ABOUT THE NADIS
Dear Ones,
Discussed below are mind control from the telepathic sender’s 6th chakra (third-eye point) and from the sender’s 8th chakra (just above the top of the head). In past, I have referred to the latter as the 8th chakra bow-tie … See my blog category: bow-tie knot

WHY WE EXPERIENCE TELEPATHY AS MIND CONTROL
We experience as ‘mind control’ telepathy from another person when the person’s Awareness is placed forward of the center point of the chakra through which that person is sending telepathy; the center point of all but the first and seventh chakras being on the hara line, the line that runs vertically through the body. (See “The Hara Line and the Chakras,” below.)
For instance, the receiver might experience an unpleasant sensation of attempted mind control when the sender is sending through the third-eye point while placing Awareness on the skin of their own forehead, or on the skin between the eyebrows, rather than on the center of the head.
Thus, telepathy that is experienced by the receiver as mind control is the result of frontal imbalance in the telepathic sender’s Awareness of the chakra from which telepathy is being sent.
WHAT CAUSES FRONTAL IMBALANCE IN A TELEPATHIC SENDER?
Why does this frontal imbalance in a telepathic sender occur?
The Lower Mental Body’s ‘Mirror View’ of the Body
Frontal imbalance in a telepathic sender can happen when the sender has a superficial image of his or her physical self, as being, for example, the image they look at in their bathroom mirror. That is because, when a person looks at himself or herself in a mirror, the gaze quite naturally goes to the eyes and the skin of the face.
The Lower Mental Body may have this ‘looking in the mirror’ image of the person’s body. In this case, it needs to be trained by the Higher Mental Body to think of itself as more than that.
The Sitcom Personality, Chat Room, or Webcam Thought
Frontal imbalance in a telepathic sender can also happen when a person thinks of himself or herself as a personality, as for example, a player on a sitcom such as is seen on TV. This thought will pull the person’s pure Awareness into their physical eyes, rather than allowing it to remain in the pineal gland, which is traditionally associated with the third-eye point chakra, and which is located in the center of the head.
Image: “Diagram Showing the Pineal and Pituitary Glands,” by Cancer Research UK uploader, 19 January 2016, in Wikimedia Commons … https://commons.wikimedia.org/wiki/File:Diagram_showing_the_pineal_and_pituitary_glands_CRUK_468.svg … CC BY-SA 4.0 International … COMMENTS: Note that the pineal gland is located slightly higher than the eyebrows, and the pituitary gland is located at the level of the bridge of the nose. The corpus callosum, which connects the two hemispheres of the brain, is located just above them. Thus, it may be that concentrating on the third-eye point optimizes the endocrine system through energization of the pineal gland, and also activates cosmic consciousness through energization of the corpus callosum.

Thus, it may be that concentrating on the third-eye point optimizes the endocrine system through energization of the pineal gland, and also activates cosmic consciousness through energization of the corpus callosum.
From the point of view of the subconscious mind, this is because, when we watch TV, our Awareness is mostly in our eyes, which are situated on our face, far from the center of our head. And further, the people in the sitcom are viewed as a flat surface, having no depth. If the subconscious mind perceives the sitcom visualization as lacking physical depth, then it cannot make the jump to physical depth in the person’s body, or to the point in the interior of the head.
The same applies with a visualization of oneself interacting with a computer screen, for instance with live chat or webcam. Visualizing telepathy as live chat or webcam will pull one’s Awareness away from the center of the head and toward the face.
See how her attention is in front of her face? See how flat the computer screen is?
I’m Talking to a Smartphone
Frontal imbalance in a telepathic sender can also happen when a person thinks of himself as talking to himself on a smartphone, or taking a photograph of himself with a smartphone. Here is an image from a blog on mastering the fine line between too much and not enough ego … Link: “How to Manage the Fine Line Between Too Much and Not Enough Ego,” by Chelsea Berler,13 March 2015, in Entrepreneur … https://www.entrepreneur.com/article/243902 ..
In the above image, see how there is an invisible ‘attention link’ between the man and what he sees? Also, what he sees is other than himself, but he sees it as himself … as a picture of himself.
This image of a person manipulating a smartphone can get into the subconscious mind, and make it feel that a person, through telepathy, is all about manipulating this other mind that it encounters, and making it do what the person wants … making it into an image of himself. It is as if the telepath were just taking a picture of himself on a smartphone, or expecting the smartphone to repeat his or her own voice back.
I’m a Big Ego, They’re a Little Ego
This smartphone visualization has an additional meaning: A person, thinking of himself as ego, holds in his hand a smartphone, and talks to a person on the smartphone.
At the same time, he holds in his mind the concept of ‘other’ … but views other people as being inferior versions of his own ego. His subconscious mind thinks of him as a big person, talking to a little image of a person on the smartphone. From this it jumps to the conclusion that he is a ‘big ego’ and they are ‘little egos’. It is as if they were smartphones, and he is the person who is making them do what he wants.
Here is a graphic called ‘Little Ego’. It shows a pretty young woman, lying on her tummy on a big blue balloon. Her legs are splayed, and her skirt is up, showing that her bottom has just been spanked …
I have heard an echo of this image in the astral stories going round. It is a reflection of the notion held by the subconscious mind of men, that women are objects, or little children, that can be forced to submit with ‘discipline’. This attitude toward women is found in some world religions, even today, as an article of faith. The woman is thought of as a ‘little ego’ and the man as a ‘big ego’ who by nature dominates her; it is she who owes him obedience and servitude.
This attitude of patriarchal domination is purely cultural in bias. There have, in times past, been cultures of matriarchal domination with a similar, but opposite cultural bias. In each case, the notion of ‘big’ and ‘little’ creates a situation of frontal imbalance, by pulling the telepathic sender away from his or her hara line visualization, into a smartphone relationship.
They’re a Big Ego?! … Egoic Rage
What happens when the smartphone has a mind of its own? What happens when the telepathic receiver has a thought or emotion contrary to that in the sender’s mind? The subconscious mind of the sender is picturing big ego —> little ego and instead gets big ego —> big ego … What then? What I hear telepathically from senders’ subconscious minds is a kind of egoic rage: They’re a big ego; I will destroy them.
This egoic rage, welling up as it does from a very deep subconscious level in the telepathic sender, gives to the telepathic receiver a sense of threat energy, and a feeling of intent to control or dominate or even obliterate the receiver’s ‘I’-ness or individuality.
THE CHAIN OF I AND OTHER, SUBJECT AND OBJECT, SENDER AND RECEIVER
In each of the above cases, a mental causal connection is made between the sender’s body and that of the receiver. It is this perception of a bond between the sender’s chakra and the receiver’s chakra (whatever chakra this may be) that is the cause of the imbalance. The weight of the mental connection is like a heavy chain that draws the sender’s chakra off center.

HOW TO BALANCE YOUR ‘SENDER CHAKRAS’ WHILE SENDING TELEPATHY
To balance the ‘sender chakra’ while sending telepathy …
Think instead: I am I. I am only I.
Visualize your hara line, visualize your pertinent ‘sender’ chakra (for instance, 6th or 8th chakra) as centered on the hara line. Continue with this visualization as you send the telepathy.
The vertical center line, between the red funnel pointing downward at the bottom of the person’s torso, and the violet funnel exiting the top of the person’s head, is approximately the course of the hara line through the human body. These two funnels, the red and the violet, are in fact one long chakra that courses through the hara line of the torso, neck and head. The ‘center’ of this long chakra may be thought of as being shared by the human heart, from an electromagnetic point of view, and by the third chakra (at the navel point), from the perspective of the nerve currents, or ‘nadis’ (see below) of the etheric net.
Not shown in the image are the 8th chakra, and the other new transpersonal chakras, which are above the head.
Also not shown are the new subpersonal chakras beneath the bottom of the torso.
For more on the transpersonal and subpersonal chakras, see … Link: “Sketch of the New Chakra System: 18 Chakras,” by Alice B. Clagett, published on 15 July 2019 … https://wp.me/p2Rkym-dCo ..
ABOUT THE NADIS
“In the subtle and the causal body, the nadis are channels for so called cosmic, vital, seminal, mental, intellectual, etc. energies (collectively described as prana) and are important for sensations, consciousness and the spiritual aura….
“Yoga texts disagree on the number of nadis in the human body. Hatha Yoga Pradipika and Goraksha Samhita quote 72,000 nadis, each branching off into another 72,000 nadis, whereas Shiva Samhita states 350,000 nadis arise from the navel center….

Visualization to Bring Awareness to the Time-Space Continuum, by the Hathors through Alice B. Clagett
Dear Ones,
Here is a visualization to bring Awareness to the Time-Space Continuum. I recommend it very highly. It can be used while standing, walking, or sitting. There is a Summary after the video …

SUMMARY OF THE VIDEO
Hello, Dear Ones, It’s Alice. I Am of the Stars.
I have a very promising new visualization for you that brings the Light of Awareness to the space-time continuum. It is a visualization that extends from the soles of our feet, on up to about a yard over our head to the tenth chakra (one of the new transpersonal chakras) … so, all the way from our feet, which includes some subpersonal chakras that have come in, which exist from the bottom of the torso, down to the feet. (And then there are more, down under the Earth.)
But this one goes from the soles of the feet to the tenth chakra up above the head. It is very, very simple. You can do it while walking or sitting still … but while lying down? No, I think not.
It goes like this …
First imagine around your feet a disk two and a half feet in diameter, a disk of Light. You are walking or standing on a disk of Light and love. So spinning around your feet is a crystal white, diamond Light disk of Light and love.
These two dimensions of Light and love have to do with Time and Space, which make up one of our many Time-Space continuums as multidimensional, multitemporal beings. So spinning around your feet you have the possibilities of this space-time continuum that you have chosen as your optimum dimension and timeline … It feels like there is a galaxy there. Imagine what a galaxy looks like in the pictures. Around your feet, Light and love are spinning and creating a disk of white Light, like diamonds or like crystals.
Then up above your head, way up there, is a point of Awareness; and this Awareness is pure joy. So from the spinning disk at your feet, up to way up there, over your head, there is a cone of Light and love that is focused on from a point above your head which is pure joy and pure Awareness.
The visualization goes like this: Visualizing beneath your feet love and Light spinning and creating diamond Light, filling your entire corporeal form and your torus with love and Light. And reaching to the very top, the tenth chakra, way up there … [points above head] … joy.

Visualization to Bring Awareness to the Time-Space Continuum
By the Hathors through Alice B. Clagett 8 July 2016
Imagine, spinning around your feet, a disc of diamond, crystal white Light, about 2 1/2 feet in diameter. This spinning disk of white Light is the Milky Way galaxy. Imagine love and Light, Space and Time, spinning there.
Imagine, about 3 feet over your head, a point of pure crystalline Light … a point of pure Awareness and joy.
Imagine brilliant white Light radiating down from this point of joy, high overhead, as a cone of Light that permeates your body, and joins with the spinning disk of Time and Space at your feet.
Love, and Light, and joy. Love, and Light, and joy. Love, and Light, and joy.

Dear Ones,
In the below video, I describe the birthing of the Subpersonal Chakras now underway. There is an edited Summary after the video.
VIDEO BY ALICE
SUMMARY OF THE VIDEO
Hello, Dear Ones, It’s Alice. I Am of the Stars.
I had a vision right now, and a realization. It has to do with what they call the V— D— energies right now. These are the victim-aggressor syndrome of mental filter thoughts that have been occurring … that are roiling through the atmosphere right now, especially in the mid-afternoons, and on into the evenings … and that I thought of as a clearing process. I had some insight into this roiling and this clearing, that might be of help to other people.
You know, there are transpersonal chakras that go from the seventh chakra oldstyle, at the top of the head, way high up to the twelfth chakra, right now.
The Subpersonal Chakras
And then there are subpersonal chakras … transpersonal [points upward] … subpersonal [points downward]. So there is an energy field of which we are becoming more aware, that is beneath the first chakra, and on down into, let’s say, as far as our feet.
And in that energy field, right now, there is a sphere of energy that is birthing perfection of the chakras in that area of the Soul field. And the mental overlay … the mental filter that is impinging on the Awareness of people right now, with regard to the V— D— mental filter, the patriarchal domination mental filter … this is the result, the product of perfecting or birthing these lower energies during the Solstice of 2016.
It is no exception to the rule that, when energy work is taking place because of the Incoming Light, we need to just stand back and be neutral to whatever it is that our higher minds are placing as a construct of Awareness on the actual process (which is much, much greater than the mental imagining).
Keeping in mind that this is a birthing process, and a process of perfecting our new auric structure, there are also things that we can do to prevent ourselves from taking actions that will damage our physical bodies.
‘Medical Leeching’ of the Lower Body Will Interfere with This Transformation Process
Caveat regarding withdrawing blood from the lower body (what was called in the olden times ‘medical leeching’ or hirudotherapy, performed with leeches, with a ‘mechanical leech’, or with a needle): This is contraindicated, as the extra blood circulation we are experiencing in the lower body helps the transformation process.
For instance, the notion of withdrawing blood from that area of the body is not helpful, right now. It is a notion that in the 1800s was prevalent in the medical profession of the United States. They called it ‘leeching’. They used leeches to withdraw blood congestion from various areas of the body.
And then at one time they invented a very cleverly conceived mechanical device made of steel, that made a sharp incision in the body, so blood flowed freely and, they thought, relieved congestion in that area. For more on this, search the term ‘Mechanical leech’ online.
It is the notion that the area was healed, and the congestion was released, that did the healing … and not the physical process. The physical process itself sometimes led to death or anemia.
So I am suggesting that you do not use that physical process, no matter how upsetting or anxious the mental filter that is in place in that area may make you feel.
Better Alternatives: Try Lying on Your Back on an Incline Board or Slant Board, With Your Head in the Lower Position, Or …
An alternative to medical leeching: Using water slightly cooler than body temperature to allow the blood to cool; this is called cold water hydrotherapy.
Instead, try this: Try cold water … slightly colder than body temperature. Fill up a bucket with it, and pour it over that area, cooling it down. Or a slightly cool shower will do that … or jumping in the ocean, or jumping in a swimming pool or body of water. If that water is cool enough, that will replace the process of leeching (which I do not advise at all). See … Link: “Hydrotherapy,” in Wikipedia … https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Hydrotherapy … Search the term: cold water
Also, lying on one’s back on an incline board or slant board, with the head in the lower position, would be a good alternative.
Another caveat: Do not mutilate the lower body. That area is already being mutilated by the mental filters you are clair hearing. Instead, the thing to do is to change the mental filter, for instance, by imagining the beneficial process of birthing that’s now taking place.
Also, whatever you do, do not mutilate your genitals. That area is already suffering mutilation because of the mental filter that is in place. Instead, the thing to do is to change the mental filter. You can do that by imagining the process of birthing that is taking place, for instance.
On Psychic Surgery to Reduce the Sex Drive
Another Caveat: Sometimes psychic surgery is performed to sever the central channel of the spine just above the second chakra, under the mistaken assumption that it will make a person more saintly by removing the temptation to perform the sex act. Here is why this type of psychic surgery is inadvisable …
It will shorten your life span.
It will make it impossible for the Lower Mental Body to be united with, and under conscious control of, the Higher Mental Body. In other words, the Lower Mental Body will ‘go its own way’.
While you are waking, the Lower Mental Body will keep up a constant clair chatter and visualizations about participating in the act of sex; the visualizations will be tinged with negative emotions, and the themes will be of sadomasochistic sexuality and other such themes that express these negative emotions. This sexual chatter will alternate with clair stories and vivid, violent daydreams about murdering people or being killed. This is because the cells of the ‘lower triangle’ perceive the psychic surgery as an act of violence against themselves. They perceive that the Higher Self hates them, and they wilt away, contracting physical diseases because of it.
While you are sleeping, if the emotional body is in a state of anger, fear, or anxiety because of some small upset during the day, the severed ‘desire elemental’ is likely to participate in astral activities aimed at harming, raping, or murdering others. This is because it has been deprived of the wisdom and tutelage of the higher mind and conscience.
Further, you will find it impossible to ground; the astral body will be thrown out into the astral plane, where because of the astral damage done, it will fall prey to the demon realm.
For those who have had such psychic spinal surgeries, either voluntarily or involuntarily, the best remedy is to seek out a good psychic or energetic healer. This includes spiritual healers who are able to work long distance, specialists in acupressure and acupuncture, and practitioners of Thai health massage. Yoga, if practiced very gently, may also be helpful, as may visualization of the energy of the spine as whole, and coursing freely in a natural way.
On Talking With Your Significant Other About Mutual Expression of the Sex Drive
If you are in relation, at this point, the thing to do is to have a talk with your significant other regarding your mutual expression of your sexual drive. Have an open, honest, friendly talk about that; and see if there are repressed bubbles energy that are holding back feelings about the way that that is happening.
If you yourself have feelings like that, which you feel you are holding back for probably very good reasons, then the thing to do is to imagine, for instance, a great sphere of energy between the bottom of the trunk of your body, and your feet … a great sphere of healing energy that is reorganizing the emotions in that area right now.
And it could also be that there are inclusions in the physical body of repressed energy … little bubbles of repressed energy someplace in a spherical area between the navel point and the bottom of the trunk of the body. In the body itself, these areas tend to be much smaller areas of repressed emotion on the astral plane, bound in by some boundary of fear or concern or societal expectation that makes it very difficult to break through and actually talk to one’s significant other about them.
These restrictive barriers might have to do with the inappropriateness of the feeling; the notion that one must make oneself always available to one’s spouse for sexuality, for instance. That is more prevalent, I think, amongst women than amongst men. On a cultural basis, it can affect broad swaths of the population of Earth.
The notion, from a man, that he must perform, sexually, with his significant other, a certain number of times a day or a certain number of times a week, or for a certain duration … the notion that he is not a man if he does not do that: That is a very powerful fear that is prevalent in many cultures, regarding the definition of a man and his existence.
Look for things of that nature; things very deep and very silently flowing through the unconscious thought cloud of the world, and creating that uneasiness that we call the V— D— mental syndrome, or that we call the patriarchal domination or manhood mental filter.
Whatever we call it, that is not really what is happening right now. We are all awakening; we are all changing; and we are all integrating new energy fields both above and below the trunk of the physical body, and higher than the head … much, much higher.
And so we are becoming much more aware of how grand our Soul field is. It is all good news, but it does come about with a little dis-ease and discomfort.

Visualization to Perfect the Bridge to the Subpersonal Chakras Channeled by Alice B. Clagett Published on 13 June 2016
Lie down on your back, and relax your body.
Begin breathing long and deep.
Visualize a bubble of energy that starts at the bottom of your trunk and ends at your feet.
While holding this visualization in your mind’s eye, see if you can sense any movement of energy in your legs, or in the air around your legs.
Continue with this visualization and awareness of feeling in this, the first subpersonal energy sphere, for a few minutes.
Repeat as needed.
Wikipedia lists the Subpersonal Chakras as beginning below the feet; see …
So it could be that the area of the Soul Field that I call the first Subpersonal Chakra Bubble in the video is in reality a bridge between the Personal Chakras and the Subpersonal Chakras. I have changed the title of the below visualization to agree with Wikipedia.
The area being worked on is between the Basal Chakra and the Earth Star in this image of the human chakras, new style …

DESCRIPTION: Silhouette of a man bisected by a vertical, golden line of light that continues above and below his body.
The below text makes mention of a collective vortical ‘hara line’ effect that I have electromagnetically sensed as occurring during group meditations. This phenomenon I feel to be caused by the ‘chakric engine’ of the kundalini, the subtle energy of the human spine, of all the meditators combined, as they meditate together.
The root chakra, at the base of the spine, is one end of a double wheel of energy whose other end is the crown chakra. These two ends of the same chakra are somewhat misleadingly termed personal chakras 1 and 7, oldstyle, when in fact I feel them to be one very long chakra whose mid-section is termed the kundalini energy.
Personal chakras 2 through 6 (in the oldstyle chakric numbering system) are double funnels of energy opening to the front and back of a person (that is, ventrally and dorsally).
The root chakra is a wheel of energy that rotates very slowly. The higher chakras rotate more and more quickly. As the kundalini flows up the spine, each chakra or chakric wheel gears the energy up into a higher frequency. When the energy reaches the crown chakra, its vibration is, I feel, very high.
The above explanation applies to the personal chakras oldstyle … the pre-Ascension chakric numbering system. Since the 2012 Shift, we humans have available to us at least 5 more ‘transpersonal’ chakras above the body, and 5 more ‘subpersonal’ chakras below the body, which may be sensed or ‘felt’ as part of our energy system as we expand into Awareness of the higher dimensions, or planes of Awareness.

Feral Drives, the Unconscious Thought Cloud of the World, and Nonindividualized versus Individualized Awarenesstop
It is the feral drives that constitute the main energies of the unconscious thought cloud of the world, which is shared on an nonindividualized level of Awareness by all humankind. This nonindividualized level of Awareness is much like that shared by the nature spirits on the astral plane (the fourth dimension), each variety of which has but one Group Soul and one consciousness. Thus, when nature spirits (which have very long lives) eventually die, their spirits join the Group Soul of their type.
But in humans there is also the individualized level of Awareness of the mind. Consequently, when human beings pass on, they retain individualization (though not personality), and they are able to experience many incarnations as timeline streams within the vast consciousness of the Soul.
When people get together to meditate, and are neutrally or even cordially aware of their feral drives (rather than repressing or ‘shunning’ them), then these meditators are able to transform the unconscious thought cloud of the world, which flows like a river through them for transformation to Divine love, Light and joy.

Patriarchal Domination as a Factor in Group Meditationtop
In a circle meditation (as described in the “Circle Meditations” section below), the logistics depend on the gender of the meditation leader. Why so? This has to do with the strain of patriarchal domination energy now clearing from the noosphere.
In a timeline, the energies of masculine and feminine are like a pendulum swinging. Sometimes the masculine dominates the timeline, and sometimes the feminine dominates. Right now, the pendulum is returning to a more central position, to a balance of the Divine Feminine and the Divine Masculine, which I term ‘Sacred sexuality’ (see my blog category by that name). Meantime though, as the Great Clearing takes place, the energy of Patriarchal Domination must be taken into consideration with regard to the dynamics of group meditation.
The below examples have to do with heterosexual attraction. When some of the attractions among meditators are same sex and some are not, the dynamic is otherwise.
For those who are experiencing same-sex attraction, to avoid feral drive entanglement during in energy transformation work, for instance, it would be important not to sit opposite a person of the same sex during circle meditation, rather than to avoid sitting opposite a person of the opposite sex (as described below).

Triad Energy Created by Feral Drive of Male Meditation Leader (Dark Love Triangle)top
When the meditation group leader is a man who is married or bonded to another person sitting in the meditation, he may unconsciously transfer feral drive energy from himself, to his mate, and from her to another woman sitting in the meditation. The third woman may experience this twined male-female feral energy ‘arrow’ as both psychic rape and an unwanted same-sex foray.
The unconscious intent of the male leader may be to consolidate his human ‘pack’; we may find that this type of bonded, twined feral foray by the alpha male and alpha female of a group stems from archetypal memories or noospheric animal memories of wolf packs and primate groups.
In a circle meditation, it is almost always true that the clearest path to maintaining integrity of one’s own energy field (or ‘aura’) is to sit opposite an empty chair. That way feral energies are much less likely to be ratcheted up. White tantric meditations, quite naturally, are the exception to this rule.
In the event a meditator’s feral drives ratchet up during or just after a group meditation, or in the event the meditator’s energy becomes less stable during or after a group meditation, he energy of the lower triangle can be transformed through mindful meditation for as long as needed after the group meditation.
Chakric rebalancing techniques may be helpful to clear lower triangle imbalances. My favorite is to concentrate on each of the chakras in turn, and their colors, and to say …
Remove any excess of the color [name the color] in my aura; add any of the color [name the color] that needs to be added.
Note there is also a chakra in the center of your upper chest, corresponding to the thymus gland. Its color is magenta, and it can be added to your color array to help heal and regenerate the body.
Taking a shower may also be helpful, as may purification ceremonies such as smudging and chanting.
The morning after the meditation, on waking, conscious clearing of the lower triangle may be helpful.
In this configuration, a Leader at the front of the room might find it helpful to visualize, along with the Facilitator, their own vertical energy axis or ‘hara line’ — from top of head to heels. (For more on the ‘hara line’, see the section “On Vortical Motion” above.)
Note there is a variant Square Array illustration in the “White Tantra” section of this blog.

LEGEND: Purple dot: Meditation leader, vase of flowers, or object of devotion; Green dots: Meditators; Pink dot: Meditation facilitator.
Purple Dot: In this Non-Tantric Square Array meditation, energy builds at the location of the purple dot and fills the room. A meditation leader, for instance, might sit in the location of the purple dot.
A safer variant, from the standpoint of the feral drives, would be to place a vase of flowers or an object of veneration in location of the purple dot (rather than having a meditation leader in the front of the room).
If a picture of a living person is placed in the location of the purple dot, then out of courtesy, it would be good to notify the pictured person of your meditation date and time, so that they can be ready to transform the group energy.
Green dots: These represent the meditators. As one example, the meditators might be meditating on their hearts.
Pink Dot: The meditation facilitator sits at the back of the room, on the farthest righthand side of the last row of meditators. The second best choice for seating position of the facilitator is on the farthest lefthand side of the last row of meditators.
The facilitator places Awareness on his or her own vertical energy axis or hara line, from top of head to heels. (For more on the ‘hara line’, see the section “On Vortical Motion” above.)
Energy builds at the location of the purple dot and fills the room.
Through visualization, the facilitator can create and enhance a clockwise flow of energy around the room. This vortical effect is like a collective ‘hara line’ in the center of the room, in that it transforms denser energies to higher vibrating energies.

In that image there are wheel-shaped rays of Light, as in my Illustration 2, and also a vertical ray of Light above the head of the meditation leader.
Sometimes the lines of energy between the meditating people manifest as energy; sometimes they manifest as temporary crystalline tubes. Suzanne Lie, Ph.D., intuits that these tubes allow all the people in the meditating group who are so connected to experience an alternate reality (for example, fifth dimensional reality) through a Portal that is opening. In the case of her illustration in the above link, the Portal to the alternate reality is opening about 10 feet above the central person’s head.
In the case of wheel meditations, it is essential that the leader expand his or her Awareness to the heart chakra, or else to Christ Consciousness, to the Angelic Realm, to the higher selves, or to the Celestial Ascension Team. When the leader does this, the feral drives of the other participants, whether male or female, will be drawn to the leader, and through the leader to the Divine for transformation.

If the leader is a woman, and until the energies of patriarchal domination have cleared through the noosphere, she may find it uncomfortable to sit centrally unless all the other members of the group are women.

If the centrally sitting woman faces a man she finds attractive, andwho is sitting on the periphery, she may find it possible for other men to sit on the periphery, despite the factor of patriarchal domination.
However, the patriarchal domination factors into the wife-husband lower triangle bonding, and consequently such a sitting arrangement is apt to unbalance the group symmetry. The centrally sitting woman will be drawn out of her central leadership role, and the husband will assume the leadership role. The feral drives of the others in the group will turn to him, and he must do the primary energy transformation work during the meditation.
Further, there will be a feral-drive energetic entanglement between the person sitting behind the centrally sitting wife, and the wife-husband energy. See how these two arrows overlap? The central sitter’s feral drive will become entangled with that of the person sitting behind her, and her lower triangle chakras will be displaced forward, toward the front of her body.

An uncomplicated circle arrangement is to place a beautiful inanimate object, or an object of religious devotion, in the center of the circle. If the meditators fasten their Awareness on the central object, this will help prevent transfer of feral drive energy between people sitting facing each other.

When a circle meditation is led by a man sitting on the periphery, the group feral energies are drawn toward him. The feral energies of the group will be unconsciously directed by the leader to the woman he is sitting opposite.
If this woman is not attracted to him, she may experience the inflowing feral energies as psychic rape.
If she is his wife or sweetheart, a tantric back-and-forth flow will develop between the leader and herself, enhanced by the feral energy the leader receives from the group.
The safest energy arrangement for a male leader sitting in this configuration is this: He should have no one sitting directly opposite him.
In a circle meditation with a large group, it would be best for the male leader to have no one sitting in the seat opposite him, as well as the two seats on either side of it (for a total of three empty seats).

Group Circle Meditation: Facilitating in a Domed Roomtop
Here are some visuals showing an experience I had on 10 June 2016, about one week prior to Summer Solstice. while facilitating a group circle meditation in a domed room. My intention was to facilitate the influx of Incoming Light, so that the unconscious thought cloud of the world might be cleared through Divine grace.
Domed rooms are a little tricky, as they can increase the clockwise circular flow of energy, creating a whirlwind effect. Domes also can consolidate the group energy in a dome-shaped configuration. However, the visual effect of the dome can restrict the height of the group energy to the height of the dome.
I have found group meditations held outdoors to be less height-restrictive, but the energy of the outdoor group has been less condensed, and also, not packed with spiral energy.

The big dark circle represents the outer edge of the seating area. The seating area was in the center of the domed structure, the floor of which was twice as wide as the seating area.
The 16 small circles represent chairs facing the center of the circle. The meditators were sitting in the chairs …
KEY TO SMALL CIRCLES:
Small circles that are empty represent empty chairs.
Small circles with the female sign had women sitting in them.
Small circles with the male sign had men sitting in them.
The bright yellow circle with a male symbol in it was the seat of the meditation leader; beside him, in the pink circle with the female symbol in it, sat his wife. Around them was a golden tantric force field, represented in the illustration as a yellow ellipse.
The dark orange circle with the male symbol in it represents the seat of a good looking young man with a spiritual demeanor; beside him, in the light orange circle with a female symbol in it, sat the equally good looking young woman who was with him. Around them was a golden tantric force field, represented in the illustration as a yellow ellipse. The couple was maybe half the age of the other meditators.
The green circle with the female symbol in it was where I sat as meditation facilitator …
SEATING ARRANGEMENT: Starting at the bottom of the circle, then, and proceeding clockwise, the seating arrangement was: Empty chair; good looking young man with a spiritual demeanor, and good looking young woman who was with him; empty chair, meditation facilitator, four empty chairs, female meditator (who sat opposite the good-looking couple), empty chair; wife of the meditation leader, and meditation leader (who sat opposite the meditation facilitator); empty chair, female meditator, female meditator.

On Avoiding Lower Triangle Hookups During Group Meditationtop
My purpose in so sitting was to avoid a lower triangle hookup between me and another member of the circle. Lower triangle hookups occur when I sit directly facing someone else, unless they have a strong sense of their own EMF field.
To get a strong sense of one’s own EMF field, one must align one’s Awareness with God rather than with the phenomenal world; in this way one begins to see the shallowness of the causal view of reality.
One good way to do that (among many others) is by placing in one’s mind, at critical moments, the prayer “The Great Invocation” by Djwhal Khul …
Video: “The Great Invocation” . by Djwhal Khul . Channeled by Alice B. Clagett, filmed on 19 November 2014 … https://youtu.be/IrE4QJg_Ai0 ..
Thus one escapes from the chains of the unconscious thought cloud of the world (called by some the collective unconscious), which flow around and through the lower triangle of every human being, and causes astral bonding during group meditations.
Formation of unconscious astral bonds detracts from the buildup of God-Awareness in a meditator, as it distorts and confounds the energy of the personal electromagnetic field. For that reason, experienced meditators avoid these bonds.
Immediately as the meditation started, the energy of the meditation leader (bright yellow circle next to the pink circle in the image below) set the tenor and the rhythm.
Very soon, there was a ramping up of negative energies of the unconscious thought cloud of the world, which I experienced as clair hearing regarding what seemed like societal expectations regarding suppression of the sex drive and the drive to aggression.
It appeared to me that the lower triangle energies of the meditators were meeting in the center of the circle and forming a writhing karmic knot, represented in the “Dome 3” image below, as follows:

Then the energy of the group members’ lower triangles … which had been expressing as the writhing karmic knot in the center of the circle … was flooded with sexual energy from the lower triangle of the young, good looking man (dark orange circle, next to light orange circle in the image below).

ILLUSTRATION 14. DOME 5: FACILITATOR SHIFTS TO PERIPHERAL ‘STICKS AND HOOPS’ VECTORtop
Seeing that the current orientation of my hara line was insufficient to start the spiral energy (vortical energy) that could sweep away this collective lower triangle astral bond, I shifted my sitting position so that my knees and my gaze faced an empty chair to my left. (For more on the ‘hara line’, see the section “On Vortical Motion” above.)
The arrow next to the green circle below shows the direction in which my knees were pointing. See how that arrow is parallel to the big arrow in the center of the circle? Thus the energy of my vector (the small arrow next to the green circle) flowed in the same direction as that of the meditator in the dark orange chair.
For this reason, I was not engaged in a struggle with the energy flow of the group.
Because my vector (my arrow) was more on the periphery of the seating area, I hoped to ‘push’ the group energy in the direction of the typical vortical clockwise spiraling motion that aids the clearing of the unconscious thought cloud of the world as the Incoming Light slowly ramps up and offers humankind the opportunity to awaken …

Luckily, the hoped-for clockwise vortical energy began to take place, the astral cord dissolved, the karmic knot in the center of the meditation area disbursed, and the energy of the group became more synchronous, more golden, and more uplifted or conscious.
However, because of the unruly nature of the astral matter that evening (and in fact, all that week), my electromagnetic field, and perhaps those of the other meditators, remained somewhat unstable for the duration of the evening. (For ways to deal with this, see the above section “Methods of Chakric Rebalancing.”)

An Analogy of Peripheral Vector Spinning to the Childhood Game of Sticks and Hoopstop
Sitting sideways, and facing in the direction of clockwise energy flow for a circle meditation is like the old-fashioned childhood game of sticks and hoops (“rolling hoops”). Children used to strike a hoop with a sideways blow of the stick, causing it to rotate. Because the hoop was not fixed in place, it would move forward, and they would run to keep up.
See also this video, where some children are just learning to play with sticks and hoops … Video: “Playing stick and hoop July 2012,” by Christina Joslin, 7 December 2012, https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=jeblC2sNZeo ..
Of course, during a domed circle meditation, the ‘hoop’ is the astral air inside the dome, the center of which is the center of the dome. This air has nowhere to go but round and round the fixed center of the meditation room, as the ‘striking stick’ of the facilitator’s vector (the straight, slanted arrow in the image “Dome 6”) adds spin to the astral air.

The dyadic energy of a couple, each facing the other, creates a vertical, vortical column of energy between them. This vortex is reinforced by that of each of the other couples. A collective vertical, vortical column of energy is created in the middle of the circle, transforming Earth through Sky.

The meditation leader at the front of the room (if there is a meditation leader) (see the blue dot in the “White Tantric Square Array” image above) might find it helpful to visualize, along with the meditation facilitator, their own vertical energy axis or hara line from top of head to heels. (For more on the ‘hara line’, see the section “On Vortical Motion” above.)
As the tantric meditation proceeds, the vortical energy created by the meditation leader in the front (if there is a meditation leader) will provide an energy pattern that may be fractally dispersed to those couples in the group who are not familiar with the dynamics of a tantric meditation.
Through visualization, the meditation facilitator can create and enhance a clockwise, vertical vortical flow of energy around the room. This vortical effect is like a collective ‘hara line’ in that it transforms denser energies to higher vibrating energies.

The below image shows possible optimum seating for a meditation facilitator at the Hollywood Bowl, which is located in a natural amphitheater. The green hemisphere in the below image indicates the stage. The white spiral indicates the clockwise, vortical vertical motion of meditation energy flow.
The Hollywood Bowl seats about 17,500 people. From past attendance at the summer instrumental concerts, I would estimate that there might actually be in the audience about 1/3 of that, or about 6,000 people. I have found that the uppermost two tiers of seating (which are at the bottom of the below image) are usually nearly empty at these events …
Sit at a little distance from other people. If there are people sitting near the arrows, then pick a seat high enough above them to prevent entanglement of your electromagnetic field with theirs. For me right now, this would be at least 3 seats away, maybe more, depending on whether there are ongoing solar events.
For each person, at each moment, I feel this will vary; so the important thing is to preserve electromagnetic field integrity at the outset, and then change seats as needed if electromagnetic field entanglement occurs as the concert continues.
I have found the best seating as meditation facilitator to be near the yellow arrow below, which is at the far lefthand side of the first row in the fourth tier of seats; from that position the spiral energy soon inspires the electromagnetic fields of concertgoers in the lower tiers, who will be flooded, at the outset, with the uplifting sounds and visual effects from on stage.
The pink arrow, which is at the far righthand side of the first row in the fourth tier of seats, shows the second best place to sit; but if the people sitting to your left in that row are sparse, or are of a party-going state of mind, it may take longer for the spiral energy to occur.
If two facilitators are present, one may wish to sit at the location of one arrow, and the other at the location of the other arrow.
One must factor in that the minds of the concertgoers must likely become absorbed in the performance before the the uplifting spiral energy can begin to occur. assuming that their thoughts at the time of the concert may be less disciplined than those of room full of meditators, and hence more difficult to inspire with the high energy of the clockwise spiral.
Advantages of the meditation facilitator sitting at the arrowed locations in the below image …
These seats are just above a drop in altitude to a walkway; thus they provide good viewing of the performance.
They provide good hearing (as there are loudspeakers to the sides, below the two arrows.
They are located at considerable height above almost all the people attending or performing in the event (as the seating rises above the stage along the contours of a natural amphitheater).
Note also, that the helpfulness of these details in meditating at an instrumental concert at the Hollywood Bowl …
the outdoor setting,
the absence of street noise, and
the fact that the tiered seats are close to the ground.
May I suggest attending an event that features inspiring classical music (such as that of Mozart, Strauss, or Beethoven)? The measured cadences and joyful crescendos of these sound waves are beneficial to the facilitation of uplifting meditation.
The meditation facilitator(s) may wish to visualize and feel an uplifting emotion such as joy or perhaps peace swirling round in a clockwise, vertical, vortical motion (signified by the white spiral) through the audience and the performers on stage …

FACILITATOR SEATING AT A CONCERT HALL WITH TIERED BALCONIEStop
In a concert hall with tiered balconies, the tiers interfere with the clockwise, vertical, vortical energy flow. A good spot for the meditation facilitator is thus on the far left or the far right, where there is a clear view of the stage, in the lowest seating level and just in front of the first balcony tier.
At that spot, the clockwise, vertical, vortical electromagnetic motion may take place in a large, high-ceilinged space, including the stage, all the audience in front of the meditation facilitator, and that portion of the audience behind and on the same level as the meditation facilitator (although the height of the energy flow behind the meditation facilitator will be reduced by the overhanging balcony) …

ENERGY CIRCULATION: A white, clockwise spiral is laid over these areas: The central seating, the altar, and a small portions of the side seating contiguous to the central seating. The spiral begins at the tip of the lefthand green arrow.
DESCRIPTION: This is a diagram of the floor area of the church pictured in the preceding image. On either side of the bottom of the diagram are two yellow squares labeled ‘Office or Restroom’. Above the yellow squares, and about twice as long as them, are two blue rectangles labeled ‘Side Seating’.
In the center of the diagram is a large blue rectangle labeled ‘Central Seating’. This rectangle extends from the bottom of the diagram to the topmost edge of the side seating. At the bottom of the rectangle is a small, pink rectangle set on its side and labeled ‘Front Door’. Two green arrows near the left and right edges of the large blue rectangle point, and 1/3 of the way from the front door, indicate the central seating pews near the interior walls where the side seating ends.
At the top of the diagram are three yellow boxes labeled, from left, ‘Prop Area’, ‘Altar’, and ‘Choir’. All the boxes are separated by thin white lines …
KEY:
The blue boxes indicate pew seating; taken altogether, this area is T-shaped.
The white lines indicate walls, but what would otherwise have been a wall between the central seating and the two side seating areas is held up by pillars, leaving an opening for vortical energy circulation, although this circulation will be somewhat constricted by the lower ceilings in the wings.
The meditation facilitator sits at one of the two green arrows in the central seating area, farthest left or farthest right in the pew just at the edge where the side seating ends.
The white spiral indicates clockwise, vertical, vortical circulation of energy.

ILLUSTRATION 27. VORTICAL ENERGY: FACILITATOR IS SITTING AT BACK RIGHT IN A CHURCH WITH CENTRAL AND SIDE WING SEATING AREAStop
This diagram is similar to the preceding diagram, in that a white, clockwise spiral is laid over these areas: The central seating, the altar, and a small portions of the side seating contiguous to the central seating.
But because this diagram shows the energy spiral when the meditation facilitator is sitting at the righthand green arrow, the spiral begins at the tip of the righthand green arrow instead of the lefthand green arrow.
Sitting at the righthand arrow, the meditation facilitator assists the clockwise spin of the energy through the central seating pew to his left, then the left side seating, the altar area, the right side seating, then once again through the central seating pew to his left, and so on …

This video gives a good feeling of the energy of a vortex, which already exists quite naturally in a group of people. The meditation facilitator assists by giving a tiny ‘push’ that encourages the clockwise, vertical, vortical energy, as well as a visualization that involves a positive emotion, such as love or peace.

Dear Ones,
This is about purifying the chakras using finger cymbals. At the end of the video is a short section on general purifying gems. There is an edited Summary after the video, and a new section, in green font, on balancing the chakras using gems, colors, and sacred sound.
I see that the camera was set up too low for the video, and consequently it looks like I am clicking the cymbals in a little bit the wrong locations in the video.
It would be best to look at a chakric chart, such as this one in the final section below, before beginning balancing the chakras, and to locate the cymbal clicking at the exact height of the chakra, along the central vertical power current of the body.

SUMMARY OF THE VIDEO
Hello, Dear Ones, It’s Alice.
I have been working with clearing and balancing my chakras today, as I have for a while now. I have a different way of doing it than most people have. So I thought I would show you my way, which works very well for me … and then I will add the other references, that do a different kind of job of healing and balancing and harmonizing the chakras.
Purifying and Balancing the Chakras Using Finger Cymbals
First, I want to show you these … these are Zildjian finger cymbals … the thick kind …
Adding Beads on Elastic Cord to Increase Reverberation of the Sound. And I added these little beads, you see? …
Image: “Finger Cymbals Beads and Elastic 1,” by Alice B. Clagett, 23 April 2015, CC BY-SA 4.0, from “Awakening with Planet Earth,” https://awakeningwithplanetearth.com … DESCRIPTION: Upright on the back of each cymbal is a long, thick, ceramic bead. Two narrow pieces of elastic are threaded from the inside of each cymbal, out the hole in the middle of the cymbal, through the long, thick ceramic bead, and out the other side of the bead. Just at the far end of the beads, the two narrow pieces of elastic are knotted together with the ends of a golden, silken cord, so that they may be hung together on a wall between playing practices … COMMENT: The knots at the far ends of beads must be just loose enough to allow the cymbals to wobble very slightly when they are struck together. That small bit of relaxation in the tension of the cord allows the sound of the cymbals, when struck together, to resonate more fully and to reverberate in several harmonics, making the sound of their striking richer and more able to soothe the energies of the human listener in several dimensions at once. Generally, I feel the healing influence of cymbals so tied to affect the physical body, the astral body, and the three mental bodies of the listener, whereas cymbals tied tightly may affect only the physical body.

One piece of narrow elastic is threaded down through the hole, from the top of each cymbal. The elastic is threaded through the hole in the center of the flat, thick bead, wound round the outside of the bead, then back through the hole in the center of the bead, then around the other side of the bead, then through the hole in the center of the cymbal. Thus the elastic secures the flat, thick beads to the cymbals. When you are done, two pieces of thin elastic are sticking out through the top of each cymbal. These two pieces of elastic are threaded through the long, thick ceramic beads that stand upright on the outside of each cymbal.

And what that does is, it allows them to kind of wiggle a little bit … which is good for striking; it does not keep them really tense. And it is easy for the fingers to grasp them like that.
You can add buy the Zildjian cymbals and you can add this elastic and these special, little beads … maybe from the bead store … or you can just use them the way they are.
Finger Cymbal Chakra Clearing Sound Meditation
by Alice B. Clagett 23 April 2015
What this meditation does is, it clears the body of discordant energies … because the energy of the cymbals is so beautiful. Starting with the Zildjian cymbals, this meditation goes like this …
I am going to click eight times, turning in a circle, at the level of every chakra … ‘ 8 ‘ is the numeral for infinity. Like this …
Ok, this is the basal chakra … [clicks cymbals eight times, at the level of that chakra, while turning in a circle] …

There now … My pranic column energy is energized and harmonized. And all the chakras are going beautifully well together.
When you do it yourself, you can also start a little lower. if you want. You could start three to six inches below your basal chakra … three to six inches down your legs, like this [demonstrates].
And, if you are spry, or you are sitting in a chair, you could do it even lower than that. One to two feet lower you are getting down toward the Earth Star, down near the ground. [demonstrates] … So that is for better grounding. The Earth Star chakra itself is about a foot beneath the soles of the feet; while you cannot click the cymbals where this chakra is, you can click them as low as possible, while at the same time placing your awareness on the true location of the Earth Star chakra.
All right then. You have seen the meditation. If you want, you can buy the Zildjian cymbals. Or you might try another kind of finger cymbals.
Other Musical Instruments That Can Be Used to Purify the Chakras
Or you can use any number of other musical instruments to purify the air in your home or workplace, and to purify your chakras. You can use clacking sticks … I do not know if I have any here, right handy. You can even use pot lids, if you do not have anything else. You can use a Tibetan singing bowl; that is a very cool sound.
Purifying and Balancing the Chakras With General Use Gems
And you can also apply gems to the chakras in order to purify them. General use gems that are inexpensive to purchase are black tourmaline …

You can buy them rough-cut, in three-pound bags … for example at https://www.amazon.com/ … place them in sunlight or moonlight, to absorb that energy … and then use the sunlight- or moonlight-charged gems on chakras that are not well balanced, or that need purifying.

CHAKRIC BALANCE USING GEMS OR COLORS SPECIFIC TO EACH CHAKRA
Chakric balancing work can be done using gems or colors specific to each chakra. The gems and colors to use in healing and purifying the traditional seven chakras are as in the image below. My preference is to start at the bottom and work my way up my aura. See …
I feel that the new chakras within the body must be along the color gradient line of the old-style chakras. I think this because it is the gears of the chakras that change the energies of the chakras from very slow moving at the basal chakra to fast pulsating at the crown chakra. Thus the new chakras within the body would lie along the color gradient line created by the changeups of light created by the gears of the 7 chakras oldstyle.
Acting on this presumption, we could select healing colors and gemstones for the new chakras within the body, using colors intermediate between proximate oldstyle chakras.
Transpersonal and Subpersonal Chakras
As to the transpersonal chakras above the head, and the subpersonal chakras below the soles of the feet, there is not clear agreement on their colors yet. Meanwhile, I feel that brown would be a reasonable representation of the Earth Star, as that is the color of Earth, and a color in agreement with the gradient of the oldstyle chakras, only slower pulsating.
Current agreement as to the number of transpersonal chakras is that there are one to five such chakras; there are just two in the image.
Current agreement as to the number of subpersonal chakras is that there are one to six such chakras; there is just one as in the image.
I await agreement among the Lightworker community as to their aspects.
In love, light and joy
