This blog is about ways to soothe social unrest and improve our urban environments through land distribution. The information in green font below is not mentioned in the video …
After Columbus discovered America, the problem of unrest among younger sons of nobility was solved in England by offering them land grants to plantations on the East Coast of America. This was also a way of redistributing wealth and creating new wealth.
How this may apply to unrest among those of no means in America’s large cities, with regard to possible redistribution of Government Lands, for instance, lands owned by the Bureau of Land Management. It is possible the railroads are holding more lands as a result of original land grants to them to entice them to build railroads across the United States, and that these lands might, through whatever modus, offer an avenue of wealth redistribution in the United States.
Stepping up the United States land redistribution process might solve a number of problems:
It might mitigate discomfort among the very wealthy here in America, regarding the potential for social unrest among the urban poor.
It might offer a program that would foster the principles of hard work to provide for oneself a bright future, which has proven very effective in strengthening the moral fabric of America in times past.
The ideals of sustainable living might be fostered in the newly distributed lands.
A decrease in crowdedness of our large cities might give a financial boost to overworked community services, by removing the lower per capita income households from the cities and decreasing crowdedness.
And the resultant improvement in per capita urban income might improve public services coffers … for example, those of law enforcement, fire department, water, power, street cleaning and trash collection. Funds from relief of demand for public services might be channeled into urban renewal, with reinstitution of city street paving and sidewalk repair (of which there has for some years been a negligible amount ongoing in Los Angeles, for instance), better public transportation, less commute congestion, more urban green spaces, and urban wildlife transportation corridors.

SUMMARY OF THE VIDEO
Hello, Dear Ones, It’s Alice. I Am of the Stars.
I had a few more thoughts on the days of yore as compared to current times, that I thought I would share with you. It has to do with ways to soothe social unrest and ways to solve problems of distribution of wealth; very practical notions.
A long, long time ago, soon after Columbus discovered America, the royalty of England found a use for that continent that did not have to do with finding gold. In those days there were nobility in England that had many children. Some of those children had lands and means. But the youngest sons typically had none.
So there was a problem there, with regard to the youngest sons of nobility, because they were restless, and they wanted abundance. They wanted means, and they did not have them. They posed a potential threat to the ruling powers of England.
So the notion that was ingeniously concocted by the ruling powers was to send the youngest sons of the nobility, with a land grant, to the East Coast of America. They would then become landed gentry, and they would establish plantations and create their own wealth for themselves. Furthermore, they would be very far from the ruling powers of England; hence, unable to cause trouble.
So this was a manner of distribution of wealth, and a way of creating new wealth, for those who had none, in England. And this applies today … in a different format; but there is the same difficulty today in what is now the United States.
In the large cities, there are numbers of restless people who, for whatever reason, have nothing. I would not blame it on the problem that is termed the ‘immigrant problem’, which is part of the worldwide wealth and abundance creation problem that remains to be solved on New Earth.
I would not term it the ‘immigrant problem’, because there are many people in the large cities of America today who are not immigrants … and many also who are immigrants … who have nothing. In other words, there is a very large class of people who are very, very poor.
These people pose a problem to the ruling elite of America. Here in America, the ruling elite comprises not kings and queens, and not the United States government. What it is, is the very wealthy, the heads of corporations, and that sort; the people who have most of the wealth.
The entertainment industry, for instance, has some very wealthy people. And there is old wealth here too, I feel. So there are a few people that have a lot of money, and who are threatened by the people in the cities who have nothing at all.
I have a proposal; I ask that you just take a look at this notion: We have in the United States a huge amount of land that is held by the Bureau of Land Management (BLM) as the result of an old deal that took place between the railroad companies and the government, for the development of railroads across the United States, so as to connect the East Coast with the West Coast.
Technically, this land belongs to the Bureau of Land Management; but today, I would propose that some compensation might be made to them for this land, and that an offering might be made, of free or inexpensive land, to these people who are in the large cities, and might relocate to an environment of sustainable living in the BLM lands.
What would happen, then, is that those that have great wealth, in the cities, would gain some measure of security against social unrest. And it would be a double win, because those who have nothing would then have something.
In a manner of speaking, it is a conceivable method of redistributing wealth. So, something to look at. I am sure there are other notions too; but this, I feel, is a very intriguing notion.
In love, light and joy

SUMMARY OF THE VIDEO
Hello, Dear Ones, It’s Alice. I Am of the Stars.
I thought I would tell you a story that my mom told me, in relation to a newspaper story that I saw the other day. The two are related, but they are miles apart in terms of years and generations …
My Mother’s Story About Employment of the Homeless for Public Works in the Great Depression
When I was very young, my mother told me the story of the Great Depression. That was the time she lived through before I was born. In the time of the Great Depression, there was no work to be had. There were a number of reasons why many men could not find work at all. And so, she said, they left their homes and their families, in hopes of finding work elsewhere. And they roamed around and lived under bridge abutments, off the sides of roads, in crude encampments of tent dwellings … and looked for work from there, in hopes that they could get money to support their families.
These tent villages were huge sometimes; and there was some lawlessness there … sometimes fighting and brawling and alcohol drinking, and maybe even occasionally murders … and of course there was a problem with sanitation, and how they might find enough food to eat; and whether their tents would hold up in a rainstorm, whether they could be warm in the snow, and so forth.
These were desperate men. And the people in the towns, who lived near these homeless encampments, would come to the tent villages, and there would be huge fights and killings and drivings off of people, and so forth.
Then finally it came to the attention of the government, and they tried to think of a solution to this problem. One of the things they came up with, was the idea of hiring these people to do public works projects all over the United States … and often in areas that were rural.
So they would hire them. And in that way these people would have just enough money to support their families. And the Works Progress Administration would hire them; and in that way these people would have just enough money to support their families. And they would transport them to very rural locations.
One of the ideas I have is that then they could get into no trouble; there would be no alcohol; they could get their food supplied for them; and they would be with other people who were in equal economic straits, in a place where there was really nothing to be done but very hard work … with good results too, because among these public works projects of the 1930s, many still remain today. Bridges were built all over the United States. They worked on all kinds of public projects, including roads. And they did great work, very enduring work that is still there. They built the transportation system of America.
During a time when there was no hope, the government helped to supply them with a living for themselves and their families.
A Recent News Story about a Homeless Encampment
That is mom’s story. And so now to get to the story that I saw in the newspaper that I saw in the newspaper the other day: I saw a story about a homeless encampment in San Francisco. There wree problems that were reminiscent of the homeless encampments in the 1930s, problems with lawlessness, sanitation, the use of drugs, and so on.
Consequently the government ordered that everyone leave that area. Some people complied, and some people would not comply. At the time that I read this newspaper article, there were people who were determined to stay and express their right to be where they were.
I feel it is time for the government to consider what can be done to employ these people. For instance, there was a nurse there who had lost her work. What can be done to turn around this situation? How can these people be housed? How can they receive medical care? How can they get hope back into their lives?
It is important. This time is now. We do not want homelessness and lawlessness in our cities. But the answer is not violence. The answer is not government edicts to move on. The answer is some constructive thing that can help them to achieve whatever goals they may have that are positively oriented towards society.
I hope this will be considered in the near future, for America. We thought of it long ago. This is just like a redux; it is a return to something to help them maintain their ideal of the American dream, just as we who are homed hope to maintain that ideal.
On Restorative Justice and Work Ethic Education of Prisoners
There is one more thing that I found out during my recent road trip north through California. I was in Ukiah, the county seat of Mendocino County, where there was a work realignment program that allowed all but violent criminals to work at jobs like emptying trash receptacles and road work, and so forth, and then just be in prison at night.
I believe this was for people who had been convicted of crimes that were not notably violent. This seems to be the wave of the future for criminal justice: Not so much to house people in hopeless circumstances, where they simply scheme to get back at society for what has been done to them, but instead to allow them a chance to work towards a change in their attitude … a chance to have jobs like other people have, and a chance to be treated more humanely, so that they can begin to learn the true rules of society. I say this because I feel it likely that people who operate from the perspective of the criminal mind have not been granted that kind of view of the way that society functions, that most people get. So this is a chance to do that.
You all take care. Love you lots. Bye bye.

[This is the end of the video. The following are supplemental sections …]
HOW SAN FRANCISCO IS DEALING WITH ITS 6,000 HOMELESS
I recently perused an article that mentioned there are now 6,000 homeless in San Francisco …
San Francisco’s response to this problem was to evacuate a tent city on Division Street, citing health problems. Of course, the larger problem is: What to do about the homeless all across America.
THE SHANTYTOWNS OR ‘HOOVERVILLES’ OF THE GREAT DEPRESSION
This Wikipedia article describes the homeless encampments of the Great Depression …
In the early 1930s, millions were homeless. Those living on the streets numbered in the hundreds of thousands.
In bitter derision of then-President Herbert Hoover, homeless shantytowns were termed ‘Hoovervilles’. Homeless families were camped out in New York’s Central Park. There were eight Hoovervilles in Seattle. There was a very large Hooverville in St. Louis as well, with 4 districts and its own mayor.
“The Bonus Army” was a group of World War I veterans who established a Hooverville in the District of Columbia. At its peak, this shantytown numbered 15,000 veterans seeking their benefits. Apparently, there was much violence surrounding this encampment. Here is a very famous photo of veterans fighting with law enforcement …
The Bonus Army shantytown was finally burned down …

President Roosevelt’s Public Works program, mentioned in the video and in the Wikipedia article, put many homeless men to work building bridges, dams, courthouses, post offices, and roads. It might be good to have such a government program today to employ the homeless and help build a better America.

Dear Ones,
This is about purifying the chakras using finger cymbals. At the end of the video is a short section on general purifying gems. There is an edited Summary after the video, and a new section, in green font, on balancing the chakras using gems, colors, and sacred sound.
I see that the camera was set up too low for the video, and consequently it looks like I am clicking the cymbals in a little bit the wrong locations in the video.
It would be best to look at a chakric chart, such as this one in the final section below, before beginning balancing the chakras, and to locate the cymbal clicking at the exact height of the chakra, along the central vertical power current of the body.

SUMMARY OF THE VIDEO
Hello, Dear Ones, It’s Alice.
I have been working with clearing and balancing my chakras today, as I have for a while now. I have a different way of doing it than most people have. So I thought I would show you my way, which works very well for me … and then I will add the other references, that do a different kind of job of healing and balancing and harmonizing the chakras.
Purifying and Balancing the Chakras Using Finger Cymbals
First, I want to show you these … these are Zildjian finger cymbals … the thick kind …
Adding Beads on Elastic Cord to Increase Reverberation of the Sound. And I added these little beads, you see? …
Image: “Finger Cymbals Beads and Elastic 1,” by Alice B. Clagett, 23 April 2015, CC BY-SA 4.0, from “Awakening with Planet Earth,” https://awakeningwithplanetearth.com … DESCRIPTION: Upright on the back of each cymbal is a long, thick, ceramic bead. Two narrow pieces of elastic are threaded from the inside of each cymbal, out the hole in the middle of the cymbal, through the long, thick ceramic bead, and out the other side of the bead. Just at the far end of the beads, the two narrow pieces of elastic are knotted together with the ends of a golden, silken cord, so that they may be hung together on a wall between playing practices … COMMENT: The knots at the far ends of beads must be just loose enough to allow the cymbals to wobble very slightly when they are struck together. That small bit of relaxation in the tension of the cord allows the sound of the cymbals, when struck together, to resonate more fully and to reverberate in several harmonics, making the sound of their striking richer and more able to soothe the energies of the human listener in several dimensions at once. Generally, I feel the healing influence of cymbals so tied to affect the physical body, the astral body, and the three mental bodies of the listener, whereas cymbals tied tightly may affect only the physical body.

And what that does is, it allows them to kind of wiggle a little bit … which is good for striking; it does not keep them really tense. And it is easy for the fingers to grasp them like that.
You can add buy the Zildjian cymbals and you can add this elastic and these special, little beads … maybe from the bead store … or you can just use them the way they are.

There now … My pranic column energy is energized and harmonized. And all the chakras are going beautifully well together.
When you do it yourself, you can also start a little lower. if you want. You could start three to six inches below your basal chakra … three to six inches down your legs, like this [demonstrates].
And, if you are spry, or you are sitting in a chair, you could do it even lower than that. One to two feet lower you are getting down toward the Earth Star, down near the ground. [demonstrates] … So that is for better grounding. The Earth Star chakra itself is about a foot beneath the soles of the feet; while you cannot click the cymbals where this chakra is, you can click them as low as possible, while at the same time placing your awareness on the true location of the Earth Star chakra.
All right then. You have seen the meditation. If you want, you can buy the Zildjian cymbals. Or you might try another kind of finger cymbals.
Other Musical Instruments That Can Be Used to Purify the Chakras
Or you can use any number of other musical instruments to purify the air in your home or workplace, and to purify your chakras. You can use clacking sticks … I do not know if I have any here, right handy. You can even use pot lids, if you do not have anything else. You can use a Tibetan singing bowl; that is a very cool sound.
Purifying and Balancing the Chakras With General Use Gems
And you can also apply gems to the chakras in order to purify them. General use gems that are inexpensive to purchase are black tourmaline …

You can buy them rough-cut, in three-pound bags … for example at https://www.amazon.com/ … place them in sunlight or moonlight, to absorb that energy … and then use the sunlight- or moonlight-charged gems on chakras that are not well balanced, or that need purifying.

CHAKRIC BALANCE USING GEMS OR COLORS SPECIFIC TO EACH CHAKRA
Chakric balancing work can be done using gems or colors specific to each chakra. The gems and colors to use in healing and purifying the traditional seven chakras are as in the image below. My preference is to start at the bottom and work my way up my aura. See …
I feel that the new chakras within the body must be along the color gradient line of the old-style chakras. I think this because it is the gears of the chakras that change the energies of the chakras from very slow moving at the basal chakra to fast pulsating at the crown chakra. Thus the new chakras within the body would lie along the color gradient line created by the changeups of light created by the gears of the 7 chakras oldstyle.
Acting on this presumption, we could select healing colors and gemstones for the new chakras within the body, using colors intermediate between proximate oldstyle chakras.
Transpersonal and Subpersonal Chakras
As to the transpersonal chakras above the head, and the subpersonal chakras below the soles of the feet, there is not clear agreement on their colors yet. Meanwhile, I feel that brown would be a reasonable representation of the Earth Star, as that is the color of Earth, and a color in agreement with the gradient of the oldstyle chakras, only slower pulsating.
Current agreement as to the number of transpersonal chakras is that there are one to five such chakras; there are just two in the image.
Current agreement as to the number of subpersonal chakras is that there are one to six such chakras; there is just one as in the image.
I await agreement among the Lightworker community as to their aspects.
In love, light and joy
This is Alice B. Clagett.

NATIONAL PARKS AND FEDERAL RECREATION LANDS CAMPING
COLORADO, NEW MEXICO, AND NEVADA STATE PARKS CAMPING
FREE CAMPGROUNDS ACROSS AMERICA
Dear Ones,
WORK CAMPING
I just read an article in “AARP the Magazine,” Dec/Jan 2015, called “Mixing Work and Pleasure on the Long, Winding Road.” This is about ‘work camping’, which I thought might be of interest to some of us as we go through the Ascension process. Reason being, a competitive career lifestyle is not always compatible for all of us as the process unfolds. Work camping offers a chance to ratchet down on housing cost … by living in a trailer … and at the same time work for minimum wage at a low key job, and garner enough money to pay for food and gas. With some employers, part time work is available.
I could not find the AARP article online; It looks like you have to become a member to get it. However, in the article they mention Amazon.com has a CamperForce program, providing free campsites and about $10 an hour, plus overtime, for seasonal work in its warehouses all across the US …
When I was camping at Mesa Verde last summer, I found out that Aramark offers seasonal jobs at National Parks and elsewhere. This sometimes includes a campsite, minimum wage, and part time or full time work in a laundry or gift shop or snack shop, etc …
COLORADO, NEW MEXICO, AND NEVADA STATE PARKS CAMPING
State Parks sometimes offer great opportunities for campers. I noticed on both the Colorado and the New Mexico banks of beautiful Navajo Lake State Park, sites with amenities and an incredible view are offered.
On the New Mexico side, annual camping permits are $180 a year for New Mexico residents, $100 a year for New Mexico resident seniors and disabled, $225 a year for out of state residents. More information here …
I gather from this chart that Nevada State Parks offer seasonal low entrance fees with free camping. Annual permits for camping in all Nevada State Parks are $200 a year ..
