This post has in it a meditation to clear ‘neg speak’ or ‘malspeak’ from the human EMF. This is helpful when the astral stories begin to go on and on in a negative way.
WEEKLY AND SOLAR RHYTHMS OF THE NEGATIVE ASTRAL STORIES
I find the astral stories are likely to turn negative at certain times …
In the afternoons during the week (when people are tired out from the work day) and also
On Friday and Saturday evenings (when people use alcohol and other recreational drugs and watch violence on television).
Also, during times of high solar wind speeds and when the Kp index is in the red.

For the latter, check the same webpage, half-way down on the left, for the Planetary K-Index; storm conditions are Kp5 to Kp9.
The times for you may be different. At any rate, when the astral stories get out of hand, this means that the chakras, which are important gears in the human EMF array, become imbalanced.
WHY THE ASTRAL STORIES ARE CREATED
As to the question why astral stories are created, I have two leads: One has to do with chakric imbalance, and the other has to do with an overfull bowel. These are discussed below

Note that each has a vortex or ‘funnel’ in front and in back. Although the image does not show it, the purple vortex at the top of the head, and the red vortex at the bottom of the body are actually one long gear that runs, as the kundalini energy, throughout the body vertically, and connects to all the other chakric double vortices …
How Entities Become Attached to Imbalanced Chakric Vortices
During the day, these double vortices can become imbalanced, typically by our interaction with other human beings on the astral plane, but sometimes through our interaction with nonhuman entities as well. For instance, as nearly as I can discern presently to be the case …
A front vortical funnel can become attached to that of an entity, human or nonhuman, in physical or astral form, with whom there is a resonance of liking, love, or attraction. This distorts the energy of the front funnel outward, away from the spine.
A back vortical funnel can become attached to that of an entity, human or nonhuman, in physical or astral form, with whom there is an emotional resonance of dislike, hatred, fear, or repulsion. This distorts the energy of the back funnel inward toward the spine.
The top funnel, the violet funnel of the crown chakra, and the bottom funnel, the red funnel of the basal chakra, are each subject to the energies of both attraction and repulsion.
In fact, on a difficult day, each funnel can become attached to that of a different entity, human or nonhuman, in physical or astral form, with whom a subconscious astral conversation is taking place.
Chakric Entity Attachment Leads to ‘Gloms’
While I describe the astral stories as originating in emotional connection of each of our chakric funnels with that of another entity, whether human or nonhuman, the story does not end there.
The emotional affect of this primary layer of astral connection radiates out to all our friends and family, and from there, in a more diluted way, to all their friends and family, and so on, through many layers of astral connection. In this way the glom effect takes place.
Gloms Lead to ‘Acting Out’
This glom effect is detrimental to humankind, in that it can lead to acting out of negative astral stories in the form of violent or feral behaviors.
In this way, then, imbalance in our own chakras can lead to entity attachment and then fan out to our family, friends, and acquaintances, amongst whom the negative astral stories form and build and circulate. Thus the importance of the following meditation …
MEDITATION TO REBALANCE THE CHAKRAS
Here is a new meditation to rebalance the chakras …
Lie down on your back in a quiet room. Lie down flat, without a pillow beneath your head. (This is important.)
Consciously relax the muscles in your body, starting at your toes, and going on up the body and limbs to the top of the head.
Place your Awareness on a spot 6 inches to 2 feet above your head, where the Soul Star chakra (one of the new post-Ascension chakras) is located. Visualize the Light there expanding to a column of diamond white Light as wide as your body, and a foot or two tall. When that energy feels spacious and clear, then your crown chakra energy will also be in balance. Then go on to the next step …
Now place your Awareness on the back of your head, where it touches the surface on which you are lying. Keep your attention on this spot until the astral story taking place in your 6th chakra (also known as the third-eye point, and related to the pineal gland) stops.
Continue in the same way, one by one, with these spots where your body touches the surface on which you are lying …
The back of your throat (which will most likely be near the surface, but not on it)
Your back, between your shoulder blades (at the level of your heart)
Your middle back, at the level of your navel point
Your lower back, just above the tailbone (above the coccyx)
The buttocks, where they touch the surface on which you are lying
In each case, continue to place your Awareness on the physical place on your body until the astral story or stories associated with this area of the body cease.
Then, with a feeling of gratitude, rest on your back for 10 minutes or so.

FULL BOWEL CAN INITIATE NEGATIVE ASTRAL STORIES
The feces in the bowel vibrate to a very low frequency and attract negative astral stories. As well, a person’s bowel is overfull, there can be a feeling of uneasiness or discomfort that fans out to family, friends, and acquaintances through the astral airs. Glom effects and acting out can occur through this ‘heating up’ of the astral airs by barely noticeable negative feelings in our own ‘gut brain’ because the bowel is overfull.
On Improving Elimination
An easily digestible diet and daily physical exercise are good means of avoiding overfull bowel. These also aid in getting a good night’s rest and in preventing insomnia.
Occasional use of water enemas may help diminish circulation of negative astral stories in a pinch, on the spur of the moment. For more on this, see …

Hello, Dear Ones, It’s Alice. I Am of the Stars.
I am here today to talk to you a little bit about congenital anomalies of the physical body. That means those with which you are born, including what are classified as syndromes and diseases and abnormalities of the physical body compared to what other people experience as physical form.
From my own standpoint I would like to explain that there is a reason for these things that occur. And that has to do with tangles in the subtle body called the etheric net or etheric body. And these tangles take place because of Soul wounding, in past incarnations, in those areas of the etheric net.
When we find ourselves with congenital physical anomalies, or if we find ourselves prone to injury in a certain area of the body, in this incarnation, from my standpoint what that means is that these are the areas to concentrate on, in Soul healing, right now. That way we can prevent further difficulties with those areas. And we can perhaps even participate in their regeneration and cure.
One way to do that is to concentrate on the new chakra that has come in since the 2012 Shift. There are many new chakras coming in, which is very cool. But the one that I am thinking about is associated with the thymus gland.
Since the heart is the fourth chakra, oldstyle, and the throat is the fifth chakra, oldstyle, and the thymus gland is located in the mid-high chest, I would consider it, oldstyle, to be something like chakra 4.5, right? … [laughs] … I am sure all the chakras will be renumbered, one of these times.
For the thymus gland the color, I hear, is magenta. In lower forms of life, the thymus gland is responsible, as I understand it, for regenerating whole organs. For instance, in a lizard, when its tail falls off, as a defense mechanism, during an attack by a bird or other predator, then the thymus gland is what assists the lizard in growing a new tail. And that is true, also, of other sorts of lower animals that can regrow various parts of themselves, such as the non-parasitic flatworm Planaria.
The theory is that this capability exists in dormant state in humankind. And the new Light coming in … the Incoming Light of the Great Awakening … will allow changes and uploads … new-ware … for the thymus gland 4.5 chakra (the chakra between the fourth and the fifth) … so that it can remember those abilities of complete physical regeneration.
That, of course, cannot happen without clearing of Soul wounding, without repairs to the etheric net, which is like the blueprint or template for the physical body. So, concentrating on the color magenta … or on this spot … [points to a spot on the chest between the heart and the collarbone] … on the thymus gland … and on total physical regeneration, and also, I think, the healing Light of Saint Germain, which deals with magenta. So you look to that Ascended Master for help in your physical healing.

I am here at Rattlesnake Canyon. It is pretty windy and cold. In fact, I was just out of the car, facing Rattlesnake Canyon … which looks like it has a lot of rattlesnakes in it … and a gust of wind almost blew me sideways. So I thought I would film this video in the car. So here I am.
I just got finished walking down into Carlsbad Cavern, which is 80 stories deep. I had just gotten down there, and was starting to explore the great room at the bottom, when the ranger came up and said it was time to go back up again. [laughs]
It was quite an experience … a beautiful experience. I hope you have a chance to do it sometime.
When I got out, I was going along a long loop, across the top of the mountain here, on a gravel road. And I discovered something I thought I would tell you about it.
Telepathy: Projecting Clair Speech from the Throat Chakra
You know, I have talked in the past about telepathy, and the clair senses. And one form of telepathy is to project thought speech out from the throat chakra, like this … [Touches throat, and then moves hand out, away from throat] … on the astral plane …
Telepathy: Receiving Thought Forms at the Third-Eye Point
…. and to receive thought forms this way … [Moves hand in toward forehead and touches forehead gently] … so we can perceive other people’s thoughts coming in.
How Thought Forms Pass Through the Brain
Actually, according to my own clair perception, other people’s thoughts pass straight through the brain, and make an impression on their way in. And we can respond, with our astral voices, through this fifth chakra … [Points to throat.] … right here.
Placing Awareness on the Brainstem Stills Perception of Incoming Telepathy
When I came out from the caves, I was kind of tired; and the telepathy started up again. That is not always something that I enjoy; it can be very tiring. So I tried concentrating on exactly what was going on, in terms of clair telepathy, so as to modulate and control it.
What happened when I concentrated was, I began to experience Awareness, if you can imagine, right in the center of my head, but low down … half-way between my throat and my third-eye point, in the center of my head … I began to experience Awareness.
And all that activity slowed down and pretty much stopped; and was replaced by a very high-pitched, but beautiful, sound.
On looking this area of the brain up, I find I placed Awareness in the brainstem …

The brainstem has three functions: It conducts nerve system messages from the brain to the body, and vice versa; it supplies nerves to the face, head, and viscera; and it integrates control of important bodily systems, including the cardiovascular system, respiratory system, sensitivity to pain, alertness, Awareness, and consciousness …
Clearly, though, concentrating Awareness on the brainstem blocks incoming telepathy,

I have found the same to be the case when concentrating Awareness on the cerebellum, which is the brownish, roughly circular mass behind the brainstem in the above image. I expect that is because the function of the cerebellum is to fine-tune motor control.

The Super-Hearing Sounds
Super-Low Sounds. It is hard to explain the super-hearing sounds. Through super-hearing we can hear the very, very low sounds … below the hearing of our ears … which are grounding, earthing sounds that carry the dense experience of duality … and also help us to ground to Earth, and deep into the core of Earth.
Super-High Sounds. And then there are the super-high-frequency sounds that we could never hear with our ears, you know? … but which can be extraordinarily beautiful. To me, they feel like they are coming from the angelic realm … just a beautiful, chiming sound that does not alter or modulate. It just continues on and on, in a very high register that helps my mind to maintain a constant state of ‘no-thought’.

In talking about clair super-hearing, I am reminded of a passage I read in Swami Prabhavananda and Christopher Isherwood’s translation of Patanajali’s yoga aphorisms, “How to Know God” …
Citation: “How to Know God: The Yoga Aphorisms of Patanjali,” translated with a commentary by Swami Prabhavananda and Christopher Isherwood, copyright 1953, 1981 by The Vedanta Society of Southern California … Search: Chapter “III. Powers,” pages 187-188, for Nos. 36, 37, and 38
No. 36 describes meditating, concentrating on, and becoming one with the Atman or Soul itself, rather than simply identifying with the Soul’s qualities of goodness and harmony.
No. 37 explains that the supernatural sensory power of hearing derives from the meditative practice described in No. 36. Other supernatural sensory powers are those of touch, taste, sight, and smell.
No. 38 explains that the powers listed in No. 37 are obstacles to enlightenment.
As there is not a detailed description of the supernatural sensory powers in the above-referenced pages, I note from personal clair experience that one may purely and simply experience super-sensory perception within one’s personal field of Awareness, as described in the blog.
Or, because of the ‘power-over’ distortion of Light … the ‘power-over’ mental filter … one may send psychic impressions of super-sensory Awareness as thought forms to other people, through the ‘astral airs’ of the fourth dimension. According to my own understanding, I feel this kind of power-over psychic display to be egoic, and thus an obstacle to the enlightenment of the telepathic sender …

From my readings in the “Law of One: The Ra Material” … https://www.lawofone.info/ .. diseases of the sexual organs, whether infective or organic, have to do with blockages or distortions in the first three chakras … the ‘lower triangle’. It goes without saying, if this proves true, that clearing and balancing these chakras would eliminate venereal disease and noninfective diseases of the sexual organs, including HIV and AIDS.
Below is what I have on this topic. Much of the information comes from the “The Law of One: The Ra Material.” I am not able to provide text from “The Law of One” because of their copyright restrictions, but I have provided links. I hope you will not be deterred from researching the topic, as I feel you may find this information well worth looking up. I note the mention of these themes …

–insatiable sexual appetite
–possessiveness
–rape
–domination over others
–bellicosity (tendency to be warlike)
–greed of ownership
–marriage as an adversary relationship xx
Here is Ra speaking of distortion of sexual energy through sexual energy blockage (I feel this may refer to sexual repression as a societal expectation) as the cause of infective sexual diseases.
Ra states that these diseases have to do with second chakra malware. Note that this malware is now clearing from Earth, as a result of the Ascension process. Thus, one might anticipate that there will be no venereal disease after the clearing.
Pornography Viewing as a Cause of Non-Infective Diseases of the Sexual Organs?
In the context of non-infective diseases of the sexual organs. I have heard of one instance of a gentleman who had a habit of viewing pornography in his youth. Now in his more mature years, he has an enlarged prostate.
In my mind I thus made a connection between a habit of indulgence in lust (which some of the Christian churches identify as one of the deadly sins), and organic sexual organ diseases. When I speak of a habit of indulgence in lust, I refer to the frequency with which these emotion-laden thought forms are summoned up. This would apply whether the thought form is virtual (as in viewing pornography) or ‘acted out’ in a Lothario, Don Juan lifestyle.
… there is a question about the types of energy transfers that occur as a result of sexual intercourse. Ra then speaks of the red, orange, yellow, green, and blue energy transfers. These are references to the energies of the first through fifth chakras: the basal, sexual, navel point, heart, and throat chakras, respectively. (I note that healers refer to astral malware transfer during the act of sex as well.)
In summary, it seems that blockages in various of these chakras can cause satyric or nymphoid behavior, seeing one’s sexual partner as an ‘object’, acts of sexual domination or rape, or perhaps murdering a sexual partner, being the ‘black widow’ or ‘black widower’.
Green ray, the heart chakra, appears to be a very healthy possibility. See the question for details about all this.
CREATOR POTENTIAL OF THE SEXUAL ACT
To Know the Creator Through Joy To Learn the Gifts of God: Healing and Service to Others
… Ra discusses the creator potential of the sex act, the possibility to experience joy, to learn about God’s gifts, and to offer healing and service to others.
NEGATIVE SEXUAL PROGRAMMING BY THE ORION GROUP OCCASIONED BY EARLY CHILDHOOD OR PAST LIFETIME SEXUAL WOUNDING
… speaks of how early childhood or past lifetime sexual wounding offers the Orion group a chance to imprint malware that may attract more sexual wounding.
… looks into why the members of Hitler’s circle may have found sexual gratification in the genocides that took place during the reign of the Third Reich. This is of interest because these energies of sadomasochism are expressing and clearing through the noosphere today, during the Awakening process.
Ra states that those who were gratified by the gas chamber events had strong sexual or second chakra (orange energy) ‘buildup’ (I feel this may mean sexual repression), which may have polarized the chakra immediately above it, the third chakra or navel point, to the negative, blocking it with malware regarding power over. This, I surmise, may have ‘colored’ the act of sex by adding the energy thread of power over, execution being an extreme form of power over.
Ra considers that the solitariness of such an act of ‘getting off’ on ‘offing’ people might cause an unquenchable desire to repeat this act. I am guessing this might be because the true nature of the sex act is communion between two people, and sadomasochism is the opposite, the negative polarity; consequently unfulfilling, and causing a welling up of the need to repeat the act, looking for fulfillment.
Subconscious Symbolism Mixup: ‘Getting Off’ and ‘Offing’ Someone. Subconscious confusion … melding, perhaps … of the metaphor ‘getting off’ [on someone] (feeling sexual arousal, or ejaculating) and the metaphor ‘offing’ someone … murdering them .. may be the underground ‘bed of charcoal’ that sparks up as acts of serial killing, for some personalities. For these personalities, I would suggest consciously avoiding using the words ‘getting off’ and ‘offing’ in conversations and thoughts.
CAUSE OF SEXUAL DISTORTIONS: BELLICOSITY AND GREED OF OWNERSHIP, WITH REGARD TO MARRIAGE
… asks, if I read it right, whether the Orion group caused the orange ray distortion, the second or sexual chakra blockage, that led to the Holocaust and similar acting out on Earth. Ra explains that we humankind have Free Will; and have chosen this path of expression of our social memory complex. The Orion group merely intensified our choices, as humankind, with regard to war (bellicosity) and greed of ownership, for instance.
… asks whether the choices of our ancestors … the ‘racial memory’ of the human social memory complex … has a negative influence on humankind today. Ra brings up the social institution of marriage, as opposed to freely loving. In other words, I feel Ra may be saying that social customs such as marriage tend to affect the people in the culture.
To my mind, this does not mean that there are not some who live otherwise; but they are subject to the whims and throes of societal expectation and social censure, and must deal with that, though they be not directly affected by wht Ra terms the adversarial nature of the social institution called marriage.

And what that does is, it allows them to kind of wiggle a little bit … which is good for striking; it does not keep them really tense. And it is easy for the fingers to grasp them like that.
You can add buy the Zildjian cymbals and you can add this elastic and these special, little beads … maybe from the bead store … or you can just use them the way they are.

There now … My pranic column energy is energized and harmonized. And all the chakras are going beautifully well together.
When you do it yourself, you can also start a little lower. if you want. You could start three to six inches below your basal chakra … three to six inches down your legs, like this [demonstrates].
And, if you are spry, or you are sitting in a chair, you could do it even lower than that. One to two feet lower you are getting down toward the Earth Star, down near the ground. [demonstrates] … So that is for better grounding. The Earth Star chakra itself is about a foot beneath the soles of the feet; while you cannot click the cymbals where this chakra is, you can click them as low as possible, while at the same time placing your awareness on the true location of the Earth Star chakra.
All right then. You have seen the meditation. If you want, you can buy the Zildjian cymbals. Or you might try another kind of finger cymbals.
Other Musical Instruments That Can Be Used to Purify the Chakras
Or you can use any number of other musical instruments to purify the air in your home or workplace, and to purify your chakras. You can use clacking sticks … I do not know if I have any here, right handy. You can even use pot lids, if you do not have anything else. You can use a Tibetan singing bowl; that is a very cool sound.
Purifying and Balancing the Chakras With General Use Gems
And you can also apply gems to the chakras in order to purify them. General use gems that are inexpensive to purchase are black tourmaline …

CHAKRIC BALANCE USING GEMS OR COLORS SPECIFIC TO EACH CHAKRA
Chakric balancing work can be done using gems or colors specific to each chakra. The gems and colors to use in healing and purifying the traditional seven chakras are as in the image below. My preference is to start at the bottom and work my way up my aura. See …
I feel that the new chakras within the body must be along the color gradient line of the old-style chakras. I think this because it is the gears of the chakras that change the energies of the chakras from very slow moving at the basal chakra to fast pulsating at the crown chakra. Thus the new chakras within the body would lie along the color gradient line created by the changeups of light created by the gears of the 7 chakras oldstyle.
Acting on this presumption, we could select healing colors and gemstones for the new chakras within the body, using colors intermediate between proximate oldstyle chakras.
Transpersonal and Subpersonal Chakras
As to the transpersonal chakras above the head, and the subpersonal chakras below the soles of the feet, there is not clear agreement on their colors yet. Meanwhile, I feel that brown would be a reasonable representation of the Earth Star, as that is the color of Earth, and a color in agreement with the gradient of the oldstyle chakras, only slower pulsating.
Current agreement as to the number of transpersonal chakras is that there are one to five such chakras; there are just two in the image.
Current agreement as to the number of subpersonal chakras is that there are one to six such chakras; there is just one as in the image.
I await agreement among the Lightworker community as to their aspects.
