Timeframe 6:05-6:15 (the gentleman’s identification with the element water) is really graceful and yet strong. I also liked 6:35-6:45 (identification with air).
I recall fondly how I learned about healing with the elements using Sat Nam Rasayan from Guru Dev Singh at a White Tantric Summer Solstice Gathering that Yogi Bhajan held in the mountains near Espanola, New Mexico … and also how I learned first level Reiki from Reverend David Castle in Chatsworth, California.
Though these people have now passed on, their legacy lives in my heart and in this utterly entrancing video.
Looking back, I remember long ago, when I learned beginning Tai Chi at the YMCA in Chinatown in San Francisco. The movements of the men in the above-referenced video remind me of that.
And I remember learning a little Aikido from three Aikido groups in Southern California. Aikido seems to me to be a way to use the energies so beautifully conceived and presented in this video in a way that will help us preserve life in physical form when we are threatened, and to do so with a peaceful mind.
Then there is Karate, which I learned in Los Angeles, California. From my practice of karate I learned Awareness of my surroundings, so that I might be able to avoid physical confrontations. Also, I learned a relaxed and confident way of striding in the physical world, and to be fearless in the face of danger. What I learned from Karate reminds me of the graceful, relaxed movements of the men in this video.
Physical conditioning is a very important thing, considering the ups and downs of life in the third dimension. This video shows the importance of physical conditioning and of using our own energy, connected to that of the four elements, to heal our own physical form, and to heal our beautiful planet Earth.
That reminds me of my years of attending night classes in Santa Monica and the San Fernando Valley where I practiced physical fitness, modern dance forms (including basic street dance moves), poetry, creative writing, and piano.
Then more recently I have been cross-training with hikes in the local mountains, swimming, and home maintenance.
These are my touchstones: Kundalini Yoga, Breathing, Chanting, and Meditation; Sat Nam Rasayan; Reiki; Tai Chi; Aikido; Karate; Physical Conditioning; Music; and Dance. That is why I relate so well to this video.
What I see in the video is the Ascension gift I term Light Sculpting. This gift of Light Sculpting is wonderfully well portrayed in the video.

Ascension Is Gifting All Humankind with Psychic Abilities
As Lightworkers you no doubt know that everyone on Earth is beginning to experience psychic abilities and paranormal events in their lives.
I was out for a walk two days ago at Point Dume. I was talking with the Sea Lions and the Seals there. I was on a cliff high above them. Yet it was very easy to hear their voices up there.
I was talking to the Sea Lions and the Seals both in the vocal realm … in the physical realm … and also telepathically.
As on prior nature walks, I found that there were people visiting the cliff along with me, who had developed telepathy and the ability to speak with animals. It is not at all uncommon these days for people to have these abilities … and many other abilities as well.
Misuse of Ascension Gifts to Inflict Harm
There are a lot of people who have not yet completely cleared through the Darkness in their energy fields, who are using their psychic abilities and paranormal abilities during the Ascension process so as to inflict harm on other people, as I am sure you know. Not just people in traditional mind control cults … or people in Black Magic groups … either in the United States (say, in Louisiana), or in Brazil, or in the Philippines … or wherever it is. Not just those; but many other people rising up and spontaneously producing Satanic effects in the noosphere, or aligning their energies with Satanic or negative qualities that were already existing in the noosphere from times past.
So this category “Psychic abilities and paranormal events” applies not just to Lightworkers who are developing clair senses and telepathy in a positive, Light-filled manner, but also to those who gravitate to Psychic Powers so as to express themselves in a cause-and-effect way in the world. They want power over other people. For more on this, see my category: “Power Over – Powerlessness.”
There are several subcategories in the category “Psychic abilities and paranormal events.”
CLAIR ABILITIES VERSUS PSYCHIC POWERS: LIGHTWORK VERSUS DARKWORK
One is “Clair Senses – Extrasensory Perception – Second Sight.” That applies to Lightworkers.
Another is “Psychic Powers,” and that applies to people who want to show off in the world and make money through psychic abilities, or to get a job that way. I would like to mention that, for Lightworkers, that is a temptation.
But the problem is that, in using your psychic abilities to make money in the world, you are subjecting yourself to an institution that give you money. Or you are attempting to control other people who want you to help them learn these things, or else who want you to use these abilities to change their live for the better.
The difficulty is that you are caught up in box of cause and effect, to the extent that you attempt to catch other people in the causal realm that keeps them there, then you lose your effectiveness as a Lightworker, I feel.
Eventually, if you do that … if you sell your services, rather than empowering people to create the good and the Light in their own lives … if you sell your services as if other people were your slaves or your chattel (as does, for instance, organized religion) … if you sell yourself as a slave or chattel to some institution on Earth that gives you a wage … which uses your psychic powers to wage war against other human beings … then you yourself, as a Lightworker, you lose the Light.
Then the Light stops right about here [indicates a point about three inches above the head]. Eventually you lose your psychic powers. Or they churn round with the Darkness in these other institutions, and in the people you might be serving. They churn round and you are unable to clear them.
Lightwork should be free. Empowerment to do Lightwork … that is the type of thing that we Lightworkers can safely do in order to make a living, I feel. That is just my personal take on it. Otherwise we descend to the level of palm readers and fortune tellers who pull a person into the charisma of their energy realm and then create fear in the person so that they will hand over their money to them. It is one of the worst things that a Lightworker can do, I feel.
You may find that an employer or institution has hired you, and then you lose your psychic abilities. That is why. You will lose your God-given Ascension gifts if you kowtow to cause and effect. You have to rise beyond those.
On the other hand, you may use your psychic abilities in such a way that humankind is greatly uplifted. Then you will get more abilities through the connection with the Divine.

That is all I have to say about the table of Contents for my site “Awakening with Planet Earth.” The categories I have mentioned in the “Lightworker Alchemy” series are the things that the Lightworker needs the most. Although there is twice as much as that available in the table of Contents, I would like first to draw your attention to the categories I have highlighted in the last few videos in the “Lightworker Alchemy” series.
Coming up next is the discussion of some misqualified thoughts to do with crime. I have been running into these thoughts time after time, here in the large city of Los Angeles. I will point out how I deal with that. That will be the last of this ongoing discussion.

Hello, Dear Ones, It’s Alice. I Am of the Stars.
I have a mudra for you which is a hand position that immediately quells a feeling of rising insanity that has to do with the inconstant love of other people that is coming to you on the astral plane.
The feeling I get when people who are inconstant in love attack me on the astral plane is that the front funnel of my heart is being pulled … mechanically pulled … out and in, out and in, out and in … jerked back and forth like that by someone who is saying to himself or herself, “Will I? won’t I> … Will I? won’t I? … Will I love her? Will I not? … Will I love her? Will I not?
What makes this difficult is that the feeling they have is imbued with lust, with desire, with sexual carnal desire for me. It is bad because damage is being done to my heart. Also the feeling of lust is being engendered, and that feeling perpetuates the feeling of insanity in my heart.
The remedy is a very simple mudra. It is reminiscent of some things I learned from 3HO yoga group long years ago. It is right close, I think.
When to Do the Mudra
This mudra is like having in front of you a shield that thrusts hateful energy away.
It is a mechanical block to prevent that yanking in and out of your heart by the thoughts of other people. It can be used by a straight person for a person of the opposite sex who is wooing them on the astral and physical plane, when the love of that person is inconstant. The love of that person for you is not sure and certain and enduring. There is the likelihood hat person will fly away, and maybe come back again, and fly away out of your life. There is that danger signal.
This mudra is also helpful for people who attack you with lust but hate you. It is helpful in protecting you from the lustful, hateful crowd, especially a huge group of people who gather together these days on the mental plane and attack a lone person such as me … and you.
This mudra would also be helpful in cases of vampirism … where a crowd of Satanists delight in breaking open the heart of a victim and, one by one, coming and sipping their blood. That is something that is on the rise these days, but not so much so as the hate groups that are coming up these days.
How to Do the Mudra
It is a major problem for all of us: We need to keep our sanity. So what I do, if you can watch my hands, I put my hands one on top of the other. I experimented and found that when my left hand is the one in front, it is better for me (but you will see what is best for you) …

The thumbs are pointed just below your heart … between your heart and your navel point … so that your will power (located at your navel point) is brought into this mudra that helps to steady your own heart energy and to prevent insanity caused by other people. It prevents our being influenced by mass insanity.
Shoulders and elbows are comfortably relaxed. You can be standing or sitting. I do not know if you can be lying down; you could try.
I can be cooking. I can be doing anything. But at the moments when my hands are free and when I am noticing this terrible, insane energy that keeps coming up in the world today, I touch the two thumbs together, and touch the two forefingers together, and have a space … like a weapon, even … of neutral energy that does not move …

That the joined thumbs point to me means: I will maintain my own energy field.
That the joined index fingers point out means: You cannot penetrate this energy field. You cannot harm me. I am at one with myself. I feel my heart. I love myself. I align with God. I will this to be so. With my navel point energy I will that my heart be healed.
The thumbs are at about the juncture of the rib cage … a little bit higher.
You don’t have to do a mantra with this mudra, but you have to summon your will power …

What the Mudra Will Do for You
That is my gift to you regarding mass insanity, hate clubs, the groups that torment us online, the groups that burn people’s houses and rampage about … all these things. You can be safe immediately, using this mudra.
It occurs to me that this mudra might also help for those that are EMF-hypersensitive and who can feel the tsu-tsu-tsu-tsu! feeling of the alternating electricity in the walls of their houses.
Also it may help those that are motor-noise-sensitive. If you have HVAC, if you have air conditioning, when you are inside you may be hearing woof-woof-woof-woof-woof-woof! … the sound of the air being pushed out of the vents in little puffs. It can create some trouble with the heart. For all I know this may also occur in the wintertime, when there is a steady influx of hot air from HVAC or from a heater, if the heater motor is pushing out air with the sound woof-woof-woof-woof-woof-woof!
What you want for your heart is not tsu-tsu-tsu-tsu! or woof-woof-woof-woof-woof-woof! but rather a steady feeling, as if you were outside on a calm day under a tree. This mudra might help. You can try it and see. Or you could go outside on a calm day under a beautiful tree!
SKY NEWS
In the last week or so there has been a lot of sky commotion: CMEs, cannibal CMEs … When we find out about those online, then the noosphere starts up with cannibal stories, and Satanist vibes start up. These last are very active superconsciously on the astral plane. Their energy is mixed in with mixed-up protons that are circulating around and changing everything in the noosphere.
This has been happening for a week … maybe longer. It is crazy-making, because one minute there is almost no Protonfall and everything in the noosphere is silent. A half-hour later there is a lot of Protonfall, and the astral air goes berserk with negative, hateful energies.
Amidst all this commotion, we want to maintain a constant heart.
MORE TO STAND YOU IN GOOD STEAD
Just to let you know, in case this mudra is not enough: I remember in 1979 that Yogi Bhajan of 3HO (Healthy, Happy, Holy Organization) came up with a handful of mudras and mantras and things that can be done in this time, right now.
He predicted it back then, and then I think we all fell asleep. Everything is fine, we thought … He must have been mistaken!
And what do you know? Here it is, right before us, right now. And everyone has forgotten about the things he said we could do. So you have to try to find those exercises for insanity that he came up with. See if you can locate them online. Maybe they are at the 3HO International website … https://www.3ho.org/ .. Maybe they are someplace else.
For instance, here is the “Crisis Kit” containing the simple yoga exercises and meditations recommended by Yogi Bhajan for times of great stress. These will see you through tough times with ease and savoir faire …
These references are going to be critical to our survival.
We do not want to ‘go with the flow’ and end up fodder for the hate groups, fodder for terrorist groups, fodder for ‘vampires’. Who would want it?!

And there are also people who may model their love for other people on vampires, meaning returning hatred for love time after time … sucking a loving person, a Lightworker dry of love … leaving her for dead, or him for dead, moving on to another victim. Like that.

One set of fingers lightly over the other set of fingers. Thumbs touching. Forefingers touching. In between them is a diamond shape. Relax your shoulders. The joined thumbs almost touch the chest, but not quite. The joined forefingers are pointed out towards the attacking entity.

Suddenly you will feel that the front funnel of your heart stops waffling in and out furiously and stops creating that anger that happens when we cannot resolve heart issues. Suddenly that will stop. You will know you are doing the right thing. Then you can go on with your day.
