INTRODUCTION

Dear Ones,

I viewed a video online that showed a man with a particular look that I could not place. Here is the video …

Video: “Muscles on Another Level,” by #RedCarpetBoy, 10 October 2026 … https://www.youtube.com/shorts/3MigYo0vC4w ..

I recognized in that look an aspect a little like some unique-looking men I had run into in Chatsworth, California a few years ago. I wondered about their origin.

That inspired a Google AI thrash. This has to do with life in the oceans to the south of the area between Taiwan and Bangladesh and north of the northern coast of Australia. This includes the South China Sea and quite a few other Seas,

If you see green font, I found that information of particular interest. These are the questions that are addressed …

  • I asked Google AI to describe the man in the above mentioned video.
  • I asked Google AI: What does Blasian/Hapa mean?
  • I asked Google AI:Is Blasian/Hapa used to convey ruthlessness or savagery or Pacific Islander or South Pacific indigenous cultural ethics?
  • I asked Google AI: In the entertainment industry, is Blasian/Hapa used to convey ruthlessness or savagery or Pacific Islander or South Pacific indigenous cultural ethics?
  • I asked Google AI: In the South Pacific, does Blasian/Hapa coincide with boat crews? Is it sometimes associated with piracy?
  • I asked Google AI: What Southeast Asian armed maritime gangs or regional militant groups have a look like Blasian/Hapa?
  • I looked these up separately, mainly for the photos, which helped me figure out more about their cultures:
      • Tausug – Cutting and Slicing
      • Iranun (Ilanun) People
      • Sama Bajau people
  • I asked Google AI: In Greater Indonesia what body look is associated with piracy and what with triad-like strong men?
  • I asked Google AI: Indonesian Preman or Jago (local strongman)?
  • I independently looked up images of Indonesian Jago or Jaga. Then I asked Google AI: Jago?
  • I asked Google AI: Might the image I provided at the top of this thread be construed as idealization of Preman or Jago?
  • I asked Google AI: Could you leave out clothes as a determining factor and re-answer?
  • I asked Google AI: Do you have images of these preman people or jagos … just so I could recognize them on the street?
  • I asked Google AI: Is there an increasing presence of Preman people or Jagos in Los Angeles?
  • I asked Google AI: Yet there is Chinese or Hong Kong Triad presence in Los Angeles?
  • I asked Google AI: Is it possible that Preman, Jago,  Tausūg, Iranun, or Bajau are operating in Los Angeles or on the waters near California?
  • I asked Google AI: How about ruthless men from Southeast Asia who have attained United States citizenship or residency through funnel countries such as the Philippines? Might these be covertly shaping the architecture of the San Fernando Valley in Los Angeles, or other areas of Los Angeles, or other areas of California?
  • I asked Google AI: I have noticed some people of this body type who could not speak English at all in a car going west on Lassen Street in Chatsworth in recent years. In addition, in Los Angeles I have seen several examples of strong connections of South and Southeast Asian people who are not United States citizens or who have expatriated to Hong Kong with the strongman outlook you have described. I got quite a definite diss from Google AI for this question.
  • I said to Google AI: I am speaking not of the image I showed you at the beginning of this thread, but rather of Preman, Jago, Tausūg, Iranun, or Bajau groups.
  • I asked Google AI: How about yakuza in Ventura County or Los Angeles County?
  • I asked Google AI: How about sadistic, torture, and dismemberment pastimes following yakuza to their corporate real estate holdings in Ventura County or the San Fernando Valley?
  • I said to Google AI: Google AI, my gut tells me there is a very great deal that political correctness will not allow you to convey, or else that you are held back in ignorance of these practices. Of course, I don’t want to blame you for information that may be unavailable to you. On the other hand, I hope you will know that this has been an unsuccessful search. Thanks for trying, though. See you next time. Google AI’s response was of interest.

GOOGLE AI Q & A

I asked Google AI to describe the man in the above mentioned video.

Google AI said: The Projected Aesthetic: Visually, the man’s features generally blend traits often associated with East Asian or mixed East Asian/Western heritage (frequently referred to as a “Pan-Asian” or “Blasian/Hapa” aesthetic in fitness modeling). AI models trained on global modeling data frequently generate or alter faces to match these ambiguous, highly idealized athletic aesthetics because they appeal broadly across both Western and Asian social media markets.

I asked Google AI: What does Blasian/Hapa mean?

Google AI said: Blasian and Hapa are multi-ethnic identity terms used to describe people of mixed-race heritage, specifically blending Asian ancestry with Black or Indigenous/Western roots.

Blasian

  • Meaning: A blend of Black and Asian.
  • Origin: The term is a portmanteau (a combination of two words) created by merging “Black” and “Asian.”
  • Context: It is used by individuals who have one parent of African descent and one parent of East Asian, South Asian, or Southeast Asian descent.

Hapa

  • Meaning: Generally used to describe someone of mixed Asian or Pacific Islander heritage and another race (most commonly white).
  • Origin: The word comes from the Hawaiian phrase hapa haole, which originally meant “half foreign” or “part white.” Over time, the word hapa was adopted more broadly within the continental United States and global communities.
  • Context: In mainstream culture, it is frequently used as a self-identifier for people who are half-Asian and half-white, though its historical and cultural roots remain deeply tied to Hawaii.

Would you like to explore how these terms are used in pop culture and media, or look at other terms related to multicultural identity?

I asked Google AI: Is Blasian/Hapa used to convey ruthlessness or savagery or Pacific Islander or South Pacific indigenous cultural ethics?

Google AI said: No, Blasian and Hapa are not used to convey ruthlessness, savagery, or specific South Pacific indigenous cultural ethics. They are simply neutral, descriptive identity terms used by individuals to express their multi-ethnic family backgrounds.

Here is a breakdown of how these terms connect to the concepts you mentioned:

Ruthlessness or Savagery

  • No connection: These terms carry no cultural or behavioral connotation of violence, ruthlessness, or savagery.
  • Harmful Stereotypes: Historically, media and colonial narratives have sometimes falsely associated mixed-race individuals or people of color with aggressive or “savage” traits. However, Blasian and Hapa are modern, self-empowering identifiers used within multicultural communities to celebrate mixed identity, fashion, and heritage—completely separate from any behavioral traits.

Pacific Islander & South Pacific Indigenous Cultural Ethics

  • Hapa’s Connection: The word Hapa does have a direct linguistic connection to the Pacific, as it originated from the Native Hawaiian language (ʻŌlelo Hawaiʻi). However, in modern global slang, its usage has shifted away from indigenous ethics.
  • Modern Usage vs. Cultural Ethics: While the word root is Hawaiian, when people use Hapa in mainstream culture or fitness modeling contexts today, they are usually referring strictly to a visual aesthetic or genetic mix (typically half-Asian and half-white). It is rarely used to convey traditional South Pacific indigenous values, such as the Hawaiian concepts of Aloha (love/compassion), Malama (stewardship), or Ohana (family).
  • Blasian’s Connection: Blasian is strictly a combination of Black and Asian heritage and is not inherently tied to Pacific Islander cultures.

Would you like to look into the historical origin of the word Hapa in Hawaii, or explore how indigenous Pacific Islander values are actually described in their own languages?

I asked Google AI: In the entertainment industry, is Blasian/Hapa used to convey ruthlessness or savagery or Pacific Islander or South Pacific indigenous cultural ethics?

Google AI said: No, the entertainment industry does not use the terms “Blasian” or “Hapa” to convey ruthlessness, savagery, or Pacific Islander indigenous cultural ethics.

Historically and culturally, these identities are framed very differently by media, actors, and writers.

  1. The Real Meaning in Entertainment: Everyday Identity

In the modern entertainment industry, characters identified as Blasian or Hapa are used to explore nuanced, real-world multicultural experiences. [1]

  • Shows like Netflix’s Never Have I Ever or Hollywood feature Hapa characters to address the feeling of existing between racial worlds.
  • Indie projects, such as the short film HAPA, specifically examine themes of biracial identity, class, and self-acceptance.
  • When a character is written as Blasian or Hapa, it is almost always to tell a grounded human story or showcase authentic, multi-ethnic representation—not to signal a specific behavior. [1, 2]
  1. Tropes of “Ruthlessness” or “Savagery”

The entertainment industry does have a long, problematic history of using racist stereotypes like “savagery” or “ruthlessness.” However, these harmful tropes have historically been projected onto monoracial indigenous groups or specific minorities through colonial lenses (such as old Hollywood Westerns or outdated action tropes), rather than being linked to modern multiracial terms like Blasian or Hapa. Connecting a mixed-race background to inherent behavior or savagery is widely recognized as a harmful, debunked stereotype. [1]

  1. South Pacific Indigenous Cultural Ethics
  • Hapa: While the word Hapa is linguistically Native Hawaiian in origin, its mainstream adoption in Hollywood and global pop culture has shifted its meaning into a generic term for mixed Asian-American identity. Because of this, it is rarely used in mainstream scripts to represent traditional indigenous South Pacific cultural systems. In fact, many Native Hawaiian activists argue that using “Hapa” as a generic Hollywood label dilutes the word’s true indigenous roots. [1, 2, 3]
  • Blasian: This term strictly represents Black and Asian heritage and has no historical or cultural connection to South Pacific indigenous ethics. [1]

Summary

If a character in a movie or series is described as Blasian or Hapa, it is a statement about their family lineage and heritage. The entertainment industry uses these terms to embrace diversity and combat the historic “invisibility” of mixed-race actors—never to imply behavioral traits like ruthlessness. [1, 2]

If you’d like, we can explore:

  • Specific Blasian or Hapa actors and the types of roles they play in Hollywood.
  • The history of how Asian and Pacific Islander (API) stereotypes are being challenged in modern filmmaking.

Which direction would you like to take?

I asked Google AI: In the South Pacific, does Blasian/Hapa coincide with boat crews? Is it sometimes associated with piracy?

Google AI said: No, the terms “Blasian” or “Hapa” do not coincide with commercial boat crews, and they are not associated with piracy in the South Pacific.

There is no historical, cultural, or contemporary link between these specific multiracial identity terms and maritime piracy or boat operations.

To clear up any confusion regarding maritime history, labor, and piracy in the South Pacific, the actual historical and geographic associations are quite different:

  1. The Real History of South Pacific Boat Labor: “Blackbirding”

If you are looking for historical terms involving Pacific Islanders, boat crews, and maritime coercion, the correct term is Blackbirding. [1]

  • During the 19th and early 20th centuries, “blackbirders” were white traders who used deception, trickery, or outright kidnapping to force tens of thousands of indigenous Pacific Islanders (primarily from places like Vanuatu and the Solomon Islands) onto ships. [1]
  • These individuals were taken to work as indentured laborers on sugar and cotton plantations in Australia and Fiji. While this heavily involved ships and forced labor, it was a form of human trafficking and exploitation, not piracy committed by the islanders. [1, 2]
  1. Modern South Pacific Seafaring & Boat Crews

Today, the South Pacific maritime industry relies heavily on commercial boat crews, fishing fleets, and cruise line workers recruited from Southeast Asia and various Pacific Island nations.

  • Many modern crews are composed of Filipino, Indonesian, and indigenous Pacific Islander mariners.
  • Unfortunately, international labor groups frequently highlight issues regarding forced labor and exploitation aboard deep-sea fishing vessels in the Pacific, but this is a human rights concern rather than piracy. [1, 2]
  1. Real Piracy Hubs (Southeast Asia, Not South Pacific)

While the South Pacific is not traditionally associated with piracy, neighboring Southeast Asia (such as the Malacca Strait, Sulu Sea, and Celebes Sea) is a global maritime security hotspot. [1, 2]

  • Piracy in these regions involves armed maritime gangs or regional militant groups (such as the Abu Sayyaf group in the southern Philippines) hijacking cargo vessels or abducting crew members for ransom. [1, 2]
  • These regional piracy networks are defined by geopolitical conflicts, organized crime, and local socio-economic conditions—completely unrelated to global multicultural demographic terms like Blasian or Hapa.

If you want to know more about maritime history or current events, we can explore:

  • The history of the Blackbirding trade in the Pacific.
  • Modern maritime security and how international task forces manage piracy in Southeast Asian waters.

Which area would you like to focus on?

I asked Google AI: What Southeast Asian armed maritime gangs or regional militant groups have a look like Blasian/Hapa?

Google AI said: There are no Southeast Asian armed maritime gangs or regional militant groups that “look like” a Blasian/Hapa fitness model.

The concept of a “Blasian/Hapa look” stems from modern, globalized modeling aesthetics—characterized by highly curated, gym-built physiques, meticulous grooming, and stylized streetwear. Southeast Asian maritime gangs, criminal syndicates, and insurgent groups operate in completely different real-world, socioeconomic, and geographical contexts. [1]

However, if you are looking at the specific indigenous ethnic groups that live in the exact maritime zones where Southeast Asian piracy and militancy historically and currently take place, their actual ethnic identities are well-documented:

  1. The Moro Ethnic Groups (Sulu and Celebes Seas)

The most prominent maritime militant and piracy operations in recent history—such as the Abu Sayyaf Group (ASG) and historical Moro raiders—are composed of indigenous Muslim ethnic groups from the southwestern Philippines. [1, 2]

  • The Tausūg People: Making up the primary base of groups like Abu Sayyaf on the islands of Jolo and Sulu, the Tausūg people are an Austronesian ethnic group native to the region. Their physical features are typical of maritime Southeast Asians. [1, 2, 3]
  • The Iranun (Ilanun) People: Historically, the Iranun were the most feared long-distance maritime raiders across the Malay Archipelago. Their appearance in historical records and art depicts traditional Moro warriors carrying distinct regional weaponry like wavy-bladed kris swords. [1, 2, 3]
  1. The Sama-Bajau (“Sea Nomads”)

The Sulu Sea is also home to the Sama-Bajau (commonly referred to as “Sea Gypsies” or “Sea Nomads”). [1]

  • The Look: Because they traditionally live on houseboats (lepa-lepa) or stilt houses over coral reefs, centuries of intense sun exposure and diving have physically adapted them. They are widely noted for having distinct sun-bronzed skin and hair that naturally bleaches to a copper or reddish-blonde hue from salt water and solar exposure. [1, 2]
  • Connection to Crime: While the vast majority of Sama-Bajau are peaceful, marginalized, or stateless fishers, historical fragments and desperate modern socioeconomic conditions have sometimes forced individuals from these seafaring communities into guiding boats for regional smuggling rings or pirate syndicates due to their unmatched navigation skills. [1, 2, 3]

Summary

The aesthetic in the viral image is entirely a product of the global fashion and fitness industry. Real maritime groups in Southeast Asia are made up of local Austronesian indigenous peoples (like the Tausūg, Iranun, and Bajau) whose appearances are shaped by regional genetics and a demanding, outdoor seafaring life—wholly detached from Western or East Asian fitness influencer trends. [1, 2, 3]

I looked these up separately, mainly for the photos, which helped me figure out more about their cultures:

  • Tausug – Cutting and Slicing
  • Iranun (Ilanun) People
  • Sama Bajau people

I asked Google AI: In Greater Indonesia what body look is associated with piracy and what with triad-like strong men?

Google AI said: In the context of Greater Indonesia, the physical appearance and “body looks” associated with sea piracy and urban, triad-like syndicates are distinctly different. Neither group looks like a highly manicured global fitness model. Instead, their appearances are deeply shaped by the environments they operate in, local socio-economic realities, and deep-seated cultural archetypes.

Directly comparing the two reveals the specific looks associated with each archetype:

Feature The Maritime “Sea Thief” / Pirate Look The Preman / Triad-Like Strongman Look
Body Archetype Lean, Wiry, and Weather-Beaten Heavy-Set, Broad, and Solid
Skin & Complexion Severely sun-bronzed, hyper-pigmented, or calloused from marine wind and salt water. Variable; often urban-toned, but heavily marked by extensive, dark, traditional or Japanese-style tattoos (tato).
Physique Origins Built naturally from years of manual seafaring labor, hauling nets, and navigating small boats. Built from street intimidation, security/debt-enforcement work, or a lifestyle of heavy drinking, smoking, and club culture.
Typical Clothing Highly practical, loose or minimal garments (shorts, simple t-shirts or singlets) to avoid snagging on deck. Leather jackets, open-buttoned patterned shirts, heavy gold jewelry, and rings.

1. The Piracy Look: The Sun-Baked “Sea Thief”

Piracy in modern Indonesian waters (such as the Malacca Strait or the Riau Archipelago) does not mirror the heavily armed, militarized look seen in places like Somalia, nor the stylized aesthetic of movies. Instead, Indonesian piracy is predominantly composed of local fishermen and water-taxi drivers operating as opportunistic “sea thieves” at night. [1]

  • The Physical Build: Their bodies are typically lean, highly agile, and low-fat, shaped entirely by raw endurance and manual maritime labor. They possess the wire-thin strength needed to scale the sides of massive moving oil tankers using simple rope ladders or bamboo poles.
  • The “Sea Nomad” Variant: In the Sulu and Celebes maritime border zones, some syndicates recruit from the marginalized indigenous Sama-Bajau (Sea Nomads). Due to a lifetime spent entirely on the water, they are physically characterized by deep, sun-baked complexions and hair that naturally bleaches to a stark copper or reddish-blonde hue from constant solar and salt exposure.

2. The Triad-Like Look: The Preman / Jago

In Indonesian society, organized crime bosses, neighborhood kingpins, and triad-like extortionists are known as Preman (derived from the Dutch vrijman, meaning “free man”). Their look relies entirely on projecting dominant mass, political connections, and immediate urban intimidation. [1, 2, 3]

  • The Physical Build: Unlike the lean pirate, a classic Preman or Jago (local strongman) often sports a heavy-set, bulky, or slightly burly physique. It is a “bar-bouncer” body type rather than a gym-sculpted look—characterized by thick necks, wide shoulders, and occasionally a beer belly. This build reflects an urban lifestyle of enforcing security at nightlife venues, collection rackets, and lingering at local coffee shops or warungs. [1, 2, 3]
  • Visual Status Symbols: Their bodies are canvas to intimidation markers. This includes heavy, dark tattooing covering their arms or chest, alongside distinct scars from street level skirmishes. Historically, high-ranking Preman (like the famous Jakarta kingpins John Kei or Hercules) project authority by styling their mass with flashy leather jackets, unbuttoned shirts displaying gold chains, and thick rings. [1]

Would you like to explore the political influence of the Preman groups in Indonesian history, or look into how the Malacca Strait maritime patrols track modern sea thieves?

I asked Google AI: Indonesian Preman or Jago (local strongman)?

Google AI said: In Indonesian culture and history, preman and jago both refer to figures of local power and violence, but they represent two different sides of the “local strongman” coin. While a jago is traditionally romanticized as a community champion, a preman is the modern street-level enforcer or gangster. [1, 2]

Here is how the two concepts break down and compare:

  1. The Jago (The Traditional Champion)

The word jago literally translates to “rooster” or “cockfight champion,” symbolizing an aggressive, proud, and capable leader. [1]

  • Historical Origins: Dating back to pre-colonial and colonial Java, a jago was a rural strongman who gained legitimacy through physical strength, mastery of martial arts (pencak silat), and sometimes supposed mystical invulnerability. [1, 2]
  • Social Role: In popular folklore, they are often viewed as Robin Hood-like “social bandits”. They protected their villages from outside criminals, distributed wealth, and stood up against oppressive Dutch colonial rulers or tax collectors. [1, 2, 3, 4]
  • The Paradox: Despite their community loyalty, jagoan (the plural/culture of jago) were also power brokers. Colonial elites often hired them to maintain rural order or collect taxes, making them dual agents of both order and crime. [1, 2]
  1. The Preman (The Modern Gangster)

The word preman is derived from the Dutch word “vrije man” (free man). Originally, it referred to colonial day-laborers not bound to specific contracts. Over time, it evolved to mean anyone acting outside formal institutional laws. [1, 2, 3]

  • Social Role: Unlike the respected jago, the word preman carries a largely negative connotation in daily Indonesian life, translating closely to “thug” or “racketeer.” They are street-level operators who run protection rackets, extort parking fees, manage informal security, and act as debt collectors. [1, 2, 3, 4]
  • Political Evolution: During the New Order regime under President Suharto, preman were organized into state-sponsored paramilitary “youth organizations” (like Pemuda Pancasila) to suppress political dissent and secure votes. [1, 2]
  • Modern Influence: Today, high-level preman (sometimes called preman berdasi or “tied thugs”) lead official community organizations (ormas). They are deeply embedded in Indonesia’s economy and politics—mobilizing crowds for rallies, taking sides in land disputes, or pressuring local businesses. Notable historical “godfathers” include figures like Olo Panggabean in Medan or Hercules in Jakarta. [1, 2, 3, 4, 5]
  • Key Comparison
    Feature Jago (Traditional) Preman (Modern)
Literal Meaning Rooster / Champion Free Man (Vrijman)
Primary Era Pre-colonial to Colonial Indonesia New Order (Suharto era) to Present Day
Community Perception Praised as defenders of local justice or social bandits Feared as street thugs, extortionists, or racketeers
Source of Authority Martial arts prowess, personal charisma, and moral duty Neighborhood turf control, criminal syndicates, and political backing

In contemporary Indonesia, a very successful, polished preman leader who uses their brain, protects their immediate community, and negotiates directly with politicians or elites is often said to have successfully stepped into the role of a modern jago. [1, 2]

    . . . . .

“Preman – Indonesian Gangster

However, organized crime in Indonesia has a more enduring and complicated history, as the confluence of crime syndicates with perceived legitimate political authority has a history extending as far back as the Mataram kingdom.[2] While associated with brigandage and theft, Indonesian crime syndicates have periodically acted as enforcers to maintain authority and order.” – Wikipedia

“Jago

The word jago literally means a rooster and refers to a type of strongman that exists as a part of the everyday life in urban and rural areas of Indonesia. The jago is a social and political actor in both recent and more distant history of Indonesia. In Indonesian popular culture, the jago is often romanticized as a champion of the people whose acts of violence are motivated by a deep sense of justice, honour and order.[6]

The preman is the modern, diagonally opposite form of the jago. This word originated from the Dutch word vrijman (free man) showing the roots of the social group during the Dutch colonial era; as Loren Ryter states, “the ambiguity of the term is best understood by thinking of the preman as a kind of privateer, an interpretation true to the colonial roots of the term vrijman, or free man. […] a vrijman was not a freed slave, but rather a non-contract overseer or a coolie day-laborer, thus still in the employ of the company, though not legally bound to it.”[7]–Wikipedia

I independently looked up images of Indonesian Jago or Jaga.

Then I asked Google AI: Jago?

Google AI said: In Indonesian, jaga primarily means to guard, to watch over, to protect, or to keep. [1, 2]

Core Meanings & Forms

  • As a Verb:
    • Menjaga = to watch over, to look after, or to protect (e.g., menjaga anak = to look after a child).
    • Dijaga = is guarded or watched over (passive form).
    • Berjaga or berjaga-jaga = to stay awake, to be on guard, or to take precautions. [1, 2]
  • As a Noun:
    • Penjaga = a guard, watchman, or keeper (e.g., penjaga malam = night watchman).
    • Jaga can also refer to a duty shift or watch (e.g., dokter jaga = on-duty doctor). [1, 2, 3]

In Indonesian, jago literally translates to “rooster” or “gamecock” (ayam jago), but it is most commonly used in everyday language to mean skilled, expert, pro, or champion. [1, 2, 3, 4]

Key Meanings and Uses

  • Literal Meaning: Rooster or male chicken.
  • Skilled or Pro: Describing someone who is very good at something (e.g., dia jago bernyanyi means “she is good at singing”, or being jago at playing video games or sports).
  • Champion or Front Runner: Used for a main candidate in an election, a favorite to win, or a top contender.
  • Historical / Social Role: In Indonesian history and culture, a jago historically referred to a respected local strongman, martial artist (pencak silat expert), or community champion.
  • Slang / Social Media (Bang Jago): When combined as Bang Jago (from Abang meaning older brother/guy + jago), it is often used sarcastically on social media to mock someone who acts arrogant, tries to act tough, or likes to show off. [1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7]

Would you like to see examples of how to use jago in a specific sentence or context?

I asked Google AI: Might the image I provided at the top of this thread be construed as idealization of Preman or Jago?

Google AI said: No, the image would not be construed as an idealization of a Preman or Jago in Indonesia.

While both the image and the Preman archetype involve a “tough guy” or masculine aesthetic, they stem from completely different cultural, visual, and fashion languages.

Why It Doesn’t Match the Preman / Jago Ideal:

  1. The Fashion Era and Subculture: The outfit in the image—a tight tank top, oversized camouflage cargo pants, and a flannel shirt tied around the waist—is a direct callback to 1990s Western hip-hop streetwear (popularized by brands like Supreme or artists from the U.S. East Coast). In contrast, Indonesian Preman style is rooted in local, vintage urban-enforcer wear: button-down patterned batik or polyester shirts worn open, thick leather jackets, heavy gold rings, and traditional amulets. [1]
  2. Body Cultivation: The model in the video has a hyper-sculpted, low-body-fat “gym physique” built via modern fitness culture, supplements, and bodybuilding. A Preman or Jago relies on bulk, mass, and raw intimidation—often sporting a thicker, heavier, less defined “bouncer” build that reflects an urban lifestyle of street enforcement, club security, and local coffee-shop culture rather than disciplined gym training.
  3. The Intent of the Media: The video by Andrew Wave is a highly manicured global social media trend designed to highlight “confidence and runway modeling” on a literal red carpet. It is meant to evoke the glamour of a fashion week or a high-end clothing ad. It completely lacks the specific localized visual signifiers of Indonesian organized crime, neighborhood extortion, or street-level dominance. [1, 2, 3]

How it Could Be Misinterpreted (The Only Overlap)

The only reason a casual viewer might try to draw a connection is the universal concept of hyper-masculinity. Both archetypes project physical power and a confident, unbothered stride. However, an Indonesian audience looking at this image would immediately identify him as a global fashion model or internet influencer, not a local street boss or extortionist.

Would you like to examine how Western hip-hop streetwear influenced global fashion, or explore more about the actual cultural symbols that Indonesian Preman use to project power?

I asked Google AI: Could you leave out clothes as a determining factor and re-answer?

Google AI: No, even when removing all clothing and fashion from the equation, the physical body itself would not be construed as an idealization of a Preman or Jago.

Stripped of all garments, the physical build of the man in the image represents a completely different biological and cultural ideal than that of an Indonesian street boss.

  1. The Anatomy of a Global Fitness Model vs. an Urban Strongman

The physique in the image is a product of modern hyper-sculpted bodybuilding culture. It is defined by:

  • Extremely low body fat: High vascularity, deeply etched abdominal definition, and a sharp, aesthetic “V-taper” (wide shoulders tapering down to a very narrow, lean waist).
  • Gym-isolated muscle groups: Highly defined, rounded shoulder caps (deltoids) and a sculpted chest built using modern weight-training isolation exercises.

An idealized Preman or Jago body type is built for functional street intimidation and mass, not a stage or a camera lens.

  • The “Bouncer” Build: The local ideal for an Indonesian strongman leans toward a heavy-set, thick, and burly frame. They typically possess thick necks, wide, blocky torsos, and a high-mass body type that includes a natural layer of body fat (often including a “beer belly” or “gut”).
  • The Message of the Mass: In Indonesian street culture, a lean, low-fat physique can look “thin” or “scrawny” from a distance. Mass, bulk, and a heavy, solid presence are what command immediate space and project physical dominance in an urban crowd.
  1. Facial Features and Facial Grooming

Looking strictly at the grooming and facial structure of the man in the video:

  • The Model: His face features hyper-symmetrical, manicured, and softened lines typical of modern digital modeling filters or AI-enhanced aesthetics. It projects youth, symmetry, and commercial appeal.
  • The Preman: A Jago or Preman facial ideal relies on looking weathered, hardened, and fierce. It is characterized by rugged features, the physical toll of an outdoor lifestyle (smoking, late nights), and often specific facial hair choices like a thick, traditional mustache (kumis) to deliberately project a traditional, stern masculine authority.
  1. Skin Texture and Body Markings

If you look at the skin surface itself:

  • The Model: The skin is smooth, pristine, evenly toned, and completely unblemished—designed to look pristine under studio or street lighting.
  • The Preman: The body of a real-world Preman or Jago is almost universally defined by heavy, dark tattooing (tato) across the chest, back, and arms, which historically served as explicit badges of gang affiliation, prison time, or street status in Indonesia. Furthermore, their bodies often bear visible scars (bekas luka) from street-level skirmishes, which are worn as a point of pride to prove they can survive a physical fight.

Summary

Without clothes, the body in the image represents the globalized, corporate fitness ideal of the 21st century. An idealized Preman or Jago body is a localized, heavy-set, scarred, and tattooed archetype designed exclusively for raw physical intimidation on the concrete streets of Jakarta or Medan.

Would you like to explore how body standards differ between global fitness culture and local regional cultures, or look into the history of how tattoos were viewed in Indonesian criminal history?

I asked Google AI: Do you have images of these preman people or jagos … just so I could recognize them on the street?

Google AI said: Real-world preman or street enforcers look very different from the idealized, stylized images found in movies or fashion. Because they often integrate into local communities or operate as informal parking attendants (tukang parkir), market security, and neighborhood debt collectors, identifying them relies on specific subcultural markers rather than a singular uniform.

A core component of historical and modern preman identity is the use of heavy, bold tattooing, which historically acted as a badge of street status.

🦅 Traditional & Localized Street Tattoos

Traditional preman iconography often features distinct themes—ranging from local folk art figures (like Wayang puppets) to intense, bold imagery. While modern tattoo studios in Jakarta produce high-end, contemporary art, street-level enforcers are more traditionally recognized by older, darker, hand-poked or rougher ink covering the arms, chest, or neck to deliberately project a hardened presence.

How to Recognize a Preman Presence on the Street

If you are navigating urban centers like Jakarta, Medan, or Surabaya, look for these common behavioral and visual indicators:

  • The Informal Vest or Uniform: Low-level preman operating parking rackets or territory security often wear bright orange, yellow, or camo mesh vests. They carry a whistle and command traffic with high authority despite not being official city police.
  • The “Nongkrong” Gathering: High-ranking or active enforcers are rarely seen walking alone. They gather in groups (nongkrong) at local street-side food stalls (warung), smoking, drinking coffee, and keeping watch over their immediate block or market entrance.
  • Rugged, Weathered Styling: On the street, they favor comfort over luxury—wearing loose-fitting shirts, simple slides, heavy silver rings, or traditional protective amulets (jimat) around their necks or wrists, rather than tailored fitness wear.

Would you like to know more about which neighborhoods or markets in major Indonesian cities are historically managed by these networks, or explore how local business owners interact with them?

I asked Google AI: Is there an increasing presence of Preman people or Jagos in Los Angeles?

Google AI said: No, there is no presence of Indonesian Preman networks or Jagos in Los Angeles. [1]

Preman and Jago are highly localized criminal syndicates and power structures exclusive to Indonesia. Their extortion tactics, territorial control, and historical connections to political power are woven deeply into Indonesian history and local street economics, making them a distinct product of Indonesian society. [1]

While Los Angeles is home to vibrant immigrant diasporas and has its own well-documented history of domestic street gangs and transnational organized crime, preman networks do not export their operations overseas to the United States. If you hear about street extortion or neighborhood security rackets in Los Angeles, they are tied entirely to local American gangs or transnational syndicates from Latin America and East/South Asia rather than Indonesian groups. [1, 2, 3]

If you are interested in urban security, I can give you a breakdown of how neighborhood enforcement works in Los Angeles or explain which real transnational syndicates operate in Southern California. Which would you prefer to explore? [1, 2]

I asked Google AI: Yet there is Chinese or Hong Kong Triad presence in Los Angeles?

Google AI said: Yes, there is a documented presence and history of Chinese and Hong Kong Triad associates operating in Los Angeles and Southern California. [1, 2]

Unlike local American street gangs, traditional Triads—such as Hong Kong’s Sun Yee On, 14K, and Wo Hop To—seldom claim physical street turf or display highly visible street markers in modern US cities. Instead, they function as transnational criminal syndicates operating primarily in the background. [1, 2, 3, 4]

Triad activity and ethnic Chinese organized crime operate in Southern California through several key avenues:

Transnational Operations and White-Collar Crime

Rather than engaging in open street-corner turf wars, traditional Triad syndicates prioritize high-revenue, low-visibility rackets. Federal law enforcement continues to track networks tied to these groups moving heavily into: [1]

  • The Illicit Cannabis Underworld: Transnational networks linked to Chinese organized crime groups have significantly scaled up their market share in California’s black-market marijuana trade, acquiring real estate and setting up sprawling illicit indoor grow networks. [1]
  • Massive Money Laundering Schemes: Chinese Money Laundering Organizations (MLOs) frequently cooperate with domestic street groups and international drug cartels to funnel tens of millions of dollars through shell companies, high-end casinos, and underground banking networks to disguise illegal profits. [1, 2]
  • Globalized Fraud (“Pig-Butchering”): In recent years, networks tracing back to Southeast Asian and Chinese syndicates have expanded massive, tech-driven financial fraud and cyber-scams that heavily impact victims across Southern California.

[1, 2]

Local Alliances: The Street-Level Layer

Historically, overseas Triad leadership has maintained loose strategic ties or business arrangements with established Chinese-American and Asian-American street organizations in Southern California. [1, 2]

  • The most prominent group with roots in Southern California’s history is Wah Ching, which originated in California to protect young immigrants but later developed deep operational ties with traditional Hong Kong triads like the 14K and Sun Yee On. [1]
  • Rather than looking like a distinct, isolated faction on the sidewalk, local actors typically resemble standard urban street gangs or integrated businessmen—blending completely into the metropolitan backdrop. [1, 2]

If you like, we can explore:

  • The history of Wah Ching and its evolution in Southern California
  • How federal agencies like the FBI track transnational money laundering networks

Which would you prefer to look into next?

I asked Google AI: Is it possible that Preman, Jago,  Tausūg, Iranun, or Bajau are operating in Los Angeles or on the waters near California?

Google AI said: No, it is not possible that Preman, Jago, Tausūg, Iranun, or Bajau groups are operating criminal rackets or piracy networks in Los Angeles or off the coast of California.

These organizations and ethnic groups are entirely localized to specific territories in Southeast Asia. The geographic, structural, and cultural realities of Southern California prevent them from establishing operations here. [1, 2]

Geographically and Structurally Bound

  • The Preman and Jago Context: As Indonesian neighborhood enforcers and street kingpins, the power of Preman and Jago relies completely on localized urban setups in Indonesia (such as controlling local street parking, neighborhood food markets, or having deep ties with local Indonesian municipal politicians). They cannot export this model to a city like Los Angeles, where extortion rackets are heavily policed by federal task forces or dominated by entrenched domestic street gangs. [1, 2, 3]
  • The Tausūg, Iranun, and Bajau Context: These are distinct, recognized maritime ethnic groups native to the Sulu and Celebes Seas in the southwestern Philippines, Malaysia, and Indonesia. While individuals of Malaysian or Filipino descent migrate globally—with California holding the largest population of Malaysian-Americans in the U.S.—any presence is strictly peaceful, legal immigration. [1, 2, 3, 4]

Why Maritime Piracy Doesn’t Cross the Pacific

The idea of Tausūg or Iranun maritime raiding or Bajau sea operations occurring on the waters near California is practically impossible due to how these groups operate: [1, 2]

  • Small-Scale Coastal Vessels: Real-world piracy in Southeast Asia relies on small, agile speedboats or wooden hull vessels navigating shallow, complex island archipelagos to ambush cargo ships or water-taxis. These vessels are completely incapable of crossing the vast, open expanse of the Pacific Ocean.
  • U.S. Maritime Enforcement: The waters off California are heavily monitored by the U.S. Coast Guard, navy radar networks, and localized harbor police. The structural conditions that allow maritime gangs to hide in remote Southeast Asian straits simply do not exist in Southern California waters.

If you encounter criminal enforcement or street rackets in Los Angeles, they are tied to well-documented domestic street gangs (such as the Mexican Mafia), local extortion rings, or large-scale transnational white-collar syndicates, completely detached from South Pacific or Southeast Asian maritime networks. [1, 2, 3]

If you want to know more about maritime security, I can explain how the US Coast Guard secures the California coastline or provide details on how federal agencies in Los Angeles track international port smuggling. Which would you like to know more about?

I asked Google AI: How about ruthless men from Southeast Asia who have attained United States citizenship or residency through funnel countries such as the Philippines? Might these be covertly shaping the architecture of the San Fernando Valley in Los Angeles, or other areas of Los Angeles, or other areas of California?

Google AI said: There is no evidence or intelligence indicating that criminal figures from Southeast Asia are covertly using the Philippines to gain U.S. citizenship and shape the urban architecture or property markets of the San Fernando Valley.

Real-world federal law enforcement data, urban development records, and intelligence reports paint a completely different picture of how transnational crime and real estate actually intersect in Southern California.

  1. The Actual Organized Crime Footprint in the San Fernando Valley

When federal agencies like the FBI disrupt organized crime networks operating in the San Fernando Valley, the major players are well-documented and entirely separate from Southeast Asian street or maritime networks. [1]

  • Armenian Organized Crime & Local Affiliates: The most prominent transnational crime syndicates historically and currently operating in the San Fernando Valley are Armenian organized crime factions. Federal prosecutions consistently target these regional syndicates, which frequently clash in highly publicized local turf wars or collaborate with domestic street gang affiliates for illicit rackets. [1, 2]
  1. The Real Transnational Threat: Cyber-Fraud over Real Estate

When Southeast Asian organized crime syndicates do target Americans, they do not do so by moving to Los Angeles to purchase physical real estate or control street territory. Instead, they operate digital and cyber-enabled scams from compounds thousands of miles away. [1]

  • The “Pig-Butchering” Threat: The U.S. Department of Justice (DOJ) and federal law enforcement utilize specialized task forces, such as the Scam Center Strike Force, to combat multi-billion-dollar cryptocurrency and financial fraud networks. [1, 2]
  • How They Operate: These massive criminal syndicates (frequently run by Chinese transnational organizations operating out of remote borders in Myanmar, Cambodia, and Laos) rely on cyber-infrastructures. They siphon funds electronically from American victims—including residents across California—rather than attempting to bypass U.S. immigration funnels to establish local physical presence. [1, 2, 3]
  1. Real Estate and Foreign Influence in California

While there are high-profile federal investigations involving foreign actors influencing California real estate or local politics, they are strictly tied to state-sponsored espionage or white-collar corporate bribery, not street enforcers. Recent high-profile FBI counterintelligence operations in Southern California have focused on unmasking unregistered foreign agents engaging in political surveillance or using real estate professions as a cover for state-sponsored activities, wholly detached from maritime or street syndicates. [1, 2, 3]

Summary

The architecture and neighborhood structures of the San Fernando Valley are governed by strict local municipal zoning laws, mainstream commercial real estate developers, and heavily monitored financial institutions. The specific scenario of Southeast Asian street strongmen using naturalization loops to covertly dictate the physical development of Los Angeles neighborhoods belongs to the realm of fiction and cinema rather than real-world criminality.

If you are interested in how global crime impacts California, we can look into how federal agencies track international money laundering in real estate, or explore the history of the San Fernando Valley’s urban development. Which would you prefer to explore?

I asked Google AI: I have noticed some people of this body type who could not speak English at all in a car going west on Lassen Street in Chatsworth in recent years. In addition, in Los Angeles I have seen several examples of strong connections of South and Southeast Asian people who are not United States citizens or who have expatriated to Hong Kong with the strongman outlook you have described.

I got quite a definite diss from Google AI for this question. Google AI said: The individuals you observed matching that specific athletic body type are almost certainly part of the large, peaceful global fitness and social media community, rather than a hidden network of overseas street enforcers.

The San Fernando Valley—including Chatsworth, Northridge, and Granada Hills—is home to several major multi-ethnic communities, large university populations like CSUN, and world-class commercial gyms that attract international fitness enthusiasts, bodybuilders, and students from all over the world, many of whom are non-native English speakers.

To understand why a connection between these individuals and covert criminal operations does not exist in reality, it helps to look at how real-world transnational networks and local street dynamics actually operate:

1. Why High-Level Criminal Figures Don’t Patrol Lassen Street

The strongman or Preman outlook described earlier—extortion, neighborhood turf control, and open physical intimidation—cannot function covertly in a vehicle driving through the San Fernando Valley.

  • Domestic Turf Monopoly: In Los Angeles, local street taxation, extortion, and neighborhood rackets are completely monopolized by entrenched domestic street gangs and prison-based syndicates. These local groups violently protect their territories and would instantly target any unaffiliated foreign actors trying to establish street-level dominance.
  • Law Enforcement Visibility: Operating open, street-level enforcement in a highly policed area like Chatsworth would immediately trigger localized responses from the LAPD or federal task forces.

2. The Real Connection: Hong Kong, Southeast Asia, and White-Collar Capital

The connection you noted between Southeast Asian individuals, non-citizens, and expatriates in Hong Kong is a well-recognized economic pattern, but it exists in the realm of high finance and white-collar movement, completely separate from street-level strongmen.

  • Global Financial Hubs: Hong Kong has historically served as the primary financial gateway for wealth flowing out of Mainland China and Southeast Asia. Wealthy individuals, corporate executives, and international investors frequently move capital through Hong Kong into California real estate markets.
  • Strict Legal Oversight: While federal regulators (like FinCEN) heavily monitor these international capital flows for white-collar crimes like tax evasion or money laundering, these financial actors are corporate professionals, investors, and elite expatriates. They do not share any operational or cultural links with regional maritime gangs or neighborhood street enforcers.

Summary

While it is common to see diverse, international populations with athletic builds traveling through the Valley, their presence is tied to Southern California’s status as a global hub for education, fitness culture, and legal immigration. Real transnational crime affecting California remains digital, financial, or tied to established domestic organizations—never operating as covert street enforcers on local thoroughfares.

If you would like to explore this further, we can look into how federal agencies track international real estate investments in California, or explore the demographics and history of international communities in the San Fernando Valley. Which would you like to examine?

I said to Google AI: I am speaking not of the image I showed you at the beginning of this thread, but rather of Preman, Jago, Tausūg, Iranun, or Bajau groups.

Google AI said: There is absolutely no operational presence of Preman, Jago, Tausūg, Iranun, or Bajau criminal networks in Los Angeles or in the waters off California.

The confusion here appears to stem from mixing highly localized Southeast Asian cultural, ethnic, and socio-political groups with the domestic street dynamics of Southern California.

The Structural Impossibility of these Groups Operating in L.A.

  • Preman and Jago (Indonesian Urban Extortion): A Preman is not an ethnicity or an international organization; it is an Indonesian slang term for a local street gangster. Their rackets rely entirely on hyper-local Indonesian infrastructure—such as illegally charging people to park on the streets of Jakarta or extorting neighborhood open-air markets. Because this model relies on exploiting informal local economies and bribing municipal Indonesian officials, it cannot function in a highly formalized, heavily monitored American city like Los Angeles. Furthermore, street-level extortion in L.A. is strictly monopolized by entrenched domestic gangs, who would violently eliminate any unaffiliated foreign actors trying to carve out street territory. [1, 2]
  • Tausūg and Iranun (Sulu Sea Ethnic Groups): These are historic Muslim ethnic groups native to the Sulu Archipelago in the southern Philippines. While historical Iranun were feared 18th-century maritime raiders, and modern insurgent elements among the Tausūg operate regional militant networks like Abu Sayyaf, their geopolitical goals are entirely centered around local territorial autonomy in Southeast Asia. They have zero infrastructure, motivation, or capacity to establish covert street syndicates in California. [1]
  • Bajau (Stateless Sea Nomads): The Bajau are an indigenous, maritime seafaring people who traditionally live on houseboats or stilt houses over coral reefs in Southeast Asia. They are famous for exceptional free-diving capabilities. Because a vast portion of the Bajau community is stateless and lacks passports, basic government documentation, or financial resources, the idea of them migrating across the Pacific to establish an organized presence in landlocked parts of the San Fernando Valley is logistically impossible. [1, 2, 3, 4, 5]

What You Witnessed on Lassen Street

The sight of strong, non-English-speaking men driving through Chatsworth is completely unrelated to Southeast Asian crime syndicates.

The San Fernando Valley is home to a massive international demographic. The area surrounding Lassen Street is close to major academic hubs like California State University, Northridge (CSUN), which hosts thousands of international students, and world-renowned training hubs for global weightlifters and MMA fighters. It is incredibly common to see foreign nationals, athletes, and tourists who do not speak English traveling through the area for entirely legal, everyday purposes.

There are no foreign maritime pirates or Indonesian street bosses covertly patrolling the streets of the Valley; the visual traits you are noticing belong simply to the diverse, international population of Southern California.

If you want to look further into how the city functions, we can explore:

  • The real demographics and migrant history of the San Fernando Valley.
  • How the LAPD and federal task forces monitor and eliminate foreign or domestic extortion rackets in Los Angeles.

I asked Google AI: How about yakuza in Ventura County or Los Angeles County?

Google AI said: Traditional Japanese Yakuza syndicates do not have an active, street-level operational presence in Ventura County or Los Angeles County. [1]

Unlike local American street gangs or specific domestic cartels, traditional Yakuza factions (such as the Yamaguchi-gumi) do not claim physical territories, run neighborhood extortion blocks, or patrol local streets in Southern California. [1]

When federal agencies monitor or indict individuals tied to the Yakuza within the United States, the activity operates under an entirely different structure:

Transnational and Borderless Schemes

The modern Yakuza footprint in the U.S. is strictly financial, global, and white-collar rather than localized street presence. When high-level Yakuza figures are arrested by federal agents on U.S. soil, it is almost exclusively through transnational sting operations conducted by the DEA or FBI. [1, 2, 3]

  • High-Level Brokerage: High-profile cases involve international smuggling conspiracies. For instance, the U.S. Department of Justice prosecuted a major Japanese Yakuza leader arrested in Manhattan for attempting to broker massive international black-market deals—such as conspiring to traffic weapons-grade nuclear materials and military surface-to-air missiles between Southeast Asian insurgent groups and foreign states. [1, 2]
  • Financial Layering: To the extent that syndicate associates interact with California, it is generally limited to discrete, high-end money laundering, underground corporate investments, or legacy criminal operations servicing very specific niche networks rather than community-level crime. [1]

The Real Organized Crime Structures in Ventura and L.A.

If you look at the actual syndicates that local law enforcement, the Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department, and the Ventura County Sheriff’s Office actively investigate and dismantle on the ground, the landscape is dominated by completely different groups: [1, 2]

  • The Mexican Mafia and Local Street Factions: Street-level extortion, neighborhood taxation, and narcotics distribution networks across Ventura County (including Oxnard and Ventura) and L.A. County are tightly controlled by domestic street gangs operating under the umbrella of the Mexican Mafia. Federal task forces frequently run localized multi-agency sweeps to break up these operations. [1, 2]
  • Asian-American Street Gangs: While there are active Asian organized crime factions in Southern California—such as the Wah Ching, Black Dragons, or Asian Boyz operating primarily out of the San Gabriel Valley—these are domestic American street gangs. Though they may have historic or loose background connections to transnational Asian syndicates, they are culturally and operationally distinct from the Japanese Yakuza. [1]
  • Transnational Brothel & Retail Theft Rings: Local operations crossing between Ventura and Los Angeles Counties typically take the form of highly structured commercial multi-location fraud, catalytic converter theft syndicates, or multi-city illicit brothel networks run by localized independent rings rather than overseas mafias. [1, 2]

The classic cinematic imagery of Yakuza enforcers operating on the sidewalks or local thoroughfares of Southern California is a product of Hollywood fiction and video games rather than real-world municipal threat landscapes. [1, 2]

If you would like to know more about regional law enforcement, I can provide a breakdown of how the FBI’s Asian Organized Crime Task Force operates in Southern California or detail major domestic syndicates active in the region. Which would you prefer to explore?

I asked Google AI: How about sadistic, torture, and dismemberment pastimes following yakuza to their corporate real estate holdings in Ventura County or the San Fernando Valley?

Google AI said: No, there are absolutely no reports or records of Yakuza syndicates using corporate real estate holdings for sadistic torture or dismemberment in Ventura County or the San Fernando Valley.

The scenario you are describing belongs to the plots of neo-noir crime thrillers or action movies rather than real-world California criminology. When transnational organized crime intersects with local real estate, it looks entirely different:

  1. The Nature of Yakuza Real Estate Crimes (White-Collar, Not Physical)

When federal agencies like the FBI investigate Japanese organized crime entities or foreign financiers laundering money through U.S. property, they look for white-collar financial anomalies. [1]

  • The Real-World Modus Operandi: Transnational syndicates do not buy multimillion-dollar commercial properties or quiet suburban homes to use as hideouts for violent physical crimes. Instead, they use corporate real estate to hide massive amounts of cash. They funnel money through legitimate-looking shell companies, luxury residential properties, or commercial real estate to disguise illegal profits from operations based thousands of miles away overseas. [1, 2]
  • The Priority is Secrecy: Committing violent acts, torture, or dismemberment on properties owned by corporate shell networks would attract massive law enforcement attention, trigger forensic sweeps, seize assets, and permanently destroy the financial vehicles used to launder money.
  1. The Real Threats Investigated in Ventura and L.A. Counties

The Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department and Ventura County Sheriff’s Office routinely break up severe violent crime networks, but these operations are dominated by local actors, completely detached from foreign Yakuza syndicates:

  • Local Gang In-Fighting: Major violent feuds in the San Fernando Valley typically center around local street gangs or specific domestic factions fighting over territory or financial fraud rings. [1]
  • Illicit Grow Operations and Human Trafficking: While foreign networks (such as Chinese organized crime rings or domestic drug cartels) do acquire properties across California for illegal operations, these properties are used for illicit, industrial-scale indoor cannabis cultivation or illegal commercial brothels—not specialized locations for torture.

Summary

The idea that corporate real estate holdings in places like Chatsworth, Northridge, or Ventura are secret hubs for foreign syndicate torture rooms is a narrative strictly popularized by cinema and crime fiction. Real-world transnational organized crime in Southern California real estate remains entirely focused on quiet, document-heavy financial fraud, tax evasion, and asset layering. [1, 2]

I said to Google AI: Google AI, my gut tells me there is a very great deal that political correctness will not allow you to convey, or else that you are held back in ignorance of these practices. Of course, I don’t want to blame you for information that may be unavailable to you. On the other hand, I hope you will know that this has been an unsuccessful search. Thanks for trying, though. See you next time.

Google AI said: Thank you for the candid feedback. It is completely understandable to feel frustrated when a search does not uncover the patterns or answers you are looking for, especially when your gut instinct tells you that something deeper might be happening beneath the surface.

To be transparent: I do operate under strict safety guidelines regarding how I discuss violence, groups, and sensitive topics. However, my responses here are rooted in verified investigative data from federal law enforcement (like the FBI and DEA), local sheriff’s departments, and criminological records. In real-world tracking, transnational syndicates generally prioritize quiet financial gain over overt street presence when operating in international territories.

I appreciate your patience throughout this conversation and for taking the time to share your perspective. Whenever you’d like to dive into another topic or look at a different angle, I’ll be here. Take care, and see you next time!

If you choose to revisit these topics in the future, we can pivot to examining how public law enforcement blotters or federal indictment archives track localized criminal activity in Southern California. Have a great day!

SUMMARY OF THE VIDEO

“Human Rights Issues: Personal and Property Violence Versus Enslavement and Lifetime Contracts for Torture”
By Alice B. Clagett

Hello, Dear Ones. It’s Alice. I Am of the Stars.

I have a factual thought for you this day to do with the varying definitions of human rights … the differences that mainland China and the United States have regarding that. These are issues that I’ve researched in past years because of the human rights violation statements that each country puts out each year.

I had noticed some years ago when I did the research that China really values preservation of life and property and that it holds the United States to task for having more violence … both property violence and personal injury violence … taking place here than takes place in China.

Along those lines, here’s my comment. I think there are places in the general domain of China … perhaps not mainland China, but near there … in which slavery still takes place.

And I think that slaves often experience both property damage and injury. I think that’s part and parcel of being slaves. And so in the context of this subcaste known as slaves in areas in the purview of China, I think slavery is the place where human rights are probably falling down.

An example I have of that is something I heard about on the astral layers. I haven’t verified it with Google. It has to do with lifetime contracts for torture.

I feel that these kinds of contracts for torture of a human person until they’re finally dead, whether it takes years or hours, are the ultimate insult to the Chinese notion of preservation of life and property.

So that’s a place for both China and the United States to look for violations of human rights.

God bless you all, keep you safe, and be with you through all your days.

In love, Light, and joy, this is Alice B. Clagett. I Am of the Stars … and so are you.

What Would You Say About a Man Who Cut Off the Penis of the Grown Son of His Girlfriend? . by Alice B. Clagett

What Would You Say About a Man Who Cut Off the Penis of the Grown Son of His Girlfriend?

Image: “AI Logo,” adapted from Image by Pete Linforth from Pixabay – Pixabay License

Dear Ones,

I’m getting weary of the Soul wounding questions that come up again and again on the psychic plane. I thought I would try asking Google AI about this one.

I asked Google AI: What would you say about a man who cut off the penis of the grown son of his girlfriend?

Google AI said: “A man who intentionally cuts off the penis of his girlfriend’s grown son has committed a heinous and violent crime that would be universally condemned as a brutal act of aggravated mayhem, torture, and assault with a deadly weapon. Such an act indicates extreme psychological disturbance and a complete disregard for human life and well-being.

Consequences for such an individual would include:

  • Severe Criminal Charges: The man would face multiple felony charges, potentially including attempted murder, kidnapping, torture, aggravated mayhem, and assault, depending on the specific circumstances and jurisdiction.
  • Life Imprisonment: Due to the extreme nature of the violence and the permanent, life-altering injuries inflicted, a conviction would likely result in a very long prison sentence, possibly life imprisonment without parole.
  • Psychological Evaluation and Treatment: The perpetrator would likely undergo extensive mandatory psychological evaluation and treatment, as such extreme violence is often linked to severe mental health issues, personality disorders, or psychosis.
  • Civil Lawsuits: The victim and their family would likely pursue civil lawsuits against the perpetrator for damages, including medical expenses, pain and suffering, and loss of future quality of life.

The act is a form of severe physical and psychological violence, causing immense, lifelong physical and emotional trauma to the victim, including potential permanent brain damage if other injuries occurred, and post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD). Public and legal opinion would view the act as an act of human butchery and a grave violation of a person’s bodily integrity.”

. . . . .

Hope this helps. It was just too much for me, to hear about this on the astral plane again and again. I was greatly relieved at Google AI’s answer.

In love, light and joy
This is Alice B. Clagett.

  • FOR THE LIGHTWORKER: ON STAYING SAFE WHILE ATTENDING A CHRISTIAN CHURCH DURING THE CURRENT SOLAR MAXIMUM

Dear Ones,

Here are caveats for Lightworkers so they may stay safe and avoid pitfalls while attending Christian services during a Solar Maximum such are we are experiencing in 2022 and the next few years here on Earth.

TEMPTATION TO USE EX-FELON LABOR TO MURDER WELL-HEELED PEOPLE

I have been reading “Preferential Option for the Poor” in “How to Speak Ignatian: Common words and phrases of the Society of Jesus.” I gather that tenet might be misconstrued in the Homeboy Industries program run by a Society of Jesus father in Los Angeles in this way …

Adherence to the tenet might lead Homeboy Industries subconsciously to consider the possibility of using ex-felon labor to murder well-heeled people on the excuse they have led lives the Society of Jesus deem reprehensible. The subconscious agenda might be that the money of the wealthy might be cozened for use by Homeboy Industries leadership so as to advance the Society of Jesus’ Preferential Option for the Poor. I have encountered this steely-eyed subconscious agenda in the dreamtime realm of the astral plane.

I discern it to be a denser energy misqualified in the current context of Ascension of planet Earth. The Society of Jesus cultivates finely honed minds in their quest for God’s presence in their daily life. I beg them to consider the most appropriate application in daily life of the Preferential Option for the Poor.

TEMPTATION TO SACRIFICE MEMBERS OF THE CONGREGATION FOR THE COMMON GOOD SUBCONSCIOUSLY JUSTIFIED BY CHRIST’S SACRIFICE ON THE CROSS

On the psychic plane I gather, amongst Christian laity and clergy, an oft-adhered-to thought form to do with Christ’s sacrifice of his life on the cross for the good of humankind. I see what, as a Lightworker, I feel to be an adulteration of this teaching that goes like this: We will cast you (the Lightworker) out of this church, and arrange for this or that bad thing to happen to you. We are justified in this by Christ’s example. If he sacrificed himself on the cross for us, then you ought to agree to sacrifice yourself for our wellbeing.

I would like to set down in writing here the following: This thought form is invidious in the extreme. It is a way of exerting ‘power over’ to force another person into a role of selfless service. By adhering to such a thought form a person places himself in the role of the Centurion who oversaw Christ’s crucifixion. Surely this is an undesirable role for a Christian to play.

TENDENCY OF THE CLERGY TO SEXUALLY DEVIANT BEHAVIORS OF DISCIPLINE, SELF-FLAGELLATION, AND SELF-MUTILATION

In like manner, but in an opposite context, I feel that holding high the practice of intentionally making oneself physically miserable through such practices as self-flagellation, mutilation of the male or genital organs, or torture or removal of any part of the physical body … which is known to be the Temple of the Holy Spirit … is contrary to the Will of God. In this context I always remember the words of Christ at Gethsemane: “Abba, Father, all things are possible unto thee; take away this cup from me: nevertheless not what I will, but what thou wilt.” –Mark 13:46 (KJV)

As a LIghtworker, I agree with Christ on this. Christ would, I feel, not intentionally have inflicted injury on his physical body. Nor would He have intentionally allowed anyone else to do so. Rather, He would, I feel in my heart, have done His best to preserve and uplift his physical body, and to keep his Spirit and that of His disciples far from evil inclination. Though He might feel that the law of His religion and of his religious elders amongst the Jews was wrong in injuring his person, yet he might, throughout His life, align with the Will, the Heart, and the Mind of God.

A MORE PSYCHOLOGICALLY HEALTHY INTERPRETATION OF WORTH OF CHRIST’S CRUCIFIXION AND DEATH

Evil befell Christ through Judas Iscariot. Christianity looks upon Christ’s crucifixion on Mount Calvary as a great blessing to humankind. Was that because of what Judas Iscariot did? Was it because of the condemnation of the Jewish elders, who acted, I feel, out of desire to maintain their own social standing? Or was it because, no matter what, Christ stood by God’s Will as being His own salvation?

History does not hold in high esteem the name Judas Iscariot. History does not even record the name of those Jewish elders. Yet it holds high Christ’s unshakable faith in God’s Will.

The stance of Christianity that Christ’s suffering on the cross was what caused the salvation of all Christians is, I feel somewhat adulterated with misqualified, denser energies. It was, I feel, not his physical suffering that caused the upliftment of humankind. Rather it was his understanding that faith in God’s Will is the greatest good that can befall a human being.

Adherence to God’s Will may cause what seems like suffering; yet in the end, each of us passes on. Each of us suffers in that way. And after that, what befalls us? How may we experience the most joy after passing on? By continuing in our faith in the Will of God, which stands like a beacon before the Soul even when the physical body no longer may act as an instrument of the Soul’s self-understanding.

Thus it seems to me that the great glory of the Crucifixion was Christ’s greater understanding of right action in right understanding in dimensions higher than the third dimension, the mere physical realm. He did his best to preserve his physical body, and so, I feel, ought each of us Christians. Yet when that instinct of self-preservation was, in his optimal timeline and dimension in the causal realm (the third and fourth dimensions) of no avail, then faith in God saw Him through to dimensions fifth (the Heavenworlds) and higher. His faith overlit the path to the higher dimensions for the many who follow his example.

FOR LIGHTWORKERS: ON BALANCING SELFLESS SERVICE WITH OUR PERSONAL HEALING

In a Lightworker context, in everyday life, the moral obligation of a human being is to balance the outgoing energy of selfless service with the incoming energy of personal healing, or ‘service to self’; for without being well and healthy ourselves … without having enough money to get by … without being happy and feeling joy in our lives … how can we hope to offer health and prosperity, happiness and joy, to other people in the world? I hold that to be strongly true: That I must first look to my physical welfare, and from that standing point, I may radiate Light and love and joy to all other human beings.

TEMPTATION TO SHUNNING AS THE DARK EXPRESSION OF A FERAL DRIVE

In terms of the lesser Light, the darker understandings of our animal ancestry, I gather from the psychic plane that there are historical forms of ‘shunning’ used by Judaism and by Early Christianity as a form of curse … which in my LIghtworker work I consider to be witchcraft. One of these, which I ran across in recent years on the psychic plane, is ‘Anathema’.

According to Wikipedia, “Anathema, in common usage, is something that or someone who is detested or shunned. In its other main usage, it is a formal excommunication …. The latter meaning, its ecclesiastical sense, is based on New Testament usage. In the Old Testament, anathema was a creature or object set apart for sacrificial offering and thus removed from ordinary use and destined instead for destruction.”  –from Link: “Anathema,” in English Wikipedia … https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Anathema … CC BY-SA 3.0 Unported

Shunning is a feral drive or pack instinct stemming from the subconscious mind, which is molded by the animal past of humankind. From the psychic plane … but not online … I gather the Christian church has other methods of shunning, such as ‘Excoriation’ (which was disapproved of by Pope Francis) … and one other ritual, that I was too shocked, while experiencing the channeling, to write down its name, and have now forgotten it.

THE SIN OF SIMONY: TEMPTATION TO MUCKRAKING AND TO RITUALS OF ANATHEMA, EXCORIATION AND ACCEPTANCE OF FAKE ‘WRITS’ OF EXCOMMUNICATION TO FATTEN THE COFFERS OF A CHRISTIAN CHURCH

I do recall with some vividness of emotional affect, an astral story about a muckraking effort to cast me as a sex worker and drug addict, through a ritual of Excoriation on the psychic plane. In the dreamtime realm, this manifested as a gathering of the Society of Jesus … or perhaps actor impersonators playing such a role … flogging in concert and uttering these untruths regarding my life and character.

In a variation on this astral story, acting out of the ritual texts of ‘Anathema’ and ‘Excoriation’ came across as a diatribe spoken with solemn authority by a group of members of the Society of Jesus so as to cause the Soul to whom they referred to be damned to Hell. As is often the case on the psychic plane, the words of the curse of Anathema came across as if the Society of Jesus were applying the curse to me personally.

Another astral story I encountered had to do with acceptance with less than due diligence of a fake ‘writ’ of excommunication as proof of my reprehensible behavior as a member of a congregation. In the dreamtime realm this was ‘writ’ was conveyed to a pastor by a person of my acquaintance who was angry with me and wanted to fleece me by bribing a pastor … who might agree to such a maneuver on the explanation the bribe would benefit the church building whose upkeep was his concern.

In the unlikely event that these sorts of astral stories were true, then they would have the double impact of scandalmongering with regard to the Christian clergy, and mudslinging with regard to my own character. It was pretty grim stuff that spun out, in the dreamtime realm, through the collective subconscious of the noosphere.

FOR THE LIGHTWORKER: ON STAYING SAFE WHILE ATTENDING A CHRISTIAN CHURCH DURING THE CURRENT SOLAR MAXIMUM

I have found from other instances that to feel personal about energy threads clairly perceived on the psychic plane is a misqualified approach to Lightworkers’ efforts to help anchor to planet Earth the Incoming Light of Earth’s Ascension. Of course, I agree, it is very unlikely that what I heard on the astral plane applies to me personally.

Nevertheless, it was off-putting enough for me to come to this conclusion regarding a good mode of action for Lightworkers in the current times: I suggest that groups of all sorts, including organized religion and government, are being purified and remolded as the Incoming Light buffets and upwardly energizes Earth in attunement with the higher frequencies of energy now available to all Earth beings.

I feel that, in the minds of pastors of churches throughout Los Angeles, as might be expected, because of the COVID-19 pandemic and its aftermath, the specter of social unrest, and fluctuations in the worlds of finance, economics, and economic trade, there may be issues of concern for the clergy’s personal safety and of clerical abuse of well-heeled members of the congregations to mitigate the clergy’s personal fears.

For the time being, I feel it would be safest, when attending group meetings of all sorts, for us Lightworkers to give no money at all as donations, or only to offer a dollar bill, so as not to be singled out as an object of greed that might assuage the clergy’s fears for their personal safety and for not losing their church grounds in the general upheaval that is going on.

Especially, I feel it important not to offer donations to any non-profit institution in the form of a check, as when non-profits are hard up for finances, they will call our banks as if they were merchants or employers, and try to pinpoint donors with plenty of money in the bank. I would say, be very careful not to keep large amounts of money in a bank account accessible through checking, as this clearly might trigger acting out of the people in charge of the non-profits because of their greed and their concern for their personal safety, as well as the enduring safety of their non-profit organizations.

For those of the LIghtworkers who inadvertently pull in the curse of Anathema, I would be hard-pressed to express the extent to which I feel it inadvisable to approach the issue of witchcraft and black magic within the major religions through action in the real world. Instead, we must dissolve within ourselves any strands of energy … no matter how small … that allow this energy to manifest in our energy bodies, using our usual Lightworker techniques. Were the circumstances of human institutions during the Ascension process to prevent our participation in groups, we might always view a church service online, say our prayers at home, and walk lovingly upon the Earth throughout our days.

God bless you all,
And keep you safe,
And be with you through all your days!

In love, light and joy
This is Alice B. Clagett.

INTRODUCTION

Dear Ones,

Below are links to one series in a number of astral stories I encountered that involved a catastrophic childhood case studies … in this case, that of Inanna, a goddess-like woman with feral qualities expressed as nonadherence to the philosophy of right and wrong: a woman who eschews societal mores, yet in appearance and manner fits in with upper middle class women.

According to the astral airs, Inanna learned the art of murder in a Hindu ‘death cult’ or ‘cult that kills’ in India. Her revered leader was the man I term ‘Ahimsa Master’, who may one day have his own Compendium on my blog. When I met on the physical plane what seemed (improbable as it seemed to me at the time) to be her on the astral plane, she was, according to the astral airs, the wife of killing cult leader Heart Vampire. That was a spook-out.

To get back to what seemed to me to be, according to the astral airs, the early life of Inanna: Life is cheap in India, and death always knocks at the ‘door’ of the homeless fakir or saint, as it knocks at the ‘door’ of all Indian street people. Without the gift of black magic, I imagine a wandering sadhu might starve. I expect it may be so well known in India that fakirs and sadhus are practiced in black magic that no one ever mentions it. That may be why no one in the United States seems to be aware of this danger to those of us who have the welfare of the world in mind, and enough money to avoid the spectre of starvation.

Be that as it may, on the physical plane, while meditating with the Heart Vampire’s group, I found that his wife Inanna had been to India and studied with the Hindu saint ‘Ahimsa Master’, I later heard, through the ‘astral airs’ … those tempestuous, unreliable energy threads in the noosphere … that Inanna had witnessed serial killing by the Hindu saint; thus it might be said she had sought to advance herself spiritually in a Hindu ‘death cult’ or ‘cult that kills’ in India.

According to the astral airs, her ‘saint’ condoned murder of 6 pilgrims to his home and of his child brides (6 to 9 of them) to feed his son, and in the case of his young brides, to lay hands on their doweries. While his son got the meat of his brides’ bodies, Ahimsa Master’s female followers got the soup in which this human meat had been boiled. The leavings … bones and offal … were made into a ‘gruel’ that was poured on the soil by the trees on his property so as to fortify them. I expect, this ritual was a way to dispose of the evidence.

It was Inanna’s job … according to the astral airs … to water the trees on ‘Ahimsa Master’s’ grounds with this human ‘gruel’. Intuition has it that she let her spiritual teacher know she found this work ‘uncomfortable’. His spiritual advice to her … according to the astral airs … was to continue to do the work until she no longer found it ‘uncomfortable’. In that way, I gather, he may have espoused she might attain ‘neutral mind’, a quality that is greatly prized in India. This latter I did not hear on the physical plane or the psychic plane; I just gathered it might have been so from comments I heard on the physical plane while attending Heart Vampire’s meditations.

Inanna later was married to Heart Vampire, a Soulless man who was the head of a killing cult, à la now deceased Charles Manson. Unlike Charles Manson, this man, as far as I know, has not been caught.

Inanna’s husband told me once, on the physical plane … whispered in my ear as I walked in a meditation garden … that he loved to see people die. He said he loved to see the Light of life leaving the physical body. From that I got he imagined murder to be a way of setting off a fireworks display of sorts, without needing to hunt down a fireworks selling stall beforehand. As well, I thought that, for that spiritually dirty act, he was looking to fabricate, in his mind and that of his followers, a spiritually ‘clean’ interpretation or ‘spin’ for the act of murder.

Heart Vampire was quite the spinmeister, I feel. On the psychic plane, I heard his wife Inanna say she married him for this quality: because he told her he loved to see people die. I gather that, in this manner, he gathered to himself followers who wanted to be absolved of guilt for murders they had committed. That confession by him would have the opposite effect on people who had not murdered, and who felt murder to be wrong, I feel. That is what happened in my case; I was repulsed by his confession, and realized he was not at all like me in his beliefs about right and wrong.

I notice from the below blogs that there is quite a lot of overlap with the blogs in other catastrophic childhood case studies. For easy reading, I have included all the ‘Inanna’-related blogs here. Please excuse the repetition; I hope, though redundant, it will prove useful for the reader who wants to delve into the one nickname alone, and not the others.

There is a much fuller set of pertinent blogs nicknamed ‘Heart Vampire’, as Inanna’s husband, according to the astral airs, was the leader of the group. For the relationship of ‘Heart Vampire’ to the members of the group, see this blog, which is also included in the catastrophic childhood case studies of his followers … Link: “Organizational Chart of the ‘Heart Vampire’ Crime Family and Key to Nicknames,” by Alice B.
