“And fear not them which kill the body, but are not able to kill the soul: but rather fear him which is able to destroy both soul and body in hell.” –Matthew 10:28 (KJV, public domain) ,,, COMMENT: In the below context, I would take the second part of this Bible passage to mean: Steer clear of those spiritual adepts who do not hesitate to send our Souls to Hell as part of their own bid to attain enlightenment.

Dear Ones,

CAN PEOPLE WHO PRACTICE RECTAL INTERCOURSE ATTAIN ENLIGHTENMENT?

On 20 June 2020 I came across a Quora answer to the question “Can a Homosexual Achieve Enlightenment?” that supports my understanding of the enlightenment experience of kundalini risen, both from my personal experience with kundalini yoga, and from my observation of energy flow in my yoga students quite some years ago, That was when I was practicing and teaching yoga at a Healthy, Happy, Holy Organization (3HO).

The answer I read in Quora also supports my astral observation of 100 percent energy drain when one person visualizes himself as the insertive rectal intercourse partner. (My understanding is the receptive rectal intercourse partner experiences the energy drain during astral visualization …

Link: “Can a Homosexual Achieve Enlightenment?” by Christian Koncz, answered 2 June 2018, in Quora … https://www.quora.com/search?q=Christian%20Koncz%20homosexual%20enlightenment ..

In the answer by Christian Koncz, it seems to me the term ‘top’ may be used for what the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) term the ‘insertive’ partner. Here I very generally paraphrase Christian Koncz’s answer, interspersed with the yoga terms I use …

The energy flow that practitioners of yoga and tantra hope to create is movement of energy from the lower chakras up the spine (the ‘central vertical power current’) to the higher chakras. To achieve this, kundalini yoga suggests ‘locks’ such as tightening the anus, pulling the diaphragm beneath the lungs up, and pulling the chin slightly in. The intent of these ‘locks’ is to ferry energy upward along the spine.

Because rectal intercourse causes opening, rather than closing, of the anus for the receptive partner, energy flows out of that partner’s spine and into the energy field of the insertive partner; that is what I intuitively feel may be the case.

Christian Koncz terms the energy flow out of the receptive partner ‘reverse kundalini’, a phrase I had not heard before. I think of it as pranic depletion, or pranic collapse, or ‘vampirism’ by the insertive partner.

According to Christian Koncz, the insertive rectal intercourse partner would gain energy from the receptive partner. Apparently occult societies (whose members I term ‘spiritual adepts’) sometimes practice sodomy with the intent that the insertive partner experience kundalini risen faster than he otherwise might.

The difficulty in using sodomy to attain enlightenment is that the insertive partner incurs a karmic debt, because of the injury he does the receptive partner. On the assumption that the insertive partner will achieve enlightenment sooner by this practice, we can surely devise that the receptive partner will achieve enlightenment more slowly than might otherwise have been the case.

When the kundalini raises, psychic heat or ‘tapas’ burns away impurities in the body of Light. These impurities have many names in many spiritual traditions. I call them Soul wounding, samskaras, karmic miasmic patterning, morphogenetic field distortions, or tendencies toward sin.

As to the effect on the insertive rectal intercourse partner, I agree with Christian Koncz: If by our path to enlightenment we accrue karma, while at the same time intending to clear karmic miasmic patterning, then we will end this life no better than we begin it.

I feel, with Christian Koncz, that a person intent on enlightenment … whether man or woman … ought to avoid the practice of rectal intercourse, because in the case of the receptive partner the energy drain makes it impossible to raise the kundalini (and, I feel, has an adverse effect on physical health).

Then as mentioned above, while the insertive act and the subsequent influx of energy that has drained out of the receptive partner may cause the insertive partner to have a sudden experience of kundalini risen, the karmic drawdown may make this experience but a flash in the pan.

A GOOD WAY TO EXPERIENCE KUNDALINI RISEN

For those who are willing to avoid rectal intercourse, and who wish to attain enlightenment through kundalini risen, I suggest a regime of careful diet, exercise and sleep so as to attain good health. During this preparatory period it would be fine to practice hatha yoga followed by a 10-minute meditation daily.

For those who thus attain good health, and especially for those in their middle years, a slow and easy development of kundalini yoga skills, along with meditation, might help speed the experience of kundalini risen. I suggest the yoga of Healthy, Happy, Holy Organization (3HO), as that is the kundalini yoga with which I am familiar …

Link: “Healthy, Happy, Holy Organization (3HO)” … https://www.3ho.org/ … Search the tab: Kundalini Yoga

For those who are in less than perfect health, or who are very young or very old, I suggest sticking with hatha yoga and meditation, which has is a more moderate path to that end.

FOR THE LIGHTWORKER: HOW TO FREE UP FIRST CHAKRA BLOCKS CAUSED BY OTHER PEOPLE’S SUBCONSCIOUS THOUGHTS OF RECTAL INTERCOURSE

On the psychic plane I have heard from many people’s subconscious minds, over the years, thought forms that are slogans to do with enjoyment of rectal intercourse. It is not possible to change other people’s minds about this by attempting to change their subconscious slogans through astral teaching.

It is not, I feel, till people rise to conscious Awareness of the subconscious slogans that they can, using their free will choices, still this chatter. They cannot rise to conscious Awareness in this regard until they choose to place Awareness on their heart chakras, which are the Astral Bridge between the lower personal chakras and the higher personal chakras.

For the Lightworker who hears, on the astral airs, these subconscious slogans about rectal intercourse, the slogans of other people can create a block in our first chakra that is a stumbling block to our own experience of enlightenment. When this happens I suggest feeling through the first chakra block with a visualization of themselves as Earth …

SUMMARY OF THE VIDEO

Hello, Dear Ones, It’s Alice. I Am of the Stars.

Mudra for a Steady Heart
Channeled by Alice B. Clagett
29 May 2020

I have for you today a two-handed mudra for a steady heart.

How to Do it. For the left hand, the tip of the third finger (the ring finger) and the thumb tip touch; the other fingers are outstretched.

For the right hand, the tip of the middle finger (the longest finger) and the thumb tip touch; the other fingers are outstretched.

So you have these two diverse mudras, one for each hand. Hold the right hand in front of the left, both hands palm forward and outstretched fingers held upward, at heart level. The elbows are relaxed down by the sides. You are sitting very quietly in meditative pose.

What It Will Do for You. This is the Mudra for a Steady Heart. The fingers that are outstretched are like sticky barbs … like the plastic barbs they put on the edges of roofs to keep the pigeons from perching there. In this case the barbs are to ward off the thought forms of other people from the front funnel of your heart chakra. The ‘barbs’ prevent the thoughts of other people from waffling the front funnel of your heart chakra back and forth … That is the way of saying it in the world of Duality,

But if we say it in terms of Advaita, these fingers steady the inflow and outflow of vortical energy from the front stream of energy of the heart chakra.

In love, light and joy,
I Am of the Stars

Dear Ones,

That we have a physical body is clearly evident. Also, and very importantly at this stage of the Awakening, it is becoming clear to many people that we have other bodies (that is, energy fields). In esoteric circles, these have been termed the ‘subtle bodies’ because we must develop our clair senses before we can perceive them.

The process of Awakening that is taking place on Earth right now is like this: The Incoming Light of the Pleiades’ Photon Belt, in which Earth will be bathed for the next 2000 years, is awakening our clair senses. That is why so many humans are now beginning to sense the subtle as well as the physical bodies.

The subtle bodies heretofore known in arcane lore mostly have to do with the physical body and its manifestation in the world. Because of the 2012 Shift, we are becoming aware of other human energy fields. Just as we are becoming aware of new chakras beyond the those accepted.

At this stage in the Ascension process there is little agreement as to the new chakras or the new subtle bodies, or for that matter, the priorly known subtle bodies. Let’s begin with a look at subtle bodies as set forth by various spiritual traditions …

EXAMPLES OF PHYSICAL AND SUBTLE BODIES FROM VARIOUS SPIRITUAL TRADITIONS

In many spiritual traditions, the physical body is included as the first in a list of human ‘bodies’. The first body, is the physical body, and the remaining are subtle bodies. Some spiritual traditions list the subtle bodies, but not the physical body. In the lists below, if the tradition leaves out the physical body, I have included it in brackets at the beginning of the list, so that the lists may be more easily compared.

As will be seen, there is very wide variance in the classification of human physical and subtle by  various spiritual traditions. Here are only a few examples of the many classifications in use today …

Hinduism

Hinduism mentions five physical and subtle bodies …

As may be garnered from the above lists, in esoteric lore, the personal human energy field is said to comprise the physical body and an as yet un-agreed-upon number of subtle bodies.

SUBTLE BODIES: INTERPENETRATING ENERGIES

The subtle bodies are actually interpenetrating energies, each of which plays a role in the physical expression of our human form; these also extend beyond our form on the physical plane, like this …

RELATIONSHIP OF SUBTLE BODIES TO THE CHAKRAS

It seems to me that an incarnational energy field is an ingenious machine intended to offer a learning experience for the Soul; that every aspect of this energy field has a purpose; that the purpose of the chakras along the central vertical power current is to create diverse energies that enliven and regulate the human hologram; and that these energies have been seen by clairvoyants as the energies termed the subtle bodies.

I feel, intuitively, that there must be subtle bodies that relate to each chakra of the human energy system. But because of the disparity amongst the various spiritual traditions with regard to the names of the human subtle bodies and their numbers, it may be some while before we are able to agree on their names and on their relation to the chakras.

SUBTLE BODIES THAT RELATE TO THE PERSONAL CHAKRAS

I feel it likely that the number of subtle bodies corresponding to the seven ‘personal’ chakras (aka the seven chakras ‘oldstyle’) is seven as well. Below is a tentative nomenclature for the subtle bodies that correlate to the seven chakras termed ‘personal’.

I note some chakras, such as the heart chakra, may have several aspects and locations. It is also possible that a subtle body may have aspects corresponding to several chakras, as described by some of the earlier subtle body classification systems.

I have a feeling that the etheric body creates the physical body, and that the two are intimately entwined. But traditionally, the physical body has been set apart from the subtle bodies. For now, I have listed the physical body as the number ‘zero’ and not ascribed to it a chakra. Then I have matched seven subtle bodies with the seven personal chakras.

Another way might be to link the physical body and the etheric body as number one in the chart below; the one being the ‘outcome’ of the other. In other people’s lists, it might be numbered ‘one’, as the first of the human ‘bodies’ …

Here, tentatively, is a list, showing the subtle bodies and bridge that relate to the seven personal chakras, starting with the most dense …

  • 0. Physical body
  • 1. Etheric Body (Etheric Double or Etheric Net) — Personal Chakra 1 (Basal Chakra, Root Chakra)
  • 2. Emotional Body — Personal Chakra 2 (Sacral Chakra, Sexual Chakra)
  • 3. Vital Body (Pranic Body) — Personal Chakra 3 (Navel Point)
  • 4. ASTRAL BRIDGE (Astral Body) — Personal Chakra 4 (Lower, Middle and High Heart)
  • 5. Etheric Template  — Personal Chakra 5 (Throat Chakra)
  • 6. Celestial Body (Cosmic mind) — Personal Chakra 6 (Third-Eye Point)
  • 7. Causal Body (Ketheric Template, Buddhic or Christ Consciousness) — Personal Chakra 7 (Crown Chakra), including Ear Centers

In the above list, I matched up functions of subtle bodies I have researched to functions of chakras that are known to me, on the presumption that the one must flow from the other.

My understanding of the etheric body is that it creates the physical form; thus I have placed it first after the physical body, which is numbered ‘zero’ in this list.

Some traditions name the emotional body as separate from the astral body, and others combine them. Though both have to do with emotion, I feel them to be different in fineness of energy. It seems to me, from the clair plane, that the issue of sexuality must be a very emotional one; a great deal of vivacious clair chatter has to do with this topic. Thus I am inclined to assign the emotional body to the second chakra.

In the area of the navel point is the pranic reservoir, which may be invigorated through pumping the navel point. Thus I have assigned the vital body, or pranic body, to the third chakra.

It seems to me that the astral bridge, the astral body, which is listed as separate from the emotional body in some spiritual traditions, is far more complex an energy field, and composed of far finer energy, than the emotional body. Thus I have assigned it to the fourth chakra, which has important, key aspects and functions.

The etheric template is held by some to relate to the fifth, or throat chakra; I have assigned it thus, not knowing what else to do. It could be that its relationship to the throat chakra is the reason why the language of sound can be used to alter the etheric body and heal the physical body.

It seems to me that Cosmic mind is a quality of sixth chakra visioning, and Cosmic mind, I have read, is an attribute of the celestial body. Thus I have assigned the sixth chakra to the celestial body (although I am not certain why that body is termed ‘celestial’).

As from experience I know the eighth subtle body is the causal template, I like the notion of some spiritual traditions that the seventh subtle body is the causal body. Further, as the seventh chakra is associated with enlightenment, and the causal body is said to have as an attribute Buddhic or Christ Consciousness, I linked these two. I note the causal body is also called the ketheric template.

SUBTLE BODIES THAT RELATE TO SUBPERSONAL CHAKRAS

Here, tentatively, is a continuation of the above list, showing the subtle bodies and bridges that relate to the six subpersonal chakras, starting with the most dense. I have used negative numbers for the subpersonal chakras …

    • -6. Heart of Mother Earth — Subpersonal Chakra 6 (Gaia Gateway)
    • -5. Whale Matrix — Subpersonal Chakra 5
    • -4. Inner Earth Cities — Subpersonal Chakra 4
    • -3. Dolphin Matrix — Subpersonal Chakra 3
    • -2. BRIDGE TO GAIA — Subpersonal Chakra 2
    • -1. INCARNATIONAL BRIDGE — Subpersonal Chakra 1 (Earth Star)

The names in the above list are very much up in the air. I note that the subpersonal chakra names above are sometimes listed as subtle body names, and vice versa.

SUBTLE BODIES THAT RELATE TO THE TRANSPERSONAL CHAKRAS

Here, tentatively, is a continuation of the above list, showing the subtle bodies and bridges that relate to the five transpersonal chakras, starting with the most dense …

In the below list I have also named the chakra numbered 8th chakra, oldstyle, as being Transpersonal Chakra 1. This chakra offers access to the Karmic metaprogram (the controls by means of which the karmic play experienced by the personality may be manipulated) …

  • 8.  SOUL BRIDGE (Causal Template) — Transpersonal Chakra 1 (Causal chakra, Causal Vortex) — Body of Light
  • 9.  Soul (Atma) — Transpersonal Chakra 2 (Soul Star)
  • 10. Monad (Awareness, Eternal Now) — Transpersonal Chakra 3
  • 11. Logos – Solar body (Light – love – joy) — Transpersonal Chakra 4
  • 12. BRIDGE TO FORMLESSNESS — Transpersonal Chakra 5 (Stellar Gateway, God’s Head)

The names in the above list are very much up in the air. I note that the Transpersonal Chakra names above are sometimes listed as transpersonal subtle body names, and vice versa.

SUBTLE BODY 11 AND LIST OF STAR CLUSTERS

Post-Ascension, more subtle bodies are coming into play, as more and more chakras become available to us due to the expansion of our energy bodies as the Incoming Light ramps up available energy.

The Ascensioneers’ and Lightworkers’ understanding, in an Ascension context, of the subtle bodies and their relation to the human chakras, the stargates, and the constellations, is very much in a state of flux.

The research I have done on newly available subtle bodies has led me to list various star clusters under Subtle Body 11, Logos or Solar body, as follows …

  • 11. Logos, Solar body (LIght, love, joy)
    • A. Galactic body (Milky Way)
    • B. Multi-galactic diamond (22 galaxies)
    • C. Laniakea supercluster (100,000 galaxies)
    • D. Universe
    • E. Multiverse (4 universes)

I did this on the presumption that Subtle Body 11, the Solar Body might be considered in the context of the Sun of this Solar System — or of the entire Solar System — and might be considered a jumping off point for exploration of other star clusters.

DIMENSIONS AS THEY RELATE TO THE SUBTLE BODIES AND CHAKRAS

From my Ascension reading, I find that the number of available formed dimensions is now 12, rather than seven. Beyond that, I have read, are 60 dimensions without form, for a total of 72 dimensions.

As there are 12 chakras and 12 formed dimensions, in past I had thought that each of our personal chakras was a gateway to a dimension. However, that would peg personal chakra 5, the throat chakra, as 5D, or Christ consciousness, whereas personal chakra 7, the crown chakra, is typically associated to Christ consciousness.

I would like to offer a tentative, alternate list of chakric gateways to the first six dimensions described by the Ascensioneers, based on the function of these dimensions as we have come to understand them, and the functions of the chakras that might be involved …

It is possible that there are three chakras per dimension. Were that to be so, then we might consider this possible list of chakric dimensional gateways. Here is a list based on this conjecture, starting with the greatest density …

  • 1D — Heart of Mother Earth — Subpersonal chakra 6 (Gaia Gateway)
  • 2D — Dolphin Matrix — Subpersonal chakra 3
  • 3D — Etheric Body (Etheric Double or Etheric Net) — Personal Chakra 1 (Basal Chakra, Root Chakra)
  • 4D — ASTRAL BRIDGE (Astral Body) — Personal Chakra 4 (Lower, Middle and High Heart)
  • 5D — Causal Body (Ketheric Template, Buddhic or Christ Consciousness) — Personal Chakra 7 (Crown Chakra), including Ear Centers
  • 6D — Monad (Awareness, Eternal Now) — Transpersonal Chakra 3

I realize that this list leaves the question of our relationship to the higher six dimensions up in the air, and hope there will be further discussion amongst Ascensioneers about the question of accessing the Dimensions through the tools provided by the human energy system, and vice versa.

FOUR MENTAL BODIES OR MINDS (CORRESPONDING TO THE FOUR FORMS OF TELEPATHY) AND THEIR BRIDGES

  • Subpersonal Chakras 1-5 in the above list represent the Unconscious Mind, through which flows the unconscious thought cloud of the world;
  • Subpersonal Chakra 6 is a Bridge between the Unconscious Mental Body and the Lower Mental Body;
  • Personal Chakras 1-3 represent the Lower Mental Body, from which emanates gut brain telepathy;
  • Personal Chakra 4 is a Bridge between the Lower and Higher Mental Bodies;
  • Personal Chakras 5-7 represent the Higher Mental Body, from which emanates higher mind telepathy;
  • Transpersonal Chakra 8 is a Bridge between the Higher Mental Body and the Superconscious Mind; and
  • Transpersonal Chakras 9-11 represent the Superconscious Mind, from which emanates superconscious telepathy

PERSONAL CHAKRAS: YOGIC LOWER TRIANGLE AND HIGHER TRIANGLE AND THEIR BRIDGE

In the above chart of the subtle bodies and of the personal chakras …

  • Personal Chakras 1-3 represent what is termed the Lower Triangle in yoga;
  • Personal Chakra 4 (Heart Chakra) is a Bridge between the Lower Triangle and the Higher Triangle; and
  • Personal Chakras 5-7 represent the Higher Triangle of yoga.

SUNDERING OF THE PERSONAL ENERGY FIELD, AND THE CONCEPT OF SOULLESSNESS, FROM THE PERSPECTIVE OF THE TENTH SUBTLE BODY, THE MONAD

I see a general but far from exact correspondence between these yogic triangles and the two groups of Principles of the School of Theosophy, mentioned above. The Bridge between the two yogic triangles … as well as the space between the two groups of Principles of the School of Theosophy … looks somehow vulnerable to me.

I can see, for example, that …

  • if there is sufficient damage to the Heart Chakra of yogic lore,
  • or if the Lower Quaternary of the School of Theosophy were to become too heavy,
  • or if the subtle spine (the ‘kundalini’ of yogic lore, or the ‘silver cord’ of the School of Theosophy) were to be severed through psychic surgery …

… then there might be injury to … even sundering of … the two parts of the energy field. In yogic terms, should the Heart Chakra, power house of the human energy field, be imbalanced or partly nonfunctional, then that might cause a ripple effect of imbalance and disease in the other Personal Chakras.

In Theosophical terms, the antakharana [aka the central vertical power current – pranic tube – silver cord] … might be ‘rent in twain’, leaving the energy field unfit for habitation by the Soul, with regard to the incarnation in question.

The Soul exists within tenth subtle body, the Monad, whose experience is of the Eternal Now. In other words, the Monad experiences all its incarnations now. Thus, Soullessness in regard to one incarnational energy field could not be presumed to damage the Soul itself; or so it seems to me.

BRIDGES BETWEEN SETS OF CHAKRAS

In terms of the chakras, and starting ‘from the ground up’, I note these bridges …

  • Subpersonal Chakra 6 (Gaia Gateway) — Bridge to Heart of Mother Earth
  • Personal Chakra 1 (Basal Chakra) — Bridge between the Subpersonal and the Personal Chakras; and also, Bridge from the Physical Body to the Personal Chakras
  • Personal Chakra 4 (Heart Chakra) — Bridge between the Lower and Higher Triangles
  • Personal Chakra 7 (Crown Chakra) — Bridge between the Personal and the Transpersonal Chakras
  • Transpersonal Chakra 1 (Causal Chakra, Causal Vortex) — Bridge to the Soul
  • Transpersonal Chakra 5 (Stellar Gateway, God’s Head) — Bridge to Formlessness

Subpersonal and Transpersonal Chakras

Current agreement as to the number of transpersonal chakras (above the head) is that there are two to five such chakras; I have placed five in the image.

Current agreement as to the number of subpersonal chakras (below the souls of the feet) is that there are two to six such chakras; I have placed six in the image.

As to the transpersonal chakras and the subpersonal chakras, there is not clear agreement on their colors yet, so I have depicted them as white spheres.

I feel that brown would be a reasonable representation of the Earth Star, as that is the color of Earth, and a color in agreement with the color gradient of the personal chakras, only slower pulsating.

Yellow seemed like a reasonable color for Transpersonal Chakra 5, the Stellar Gateway or God’s Head, and so it is represented as yellow.

Dear Ones,

In the below video, I describe the birthing of the Subpersonal Chakras now underway. There is an edited Summary after the video.

VIDEO BY ALICE

SUMMARY OF THE VIDEO

Hello, Dear Ones, It’s Alice. I Am of the Stars.

I had a vision right now, and a realization. It has to do with what they call the V— D— energies right now. These are the victim-aggressor syndrome of mental filter thoughts that have been occurring … that are roiling through the atmosphere right now, especially in the mid-afternoons, and on into the evenings … and that I thought of as a clearing process. I had some insight into this roiling and this clearing, that might be of help to other people.

You know, there are transpersonal chakras that go from the seventh chakra oldstyle, at the top of the head, way high up to the twelfth chakra, right now.

The Subpersonal Chakras

And then there are subpersonal chakras … transpersonal [points upward] … subpersonal [points downward]. So there is an energy field of which we are becoming more aware, that is beneath the first chakra, and on down into, let’s say, as far as our feet.

And in that energy field, right now, there is a sphere of energy that is birthing perfection of the chakras in that area of the Soul field. And the mental overlay … the mental filter that is impinging on the Awareness of people right now, with regard to the V— D— mental filter, the patriarchal domination mental filter … this is the result, the product of perfecting or birthing these lower energies during the Solstice of 2016.

It is no exception to the rule that, when energy work is taking place because of the Incoming Light, we need to just stand back and be neutral to whatever it is that our higher minds are placing as a construct of Awareness on the actual process (which is much, much greater than the mental imagining).

Keeping in mind that this is a birthing process, and a process of perfecting our new auric structure, there are also things that we can do to prevent ourselves from taking actions that will damage our physical bodies.

‘Medical Leeching’ of the Lower Body Will Interfere with This Transformation Process

Caveat regarding withdrawing blood from the lower body (what was called in the olden times ‘medical leeching’ or hirudotherapy, performed with leeches, with a ‘mechanical leech’, or with a needle): This is contraindicated, as the extra blood circulation we are experiencing in the lower body helps the transformation process.

For instance, the notion of withdrawing blood from that area of the body is not helpful, right now. It is a notion that in the 1800s was prevalent in the medical profession of the United States. They called it ‘leeching’. They used leeches to withdraw blood congestion from various areas of the body.

And then at one time they invented a very cleverly conceived mechanical device made of steel, that made a sharp incision in the body, so blood flowed freely and, they thought, relieved congestion in that area. For more on this, search the term ‘Mechanical leech’ online.

It is the notion that the area was healed, and the congestion was released, that did the healing … and not the physical process. The physical process itself sometimes led to death or anemia.

So I am suggesting that you do not use that physical process, no matter how upsetting or anxious the mental filter that is in place in that area may make you feel.

Better Alternatives: Try Lying on Your Back on an Incline Board or Slant Board, With Your Head in the Lower Position, Or …

An alternative to medical leeching: Using water slightly cooler than body temperature to allow the blood to cool; this is called cold water hydrotherapy.

Instead, try this: Try cold water … slightly colder than body temperature. Fill up a bucket with it, and pour it over that area, cooling it down. Or a slightly cool shower will do that … or jumping in the ocean, or jumping in a swimming pool or body of water. If that water is cool enough, that will replace the process of leeching (which I do not advise at all). See … Link: “Hydrotherapy,” in Wikipedia … https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Hydrotherapy … Search the term: cold water

Also, lying on one’s back on an incline board or slant board, with the head in the lower position, would be a good alternative.

Image: Woman lying on a slant board, head down and feet up … http://ww1.prweb.com/prfiles/2013/01/03/10287104/newton-1.jpg ..

Another caveat: Do not mutilate the lower body. That area is already being mutilated by the mental filters you are clair hearing. Instead, the thing to do is to change the mental filter, for instance, by imagining the beneficial process of birthing that’s now taking place.

Also, whatever you do, do not mutilate your genitals. That area is already suffering mutilation because of the mental filter that is in place. Instead, the thing to do is to change the mental filter. You can do that by imagining the process of birthing that is taking place, for instance.

On Psychic Surgery to Reduce the Sex Drive

Another Caveat: Sometimes psychic surgery is performed to sever the central channel of the spine just above the second chakra, under the mistaken assumption that it will make a person more saintly by removing the temptation to perform the sex act. Here is why this type of psychic surgery is inadvisable …

  • It will shorten your life span.
  • It will make it impossible for the Lower Mental Body to be united with, and under conscious control of, the Higher Mental Body. In other words, the Lower Mental Body will ‘go its own way’.
  • While you are waking, the Lower Mental Body will keep up a constant clair chatter and visualizations about participating in the act of sex; the visualizations will be tinged with negative emotions, and the themes will be of sadomasochistic sexuality and other such themes that express these negative emotions. This sexual chatter will alternate with clair stories and vivid, violent daydreams about murdering people or being killed. This is because the cells of the ‘lower triangle’ perceive the psychic surgery as an act of violence against themselves. They perceive that the Higher Self hates them, and they wilt away, contracting physical diseases because of it.
  • While you are sleeping, if the emotional body is in a state of anger, fear, or anxiety because of some small upset during the day, the severed ‘desire elemental’ is likely to participate in astral activities aimed at harming, raping, or murdering others. This is because it has been deprived of the wisdom and tutelage of the higher mind and conscience.
  • Further, you will find it impossible to ground; the astral body will be thrown out into the astral plane, where because of the astral damage done, it will fall prey to the demon realm.

For those who have had such psychic spinal surgeries, either voluntarily or involuntarily, the best remedy is to seek out a good psychic or energetic healer. This includes spiritual healers who are able to work long distance, specialists in acupressure and acupuncture, and practitioners of Thai health massage. Yoga, if practiced very gently, may also be helpful, as may visualization of the energy of the spine as whole, and coursing freely in a natural way.

On Talking With Your Significant Other About Mutual Expression of the Sex Drive

If you are in relation, at this point, the thing to do is to have a talk with your significant other regarding your mutual expression of your sexual drive. Have an open, honest, friendly talk about that; and see if there are repressed bubbles energy that are holding back feelings about the way that that is happening.

If you yourself have feelings like that, which you feel you are holding back for probably very good reasons, then the thing to do is to imagine, for instance, a great sphere of energy between the bottom of the trunk of your body, and your feet … a great sphere of healing energy that is reorganizing the emotions in that area right now.

And it could also be that there are inclusions in the physical body of repressed energy … little bubbles of repressed energy someplace in a spherical area between the navel point and the bottom of the trunk of the body. In the body itself, these areas tend to be much smaller areas of repressed emotion on the astral plane, bound in by some boundary of fear or concern or societal expectation that makes it very difficult to break through and actually talk to one’s significant other about them.

These restrictive barriers might have to do with the inappropriateness of the feeling; the notion that one must make oneself always available to one’s spouse for sexuality, for instance. That is more prevalent, I think, amongst women than amongst men. On a cultural basis, it can affect broad swaths of the population of Earth.

The notion, from a man, that he must perform, sexually, with his significant other, a certain number of times a day or a certain number of times a week, or for a certain duration … the notion that he is not a man if he does not do that: That is a very powerful fear that is prevalent in many cultures, regarding the definition of a man and his existence.

Look for things of that nature; things very deep and very silently flowing through the unconscious thought cloud of the world, and creating that uneasiness that we call the V— D— mental syndrome, or that we call the patriarchal domination or manhood mental filter.

Whatever we call it, that is not really what is happening right now. We are all awakening; we are all changing; and we are all integrating new energy fields both above and below the trunk of the physical body, and higher than the head … much, much higher.

And so we are becoming much more aware of how grand our Soul field is. It is all good news, but it does come about with a little dis-ease and discomfort.

Visualization to Perfect the Bridge to the Subpersonal Chakras
Channeled by Alice B. Clagett

Published on 13 June 2016

  • Lie down on your back, and relax your body.
  • Begin breathing long and deep.
  • Visualize a bubble of energy that starts at the bottom of your trunk and ends at your feet.
  • While holding this visualization in your mind’s eye, see if you can sense any movement of energy in your legs, or in the air around your legs.
  • Continue with this visualization and awareness of feeling in this, the first subpersonal energy sphere, for a few minutes.
  • Repeat as needed.

Wikipedia lists the Subpersonal Chakras as beginning below the feet; see … Link: “Subpersonal Chakras,”  https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Subpersonal_chakras#List_of_the_five_subpersonal_chakras ..

So it could be that the area of the Soul Field that I call the first Subpersonal Chakra Bubble in the video is in reality a bridge between the Personal Chakras and the Subpersonal Chakras. I have changed the title of the below visualization to agree with Wikipedia.

The area being worked on is between the Basal Chakra and the Earth Star in this image of the human chakras, new style …

The below text makes mention of a collective vortical ‘hara line’ effect that I have electromagnetically sensed as occurring during group meditations. This phenomenon I feel to be caused by the ‘chakric engine’ of the kundalini, the subtle energy of the human spine, of all the meditators combined, as they meditate together.

The root chakra, at the base of the spine, is one end of a double wheel of energy whose other end is the crown chakra. These two ends of the same chakra are somewhat misleadingly termed personal chakras 1 and 7, oldstyle,  when in fact I feel them to be one very long chakra whose mid-section is termed the kundalini energy.

Personal chakras 2 through 6 (in the oldstyle chakric numbering system) are double funnels of energy opening to the front and back of a person (that is, ventrally and dorsally).

The root chakra is a wheel of energy that rotates very slowly.  The higher chakras rotate more and more quickly. As the kundalini flows up the spine, each chakra or chakric wheel gears the energy up into a higher frequency. When the energy reaches the crown chakra, its vibration is, I feel, very high.

The above explanation applies to the personal chakras oldstyle … the pre-Ascension chakric numbering system. Since the 2012 Shift, we humans have available to us at least 5 more ‘transpersonal’ chakras above the body, and 5 more ‘subpersonal’ chakras below the body, which may be sensed or ‘felt’ as part of our energy system as we expand into Awareness of the higher dimensions, or planes of Awareness.

Feral Drives, the Unconscious Thought Cloud of the World, and Nonindividualized versus Individualized Awareness         top

It is the feral drives that constitute the main energies of the unconscious thought cloud of the world, which is shared on an nonindividualized level of Awareness by all humankind. This nonindividualized level of Awareness is much like that shared by the nature spirits on the astral plane (the fourth dimension), each variety of which has but one Group Soul and one consciousness. Thus, when nature spirits (which have very long lives) eventually die, their spirits join the Group Soul of their type.

But in humans there is also the individualized level of Awareness of the mind. Consequently, when human beings pass on, they retain individualization (though not personality), and they are able to experience many incarnations as timeline streams within the vast consciousness of the Soul.

When people get together to meditate, and are neutrally or even cordially aware of their feral drives (rather than repressing or ‘shunning’ them), then these meditators are able to transform the unconscious thought cloud of the world, which flows like a river through them for transformation to Divine love, Light and joy.

Patriarchal Domination as a Factor in Group Meditation         top

In a circle meditation (as described in the “Circle Meditations” section below), the logistics depend on the gender of the meditation leader. Why so? This has to do with the strain of patriarchal domination energy now clearing from the noosphere.

In a timeline, the energies of masculine and feminine are like a pendulum swinging. Sometimes the masculine dominates the timeline, and sometimes the feminine dominates. Right now, the pendulum is returning to a more central position, to a balance of the Divine Feminine and the Divine Masculine, which I term ‘Sacred sexuality’ (see my blog category by that name). Meantime though, as the Great Clearing takes place, the energy of Patriarchal Domination must be taken into consideration with regard to the dynamics of group meditation.

Same Gender Attraction         top

The below examples have to do with heterosexual attraction. When some of the attractions among meditators are same sex and some are not, the dynamic is otherwise.

For those who are experiencing same-sex attraction, to avoid feral drive entanglement during in energy transformation work, for instance, it would be important not to sit opposite a person of the same sex during circle meditation, rather than to avoid sitting opposite a person of the opposite sex (as described below).

Triad Energy Created by Feral Drive of Male Meditation Leader (Dark Love Triangle)         top

When the meditation group leader is a man who is married or bonded to another person sitting in the meditation, he may unconsciously transfer feral drive energy from himself, to his mate, and from her to another woman sitting in the meditation. The third woman may experience this twined male-female feral energy ‘arrow’ as both psychic rape and an unwanted same-sex foray.

The unconscious intent of the male leader may be to consolidate his human ‘pack’; we may find that this type of bonded, twined feral foray by the alpha male and alpha female of a group stems from archetypal memories or noospheric animal memories of wolf packs and primate groups.

Safeguard: Sitting Opposite an Empty Chair         top

In a circle meditation, it is almost always true that the clearest path to maintaining integrity of one’s own energy field (or ‘aura’)  is to sit opposite an empty chair. That way feral energies are much less likely to be ratcheted up. White tantric meditations, quite naturally, are the exception to this rule.

Methods of Chakric Rebalancing         top

In the event a meditator’s feral drives ratchet up during or just after a group meditation, or in the event the meditator’s energy becomes less stable during or after a group meditation, he energy of the lower triangle can be transformed through mindful meditation for as long as needed after the group meditation.

Chakric rebalancing techniques may be helpful to clear lower triangle imbalances. My favorite is to concentrate on each of the chakras in turn, and their colors, and to say …

Remove any excess of the color [name the color] in my aura; add any of the color [name the color] that needs to be added.

For the chakras and their colors see … Link: “Chakras,” in Wikipedia … https://simple.wikipedia.org/wiki/Chakra ..

  • Note there is also a chakra in the center of your upper chest, corresponding to the thymus gland. Its color is magenta, and it can be added to your color array to help heal and regenerate the body.
  • Taking a  shower may also be helpful, as may purification ceremonies such as smudging and chanting.
  • The morning after the meditation, on waking, conscious clearing of the lower triangle may be helpful.

SQUARE ARRAY         top

In this configuration, a Leader at the front of the room might find it helpful to visualize, along with the Facilitator, their own vertical energy axis or ‘hara line’ — from top of head to heels. (For more on the ‘hara line’, see the section “On Vortical Motion” above.)

Note there is a variant Square Array illustration in the “White Tantra” section of this blog.

LEGEND: Purple dot: Meditation leader, vase of flowers, or object of devotion; Green dots: Meditators; Pink dot: Meditation facilitator

Purple Dot: In this Non-Tantric Square Array meditation, energy builds at the location of the purple dot and fills the room. A meditation leader, for instance, might sit in the location of the purple dot.

A safer variant, from the standpoint of the feral drives, would be to place a vase of flowers or an object of veneration in location of the purple dot (rather than having a meditation leader in the front of the room).

If a picture of a living person is placed in the location of the purple dot, then out of courtesy, it would be good to notify the pictured person of your meditation date and time, so that they can be ready to transform the group energy.

Green dots: These represent the meditators. As one example, the meditators might be meditating on their hearts.

Pink Dot: The meditation facilitator sits at the back of the room, on the farthest righthand side of the last row of meditators. The second best choice for seating position of the facilitator is on the farthest lefthand side of the last row of meditators.

The facilitator places Awareness on his or her own vertical energy axis or hara line, from top of head to heels. (For more on the ‘hara line’, see the section “On Vortical Motion” above.)

Energy builds at the location of the purple dot and fills the room.

Through visualization, the facilitator can create and enhance a clockwise flow of energy around the room. This vortical effect is like a collective ‘hara line’ in the center of the room, in that it transforms denser energies to higher vibrating energies.

For another depiction of the wheel meditation, see the first image in … Link: “Multidimensional News,” 28 May 2012, by Suzanne Lie. Ph.D., http://www.multidimensions.com/TheVision/newsletters/newsletter_052812.pdf ..

In that image there are wheel-shaped rays of Light, as in my Illustration 2, and also a vertical ray of Light above the head of the meditation leader.

Sometimes the lines of energy between the meditating people manifest as energy; sometimes they manifest as temporary crystalline tubes. Suzanne Lie, Ph.D., intuits that these tubes allow all the people in the meditating group who are so connected to experience an alternate reality (for example, fifth dimensional reality) through a Portal that is opening. In the case of her illustration in the above link, the Portal to the alternate reality is opening about 10 feet above the central person’s head.

In the case of wheel meditations, it is essential that the leader expand his or her Awareness to the heart chakra, or else to Christ Consciousness, to the Angelic Realm, to the higher selves, or to the Celestial Ascension Team. When the leader does this, the feral drives of the other participants, whether male or female, will be drawn to the leader, and through the leader to the Divine for transformation.

  • White circles represent the other people meditating.
  • The arrows represent the dynamics of the feral drives or gut instincts during meditation.

If the leader is a man,  then it would be fine for the other participants to be either men or women. If both men and women are participating, it may be found helpful to arrange the meditators in the circle with male and female energies as evenly interspersed as possible. For example …

If the leader is a woman, and until the energies of patriarchal domination have cleared through the noosphere, she may find it uncomfortable to sit centrally unless all the other members of the group are women.

Even then, she may experience a ratcheting up of the lower triangle energies after the meditation. For ways to deal with this, see the above section “Methods of Chakric Rebalancing.”

If the centrally sitting woman faces a man she finds attractive, and who is sitting on the periphery, she may find it possible for other men to sit on the periphery, despite the factor of patriarchal domination.

However, the patriarchal domination factors into the wife-husband lower triangle bonding, and consequently such a sitting arrangement is apt to unbalance the group symmetry. The centrally sitting woman will be drawn out of her central leadership role, and the husband will assume the leadership role. The feral drives of the others in the group will turn to him, and he must do the primary energy transformation work during the meditation.

Further, there will be a feral-drive energetic entanglement between the person sitting behind the centrally sitting wife, and the wife-husband energy. See how these two arrows overlap? The central sitter’s feral drive will become entangled with that of the person sitting behind her, and her lower triangle chakras will be displaced forward, toward the front of her body.

An uncomplicated circle arrangement is to place a beautiful inanimate object, or an object of religious devotion, in the center of the circle. If the meditators fasten their Awareness on the central object, this will help prevent transfer of feral drive energy between people sitting facing each other.

In this group meditation there is no human leader, unless a picture of a living person is placed in the center. In that case, out of courtesy, it would be good to notify the pictured person of your meditation date and time, so that they can be ready to transform the group energy.

When a circle meditation is led by a man sitting on the periphery, the group feral energies are drawn toward him. The feral energies of the group will be unconsciously directed by the leader to the woman he is sitting opposite.

  • If this woman is not attracted to him, she may experience the inflowing feral energies as psychic rape.
  • If she is his wife or sweetheart, a tantric back-and-forth flow will develop between the leader and herself, enhanced by the feral energy the leader receives from the group.
  • The safest energy arrangement for a male leader sitting in this configuration is this: He should have no one sitting directly opposite him.
  • In a circle meditation with a large group, it would be best for the male leader to have no one sitting in the seat opposite him, as well as the two seats on either side of it (for a total of three empty seats).

When a circle meditation is led by a woman sitting on the periphery, and a man sits opposite her, the feral energies of the man sitting opposite will unbalance her auric integrity, so that she cannot mitre and transform the feral energies of the other members of the group.

Group Circle Meditation: Facilitating in a Domed Room         top

Here are some visuals showing an experience I had on 10 June 2016, about one week prior to Summer Solstice. while facilitating a group circle meditation in a domed room. My intention was to facilitate the influx of Incoming Light, so that the unconscious thought cloud of the world might be cleared through Divine grace.

Domed rooms are a little tricky, as they can increase the clockwise circular flow of energy, creating a whirlwind effect. Domes also can consolidate the group energy in a domeishaped configuration. However, the visual effect of the dome can restrict the height of the group energy to the height of the dome.

I have found group meditations held outdoors to be less height-restrictive, but the energy of the outdoor group has been less condensed, and also, not packed with spiral energy.

FACILITATION VECTOR: By ‘vector’ is meant, the position of the meditation facilitator relative to that of others in the meditation group. This vector is represented in the image by an arrow drawn from the green circle representing the meditation facilitator to a point between the pink and bright yellow circles representing the wife of the meditation leader and the meditation leader …

DESCRIPTION: There is a big, dark circle, with 16 small circles arranged in a circle just inside it.

  • The big dark circle represents the outer edge of the seating area. The seating area was in the center of the domed structure, the floor of which was twice as wide as the seating area.
  • The 16 small circles represent chairs facing the center of the circle. The meditators were sitting in the chairs …

KEY TO SMALL CIRCLES:

  • Small circles that are empty represent empty chairs.

On Avoiding Lower Triangle Hookups During Group Meditation         top

My purpose in so sitting was to avoid a lower triangle hookup between me and another member of the circle. Lower triangle hookups occur when I sit directly facing someone else, unless they have a strong sense of their own EMF field.

To get a strong sense of one’s own EMF field, one must align one’s Awareness with God rather than with the phenomenal world; in this way one begins to see the shallowness of the causal view of reality.

One good way to do that (among many others) is by placing in one’s mind, at critical moments, the prayer “The Great Invocation” by Djwhal Khul …

Link: “The Great Invocation,” by Djwhal Khul, through Alice Bailey, in Theosophy Wiki … https://theosophy.wiki/en/Great_Invocation ..

Here I have channeled the prayer …

Video: “The Great Invocation” . by Djwhal Khul . Channeled by Alice B. Clagett, filmed on 19 November 2014 … https://youtu.be/IrE4QJg_Ai0 ..

Thus one escapes from the chains of the unconscious thought cloud of the world (called by some the collective unconscious), which flow around and through the lower triangle of every human being, and causes astral bonding during group meditations.

Formation of unconscious astral bonds detracts from the buildup of God-Awareness in a meditator, as it distorts and confounds the energy of the personal electromagnetic field. For that reason, experienced meditators avoid these bonds.

ILLUSTRATION 12. DOME 3: CENTRAL KARMIC KNOT         top

Immediately as the meditation started, the energy of the meditation leader (bright yellow circle next to the pink circle in the image below) set the tenor and the rhythm.

Very soon, there was a ramping up of negative energies of the unconscious thought cloud of the world, which I experienced as clair hearing regarding what seemed like societal expectations regarding suppression of the sex drive and the drive to aggression.

It appeared to me that the lower triangle energies of the meditators were meeting in the center of the circle and forming a writhing karmic knot, represented in the “Dome 3” image below, as follows:

  • In the center of the big circle is an image of a celtic knot from Pixabay, public domain … Simplified Pixabay license … https://pixabay.com/service/license/ … This represents a writhing karmic knot.

Then the energy of the group members’ lower triangles … which had been expressing as the writhing karmic knot in the center of the circle … was flooded with sexual energy from the lower triangle of the young, good looking man (dark orange circle, next to light orange circle in the image below).

Because he was sitting directly opposite a woman, and his hara line was directly aligned with hers, his lower triangle energy channeled the sexual energy of all the meditators into her lower triangle. (For more on the ‘hara line’, see the section “On Vortical Motion” above.)

ILLUSTRATION 14. DOME 5: FACILITATOR SHIFTS TO PERIPHERAL ‘STICKS AND HOOPS’ VECTOR         top

Seeing that the current orientation of my hara line was insufficient to start the spiral energy (vortical energy) that could sweep away this collective lower triangle astral bond, I shifted my sitting position so that my knees and my gaze faced an empty chair to my left. (For more on the ‘hara line’, see the section “On Vortical Motion” above.)

The arrow next to the green circle below shows the direction in which my knees were pointing. See how that arrow is parallel to the big arrow in the center of the circle? Thus the energy of my vector (the small arrow next to the green circle) flowed in the same direction as that of the meditator in the dark orange chair.

  • For this reason, I was not engaged in a struggle with the energy flow of the group.
  • Because my vector (my arrow) was more on the periphery of the seating area, I hoped to ‘push’ the group energy in the direction of the typical vortical clockwise spiraling motion that aids the clearing of the unconscious thought cloud of the world as the Incoming Light slowly ramps up and offers humankind the opportunity to awaken …

Luckily, the hoped-for clockwise vortical energy began to take place, the astral cord dissolved, the karmic knot in the center of the meditation area disbursed, and the energy of the group became more synchronous, more golden, and more uplifted or conscious.

However, because of the unruly nature of the astral matter that evening (and in fact, all that week), my electromagnetic field, and perhaps those of the other meditators, remained somewhat unstable for the duration of the evening. (For ways to deal with this, see the above section “Methods of Chakric Rebalancing.”)

An Analogy of Peripheral Vector Spinning to the Childhood Game of Sticks and Hoops         top

Sitting sideways, and facing in the direction of clockwise energy flow for a circle meditation is like the old-fashioned childhood game of sticks and hoops (“rolling hoops”). Children used to strike a hoop with a sideways blow of the stick, causing it to rotate. Because the hoop was not fixed in place, it would move forward, and they would run to keep up.

Of course, during a domed circle meditation, the ‘hoop’ is the astral air inside the dome, the center of which is the center of the dome. This air has nowhere to go but round and round the fixed center of the meditation room, as the ‘striking stick’ of the facilitator’s vector (the straight, slanted arrow in the image “Dome 6”) adds spin to the astral air.

DESCRIPTION: There are six dots in a circle, alternating green and pink in color; the color green represents male meditators who are feeling their heart chakras, and the color pink represents female meditators who are feeling their heart chakras. There is no meditation leader; this is a team effort.

In this configuration, negatively aspected heart chakra energy can be transformed provided that positively aspected heart chakra energy is the predominant energy.

The dyadic energy of a couple, each facing the other, creates a vertical, vortical column of energy between them. This vortex is reinforced by that of each of the other couples. A collective vertical, vortical column of energy is created in the middle of the circle, transforming Earth through Sky.

The meditation leader at the front of the room (if there is a meditation leader) (see the blue dot in the “White Tantric Square Array” image above) might find it helpful to visualize, along with the meditation facilitator, their own vertical energy axis or hara line from top of head to heels. (For more on the ‘hara line’, see the section “On Vortical Motion” above.)

As the tantric meditation proceeds, the vortical energy created by the meditation leader in the front (if there is a meditation leader) will provide an energy pattern that may be fractally dispersed to those couples in the group who are not familiar with the dynamics of a tantric meditation.

Through visualization, the meditation facilitator can create and enhance a clockwise, vertical vortical flow of energy around the room. This vortical effect is like a collective ‘hara line’ in that it transforms denser energies to higher vibrating energies.

FACILITATOR SEATING AT A LARGE CONCERT BOWL         top

The below image shows possible optimum seating for a meditation facilitator at the Hollywood Bowl, which is located in a natural amphitheater. The green hemisphere in the below image indicates the stage. The white spiral indicates the clockwise, vortical vertical motion of meditation energy flow.

The Hollywood Bowl seats about 17,500 people. From past attendance at the summer instrumental concerts, I would estimate that there might actually be in the audience about 1/3 of that, or about 6,000 people. I have found that the uppermost two tiers of seating (which are at the bottom of the below image) are usually nearly empty at these events …

Sit at a little distance from other people. If there are people sitting near the arrows, then pick a seat high enough above them to prevent entanglement of your electromagnetic field with theirs. For me right now, this would be at least 3 seats away, maybe more, depending on whether there are ongoing solar events.

For each person, at each moment, I feel this will vary; so the important thing is to preserve electromagnetic field integrity at the outset, and then change seats as needed if electromagnetic field entanglement occurs as the concert continues.

I have found the best seating as meditation facilitator to be near the yellow arrow below, which is at the far lefthand side of the first row in the fourth tier of seats; from that position the spiral energy soon inspires the electromagnetic fields of concertgoers in the lower tiers, who will be flooded, at the outset, with the uplifting sounds and visual effects from on stage.

The pink arrow, which is at the far righthand side of the first row in the fourth tier of seats,  shows the second best place to sit; but if the people sitting to your left in that row are sparse, or are of a party-going state of mind, it may take longer for the spiral energy to occur.

If two facilitators are present, one may wish to sit at the location of one arrow, and the other at the location of the other arrow.

One must factor in that the minds of the concertgoers must likely become absorbed in the performance before the the uplifting spiral energy can begin to occur. assuming that their thoughts at the time of the concert may be less disciplined than those of room full of meditators, and hence more difficult to inspire with the high energy of the clockwise spiral.

Advantages of the meditation facilitator sitting at the arrowed locations in the below image …

  • These seats are just above a drop in altitude to a walkway; thus they provide good viewing of the performance.
  • They provide good hearing (as there are loudspeakers to the sides, below the two arrows.
  • They are located at considerable height above almost all the people attending or performing in the event (as the seating rises above the stage along the contours of a natural amphitheater).
  • Note also, that the helpfulness of these details in meditating at an instrumental concert at the Hollywood Bowl …
    • the outdoor setting,
    • the absence of street noise, and
    • the fact that the tiered seats are close to the ground.

May I suggest attending an event that features inspiring classical music (such as that of Mozart, Strauss, or Beethoven)? The measured cadences and joyful crescendos of these sound waves are beneficial to the facilitation of uplifting meditation.

The meditation facilitator(s) may wish to visualize and feel an uplifting emotion such as joy or perhaps peace swirling round in a clockwise, vertical, vortical motion (signified by the white spiral) through the audience and the performers on stage …

FACILITATOR SEATING AT A CONCERT HALL WITH TIERED BALCONIES         top

In a concert hall with tiered balconies, the tiers interfere with the clockwise, vertical, vortical energy flow. A good spot for the meditation facilitator is thus on the far left or the far right, where there is a clear view of the stage, in the lowest seating level and just in front of the first balcony tier.

At that spot, the clockwise, vertical, vortical electromagnetic motion may take place in a large, high-ceilinged space, including the stage, all the audience in front of the meditation facilitator, and that portion of the audience behind and on the same level as the meditation facilitator (although the height of the energy flow behind the meditation facilitator will be reduced by the overhanging balcony) …

ILLUSTRATION 23. FACILITATOR SEATING AT A CONCERT HALL WITH TIERED BALCONIES         top

In the concert hall image below, the seating plan was too expansive to get all the seating in the photograph. You must imagine how the seating curls round into a semicircle to the left and right, even though the photo does not show it.

Then imagine the row of seats in the lowest seating area that is just in front of the first balcony tier. This is the last row in the lowest seating area that has a very high ceiling space. The best seating for the meditation facilitator is in the far righthand side of this row, near the yellow arrow, assuming that the row in which the meditation facilitator is sitting will be full of people, whose thoughts at the time of the concert may be less disciplined than those of room full of meditators, and hence more difficult to inspire with the high energy of the clockwise spiral.

From that position, it may take a little longer for the clockwise spiral energy to begin, as the minds of the people to the left of the meditation facilitator must likely become absorbed in the performance before the the uplifting spiral energy can begin to occur.

FACILITATOR SEATING IN A CHURCH WITH CENTRAL AND SIDE WING SEATING AREAS         top

A church with side seating wings that have lower ceilings than the main seating section presents a logistical problem if the center seating section extends farther to the back of the church than the wings do. This is because the vortical flow of energy will be clipped off at the corners formed where the wings end.

ILLUSTRATION 24. FACILITATOR SEATING IN A CHURCH WITH CENTRAL AND SIDE WING SEATING AREAS         top

In the image below, imagine that the side wings end in interior walls 2/3 of the way from the front of the church to the back of the church … imagine they end just behind the two green arrows. This floor plan is sometimes utilized so as to provide two small rooms to the left and to the right at the back of a church … possibly for office space or for restrooms.

The meditation facilitator may sit in one of the locations pointed to by the arrows. This allows the meditation facilitator to assist in the circulation of vortical energy through the space in front of and above him in the central seating area, and also in the lower-ceilinged wing seating areas to his left and right …

ILLUSTRATION 25. FLOOR PLAN FOR FACILITATOR SEATING IN A CHURCH WITH CENTRAL AND SIDE WING SEATING AREAS         top

The floor plan below is for the above seating scenario …

  • Pew seating is in blue. Side seating has a lower ceiling than the main seating.
  • White areas are walls, but what would otherwise have been a wall between the central seating and the two side seating areas is held up by pillars, leaving an opening for vortical energy circulation, although this circulation will be somewhat constricted by the lower ceilings in the wings.
  • The meditation facilitator sits at one of the two green arrows. This is because the corner of wall between the side seating areas and the adjacent offices cuts off the flow of usable vortical energy behind the meditation facilitator.

This diagram is the same as the preceding diagram, except that a white, clockwise spiral is laid over these areas: The central seating, the altar, and a small portions of the side seating contiguous to the central seating. Because this diagram shows the energy spiral when the meditation facilitator is sitting at the lefthand green arrow, the spiral begins at the tip of that arrow.

Sitting at the lefthand arrow, the meditation facilitator assists the clockwise spin of the energy through the left side seating, the altar area, the right side seating, the central seating pew to his right, then once again through the left side seating, and so on. Thus, in the below image, the spiral begins at the tip of the lefthand green arrow …

This video gives a good feeling of the energy of a vortex, which already exists quite naturally in a group of people. The meditation facilitator assists by giving a tiny ‘push’ that encourages the clockwise, vertical, vortical energy, as well as a visualization that involves a positive emotion, such as love or peace.

SUMMARY OF THE VIDEO

Hello, Dear Ones, It’s Alice.

Over the course of the last week, and even today, what I have been noticing is the threads of the Dark Network, which we have discussed before, and which is turning into the Grid of Light of Earth as the Ascension proceeds. Another name for this Dark Network is ‘photonic entanglement’.

I have a sense, like an intuition, that the entanglement aspect, the striking together of electromagnetic lines of energy, so that they become short-circuited … that entanglement aspect is going to be decreasing as we rise in energy to the higher dimensions. So what we call Duality, the third dimension … which perhaps corresponds with the third chakra, the navel point (and lower) energy in our chakric system … that photonic energy, that crisscrossing of electromagnetic lines might be what is causing the glomming that is going on in the clairaudient plane.

What the glomming is, for me, is like this: All I have to do is to think one dissonant thought, and that thought takes wings, because of the clearing that is going on. That thought attracts the energy of a group of people … it might be from one or two, up to very many; maybe twenty or more people, all of whom are somehow entangled in that dissonant sound or Light frequency.

And it gets more and more entangled, and more and more dense as all the people strum that one off-key string; they all start strumming, and singing that song with their Souls, subconsciously, feeling trapped and unable to get out of it.

So what it takes, to get out is a thinking mind. It takes an analytical ability. Or the Zen-like ability to neutrally witness what is going on in the mind. And so, the minute you notice this, the thing to do is to just sit back; feel the energy of the mid-heart, in the center of the chest, at the approximate level of the physical heart. That is the energy of the fourth dimension (4D).

What I have been noticing recently is, whenever this dissonance occurs, there is a roughness in the spin of the heart chakra, front and back. So what it takes is long, deep breathing … very long and very deep, on both the inhalation and the exhalation. You have to keep that up until the normal energy of the heart can re-establish itself. And then you are set to try again with the higher vibes: the fifth dimension (5D) at the throat, the sixth dimension (6D) at the third eye-point, the seventh dimension (7D) at the crown chakra, the eighth dimension (8D) a little above the head, the ninth dimension (9D) higher above the head … like that.

So then, you will be walking around, doing your work, and all of a sudden, you will think one dissonant thought again. And the unconscious thought cloud of the world will come in to the lower three chakras, old system, what is known as the ‘lower triangle’ in yoga. And you will start unconsciously changing the energy of your entire Light body … mixing it around.

And then you have to start all over again: Witnessing, calming, renewing the Spirit, renewing the resonance … like that.

So, photonic entanglement … You know, we can trace it down with our logical minds all day long, but it really will not result in much. What is really changing things is, first, stepping out of the situation so that the heart can heal, and receiving the Incoming Light that is coming in so fast as we approach the March Equinox, and just being grateful for this clearing that is taking place. The clearing can lead to upset; it can lead to physical pains … ‘Ascension symptoms’, as they say.

But one thing that people overlook is all of the wonderful things that are going to be happening to us as we ascend. And many of those things are far beyond our ken. The thing is, our expectations here on Earth, in the third dimension, are very low. We think of life as a kind of prison. We go to school. We go to our job. We raise the children. We get old. We go to a retirement home. And like that! Prison, really.

We do not know that we can heal our physical bodies. We do not know that we can travel through the dimensions. We do not believe that we can surf the timelines. We just do not believe that we can change everything. We do not believe that we can re-write history. But I am here to tell you: That is what we can do! We can do that!

We can travel all of the dimensions. We can move to the Angelic Realm. We can call the Angelic Realm into the physical reality.

We do not have to hang around with other people’s demons. You know? We can create what we really want for ourselves. And it does not take effort. It does not take slow social change. All it takes is the vision, and the knowledge, that we have the power, through our mid-hearts, through our high hearts (at the level of the thymus gland), and through all of our higher chakras, we can envision and create that reality. Not after the Light comes in, but right now.

So, photonic entanglement … It is a mental puzzle. But the majesty of our Souls … that is the reality right now.

I wish you all the very best, and the highest vision of your own power in the world today. The very highest vision, and the least photonic entanglement; in fact, photonic dis-entanglement today.

In love, light and joy,
I Am of the Stars
