Here is my new animated gif “Kundalini Rising.” Really, this is not an image of kundalini rising, but it represents the feeling I have when my kundalini is risen. I feel high up, as if I am somehow soaring over the Earth … even though I am still sitting on the ground.

Looked at in another way, this animated gif might be considered to portray astral travel. The second figure of the meditating woman might be considered to be her astral body, rising up out of her physical form and sitting ‘on top of the world’.
This is not the usual notion of astral travel, in which a person’s astral form leaves his or her body in order to visit people and places perhaps far distant. Rather, this is an experience that takes place during the practice of Raja Yoga, the Yoga of Kings and Princes.

LEVITATION AS AN ASCENSION GIFT
I used to have my doubts about levitation. In the Middle Ages, people who levitated were often thought to be witches or sorcerers, and might be tortured to death by people who were afraid of them. I used to think: That might also be the case today. Why create controversy around oneself? The tide might suddenly turn, and we Lightworkers might be endangered by the fears of other people, were we to levitate.
On the other hand, I am beginning to see the flip side of such a psychic ability. For instance, if we were to come naturally by such a gift, it might be helpful in achieving peace of mind as we meditate.
If we were able to master this gift, then who knows? It might be helpful in avoiding danger. We could ‘rise above’ the situation … maybe even save on airfare in getting from where we are to a distant place. Maybe we could relocate from a sweltering desert heat to a cool mountain top in the wink of an eye! Who knows?

These are miraculous abilities often featured in Oriental films about spiritual adepts who are Kung Fu martial artists and protectors of humankind.

INTRODUCTION
Dear Ones,
In this blog I explain how to perfect the forces in our bodies. Taken together, these forces constitute the Plane of Forces, sometimes occultly termed the ‘Second Plane’.
I cannot deny that it will take hard work, but the results are excellent, with regard to safeguarding health, improving human relationships, and meeting with success in our worldly undertakings. In addition, mastering the Plane of Forces helps still the mind and the emotions. Thus the below practices go side-by-side with mastery of mind.

The jinn or genies of Earth live in the Plane of Forces and can manipulate that plane at will. Thus it seems to humans who have not mastered the Plane of Forces that the jinn are all-powerful beings. I feel it is best to master the Plane of Forces before making their acquaintance.

I have found very little written about harnessing the force of gravity. However, some say that, in the Fifth Dimension, levitation … which, in its purest state, derives from complete surrender to the will of God … shall be commonplace. Meantime, here are some ways I have come up with to play with gravity as a diversion from the nuisance effect of the Subconscious and Unconscious Thought Clouds of the World …
Groundedness.I find that using this mantra while standing or walking greatly increases my Awareness of gravity, and my groundedness …

In addition, I feel that groundedness might be ramped up by stimulating the acupressure points on the soles of the feet; for instance, by doing jumping jacks or practicing on a trampoline, or by doing foot massage. Of these, foot massage is one of my favorite techniques.
Levitation.The opposite of groundedness is levitation. In the fifth dimension, levitation is but a manifestation of understanding of the laws of physics. But in the fourth dimension, the astral realm, manifestation of this siddhi, or psychic power, may occur through rapture, or communion with God, or it may occur through what used to be termed ‘consorting with Satan’, or the black arts.
The sacred version of levitation can occur through concentration on the kundalini rising … the ‘ascending force’ described above. There is more about that here …

One’s intention in levitating is, I feel, important in regard to development of Soul wisdom. If one’s intention is to align with God’s will, then His will imbues the action. If one’s intention is self-aggrandizement in the eyes of others, then karmic laws take effect, and may adversely affect the future events that are to unfold in the levitator’s timeline.

Fohat or Will Power

I have read that fohat or will power is the power that links spirit to matter and shapes matter, as a potter (Spirit, whether Divine or human) shapes matter through will power from moment to moment. It is fohat through which we move our muscles to walk, for instance.
It is I who connect the esoteric term fohat to the self-help term ‘will power’. Though I have not seen this connection of the two terms in the esoteric literature before, I feel confident in my understanding of the force of fohat , which might be thought of as God’s power of creation manifesting in the physical world through the free will he granted us as His children.
In other words, by aligning our individual will with the great Will of God, we master the force of fohat in this reality. Because fohat has to do with will power, and because our third chakra manifests our will power, we must balance and perfect our third chakra in order to perfect our control of fohat. I recommend the following exercises to that end …

ON FORMING ALLIANCES WITH THE JINN AND THE NATURE SPIRITS
As the Ascension continues, the nature spirits of the Devic Realm will become more and more our friends, and they will be less defensive against humankind. We ourselves can assist in this by freeing the nature spirits. All we have to do is say: You are free! Go where you will! … and they will be freed of the curses set down upon them by the Demon Realm.
We can also offer blessings to the young jinn in our energy vortices … offer them the blessing of enjoying the ride of the energies … and of perfecting those energies … so that our bodies of Light will clear.
Then as Ascension continues, and peace on Earth is established, there will be other places for the Demonic Realm to go. They may, in fact, just be transformed by the Light to Source, as having no more work here.
Then as we become more adept at interspecies communication, especially in the astral realm, we will begin to have a care for the habitats of the jinn, which are the deserts … and we will avoid placing human habitation there. After all, in the deserts, human habitation is difficult. But for the jinn, it is the perfect thing. So we will begin to have a care for their continued existence.
And as to the nature spirits, they will no longer be enslaved to the Demonic Realm. So they can pursue the plan of the Devas that oversee them, for the perfection of natural forces here on Earth … for the perfection of Earth herself.
ABOUT THE JINN
In the books that I have from the School of Theosophy, I do not see mention of the Jinn. For instance, this Table on “The Evolution of Life” from page 44 of Arthur E. Powell’s book “The Solar System” gives a general notion how the Devic Kingdom (in the astral realm) and the Human Kingdom (in the physical and astral realms) are side-by-side evolving.
However, I do not see mention of the Jinn. I have read in Wikipedia that the Jinn have both spiritual and physical qualities …
“Jinn … also romanized as djinn or anglicized as genies (with the more broad meaning of spirits or demons, depending on source) …. are supernatural creatures in early Arabian and later Islamic mythology and theology. They are not purely spiritual, but also physical in nature, being able to interact in a tactile manner with people and objects and also subject to bodily desires like eating and sleeping. My own feeling, based on my experience with them in a desert area a few years ago, is that the Jinn exist in the Plane of Forces, the Veil that separates the astral plane from the physical plane; and that, I feel, is why they perplexingly exhibit both physical and spiritual traits. They exist in the borderline world, the twilight zone, between these two regions, and may sally forth, briefly, into either plane.
Here is a good explanation of how the Jinn (aka Djinn) are born, eat, get married, have children, and die, live in tribes, and study Islam. It explains they are invisible to us, most of the time; nor can they have children with humans as spouses. They live very long; for centuries. They can shapeshift. Apparently, the evil variety of Jinn … known as Ifrit or Marid or Afrit … are traditionally called upon by black magicians whose human clients offer them money in exchange for evil deeds … Deeds that the magicians accomplish by summoning the Jinn. Some such deeds might be the placing of a curse, or to break up a marriage. Jinn also helped King Solomon in war. Here is the text …
I feel the black magicians also sometimes ask the Jinn to plague a person with a feeling of astral rape, or cause them to fall in love with a phantom (a ‘demon lover’ … which may, in truth, be a Jinn).
I would add that, while humans can summon them, and petition them for favors, in exchange for favors the humans can give, the outcome of such bargains is not necessarily as favorable as the humans hope.
Islam calls the summoning of the Jinn to do evil a very great sin, and I heartily concur. Than which, there is no worse on Earth.
ARE THE JINN ALLIES OF HUMANKIND?
On to the good jinn …

So here is a question: Are the Jinn allies of humankind, and co-creators of Earth? Or are they the enemies of humankind, trying to lord it over us? Can we co-exist through an interspecies alliance?
You may recall, in the days of King Solomon, that he formed an alliance with Jinn, so as to reinforce his army. And the karma that that created carried down through the ages.
What the jinn gained from that, since they are a desert people, was less people in the deserts they care to inhabit. And what King Solomon gained from that, was more power over the people in his area.
But could it be that this distortion of power affects both the jinn and the humans, and that the very real possibility of a friendly alliance exists? I feel this to be true. I feel that the distortions of Light of the fourth dimension are causing this misalignment that causes the implantation of ‘power over’ malware for both the jinn and humankind.
OTHER POWER OVER DISTORTIONS: DEMON REALM AND NATURE SPIRITS
This can be seen, also, with regard to nature spirits, especially in urban environments … where the Demonic Realm is capable of casting curses upon the nature spirits . so that they are ‘balled up’ or intertwined like hairpins, or wires, in our etheric net, causing what is called samskaras.
This, of course, is according to the plan of God, to aid us in our free will choice to experience Duality. But it also causes great pain on Earth. So, as the energies clear, the nature spirits will be freed of this burden of creating samskaric features or distortions in our bodies of Light.

Dear Ones,
I had a thought, just now, about the beings that take care of our chakras. You know, we used to have access to seven chakras. Then we had access to 12 chakras. And these days, we have access to 72 different energy areas. Each of the first 12 chakras is cared for by a being. Some people call those the body elementals.
I was wondering, though … since the beings called jinn love vortices or vortexes, and care for Earth’s energy vortexes … I wondered if very small jinn might be the caretakers of our own chakras, front and back. Suppose we had a jinni child taking care of the front of our heart chakra, and another taking care of the back of that chakra? Or suppose we had both? The body elemental for the chakra, and also the jinn children for the vortices of the chakras, front and back?
Then that would mean that humankind would be in alliance with the Devic Realm, where the body elementals exist, and also with the Jinn, which I feel exist in the Plane of Forces, the ‘twilight zone’ between the third dimension … the physical realm … and the fourth dimension … the spirit or astral realm.

The Difficulty in Describing Clair Perceptions
I thought I would talk for a minute about gravity wells on the surface of Earth, as I perceive them with my clair senses. It goes without saying that other people with clair senses will, no doubt, perceive gravity wells differently from me, because it is very difficult to describe clair-sensed experiences by means of the physical senses … the clair senses are so much more refined. So there are really no words, amongst the physical senses, to describe them. Although we try; we try with images and sacred sounds, with stories, and myths. We try all kinds of ways to convey what we sense with the clair senses.

To get back to gravitational wells: As you may know, on the astral plane, the core of the Earth houses the hellworlds. At about the level of the surface of the Earth are the purgatory worlds. And higher up, on into the stratosphere, are the heaven worlds.
In these astral worlds, in the afterlife, people experience different densities, depending on what emotion they are feeling. Negative emotions … emotions like fear and anger … are very dense; they create a heaviness that causes Souls’ astral bodies to sink down towards the core of the Earth.
The Experience of the Astral Plane Negative and Positive While in Body
So, there is a gravitational effect involved in the experience of the hellworlds, purgatory worlds, and heaven worlds after passing on. But when we experience these worlds while we are in body, it is not that we are sinking down into the core of Earth or beneath the surface of Earth, or high up into the air. Rather, on the surface of the Earth, where our body is located, provided that the astral form is still around the body and not astral travelling, we experience all of these states through gravitational wells and gravitational upliftments.
Gravity Wells (Gravitational Sinkholes) as I Experience Them
When I am driving a car towards a gravity well, say on a level stretch of road, it feels like I am going downhill, and descending into the Earth, even though the road is level. That is how it feels to me with my clair senses. And that is how I know I am approaching a gravitational sinkhole, a place where people are experiencing the hellworlds here on Earth, while retaining human form.

What precisely is the hellworld experience, you may ask. Some hallmarks are black magic, blood sacrifice of innocents, worship of Satan, murder, mutilation of people, and in general cruelty to other people. Also in hellworlds are people who wish to experience being victims at the mercy of cruel people, people with severe addictions, people who experience unmitigable pain (such as the famed burning sensation), or who seem to be experiencing death over and over again. So the densest hellworlds have to do with experiences of cruelty, rage, fear, or despair; also the sort of lust that cannot be reigned in, greed to the point where other people cannot feel that their goods are safe, and like that. Frequently these are just dream scenarios on the astral plane, and not being acted out in the real world; dreams that are being dreamed in gravitational sinkholes. Also, communication with demons, devils, mischievous imps, and the like.

Gravitational upliftments are characterized by just the opposite type of astral imaginings and physical actions; for instance, feelings of appreciation, gratitude, joy, unconditional love, peacefulness, and harmony with all beings everywhere. Feelings of faith, hope and charity. Feelings of grace inpouring, devotion to God or to higher ideals. Feelings of health, physical vitality, emotional well-being. Communication with angels, beings of Light, and God.

Why We Are Experiencing Gravitational Anomalies During the Ascension Process
The reason for these gravitational anomalies is very practical: As the Earth is in the process of ascension right now, and the beings on Earth are in the process of reaching the caliber and level of delightful song at which Earth resonates right now, some beings are less ready than other beings to experience those higher vibrations, and they tend to aggregate together in clumps, especially of humankind, and various astral beings that are of the denser frequencies. They aggregate together on the surface of the Earth, and reinforce each other in terms of denseness of resonance. And these aggregations are what I experience as gravitational sinkholes.
How a Few Beings May, Because of Their Soul Choices, Be Relocated to Other Star Systems, and So Forth
Now, all is well, because, in almost all instances, these beings are just choosing a longer timeline and taking longer to ascend than other beings. There may be a few … 10 or less … instances on all of Earth … and you know, Earth’s population is 7.4 billion people right now, so 10 people are a miniscule amount of people that will need to be relocated to other star systems, and so forth, because of their Soul choices at this time.
More on Gravitational Sinkholes
So most everybody, I feel, either through choosing shorter or longer timelines, are on the ascension path, and undergoing the ascension process. Some are in gravitational holes or wells right now. I know of three such that were in the Los Angeles area a year or two ago; I do not know if they are still there, and I have not explored all of Los Angeles.
Gravitational Upliftments at Places Where Great Devotion to God Is Being Expressed
So I would say, all over Earth right now, there may be these gravitational sinkholes. Then, at about sea level or thereabouts, where large groups of people are expressing great devotion to God through song, I sometimes experience gravitational upliftment, which is the opposite of gravitational sinkholes. To me, it feels like my body is weightless, floating at ground level; as if I might at any moment experience levitation.
Gravitational Upliftments at Higher Altitudes
Also I suspect that at higher altitudes … this is an experience I have had recently … at altitudes above where cities are located right now, there are gravitational upliftments where the higher astral beings can exist harmoniously with human beings, in a much higher state of consciousness right now. So, if you will, you might wish to journey to the mountaintops from time to time, to reinforce the DNA changes that are taking place inside your body, and the codes that are changing, and the general health that is beginning to manifest in all human beings here on Earth.
On Strengthening the Forces of the Plane of Forces in Our Physical Forms for Optimum Health
This is what I have right now about gravity and the plane of forces which separates the physical world from the astral world. It is what little I know right now about that.
As to the other forces in the plane of forces, I have been working with a yoga set called the “Basic Spinal Energy Series” …

I find the set strengthens all the forces in the plane of forces except, maybe, gravity. It strengthens prana in the human body, the kundalini energy, the will power, and both electric and magnetic energy (which I typically term by the one phrase ‘electromagnetism’.
That is a very handy yoga set, and particularly so since almost everybody can accomplish it in about a half an hour a day, and it can be done sitting in a chair if a person cannot do it in the way prescribed in the set. It is suitable for nearly everybody, to help them attain greater health, and greater presence of the plane of forces within their physical form.
