SUMMARY OF THE VIDEO

Hello, Dear Ones, It’s Alice. I Am of the Stars.

I would like to talk to you today about the professions of psychology and psychiatry. The thing about psychology is that it tends to accept, from the profession of psychiatry, labels for personalities, and then to work with those labels in some way that will provide people with a little more competence in dealing with their labels.

There are many different kinds of psychology. Behavioral psychology is pretty interesting, because it attempts a particular goal. And it has tools that it uses to achieve that goal, as far as behavior modification is concerned. I rather like that notion, because it is quantitative, and it has an endpoint, and a possibility of success at behavior modification.

There are other kinds of psychology, such as talk psychology, that have an inherent design defect … and that has to do with no particular goal being reached; no quantitative goal. And so there is a subconscious inducement, as it were, to keep the patient talking through session after session, which of course generates income for the psychology profession, and just leaves an open-ended situation, I feel, where success cannot be quantified. (And there are tons of other kinds of psychology.)

Now I would like to talk for a minute about psychiatry. When I was in college, I was thinking of going into medical school for awhile. So I studied three courses in psychology back then, a long time ago.

The thing that I found out back then, which I feel most likely still holds true, is that there were but a few … maybe a handful of labels … that psychiatrists would attempt to apply to the personalities for the people that they encountered in their practices.

Their intention with regard to those labels was to provide prescribed medications that would ameliorate the symptoms of the label for the personality. So the tools that psychiatrists had then, many years ago, and that it seems to me they may still have today, are what you might call palliatives. They are medications that make the symptoms through which the diagnosis was made a little bit better … make the personality a little bit more adaptable to the social milieu.

My own feeling that I developed back then about that profession was that it was not very helpful, because it did not have within it the concept of the lifting of the labels, the clearing of the trauma, and the healing of the Soul.

And yet, there are instances, in other cultures, and in other professions, such as the spiritual counselling profession, where these things occur.

If you were to take medical science, for instance, you would find many instances where physicians could cure medical conditions, and some where the situation was, in their opinion, too grave to offer resolution in a positive sense.

Yet even these situations, in the new schools in China, are being addressed in unique ways … such as in the centers for spiritual mantra chanting to heal cancer … which I understand tape .. maybe through magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) the progress of tumor dissolution during the mantra chanting. I do not know, for sure, how often this is successful, or for how long; but it does indicate that there are other modalities, in cases where labels are applied to medicine, that offer the potential of complete remission or complete cure.

It seems to me that psychiatry could use some new tool, such as the new languages of Light and sound that are being channeled, and being made available to humankind during the Ascension process; or some other tool to map out, for their profession, cures for the labels, so as to return people to productive social contexts.

And further, I feel, in psychiatry, more use should be made of the notion of the healing crisis, which may happen, say, on the death of a spouse or child or significant other; it might happen with the death of a parent, the loss of a job, or perhaps an accident, or post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD) from war experiences.

There are a lot of possibilities for crisis interpretation of mental health issues. And it is so, too, in the spiritual life, I think, that there are crises or dark nights of the Soul that occur, that are set in our path by God so as to allow us to overcome these crises and to step up into a greatly newer understanding of reality, and of coping with reality, and dealing, on a higher plane, with all that is.

Might not psychiatry be reframed in that context … in the context of crisis and cure, and a higher footing? I feel that this might be very helpful. It might help this infant science to become more mature in terms of Soul evolution.

So long, everybody. Talk to you later. Love you lots.

In love, light and joy

Dear Ones,

Here is my take on ghosts, not your usual video! After the video is an edited Summary …

SUMMARY OF THE VIDEO

Hello, Dear Ones, It’s Alice. I Am of the Stars.

I wanted to talk just briefly about ghosts. I have been thinking about this for a long time, but I am not sure if I have put it down in words yet. It seems to me that ghosts are fractals of people who have passed on … really just the caught body elementals that are holding the memory of traumatic incidents from the the recent incarnation, that are too traumatic for the Soul to take with it, on to the healing process that happens.

After you pass on, there is a healing process and a teaching process that happen on the astral plane, and then on the mental plane. I think sometimes these very difficult Soul wounding situations get left behind, as repeating audiovisual clips.

The reason I think this is: If you talk to a ghost, it will have very limited responses. It is not very bright and sentient. It has a script that it keeps going through again and again … usually a pretty upsetting scenario.

It can be a geographically located ghost; or sometimes it gets summoned by its name being called. And so it seems nearby on the astral plane, for a little while. Then it veers off, to somebody else that is talking to it, or that is remembering it. You know?

So my thought is to say a little prayer for ghosts … which are really sort of semi-intelligent body elementals holding Soul wounding trauma and post-traumatic stress disorder, if you can imagine it. And just say a little prayer that this piece of energy, that belongs, really, to the great Soul that passed on, can be reintegrated, with love, into the Soul itself.

Take care. Love you lots. Bye bye.

Dear Ones,

AN ASTRAL STORY: REMINISCENCES OF A KOREAN WAR VETERAN

On the clair plane, I was in touch with a dear gentleman recently, who was a veteran, I think, of the Korean War. The war experience was pretty grim, I gather, but he remembered fondly the camaraderie of his friends in his troop.

GRIEF AND A SMOKING HABIT

Because of the burden of his Soul wounding from the war, he had taken up smoking. Smoking soothes the spirit because when we inhale, we do what is called in yoga ‘long, deep breathing’. That was a good effect of smoking. But on the other hand, the smoke is not healthy for the lungs, and so he developed a lung problem.

His wife had passed on recently, of complications due to second-hand smoke inhalation. He was a smoker, and he blamed himself for her passing. So from this, he was feeling sorrow, and grief, and a little guilt, and sometimes these feelings would overwhelm him, though mostly he carried on very bravely.

WAR MOVIES AND POST-TRAUMATIC STRESS DISORDER

He was a retired person, and every day he relived his war experience through watching war movies. That reminded him of the camaraderie of his fellow soldiers, and so that was good. Also, when he turned the movie off, he could see that he was no longer at war … all was peaceful around him. And so that was good too. However, the everyday reliving of his Soul wounding kept bringing up these sad experiences, and that was bad for his emotional health; it ratcheted up on fear and upset.

SPIRIT GUIDES, THE NEW TECHNOLOGIES TO HEAL SOUL WOUNDING, AND AN INCARNATIONAL PREDICTION

This brave and gentle man did his best to cope with his early war experience, However, the technology was not there to completely clear him of his Soul wounding, and so, he passed on recently.

On the astral plane, our angels and Spirit guides do have such technology, and I feel certain his Soul is on the mend now. My guess is, his next incarnation (which may be sooner than we think!) will be full of love and peace and happiness.

Effects of Diminished Heart Flow on the Pranic Column Energy . by Alice B. Clagett

Written and published on 7 January 2015; revised

Image: A man sitting on top of Earth with pranic column energy (aka central vertical power current) flowing through him: http://www.timberwolfhq.com/wp-content/uploads/2009/01/lightbody.jpg ..

Dear Ones,

When the heart chakra is wounded, as in childhood trauma, past life trauma, or post-traumatic stress disorder, or if by habit the heart is kept closed for the sake of protecting oneself from heart trauma, then when one meditates, it becomes difficult to maintain pranic column integrity (aka integrity of the pranic tube, the kundalini, the central vertical power current, the antahkarana, the silver cord, and the silver thread), even if the spine is vertical …

The heart wounding or heart closing creates a subconscious energy field that, because it is lower in vibration than conscious energy, short-circuits pranic column energy.

When we sit in meditation, the energy then jumps from the brain to the lower chakras, stimulating the energies of domination or submission, sexual excess or suppression, and the energies of killing or fear of death in the lower three chakras.

All this is set straight by concentrating on the energy of the heart chakra, so that the heart energy can heal, the heart chakra can freely open, and the pranic column energy can be set straight.
