I have something to explain about lustful thoughts: Sometimes people do not want other people to know that they have lustful thoughts about someone. And so, they call someone else’s name while they are having the lustful thoughts.

If that happens to you, what you can say is this …

You can continue with that for half an hour … however long it takes to reroute the thought forms of the person: Up high into the air, and back down to the person for whom they are really intended.

The same is true if a person is trying to send lustful thought forms from himself, to another person, and you are in the way … and they do not know that the thought forms can leap up and go down. They are trying to pierce through your mind or your Lower Mental Body with their lustful thought forms, and continue on, like an arrow, in the direction of the person in whom they are really interested.

You can use that same chant to make a parabolic jump, up in the air, so that you are not hit … in your Higher Mental Body or your Lower Mental Body … with these lustful thought forms. I tried it today; it worked like a charm!

So then it becomes a question of the person that these lustful thought forms fall on, talking to the person that is sending the thoughts.

Or if it is a case of a child that is getting the thoughts, then the parents would step in, and talk to the person that is sending the lustful thoughts.

You see what I mean? So it becomes a question of the success of the person’s lustful thought forms meeting the person for whom they are really intended. And it is a great relief to the person that has been intercepted by mistake, no longer to be targeted by these thought forms.

I think it would work for other thought forms as well, such as angry thought forms, or sad thought forms that you are thinking about someone else: Go up, and go down in the same way.

Hello, Dear Ones, It’s Alice. I Am of the Stars.

I thought I would mention something about growing older, and how it is like being a young child again. Of course, everybody knows that they call older age a ‘second childhood’.  But as far as the School of Theosophy teachings are concerned, we could think of the different types of a human being; specifically, the Lower Mind (or ‘Lower Mental Body’) and the Higher Mind (or ‘Higher Mental Body’).

As you may know from my writings, the Lower Mind has to do with the gut brain, and the Martian bacterial colonists of the human colon, that I have mentioned in other blogs. The Higher Mind is the brain’s mind, and the one that we use … for better or for worse … during most of our adult life.

If you think about how a child is, and how we treat a child, a child does not have rational ability, or analytical ability, to speak of. And the same is true of an older senior citizen. Both are using their gut brain, otherwise known as their Lower Mental Body, or their Lower Mind.

The way of thinking of the gut brain has to do with the microbes in the gut. An older senior citizen, like a very young child, is capable of great extremes of emotion: very great anger … ‘temper tantrum’ stuff … or very great joy; happiness in the moment, in the Eternal Now. In this regard, an older senior citizen is capable of Awareness … the Soul’s Awareness in the Now.

In today’s senior care facilities, the wonderful qualities of the senior citizens’ mental approach are overlooked, and in fact, even amongst kin … brothers, sisters, and children … the way of thinking of the older senior citizen is often criticized and spoken of negatively. And so, the senior citizen can become very sad because of that.

My suggestion is that we look at the senior citizens as if they were young children again, and treat them with that same loving kindness with which we treat our children. I think that will be closer to the truth of the matter; for, even if a senior citizen has what we term Alzheimer’s disease or dementia, they are capable of interacting with us on a level of childlike innocence that we were heretofore unable to experience with them.

So that is something to look at: Let us treat our older senior citizens in the same loving way that we treat our very young children.

Hatred Tends to Come in ‘Twos’ . by Alice B. Clagett

Dear Ones,

Hatred tends to come in ‘twos’ … two cultures, nationalities, and religions have a quarrel with each other. One accuses the other of terrorist activities or hate crimes. Mass media rouse public sympathy on the topic. Then follow news reports on the same side of the fence.

This convinces the public that there is a culture, nationality, or religion that is to blame for the enmity of the offended party, which poses as the ‘victim’ in the situation. Public perception of the pariah and the victim in two cultures, nationalities, or religions that have twined in hatred, can endure for decades.

The public perception that one party in a warring duo is to blame or at fault is, I feel, not conducive of a peaceful denouement. A balanced job of news reporting regarding paired acts of hatred would go a long way toward effecting that accord.

I ask that the news media take into account the greater good of the American people, and offer us a balanced picture of such ongoing animosities as the Jewish – Islamic conflict in the Middle East and here in the United States; the homed – unhomed conflicts arising in the cities of the United States; the diverse stances of employed – employer; and the rights of the people of the United States in the face of the power of corporations and drug cartels.

If news media will go the mile in putting before the American public both sides of the issue, then we, the People, can, through a groundswell of informed opinion, in town hall meetings and neighborhood councils, make a difference in public policy, first at the level of our communities, and from those grassroots beginnings, on up through the layers of government, to the architecture of the laws passed at a national level.

Dear Ones,

Yesterday evening I channeled three Diamond Mudras … the Upper Diamond, the Lower Diamond, and the Central Diamond, all of which I like very much, and which I hope you will find helpful as well.

With these, as with all yoga techniques, please see check with your Western medical practitioner before practicing them, to make sure they will be suitable for you to do, considering the state of your health, and any medications you may be taking.

THREE-PART CENTRAL DIAMOND MUDRA

I will begin with the three-part Central Diamond (left, right, and pranic tube) …

WHAT IT WILL DO FOR YOU

This Central Diamond Mudra has many benefits …

  • It fills the pranic reserve with vital energy;
  • It strengthens the will power; and
  • It clears the heart chakra of negativity, whether the emotion is personal or projected by other people …
  • Thus it can help stabilize the electromagnetic field against the waves of hatred that have been sweeping round Earth lately, as hatred clears from Earth.
  • It links the ida, pingala, and sushumna (the three channels of the central vertical power current (the kundalini);
  • It opens up the upper Pranic Tube above the heart, making it possible to develop the quality of Unmoving Mind; and
  • It balances and stabilizes the kundalini energy, vital energy, heart energy, and upper pranic tube energy …
  • Thus, it prevents pass-throughs and flow-throughs by others, whether human (including antisocial personalities and Controllers), Demon, Demon half-breed (‘hybrid’), Vampiric, or Big Bads.

CENTRAL DIAMOND POINTS

The central diamond points are the heart chakra, the navel point, and two points between the two, on either side of the torso, as shown in the below image markup. The point on the left side of the bottom of the left rib (from the point of view of the person practicing yoga, and not that of the person viewing the yoga practitioner) represents the Spleen Organelle or ‘ida’ point. The point on the right side of the bottom of the right rib represents the ‘pingala’ point.

PART 1: CENTRAL DIAMOND KRIYA – LEFT

There are two parts to this kriya.

What It Will Do for You

The first mudra unites heart and will, builds vital energy, and clears heart energy. This is the crystal kundalini core energy.

How to Do It. Lying on your back in ‘corpse pose’, place your left hand, palm down, on your heart, and your right hand, palm down, on your navel point. Feel both palms on your body. Then include in your Awareness the outer edges of your elbows. This is the Central Diamond, the Crystal Core of your kundalini energy.

Make your breathing long, slow, and deep. You can continue for up to an hour, or for as little as a few minutes … whatever feels comfortable to you, provided your doctor advises this practice.

The Spleen Organelle (the Ida Point) and the Pranic Reserve. I clairly sense that this first part of the Central Diamond Mudra draws vitality globules into the Spleen Organelle (the ida point), under the leftmost, bottom rib. From there, it seems to me, these globules are stored in what yogis term the Pranic Reserve, a subtle body organelle shaped like a rounded half-dome, the top of which touches the diaphragm, which is located just under the ribs.

So the Pranic Reserve is an area of the subtle body known as the Body of Light (which is electromagnetic in nature), where vitality globules created by our Sun are stored. This Pranic Reserve nourishes both our subtle bodies and our physical body, and accounts for the relative brightness or darkness of our Body of Light.

What Happens when the Pranic Reserve Is Replenished. When the Pranic Reserve is replenished with vital energy, several things happen …

  • First, the tubule of the subtle organ known as the Spleen Organelle (which looks like a funnel whose larger, open end begins at the ida point just under the leftmost side of the lowest left rib) grows wider and full of energy; any kinks in the long, winding tube of the funnel begin to unkink; and vitality globules begin to flow through the funnel, emptying into the Pranic Reserve through the opening in the small end of the funnel.
  • Next, the will power (the navel point energy) grows stronger.
  • Thirdly, the energy of the heart chakra clears and becomes positively aspected. Where there may priorly have been negative emotions such as fear or sadness or anger or hatred, there is now a pleasant feeling of love, and in clair vision, a bright Light.
  • Fourth, the pingala point just beneath the rightmost side of the lowest right rib), plumps up with Light.
  • And last, all four points of the Central Diamond light up, as the kundalini core energy begins softly to glow and pulse with crystal, white Light.

PART 2: CENTRAL DIAMOND KRIYA – RIGHT

What It Will Do for You

This second part of Central Diamond Mudra smooths and stabilizes vital energy and heart energy for restful sleep.

PURPOSE: Smooths and stabilizes vital energy and heart energy for restful sleep.

How to Do It. Lying on your back in ‘corpse pose’, place your right hand, palm down, on your heart, and your left hand, palm down, on your navel point. Feel both palms on your body. Then include in your Awareness the outer edges of your elbows. This is the Central Diamond, the Crystal Core of your kundalini energy.

OPENING THE UPPER PRANIC TUBE

There is a tube in the upper part of the center of the chest, the ‘trachea’, which connects the mouth and nose with the lungs. It is through the trachea that air rushes back and forth, from the lungs to the air outside us.

This tube in the center of the chest, above the level of the heart , corresponds to the subtle body organelle termed the upper Pranic Tube.

What It Will Do for You

I clairly sense that opening and clearing the upper Pranic Tube streamlines access to the downloads of the Incoming Light, facilitating elimination of malware in our Body of Light, and  transition to DNA upgrades leading to improved health of our subtle and physical bodies.

In ancient days, the yogis of India sometimes said that meditation on the trachea, or on the corresponding part of the Pranic Tube, might help a yoga attain Unmovable Mind … a mind ready to confront any trouble with equanimity, and able to withstand any torrent of time or buffet of the natural world or tumult of new days dawning.

This exercise also helps clear the high heart (located at the level of the thymus gland) and the throat chakra (the fifth chakra).

PURPOSE: Opening and clearing the upper Pranic Tube streamlines access to the downloads of the Incoming Light, facilitating elimination of malware in our Body of Light, and  transition to DNA upgrades leading to improved health of our subtle and physical bodies. 

In ancient days, the yogis of India sometimes said that meditation on the trachea, or on the corresponding part of the Pranic Tube, might help a yoga attain Unmovable Mind … a mind ready to confront any trouble with equanimity, and able to withstand any torrent of time or buffet of the natural world or tumult of new days dawning. 

This exercise also helps clear the high heart (located at the level of the thymus gland) and the throat chakra (the fifth chakra).

How to Do It

After practicing both parts of the Central Diamond Mudra, and still in corpse pose, place your Awareness on your trachea.

Continue with long, slow, deep breathing. Feel your chest rising and falling. Sense the air moving back and forth through the trachea. If it feels comfortable to do so, inhale a little more, until the lungs are full of air, and exhale very thoroughly, until the lungs are empty of air.

Continue for a few minutes, until you feel the upper part of the subtle body organelle known as the pranic tube relax and open (provided your doctor advises this practice).

UPPER AND LOWER DIAMOND MUDRAS

There are two more Diamond Mudras … the Upper and the Lower. These clear the Transpersonal Chakras and the Subpersonal Chakras, respectively.

These mudras may be done, the one or the other, on their own. Or they may be done one after the other, after doing the Central Diamond Mudra.

UPPER DIAMOND MUDRA

What It Will Do for You

The Upper Diamond Mudra purifies, strengthens, and stabilizes the Transpersonal Chakras, making it easier for the Incoming Light to uplift and heal the subtle bodies and the physical form. It can also help clear the upper astral body of the influence of Controllers, negatively aspected Spiritual Adepts, and astral ‘thuggees’ (whether possessing or without physical form).

Also feel your heart chakra. Then include in your Awareness the outer edges of your slightly bent elbows. These are the four points of the Upper Diamond.

Make your breathing long, slow, and deep. You can continue for up to an hour, or for as little as a few minutes … whatever feels comfortable to you, provided your doctor advises this practice.

LOWER DIAMOND MUDRA

What It Will Do for You

Lower Diamond Mudra purifies, strengthens, and stabilizes the Subpersonal Chakras. It releases negative energy from the basal and sacral (sexual) chakras, and assists in grounding to the Halls of Amenti in the center of New Earth.

Feel where the soles of your feet touch each other. Also feel your navel point (third chakra). Then include in your Awareness the outer edges of your bent knees. These are the four points of the Lower Diamond.

Make your breathing long, slow, and deep. You can continue for up to an hour, or for as little as a few minutes … whatever feels comfortable to you, provided your doctor advises this practice.

Hello, Dear Ones, It’s Alice. I Am of the Stars.

Changing Standard of Living in America, and Return to Sustainable Living

I was working late tonight, and I listened in on a person who was not feeling very well. He said he had bone cancer, and his concern was that he was not living up to his own expectations with regard to a livelihood.

A lot of people are in that situation right now, because America is turning from a very vibrantly growing economy … which had been agrarian, and then changed to a more industrial and factory and information technology work … all different kinds of work indoors … and with a raised level of living, including everybody moving into their own homes … often single-family … people moving into homes with each generation in a separate home … and lots of electronic equipment, and other kinds of good things that people got, that were a sign to them that we had made progress as a nation.

We are changing now. America is changing. It is coming on a different sort of time now, with a lowering of the general living standard, and a return to hands-on work. Sustainable, subsistence living and the pioneer spirit will do us well, in these days.

And so the feeling that this person has … this person that was feeling physically ill … feeling aches in the body, for instance … is a feeling that many people have today, here in America: That things are not going that well; that things are going downhill.

Things are changing; that is the truth. And they are changing all over America. It is not a specific situation for any one of us; all of us are enduring this change.

Bone Aches and the Metaphor ‘I Can’t Bear It!’

Getting more into the specifics of this particular person, as it turned out, I spoke with his body cells. He said his bones ached. He said he had a diagnosis of bone cancer. I spoke with his body cells, and asked them how they were doing.

What they told me was (in a sad, resigned voice): I can’t bear it!

Apparently this is a saying … a metaphor … that the person in question had been saying to them … or to himself … subconsciously, for a long time. And the bone cells, which bear the weight of the body, took it personally. So they were feeling pretty sick; they were feeling pretty sad … because, as you may know, the body cells exist on Joy .. not on upset and despair and anger, and all those other negative emotions. They exist, and feel healthy, because they feel Joy and love and Light and peace.

For the Healer: Devising and Placing a Positive Metaphor in the Injured Body Cells

As healers, what we have to do, when we come across these metaphors that create physical illness … these subconscious malspeak programs that create illnesses … is to come up with something that turns it around in the other direction … something that uses a similar metaphor, but a positive metaphor. I came up with this one …

I spoke directly to the body cells of the other person, and I said (in a lilting, joyful tone of voice): I bear up perfectly well! I bear up perfectly well!

They were very excited about it; they were joyful about it. They started to say that too: I bear up perfectly well!

And I said: That’s right! You do!

Then I spoke with the person involved, because the person also needs to change the jingle (or you might say, the ‘jingo jingle’ that makes war on the body), the motto, the subconscious malspeak, into what you might call ‘goodspeak’.

So I asked him … since his situation was acute … with every breath, to say: I bear up perfectly well!

And he agreed to write it down. Maybe he will do it!

On Outfoxing the Prognostic Mind-Set of Western Medical Practitioners

The trouble, in this kind of situation, is that Western medicine quite frequently makes a diagnosis and expects a certain result. It is not quick to recognize that the situation has changed.

And yet, amongst patients, the situation changes dramatically, all the time.

It is up to a patient to know when he is getting better; and not to pay so much attention to what the doctors say about it, until they finally realize that this is true.

In this context of a ‘set in concrete’ diagnosis and prognosis (‘prognosis’ is the expected outcome) … it is possible that the attitude of a doctor or a nurse can negatively influence the outcome for a patient, even if the patient is starting to get better.

If, in his heart, the patient feels that this is happening, he needs to place himself in an environment where people are supportive of spontaneous healing. He can still take advantage of all the wonderful things that Western medicine has to offer, but he can absent himself from the malspeak of people in the Western medical profession who are slow to realize that spontaneous healing is taking place. You understand what I mean? …
