SUMMARY OF THE VIDEO

Hello, Dear Ones, It’s Alice. I Am of the Stars.

I found out about a meditation last night and a mudra (a hand position to do) to dispel energy threads of predators and ‘reptile’ sorts of thoughts, and ‘power over’ feelings that are in the noosphere, and seem to be flooding in, and upsetting you for whatever reason.

It is a very interesting technique. It presupposes that these energies have to do with desire to control other people. Desire to control other people is a feature of the third chakra … will power. And of course, it also helps in self-improvement and maintaining optimum health, for instance, because we can maintain control over ourselves by doing the right diet and the right exercises, and the right social interactions, and so forth.

So it is a very good chakra, the third chakra, but the problem is, sometimes my third chakra seems inundated with other people’s third chakra acquisitive or predatorial instincts, or perhaps, with the acquisitive and predatorial instincts such as … as I said … the reptiles. Sometimes I say ‘the ghosts of dinosaurs’ circulating through the astral realm … something like that.

So I thought: The heart chakra [places hand on heart] is stronger in energy than the other chakras, because it is the center. It is like the dynamo … the pump of the energies of the kundalini.

I posited: If I were to say: I am in control … while feeling the fourth chakra, the heart chakra … then it could be that that would be distasteful to any astral beings or energies or thought forms that were flooding into my energy field with the intent to control.

The reason for that is that those strong energies are repelled by the heart chakra, which is a totally different kind of energy. Heart energy is the opposite of third chakra energy.

The difference is well stated in “The Law of One” … https://www.lawofone.info/ … as ‘service to others’ (that is the heart chakra) opposed to ‘power over others’ or ‘service to self’ (that is the third chakra). It was the difference that we rose to through Christ consciousness … through Christ’s life and example of selfless sacrifice through His crucifixion, which resulted in His glorious Ascension … as it might for us, were we to become like Christ.

Perhaps we need not die, in order to manifest ascended human qualities and energies, but it might feel like Dark Night of the Soul. It might feel almost like a COVID death. It might feel like we are losing all hope, and finding faith only in the notion that God will be there with us … with our pristine, disembodied Awareness. And through that we rise to a higher consciousness.

So anyway, it was getting to me last night, and I thought I would put both hands on my heart chakra, one crossed over the other …

Awareness is placed on the lower abdomen and on the hands. Say: My heart is with you. My heart is with you. My heart is with you.

… and I would say: I am in control … while placing my Awareness on my hands and my heart chakra. And that might repel the predatorial energies that seemed as if they were trying to ‘board’ me … as you would board a ship.

The moment I tried it, it worked … it repelled whatever it was that was after me, it seemed like. Whatever energies were there were suddenly dispersed.

Just to be on the safe side, I continued for an hour or so. But perhaps that was unnecessary.

As I continued, this is what happened: I was lying, face up. For an hour I kept my hands there, and I said to myself, in my own heart: I am in control.

An energy flooded up. First it revitalized my lower intestines. Then strong waves of up-coursing energy moved slowly up to a triangle whose tips were the left and right edges of my lowest ribs; and the apex of the triangle was my heart chakra, where my two hands were lying, and where my Awareness was placed.

That whole area began to flood up energy, until it reached the pranic reserve area under my ribs. You know about the pranic reserve, where vital energy is stored?

DESCRIPTION: black-and-white self portrait from just below the waist to top of head. Fluffy white clouds and sky in the shape of an inverted U, beginning at the bottom of the rib cage and extending downward for about 6 inches. Depth and width of the pranic reserve varies by person.

And I felt a sharp, prickling, multi-pointed pain on the left side of my abdomen, just beneath the lowest left rib. I felt that twice, and I felt it to be the opening of the astral funnel that is an organelle bringing vital force … vitality globules into the pranic reserve, where they are stored …

Link: “Vitality Globules,” drawings by Alice B. Clagett, drawn and published on 30 November 2020 … https://wp.me/p2Rkym-_lB0 ..

Then I felt a dull pain in my gallbladder area. And that I felt to be a revitalization … [Hears raven talking repeatedly.] This raven has it in for me, I take it. It is scolding me … I felt that to be a revitalization of my gallbladder. Those two points were revitalized. After those two points were revitalized, I felt a thrumming and filling of the energy inside of this pyramid between the two lower points of my heart and my ribs …

Composite Image: “Upflooding of Prana from Lower Abdomen to Pranic Reserve and then to Heart,” composite image by Alice B. Clagett, 13 February 2020, CC BY-SA 4.0, from “Awakening with Planet Earth,” https://awakeningwithplanetearth.com … DESCRIPTION: black-and-white self portrait from just below the waist to top of head. Fluffy white clouds and sky in the shape of an inverted U, beginning at the bottom of the rib cage and extending downward for about 6 inches. Depth and width of the pranic reserve varies by person. There is a white jug-shaped object whose bottom rests at the bottom of the lower intestines, and whose peak is at the heart chakra in the center of the chest. The white jug represents the prana flooding upward from the lower intestines, through the pranic reserve, and then filling a triangular area from the base of the rib cage to the heart. The prana heals and revitalizes the physical body, removes astral malware, and restores the Body of Light to its pristine form.

It went on and on for maybe half an hour, filling my body with energy. It was incredible.

But then I felt too vitalized to fall asleep. I was just ‘chock full’ of vitality globules, it seemed … of pranic force. It was incredible, really. It was a first. Well … when I do kundalini yoga it also happens; but this is a different technique, and an easy technique for someone who is very young or very old … a safe technique, I feel.

Then, in an effort to calm down a little, and to just drift off to sleep, I placed both hands, one on top of the other, in the center of my lower abdomen. I placed my Awareness there, at the place where my two hands were, and I said, to the spot where the hands were: My heart is with you. My heart is with you. My heart is with you.

DESCRIPTION: The hands are place one on top of the other, on the lower abdomen. Awareness is placed on the lower abdomen and on the hands. Say: My heart is with you. My heart is with you. My heart is with you.

You know, the lower abdomen is sometimes not appreciated too much. Sometimes people have a bad opinion of it. In women it might be because they might be a little overweight, and so they have a bad opinion of it. In men it can be for other reasons … social embarrassment, or who knows what.

There are a lot of reasons why the lower abdomen is greatly undervalued and underappreciated. So those cells really need that love from time to time, I feel. And when I did that … when I placed those hands there for not too long … I fell asleep finally.

In love, light and joy,
I Am of the Stars

Two Buckets and Two Fingers: A Grounding Technique . by Alice B. Clagett

Hello, Dear Ones, It’s Alice.

Here is a grounding technique inspired by a movie I once saw. I call the technique “Two Buckets and Two Fingers.” There is an edited Summary after the video …

VIDEO BY ALICE

SUMMARY OF THE VIDEO

I am going to tell you how to feel grounded. It is a simple technique. You are going to need two buckets. I think you can get cheap ones at the hardware stores.

You take two buckets, and you fill them up about an inch full, with water. Then you take the handles of the buckets, one in each hand, and pick them up just with the last two fingers on your hands …

Image: “Bucket and Two fingers – Grounding Technique,” by Alice B. Clagett, 16 December 2014, CC BY-SA 4.0

Image: “Bucket and Two fingers – Grounding Technique,” by Alice B. Clagett, 16 December 2014, CC BY-SA 4.0

With your body relaxed, hold the buckets of water at your side.

While you are standing there, holding the two buckets, take a survey of your body muscles, and figure out which muscles are relaxed, and which muscles are tensed. This is the position of the muscles when you are grounded.

The next lesson is to let go of the buckets, and just stand there while tensing the appropriate muscles. If you forget, you can always pick up the buckets again.

Keep practicing that for a few days until, at will, you can replicate the dynamics of the muscles while holding the two buckets of water.

That is the tip of the day.

Postlude: Demonstration of ‘Two Buckets and Two Fingers’ Grounding Technique

[Then follows a demonstration of the technique.]

Hello, Dear Ones, It’s Alice. I Am of the Stars.

Mudra for a Steady Heart
Channeled by Alice B. Clagett
29 May 2020

I have for you today a two-handed mudra for a steady heart.

How to Do it. For the left hand, the tip of the third finger (the ring finger) and the thumb tip touch; the other fingers are outstretched.

For the right hand, the tip of the middle finger (the longest finger) and the thumb tip touch; the other fingers are outstretched.

So you have these two diverse mudras, one for each hand. Hold the right hand in front of the left, both hands palm forward and outstretched fingers held upward, at heart level. The elbows are relaxed down by the sides. You are sitting very quietly in meditative pose.

What It Will Do for You. This is the Mudra for a Steady Heart. The fingers that are outstretched are like sticky barbs … like the plastic barbs they put on the edges of roofs to keep the pigeons from perching there. In this case the barbs are to ward off the thought forms of other people from the front funnel of your heart chakra. The ‘barbs’ prevent the thoughts of other people from waffling the front funnel of your heart chakra back and forth … That is the way of saying it in the world of Duality,

But if we say it in terms of Advaita, these fingers steady the inflow and outflow of vortical energy from the front stream of energy of the heart chakra.

In love, light and joy,
I Am of the Stars

HEALING MODALITIES: LANGUAGES OF LIGHT AND SOUND TO ACTIVATE CODES IN THE BODY OF LIGHT

There are various ways of encoding the languages of Light and sound in the human frame …

Speaking the Codes

One is speaking the codes; but speaking is usually accompanied by changes of Light in the body of Light of the healer. Judy Satori uses this method in her work …

Link: “Judy Satori”… https://judysatori.com/ … Search for: Breaking Through: Reset for a New Beginning

On the first of the six videos in the healing series “Breaking Through: Reset for a New Beginning” I could clearly see how the Light emanating from her heart while she spoke was reflected in waves of green and pink on the wall behind her …

Spontaneous Mudras

Then there are spontaneous mudras such as that in this meditation. You will notice changes in the pulsing of the electromagnetic field of the fingers as Light changes are encoded in the body.

Fluttering of the Eyelids

Another way is fluttering of the eyelids. That way can be used to transmit changes in Light energy from our body of Light to the body of Light of the person looked at. The Light of the Soul comes through the eyes. If the other person is willing, grace flows through. And the wisdom of God allows that Spirit to change its own field of grace.

SUMMARY OF THE VIDEO

Eyelid Flutter as a Means of Language of Light Transmission for DNA Upgrades

I was greeting people today, and when I greeted one of the people, my eyelids were fluttering while I greeted her. I have noticed, on some of my videos, that my eyelids are fluttering a lot. I asked up … you know? … I asked my Ascension team about it, because I was wondering what it really was. Is it because I have astigmatism? Maybe I need glasses? What could it be?

My team came back, almost immediately, with the explanation that it was a method of transmitting DNA codes for the connection between the DNA code that is physical (that is in the etheric DNA template), and on, to other dimensional sets of DNA codes, so as to bring in the 12-strand DNA.

Codes of the Great Remembering

Fluttering of the eyelids is apparently one method of transmitting the codes of the Great Remembering for the Ascension of Earth. You can take a look at that in some of my prior videos … I seem to be doing that quite a lot. And in others I am just looking straight forward, and nothing is going on.

The same was the case today: People would walk up and people were greeting. They were so open and cordial and friendly! And sometimes one of my eyelids would flutter for a little while, or the other one, maybe, for a moment … or both at the same time. Sometimes nothing at all would happen, in terms of the eyelids.

I have to trust that my team knows what they are doing, but it makes me look kind of unusual!

I Recall Making Spontaneous Mudras as a Charismatic Christian Church, and Being Drummed Out Because of That

Thinking back to the time I was at another church, some years ago, and then I was drummed out … I have written about that! … I was drummed out because I was using spontaneous mudras for the Incoming Light coming in, and spreading around to the congregation for healing of people’s Souls, and their subtle and physical bodies.

See my blog category: Mudras and kriyas by Alice … for illustrations of hand positions a little like spontaneous mudras.

There was so much Light coming in, because of the fervor of the congregation! It was like in India, where some people have the gift of spontaneous mudras for healing … But it was very noticeable. And probably the reason they asked me to leave that place was that I was a standout in terms of odd hand movements, you know?

Link: “Baptismal Sylph,” a story by Alice B. Clagett, written on 21 April 2013; revised and published on 10 June 2018; revised on 26 April 2020 … https://wp.me/p2Rkym-5UH ..

Link: “Baptism and Sign of the Cross to Protect the Heart,” by Alice B. Clagett, published on 5 December 2014; revised …  https://wp.me/p2Rkym-7NM ..

Eyelid Flutter as a Less Obtrusive Light Transmission Method Devised by My Ascension Team

So I guess, in my mind was imprinted, after that, that I will be kicked out of any church that I do spontaneous mudras in. And maybe my Team arranged the eyelid fluttering as a less obtrusive way of encoding the same gifts of the Great Remembering in other people.

Conclusion

So I have that for you! … Then, on the other hand, I am going to go to the eye doctor and make sure there is nothing wrong with regard to astigmatism, just in case! [laughs]

You all take care! Love you lots!

And that is that the being with the greatest Light on the Negative Path, which in the Christian tradition would be the hellworlds … at that time when that book was written, decades ago … was at the seventh level, which would be up around our crown chakra. But now it is much higher up. It goes all the way up, to the 12th level (high above our heads).

Switching to the Positive Path: The Highest Being on the Negative Path

That one being that is at the very highest level of the negative astral worlds … the one that rules everybody else, and tells them what to do, and gets them into trouble as far as the positive path is concerned … and all in service to him, or to his world understanding, or to his group … that person is the person who will have the least difficulty switching from the negative path of Light and Wisdom, to the positive path of Love. Because of his many years of dedication to a path, he has that option. Some call him Satan (though he goes by many names).

Switching to the Positive Path: People Who Are Lower Down on the Negative Path

The people that are just beginning on the negative path, and are way down … say, on level 3, the will power level of the energy of the third chakra, or level 2 (the second or sexual chakra), or level 1 (the first or basal chakra) … the very lowest levels … For them, it would require a miracle to switch. They will have to put in their time in, in the negative worlds, in order to increase their store of understanding and wisdom and knowledge of the way that the Universe works.

After they have done that, they will be able to switch from negative to positive … at a lower level than the level that they are at right now; maybe down two levels. And then they can start gradually building their way back, up into the higher understanding of the path of Love.

On Observing Those on the Negative Path with a Neutral Mind

So I thought I would put that out, for those who are very high in understanding and in Power in the negative path right now … that those of us who follow the path of Love wish them the very best in their arising, in their growing and understanding … so that it will be easier for them to switch to the positive path when the time comes; so that we can hold with neutral mind the mayhem, the murder, the great desolation of Souls that occurs because of their tutelage.

In other words, Let those of the Stars … who remember the Stars … and remember the universal brotherhood and sisterhood of beings everywhere … Let us look, with true compassion, and neutral mind, on the goings on of the End Times, so that we may help, joyfully, to usher in New Life on New Earth.

Dear Ones,

Why do we sometimes see demons and devils? How can we send them off to God? Here is a video by me, followed by an edited Summary of the video. The Postlude features the music of Chris Zabriskie and images of sunset.

SUMMARY OF THE VIDEO

Hello, Dear Ones, It’s Alice.

I have a gesture that you can use, in case you feel that you’re seeing or sensing or hearing demons. You know, the Buddhists are very conversant with the Demon World, and they spent a lot of time, in the sacred texts, writing about the state of mind that we need in order to avoid demons.

And the problem with demons is, that they cause leaks in our energy field, so that the true magnificence of our Souls cannot shine forth as well as it is intended to do. So, as we proceed on the path of enlightenment and self-realization and awareness, what frequently … in fact, probably most of the time … happens is that our LIght … the Light of our Souls … becomes much brighter than the Light of people around us.

And in the fourth dimension, it attracts the attention of Demons. Not that they are not all around, everywhere, anyway … but when you really start practicing, the Demons really start noticing.

So that is why the sacred texts of many religions explain what to do; because people on the Spiritual Path need to know this thing.

  • This includes Christian texts, and the power of Prayer, and Selfless Service, and Recollection, and Contemplation, and Meditation, for instance, in the Christian way.
  • And in the Hindu way, it includes the power of devotional singing and chanting, the way of bhakti … and other ways, too. They have a whole science about it. Bhakti is a very pleasant way to avoid demons, because that Sound … that Sacred Sound … is always going in the back of our heads.
  • Then in the Buddhist texts, I was reading, the other day, about the way that we can cultivate our minds, so as to have a mind that is so clear … so devoid of snags and hooks and attachments and desires, and all that, that demons cannot get a toehold.

So there are all these teachings out there to help us: Prayer … prayer is immensely important. And lifting ourselves up to the notion of the Divine, because where the Divine is … where Christ is, where Buddha is, where the notion of Brahma becomes a true thing in our lives, where we walk the path of the Dharma, where we feel the presence of Lord Krishna … Those are not spaces, in any Dimension, where any Demon can be.

But nobody is perfect. And, on the Spiritual Path, people do run into Demons, Devils, stuff like that, every once in a while. So I was very pleased to find out about this very eloquent and very simple gesture that a person can do.

Gesture of Warding: Offering Demons Up to God

The complete gesture of warding is this: The person is standing up. The hands are cupped, palms up, in front of the body at the level of the navel point. Then the arms are slowly and gracefully spread wide in a sweeping arc, and find their way together above the bowed head, with the cupped hands raised like a chalice just over the bowed forehead, as the right foot is placed forward and some weight is placed on the right foot. You will notice that the hands are cupped, as if you are holding water in your hands. But what is really happening there is that you take the demon energy and you offer it up to God. Then the right foot is placed back near the left foot as the hands once more arc wide away from the body, and are lowered to a resting position by the sides.

I think it is a Buddhist gesture to offer the energy of the Demons and of the Demon world, up to God. So I will just step back and show it to you. You will notice that the hands are cupped, as if you are holding water in your hands. But what is really happening there is that you take the demon energy and you offer it up to God …

Then the right foot is placed back near the left foot as the hands once more arc wide away from the body, and are lowered to a resting position by the sides.

Image: Offering Demons Up to God 10,” self-portrait by Alice B. Clagett, 11 January 2015, CC BY-SA 4.0, from “Awakening with Planet Earth,” https://awakeningwithplanetearth.com …

DESCRIPTION: In this, the tenth part of the gesture, the person is standing, feet shoulders’ width apart. Arms are relaxed down by the sides, fingers pointed down …

COMMENT: I think this is a Buddhist gesture to offer the energy of the Demons and of the Demon world, up to God.
