SUMMARY OF THE VIDEO

“Be Here Now Kriya to Turn Off Telepathy and to Repair Energetic Imbalance Caused by Viewing Handheld or PC Screens”
By Alice B. Clagett

Hello, Dear Ones, It’s Alice. I Am of the Stars.

I was watching a TV movie on Amazon yesterday and the day before. It’s called “The Listener.” And I saw something there about a telepath who wanted to stop hearing voices of other people and seeing images of other people when he was little.

The way that he tried to do it was this: He made great fists of his hands as a little boy and he just applied all the possible pressure there. Then when he grew up, it shows a picture that he did the same thing.

Well, I worked with that energy because sometimes the same is true for me. And I found a new kriya for you called “The Be Here Now Kriya” because I’m a great fan of that book “Be Here Now.” I’m going to show you how to do it. It’s very simple.

To maintain a calm and present stance in an establishment with lots of people in it is very difficult for the sensitive telepath. You hear all the subconscious wounding, the horrible stuff that is going on for people or has gone on over the lifetimes. And this would work in that situation.

I know, because right after I found out about these kriyas that I’m about to show you, I went into the Walmart, right? And the Walmart on a weekend is one of the worst possible choices for a telepath because it’s just full of people.

And the people, they have a lot of emotions, some good, some bad. They have a lot of stories, some good, some bad. There are all kinds of people in the Walmart.

But immediately I got in there, I started using this special technique I’m about to show you. And for the first time in the last 10 years, I had no trouble at all with unwanted telepathy.

I was completely centered. I felt a great insurge of positive energy from the Cosmos. And I think it affected other people, too.

I felt happy. I felt greatly relieved. And I’m more than delighted to pass this special technique on to you.

Okay, here’s the pose for Be Here Now and to end a telepathic chatter. Put a slight pressure on your two fingers that are touching [thumb and little finger]. That will bring what they call in karate ‘weight underside’ feeling.

You’ll begin to feel the back of your shoulders and the muscles there and the energy that runs down your legs to the soles of your feet. It’s a very grounding exercise. I call it Be Here Now.

You can do it standing like this [with thumb and little finger touching]. Or if you’re holding onto a shopping cart, you can grasp the handle of the shopping cart lightly with these two fingers [little finger and ring finger].

That brings the energy of your electromagnetic field into focus behind your head and behind your body so that your heart funnel … the back heart funnel .. can contact the Infinite.

And so you’re not weighed down by the petty details of telepathic chatter, especially negative telepathic chatter, which we call ‘fourth dimension negative’.

Also, if you’re just simply sitting and trying to get rid of the negative telepathic input, you can lightly make fists of your hands, but make more pressure in these two fingers here [little finger and ring finger]. Strong pressure there. So your hands can be in your lap or by your sides while you’re sitting and you can still accomplish ‘Be Here Now’.

God bless you all, keep you safe, and be with you through all your days. In love, Light, and joy, this is Alice B. Clagett. I Am of the Stars …. and you are too! Come and visit me at “Awakening with Planet Earth.” That’s https://awakeningwithplanetearth.com ..

I asked Google AI: What energy line is stimulated by viewing an LCD screen?

Google AI said: Viewing an LCD screen primarily stimulates and over-activates the Liver Meridian and the Gallbladder Meridian, while simultaneously exhausting the Bladder Meridian. [1]

In Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM), light, focus, and electronic stimulation interact directly with your internal organs and meridian pathways through the sensory portals. Staring at an artificial light source (like an LCD screen) forces your body to process concentrated visual data and blue light, triggering specific energetic pathways: [1, 2]

  1. The Liver Meridian: “The Eyes are the Portal”

In TCM, the Liver channel governs the health and moisture of the eyes (“The Liver opens into the eyes”). [1]

  • The Stimulation: When you view an LCD screen, your focus and processing speed accelerate. Because the Liver meridian regulates the smooth flow of Qi (energy) and blood to the visual system, a screen hyper-stimulates this pathway. [1]
  • The Backlash (Liver Blood Deficiency): Staring at a screen for hours without blinking enough depletes the Liver’s blood supply. An ancient TCM axiom states: “Prolonged use of the eyes damages the Blood.” This manifests as dry eyes, blurry vision, and digital fatigue. [1]
  1. The Gallbladder Meridian: The Path of Mental Focus

The Gallbladder Meridian is the paired “Yang” partner to the Liver and is heavily concentrated around the head, ears, and temples.

  • The Stimulation: To read small text or follow fast-moving images on an LCD, your brain activates intense mental focus. The Gallbladder meridian rules decision-making and precise concentration.
  • The Backlash (Gallbladder Fire): Excess stimulation from the screen’s bright light over-activates the energy points on the sides of your head (like the Taiyang point at the temple). When this line is over-stimulated, it causes energy to rise upward, leading to tension headaches, eye strain, and irritability. [1, 2]
  1. The Bladder Meridian: The “Wired but Tired” Exhaustion

As discussed previously, the Bladder Meridian starts exactly at the inner corner of your eyes (at an acupuncture point called Jingming or “Bright Eyes”) and runs over your head and down your spine. [1]

  • The Stimulation: The blue light emitted by LCD backlights directly strikes the beginning of this meridian. It sends a continuous signal to your nervous system that it is daytime, suppressing melatonin. [1, 2]
  • The Backlash: Constantly bombarding the start of the Bladder Meridian forces it into overdrive. This is why long hours of screen time cause your neck, upper shoulders (trapezius), and lower back to stiffen up—the excess stress at the eye portal flows backward down the entire SBL / Bladder line. [1, 2]

💡 Simple Ways to Reset These Lines

  • Palming: Rub your hands together to generate heat and place your palms over your eyes for 30 seconds to soothe the Liver Meridian.
  • The 20-20-20 Rule: Every 20 minutes, look at an object 20 feet away for 20 seconds. This breaks the hyper-focus on the Gallbladder Meridian. [1, 2]
  • Massaging the Brow: Gently press the inner corner of your eyebrows (the start of the Bladder Meridian) to discharge accumulated electronic tension. [1]

I asked Google AI: Is there an energy line from the trapezius to the lats then down the legs to the heels?

Google AI said: Yes, there is a recognized full-body pathway that matches your exact description, though its categorization depends on whether you view it through a modern anatomical lens or traditional energy medicine.

Here is how this specific line is classified across different disciplines:

  1. The Anatomy Trains: Superficial Back Line (SBL)

In modern myofascial anatomy—popularized by Thomas Myers’ Anatomy Trains—this exact pathway is known as the Superficial Back Line (SBL). While Western medicine views it as a structural and mechanical force transmission line rather than a mystical “energy” line, it functions as a single, continuous sheet of connected tissue (fascia): [1, 2, 3, 4]

  • The Path: It connects the fascia of the scalp, travels down the trapezius and erector spinae muscles of the back, continues through the sacrum, wraps down the hamstrings, runs through the calves, and terminates by wrapping around the heels into the plantar fascia on the bottom of the feet. [1, 2]
  • The Latissimus Dorsi Exception: Anatomically, the lats are technically part of a crossing pathway called the Functional Line. However, the lats heavily overlap and seamlessly blend into the thoracolumbar fascia, which acts as the major structural switchboard connecting your upper back directly to your lower back and legs. [1]
  1. Traditional Chinese Medicine: The Bladder Meridian

In traditional energy medicine, this path closely mirrors the Urinary Bladder Meridian (BL). [1]

  • The Path: It is the longest meridian in the body, starting at the eyes, traveling over the head, and splitting into branches that run completely down the back (directly passing through the trapezius and over the deep fascia corresponding to the lats). It then continues straight down the back of the legs, travels directly behind the outer ankle/heel, and ends at the pinky toe. [1]
  • Energy Function: In acupuncture, this meridian rules the body’s nervous system responses, postural stamina, and the literal “holding back” of physical or emotional stress. [1]
  1. Yoga and Movement: The Sagittal Kinetic Chain

In functional movement and yoga, this line is responsible for primary forward and backward bending (sagittal plane movement). When you feel a “line of energy” or a deep stretch during a Downward-Facing Dog or a standing forward fold, you are experiencing the structural tension of this exact chain activating from your upper back all the way down to your heels. [1, 2, 3]

I asked Google AI: Are any of these connected to the little finger and the ring finger?

Google AI said: Yes, the latissimus dorsi and the back pathways are heavily connected to the ring and little fingers, specifically through the lats’ unique anatomical relationship to the arms and corresponding energy meridians.

While the leg-to-heel line (the Superficial Back Line) stays on the back of your lower body, your upper back links directly into the hands through these specific pathways:

  1. The Anatomy Connection: The Deep Back Arm Line & Lats

The latissimus dorsi (lats) is the anatomical bridge here. The lat muscle originates on your lower spine and pelvis, but it travels up and inserts directly into the front/inside of your upper arm bone (humerus). Because of this connection, the fascia of the lats blends into the arm lines:

  • The Superficial & Deep Back Arm Lines: In Anatomy Trains, the back of your shoulder and arm contains fascial lines that run all the way down to the fingers.
  • The Pinky Connection: The ulnar nerve and the deep fascial sheets travel down the inner and back sides of the arm, passing through the elbow’s “funny bone” area, and terminate directly in the little finger (pinky) and the outside of the ring finger. When your lats are chronically tight, it can pull on this entire chain, sometimes causing tingling or tension in those exact two fingers.
  1. The Energy Connection: The Small Intestine & San Jiao Meridians

In Traditional Chinese Medicine, the back of the arm holds three distinct “Yang” energy channels that travel from the fingers up into the shoulders and trapezius:

  • The Little Finger (Small Intestine Meridian): This meridian begins at the tip of the little finger. It travels up the back of the arm, weaves directly across the shoulder blade (scapula), passes right through the trapezius muscle, and connects to the neck and face.
  • The Ring Finger (San Jiao / Triple Energizer Meridian): This meridian begins at the tip of the ring finger. It runs up the center-back of the arm, travels directly over the top of the shoulder through the trapezius, and wraps around the ear.

How it Ties Together

If you trace these paths, your trapezius acts as the major upper-body crossroads. The energy from your ring and little fingers travels up your arms, meets at the trapezius, and then links into the spine and lats—which finally send that structural force all the way down your lower back and legs to your heels.

I asked Google AI: Is the phrase ‘be here now’ copyrighted?

Google AI said: No, short phrases like “be here now” cannot be copyrighted under US law. [1]

Copyright vs. Short Phrases

  • Copyright law protects original creative works, such as books, songs, and movies, but it does not protect individual words, short titles, or brief phrases. [1]
  • The famous 1971 spiritual book Be Here Now by Ram Dass is protected by copyright, but that copyright applies to the book’s contents, design, and text as a whole—not to the three-word phrase itself. [1, 2, 3]

Trademarks

  • Trademarks protect words or phrases used in commerce to identify the source of goods or services.
  • A trademark registration for “BE HERE NOW” was previously filed and registered for certain uses, but that registration status is now cancelled. [1]

If you plan to use this phrase for a specific project (like a product line, book title, or business), let me know so I can help you check for any active trademark conflicts in your industry.

. . . . .

I said to Google AI: I would like to use it for a yoga kriya.

Google AI said: You can safely use “be here now” for a yoga kriya, as it does not violate copyright law or active trademark restrictions for yoga services.

Why It Is Safe to Use

  • Yoga names are unprotected: Individual names of yoga sequences, kriyas, or poses are not eligible for copyright protection.
  • No active trademark conflicts: There are currently no active trademarks restricting the use of “be here now” for yoga classes, instructional materials, or spiritual workshops.
  • Common cultural language: The phrase is considered a universal spiritual concept, meaning anyone is free to speak it, teach it, or name a practice after it.

Best Practices for Your Kriya

  • Avoid copying book contents: While you can use the title, do not replicate unique illustrations, specific text layouts, or verbatim meditations from the Ram Dass Be Here Now Book.
  • Create your own sequence: Ensure the specific combination of breathwork, mudras, and postures is your own original teaching or comes from the public domain.

If you are interested, I can help you draft an introductory script or write a guided meditation centered around the theme of “be here now” for your kriya. Would you like to focus on breathwork, body awareness, or mantra repetition?
