INTRODUCTION

Dear Ones,

This video offers the first of three ways to ground through the basal chakra (also known as the first chakra and the root chakra). In this video I relate the success I had when I tried basal chakra clearing using Mongolian Throat Music.

Also discussed is how strengthening and clearing of the basal chakra may help to prevent a feeling of astral rape during geostorms such as the mild geostorm that occurred today.

There is a Summary after the video …

SUMMARY OF THE VIDEO

“Grounding Through the Basal Chakra 1: Mongolian Throat Music”

Hello, Dear Ones. It’s Alice. I Am of the Stars.

I am having a lovely walk today. And I thought I would take a rest and talk to you for a little while about grounding through the first chakra (the basal chakra), and the relationship that has with what seems like astral rape (which I have mentioned many times in years past).

I had a notion yesterday that Mongolian throat music might be something good to play to strengthen and purify the energy of the basal chakra (the first chakra).

And then I thought that this might help prevent astral rape. My reasoning for that was this: It seems to me that sometimes astral rape feelings occur because of anxiety, especially during geostorms and other solar events … and that anxiety can be set aside by strengthening the first chakra. So the one … the first chakra strength … may prevent the second … the jostling and oscillating of the second chakra that the subconscious mind sometimes interprets as astral rape (if you get my meaning).

So I went to Amazon on Google and I found a [Mongolian throat music] mp3. The very first one looked really good to me; that was …

Citation: “Mongolian Throat Singing” by Tenzin River, from Amazon Music … https://amazon.com …  I liked all the music tracks, but I have to say that the track labeled “Om Mani Padme Hum” was especially intriguing because of what seemed to me to be a robust blend of cultural traditions.

I downloaded this and tried it before resting that night. I found ot created a beautiful prickling sensation in the basal chakra at the very base of the trunk of the body. It was a healing feeling. It was like acupressure points inside that chakra were being readjusted … almost like playing a piano … all throughout that area and outside of that area. It was incredible.

So I am recommending, for those of you that experience anxious moments during geostorms (or any time): Go ahead and buy the Mongolian throat music album that you like best and try playing it whenever you feel anxious. Just let me know how that goes. It went well for me.

[Shows Sun peeking through oak forest, and lighting up her hair.] Nice, huh? What is that? Wow! There is a little geostorm today, I know. FFirst there was a Solar [Wind] Gust Alert, then there was a BsubZ [Alert], then I got
an alert to the effect that] Kp=5, [which indicates a] mild geostorm [is in progress].

And now you are getting beautiful [music] from the Sun, you see …

It is a very good time to be playing that music, just so that you can absorb the full blessing of the Incoming Light and not worry too much about the perils inherent in the notion of change.

God bless you all,
And keep you safe,
And be with you
Through all your days.

In love, light and joy
This is Alice B. Clagett.
