ON COSMIC LAW

I especially like Sandra Walter’s definition of Cosmic Law as being to do with frequencies, plasma flows, and stargate alignments that shift perception of reality for many beings.

I would say that is true for beings throughout the Universe; and also, I would include suns, planets, moons, meteor showers as beings with a depth of sentience seldom perceived by mere mortals; but which we can log onto through NASA space soundtracks.

I feel the Incoming Light since about mid-May 2021 has been a bit of a ‘bucking bronco’ ride; all the more so since the Solar Eclipse on 10 June 2021 …

I have heard it said about the annual Summer Solstice events, that the Incoming Light is so intense we must take the necessary steps during that time to stabilize and buff up our energy fields and have a positive experience of the beneficial effects of the Incoming Light.

In general, I find it good, during times of high Light, to get plenty of rest and relaxation, to eat small portions of simple foods, and to do whatever inspires me with joy.

BENEFITS OF PRACTICING KUNDALINI YOGA

As you may know, the kundalini yoga sets of Healthy, Happy, Holy Organization (3HO) are well respected in the world of yoga for balancing and optimizing the endocrine system, clearing the chakras and the axiatonal lines of Light, raising the kundalini (the central vertical power current), and creating a stable day-to-day experience of the Enlightenment.

These qualities of kundalini yoga practice tend to create a sense of physical and emotional wellbeing, a magnetic attractiveness of personality and form, a strength and truthfulness in leadership, avoidance of adversity and ill luck, and a tendency of the life towards one’s own spiritual perfection for the good of all beings everywhere.

Intuitively, the Western medical doctor might marvel at what he cannot see in the person who does such a spiritual practice. Though he might never have heard of the subtle bodies of a human being, he may sense their presence in the spiritual practitioner. He may have a sudden, first impression of a new definition of the healthy human, whose spiritual practice has improved the health not only of his physical body, but of his subtle bodies as well.

The Western medical doctor may not fathom the transforming effect of spiritual practice on his patient’s life; how the life has turned from drifting doldrums to experience of Soul purpose and Soul missions in this life. But the spiritual student, with daily practice, will know with deep assurance that the beneficial effects of his practice flow forth from the physical into the very fabric of the All. They touch the Heart of God, and His great love flows back into our energy field, filling the sails of our Soul, and launching us on to His uncharted Seas.

On Getting the OK to Do Meditations and Yoga from Your Western Medical Practitioner

Please make sure your Western medical doctor agrees before doing spiritual practices such as meditations or yoga. I say this because most Western medical doctors, while they have not, in my estimation, a great grasp of what it takes to create a healthful physical, mental, and emotional balance in our human bodies, nevertheless have an escape hatch in that they will not offer medical advice unless the patient signs a medical malpractice lawsuit waiver. I have yet to see an alternative health practitioner so protected (though there may be some).

Laws regarding lawsuits in the United States make it risky for the alternative medical practitioner to offer means of improving health … even though they might provide a great improvement in the health of many people … because the stress of one such lawsuit might cause the most knowledgeable alternative practitioner to reconsider offering his alternative medical knowledge to the public (whether for a fee or for free).

Thus many new health techniques discovered during the Ascension process that began during the 2012 Shift, and other innovative alternative health modi established priorly, not only do not establish credence with most people, but often are not widely known at all.

The most widely accepted health care system in the United States is that of Western medicine. Like as not, Western medical practitioners are of a scientific rather than a spiritual bent. They may feel openly hostile to the notion that God exists, or that people have subtle bodies or Souls.

If asked, quite a number of Western medical practitioners might likely say that meditation and yoga might or might not harm the average patient. But because of these doctors’ lack of a wholistic learning background, I have found in past they have been unlikely to say they might help the patient (although that has changed in recent years). The assent of Western medical practitioners is understandably important to most people, as an initial step before undertaking these spiritual practices. I also agree to the importance of this first step.

If, on the other hand, a patient gets the ok from a Western medical doctor, who says he may practice meditation or yoga, and then there is a physical setback, then the onus of this lies upon the Western medical doctor. Yet in most cases in the United States, the Western medical doctor cannot be sued no matter what the consequences. That is the way health care works in the United States today.

Ultimate Responsibility for Our Health Rests in Our Own Hands

The thinking spiritual student will derive from the ‘invincibility’ of Western medical practice, fallible though it may or may not be, that the onus of decision making regarding health care lies, in the long run, with the student himself.

It helps to keep researching the Western and alternative medical literature for changes in understanding of side effects and treatments, and for new peer-reviewed studies that may overturn prior medical understanding, as this field shifts with breath-taking rapidity.

Alternative health fields like the languages of Light and sound are very new. Many Lightworkers have these Ascension gifts, which may be passed on to others as the Ascension proceeds.

Fields like meditation and kundalini yoga are much more widely established. I remember when I first began raising the kundalini, in the 1970s, these healing arts were virtually unknown in the Western world, and the kundalini energy was regarded as a great and possibly dangerous mystery. Today, though, examples of kundalini yoga sets are found everywhere on youtube, and these sets are widely practiced in North America, South America and Europe.

On Practicing Kundalini Yoga with Advancing Age and in Varying States of Health

I hear from long-time spiritual students they feel that this or that meditation or yoga set … the apple of their eye in their youthful days … is just too much for them today. I feel there is quite a bit of sense in this, but that it is good not to leap to ‘all or nothing’ conclusions in regard to spiritual practice with advancing age or under the onus of health conditions presumed by the Western medical profession to be chronic.

Given the unresponsiveness and relative state of ‘not knowing’ of health care in the world, it makes sense to feel into the true needs of our bodies, minds and Souls, and to craft our spiritual practice to meet those needs.

In particular, with regard to the above-referenced meditation and yoga sets, why not do just as much as seems right … which is not too uncomfortable, not too taxing on the physical body? That will, I feel, provide a pleasant experience today that may make us all the more eager to do the spiritual practice tomorrow or the following day. In that way we may respect, repair, and build up our physical flexibility and strength, renovate our DNA, cleanse our interstitial fluids, bolster our immune system through improved lymph circulation; and in so doing, improve our prospects of healthful longevity.

As you breathe this way, count the inhalations of the breath from one to five; then repeat, counting to five over and over again.

Benefits

Through the imagined relocation of the nose, the visualization directs prana  to your right brain. That side of the brain has to do with living in the ‘Now’, and not with cause-and-effect, which is what creates a timeline (whether a physical timeline or an astral timeline). The right brain does not support the notion of temporal limitation, or confinement of Awareness within a timeline created through a cause-and-effect construct. The right brain does not create or support the astral chatter or astral stories that glom and propagate in the noosphere, as these stories depend on cause and effect, and upon an imaginary or astral ‘timeline’. When Awareness is placed on the right brain, the notions of cause-and-effect … the notion of time itself … drops away. We are left with the freedom to react in multitemporal reality, which is, in fact, the understanding of Earth herself right now.

I have noticed that some of the astral chatter comes from the construct ‘geography’ … the notion of dimensional limitation. For instance, it may have to do with the thought that we cannot avoid astral chatter with our neighbors, or maybe our family. In our left brains, we have the notion that we are chained to our homes, and therefore chained to our families or to the people with whom we life, or to the people who live near us. These are left-brain cause-and-effect notions based on physical reality … on seeing other people around us, for instance.

But our energy body is a discrete, singular entity in relation …. not to our family or to our neighbors … but rather in relation to Spirit, to our Soul, to that Divine Spark within us. Thus the left-brain notion of territorial confinement, like its notion of temporal confinement, is but an artificial construct.

The right brain does not support the construct ‘geography’ … the notion of dimensional limitation, or confinement of Awareness within geographic boundaries. Thus by generating pranic flow into and out of the right brain, we circumvent the artificial left-brain construct ‘geography’.

The feral drives (pack instincts) of sexual aggression and territorial aggression: female competition and male competition; striving between family members or neighbors for female dominance, male dominance, or one-upmanship; notions of males flocking together and bonding, or of females doing so; notions that packs of neighborhood men ought to ejaculate together on the astral plane, or that packs of neighborhood women ought to climax together; striving for alpha or relegation to beta pack ordering; and shunning of a ‘pariah’ or ‘sin-eater’ as an outcast from the imagined astral pack … these all have to do with notions of physical geographic limitations developed in Stone Age times, when there were only about 50,000 human beings on Earth.

For survival purposes, these people aggregated into clans whose members lived in close proximity. Our current notions of geographic limitations with regard to the people we know have to do with feral drive hardwiring written into our subconscious minds in Stone Age and also in much earlier times. These instinctual notions roam through our dreamtime realm and through our astral realm, roping down our astral chatter to subconsciously perceived geographic restrictions.

But when Awareness is placed on the right brain, the notions of clan and tribe, of subconscious instinctual behaviors, drops away. We are left with the freedom to react in multidimensional reality, which is, in fact, where Earth herself resides right now.

Counting along with the breath is a famous Zen Buddhist form of meditation, and one that I like very much. I have noticed, though, that when I count along with the breath while placing my Awareness on the left brain, I am quickly cut short by the tendency of the left brain to step into my counting process with cause-and-effect stories that seem ‘juicier’ or more emotionally fulfilling than the dry notion of repeatedly counting to five or 10.

The above meditation circumvents these left-brain sabotage efforts of my left brain and leaves the field of my mind clear to create the numeric repetitions without interruption. Thus for long intervals (to get temporal about it) I can waylay the astral chatter through a visualization and meditation that moves me from temporospatial misery and enchainment … as in a sad or scary Hollywood movie … to a right brain space of effortless temporospatial freedom.

I am listening to the wind sough through this desert tree. It might be a tamarisk tree. The sun peeks out every once in a while from amongst the needles of the tree, and the branches.

I can imagine the Ancient Indian sages finding a little rest in the desert, in shade under a tree just like this one … drinking the last of their water, sitting on needles just like these needles, and meditating in the shade of the tamarisk tree.

It may also be that God provided this virus to build up our immune systems against another health threat not yet known to us on this timeline.

Might COVID-19 Be a Download of Light to Heal the Damage Done by Cosmic Rays to Our DNA During the Recent Extended Solar Minimum?

This is the explanation that makes the most sense to me, as it is the most positive: I feel that the symptoms labeled COVID-19 are, in actuality, downloads of Light to do with the initiation of Solar Cycle 25 in December 2019?

Cosmic rays can randomly alter our DNA, and not always for the better. Right now, at the cusp of the change from Solar Cycle 24 to the new Solar Cycle 25, our Ascension Teams may see the need for extensive repairs to our human DNA. In addition, new DNA is being activated because of the faster pulsating Light available in this new cycle of the Ascension process.

It seems to me that the health effects we are experiencing have to do with repairs and upgrades of our DNA as the new Solar Cycle begins. If we accept these downloads of Light in a positive way, with feelings of faith and hope in the future, then we will be able to go through the changeups with grace and ease. Along those lines, I heard just the other day that positive emotions help bolster the immune system …

I realize my understanding of COVID-19 flies in the face of accepted health understanding, but after all, is that not what Lightworkers do? We see Light where others may see Dark. We see God’s great Will at work in creation, where others may see our human limitations. We see the smiling face of humankind, where others may see masked automatons.

This is a time of New Beginning, and not the advent of Apocalypse. The coronavirus pandemic has taught people all over Earth the importance of community, of family, of working at home with our young children, the importance of healthy diet and of outdoor exercise, the saving grace of faith in God, the helpfulness of yoga and meditation, the unhealthful aspects of life in very large cities. Who would have thought such changes in human values might take place in such a short time?

Change can be fearful, or we can rise to the challenge. Because of the pandemic, we have a chance to take a good look at the values dear to us, at the lifestyle we choose to live, so that we may walk together into a New Tomorrow.

TURMERIC TO PURIFY THE BLOOD?

I wonder if the foods said in India to purify the blood might be helpful in getting through COVID-19? In India, turmeric is used in cooking quite a bit; they feel it cleanses the blood. Does the COVID-19 virus float around in the blood? If so, maybe turmeric would help get rid of it? I note there is quite a bit of turmeric in mustard, for instance.

CALMING EFFECT OF THIRD-EYE POINT MEDITATION

The third-eye point, the sixth chakra, is where many meditators place their Awareness during  meditation. Placing Awareness on the third-eye point can create waves of peace, love, and joy that emanate through our person, and send rays of healing Light out into our community. But what is the most effective way to do a third-eye point meditation?

LOCATION OF THE THIRD-EYE POINT

Some mistakenly feel that the third-eye point is on the forehead. This is a mistake that may have been occasioned by misinterpretations of illustrations of the location of the chakras in years past.

The true location of the third-eye point, and the place where Awareness had best be placed during a third-eye point meditation, is on the pituitary gland in the center of the brain.

THE PITUITARY GLAND IS PART OF THE LIMBIC SYSTEM

The limbic system is involved in what, in the triune brain theory, is termed the reptilian brain. That would be the primitive part of the brain responsible for fight or flight during survival, territorial aggression, and sexual aggression in the animal realm …

Inadvertent Stimulation of the Fight or Flight Response

Thus if we concentrate our Awareness on the wrong portion of the central brain while meditating, we will experience thoughts of violence and fear, rather than peace, joy, and love. We will experience Darkness rather than Light.

The Mistake of Cursing of the Pituitary Gland as the ‘Evil Eye’

Similarly, if the third-eye of a meditator is cursed as being the ‘evil eye’ by a group of spiritual adepts, or assailed through black magic by a Satan cult, the result may be a dislocation of the Awareness of the meditator from the pituitary gland to the limbic system, with consequent emotions of fear or rage.

ON INVOKING GOD’S BLESSING BEFORE DOING A THIRD-EYE POINT MEDITATION

To mitigate undesirable outcomes during a third-eye point meditation I suggest the following: When we begin a third-eye point meditation, let us invoke God’s blessing.

CORONAVIRUS PANDEMIC STRESS AND THIRD-EYE POINT ‘WANDER’

In recent days, especially in the afternoons and evenings,  I have experienced movement of my Awareness from the pituitary gland to the limbic system.

That worked for me, as a technique to eliminate attraction of reptilian thought forms from others apparently caused by placing my Awareness, in error, on my own limbic system by mistake, thus unintentionally creating a resonance between the emotions of my limbic system and those of emanating from the limbic systems of nearby people.

VIOLENT STRESS RESPONSES OF OTHERS TO THE CORONAVIRUS PANDEMIC

Waves of Fear Sweeping Round the Planet Because of the Coronavirus Pandemic

During these months of the COVID-19 pandemic, many are viewing news reports that damage the emotions that emanate from their limbic systems. For instance, many feel fearful. Consequently, waves of fear are sweeping round the planet right now; these are especially felt by empaths, intuitives, and long-time meditators. We must overcome these thoughts of fear, so that we will not attract the fearful thought forms of others.

Acting Out of Limbic System Resonance Responses by Our Family and Neighbors During This Time of Stress

It is not just violent thought forms that are attracted to us by inadvertently placing our Awareness on the limbic system. If we, as meditators, continue to fall into fear, then we run the risk of attracting violent ‘acting out’ by others, through resonance of our limbic system thought forms with their own.

Right now Angelenos must, because of the Los Angeles mayor’s order to stay at home during the COVID-19 pandemic, remain in their own homes. Therefore the greatest risk of acting out by others right now has to do with family, whose presence we cannot escape in our own homes, and nearby neighbors.

For instance, if we experience emotions of fear and also of sexual arousal, we may find a person living nearby and following us around physically with thoughts of sexual or territorial aggression, which is to say, thoughts of rape, home invasion, or murder.

If we go to a grocery store during the pandemic, we may find staid-seeming people unexpectedly yelling at us in the supermarket line; the topic may be whether we ought wear a face mask, for instance.

We may find that law enforcement stationed at the supermarket doors prevents our entry into the market, while letting someone we, as empaths, know to be infected with the virus enter the store.

In the same way, at an office supply store, we may find the clerk fearful of ourselves, though we be healthy and wearing a face mask, and then standing too close to another customer not wearing a face mask but silently ill (as the empath may discern to be the case based on the other person’s dimmed bodily vigor).

We may find that in posting pandemic advisories for our neighbors on NextDoor … https://nextdoor.com/ … we are attacked, or our posts banned from the site, though our facts be valid.

In other words, in this time of great stress for many, we are very likely to encounter unforeseeable acts of violence, whether through verbal assault or physical assault.

Unavailability of LAPD Response to Domestic Violence, Most Likely Due to Health Crisis

Because of the ‘Safer at Home’ mayoral order in Los Angeles, assault by a person in or near our home cannot be ruled out. Yet my local branch of the Los Angeles Police Department, most likely understaffed because of illness right now, has announced it will not be responding to calls regarding domestic violence right now.

Those of us Angelenos for whom that is true are left to fend for ourselves in regard to assault by family and neighbors; and the possibility of assault is high right now because of the stress everyone is feeling. We must, in all urgency, formulate a means of dealing with this likely danger.

THE IMPORTANCE OF PRAYER AND MEDITATION AT THIS TIME

After hours of urgent pondering, occasioned by incidents such as those described above, what I came to is this: It is very important to pray and to meditate right now, and I emphasize, to do first the one and then the other. The prayers we utter before meditation direct the Awareness to the pituitary rather than to the limbic system. It is prayer that keeps us safe through these troubled times.

I would like to close with an endorsement of this point of view by the Queen of England herself, who stated in the below video the importance of prayer and meditation during the COVID-19 crisis. It is clear to me from her manner and her words how well balanced her own attitude is towards the trouble we face in this time of crisis …

NIGHTTIME MEDITATION ON A CANDLE FLAME

For this meditation you will need a candle, matches, and something to snuff the candle with.
Sit in a dark room. Spine straight. Relax your body.
Light the candle, and place it in front of you, on a table or on the floor.
Inhale and exhale deeply three times.
Watch the candle flame for 1 minute.
Then snuff it out.
Sit in the Darkness, and watch the Darkness for 1 minute.
Then lIght the candle again, watch for a minute, snuff it, and sit in the the Dark another minute.
Continue a total of 5 times.
At the end of your meditation, before you get up,
Inhale and exhale deeply three times.
