I found a great video that illustrates how the Christed Star Beings act as stewards of the Galaxies. These are our Star Brothers and Sisters who are the guardians of the Universe. Note the Cross on the space emblem on the chest of the Star Being.
I note there is a similarity with the features of Alien Greys, and also that the figure is darker than the beings of Light that I imagine in my own mind’s eye. I attribute this to the current limitations of video technology.

It is an interesting book … an esoteric book that describes the development of the chains of beings being born in the Solar System, and how they graduated from one planet to the next planet. It describes the beings that developed in phantasmagorical ways prior to man. This piqued my interest many years ago.
In Chapter 29 the book speaks about “The Earth Chain: The Third Round.” During that time it suggests that some animals that looked like logs .. clumsy logs … began to develop on Mars. I am thinking this might have to do with the development of the bacteria on Mars. Something I have gone into at some length in my work is the transfer by space travel on meteorites of those beings to Earth, and how good they were at genetic engineering …

A couple of pages later, the book begins to talk about some gorillas that developed on Earth because of a similarity to something it calls ‘basket-works’ on the Moon. It is very interesting, because I do not have any personal channeling regarding this.

During the next three years the probe will make 35 close fly-bys of Jupiter’s icy moons, concluding with an orbit around the moon Ganymede …
Ganymede is an icy moon with an iron core, a rocky mantle, and an icy shell. Within this shell may be an underground saltwater ocean. Ganymede has a tenuous (extremely thin) oxygen atmosphere. It also has a magnetic field, which is important in terms of a chance for life forms similar to our own to thrive there.
Fungi can live in icy water. They also thrive in deep space. Consequently I wonder if bolide impacts on Ganymede, as described here …

Maybe it is fungi to which the book “The Solar System” refers as being the basket-work men of the Moon chain. If that be so, then one might say that we primate men of Earth have within our skin the basket-work men of the Moon chain. I say this because fungal mycelia are interwoven within our large intestine and our skin … which together I have proposed might be considered as one huge organ within our human bodies …
Just as the bacteria from Mars live in our large intestine, fungi from Jupiter have colonized this great intestine-and-skin organ of ours. Evidence of this are outbreaks of psoriasis and eczema on our skin, which Western medicine treats with corticosteroids.
The natural remedy for overcolonization of our human bodies by fungi is simply to eat those foods not favored by fungi. For instance, we might avoid the simple sugars that yeasts, which are a form of fungus, eat. We might also avoid eating mushrooms, which are the sexual organs of fungi.

The book “The Solar System” speaks of ‘slimy creatures’ that look like reptiles in some ways, and which ate tree ferns.
From a biological standpoint, I have to wonder what this book is talking about. What were the creatures that were living on Mars? Is there any fossil record anywhere that supports this? And what about the archaic animals of Earth?
In particular, I noticed on the same page with the intelligent gorillas, mention of some animals that were scaly. But they were like birds, the book says. I cannot tell you exactly what it says, because there is a question about copyright. So, these animals were scaly … almost like birds with scales instead of feathers … and they seemed to be oddly constructed of a bunch of parts that did not resemble anything you could ever imagine. They seemed to be part bird and part reptile, and according to the book they were very unattractive.
The interesting thing here is that throughout this section the book speaks of these beings as ‘men’. It says first men were ‘this’, then men were ‘that’. There were different sorts of ‘men’ in different chains. And there were different sorts of reproduction, such as budding (like the hydra does); …
All these methods are known on Earth, but in what we would call ‘animals’ rather than in men. It is not clear in Lieut. Col. Arthur E. Powell’s work what he means by ‘men’. But the impression I got is that what are now known as ‘men’ assumed many different forms in many different ages past … and also came from the Moon, or from Mars …
I do not know whether Lieut. Col. Arthur E. Powell says it, but we Lightworkers say also from other places like Saturn or Jupiter, or from other star systems such as Alpha Centauri. We say that many other places contributed to the beings that we see here now on Earth, and our far-flung parental beings ‘overlight’ their children who are beings of Earth.

Space Weather … https://spaceweather.com … mentioned on 27 February 2025 that there will be a close approach of Alpha Centauri to Earth in 28,000 years. That is a mere wink of the eye in galactic time, but a long time from now in terms of our human lifespan.
Space Weather also mentions that millions of Alpha Centaurian asteroids (or objects that are the size of asteroids) may be in our Solar System right now. These may have been cast out helter skelter into space by the gravitational fields of planets in the Alpha Centauri system. Many more may approach Earth during the close fly-by 28,000 years from now.
Alpha Centauri comprises Alpha Centauri A, Alpha Centauri C, and Proxima Centauri. The first two stars are similar to Earth. Proxima Centauri is a red dwarf. This triple star system is so very different from our Solar System that life seeded here from that star system must be a sharp left turn from what had been evolving here priorly.
For instance, in my past work I have mentioned the possibility that the cruel, highly sexually and territorially aggressive ants of Earth might have been seeded by Alpha Centauri …

Space Weather for today, 27 February 2025, also mentions that Scholz’s Star passed close by our Solar System 70,000 years ago. I have not heard that star mentioned in Lightworker lore so far. I feel this star may also be a possible genetic seeder of Earth beings, as the time frame is appropriate to our modern-day human evolutionary models.
Like Alpha Centauri, Scholz’s Star is very different from our Sun. Scholz’s star is a binary star system coprising a brown dwarf star and a red dwarf star; our Sun is a yellow dwarf. What might have occurred when Scholz’s Star seeded Earth beings … in particular with regard to evolving modern man? Here are some thoughts on that …
As a Lightworker, I propose the possibility that Scholz’s Star sent to Earth meteorites in which beings dwelt that in some way influenced our human development. If Scholz’s star has an asteroid belt, or if it has as-yet-undetected planets, then meteorites may have derived from one or both of these. If the star system has no planets, then meteorities may have derived from collision of asteroids or comets with that binary star system.
It might also be that seeding was accomplished directly by the Scholzian star system in a nonphysical … perhaps electromagnetic … way, as will be discussed later a little later.
What might be the Divine purpose in seeding Earth through alien star beings on Scholz’s Star? From the stance of these putative alien star beings, there may have been human beings migrating out of Africa whose influence on planetary evolution might have been harmful. These ‘evil’ humans might have been eliminated through numerous strategies or mishaps.
If the star begins were non-Christed, then Divine benevolence might still have been supported through a beneficial effect unwittingly caused by an alien attempt to effect our extinction.
Near-Extinction ‘Bottleneck’ Event for Modern Humans Migrating Through Europe
It seems that there was a near-extinction ‘bottleneck’ event for modern humans who had migrated out of Africa 60,000 to 70,000 years ago. This near extinction reduced their numbers to about 2,000. As these people populated Europe, and were all derived from a small number of ancestors, the gene pool of modern European human beings is much less diverse than that of the human beings in Africa.
It has been suggested that a dramatic change to the environment was caused by the Toba supervolcano eruption 74,000 years ago, the biggest eruption in 2 million years, which left entire regions devastated by ash and a hypothetical ‘volcanic winter’. There is a theory that the near-extinction event of European human migrants might have had to do with that volcanic eruption.
Putative Means of Scholzian Seeding of Human Beings
If the Scholzians were electromagnetically gifted, as are the jinn of Earth today, then it is possible the Toba supervolcanic eruption might have been brought on by the Scholzians, either on Earth or nearby.
Another means through which the near-extinction event might have occurred might be parasitic attack not yet documented scientifically.
Another might have been physical or nonphysical electromagnetic alteration of the genes of migrating European human beings by a superior alien Scholzian race. There is even a possibility the Nephilim mentioned in the Bible might have been Scholzians.
Were the Nephilim (Which May Have been the Anunnaki) Really Scholzian Star Beings? My ideas expressed below might be said to supercede, or possibly to supplement, Lightworker lore about Sirius A as the origin of the Earth Anunnaki and Nephilim.
The story of the Nephilim might have had to do with a successful or a failed attempt to graft Scholzian genes onto European human migrants so as to influence human evolution.
The timeframe (purportedly 2438 BC) described in the Bible is far from the target timeline. On the other hand the Biblical book is Genesis. The word Genesis means ‘the process or mode of origin’. Thus the stories in Genesis might have to do with times much longer ago.
Here is the famous passage in Genesis 4 that pertains to the Nephilim …
“4. There were giants in the earth in those days; and also after that, when the sons of God came in unto the daughters of men, and they bare children to them, the same became mighty men which were of old, men of renown.
“5. And God saw that the wickedness of man was great in the earth, and that every imagination of the thoughts of his heart was only evil continually.
“6. And it repented the Lord that he had made man on the earth, and it grieved him at his heart.
“7. And the Lord said, I will destroy man whom I have created from the face of the earth; both man, and beast, and the creeping thing, and the fowls of the air; for it repenteth me that I have made them.” — Genesis 6: 4-7, KJV
With a stretch of the imagine, we might imagine this narrative to be a memory of humankind from 60,000 -70,000 years ago. Could the giants who walked the Earth at that time … the Nephilim … have been aliens from Scholz’s Star who arrived at Earth through whatever means at that time?
The Scholzians might, after all, not have been entirely ‘physical’ alien beings. They might have been nonphysical beings such as the jinn (the ‘genies’) of Earth who are able to repair and maintain the electromagnetic forces of the vortices of the Earth hologram.
Such electromagnetically gifted alien beings might have used their star wisdom to cull European migrants who were more bloodthirsty, less civilized. They might also have clairvoyantly influenced the migrating humans in such a way that the conviction arose there were giants intermarrying with them and seeding humanity with a new evolutionary direction. That is my thought about it.

I was very interested to find on Youtube recently mention of a flying reptile that was found on Earth for millions of years after they first showed up. Those flying reptiles were called prehistoric flying reptiles.

… the top of the head of a grown man would reach about to the shoulder of Hatzegopteryx. So they were about twice as tall as people. And their front legs folded out into huge wings with which they could fly from island to island in the European island continent that existed at that time.
These Hatzegopteryx could fold their front legs up and walk on all fours. And they had huge beaks. Archaeologists only recently found the fossils, which were amazingly durable. This durability made it possible for archaeologists to find that particular type of fossil. Now there are lots of Youtube videos about Hatzegopteryx and all its relatives. Artists depict these flying reptiles with all kinds of fanciful colorations of the beak, of the topknot, and of the body.
From the way that the book “The Solar System” uses the word ‘man’ I get the feeling … a deep feeling … that Hatzegopteryx is man not yet in present-day form … even the feeling that Hatzegopteryx may have been me!
So I did a video [see above] that shows what it might look like to encounter myself as this very unusual form in a much more ancient time of the evolution of my Soul in our Solar System. It looks a little like this …

So there am I, looking up at this giant ‘Hatzegopteryx me’. You see?
There is even a chance that, in the future ages on Earth, if the human form that we now know, with all the subtle bodies, all the chakras … this very carefully crafted form that allows us deeply to experience life on Earth while retaining an understanding of God’s will and of the Divine consciousness … if that form were to perish, there is a chance that what we call ‘humankind’ might incarnate in a completely different future form. Is that not an interesting idea?
I think that “The Solar System” book only describes beings that have existed in the past. The really interesting question is: What might humankind become in the future, billions of years from now, when Earth is no more than a cinder, and life has moved on to the outer planets in our Solar System. What form might our consciousness and our Awareness embody in those other planets? And on, after the end of this Solar System … on to another Solar System our great Souls might wend their way, until a whole new set of chains takes place in a newly budding Solar System. Would that not be cool? And galaxy after galaxy we might experience the memories of all these Earth incarnations, and the memories of incarnations on planet after planet … in preparation for who-know-what that God might have in store for our Awareness?
That is the question of the hour.

Part 1 has to do with the intricate mechanism that makes up the energy field of a human being. I have made the first part into five videos: an Introduction, then a video on each of these: the Superconscious Mind and the Transpersonal Chakras; the Conscious and Subconscious Minds and the Personal Chakras; the Unconscious Mind and the Subpersonal Chakras; and the Conclusion to Part 1.
Then the next part … Part 2 … is about how we humans may communicate with the stars … How can we attempt this? It has in it as much as I have learned, as much as I have figured out about how to do that.
The third part … Part 3 … is the homework to activate the central vertical power current along the spine axis, which I think of as the ‘kundalini’ energy.
The reason we Lightworkers need to activate the kundalini during this ‘ramp up’ to the Solar Maximum, is this: Unless we activate the kundalini, then we are not going to be able to clear all the malware and Soul wounding and samskaras out of our energy fields in time to act effectively as LIghtworkers during the Solar Maximum. So, I feel, it is important to do this work; and this is the time to do it.
And then the last part … Part 4 of Lightworker Homework 4 … is on maintaining the body of Light, and that has to do with networking with other Lightworkers around the world.

Part 1A. Introduction
I have for you today “Lightworker Homework 4: Activate Your Central Vertical Power Current (Your ‘Kundalini’)” by Alice B. Clagett. This is “Part 1: The Four Minds – the 18 Chakras – Subtle Bodies and Bridges.” Today’s video is the Introduction to Part 1.
Part 1 has to do with the intricate mechanism that makes up the energy field of a human being. The reason I thought to put that in is that, as Lightworkers, we cannot hope to optimize our ability to do Lightwork unless we are thoroughly familiar with the energy field that represents the human form … which is far more complicated than most people think, and a miracle, even in the estimation of those who feel it comprises no more than our physical bodies (which is far from the truth).
We need to get some idea of all the energies that we, as Lightworkers, work with, in order to do our very best job as Lightworkers, I feel. What I will be talking today … the four minds, the 18 chakras, subtle bodies, and bridges … is to do with what, in truth, the energy field of the human form is.

I would like to show you first a truly beautiful painting I found. I call it “Lightworkers” because it expresses to me how the Lightworkers, during the Ascension process, are channeling Christed and Buddhic Consciousness to all of Earth and all the beings on it.
This painting was originally called “The Last Judgment,” and the painter was Fra Angelico. In the center is Christ, with the beautiful, golden Light of Christ Consciousness around Him. On either side of Him are saints and apostles. All are people with the Christ Consciousness with which He has imbued them.
You can see the golden haloes on their heads, for instance. Those haloes were typical of the early art regarding the Christian church, because back in the day when Christ walked Earth, all the people with whom He came into contact received the gift of Christed or Buddhic Consciousness. I am sure you know about that. Today, with the Ascension process on Earth, everyone now living has a chance to do the same …

This blog explains more about the human body, the subtle bodies, our chakras, and our four minds.
In recent years I have drawn and updated an image of the human chakras. At first the image showed 12 chakras; then a revision showed 18 chakras. Then there was a revision that added the human subtle bodies, the ‘bridges’, and the four human minds … the Unconscious Mind, the Subconscious Mind, the Conscious Mind, and the Superconscious Mind … to the framework of the 18 human chakras …
I think I will show you the very tiny figure that is the view of all of this … the schematic of all these components of the human energy system first. You can barely see it here, but you will see a picture of a human being, with circles … some of them colored … all along the axis of the spine, and above and below that.
And then on the left you will see brackets that show the four minds: the Unconscious Mind at the bottom; the Subconscious Mind above that; the Conscious Mind higher up, around the head; and the Superconscious Mind above the head.
The brackets on the other side [the righthand side] have to do with Bridges between some very interesting things that [will be discussed a little later].
Then the labels [to the right of the person … which I am certain are not legible … show] the names of the chakras along with their associated subtle bodies.
So you just get a general idea [from this small sketch]: Here is a person. There are all these chakras: Personal Chakras; Transpersonal Chakras (meaning chakras above the person); and Subpersonal Chakras (meaning chakras below the person).
In the old days, there were only a few chakras in the personal arena … not as many as are shown here … only seven. But some were added [to the Personal Chakras] as more and Light came in, with the Shift.
Then we started sensing Transpersonal Chakras and Subpersonal Chakras. So at times of high Light … as is about to happen … we now have access to many more tools. [That is a topic that] I will be getting into later …

The Description is so very weighty and complicated that I thought I would wait, and go over it as I show you the smaller portions of the image and explain them [in future videos]. Otherwise it would get too detailed, I feel.
The Four Minds. I thought I would talk at the outset a little about the different minds. A lot of people in the world today … especially the Western world … believe they have and work with only their Conscious Mind centered around their brain.
People in primitive societies … with indigenous creeds, for instance … were more likely to work with the Subconscious Mind that centered around the gut brain … around the colon, around the lower body. And they did this through what [I believe may be known as] ‘Low Magic’ practices which subsume and direct the minds of other people through their own ‘gut brains’ … their own Subconscious Minds.
In today’s world of science, people tend to use the Conscious Mind, and to think that they are very logical people. But yet, still within them is … lower down … the same mind that they used to navigate the world when they were young children, before they reached the Age of Reason.
The dreaming mind at night, for instance, is the Subconscious Mind, that comes into play as the Conscious Mind sleeps.
Some mesmerists and black magic people today use what is called High Magic to control the Conscious Mind. The way they do this is to find the Soul wounding that lurks in that mind, so as to put that person into a state of anguish where they themselves cannot direct their activities very well.
I myself feel that both High Magic and Low Magic are unethical things to do. I do not think there is any human being on Earth today who, through his rational mind, has the ability to direct anyone else’s free will and control it. I think that our personal arena of endeavor, here on Earth, is our own energy field.
So, the Subconscious Mind centered around the colon and the gut … and the Conscious Mind centered around the head … these are the two minds that are known to modern psychiatry and psychology, and rarely overlooked. A lot of effort goes into discovery of the hangups and hookups and the snags in those two minds.
Some years ago I was sitting in meditation, for quite some time, with a group of people who, unbeknownst to me at the time, could exercise mind control through another mind that is called the Superconscious Mind, that is above the head. I did not know that mind existed until I read the writings of Sri Aurobindo. He explained something about other minds that exist than those known in the Western world. One of them was the Superconscious Mind, which he called ‘superconscient’, I think. That is, I think, a French term. So I renamed it ‘Superconscious Mind’, along the lines of the Subconscious Mind and the Conscious Mind.

I ought to mention that I do not entirely agree with Sri Aurobindo’s explanation of the four mental zones, but I do agree completely about the existence of the Superconscious Mind. With that in mind, let’s go back to the subject at hand.
When a person does not know that they have more than one mind … [more than one] mental center … they are easily controlled by someone who knows this. And that is what I found: That people who have that understanding from the esoteric learnings of India have a tendency to try to control, and act as dictators for, humankind, in great waves of social consciousness that they themselves choose to be better for humankind, without regard for the free will of individuals.
I consider this to be unethical as well. So I have written quite a bit about it in my blog “Awakening with Planet Earth,” by searching for the term ‘astral thuggees’, as I call it. You will find out quite a bit about the type of astral beings … and human beings projecting their astral presence as well … who try to take up residence above our heads … in our Superconscious Minds … and direct our activities in that way.
As Lightworkers, we have the assignment to clear our energy fields of all external influences, so that we can work with our Ascension Teams in a clear, clean energy field to help heal Earth.
Now I will talk a little more about the Unconscious Mind. The Unconscious Mind I think of as being below the feet. It is very dense, very compact; and known to modern psychiatry and psychology. It is very hard to get a glimpse of it, because it is the fundament … it is the underlayer of the archetypal images of each culture. They are so deeply imprinted on us, from birth, that we take them for granted, I feel; and it is very difficult to discover what is going on with that. But we, as Lightworkers, need to do our best to clear that arena as well. It is a difficult job, but it is a Lightworker’s job.
I talked about how I researched in different disciplines … in psychiatry and psychology, and in esoteric lore … for information about the various telepathic centers, because the interest of esotericists is often, unfortunately, to do with mind control and mesmerism and getting what they want in the world through controlling other people.
I translated that into terms such as the different consciousness levels of the mind because I felt that to be more consistent. It is a consistent naming process. And it emphasizes what the Lightworkers feel to be important: That is our own personal energy array, so that we may offer as many pure blessings to Earth as we can.
The Chakras. I did quite a bit of reading and synthesis of other people’s ideas of the new chakras that had come on board in the Shift … both within the personal chakras; and also, above the head; and also, below the feet.
And I have put together as much as I could, with as much agreement as I could get from the many people who have contributed to this topic in such recent times.
There is quite a bit of disagreement as to labeling and naming of the chakras, and also quite a difference of opinions about the number of the chakras and the colors of the chakras, and so forth.
But I have done my best to make this a drawing one that we Lightworkers can work with during Solar Cycle 25. I feel it will suffice for at least that length of time.
The Bridges. Then there are the Bridges. I had heard about some people naming the heart chakra the ‘Astral Bridge’, and I really liked that idea. Then I found that other people were naming other chakras as ‘Bridges’, and I really liked that too. So I picked the very best of what I could find in terms of ‘Bridges’, and renamed some from my own understanding of how I feel it ought to be.
It is not channeling, because this is such a changing process. The human energy system is still unfolding, and the DNA is unfolding, and everything is changing. But at this moment, I have this to offer you.
I feel that, in the arena of the fifth chakra above the head … the Fifth Transpersonal Chakra … there is what might be termed a Bridge to Formlessness. That is because the chakras above that … above the fifth … are apparently the domain of energy fields that do not relate to our concept of form.
Then, just above the head I have indicated what I feel to be the Soul Bridge. (Some people call this the ‘Causal Template’.) I say this because I locate the Soul itself to be the second chakra above the head … the Second Transpersonal Chakra.
So the Bridge [to the Soul] would be the first chakra above the head … not the Crown Chakra, but the one up above that.
If you are lying on a massage table, and you have a health care worker stand behind you and pass her hands back and forth above your head (in a horizontal rather than a vertical way, because you are lying down) you will begin to sense, most likely, where those transpersonal chakra energy centers are. It will start to feel like there is energy where her hand touches it. At least that was the case for me during Solar Cycle 24.
Then we have the Astral Bridge located in the heart.
Then we have, beneath the body, what I call the Incarnational Bridge. Some call it the Earth Star, just below the feet … the First Subpersonal Chakra. And I feel that makes sense because from mother Earth to personal form we are birthed. So that is the bridge; that first energy center beneath the feet is the bridge from Earth to our physical form.
The Subtle Bodies. Going on the assumption that our human energy array is an elegant, simple, very finely tuned mechanism designed by beings far more wise and knowledgeable than we, and for a specific intention (or set of intentions) for the place of humankind in the realm all beings in the Universe, I decided that it must be that each of the Subtle Bodies described in esoteric lore has to be associated with one of the Chakras. That makes sense to me from the standpoint of elegant simplicity. And so, in my sketch I have arranged (insofar as I am capable of doing) for a pairing of each Chakra with a certain Subtle Body.
Assignment of Groups of Chakras to Each of the Four Minds. Another thing that I have done that is unusual is that I have assigned various chakras to each of the four minds.
The Subconscious Mind I have assigned to whatever number it may be of Subpersonal Chakras beneath the feet. I have come up with six of those, just from my collation of what other people have said about it, which has been extremely diverse. So I picked what I felt to be most resonant with my own work, and added that to the sketch.
Then as far as the Subconscious Mind is concerned, I made that the domain of the Lower Triangle [of yogic lore], which is the first, second and third chakras oldstyle, also known as the First, Second, and Third Personal Chakras.
Then the domain of the Conscious Mind I made the remaining Personal Chakras: chakras four through seven.
And the domain of the Superconscious Mind I made all the Transpersonal Chakras, of which I have depicted five. When you search online, you will come across an amazing array of ideas about all this. But for my work …. if you are going to be reading my blog … I think you will find that my scheme is something to which you will refer, over and over again, as a tool to help you understand the things about which I am talking about … which, in many cases, are my own channeling and not available online elsewhere. In very many cases that is true. So it is a useful tool, I feel.

Now I will read you the names of these chakras as a working model …
The first, just above the head, I call Transpersonal Chakra 1. It has also been termed the Causal Chakra. And that one is associated with this Subtle Body: the Causal Vortex. I call it the ‘Soul Bridge’.
The second I term Transpersonal Chakra 2 (otherwise known as the Soul Star). That one is associated with with this Subtle Body: The Atma, or the Soul.
The third I term Transpersonal Chakra 3. That one is associated with with this Subtle Body termed the Monad, which represents Awareness, or the Eternal Now.
The fourth I simply term Transpersonal Chakra 4. That is associated with the Subtle Body called the Logos, or the Solar Body, whose qualitied are Light, Love and Joy.
The fifth, Transpersonal Chakra 5, is sometimes called the Stellar Gateway, or the God’s Head. I call it the ‘Bridge to Formlessness’.
So you can see, for these Transpersonal Chakras, that two are Bridges, and three, according to my sketch, are associated with or connected to three Subtle Bodies: the Soul, the Monad, and the Logos.
In my work online there are categories for the Soul; for each Transpersonal Chakra; for Awareness and the Eternal Now; for Light, Love and Joy. You will find these phrases repeated over and over again in my work. It all has to do with the qualities that came on board after the Shift, and that we Lightworkers can utilize to help heal Earth and all her beings.
These are tools for Lightworkers for the coming times.

Part 1C has to do with the Conscious Mind, the Subconscious Mind, the Personal Chakras within the human body (including the head and the torso), their related Subtle Bodies, and the ‘Astral Bridge’.
[Next I will discuss the Personal Chakras. Many of you will know quite a bit about this from your prior yogic studies, and so forth. [My work] includes a few new chakras that most people agree were activated during the Shift. You can see the human body here, [and] the Personal Chakras.
[There are two brackets on the left. The lower bracket is labeled:] ‘Subconscious Mind’. That is at the bottom of the torso … what is known as the Lower Triangle [comprising the three lowermost Personal Chakras].
And for the Conscious Mind [the upper lefthand bracket] I have included all the other chakras in the Personal Chakra arena … chakras four to seven, and whatever has come on board as new.
[There is one bracket on the righthand side of the page. That is labeled:] ‘Astral Bridge’, and is related to the Heart Chakra.
We have traditional colors for most of the chakras here, in an array going from red up to violet [or purple] at the top. Most of you will be familiar with these chakras, so I will just read them to you …
At the base of the torso is Personal Chakra 1, often termed the Basal Chakra or the Root Chakra. The Subtle Body with which it is associated I feel to be the Etheric Body, otherwise known as the Etheric Double or Etheric Net. There is a great deal of controversy about these terms; I have done the best I could to collate the whole thing.
Personal Chakra 2, in the area of the sex organs, near the base of the body, is sometimes known as the Sacral Chakra or the Sexual Chakra. That is associated, I feel, with the Emotional Body; that is the Subtle Body that is sometimes confused with the Astral Body, and which I have separated out as the Emotional Body.
The third chakra, Personal Chakra 3, otherwise known as the navel point, is associated, I feel, with the Subtle Body called the Vital Body (and sometimes called the Pranic Body.
Then we have the Astral Bridge, which includes the Heart Chakras: Low, Mid-, and High Heart. Also, there is a Hridaya Chakra deep inside. So there are four [Heart Chakras]. There are also four chambers of the [physical] heart. I colored those in a color spectrum, moving up from [light] green to light blue …
The Low Heart, at the Solar Plexus, is light green.
Personal Chakra 4, otherwise known as the Heart Chakra or the Middle Heart [Chakra], is usually depicted as emerald green (or sometimes pink).
And the High Heart, at the thymus gland, I depicted as light blue.
I did not include the Hridaya Chakra because it is hidden, and I cannot seem to get it [into the sketch].
Above that we have Personal Chakra 5, at the level of the throat. The Subtle Body with which I associated that is the Etheric Template.
Then there is Personal Chakra 6, otherwise known as the Third Eye-Point, and associated with the pineal gland. [revised–the text used to say “associated with the pituitary and not the pineal gland] The Subtle Body I assigned to that was the Celestial Body, or the Cosmic Mind.
There are some Ear Centers. Most people have only begun to know about them. Apparently at the right ear and at the left ear there are Ear Centers. They are considered to be included in Personal Chakra 7 … as a portion of that chakra. What form that takes I do not know. But on faith, I take it that there are Ear Centers, that they are of importance, and that they have a function in our Ascension gifts, which are just now unfolding.
Personal Chakra 7, the Crown Chakra, I assigned to a Subtle Body called the Causal Body … sometimes called the Ketheric Template or the Buddhic or Christ Consciousness. That is very important to know, because all the Lightworkers need to master the Crown Chakra in order to transmit to Earth Buddhic or Christ Consciousness.

On the Elegance and Simplicity of the Human Energy Field. It makes sense to me that each of the chakras should be associated with one form of energy in the energy [field] of a person. I feel that to be a neat definition of the energy mechanisms of the human form.
I feel that the human form, including the physical body and the Subtle Energy Bodies, is like a Swiss watch in its workings … that it is very simple and symmetrical, and that when we find the truth of these energy fields, it will be like everything falling into place; it will be so transparent, so symmetrical, so obvious, so clear.
How it works has been designed by minds much higher than our own. And so the fact that we have four minds, associated, I feel, with varying numbers of chakras … and that those chakras, I feel, are associated either with Bridges or with Subtle Bodies … certain types of energy that are important to our Ascension skills and to our higher selves … of our higher functions in the world … I feel to be quite clear.
In the process of working through this, I saw diversity and confusion … a lot of argument … and a lot of people coming upon some of the truth, but not all of it.
But when all the pieces fell together in the sketch, I understood the elegant simplicity of the work that we are. I feel certain that, as the Ascension process proceeds, people will begin to perceive this elegance and this simplicity more and more, and to refine this idea.
What I am showing you today is only the very beginning. What you will see in the years to come will absolutely astound you, I feel.

Part 1D: The Unconscious Mind, the Subpersonal Chakras and Their Related Subtle Bodies, and the Incarnational Bridge top
Part 1D has to do with the Unconscious Mind, with the Subpersonal Chakras beneath [a person’s] feet and their related Subtle Bodies, and with one bridge I term the Incarnational Bridge.
Cutout 4: The Unconscious Mind and Its Related Chakras, Subtle Bodies, and Bridge
The fourth cutout has to do with the Subpersonal Chakras and the Unconscious Mind, looks like this. You can see the feet here, so you know where these chakras are found. On the left I have [the label] Unconscious Mind. On the right I have [the label] Incarnational Bridge (or Earth Star). That is the first chakra beneath the feet. Then there are four more Subpersonal Chakras, which I have labeled, very simply, Subpersonal Chakras 2, 3, 4, 5, and 6. Subpersonal Chakra 6 is sometimes called the ‘Gaia Gateway’, and that makes good sense to me.
I researched the esoteric literature to try to find out which Subtle Bodies were related to the Subpersonal Chakras. The Lightworker literature in that regard … I think because the topic is so new … offered such diversity it was absolutely confounding. So I picked the Subtle Body [names] that made the most sense to me.
For Subpersonal Chakra 2, I picked the Subtle Body ‘Gaia Gateway’. That makes sense because it is the beginning of the Subtle Bodies that are within Earth. (‘Gaia’ is a name for Earth.)
Then for Subpersonal Chakra 3 I picked the Subtle Body ‘Dolphin Matrix’.
For Subpersonal Chakra 4 I chose the Subtle Body label ‘Inner Earth Cities’.
Then for Subpersonal Chakra 5 I picked the Subtle Body ‘Whale Matrix’.
For Subpersonal Chakra 6 I chose the Subtle Body ‘Heart of Mother Earth’. I am right sure that the lowest of the Subtle Bodies is the Heart of Mother Earth, sometimes called the ‘Halls of Amenti’.
As to the names ‘Dolphin Matrix’, ‘Inner Earth Cities’, and ‘Whale Matrix’: I picked those because I feel an affinity for each of them. It makes sense to me: The wisdom of the dolphins, the wisdom of the Inner Earth beings, the wisdom of the whales. It makes sense to me that we should finally be connecting with those beings, which are in the waters of Earth or in the depths of Earth, and beneath our feet …

For those of you Lightworkers who are digging in and doing serious Lightworker research in preparation for the Solar Maximum of Solar Cycle 25, I ought to explain the relationship of this sketch to various sections of the Table of Contents in my blog “Awakening with Planet Earth.”
This drawing is related to two sections of my Table of Contents, from which may be gleaned more information about each aspect of the drawing.
The title of the first relevant section in the Table of Contents is “Physical body and subtle bodies”; that falls under the greater heading “Esoteric lore – occult mysteries – arcana.”
The title of the second relevant section in the Table of Contents is “Chakras”; that falls under the greater heading “Yoga – Kundalini Yoga.” These two subsections are most pertinent: “Personal Chakras” and “Transpersonal Chakras.”
The section “Physical Body and Subtle Bodies” includes some information about the physical body itself (which is pictured in the above sketch) … including the DNA, genetics, a little about introns. Then each of the Subtle Bodies that we just discussed is listed as a separate category under subtle bodies. And sometimes the qualities of the Subtle Bodies … such as ‘Buddhic or Christ Consciousness’ … the ‘body of Light’ which is the domain of the Soul Bridge … Soul purpose, Soul mission, and so forth … malware, samskaras, and the like … are listed under the [pertinent] Subtle Bodies. So the categories are an easy way to bone up on and figure out this or that.
Then under “Chakras,” mostly there are references to the Personal Chakras and the Transpersonal Chakras. Very little is said about the Subpersonal Chakras because I have not developed that work very much.
You can go to each of those Chakras and find out more about it, according to what I have read from time to time, or what I have experienced myself or channeled myself. It should be clear from the text to which of those I refer … whether I am talking about someone else’s work, or reading that I have done (there should be a reference if that is the case) … and if it is my own channeling, then it should indicate very clearly that it is my own channeling.

The first subsection is entitled “The Star Nations – Each Within Its Own Bandwidth of Dimensional Vibrations” …
We humans are amongst the members of the Star Nations … friendly star brothers and sisters from our own Solar System, from our own Milky Way Galaxy, and from many other galaxies in which sentient, ascending life forms exist.
The members of the Star Nations vibrate in many dimensions. All are ascending. Thus some of our star brethren who, until recently, existed in the fourth dimension might now exist in both the fourth and the fifth dimension, and so on.
The Hathors of Earth’s Solar Planes, who are by my reckoning from the planet Venus of our own Solar System, are readily available to speak with us humans. According to Tom Kenyon, who channeled the Hathor Archives, the Hathors exist in the fourth through the twelfth dimensions. I think it will help you clear your energy field, so that you can find yourself in touch with these incredible beings, the Hathors of Earth’s Solar Planes.

According to Judy Satori, who so beautifully channels star knowledge, our fourth chakra (the fourth chakra of us human beings) relates to the Pleiadians; our fifth and sixth chakras to Siriuns; our sixth and seventh chakras to Arcturians; our eighth to Mintakans in the Orion System; and our ninth to Andromedans. I got that information here …
The Angelic Realm, I feel, has amongst its members those who fashion and harmonize all twelve ‘formed’ dimensions. By ‘formed’ dimensions I mean those dimensions that involve form. In the human energy field, for instance, the concept of ‘form’ applies to the form of the physical body, as well as to the forms of the subtle bodies.)
My own understanding and experience … though I see no corroboration online … is that we humans may contact the angels … as we may the Hathors … through our chakras four through twelve.
In order to speak with our star brothers and sisters, we must place our own Awareness in a dimension to which they may ‘tune in’ and speak with us. Such speech may not be English. In fact, it may not consist of ‘words’ that we can hear with our physical ears or our astral ears. They may speak to us in words of Light. We must be prepared for and attuned to that possibility.

Our star brothers and sisters may speak to us in various ways. They may speak in the languages of Sound, whether to our physical ears or to our astral ears. They may speak in the languages of Light. Or they may speak in a combination of these.
Channeling Light Through the Languages of Sound and Light. From that we may see that when we communicate their Star Messages to others, we may do so in the languages of Sound, or in the languages of Light, or in a combination of these.
If the language we use is that of Sound, then it is easy to record the sound and convey it to others. If we use both Sound and Light, then to a certain extent that may be conveyed through video recordings.
If we convey sound to a physical gathering, then I feel certain teachings of Light will flow forth to those present, in addition to our vocalized teachings.
When our body of Light is very clear and well activated, then simply through our Light we can convey Star Messages by empathic channeling to others physically present. If others are at a distance and wish to hear, then remote empathic channeling may take place.
That same channeling of Star Messages can occur for any Lightworker, pathfinder, wayshower, or healer whose body of Light is clear and well activated, through the Lightworker’s interface with our star brethren, whether nearby in our own Solar system, or perhaps in a faraway galaxy.
Channeling Light Through the Eyes.I have found, in a physical gathering, that words of Light sometimes channel through me, through my eyes, which appear to others to be ‘flickering’. I have written a story about this …

This flickering of Light appears to me to be a way of offering gifts of Incoming Light downloads, and of the new DNA … each person’s pristine Soul DNA … to those standing before me. For me, proffering these Ascension gifts of Light is an automatic process … a process of my Superconscious Mind rather than my Conscious Mind.
Thus I suggest, for those of the Lightworkers who channel words of Light in this way, I find it may be best to physically move away from anyone who feels uncomfortable with this nifty way of gifting star messages through Light.
Channeling Light Through Spontaneous Mudras. I feel my Ascension Team began channeling Light through me through the eyes as an alternative to channeling through spontaneous mudras, which involve movements of the arms and channeling of Light through the eyes and through physical gestures (in my case, especially hand gestures or ‘mudras’). Now I have a story to tell you: In the year 2011, as I recall, I had been channeling Light through spontaneous mudras in a Spirit-filled, multi-ethnic, multi-generational Christian church in Northridge, California. Now to continue with the story: On the negative side, I remember … I think it was on Sunday, 5 December 2011 … being escorted out of the church by two burly ushers, who backed me up against the exterior church wall, so that the pastor of the church could condemn me as being possessed by Satan. For awhile, I was upset about my experience with that church, especially in light of the wonderful feeling of loving Christ consciousness I was then feeling. I found out later, though, that another person had a similar experience at that church … I found that out by searching online … and so I began to feel my experience with that church in a less personal way.
You can imagine why such an experience would have caused my Ascension Team to switch from large physical gestures to unobtrusive gestures as a means of channeling the Language of Light.

If We Humans Synchronize Our Dimensional Vibrations with Those of Another Star Being, Then We Can Communicate with Them
How then may we humans place our own Awareness in a dimension to which our star brothers and sisters may ‘tune in’ and speak with us?
Certain of Our Human Chakras Are Doorways … Portals or ‘Stargates’ … Through Which We May Speak with Our Star Brethren. Certain of the 18 chakras which are features of the central vertical power current … the ‘kundalini’ … of our toroidal body of Light step our Awareness up through the first twelve, ‘formed’ dimensions of our Universe. The twelve chakras that step our Awareness up in this way are the seven Personal Chakras and the five Transpersonal Chakras.
Our Awareness Is the Tool That Opens the Doorway to Each Dimension. By placing our Awareness upon one of these twelve chakras, we can shift our dimensional Awareness from one dimension to the next. Thus we may place our consciousness on a chakra from four to twelve; we may communicate with the Hathors or the Angelic Realm. If we place our Awareness on our sixth or seventh chakra, for instance, we might hope to communicate with Arcturus; and so on.
Ascension Gift: A More Greatly Activated Central Vertical Power Current or ‘Kundalini‘. Our ability to use the central vertical power current (known in ancient times as the ‘kundalini’) of our human body of Light as a means of communicating with the Star Nations is an important Ascension gift … an Ascension skill available to us as Lightworkers, pathfinders, wayshowers, and healers. It is a gift to ascending human beings … to the New Humans here on Earth.
In these days of Ascension, when the kundalini is activated, especially when it is activated during a Solar Cycle Maximum like the one we are approaching in the next few years … but even during Solar Cycle Minimums, given the right situation of heavenly bodies both near to Earth and far away … then the human body of Light may be in such an expanded state as to include the Transpersonal Chakras.
During those times, we may communicate with the Star Nations in those dimensional bandwidths. When those more propitious conditions do not exist, and our body of Light is more condensed, still we may communicate with beings of Light of dimensional bandwidths one through seven or eight.
But in order to communicate with the Christed Star Beings … the friendly beings of love and Light, and joy, we Lightworkers must have very clear bodies of Light. Lack of clarity in the body of Light … even a little of it … can sour our communications with ‘Dark Interference’.
Truth to tell, it may be we humans who lend negativity to Star Intel; so I feel. If that is so, then surely it is up to us Lightworkers to clear our energy fields. Then our Star Intel will be crystal clear, and full of love, Light and joy, I feel. Or so it seems to me.

The title of Part 3 is “Activate the Central Vertical Power Current (the ‘Kundalini’) so as to Clear the Body of Light.” I have for you at the beginning an image of the kundalini that I like very much for its simplicity and its color. Here it is …
Nice, is it not? Beautiful golden yellow color. You can see the wings … how activation of the kundalini allows you to take flight and to find your angelic nature. You can see how it twines up the chakras, and reaches its peak at the crown chakra. It is a very beautiful image; very expressive, I feel.

In order to speak in the truest way with our star brethren, we must first fully activate the magnetic and electric forces that flow through our central vertical power current or ‘kundalini’. One way to do that is to practice Kundalini Yoga.
After your central vertical power current is fully activated, your body of Light will be clear and bright. Your personal and transpersonal chakras will be fully functional. It will be easy to place your Awareness on whatever chakra you like. And you will be able to communicate with your star brothers and sisters, in all likelihood … That was my case, and I expect it might be so for you as well. I should say I cannot promise this, but I think it is quite likely.
Homework to Help Activate the Central Vertical Power Current (the ‘Kundalini’)
I am going to give you some homework that will help you to activate your kundalini. It has to do with information on my website. This blog has a tab at the top called “Contents.” That gives you the Table of Contents.
One of the links from that main Contents page will lead you to a heading “Yoga – Kundalini Yoga.” Under that heading is a heading called “Kundalini.” That is where you want to end up in order to learn all about raising your kundalini and clearing your body of Light.
In addition, there is a heading “Adventures with Alice.” That heading has three sections that will be helpful in clearing the body of Light. The first is “Meditations and Visualizations by Alice.” The second is “Mudras and Kriyas by Alice.” And the third is “Prayers – blessings – mantras – chants – affirmations – white magic – by Alice” …
That is the homework. It is quite extensive because it involves clicking on all the links in each of these sections. Once again, the sections are: “Kundalini” and all its subsections; “Meditations and Visualizations by Alice”; “Mudras and Kriyas by Alice”; and “Prayers – blessings – mantras – chants – affirmations – white magic – by Alice.”
That is quite some amount of homework; but in order to raise the kundalini and keep it up, you need to know a few things. You will find, in these links that I offer you, further links to Healthy, Happy, Holy Organization, which is also known as 3HO. That is the organization that taught me Kundalini Yoga. They are the keepers of this information.

LIGHTWORKER HOMEWORK 4: PART 4: ON MAINTAINING THE BODY OF LIGHTtop
This is the fourth and last part of Lightworker Homework 4. This section is entitled “On Maintaining the Body of Light.
On Networking with Other Lightworkers
I personally find it helpful, in maintaining my body of Light in a whole and harmonic way, to listen in on others of the Lightworkers. In my blog is a page that you can reach by searching for the word: Blogroll … The full title of the page is “Blogroll: Ascension Resources” …
That contains quite a few links that will be helpful to you in networking with the Lightworker community.
In addition to the counselors and Lightworkers and events and teachers mentioned on that page are quite a few more Lightworkers who can be found by surfing online … some really excellent Lightworkers there as well.
You will find those that resonate the most with your own teachings and your own approach. I suggest just staying in touch with them. If you can, support them a little financially; that is always terrific, because Lightworker work is mostly pro bono. It mostly just from the yearning of the Soul to reach out to other Souls … and to do one’s best to help shine the Light on their path which they must take … which is always somewhat Dark and rocky, here on Earth, because of the Duality show.
So we may help those others among us … who may be struggling more than we … by offering verbal support; by listening in on their communications online and otherwise; by … if we can … offering a little bit of financial support here and there. Even a small amount is helpful, I feel … and just by being a good friend … at least through the heart (and that is the most important thing) to feel that connection with the other Lightworkers, wayshowers, pathfinders, and healers that exit here at this time on Earth, during this glorious process of Ascension.
That is my final suggestion: Once you have done all the work … once you have done your best to clarify your body of Light so that you can best use your Ascension gifts and tools, then you will want to maintain your good spirits, and the good spirits of the others who share your yearning to spread the Light here on Earth.
I think that will help: If you are feeling a little down, you can help them by sending a cheerful thought their way; and if they are feeling a little down, they may find support in their friends and fellow Lightworkers as well.
Summary of the Topics Discussed in Lightworker Homework 4
So now to summarize what I have spoken to you about in Lightworker Homework 4: At the very beginning, Part 1 was divided into four separate sections showing, in great detail, the energetic array that you have as a Lightworker and human being … including the four minds, the 18 chakras, the subtle bodies and the bridges … so that you could get a visual picture of what it is that you have to work with as a Lightworker here in human form.
Next there was a section on how we humans may communicate with the Star Nations … including channeling Light through the Languages of Sound and Light; channeling Light through the Eyes; and channeling Light through Spontaneous Mudras.
Then there was an explanation how the peoples of the Star Nations exist, each within its own bandwidth of dimensional vibrations; and how we humans may synchronize our dimensional vibrations with those of other Star Beings by concentrating our divine Awareness on a particular chakra in our chakric array … Our chakras are portals or ‘stargates’ through which we may speak with our star brethren. Our Awareness is a tool that opens the doorway to each dimension.
Then we have the greater activation of the greater activation of the central vertical power current or ‘kundalini’ because of the Ascension process, because the Transpersonal Chakras come online. So we have portals and ‘stargates’ above the human body, as well as within the human body. Because of that we can communicate with a greater variety of Star Beings … especially Christed Star Beings.
Next there was the homework assignment, which is quite in-depth. And it has to do with going to my website and checking out especially the Kundalini Yoga section and all its subheadings … but in addition, those meditations, visualizations, mudras, kriyas, prayers and blessings, and so forth, that I channeled for you.
And so there are four separate sections there; the first, kundalini yoga, being the most weighty. You will find, when you get to the kundalini yoga section, that there are quite a few references to 3HO or “Healthy, Happy, Holy Organization” in that website … https://www.3ho.org … And that is because they are the organization from which I learned. You have to go to them for the basics before you can get a few little finishing fillips and twists and turns from me … a few more additions.
Then the last thing in this homework assignment was the wrap-up on maintaining the body of Light, and on the importance of networking with other Lightworkers.

Can Lightworkers, Pathfinders, Wayshowers, and Ascensioneers be bound down by the Dark? To me, this notion seems to be more like ‘conspiracy theory’ than truth. To me, it seems that during Solar Minimums the Dark is more apparent on Earth, and during Solar Maximums … such as that in which we now find ourselves … the Light is more apparent.
I envision Ascension as an upward spiral of energy. Each turn of the spiral has a low half and a higher half. It seems to me that the low half of each new spiral is higher than the high half of the preceding spiral.
So the notion that we are tied down, or limited in some way, as Lightworkers, Pathfinders, Wayshowers, and Ascensioneers, has to do with the relative Dark of the Solar Minimums. It is not that there is more Dark, as the Dark is ever decreasing. Rather, it is the notion that our eyes see more Dark during the Solar Minimums, and they see more Light during the Solar Maximums.
In other words, the notion that there is an eternal, fierce war between Dark and Light … the notion that Dark may win the upper hand one day, and Light the next … is the illusion of maya. It is the lila. It is the stance that so often provides dramatic fuel for today’s movies.
I recall a film that is right on target in that regard. It was a TV mini-series entitled “Good Omens” produced in the year 2019, and starring David Tennant, Michael Sheen, and Frances McDormand. That mini-series highlights the notion of a contest between an angel and a demon here on Earth. I think of this contest between the angel and the demon as a visualization of the popular notion that Light and Dark are warring in this realm of Duality.
From the stance of the third and fourth dimensions (which are the physical world and the astral or dreamtime realm). We see specks of Light that are galaxies and constellations, within vast reaches of Darkness.
As we stand here on physical Earth; and as we nightly traverse the dreamtime world of the astral realm … from this depth of density of energy, this well of Darkness in the third and fourth dimensions … it may well seem that Darkness is all around us, and that what little Light we see … in the Sun by day, and by night in the stars so far above our heads … is but the flip side of a meager coin dealt us by the Cosmos.
Yet the true reality is Light and love and joy and peace. How can this be?
The shadow play of Dark and Light, from the stance of fifth dimensional Awareness, is like flickering fireflies of Dark in a great universe of Light. For the multidimensional, multitemporal Lightworker it is almost as if the fifth dimension is the template of Light from which is cast the obverse of Dark that we view when we place our Awareness in the fourth and third dimensions.
There are so many dimensions in this Universe! The third dimension that we feel so surely beneath our feet, and the fourth dimension, where we wheel about in our dreams, are deeply distorted to the Dark. In dimensions higher than the fourth dimension, there is more and more Light, until finally, in the highest dimension, there is naught but Light.
Beyond that, I feel, there is yet another template, a template of longing to become Light. That template is neither Light nor Dark. No name can be put to it. That template always is, though the desire within it sometimes pours forth the Light of the Worlds, and sometimes withdraws, like a sigh or a smile, back into itself forever.
But how can it be ‘forever’ when time does not pass? How can we think of loss, where there is not one ‘thing’ to hang our hats on? What can we envision, that has not been envisioned? How can we know what the Unknown knows? Where can we be, when we are not? When we are not, who are we?

That we have a physical body is clearly evident. Also, and very importantly at this stage of the Awakening, it is becoming clear to many people that we have other bodies (that is, energy fields). In esoteric circles, these have been termed the ‘subtle bodies’ because we must develop our clair senses before we can perceive them.
The process of Awakening that is taking place on Earth right now is like this: The Incoming Light of the Pleiades’ Photon Belt, in which Earth will be bathed for the next 2000 years, is awakening our clair senses. That is why so many humans are now beginning to sense the subtle as well as the physical bodies.
The subtle bodies heretofore known in arcane lore mostly have to do with the physical body and its manifestation in the world. Because of the 2012 Shift, we are becoming aware of other human energy fields. Just as we are becoming aware of new chakras beyond the those accepted.
At this stage in the Ascension process there is little agreement as to the new chakras or the new subtle bodies, or for that matter, the priorly known subtle bodies. After a survey of available literature, I have done my best to offer a synthesis as closely related to other people’s often highly divergent points of view as possible. My synthetic approach is offered in the first section below. Then after that I survey other people’s approaches that I found in the literature. Here, then, is the synthetic diagram which, after much contemplation, I was able to devise. After the overall synthetic drawing I have offered smaller sub-drawings of each of the human minds … superconscious, conscious, subconscious, and unconscious …. along with their related chakras, subtle bodies, and bridges. I did this because it might be difficult for my readers who use handhelds with their tiny viewing screens to see the writing on the overall synthetic drawing.

In many spiritual traditions, the physical body is included as the first in a list of human ‘bodies’. The first body, is the physical body, and the remaining are subtle bodies. Some spiritual traditions list the subtle bodies, but not the physical body. In the lists below, if the tradition leaves out the physical body, I have included it in brackets at the beginning of the list, so that the lists may be more easily compared.

As may be garnered from the above lists, in esoteric lore, the personal human energy field is said to comprise the physical body and an as yet un-agreed-upon number of subtle bodies.

It seems to me that an incarnational energy field is an ingenious machine intended to offer a learning experience for the Soul; that every aspect of this energy field has a purpose; that the purpose of the chakras along the central vertical power current is to create diverse energies that enliven and regulate the human hologram; and that these energies have been seen by clairvoyants as the energies termed the subtle bodies.
I feel, intuitively, that there must be subtle bodies that relate to each chakra of the human energy system. But because of the disparity amongst the various spiritual traditions with regard to the names of the human subtle bodies and their numbers, it may be some while before we are able to agree on their names and on their relation to the chakras.
SUBTLE BODIES THAT RELATE TO THE PERSONAL CHAKRAS
I feel it likely that the number of subtle bodies corresponding to the seven ‘personal’ chakras (aka the seven chakras ‘oldstyle’) is seven as well. Below is a tentative nomenclature for the subtle bodies that correlate to the seven chakras termed ‘personal’.
I note some chakras, such as the heart chakra, may have several aspects and locations. It is also possible that a subtle body may have aspects corresponding to several chakras, as described by some of the earlier subtle body classification systems.
I have a feeling that the etheric body creates the physical body, and that the two are intimately entwined. But traditionally, the physical body has been set apart from the subtle bodies. For now, I have listed the physical body as the number ‘zero’ and not ascribed to it a chakra. Then I have matched seven subtle bodies with the seven personal chakras.
Another way might be to link the physical body and the etheric body as number one in the chart below; the one being the ‘outcome’ of the other. In other people’s lists, it might be numbered ‘one’, as the first of the human ‘bodies’ …

In the above list, I matched up functions of subtle bodies I have researched to functions of chakras that are known to me, on the presumption that the one must flow from the other.
My understanding of the etheric body is that it creates the physical form; thus I have placed it first after the physical body, which is numbered ‘zero’ in this list.
Some traditions name the emotional body as separate from the astral body, and others combine them. Though both have to do with emotion, I feel them to be different in fineness of energy. It seems to me, from the clair plane, that the issue of sexuality must be a very emotional one; a great deal of vivacious clair chatter has to do with this topic. Thus I am inclined to assign the emotional body to the second chakra.
In the area of the navel point is the pranic reservoir, which may be invigorated through pumping the navel point. Thus I have assigned the vital body, or pranic body, to the third chakra.
It seems to me that the astral bridge, the astral body, which is listed as separate from the emotional body in some spiritual traditions, is far more complex an energy field, and composed of far finer energy, than the emotional body. Thus I have assigned it to the fourth chakra, which has important, key aspects and functions.
The etheric template is held by some to relate to the fifth, or throat chakra; I have assigned it thus, not knowing what else to do. It could be that its relationship to the throat chakra is the reason why the language of sound can be used to alter the etheric body and heal the physical body.
It seems to me that Cosmic mind is a quality of sixth chakra visioning, and Cosmic mind, I have read, is an attribute of the celestial body. Thus I have assigned the sixth chakra to the celestial body (although I am not certain why that body is termed ‘celestial’).
As from experience I know the eighth subtle body is the causal template, I like the notion of some spiritual traditions that the seventh subtle body is the causal body. Further, as the seventh chakra is associated with enlightenment, and the causal body is said to have as an attribute Buddhic or Christ Consciousness, I linked these two. I note the causal body is also called the ketheric template.

SUBTLE BODY 11 AND LIST OF STAR CLUSTERS
Post-Ascension, more subtle bodies are coming into play, as more and more chakras become available to us due to the expansion of our energy bodies as the Incoming Light ramps up available energy.
The Ascensioneers’ and Lightworkers’ understanding, in an Ascension context, of the subtle bodies and their relation to the human chakras, the stargates, and the constellations, is very much in a state of flux.
The research I have done on newly available subtle bodies has led me to list various star clusters under Subtle Body 11, Logos or Solar body, as follows …
11. Logos, Solar body (LIght, love, joy)

C. Laniakea supercluster (100,000 galaxies)

I did this on the presumption that Subtle Body 11, the Solar Body might be considered in the context of the Sun of this Solar System — or of the entire Solar System — and might be considered a jumping off point for exploration of other star clusters.
DIMENSIONS AS THEY RELATE TO THE SUBTLE BODIES AND CHAKRAS
From my Ascension reading, I find that the number of available formed dimensions is now 12, rather than seven. Beyond that, I have read, are 60 dimensions without form, for a total of 72 dimensions.
As there are 12 chakras and 12 formed dimensions, in past I had thought that each of our personal chakras was a gateway to a dimension. However, that would peg personal chakra 5, the throat chakra, as 5D, or Christ consciousness, whereas personal chakra 7, the crown chakra, is typically associated to Christ consciousness.
I would like to offer a tentative, alternate list of chakric gateways to the first six dimensions described by the Ascensioneers, based on the function of these dimensions as we have come to understand them, and the functions of the chakras that might be involved …
It is possible that there are three chakras per dimension. Were that to be so, then we might consider this possible list of chakric dimensional gateways. Here is a list based on this conjecture, starting with the greatest density …

FOUR MENTAL BODIES OR MINDS (CORRESPONDING TO THE FOUR FORMS OF TELEPATHY) AND THEIR BRIDGES
Subpersonal Chakras 1-5 in the above list represent the Unconscious Mind, through which flows the unconscious thought cloud of the world;
Subpersonal Chakra 6 is a Bridge between the Unconscious Mental Body and the Lower Mental Body;
Personal Chakras 1-3 represent the Lower Mental Body, from which emanates gut brain telepathy;
Personal Chakra 4 is a Bridge between the Lower and Higher Mental Bodies;
Personal Chakras 5-7 represent the Higher Mental Body, from which emanates higher mind telepathy;
Transpersonal Chakra 8 is a Bridge between the Higher Mental Body and the Superconscious Mind; and
Transpersonal Chakras 9-11 represent the Superconscious Mind, from which emanates superconscious telepathy
PERSONAL CHAKRAS: YOGIC LOWER TRIANGLE AND HIGHER TRIANGLE AND THEIR BRIDGE

Personal Chakras 1-3 represent what is termed the Lower Triangle in yoga;
Personal Chakra 4 (Heart Chakra) is a Bridge between the Lower Triangle and the Higher Triangle; and
Personal Chakras 5-7 represent the Higher Triangle of yoga.
SUNDERING OF THE PERSONAL ENERGY FIELD, AND THE CONCEPT OF SOULLESSNESS, FROM THE PERSPECTIVE OF THE TENTH SUBTLE BODY, THE MONAD
I see a general but far from exact correspondence between these yogic triangles and the two groups of Principles of the School of Theosophy, mentioned above. The Bridge between the two yogic triangles … as well as the space between the two groups of Principles of the School of Theosophy … looks somehow vulnerable to me.
I can see, for example, that …
if there is sufficient damage to the Heart Chakra of yogic lore,
or if the Lower Quaternary of the School of Theosophy were to become too heavy,
or if the subtle spine (the ‘kundalini’ of yogic lore, or the ‘silver cord’ of the School of Theosophy) were to be severed through psychic surgery …
… then there might be injury to … even sundering of … the two parts of the energy field. In yogic terms, should the Heart Chakra, power house of the human energy field, be imbalanced or partly nonfunctional, then that might cause a ripple effect of imbalance and disease in the other Personal Chakras.
In Theosophical terms, the antakharana [aka the central vertical power current – pranic tube – silver cord] … might be ‘rent in twain’, leaving the energy field unfit for habitation by the Soul, with regard to the incarnation in question.
The Soul exists within tenth subtle body, the Monad, whose experience is of the Eternal Now. In other words, the Monad experiences all its incarnations now. Thus, Soullessness in regard to one incarnational energy field could not be presumed to damage the Soul itself; or so it seems to me.

Subpersonal and Transpersonal Chakras
Current agreement as to the number of transpersonal chakras (above the head) is that there are two to five such chakras; I have placed five in the image.
Current agreement as to the number of subpersonal chakras (below the souls of the feet) is that there are two to six such chakras; I have placed six in the image.
As to the transpersonal chakras and the subpersonal chakras, there is not clear agreement on their colors yet, so I have depicted them as white spheres.
I feel that brown would be a reasonable representation of the Earth Star, as that is the color of Earth, and a color in agreement with the color gradient of the personal chakras, only slower pulsating.
Yellow seemed like a reasonable color for Transpersonal Chakra 5, the Stellar Gateway or God’s Head, and so it is represented as yellow.
