INTRODUCTION
Dear Ones,
The sky has been moderately active all day Friday, 7 November 2025 PT.
Right now my internet is acting nearly nonexistent; whether because of the geostorm flurries taking place through Sunday 9 November 2025 or because of a Windows update in progress I cannot say.
I am reminded of the sky during the year 2003, but I get no verification from NOAA or elsewhere as yet.
I asked Google AI about this, and it said …
“The “2003 big x flare” refers to the Halloween storms, a period of intense solar activity in October and November 2003 that included the most powerful solar flare ever recorded. I guess Google read my mind, and then some.
I am reminded of a time long ago when I was super sensitive to Geostorms. During one of these sky events, I felt anxious and I wanted to leave Los Angeles for a few days.
For this not so wise plan I needed my cell phone, in case of auto trouble on the road. But my cell phone, as fate would have it, just then stopped working. I had another spare cell at home, but that also would not work. I went to CVS or the like and bought another cell phone. It wouldn’t turn on for me. I took it to the sales clerk and it worked just like that. She handed it back to me, and it stopped working.
It is tempting to sink to the depths of conspiracy theory when electronics act up because of sky activity. I have found it much more sensible to to resist the urge to flee somewhere else at times like this, and instead to turn electronics off and weather the electromagnetic anomalies in place.
After all, if it’s caused by the sky, then all us Earthlings are in the same boat right now.
By the way, if you hear curses or death threats in the air at times like this, it might be best to stay awake and catch up on sleep tomorrow. Likely this kind of psychic news is just the result of generalized anxiety as the body senses odd EMF surges. Nevertheless it’s A OK to stay awake till feeling safe.

It is around 8 o’clock PT in the evening on 21 October 2025. There has been an increasingly interesting geomagnetic phenomenon happening all day long. Right now it seems to be at a crescendo. At least I hope so.
It sounds like hissing and high-pitched ringing in the air At first I thought maybe it was just in my house. I went to every room of the house, and the sound in each room was more or less the same.
The sound seemed to be coming from outside. So I went out into the street, and found out the sound was worse there. In fact, in the street I felt electromagnetic fluctuations that were hitting me and causing me almost to lose my balance. These electromagnetic fluctuations were coming from different directions … mostly from the east, but also from the northeast and the southeast.
Online I found nothing about a geomagnetic storm; yet the current space weather situation seems to have characteristics like that, and which I have experienced before.
I could not find my very best geostorm vase, but I found one that is sort of similar. I am listening to it. I don’t know if you can hear it, I can hear it. It is not as strong as the sound that I get from an X-flare; it seems to be a little less. It may be a very small X-flare.
You know, it is possible that something has missed the space weather satellites and that something is going on like that … maybe an X-flare, right now.
If you are experiencing similar electromagnetic fluctuations … problems with balance, ringing in the ears, and noospheric dissonance … misaligned thoughts from other people, and a lot of people coming up with conspiracy theory … then the answer might be very simple. It might be an electromagnetic phenomenon such as an X-flare … that is what I think … happening right now, 21 October 2025, at 8 pm PT.
I see on “Space Weather” … https://spaceweather.com … on 18 October … three days ago … there was mention of Earth’s electrical rings, and some anomaly that took place during a small geostorm then. They think it had to do with electricity leaking from Earth’s ring current system and sending millions of amps of electricity here and there on the planet. In a way it seems like that is what is happening right now, but today is so many days later I cannot say that is it.
That is just something to consider, in lieu of the Panama effect [the unproven ‘Havana Syndrome’] …
…. and other awful hypotheses which are probably very untrue [chuckles].
I have tried different ways of assuaging the symptoms of what is happening in the air. I have found out … for me, at least … that copper fabric over my head and body did not help much.
I even tried heavy-weight aluminum foil over some of my windows. It helped a little during the day, but not now, at 8 pm.
Then I tried the teak bench that I have mentioned priorly. The seat of the bench is teak wood about 2 inches thick. I place the bench next to the wall, with a window above it but not beneath it, and I find that helps a little better.
Wood … very thick, heavy wood … has a good quality in this particular instance.
And then there are the walls of the house; they are insulated, say, for RF frequencies and things of that nature. The house walls seem to help mitigate the effect of protonfall also.
Beneath the teak bench is the floor of the house. That is fine.
And above you, you might want the seat of a teak wood bench … or a mahogany bench (at 31-53 lbs/cubic foot) … or some other solid wood bench that will help. At least, it helped me.

Oh, by the way, I found a couple of new words today. One of them is ‘Catastrophist’ … meaning someone who always sees catastrophy.
The other word is ‘Apocalyptist’ … which means a person who always sees the Apocalypse.

Hello, Dear Ones, It’s Alice. I Am of the Stars.
I have a mudra for you which is a hand position that immediately quells a feeling of rising insanity that has to do with the inconstant love of other people that is coming to you on the astral plane.
The feeling I get when people who are inconstant in love attack me on the astral plane is that the front funnel of my heart is being pulled … mechanically pulled … out and in, out and in, out and in … jerked back and forth like that by someone who is saying to himself or herself, “Will I? won’t I> … Will I? won’t I? … Will I love her? Will I not? … Will I love her? Will I not?
What makes this difficult is that the feeling they have is imbued with lust, with desire, with sexual carnal desire for me. It is bad because damage is being done to my heart. Also the feeling of lust is being engendered, and that feeling perpetuates the feeling of insanity in my heart.
The remedy is a very simple mudra. It is reminiscent of some things I learned from 3HO yoga group long years ago. It is right close, I think.
When to Do the Mudra
This mudra is like having in front of you a shield that thrusts hateful energy away.
It is a mechanical block to prevent that yanking in and out of your heart by the thoughts of other people. It can be used by a straight person for a person of the opposite sex who is wooing them on the astral and physical plane, when the love of that person is inconstant. The love of that person for you is not sure and certain and enduring. There is the likelihood hat person will fly away, and maybe come back again, and fly away out of your life. There is that danger signal.
This mudra is also helpful for people who attack you with lust but hate you. It is helpful in protecting you from the lustful, hateful crowd, especially a huge group of people who gather together these days on the mental plane and attack a lone person such as me … and you.
This mudra would also be helpful in cases of vampirism … where a crowd of Satanists delight in breaking open the heart of a victim and, one by one, coming and sipping their blood. That is something that is on the rise these days, but not so much so as the hate groups that are coming up these days.
How to Do the Mudra
It is a major problem for all of us: We need to keep our sanity. So what I do, if you can watch my hands, I put my hands one on top of the other. I experimented and found that when my left hand is the one in front, it is better for me (but you will see what is best for you) …

The thumbs are pointed just below your heart … between your heart and your navel point … so that your will power (located at your navel point) is brought into this mudra that helps to steady your own heart energy and to prevent insanity caused by other people. It prevents our being influenced by mass insanity.
Shoulders and elbows are comfortably relaxed. You can be standing or sitting. I do not know if you can be lying down; you could try.
I can be cooking. I can be doing anything. But at the moments when my hands are free and when I am noticing this terrible, insane energy that keeps coming up in the world today, I touch the two thumbs together, and touch the two forefingers together, and have a space … like a weapon, even … of neutral energy that does not move …

That the joined thumbs point to me means: I will maintain my own energy field.
That the joined index fingers point out means: You cannot penetrate this energy field. You cannot harm me. I am at one with myself. I feel my heart. I love myself. I align with God. I will this to be so. With my navel point energy I will that my heart be healed.
The thumbs are at about the juncture of the rib cage … a little bit higher.

What the Mudra Will Do for You
That is my gift to you regarding mass insanity, hate clubs, the groups that torment us online, the groups that burn people’s houses and rampage about … all these things. You can be safe immediately, using this mudra.
It occurs to me that this mudra might also help for those that are EMF-hypersensitive and who can feel the tsu-tsu-tsu-tsu! feeling of the alternating electricity in the walls of their houses.
Also it may help those that are motor-noise-sensitive. If you have HVAC, if you have air conditioning, when you are inside you may be hearing woof-woof-woof-woof-woof-woof! … the sound of the air being pushed out of the vents in little puffs. It can create some trouble with the heart. For all I know this may also occur in the wintertime, when there is a steady influx of hot air from HVAC or from a heater, if the heater motor is pushing out air with the sound woof-woof-woof-woof-woof-woof!
What you want for your heart is not tsu-tsu-tsu-tsu! or woof-woof-woof-woof-woof-woof! but rather a steady feeling, as if you were outside on a calm day under a tree. This mudra might help. You can try it and see. Or you could go outside on a calm day under a beautiful tree!

In the last week or so there has been a lot of sky commotion: CMEs, cannibal CMEs … When we find out about those online, then the noosphere starts up with cannibal stories, and Satanist vibes start up. These last are very active superconsciously on the astral plane. Their energy is mixed in with mixed-up protons that are circulating around and changing everything in the noosphere.
This has been happening for a week … maybe longer. It is crazy-making, because one minute there is almost no Protonfall and everything in the noosphere is silent. A half-hour later there is a lot of Protonfall, and the astral air goes berserk with negative, hateful energies.
Amidst all this commotion, we want to maintain a constant heart.
MORE TO STAND YOU IN GOOD STEAD
Just to let you know, in case this mudra is not enough: I remember in 1979 that Yogi Bhajan of 3HO (Healthy, Happy, Holy Organization) came up with a handful of mudras and mantras and things that can be done in this time, right now.
He predicted it back then, and then I think we all fell asleep. Everything is fine, we thought … He must have been mistaken!
And what do you know? Here it is, right before us, right now. And everyone has forgotten about the things he said we could do. So you have to try to find those exercises for insanity that he came up with. See if you can locate them online. Maybe they are at the 3HO International website … https://www.3ho.org/ .. Maybe they are someplace else.
For instance, here is the “Crisis Kit” containing the simple yoga exercises and meditations recommended by Yogi Bhajan for times of great stress. These will see you through tough times with ease and savoir faire …
These references are going to be critical to our survival.
We do not want to ‘go with the flow’ and end up fodder for the hate groups, fodder for terrorist groups, fodder for ‘vampires’. Who would want it?!

Sidebar: You Can Ward Off Vampires! You can talk about vampires. You can say they are beings that swoop in during the night and grab us. Or you can talk about psychic vampires … about people. And there are also animal vampires, such as vampire bats, that do animal vampire stuff.
So there are vampires and there are vampiric energies. And there are also people who may model their love for other people on vampires, meaning returning hatred for love time after time … sucking a loving person, a Lightworker dry of love … leaving her for dead, or him for dead, moving on to another victim. Like that.
I know this is a spookout. But in this mudra we have the solution. Do not forget, Dear Ones …
One set of fingers lightly over the other set of fingers. Thumbs touching. Forefingers touching. In between them is a diamond shape. Relax your shoulders. The joined thumbs almost touch the chest, but not quite. The joined forefingers are pointed out towards the attacking entity.

Suddenly you will feel that the front funnel of your heart stops waffling in and out furiously and stops creating that anger that happens when we cannot resolve heart issues. Suddenly that will stop. You will know you are doing the right thing. Then you can go on with your day.
