Dear Ones,

I have talked a little in the past about heart chakra vampirism and basal chakra vampirism. These are two ways in which Soulless people, whose electromagnetic field is too damaged to bring in energy from the Universe (as almost all the people on Earth do), must ‘imbibe’ or ‘inhale’ or suck energy from the electromagnetic fields of ‘normals’.

HEART CHAKRA VAMPIRISM [re ‘Heart Vampire’]

For instance, in the case of heart chakra vampirism by a Soulless person, energy flows into the frontal funnel of his heart chakra, but not out of it. Thus he is compassionless; he has a notable lack of empathy.

Instead of sending energy out of his heart, in a loving relationship, he can only suck energy into his heart, in a vampirical way. He is sustained by the co-dependent flowing forth of love from the heart chakras of other people. This is the behavior typically ascribed to the sociopath or psychopath …

BASAL CHAKRA VAMPIRISM [re ‘Castratrux – Basal Vampire’]

Similarly, the Soulless person whose basal chakra is too damaged to bring energy in from Earth, so that it may flow upward through the subtle spine … the kundalini or central vertical power current (aka the pranic tube, pranic column, antahkarana, silver cord, or silver thread) … and in that way, sustain his hologram, will ‘imbibe’ or ‘inhale’ or suck the energy from a Normal person through astral vaginal or anal rape on the psychic plane, or else by repeated physical acts of vaginal or anal rape and murder. Without this sucking in of other people’s energy, like the literary figure Dorian Gray, he will wither away and die.

ENERGY VAMPIRES ARE ATTRACTED TO LIGHTWORKERS BECAUSE OF THE BRIGHTNESS OF THEIR ENERGY FIELDS

Lightworkers, pathfinders, wayshowers, bhakti or jnana yogis, and healers are likely to run into Soulless energy vampires, whether of the heart or of the basal chakra, because these people are attracted to the bright Light of the Lightworker, the pathfinder, the wayshower, the bhakti or jnana yogi; as they say, a healer stands out like a beacon in the astral realm.

Soulless people, unable to process Light from Source or from Earth because of their alienation (through their actions) from their Souls, which are a reflection of Source, are bound to ferret out people with very bright Light, and seek to drain them of energy.

ALICE’S PERILOUS TALES: ENERGETICALLY STUCK TO A SOULLESS PERSON! [re ‘Heart Vampire’]

Speaking from my own experience as a Lightworker, I have found that it is very difficult to detach from the electromagnetic field (EMF) of a Soulless person once he has logged onto me, on the astral plane. Even with daily spiritual practice, or sadhana, it took me about 15 years to detach from the first such being … a basal chakra vampire … that I encountered. Then, with the utmost determination on my part, it took 3 years to detach from a heart chakra vampire who targeted me just after that.

In both cases, it was a situation of passing acquaintance rather than friendship; yet the energy ‘stuckness’ was as if these two men felt, in a daydreaming way, as if they had an intimate but abnormal, ‘leeching’ energetic relationship with my astral form.

The feeling of being ‘stuck’ to an energy vampire reminds me of this short video, in which a gentleman named Jared shows how, when two plumbers’ helpers are stuck together, it is very difficult to pull them apart …

Imagine that the frontal funnel of your heart chakra, and that of the Soulless person, are stuck together in this way. That is the feeling I had about being stuck to a heart chakra vampire some years ago.

HOW TO WREST YOUR HEART FROM A SOCIOPATH [re ‘Heart Vampire’]

Hridaya or High Heart Meditation to Seal Off the Heart

The way to overcome this heart chakra glom is to place Awareness unrelentingly on the hridaya in the deep center of the heart chakra; or if that will not work, then to place Awareness on the High Heart, in the location of the thymus gland, which provides physical regeneration.

Meditation on the Trachea for A Feeling of Immutability

One may also place Awareness on the trachea (the ‘windpipe’), the tube within the chest, near the thymus, through which air passes before branching off to either lung. Concentrating on the trachea, in my experience, offers a feeling of peace, tranquility, and stillness … almost, immutability.

Once the connection with the sociopath is broken … and this may take quite some months … you can then return the Awareness to the Hridaya.

ALICE’S PERILOUS TALES: HOW AND WHY I CURTAILED MY EMPATHIC ENERGY FLOW [re ‘Heart Vampire’]

I myself have found that sending energy forth from the frontal funnel of the heart chakra, after the ‘air pressure plunger’ connection was broken, caused the sociopath to approach me, on the astral plane, over and over again, for several years after the initial successful separation.

Prior to encountering the second energy vampire … the heart chakra sociopath … I had been by nature an empath, with a habit of sending forth waves of loving kindness from the frontal funnel of the heart. After I encountered the latter, I found it necessary to place my Awareness on the high heart for quite some time, before I was able to successfully transition back to the Hridaya long-term. For me, Hridaya Awareness stabilizes my heart energy, so that there is no unwanted outpouring of energy from the front or back funnel of the heart, and no unwanted ingress of energy from others’ energy fields into my heart.

What Vampirical Heart Energy Drain Feels Like

The mechanism of the heart chakra vampire effect is different from that of the stuck-together plungers in the above video, in that there is a constant drain of energy from the heart of the co-dependent person, and into the heart of the sociopath. Thus the ‘normal’ trapped in this situation may, like me, feel drained of energy, lethargic apathetic, even despairing, until the connection can be broken.

What Vampirical Basal Chakra Energy Drain Feels Like

The feeling of the basal chakra vampire effect is a sudden and nearly 100% drain of pranic energy from the body of the ‘normal’, along with an incoming visualization of astral rape, often while the ‘normal’ is on all fours. Or, in cases of physical rape, if the victim … whether male or female adult or child … resists, then there may be sudden loss of life, for instance, by strangulation.

In corroboration of my own daunting astral experience of 100 percent pranic energy drain some years ago, in the year 2020 I heard of similar experiences … one astral, and one physical … by two other clairvoyants. Ways to Restore Prana to the Body

Speaking from personal experience, I have found that sudden astral energy drain due to someone else’s visualization of insertive rectal intercourse (say, when they are half asleep) can be overcome …

through gentle physical exercise, such as aerobics and swimming;
through prana exercises such as long, deep breathing, or else by placing conscious Awareness on the breath passing through the nostrils, or else by counting the breaths from 1 to 10, then starting over again.
through daily spiritual sadhana, such as yoga, kirtan, and meditation
and through a moderate diet and plenty of hydration.

The Importance of Avoiding the Soulless Person and Those Under His Influence

Speaking from personal experience, it is important to avoid the physical presence of a Soulless person, and to avoid communication with them through letters, emails, and phone calls. They may stalk you on the physical plane; the minute you see them, distance yourself from them physically. They may send people who are under their influence after you; it is important to avoid these people as well, and to avoid communicating with them.

A CHASTELY LOVING RELATIONSHIP CAN SEAL AND PROTECT THE CHAKRAS OF EACH PARTNER

On Chaste Couples Relationships

Those who can tear away the astral cords of the encroaching Soulless person through a chastely loving sexual relationship with another person may find relief as well. The reason I feel this may be so is this: The tantric energy field interaction between the electromagnetic fields of a couple making love increases the strength of the energy field of both people involved. After an act of loving sexual intercourse, it seems to me that astral cords between the chakras of the two people protect each of them from energy vampirism, whether by sociopaths or by astral entities, for as long as they remain true to each other.

Lack of Chastity Weakens Couples Auric Protection

Should one of the two ‘go astray’, then the astral cords connecting the two will be broken, and cording with the new love interest will take place. I feel it is possible to reset cording through renewal of sexual intercourse with one’s original partner; but that chastity is the less confusing course, and the one that provides the most happiness and safety for two partners in love.

Astral Safety in Heterosexual and Homosexual Loving Relationships Compared

I also feel the greatest electromagnetic stability, in most instances, can be had through heterosexual romantic or marriage partnerships. This has to do with appropriate hookups between the sexual chakras of the two partners.

When the relationship is homosexual and includes the act of rectal intercourse, then astral cording may take place between the basal chakra of the sexual recipient and the sexual chakra of the sexual donor. I feel it may be that this ‘crossed astral cording’ provides less astral safety than the simpler heterosexual astral cording, where the basal chakras of the partners are corded together, the sexual chakras are corded together, and so on, to higher and higher chakras in each partner.

It all depends on the partners, though; it is they who must ask whether they feel their energy fields are safely protected; and if not, what can be done about it.

Be that as it may, it seems to me that chastely loving couples relationships are a good way of being happy and feeling safe here on Earth. For more on this,

There is an issue right now of the front funnel of the heart chakra draining batteries located in front of a person, and also placing a drag or drawdown on the front funnel of the heart chakra of people sitting or standing facing, which might be perceived as a heart attack attempt.

The trigger for this drag or drawdown is perceived negative telepathic input to the back funnel of the heart chakra, where the malspeak I have no one to watch my back! has not yet been cleared. This malspeak is sometimes accompanied by the front chakra malspeak slogan: I need to be loved!

Two black magicians are attempting to cause a heart attack in person 2; the motive is financial gain. If black magician 1 is able to pass the energy of hatred through the heart chakra of person 1, he hopes that the energy of hatred will be made stronger, and will strike the heart of person 2, causing a psychic heart attack.

Black magician 2 is sending sexual energy to person 2, perhaps by exposing himself or performing a lewd gesture within view of person 2; his intention is to cause a momentary ripple or weakness in the aura of person 2, so that the energy of hatred may pierce person 2’s aura and enter his heart. This is not an energy of surprise that is intended. Rather, both black magicians have the mistaken belief that sexual energy destroys a meditator’s spirituality; that sexuality is evil. Thus, they feel that if person 2 views a sexual display, evil will befall him.

The question is: What does person 1 need to do in order to stop black magician 1’s energy of hatred from passing through his own heart? How can he maintain the integrity of his heart torus?

The malspeak causes an imbalance in the two funnels of the heart: The back funnel becomes slightly weaker than the front funnel. A battery in front of the person distorts the energy of the front funnel of the heart outward; thus, place the battery behind your back until the malspeak is cleared.

NEUTRAL MIND AND THE BALANCED HEART CHAKRA

Meditation on the Hridaya

When neutral mind has not yet been totally achieved, the front funnel of the heart chakra becomes distorted outward when we face other people, whether we are facing just one person or a group of people, say, in a circle. This is because we desire to be loved, which desire is exercised through the front funnel of the heart. We use the front funnel for this purpose simply because our eyes are located on the front of our head, and so, to see people, we face them with both the eyes and the front funnel of the heart.

Neutral mind is achieved by valuing ourselves, and loving ourselves, as much as we value other people’s opinion of us, and their love of us. This self-esteem and self-love are functions of the back funnel of the heart chakra.

To balance the funnels of the heart chakra, during waking consciousness, place the Awareness on the center point of the chest, at the place known as ‘hridaya’, where the front and back funnels of the heart chakra meet. This is a physical meditation that will balance self-love with love of others.

ON THE TRANSIENCE OF THIS PHENOMENON

This is a new phenomenon of the Awakening: Black magickers are thinking that it is they who are causing something bad to happen, by sending negative thoughts to the back funnel of a person’s heart chakra, while that person has a feeling of loving kindness for someone else.

It is true that this negative energy can pass from the black magicker, through the heart of the first person, and on to the heart of the second person, and so, from the perspective of causal reality, there is cause for concern.

I myself adhere to the perspective of synchronicity, and God’s grace, and feel that, even though such a negative ‘flow-through’ or ‘pass-through’ may occur, we can anticipate great clearing of the heart chakra to take place concomitantly. In other words, though the intent of the first person be evil, the result for the other people will be a download, a new DNA template, or the like, provided they keep their hearts open and trust deeply in the grace of God.

Dear Ones,

Here is a short white tantric exercise I just now channeled to help stabilize the body’s electromagnetic field (EMF) during ascension. It will also power up the heart energy.

A chant is included. In the main part of the video, there is a version of the chant for folks that believe in God, and at the end of the video, there is a version for folks who do not.

Hello, Dear Ones, It’s Alice.

Introduction

I channeled a tantric exercise today, for moments when we feel that our energy field … our electromagnetic field … is getting out of hand. It works very well with couples. It can work with two men, two women, or a man and a woman, as long as they have reached the age of puberty.

If You Have No Tantric Partner

If you have no person to do this tantric exercise with, you can do it facing, say, a statue of the Virgin Mary, or a picture of Christ, or a statue of the Buddha, or even a candle flame. Or a flower. Or a leaf. Anything that gives you inspiration … A beautiful picture of Earth … Anything. So, you can use that image … that uplifting image … as your tantric partner.

Directions

Now here is what to do. It is very simple. It is a lot of fun too … But you must follow directions; it is very important to follow the directions …

So, you are sitting up straight … say, on a dining room chair … and across from you … very close, with your knees close, but not touching, is your tantric partner.
Your hands are on your knees, palms down. And your spine is erect; but your muscles are very relaxed.
First, inhale completely. Then, exhale completely. (x3)
And now a prayer, with hands palms together, fingertips up, in prayer pose:
May only the very highest energy be channeled through this tantric exercise.
May I recognize my own energy field as the majestic, self-contained energy field that it truly is.
Now, put your hands back on your knees.
You must look your tantric partner directly in the eye. Do your very best not to blink. But if you do blink, just open your eyes again, and look steadily at your partner.
Now, this is the last thing: Feel your physical heart. You are still looking directly at your partner … Try not to blink.
So the chant is like this … You are each chanting together …
God bless me! [over and over again]
- One more thing: Let’s say, you have no image of God, whatsoever. Then … let me think … Take an image from the natural world, and as you chant, instead of saying: God bless me! … Say: I love my heart! … Everybody has a good heart. If you have no religion; if you prefer it like that, then just say: I love my heart! instead.
When you have finished, you look your partner in the eye; think of the very highest … It might be your own highest self. It might be the image that you have of God or of Christ. And say: Thank you very much!

So it is just like that. Look directly at your partner; or if not your partner, the flower, or the picture, or the statue. Ok? And so, continue …

Duration

If you have no training in kundalini yoga, or any other kind of yoga or meditation, then do this meditation for only one minute! This is a very powerful exercise.
If you have tried it a few times, then do it for three minutes.
If you have experience, you can do it for 11 minutes maximum.
If you are a very experienced yogi, then you will know when to stop … it can be a little longer; maybe 31 minutes … maybe 62 minutes. All right? So… But, everybody else: 1 minute, or 3 minutes; maximum, 11 minutes.
Stop if you start to feel even a little bit peculiar.

Benefits

This is just for your own heart. It is especially good for empaths, both men and women, who find that their heart chakra energy is pulled forward, overbalancing the front funnel of the heart chakra with energy, because of their empathy towards other beings.

This white tantric exercise protects healers against burnout. It brings the heart energy back toward the hridaya … the center point of the heart chakra, between the front and the back funnels of the heart chakra energy; people experience this as the null point, the zero point, or the Void. It is energetically replenishing; an interlude of quiescent refreshment for the Spirit, for the physical body, and for our many subtle bodies.

With time, practice of this meditation creates the experience of neutral mind, a feeling of silent witnessing; and the Soul wisdom of true compassion.

This meditation works very well in those moments when the energy of ascension gets very strong, and we need to contain it. We need to channel it. And instead of acting out, what we are doing is, we are sitting, and we are consolidating our energy field. Ok?

And such an amazing learning process in the world of telepathy. In recent days, quite a hustle and bustle of Souls have been dialing up Alice’s head and gut brain, with messages that are just full of discord and confusion.

At first, I tried just toughing it out, by neutrally observing the stories that were passing through my mental mind and my gut brain. Good Lord! and Good Lord again! Day after day, grid after grid of lower consciousness has been lifting off and floating away.

So, yesterday I decided to start envisioning and calling upon my personal team of Light beings to escort me everywhere. What a day! Completely different from all those boring old days, weeks, months of … insofar as possible, neutrally … observing the welter of mental stories swooping through my body.

Every time those dense thoughts started penetrating my Soul field, I called upon my team of beings of Light to walk with me. Light everywhere! Light within me and all around me! Incoming packets of light info again and again – I just loved it!

They were really beings of crystal white light, shimmering, incredibly radiant!

ON MULLING OVER WHETHER IT IS BETTER TO ASK OUR ASCENSION TEAM FOR HELP, OR SIMPLY SUFFER THROUGH CHAOTIC NODES

That evening I sat to listen to Sandra Walter’s monthly call, which is for participants in her Ascension Course (2), one of which I then was.

At the time of the call, I was mulling over some questions in my mind about whether it was a cop out to summon my team of Light. Whether it would be better to tough it out solo, tossed and frittered about by the current dense vibes like a crunchy cheese snack on a hot griddle. Maybe … I was thinking in my semi-subconscious mind … It would be better to suffer, like Christ on the cross? Maybe suffering was the necessary ingredient to Ascension?

LEVELS OF REALITY AND DUALITY

Since then, I have come to an understanding about various levels of the Duality play we’ve been enacting …

For instance, there is ‘us’ … we Lightworkers … against ‘them’ … the Controllers.
Then there is our bright Soul nature versus our own shadow of the Personality.
And then, in the heaven worlds and hell worlds, there are demons and devils and such like versus the Angelic realm.

ON SUMMONING ANGELS AND ARCHANGELS TO QUELL DEMONS AND DEVILS

When we, in our psyche, are too much in the company of demons and devils, we can summon an angel or archangel to help us.

These beings are all Light, having no part of free will, and their only function and joy is to shine forth Light and love.

In the same way, the only function of demons and devils is to offer a consciousness of relative Darkness. And because of the balance of these two energies, in the heaven worlds and hell worlds, 4D Duality has been able to manifest.

DOES THE SUMMONING OF ANGELS PERPETUATE DUALITY?

But what is this summoning of angels to assist us? Is it not perpetuation of Duality? Yes, it is part of the old paradigm …

Where we imagine we are helplessly tossed about by forces larger than ourselves.
Where we imagine we are frail human bodies, subject to fear, anger, and death, and do not understand what we truly are … deathless, eternal, unblemished human Souls, as described in the Mul Mantra. (3)

I feel it is ok to summon angels. After all, we have a guardian angel walking by our side, night and day, whose job it is to protect us. But this is not the play within the play. Not the deepest truth of who we are.

Then what is this summoning of beings of Light that I had been doing all day? Is this being dependent on other beings? No, I feel, it is not the same thing.

Each of us was born to interact with our personal team of Light. We are here on Earth to transform her, and we can only do that by interacting with our Ascension teams. At least at this stage of our exploration of truth, I feel.

A DENSE FEELING IN THE CROWN CHAKRA: IMAGINING TRANSFORMATION OF DENSENESS RATHER THAN INCURSION OF HOSTILE PERSONS OR HOSTILE ASTRAL BEINGS

While flashing through all this in my mind, I became aware of just a lot of telepathic input at my crown chakra. All negative stuff, that I personified as if they were hostile, fearful, and upset thoughts beating on the top of my head.

Then I thought, let me just assume that whatever is beating on my head is mine, a part of me. Let my personal energy field flow out to include these opposing points of view, these opposing emotions. And quick as a flash, it did!

CELEBRATING SILENCE

Oh my gosh, the silence was deafening; delightful! I felt like Walt Whitman, one of the favorite poets of my college days (4) …

“I Celebrate myself, and sing myself,
“And what I assume you shall assume,
For every atom belonging to me as good belongs to you.

“I lean and loafe at my ease observing a spear of summer grass.

ON JOYFULLY CONTAINING MULTITUDES

As Walt Whitman states in “Song of Myself”: I am large, I contain multitudes. And there I was, containing multitudes, and the multitudes were not objecting. In fact, everyone seemed bathed in Light, wisdom, peace, and wonderment. Not that I am responsible for any consciousness but my own … That was just the way the cookie crumbled.

Then afterwards, till bedtime, I could feel a very strong energy above my head. An opening, a space for acceptance of ‘other’ into my ‘I-ness’. It is really very hard to describe. The closest I can come is ‘unconditional love’ … throwing down the barriers to all that is abhorrent. All that I judge to be ‘not me’. Allowing my energy to flow out and accept everything that my consciousness encounters.

TELEPATHIC INSPIRATION DURING MEDITATION THE FOLLOWING MORNING

Segue to this morning. Wow, what a commotion in my head and gut brain when I woke up … all telepathic stuff. So I sat to meditate.

Humm … One of my telepathic group began channeling her Light team communication. A very pure channeling, like pure Truth directly resonating with my Soul field. Those of us who could hear were completely transformed by this. Those that did not hear, were not meant to for now. Their path to clarity may recombine with mine at any moment.

The paths to combination are endless. The possibilities are endless.

Imagine you are a sparrow gliding on the breeze. Other sparrows swoop by, sometimes flying wingtip to wingtip. Sometimes ahead, sometimes behind.

Imagine you can taste the breeze … one note in the song of your consciousness,

And now, imagine what note comes next!

INTRODUCTION

Holy cow! What was that happening when I meditated last night? At the very beginning, I recall, my vision clouded; the room went a little out of focus …

I felt a tightness in my back, between my shoulder blades … at the site of the Hridaya Chakra, the hidden inner heart.

Then the alarm bells in my mind went off: Oh, no! This is too big for me! I just can’t get a handle on it! Then I remember my heart saying: O hush up! You’ll be just fine. Then the whole room got very, very quiet.

ASTRAL VISITORS

I recall beings of 4D crowding in, some just curious, some with what is termed ‘their own agenda’ … members of the ‘Ascension retardation crowd’.

I got exasperated: This won’t do! Called in my Higher Self, all Christed beings of Light who felt they should be present. Called in Divine Source itself: Welcome to this body. Please make yourself at home, for the good of Earth and all her beings. Do as you will, so long as it’s in the best interests of the All.

I said: Howdy! Then he settled himself inside my body.

A ‘FLOW-INTO’ BY A BEING OF LIGHT

Then a being of Light came into the same physical space … on top, all around, and ‘in between’ whatever else was going on … My body felt as if it were mixed on a quantum level with the astral form, which was mixed with the being of Light.

VISITORS: BEINGS OF LIGHT

More beings of Light came into the same space. Light came down in layers, one by one. Finally 10 deep.

Pains in the physical body, and an equal sense of the ‘I Am-ness’, fullness, deepest peace of the surrounding space … my fellow meditators … the air in the room … the city block … the land around …

VISION OF MY HUMAN HOLOGRAM

A vision of mirrors of Light … less than an inch wide, taller than me … revolving very fast in a circle outside and around me. What is that? This I came later to characterize as my personal hologram …

VISION OF EARTH SEEN FROM SPACE

Earth revolving, with a shaft of Light shimmering down all around and through it. Gosh, what a feeling! Are the veils dissolving? Is my Higher Self larger than Earth?

RUMINATIONS ON THE VISIONS

Afterwards, we were trying to piece it all together. The New Mind? An ineffable I Am presence? So far beyond the chatterbox mind we’re used to, it was just impossible to put into words.

Way beyond the box. Way beyond the bubble. Far, far beyond logic. In fact, marching off into the land of ‘Anything’s Possible’, ‘Everything Is’, ‘I Am All’ … which has been off limits to us humans for quite some time.

I LIVE TO EXPLORE!

Lord, I do love setting foot on a new path in the wilderness. What is around the bend? Behind that screen of trees? Across that stream? I live to explore, and that is the long and the short of it …
