the Earth footprint from yesterday and for the next few days. There has been a double CME just now that is directly on target to arrive at Earth in about 3 days, give or take 2 days depending on its speed of travel.

PROTONFALL CHART

Low Protonfall. When I refer to low protonfall, I am speaking of protonfall from zero to about 3,000.

Moderate Protonfall. When I speak of moderate protonfall, it might be 3,000 to 6,000.

High Protonfall is 6,000 to often 15,000 … sometimes it is much higher than that.

What an adventure this has been, has it not? What a great many new ideas have been covered!

The first video in this series discussed how important the human electromagnetic field is, in the quest to master our minds.

The second video explained how telepathic communications sometimes distort our electromagnetic fields.

The third video discussed how our ‘gut brain’ influences our telepathic communications.

The fourth video described a telepathic “Send—Receive—Send—Receive” signal that can cause interference in the expression of telepathic thought.

The fifth video offered two visualizations to stop unwanted telepathic contact. The first of these visualizations was “Tractor Beam for the Third-Eye Point.” The second visualization was “Concentrate Awareness on the Pituitary Gland and the Pineal Gland in the Center of the Head.”

The sixth video explained about Group Telepathic Gloms, and provided 6 hints on how to avoid them. These were …

  • and our chakras.

Video 10 explained how we can sense astrogeophysical phenomena in our own energy fields. That video offered a new view of the human chakric array and of the four minds of the new human.

It also offered two visualizations …

  • A Visualization to Bring Awareness to the Time-Space Continuum,
  • And a … “Human E-M-F — Greater E-M-F” … Visualization to Know the All.

Video 11 explained how Gateway events offer us Ascension gifts from the Laniakea Supercluster. That video also provided the visualization … “Placing Awareness on the Heart to Clear the Transpersonal Chakras of ‘Space Junk’.”

Video 12 asked the question: Do comets, asteroids, and meteorites bring humankind messages and gifts … and perhaps also bad news from the stars?

Videos 13 and 14 featured a two-part mini-series on Enlightenment.

The first part, Video 13, delved into how the prospect of change can provoke fight, flight, freeze, fawn or flop responses, not just in animals, but also in humans.

Also discussed were these impediments to Enlightenment …

  • Ascension Symptoms,
  • Noospheric Dissonance and Astral Chatter,
  • Acting Out,
  • the Glom Effect,
  • and Mass Hysteria: Shared Vivid Waking Dreams.

Then the power currents and energy centers of the human energy field – the sushumna, the ida, and the pingala – were described.

The link between the subconscious mind and the autonomic nervous system was discussed.

Three keys to inhibiting the Fight, Flight, Freeze, Fawn, and Flop Responses were given. These are …

  • Left-nostril breathing,
  • Right-nostril breathing,
  • And long deep breathing.

This video offered two keys to uniting the subconscious mind to the conscious mind. These are …

  • Alternate Nostril Breathing,
  • And the So Hum Mantra for Evenness of Breath.

Video 14 was the second video in the Enlightenment mini-series. It explained how to raise the kundalini so as to unify all four of our minds …

  • The unconscious mind,
  • The subconscious mind,
  • The conscious mind,
  • And the superconscious mind.

These are the four minds each of us has as a New Human on New Earth.

This video then described how the kundalini is awakened by practicing the yogic locks.

It explained the benefits of the kundalini yoga technique called Sat Kriya.

That video also mentioned other ways to raise the kundalini energy … such as the practice of hatha yoga, along with chanting God’s name and singing His praises.

Video 15 explained the importance of aligning with God, with the Angels, and with our Ascension Teams. To that end, the video offered three Activations of Light …

  • An Activation of Light for Free Will and to Align with God’s Will,
  • An Activation of Light to Align with the Angelic Realm and with God,
  • And an Activation of Light to Optimize Timelines and Dimensions.
