SUMMARY OF THE VIDEO

Hello, Dear Ones, It’s Alice. I Am of the Stars.

I am going to tell you a story now. A few years back, I was living in Los Angeles, And I, and a couple of other women, and a few other men … a few more men than women … a handful, altogether, of people, all serious spiritual students … lifelong spiritual students, all of us … were coming to Awareness, together, of the subconscious thought cloud of the world.

And we did not know anything about it. It was all completely new to us. We did not know what was happening. And we had many, severe, strict learning experiences from God during that time. And we are still all a little bit sore, in our individual consciousness, at each other, right now, with the notion that maybe one of us caused it to happen.

And very specifically, they think that I caused it to happen to them. And I think it was their fault. [laughs]

But in the broad view of things, it was something that was happening to all of us … even though we were not all of the same faith, or of the same spiritual group, or like that … for some reason, God plunked us all in this situation of coming to Awareness of the subconscious thought cloud of the world.

It was a very rocky road! And I am going to tell you two anecdotes about that, that set us back immensely.

First Lesson: Our Own Subconscious Anger Can Kill Our Family and Friends

One was the coming to understanding that anger … subconsciously held and repressed anger … was causing humankind to strike out at other members of their own families and groups, while they were sleeping, and attempt to cause fatal diseases or fatal physical problems, such as heart attack or cancer, or just general cursing wishes.

And this was something that we could not come to terms with at the time: The knowledge that we, ourselves, in this Realm of Duality, were, through our Shadow side, creating the great ills of humankind … and even more so, to those that were enmeshed in our own karmic web … such as family and friends and workplace people, and so forth.

So that was one learning experience.

What We Learned: We Humans Create, Through Our Shadow Side, the Play of Duality. Yet We Are Not That. We Are Pure and Brightly Shining, Eternal Soul

And then, past that, what happened was the rising above that, to the neutral mind, and the understanding that this is the working of the Realm of Polarity, the Dual Realm … and that within us is that strong, clear, bright Spirit of the Divine … that eternal Soul that has bravely taken on the responsibility of creating this reality.

So, quite a learning experience! And the knowledge from that was an immediate understanding of our multidimensionality … because that experience of creating the Shadow and the Light, in this Dual Realm, is superimposed upon the more glorious understanding of our presence, and the Light that we carry in the Fifth Dimension.

That is the first thing about the lesson that we learned.

[Sound of a cow lowing} … What was that? I think there is a very upset cow down there … There is this beautiful, private campground down here on the northeastern edge of Vallecito Lake. It is closed right now. And the cows are roaming around, just at will, down there. [short video clip of roaming cows]

Second Lesson: Energies of Rape and Killing

So now, on to the second thing that we learned. That is the only other thing I am going to talk about right now.

There was a time when the men, in this very small handful of people, some years ago, began to rise to consciousness of the raping, killing instincts in men.

And those that were the most conscious, and who were most appalled, in that group, followed that trend of deep, dark energy consciously, as it coursed through Los Angeles. And they unwittingly felt that they were responsible, at that time, for that energy.

What the energy was doing was, it was rising up … especially on Friday and Saturday nights in Los Angeles, when many people are intoxicated, and under the influence of recreational drugs, and frequenting places where they can pick up other people for, generally, just a one-night or one-hour stand.

So there was that very Dark, dense energy in Los Angeles at that time, and probably still now. And so, during those times, the consciousness of that handful of people who were coming to Awareness of individualization noticed and, in horror, followed the energies that were going forth, which would glom together, and gather in vast ‘herds’ of unknowing energy … of raping and killing energy … and settle upon some person.

It was as if there were a malevolent spirit … say, the Fallen Angel of Los Angeles, as some presume … which I think is now gone … I hope! I have done my best, and so have others! … for all the big cities of Earth.

And the way of it … when we sensed their presence … was to call our Ascension Team and say: Read them their rights, by Cosmic Sovereign Law!

And then we would hear quite a commotion, a carrying on, and reading of rights, and protestations of loopholes that might be used, and so forth … and finally, a carrying off of the energy.

What We Learned: To Witness with a Neutral Mind

But all that is an aside. And to get back to this learning experience for this small handful of people: We would be carried along, on this wave of raping and pillaging and killing energy, and it would settle … as if there were some malevolent intelligence involved … which might be the Fallen Angel of a particular city … that settled on someone weaker, someone that was a little afraid … it could be a man or a woman … and caused a feeling either that they were being raped, or that their heart was stopping and that they were being killed. They would fall down dead, sometimes.

We were all horrified … those that knew. Horrified, and feeling responsible. [sighs]

And also there was this wave of being raped, and being killed, energy that went round. And I finally attained a neutral mind with regard to that. I finally came to a higher understanding that allowed me to escape from that energy.

Yet I could hear women, all over the city of Los Angeles, screaming in terror, in their subconscious minds, as they slept.

And the men also finally arrived at some understanding about that: That they were a being of infinite Awareness and eternal Light … they were a beingness that saw what was happening here, and were not part of it.

So, there is that story. I went on and on. Please do excuse me.

Hello, Dear Ones, It’s Alice.

The Half-Breath

I thought I would mention an incomplete energy pattern trend for the pranic tube, which is the central vertical power current of our hologram, of our energy bodies. And this energy pattern is taking place quite a bit, and fractally multiplying in the world today. And it has to do with a couple of things, I think. First I will explain the pattern …

The Solar Energy goes in, through the top of the head, and goes down as far as the solar plexus, and then stops there, and bounces back up, into the sky.

The results of this pattern are that the will power is accentuated … The third chakra, the navel point energy, is accentuated. The navel point is also the center of Will, and so the will power is greatly ratcheted up … which, in a way, is good; but there are ancillary issues regarding this.

Effects of the Half-Breath

Mental Effects of the Pattern (Master Plan, ‘Controlling the World’ Notions, Superego).  The first is that, in the mental realm, it creates mental patterns regarding a master plan for controlling the world. That is what you might call a gestapo masterplan feeling.

It ratchets up the ego quite a bit. And so, particularly in men, I find that it is creating a very strong sense of  I gotta be me, no matter how much I hurt other people. It doesn’t matter! I gotta be me. … That kind of thing. It is very ratched up; whereas, in the well-rounded man, that ego is a necessary function, that helps integrate all the other chakras for action in the world. So … masterplan, and it creates superego notions.

Physical Effects: Genital Mutilation, Genital Disease, Sexual Dysfunction. Then as far as the lower chakras are concerned, it stops the energy flow from happening there. And so what I am finding is physical, genital mutilation. and also, inability to perform … as regards the genitals in both men and women who have this breathing pattern … this energy pattern: I am finding diseases of the genitals developing. So those are things to consider.

Astral effects: Ratcheting Up of the Will Power; Astral Body Displacement, Susceptibility to the Demon Realm, Lack of Grounding. And also I am finding that, when you just go down to the navel point and back up again, with your breathing and with your visualization, with your technique, what this does is it throws the emotional body out onto the astral realm, and pulls it up … The astral body actually starts at right about the navel point, and goes up until it is out of the head … Up into the sky … And often, leaning forward a little bit, with a liaison feeling towards other members in a group, or people in a family, or like that.

And what that does … when the astral form is partly stressed or distressed out of the body, is that it puts it in danger … especially in the large cities … as regards the Demon Realm; not to mention the Fallen Angels.

Everybody is working on cleaning all that up … It is a work in progress … But in the meantime, it is very important to keep the astral form firmly and steadily grounded in the same energy pattern as the physical body, and protected by the human aura.

Lack of Grounding: Ongoing Vivid Waking Nightmare: Fly Me to the Moon Mental Filter. In the noosphere in the last 6 months has been circulating an en masse vivid daydream about some beings from Outer Space disengaging the lower part of our hologram … including very specifically our sexual organs … and taking the top half of our hologram … including very especially our brains and chests … to a Moon station, or else to an Outer Space docking station, for repair. I personally will have none of this. Here are my objections … 

  • I feel that remaining grounded, here on Earth, is part of my Soul mission during Ascension. I am here on Earth to help transform the dense, misqualified energies of the past to love and Light and joy. How could I do this if half of me is on the Moon?
  • I feel that my Celestial Ascension Team, consisting of beings of love and Light, is here to help me do my grounded work. As far as I know or have ever heard from other Ascension Teachers, they do repair work, gene recoding, retrieval of Star Memory keys, and physical and emotional regeneration work with me here in body. Not on the Moon.  xx 
  • They work to upgrade my lower hologram as well as my upper hologram, treating these as one field of Unity consciousness. None of this ‘divide and conquer’ stuff. It’s All for One and One for All! All my energy is one energy. Although sometimes, in this Unity field, they work to develop and improve one aspect, then later, another…

In essence, I suspect that en masse vivid waking nightmares of this sort reflect imbalances in our energy bodies that are, in this way, coming to our awareness.

Transforming Negative Emotions for the Collective. Every time we run into these waking nightmares, we can help uplift humankind by turning from the negative emotions of fear, anxiety, lust, anger, violence, greed,  jealousy, attachment, and pride to the light of Christ’s love and joy. In this way, through our example, we offer to the world an energy pattern through which others can, if they wish, break free of the old patterns of human feeling and rise to the light of Love.

Causes of the Half Breath

I would like to point out a couple human behaviors that may help cause the half breath …

Anxiety … A Few of the Remedies for Which Are: Shoulder Rolls, Shoulder Shrugs, and Neck Rolls. The first thing is: The Ascension is causing body cell anxiety; that is because the body cells are changing so fast. And when people feel anxious, in their emotional bodies, there is that tendency to rise up in feeling, and to begin at the navel point and try and control it, and to rise up in feeling like that (from the navel point on up) instead of grounding to Earth …

And especially to tighten up the shoulders; and that will do it too. So it is important to do shoulder rolls with rotation in both directions, and shoulder shrugs, and neck rolls, and neck figure-eights, and like that … all that yoga stuff, right now, so as to relax the energy down from the head and the chest, down into the rest of the body. So that is regarding anxiety.

Viewing Electronic Media … For Which I Suggest, Limit Your Viewing. And the very last thing has to do with the Internet and the handhelds, and those kinds of things: television, the electronic media, are taking people into a … the astral field is pulling out, through the eyes … You know how much energy there is, in the visual part of the brain, right now, right? But these handheld devices, and these screens that you watch on TV and on the internet … they are actually pulling the astral energy out of the body like this … [Shows hand, palm toward face, about a foot away from face.] .. So that is further enhancing this process of what I would call ‘ungrounding’ … and dividing the body into two parts … a part that we recognize (from the navel point up) … and a part that we just do not recognize (from the navel point down).

The Puritan View That the Genitals Are Demonic … For Which I Suggest, Visualize the Body as the Temple of God, or of the Holy Spirit. Further, as you all know, there is the ongoing issue of Puritanism and the Christian faith, and of the demonization of the sexual chakras … which are involved in all this. My feeling is that the whole body is a sacred temple of God … a sacred temple of the Holy Spirit. As the Bible says …

“Know ye not that ye are the temple of God, and that the Spirit of God dwelleth in you?” –1 Corinthians 3:16 (KJV, public domain)

And it is dishonoring God Himself not to realize this. It is not a bad thing to feel the sexual energy, the basal energy … to feel the Earth. It is the most important thing, for staying on Earth and doing our work. It is an honor, you know? And that is not to say that we should dwell on one area, at the bottom, and not on the top. You know? It is the smoothing that is the thing right now … the smoothing of all the energies in the body. In that way the entire physical vessel may become, as the hymn expresses, a sanctuary in which we may house the living presence of God …

Ways to Heal the Half-Breath

And I would say the thing to do instead, is the thing that is emphasized by many Ascension teachers: That is, feeling the whole energy of the pranic column (the central vertical power current): From the crown chakra (the top of the head) up to the sky, and all the way down through the entire body, and on down into the Halls of Amenti in the center of the Earth.

Pranic Tube Meditation: A Remedy for the Half-Breath

One simple answer to the question of the Half-Breath is to do the Pranic Tube Breath:

  •  Breathe in, and imagine the energy flowing from the Sacred Healing Halls of Amenti deep deep in the center of the Earth, up through your feet, through your body, up to the crown of your head, and from there to the sky or the Sun.
  • Then breathe out, and visualize energy flowing in the opposite direction … from the sky or the Sun, down to the crown of your head, then through your body, and then down through your feet, and deep, deep into the Earth … down to the Sacred Healing Halls of Amenti in the center of the Earth.
  • Or you can try vice versa, inhaling the energy down through your body, and exhaling it up from your feet … whichever you feel to be more calming and more grounding.

. . . . .

And if the Pranic Tube Meditation cannot be accomplished for any reason, at least start with the top of the head and go down to the feet, and back again, while visualizing the flow of energy through the whole body.

I think that will take care of the whole thing, and smoothe all those energies out. And heal the genitals, which is very important. It will also heal the basal chakra, and smoothe out the energy … People are getting too much yellow, you know? It is too much yellow in the aura because of the third chakra.

Conclusion

All right, so, that is it for now. I have to go … off to church. I wish you the very best. And I hope this is helpful. I hope this is helpful for your physical health, and for your emotional calmness, and just for the whole world … that the whole world should be more centered in itself, and understand the sacredness of the human body, as the Ascension continues. What a wonderful honor to be alive and in form on Earth today.

FIRST EXPERIENCES OF MULTIDIMENSIONALITY MAY CAUSE FEELINGS OF STARK EGO TERROR

I have been thinking lately about my initial forays into multidimensionality in 3D-4D reality some years ago. Marked by lots of anxiety. Sometimes dread. Occasionally terror. Now I see others, as they adventure into multidimensional experiences of reality, may be encountering these emotions as well.

Why? I wondered. Why is this happening? I got to thinking about the ego, and how it conceives a barrier between ‘it’ and ‘other’. I thought about the fluid nature of 4D … How, for instance, some folks can talk to people just by thinking about them. How some can see folks elsewhere, as if they were right there with them. I sense how folks sometimes feel terror when they imagine someone on the clair plane being in their physical ‘territory’.

CLAIR STORIES: NIGHTMARE IDEATION ROUSED BY THE ‘HOLLYWOOD’ MENTAL FILTER

Or they may feel terror in connection with a ‘Hollywood’ mental filter … maybe something arising from a book they read or a movie they saw; some kind of nightmare scenario not connected with normal 3D life.

CLAIR STORIES: TERRITORIALITY

I have been hearing ongoing, clair stories about men aggressing territory, especially women’s territory. I have also heard them subconsciously dividing up territory by longitude and lattitude; You take this; I’ll take that. So from this I gather: aggression against women, who might be considered more passive and thus ‘easy pickings’, and cooperation amongst other men, who might be feared for their aggressive instincts.

Astral Theme of Male Homosexuality: A Less Threatening Version of Male Competition 

From this fear men have for other men (as competitors) I derive the significance of the ongoing astral theme of homosexuality amongst men. This I consider to be symbolic of mutual cooperation and camaraderie in their aggressive endeavors. This is a modulation of the feral instinct to aggression by an MSM (men who have sex with men) redirection of the feral sexual instinct; which might be viewed as the frequently recurring clair slogan ‘f— y– in the a–h—‘ toned down (and thus, less threatening).

CLAIR STORIES: EMOTIONAL HUNGER

Also, I remember long clair listening sessions in which it seemed men were feeling emotional hunger to be with women … this I heard for about a year, ending quite recently.

CLAIR STORIES: HOSTILITY … ‘WAR COUNCILS’

Also, I recall ‘war councils’ of groups held nightly, and plans of attack against individuals considered to be ‘the ancient enemy’, or just someone not in the group.

HOW 4D DIFFERS FROM 3D REALITY

This is all so atypical of normal 3D life. Yet it seems to be a hallmark of the 3D-4D interface. So, hmm … Picking out the salient points:

  • ego terror
  • nightmare ideation
  • territoriality
  • emotional hunger
  • hostility

HOW SPATIAL BLENDING, SLIDING, AND REMIXING OF PERSONALITIES CHARACTERISTIC OF THE FOURTH DIMENSION CHALLENGE OUR SENSE OF EGO (OF SELF)

I read in the Free Dictionary that ego is the self, especially as distinct from the world and other selves.  This fits an idea I had that ego is a consciousness of ‘I’ as distinct from ‘other’. And so the blurring effect of 4D … the spatial blending, sliding, and remixing of personalities with whom we interact … reminiscent, for instance, of social media or surfing the net in its nonlinear spatial ideation … would challenge our sense of self, our ego, would it not?

4D is ‘almost’ 3D. The context is usually people we know, or images we might see in 3D. Yet 4D invades our personal space. The other morning, for instance, I woke up with beings jam packed in my bedroom … astral travellers, higher 4D lifeforms, and even a few ghosts. Oy, for the good old days, I thought … when I used to wake up in the morning, certain sure there would no one in my bedroom but my cat!

CHARACTERISTICS OF THE CHALLENGED EGO: TERROR, NIGHTMARE IDEATION, TERRITORIALITY, EMOTIONAL HUNGER, AND HOSTILITY

I did some more reading and turned up a few items of interest. I read one place that the ego is characterized by hostility, territoriality, and emotional hunger. (1)

David Loy posits that the ego is composed of ‘death terror’. See …

So since these themes … terror, hostility, territoriality, and emotional hunger … have been coming up for me on the clairaudient plane for some years now, it could be that the clair chatter I hear is shaped by these characteristics of ego.

Generally in 3D, ego barriers are defined by our physical body, so it is relatively easy, in 3D, to graduate into the higher ego characteristics of bonding, loving relationships, and so on.

In 4D, so far, though, what I have been noticing are these very primitive characteristics of ego. I think that is because the bulk of the clair chatter I hear is still subconscious, or barely conscious, or just now rising into the conscious mind. And so, what I hear is quite primitive.

HELPFUL HINTS ON THE DEATH OF EGO EXPERIENCE WHEN MULTIDIMENSIONALITY IS FIRST EXPERIENCED

It seems to me that what we are facing, as we adventure into the 3D-4D multidimensional experience, is the death of ego. Christ did it, the Buddha did it. It can be done. But can I do it?

That is a whole other thought process. What have Christ and the Buddha, and the new teachers of the Age of Regeneration to teach us, that will help us in this? Here we step from psychology into the realm of Spirit. Here we transit from ego to Spirit, to Soul. Here we begin to know our Selves in relation, not to objects or beings in the physical world, but in relation to God, to the great All. We step past the ego sense of separation between ‘I’ and ‘Other’, into a sense of the mystical relationship of ‘I’ to ‘Other’.

How to get out of the way of negative incoming telepathic messages, especially on the weekends.

Dear Ones,

I have heard many folks, including Matt Kahn … “True Divine Nature” …  http://www.truedivinenature.com/ … mentioning the importance of compassion, forgiveness, and nonjudgment in our dealings with other people these days. Why is that? People in the telepathic world can be pretty rude … insensitive … even cruel. Two examples …

If a group of people concentrate on sexual desire in their second chakra, and visualize a person of the opposite sex, it can feel to that person like they are being attacked sexually.

If a group of people concentrate on the emotion of hatred in their hearts, and visualize another person, it can feel to that person like they are being subjected to a ‘hate crime’ … an attack of hatred.

These are two examples among many … What to do? How can we feel compassion, forgiveness, and nonjudgment when our own emotional body is in an uproar over some negative emotion such as fear?

Our Souls have been wounded through many incarnations of service on Earth. We are here in this lifetime to heal the wounds in our Souls, reunite our Soul fragments, reunite our fractals, and reunite our many dimensional aspects … In short, the purpose for which we are here on Earth is to reunite with the greatness of our Souls, to become One with the All.

Imagine a mirror made of silver … like the mirrors many years ago, before mankind had the ability to work with steel. Imagine this mirror has been cracked into many pieces, and these pieces are darkened with silver ‘tarnish’ … the dark stuff that can be removed from silver with silver polish.

Our Souls are like these silver mirrors, waiting to be made whole again. The ‘tarnish’ on our silver is programming installed by the Dark, programming written in runes of red or black, that tarnishes the pure, shining brightness of our true Souls. (1)

It is going to be our job to polish off this tarnish, to make our Mirrors of the Divine whole again.

Meantime, as the Light comes in, builds up, and polishes us up … Here we are in 3D and 4D. In these dimensions, darkness leaps from Soul to Soul, through the ‘cracks’ in our Soul fragments, and through the wounding in our Souls. Darkness could never stand up to the purity of our whole, polished Souls. But right now, the tarnish on our wounded Souls acts as a lubricant for the Dark, which can slip in.

The good thing is, though Darkness leaps from Soul to Soul, it never stays any particular place for long … at least not in my experience, except in cases where the human brain has been deeply injured through drug use or trauma. Mostly, it slips right through, causing what is often termed a ‘Dark Attack’, and then flies onward to some other ‘enticing’ situation.

Ipso ergo, we have a fluid dynamic of Light versus Dark, that can be influenced through sound … sound being a tool that humans use to ‘tune up’ their Soul fields … as, for instance, in the case of wind chimes, singing bowl therapy, chanting of sacred mantras, singing of hymns, and so on. This ‘tune up’ work is Soul healing.

In the heat of a ‘Dark Attack’ Soul healing may not be as immediately effective as necessary (although I do often find them to be immediately effective).

Image two magnets. Each has a plus pole at one end (red) and a minus pole at the other end (blue). As we all know from practical experience, when the negative pole of a magnet is aligned with the positive pole of another magnet, the two magnets cling together through ‘magnetic attraction’. When the negative poles of two magnets touch, we can feel a force pushing the two magnets apart … in other words, ‘magnetic repulsion’ occurs. Here is a typical diagram:

Darkness is attracted to us in the way of ‘magnetic attraction.’ It flows through the ‘aggressor’ tarnish of one person’s soul, leaping out to the ‘victim’ tarnish of another person’s soul. It gathers ‘umph’ … power and speed … as it aggregates. And, like energy signatures attract. So, waves of ‘aggressor’ energy from crowds of humans combine and twine together, gathering ‘umph’ as they are automatically attracted to the ‘victim’ energy of other humans.

This twining and combining action is true of any kind of energy. It is true of the many ‘flavors’ of love energy and light energy as well as of the ‘darker’ energies. But because the darker energies are clearing out of people’s soul fields right now, there are the energies with which many of us are dealing.

How can those of us with ‘victim’ wounding avoid the incoming ‘aggressor’ energies? Well, there are ways. First, back to the admonition of many Lightworkers (mentioned above) regarding the importance of compassion, forgiveness and nonjudgment (both of ourselves and others).

Basically, we need to put ourselves in the shoes of the folks who are sending out the aggressor telepathic energies. Here is how I relate to this …

I hear incoming negative telepathic energies of all sorts. I used to feel bad about it. I used to ‘blame’ the senders, try to ‘fix’ them, try to admonish them, and so on. Did this work? NO, not at all. In general, it just made matters much worse, negativity much more furious, like a telepathic tape loop building ups speed nanosecond by nanosecond…

Then I realized that I was often hearing the negative subconscious, ‘gut brain’ messages of other people. Then I realized that what they were thinking in their conscious, cerebral brains was the exact opposite. In other words, because of the nature of duality, their heads were creating a positive, socially acceptable emotion-thought, while their gut-brains were creating the exact opposite, socially unacceptable emotion-thought. Surprise, surprise!

Take, for example, the topic of sexuality. Time after time I had been bothered by rising waves of other people’s telepathic desire. Especially on Friday and Saturday nights, when many folks go out boogying. I am not a boogier, I am a calm sort of person. and this weekly ‘desire’ energy felt foreign to me, as if it were being forced upon me.

Now, the cerebral telepathic feedback I had been getting from other telepaths was mind-boggling. They felt I was sending them endless waves of unwanted desire. Go figure!, I thought! Who could be so wrong? !

Just last week I got the great ah-hah! Perhaps, because of my ideal of faithfulness between a man and woman who are in relationship, my own cerebral self is suppressing the messages of chakra number two. I may be just like the folks I hear and find offensive. Unbeknownst to my cerebral brain, my gut brain may be doing the exact same thing. Which is why I am receiving these messages….

Let’s go back to the pictures of the two magnets …

In the image on the left, imagine that the blue parts of the magnets are the cerebral brains of two ‘civilized’ people. They are both negatively charged on the notion of displaying sexual behavior. Blue = negative ‘thinking’ brain.

Quite frequently, the cerebral brains of these two people are not getting in touch telepathically. This is because they are, at the moment, very much occupied with negative emotion-thoughts. They are both negatively charged, and they are magnetically repulsive.

Imagine that the red parts of the magnets are the gut brains of two ‘civilized’ people. Here we have repressed (that is, under a lot of psychic pressure) positive notions about just how great sex is. The gut brain wants sex, it needs sex, it lives and breathes sex. All of this taking place quite frequently without us knowing about it, on a conscious level….

As we were discussing before, negative energy signatures are attracted to positive energy signatures. So, as in the picture of the magnets on the left, one person’s negative (blue) cerebral notions about sex seek out the next person’s positive (red) subconscious notions about sex. This is what is happening in the current telepathic environment.

I am aware of the next person’s subconscious sexual urges (much to their dismay!). They are aware of my subconscious sexual urges (much to my dismay!). Neither one of us knows about our own subconscious urges because … natch … they are subconscious.

Same goes for rage and fear. Subconscious (gut brain) rage in one person seeks out subconscious fear in another person (as per the aggressor-victim energy flow discussed above). Yet in our conscious minds, we will have nothing to do with these ‘primitive’, socially unacceptable emotions.

So, my ‘blue’ cerebral mind energy loves to hate the next guy’s ‘red’ gut-brain rage, of which it is aware. Yet the gut-rage person knows nothing of this emotion. In their cerebral minds and in their consciously expressed personalities, they are mild-mannered and sweet.

That is why the admonition to be compassionate, forgiving, and nonjudgmental makes sense. Because, whatever we encounter from others in the way of primate, primitive telepathic emotions, is actually a reflection of our own repressed, but very actively telepathically talking, gut brains.

The negative telepathic stuff we hear from others points us in the direction of our own Soul healing, the unification of the thinking mind with the gut brain, where we become One with the All.

In that context, each person’s energy flow would be more like the right-hand side of the picture above, where the flow of each magnet’s blue part (representing our thinking minds) circulates smoothly through the red part (representing our gut brains). As you can see from the picture, the result is the torus-shaped energy flow characteristic of the activated heart chakra.

But so meantime, while we are in the Soul healing process, incoming dark telepathic energies from the subconscious minds of others can get to be a bit much. Here is a way to short-circuit the flow during a Dark Attack — I put this term in quotes because to my mind, a Dark Attack is largely an automatic electromagnetic phenomenon…

Let’s say it is Saturday night, and a group of folks are sending wild waves of sexual desire out into the noosphere — the thought cloud of mankind. Your ‘thinking’ mind is intercepting these waves and objecting, on moral grounds. Meantime, your gut brain is really getting into the swing of it. So to stop the flow, just broadcast, either neutrally or with a mild positive inflection, the message “I am the sex goddess (or god) of New Earth!” This positive message about sex repels the incoming positive sexual message, creating magnetic repulsion.

I have found when I do this that the cycle stops immediately. It is as if I am standing beside the sending telepaths, with my arm around their waists. We are on the same side of the fence. We are in the same boat. And the racket simply ceases.

Same goes for incoming rage messages. I might telepath back, either neutrally or with a mild positive inflection: I’m so angry I could murder someone! (or the like). If I stand in the shoes of the sender (who is most likely sending this message quite unconsciously), I will be ok. The upsetting incoming rage will cease.

(1) Telepathy is a form of sound present in 4D. In other words, it is a sound tool that can be used to tune the Soul field in 4D. (Runes written in pure Light are another such tool, these being Light tools used to tune our Soul field, which I take to be a very pure form of Light.) Like Light runes mixed with Dark magic, telepathy mixed with Dark magic can ‘tarnish’ the Soul field. But telepathy that is full of love and Light, like runes of brightest Light, will heal the Soul field.

Dear Ones,

INTRODUCTION

What can the disincarnate gods do to you? The answer is, nothing good. Well, ok, something good — overcoming them is one of the last steps in overcoming ego. Feels a lot like dying. So when we find ourselves in the space between time and timelessness, at the edge of the Void, a disincarnate god can waltz in and activate our primal fear, lust, anger, greed, pride, or sense of attachment — the stuff buried deep in our ‘lizard minds’ — which the rational mind usually keeps under lock and key. Why do disincarnate gods do this? Because they are jealous of our Light; they cannot stand it that we are on the verge of uniting with the Light. I would peg it as a sibling rivalry thing, on a grander scale than we are used to dealing with.

I would not bother to bring this topic up, but this issue came up again for me last night. So here is the first of five sections on disincarnate gods. (These are sometimes lumped by sensitives under the general category of disincarnate entities. Frankly, I think they deserve a special category of their own, because of the mischief they can accomplish.)

PATANJALI CHAPTER 1, ITEM 18

Patanjali describes a method of concentration in which one is no longer aware of objects. In other words, one attains the ‘I Am’ state, in which one no longer relates to objects. One is one’s own hologram only, relating only to the indwelling divine Awareness that is one’s Self and all that one experiences as sensory input. This is a state beyond the causal realm of the third and fourth dimensions. One has, in essence, arrived at the fifth dimension, the ‘Kingdom of God’.

In this state of Awareness, one still senses ‘subconscious impressions’. These Patanjali describes as ‘burnt seeds’. The way to get to this state is to observe one’s own thought-waves with a neutral mind, 24 hours a day, every day. This Patanjali calls the “practice of non-attachment.”

PATANJALI CHAPTER 1, ITEM 19

Here is the hitch that the spiritual adept may run into: He concentrates on his own thought-waves 24 hours a day, seven days a week, but in a state of attachment. Attachment is what Patanjali calls ‘ignorance’. Ignorance leads to suffering; in this case, pretty major suffering, for the adept will attain the great powers known to the disincarnate gods or else become one with the forces of Nature.

ADAPTATION OF COMMENTARY FROM THE BOOK

When we attempt spiritual advancement through ‘concentration’ (as described in the book), but are still attached to the senses, liberation will not be attained. This is because attachment … such as to pleasure or power … keeps us pinned to the causal realm, the duality play. The spiritual adept who desires pleasure and power shall, on passing from physical form, find himself stuck in other dimensions and other forms and still in pursuit of pleasure and power.

The cause of this stuckness is concentration on the sense-organs or the elements. If the spiritual adept concentrates on ego or mind, he will become one with the forces of Nature (I am thinking, stuck in the Plane of Forces). As such, he will have dominion over a part of the Universe.

The commentary then describes the Hindu notion of prakriti, or primal matter from which the mental and physical universe evolved. Hindus think of heaven and hell as temporary states attained through karma accumulated during Earthly incarnations. The spiritual adept who practices concentration may desire a heavenworld experience in the afterlife. This is a far more lowly ambition that the desire for Soul liberation, union with the Atman, which is attained through yoga.

Ralph Waldo Emerson’s poem “Brahma,” which is in the public domain, expresses this …

“The strong gods pine for my abode,
“And pine in vain the sacred Seven;
“But thou, meek lover of the good!
“Find me, and turn thy back on heaven!“

The gods described in this poem are bound to prakriti because they desire power. It is they who have not practiced concentration in a detached state.

There is a description in the sacred book the Katha Upanishad, of Yama, the God of Death. Speaking to Nachiketa, he describes how he made fire sacrifices in his desire to be King of Death.

I could speak reams on the present-day practice of some spiritual adepts to offer blood sacrifice of innocents, fire sacrifice, and devotion to Lord Shiva in his destructive aspect only … with ignorance of how he clears the stage of the Duality play for each new performance … and with rapt attention on acts of destruction for the sake of satiating subconscious sadomasochistic desires.

It is a rush, offering sacrifices of fire. But the result, in terms of Soul evolution, is severe. One may become the God of Death, and all one’s spiritual followers, in times to come, may wreak death and destruction on humankind. Yet this power to kill, fearsome as it seems, will one day end.

There will come a time when each Yama … for there are more than one, it seems … must one day give up his power over life and return once more to human form. At that time he will have another chance to detach from ‘heaven’s powers’ and find union with God. Then he may attain true immortality.

PATANJALI CHAPTER III: POWERS, ITEM 50

When a spiritual aspirant becomes psychologically absorbed in meditation (that is, makes ‘samyama’) on the difference between reality (purity, existence, ‘sattwa guna’) and the primordial Soul (that is, Self, ‘Atman’), the fruits of his labors are omniscience and omnipotence.

PATANJALI CHAPTER III: POWERS, ITEM 51

These powers of omniscience and omnipotence must be renounced in order for the Soul to achieve liberation. Through this renunciation of the greatest psychic powers, the seed of evil is obliterated.

ADAPTATION OF COMMENTARY FROM THE BOOK

What is this ‘seed of evil’? It is ignorance of the true Self. It is ignorance that makes us believe that we are a personality and an ego separate from the All. Through ignorance of the true Self, we fall into the need to satisfy our desires, and to gain power over the natural world.

What power on Earth is more desirable than psychic power? And which of the many psychic powers enumerated in Patanjali’s book is more desirable than omnipotence and omniscience? Renunciation of these, the greatest of the psychic powers, is to reject the supreme temptation that the ego may offer. Hard as it is to pass this test, we may take heart from Christ’s triumph over this temptation whilst fasting in the desert:  Matthew 4:1-11 …

4 “Jesus answered, ‘It is written: Man shall not live on bread alone, but on every word that comes from the mouth of God.‘

5 “Then the devil took him to the holy city and had him stand on the highest point of the temple. 6 ‘If you are the Son of God,’ he said, ‘throw yourself down. For it is written:

    He will command his angels concerning you,
    and they will lift you up in their hands,
    so that you will not strike your foot against a stone.’

7 “Jesus answered him, ‘It is also written: Do not put the Lord your God to the test.‘

We too, like Christ, can be freed from the chains of personality and ego, by renouncing the psychic powers offered us by the Demonic Realm.

PATANJALI CHAPTER III: POWERS, ITEM 52

Here Patanjali refers to beings that are invisible and dwell in high places. Patanjali says these beings will tempt the spiritual aspirant (that is, ‘yogi’), and admonishes that, though this may flatter the aspirant’s ego, he must guard against it. Paying attention to these invisible beings, and allowing the ego to be so flattered, will cause the aspirant to fall once more into Soul ignorance.

ADAPTATION OF COMMENTARY FROM THE BOOK

Who are these beings who are in ‘high places’? Why are they invisible? The commentary states that they are those spiritual aspirants who have failed to renounce omnipresence and omniscience, and who then pass on.

The typical course of Soul evolution after death of the physical body consists of a sojourn on the astral plane, then Soul teaching in a safely guarded and ‘cocooned’ state on the mental plane, followed after the proper length of time by reincarnation. However, for spiritual aspirants who have failed this ‘ultimate test’, the situation after death of the physical body is different. These Souls, on passing, become disincarnate gods, become one with the forces of Nature, or become Gods of Death (‘Yamas’).

Alice’s Comments

In effect, I feel, those who have failed to pass this ultimate test become ‘stuck’ in the Plane of Forces … which consists of electric, magnetic, gravitational, fohatic, pranic, and kundalini energies. They are neither in the physical plane nor in the astral plane, but stuck ‘betwixt and between’ … in a state of suspended Soul evolution, as it were. In this state, they can look up with longing at the astral heavenworlds, but they cannot attain them. And they can look down, with envy, at the spiritual aspirant who is undergoing the final test that they themselves have failed.

They have the great power to kill any human on Earth, but whereas that human will in all likelihood pursue the normal course of Soul evolution after death, the disincarnate gods cannot. One day, ages hence, after they tire of exercising these psychic powers over the world of the living, the disincarnate gods will earn the right to forgo their great powers, and return in a more humbled state to the world of the living, in a new incarnation as a mortal man. But for now, they suffer in a special kind of psychic superpower purgatory, a state of suspended Soul evolution.

ADAPTATION OF THE COMMENTARY IN THE BOOK (CONTINUED)

In this state of insufficiency, of unsatisfied and unsatisfiable desire, the disincarnate gods watch as others, still in physical form, attempt the ultimate test that they themselves failed. With the great psychic powers they possess, they do their utmost to drag the spiritual aspirant back into a state of Soul ignorance. Such was the case with Christ in the wilderness, and such will be the case with each of us.

Vyasa is said to be the author of one of the commentaries on Patanjali’s aphorisms. In this commentary, Vyasa describes the manner in which the beings in high places may tempt the spiritual aspirant. The tone of their speech is very deferential. To paraphrase: They ask politely of the yogi …

‘Kindly sit here! Do recline here! Perhaps you would take pleasure in this [morsel of food]? Perhaps you will find this lovely young woman pleasing? I have here a drink that will keep you eternally young. it will make you immortal! Here is an object that will allow you to fly! There … just over there … are magical trees. Ask of them your heart’s desire, whatever it may be. Your every wish will be granted! See that lovely mountain stream? One drink will grant you happiness.

‘There are wise men all around you, who can teach you their wisdom. Would you like supernatural hearing and vision? Do you desire your physical form to shine like the stars up above? Honored sir, your virtues are beyond compare. Accept from me the keys to this kingdom of ageless, unfailing, deathless enjoyment. This is the very kingdom where I now dwell!’

Then, Vyasa says, the yogi must reply …

[This is an adaptation.] ‘Many the incarnation through which I have suffered, [as the baking fish burns on the coals of the cooking fire]. Birth upon birth, life upon life, death after death, have I writhed and suffered. In this form that you see, in this great wheel of karma, now at last appears before me the bright lamp of yoga. Now in that light the shadow of Soul ignorance is finally made clear. Seeing that light [and sensing that darkness], how will it be that these gifts I am offered will lead me away from my chosen path? [Union with God is my heart’s one desire.]’

[Commentary continued … This is an adaptation.] Hinduism teaches that the Soul evolution of a spiritual aspirant may be interfered with by various entities, including earthbound spirits, astral entities, and the disincarnate gods.

The spiritual aspirant can expect temptation by such beings to grow more insistent and more bold as he grows in spiritual knowledge and purity. Eventually this temptation can become quite ferocious indeed. Why is this?

When the spiritual aspirant becomes adept at the mystical experience, he becomes more attractive to other human beings. His electromagnetic field becomes stronger, and this causes him to have personal charisma. He becomes aware of the subconscious minds of others, and should he will to do so, can exercise the power of mind control over them.

He becomes sexually attractive to others … this is so no matter what his physical attributes may be. He may receive a steady stream of sexual offers, and how are these to be resisted, considering that his senses become much more keen, much more capable of sensual enjoyment? Especially if, in physical form, he has been considered no prize by the world at large, and he now finds himself inundated with offers of sexual liaison?

How very easy would it be for the spiritual aspirant, at this stage of his evolution, to be sidetracked by desire for power and for the exercise of lustful inclinations? Thus it is that the advanced spiritual aspirant may find the greatest danger to his further evolution in his desire for worldly advancement of his own spiritual cause, and in the adoring eyes of his own spiritual students. In this way he may be alienated from pure desire to know God.

According to Sri Krishna, those who seek Brahman will never end up hopelessly evil. In this we may find hope that, should we err, should we be drawn from the path of yoga, or the desire for union with God, there will nevertheless come a time when God’s Light brings us once more to that path. We may hold the same hope for those who tempted us from our path.

Affirmation of Faith

Overcoming ego is about absolute faith and total surrender. Not a popular topic with Westerners, but there you have it. For the aspirant to the highest Light, this is what it is all about. In order to surrender our ego, we need to have faith. Faith in a higher power. It could be a guru or saint. It could be our own Higher Self. It could be faith in the sacred sound ‘Om’.

Our path to faith, the way we attain it, is not important. What is important is that we have it. Why? Faith is the supreme antidote to fear, and fear such as you have never conceived to be possible is what a disincarnate god can manage to access in our psyches.

What if faith is not your strong suit? In that case, you might wish to try daily affirmations to that effect … for instance, each day, on arising, you can affirm …

I have faith.
I have faith in God.
I have faith in his plan on Earth.
I have faith in myself as His loving and dearly beloved child.
I have faith in all creation, and in every human being.

Faith makes surrender (or ‘letting go’) possible. So, have faith, dear ones! Be of good cheer! All is well!

USE OF COLOR: ROSE AND GOLD

Disincarnate beings find the colors rose and gold particularly odious. Also excellent as a disincarnate-being deterrent: pink, yellow, and orange. As to why these are their hated colors? I do not know, but I am sure of the fact that they find them repellent.

So, here is another technique: To surround oneself with rose and gold! A person might simply visualize these colors in their mind, or sing a little song about them: I love rose and gold! …

A person can wear these colors, either as clothes or as jewelry, go to the dollar store and find a few rose or gold things to put around their house, or make a game of picking out these colors as they go about their day.

The gold color of the Sun is my favorite. Once, as I was walking, I faced toward the Sun; my heart opened and seemed to drink in the energy of the Sun. Love at first sight! At night I notice the gold color of headlights outdoors and of electric lights indoors.

(4) TEAM DARK: NOVICE ASCENDED MASTERS      top

Dear Ones,

‘TEAM DARK’ AND NOVICE ASCENDED MASTERS

Several years ago Bill Ballard of the youtube channel Pearls2U … https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCe5SWADvxgHKQgdJ-wqrWzA … offered information regarding Team Dark. He said that they are Ascended Masters who are other parts of us. They are still in their unawakened state, and are pushing the game of Duality to its limits in an equal balance so as to balance Light and Dark, as the Light Quotient of all humanity increases.

To offer my own tweak on this thought: Team Dark, who are what you might call the ‘lower rung’ of Ascended Masters … what I have described as ‘disincarnate gods’ above … might be considered, possibly, not our arch enemies. But rather, we could think of them as Ascended Masters … for instance, former spiritual adepts and/or respected teachers of spirituality on Earth, who have passed on in a not perfectly enlightened state … and who could benefit from, and might actually be looking forward to, an increase in their Light Quotient. So, from that perspective, it might be more useful to think of them as Novice Ascended Masters.

Considering the long way they have come towards self-mastery, as evidence by their psychic powers, they may, in fact, think quite highly of themselves … in the same way that we might feel pleased with our own spiritual progress, not knowing the long path that lies before us, nor the depth and power of the eternal spark that is our true Self.

For the Novice Ascended Masters, as for us, the increasing intensity of Light on Earth may be causing ‘spinoff’ of karmic impurities (that is to say, morphogenetic field distortions). This may manifest to us as acts of mind control and senseless violence in the world around us. But this is not the time to harden our hearts against them.

Keep in mind that, from their perspective, the phenomenal world is but a moving picture show. Apparently this is literally true of the Ascended Masters … They see the world events we take so seriously as a fascinating fiction, lacking the qualities of the true Light of Creation. And so, if someone dies or suffers by their hand, this act has not the same depth of meaning to them as it does to us, who may find ourselves sitting a little ‘too close to the screen.’ Consequently, this cinematic action fills our visual field and occupies our minds with issues of right and wrong, instead of with the bigger picture of karmic disentanglement to which they are privy.

Given all this, the fact of the matter is that being on the receiving end of the Novice Ascended Masters’ attempts at karmic disentanglement is no fun whatsoever. Along those lines, I have found this prayer on their behalf to be very helpful in my own life. Perhaps it may be of use to you as well …

Until now, Novice Ascended Masters have been considered by normal humans to be ‘omnipresent’ and ‘omnipotent’ (see section (2), “How to Steer Clear of the Disincarnate Gods,” above), although in actuality these latent abilities of theirs are often curtailed and channeled into ‘dead ends’ of negative affect by distortions in their morphogenetic fields.

As is the case with most of humanity, who are in the throes of co-creating a ‘local’ (global … and in a few cases, galactic) field of ‘omnipresence’ and ‘omnipotence’. Which is to say, greater co-creative power in these domains than we have hitherto exercised.

ON BEING DAUNTED BY THE DISINCARNATE GODS

Folks are sometimes put off when they encounter the disincarnate gods, because of all their ‘superpowers’… but let’s think about this for a moment. The disincarnate gods are just human beings who have allied with the powers of Nature, and on their passing have retained those psychic powers acquired during their lifetime, and especially the powers of omnipotence and omniscience.

LIMITATIONS OF THE POWERS OF THE DISINCARNATE GODS

I realize these latter two powers are a little daunting … At least, I have found it so. However, one power the disincarnate gods do not have is power over time. They exist within one timeline only, which might disconcertingly be the timeline we find ourselves in at the moment. But now, with the Shift, timelines are winding up. Spirit tells me now is the time when the disincarnate gods are winding up their ‘in-between’ state and turning to the Light.

As mentioned above, one way of thinking of the disincarnate gods is to imagine that they are on their Soul’s journey towards being an Ascended Master. Thus, they might better be termed ‘Novice Ascended Masters’.

As such, they are now at the stage of learning about the Plane of Forces, which lies between the physical plane and the astral plane. The Plane of Forces is the playground of those fearsome beings, the jinn and the ifrits, which dwell in Earth’s deserts, unbeknownst to modern man, but well known to King David and through the myths of Ancient Araby.

It might help to think of those Souls that are ‘caught between this world and the next’ as little children who have lost their way. If they have been ‘in-between’ for a while, they are most likely a little confused about where they are and what is going on. This is true not only of the disincarnate gods, but also of our ancestors and all ghosts that have not passed into the Light yet.

HOW WE CAN HELP THE DISINCARNATE GODS GO ON TO THE LIGHT

We can help them all do this by asking our own spirit guides to ask their spirit guides to have this sort of conversation with them (I learned about this from the wonderful energy healer and spiritual teacher Jeffrey Allen … https://www.iamjeffreyallen.com/ ) …

  • How long has it been since you have eaten? [usually the answer will be: I can’t remember or maybe: About a month or so ]
  • Did you know that you have passed on? [You may hear: No, did I? ]
  • Yes, you passed on quite some time ago [Then wait a moment, and continue … ]
  • All the work you had to do has been done. [a sigh of relief]
  • It is ok to pack your suitcase now. How long will you need to do that? [You may hear, ‘A week or so’]
  • All right.

Time is not the same in the astral realm as in the physical world, so in a few days you can ask your own spirit guides to have the above conversation again. By that time the ‘in-between’ Soul will most likely be ready to leave. Here is an example of a ‘spirit-to-spirit’ good-bye conversation I learned from Jeffrey Allen. You may ask your spirit guides to ask their spirit guides to engage in this conversation …

  • Are you ready now? [You may hear: I think so. ]
  • Now turn around and face the Light [because they have been facing the physical world all this time]
  • Do you see us? [that is, their spirit guides… you may sense a greeting]
  • We will show you the way now [and now it is best for us to log off, allowing the ‘spirit to spirit’ encounter to unfold]
