Dear Ones,

Here is a description of the So Hum Meditation that may help us ride the ‘high surf’ in the skies of the autumn equinox 2022.

There has been a humdinger of a geomagnetic storm last week, and more may be on the way in the leadup to Autumn Equinox, which will take place on 22 September 2022.

I suggest using this So Hum meditation to stabilize our human energy fields for the next few weeks …

Imagine the sound Sooooooo when inhaling, and the sound Hummmmmm when exhaling. This mantra can be practiced all day long.

Some sources suggest that a person visualize energy flowing up the spine while imagining the sound Sooooooo and inhaling; and then that a person visualize energy flowing down the spine while imagining the sound Hummmmmm and exhaling. I like this idea very much, as it seems to me that it will even out the ascending and descending forces in the spine. Thus a person may sense all four minds and their related chakras with each inhale-exhale.
