This passage expresses that people who are executed for their crimes find themselves suddenly torn from their physical bodies, and thrust into the astral realm. There, in their astral body (their emotional body) they experience such negative feelings as hatred, revenge, sexual passion, and so on.
These feelings that they project while in astral form influence Earth’s noosphere just as much as if these murderers and criminals were still in physical form … only more so, since the suddenness and brutality of capital punishment have invigorated their negative samskaras.
THE LAW OF MAGNETISM AND THE PREDATOR-PREY RELATIONSHIP
In general, I feel from personal experience of potential so-called ‘victimhood’, when criminals discover what they consider to be a potential victim or ‘pigeon’, then their own criminal thoughts will flow to the intended ‘pigeon’ … by way of the law of magnetism to the effect that opposites attract. This is what I have elsewhere termed the ‘predator-prey’ relationship.
Thus, while the criminal is in physical form, his mini-noosphere, and its potentially catastrophic effects, is in the main limited to himself (the region of his own head, especially) and the heads of his intended victims. I would term this a localized ‘mini-noospheric’ or -desire-thought (kama-manas) effect.
HOW A CRIMINAL IN ASTRAL FORM MAY INJURE LIVING PEOPLE AFTER HE HAS BEEN EXECUTED
The Astral Criminal Is Able to Will Himself Instantaneously to Be Near an Intended Victim Who Is Still in Physical Form. When the astral body of such a criminal is suddenly expelled from his physical body as a result of capital punishment, it is no longer limited by Earthly geography, as there is no geography on the astral plane. To be anywhere on Earth, the astral criminal simply imagines this, and finds his astral body there. And so, the mind and emotions of the astral criminal can, and inevitably will find itself immediately physically in front of the body of the intended victim.
The victim, being still in physical form, cannot escape. And so, the victim is ever at the mercy of the deceased criminal, until the criminal’s astral matter has purified to the extent that the astral form may be discarded, and the criminal may go on to spiritual schooling in the higher astral planes, under the tutelage of his guardian angels and other beings of grace and light.
Unfortunately, this process of purification may take far longer than the intended victim’s lifetime. And, one may presume, longer than that of a succession of victims in physical form, upon whom the astral criminal may, in accordance with his accumulated samskaras, set himself to prey.
By Increasing the Fear Samskaras, Astral Intrusions Can Make the Intended Victim Still in Physical Form an Easier ‘Mark’. What these astral intrusions do to the marked Earthly ‘victims’ is to aggravate the samskaric tendencies toward fear that they carry in their Soul fields. It is these samskaric tendencies that subject the intended victims to the attentions of human ‘predators’. And so, the effect of the attentions of the astral murderer is to make it more likely that such victims will be preyed upon by potential criminals still in Earthly form.
Astral Criminals Can Increase the Murderous Disposition of Criminals Still in Physical Form. There is another effect that astral criminals, especially criminals who have been executed (for reasons described above), can have upon those still in form. Such astral criminals may just as likely gravitate to people of murderous disposition who are still in physical form, and living in the astral criminals’ prior Earthly locales. This murderous astral intervention can cause their compatriots’ violent instincts to increase to the point of ‘acting out’ their behaviors in physical form. This is one of the likely causes of the phenomenon of many murders, enacted by different criminals, taking place in the same neighborhood.

Hello, Dear Ones, it’s Alice.
For the last few days, I have been experiencing increasing irritation with regard to the clairaudient chatter that I am hearing, which has to do with what some call victim-victimizer; and I used to call it the aggressor-victim paradigm. It is where people are reacting from third chakra negative … negative navel point or will power energy … and one person will say something ‘power over’ … to do with attempting to control somebody else, and somebody else will think of that as a threat. And they will think of a way to get revenge back again.
As they say, it has been getting ‘under my skin’ in the last few days, I think because the Equinox is coming up, and the energy is really high in the middle of the day. And all this Light downloads, and then it pings against my own third chakra energy. And wherever it is unbalanced and upset, it creates this reaction against the unconscious (or semiconscious) thought cloud of the world.
At usual times of year, when the Light is at a normal level, I can always change the train of my thought and overcome this somehow … get off of this track of negativity and back into a space of peace and calm and love. But right now, in the last few days, I have been finding it extremely nerve-racking.
So yesterday, there was a point where I was sitting outside, and there was all this racket outside … a helicopter, an airplane going over, and the dogs were barking outside. Outside is where I go for peace and quiet, you know? It was like, I woke up from a little nap outside in the sunlight, and all of a sudden I was bombarded with sound energy.
And at the same time, the clairaudient chatter became absolutely unbearable to me. And I did something unpardonable: In a conscious way, I lashed out at all the people that were, it felt like to me, torturing me. I could feel it; the reaction of their unconscious minds was: We will get even with you! I was so annoyed that I did not care! I just maintained this attitude that I wanted nothing to do with them! They were horrible people! I was thinking these things!
And so, their plans solidified near the end of the day. I could hear this bunch of guys plotting together to get even. So this morning, I woke up under a very heavy load of negative, unconscious, first-, second-, and third-chakra energy. It was like I was seething with reactivity. And the conviction grew on me, that during the night, either unconsciously or consciously, they had been getting even! It was as if they had been filling my unconscious mind with all kinds of negativity. That is what it felt like.
So in other words, to put it in the perspective of Bill Ballard …
… what happened was, I created an electromagnetic interaction with a bunch of guys and women yesterday, in the negative sense, and during the night, I got the boomerang effect (2) big time …

… and then this morning I was in a highly reactive state … a state of reactivity of my electromagnetic field with theirs. To such an extent that I just could not pull out of it.
I had no idea what to do. So I was resting, and thinking: Maybe if I rest and I feel my high heart? But my hand drifted down to my core chakra, which is located just below my diaphragm, below my rib cage, and above my navel point.
Now the core chakra is deep inside; it is like the core of the body; the core energy center of the body. And just below that is the navel point energy, which has to do with self-control, with not feeling threatened, with feeling masterful in one’s relationship with other people and with the environment.
So my hand was there, on the core chakra, and I could feel an imbalance starting to heal as I placed my Awareness there. I could feel the navel point energy also healing and strengthening. And I could feel all the clairaudient negativity going away … just completely, all of a sudden, within 5 minutes.
So from this I could say, that I now understand this aggressor-victim paradigm. And that is: The whole thing about negative 3D has to do with a lack of navel point strength, and a lack of balance in the core star energy. You can try the meditation if you have this concern..
These energy centers must be healed and balanced, in order for the energy to go up to the heart chakras: To the mid-heart, and to the high heart. And when the energy gets to the mid-heart and the high heart, then we will be in the fourth dimension … when that energy is positively balanced.
I think that if we act on it now, right now, we can heal the Atlantean Age rift. It will give new strength of personal power and control to all men and to all women on Earth. So that they may hear threatening things on the astral ‘internet’, and they may feel threatened. But with a strong core star, and a well-balanced, strong navel point energy, they will never need to react again.
This is the answer to the war between the sexes. This is the answer to war on Earth. This is the answer to many problems on Earth: To strengthen and balance the core star and the navel point energies. And I am very pleased to have made this discovery finally, and to have been able to offer it to all of you.
God speed you all in your mastery of the Universe through mastery of your chakras. And God speed you through this Equinoctial energy, which I know you will be able to incorporate into yourselves, and improve your own personal power. God rest you all in peace, and love, and an end to all hatred and war on Earth.

It is early in the morning here. The birds are singing, the sun is out, and the leaf blower is making a lot of noise down the hill. [laughs] I hope you cannot hear that part, anyway.
“Hamlet” and the Ascension Process
I have been looking here, for a few days … actually for a week or so … at a speech by Hamlet, in Shakespeare’s play “Hamlet.” It is a pretty famous speech that I learned when I was young,
First I thought: It hardly applies in the context of Ascension. Then this morning, I thought: Maybe it does! Maybe there is something to be looked at here, in the context of Ascension … what Christians call the Second Coming of Christ, or Christ consciousness … which is the process that is underway right now.
The Free Will Decision to Prepare for Multidimensional Majesty
Actually … and this is kind of hard to ‘grok’ … the process … as I understand it … has already taken place. But large masses of humanity have made the Free Will decision to continue with the third dimensional hologram for the time being, as they purify their Light Bodies, and prepare for the fullness of their multidimensional majesty.
Hamlet and the Unwanted Effect of Taking Revenge
Now, what do I mean by multidimensional? That is the question that I am going to discuss after I read to you this poem. Just for a little for those that do not know about Hamlet: The poor guy! His uncle had just murdered his father. And apparently married, or was about to marry, his mother. And this was an action that he considered, should be revenged.
The problem is, when you go around avenging yourself, sometimes the consequences are that you yourself get killed! You know? You get drawn into the action. This is something I have referred to recently … to those that are undergoing amplification of change of the electromagnetic field … as the tendency to act out.
Prime Caveat: Do Not Act Out!
And what I have always said is: Do not act out! Do not act unusual. Continue with your ordinary way of acting, or ratchet down to a vacation time. Something like that. A little break, to go for a walk in the park?
But do not act out in an unusual way that will upset society … such as killing someone, or killing yourself, or getting into a car accident, or any of the things that I would consider to be kind of serious acting out. Ok?
Spring Equinox 2015: Celestial Energies Will Be Ramping Up for the Next Few Weeks
So that is the thing we want to avoid right now, because the energies are ratcheting up. And will be, apparently, through a window of activity that includes several weeks, around the time of the Equinox in March 2015. And I could say that for me, recently, the electromagnetic field activity has been more than intense.
Setting the Stage for Hamlet’s Soliloquy
So there is that acting out thing. I kind of let the cat out of the bag a little bit, but let’s get on to “Hamlet” … He is all by himself right now, although I think there may be people hanging around, trying to evesdrop. And his potential future wife Ophelia is about to walk in and talk to him.
As you may know, if you have read the story, after his potential future wife walks in, he kind of goes ‘over the edge’, and becomes, very inappropriately, involved in an argument with her, when she is just hoping that he will be ok, and will not act out.
But so, here is his soliloquy (that means a speech to yourself; thinking things over in your mind, and saying your thoughts out loud. Here is a soliloquy that took place just before Ophelia came on the scene …
Hamlet’s Soliloquy: “To Be or Not to Be”
“To be, or not to be, that is the question—
Whether ’tis Nobler in the mind to suffer
The Slings and Arrows of outrageous Fortune,
Or to take Arms against a Sea of troubles,
And by opposing, end them? To die, to sleep—
No more; and by a sleep, to say we end
The Heart-ache, and the thousand Natural shocks
That Flesh is heir to? ‘Tis a consummation
Devoutly to be wished. To die, to sleep,
To sleep, perchance to Dream; Aye, there’s the rub,
For in that sleep of death, what dreams may come,
When we have shuffled off this mortal coil,
Must give us pause. There’s the respect

On Viewing Hamlet’s Soliloquy through the Lens of Ascension on Earth
This soliloquy is a favorite of a lot of people, and it is very, very famous. I know that everyone who has read this poem and enjoyed this poem, has their opinion about it. And here I am, about to come up with a totally contrary notion about it!
So for those of you with set opinions, and determined opinions, about what is going on here, I offer my abject apologies. You might want to stop reading right here, so as not to be worried about being aggravated by what I say … For those of you that are into the Ascension process, these comments that I have may apply.
Revenge: The Threat to One’s Own Life and Limb
We have talked a little about acting out, and Hamlet’s dilemma right then, and how, according to the code of his moral conduct, it is important to him to avenge his father’s death. And then, in the soliloquy, he goes on about how dangerous it would be to try something like that …
Here I am a Prince of Denmark, and all … I could lose everything! I could go down into who knows where … a realm of shades? And find myself in a much worse predicament, if I try avenging my father’s death, because somebody might kill me. And as I recall, that is sort of what happened; he lost his life at the end of the story.
Revenge: How it Creates a Karmic Timeline Loop, as Does Every Instance of ‘Acting Out’ Our Soul Wounding
So what he did was, he decided to act out. And in the context of Ascension, a lot of people are acting out vengeance and revenge. And I would just like to say about that, something that I found out about timelines and revenge, is that when some suitable revenge-worthy thing happens to us, then if we do not dwell on that revengeful thing, then as to timelines what happens is we temporally cycle back, in the fourth dimension, to that emotional state that we were in when we discovered that revenge-worthy thing.
How Karmic Timeline Loops Prevent Us From Experiencing the Majesty of Our Multidimensionality
So, every time we think of something that really irks us like that, and feel that we should act out, we move back on our timeline … in the fourth dimension … to the time and place where the original Soul wounding occurred. So there are no multidimensional possibilities there, because we are stuck on one timeline.
We cannot move forward on our own timeline, because we keep cycling back to the old thing.
We cannot switch to a different timeline, because our minds are completely set on the need for an ‘acting-out’ action in the current timeline. We cannot switch to a different dimension either: We are stuck in the current dimension.
Hamlet’s Mind: The Time-and-Space Trap
So our minds are trapping us … as Hamlet’s mind was trapped … in a time-and-space trap. So that is the big argument against vengeance, is that in order to be free … in order to recognize our multidimensional majesty … we have to set aside vengeance. We have to set aside blame. And instead, to forgive. We have to forgive, no matter what.
How the Act of Forgiveness on Our Part Frees Up Our Multidimensional Majesty
No matter how outrageous the thing that has been done to us, we have to forgive. And what that forgiveness does is, it frees up our own majesty. It is not a question of being nice to somebody else; it is a question of healing our own heart, and allowing ourselves to step into that majesty.
What Happens If We ‘Act Out’ and Lose Our Bodies in the Process?
So now, on to that second question here. The question that Hamlet brings up is: What if I do decide to act out, and then the consequences are that I myself … my own body is lost in the process. Who knows what horrible things might happen to me? he says. if I have lost my body. I just do not know.
Well, I am here to tell you … I would tell Hamlet if he were here today … that what will happen is that your Divine Awareness, your truth of reality … that part of you which is the spark of Divinity … will be freed from this dimension, and proceed into the fourth dimension.
Ascension Process Continues to Take Place for Souls in the Fourth Dimension
And there, in the fourth dimension, the astral plane it is all happening too. The Ascension process is happening to all the Souls in the fourth dimension, and all the Souls in the third dimension (and all the other dimensions too).
The Karmic Reboot into the Third Dimension
Very soon after your death … if you are with the vast majority of people … you will be booted back out into the third dimension, if that is your choice. Most people choose that.
The Importance to Humankind of Our Doing Our Best to Retain Physical Form
I know there is a lot of acting out these days, and there is a lot of concern about retaining physical form, and rightly so. Because by keeping ourselves anchored on Earth, keeping our boots on the Earth, keeping our feet on the ground, and feeling our hearts, and living our loves in joy and harmony with all that is, we can help Earth to fulfill her destiny. And many people do choose that.
On Setting Aside Our Fears and Placing Awareness on Our Hearts
But even if something catastrophic happens, even if we act out; even if we ‘drop form’, as they say, the potential still exists to participate in the Ascension process.
So the main thing, right now, is to set aside our fears about death and killing and so forth. and instead set our minds, our Awareness, on our hearts. To feel appreciation and gratitude every day for something.
On Turning from Fear and Learning to Shift Timelines and Dimensions
Every minute that fear comes up, we can turn from fear. And in fact, you have the tools right now, to shift timelines whenever a fearful thing comes up, or to shift dimensions. Just understand that you are not trapped in your mind.
