Dear Ones,
This is an explanation about life on Earth…. the ionosphere and magnetosphere, the noosphere, the unconscious thought cloud of the world, communication within and above the Earth plane, and a historical perspective on Souls now on Earth.
THE IONOSPHERE AND THE MAGNETOSPHERE
The Ionosphere and the Magnetosphere protect humankind by modulating the Incoming Light from Solar Events. In this way, harmful radiation can’t affect us.
Cell phone signals and radio signals ping off the Ionosphere and satellites in it. So the ionosphere reflects communication signals, and its astral aspect, the Noosphere, also has to do with communication.

As to the crack in the Magnetosphere, that is allowing localized application of Incoming Light for mitigation of localized density of the Unconscious Thought Cloud of the World. The intention of the Angelic and Devic Realms, in this case, is to alleviate our perceived suffering as soon as possible. More on that later.
THE NOOSPHERE
The Noosphere, the sphere of human thought, is the astral aspect of the ionosphere. There are two aspects to the Noosphere: Positive and Negative. Both these aspects exist in all ‘heights’ of the Noosphere: Low, middle, and high.
The Noosphere Negative contains hell-world thoughts (lower Noosphere negative), thoughts of mild suffering (Purgatory thoughts … middle Noosphere negative) and psychic terrorists … astral thuggee cult and Consequentialist Idealist spiritual adept thoughts (highest Noosphere negative).
Similarly but oppositely aspected, the Noosphere Positive contains heaven-world thoughts of various intensities, ranging from complacent or content (lowest heaven worlds), to happy (middle heaven worlds) to ecstatically joyful (highest heaven worlds).
And through these areas are, sitting or flitting, those Earth-bound Souls being schooled for their next incarnations.
THE VEIL OF FORGETFULNESS
The Veil of Forgetfulness is at the borderline of the third and fourth dimensions … between the physical plane and the astral plane. It comprises the densest, most unconscious Noospheric energies.
The Devas said The Veil was put in place to stop humanity from suffering too much through knowing about the endless wheel of karma and incarnations.
When I wake up, and sit up to meditate I sense the barrier of The Veil of Forgetfulness at first … the Hounds of the Barrier, as it were. Then by concentration, the pranic column energy (aka the central vertical power current or kundalini) pierces this veil and proceeds into less dense realms. Thank goodness.
It could be what the Devas mean is that, till now, when Souls go to the Light, that in passing through the lower, densely unconscious realms of the Noosphere, they lose the knowledge of their incarnations, and so lose the knowledge of the suffering they have endured, and must further endure till the end of a Great Cycle. This ‘little death’ allows the Greatness that we are to endure in this harsh environment. And so, as the Devas say, the Veil of Forgetfulness has been a blessing and an important feature of Earth School.
THE UNCONSCIOUS THOUGHT CLOUD OF THE WORLD
The Unconscious Thought Cloud of the World appears to be not part of the Veil. Rather, it seems to flow in localized, roiling waves, especially within cities, where the mental thought cloud of humanity is tight packed. However, all it takes is a thought … say of a friend, family member, or a person made known through the media, to allow the Unconscious Thought Cloud of the World to expand to a different location.
EARTH-PLANE CLAIR COMMUNICATION
I mentioned how cell phone waves ping off the Ionosphere, and how the Noosphere is the astral aspect of the Ionosphere. What we watch on the Internet, what we hear in the media, the emotions we feel … all these ping off the Noosphere, just as cell phone signals ping off the Ionosphere.
Thoughts of sexuality carry great creative power because of their high emotional content. Because of the increasingly quicksilver communications of emotional thought as the Shift unfolds, these resoundingly ping off the astral aspect of the Noosphere, back to Earth. When these emotion packed thoughts impinge upon a localized portion of the Unconscious Thought Cloud of the World, humans may be impelled to ‘act out’ similar story lines.
So when we hear clair chatter about sexuality, it is best to ‘batten down the hatches’. Meditate, sit in the sun, breathe deeply … do something relaxing and fun. Let the clair chatter flow on by… no worries.
Just like the negative thought forms, which carry darker emotional energy, thoughts of love and peace, which carry lighter emotional energy, can ping off the Noosphere and back to Earth. So let us concentrate on those instead. For myself, I have joined the HeartMath Initiative …

INTERDIMENSIONAL CLAIR COMMUNICATION
Know that each of us has a higher dimensional Celestial Ascension Team standing at the ready. Our Teams are not embodied; they are our Celestial helpers. Among them are Angels and Ascended Masters, for instance. Beings of love and Light, as mentioned in the Bible and other sacred books. They are our brothers and sisters of Light. They understand our predicament, and much more. They are proud of us, and eager to be of assistance. For your own sake, and that of all humankind, I ask you to attempt contact as soon as possible.
When I wake up in the morning, sit up, and meditate on the pranic column energy, I first encounter the dream-trance state of the lowest noosphere … the realm of mind control, unconsciously held societal self-limitations, and densely distorted, repressed memories. Then by concentration, I break through to the higher realms, where my Team is.
In the same way, the Activations of Light that begin ‘Spirit to Team. Team to Teams. Teams to Spirits…’ go up a person’s pranic column, through the Noosphere, to our Celestial Ascension Team standing ever at the ready, beyond that currently churning, tumultuous sea of energy. From there the Activation of Light goes off to the Teams of other humans, and if they are ready, down their pranic columns. In this way the signal degradation of the currently very dense lower levels of the Noosphere are minimized.
Activations of Light to do with this will be forthcoming, hopefully today.
SOLAR WIND SPEED EFFECTS
Because we are so new into the Shift, the dense, roiling state of the Noosphere sometimes prevents Spirit-to-Team communication. This may have something to do with the Solar Wind Speed factors. For instance, currently Solar wind speed: 417.9 km/sec and density: 6.7 protons/cm3. Speed x density = 2800 Protonfall (my term; as an analogy, think of the meaning of the word rainfall)
I am beginning to notice that speed X density in the 2600 – 2800 range may be churning and roiling the lower portion of the Noosphere. This causes density and commotion in the human energy field. I have noticed that higher ranges, 3000 – 10,000 … do not have this effect.
The churning-roiling range can give rise to the emotions of judgment and blame, which then cause the boomerang effect …

… in the person who is judging or blaming. So, ‘heads up’ when the density is 2600 – 2800. Keep the mind high and the thoughts pure. So may we help the Unconscious Thought Cloud of the World remain in a state of Peace and Love.
THOTH ON THE HOUNDS OF THE BARRIER, AND ON ANGLES, CIRCLES, AND VORTICAL MOTION

Hounds of the Barrier. The Hounds of the Barrier mentioned by Thoth has to do with the lowest level of the Noosphere.
Angles. The angles mentioned by Thoth have, among other things, to do with how signals ping off the Noosphere, angularly, similarly to the angles in the picture up above of cell phone signals bouncing off the Ionosphere.
Circles and Vortical Motion. The pranic column energy makes use of the ‘circle’ energy, or vortical motion that Thoth has referred to (see link above). This kind of energy can pierce through the Veil of Forgetfulness (circumvent the ‘Hound of the Barrier’) and arrive at the purer dimensions … fifth dimension and higher.

Or you can visualize, in this beautiful artwork by Jaijelinne, a whorling vortex of energy. At the bottom of the picture, imagine a person. The vortex, the ‘kundalini energy’, is whorling around through the person, along the spinal column, This is the energy of the core of the torus of the human electromagnetic field.

As the energy whorls up through the sky, it pierces the astral stratosphere (the highest heaven worlds), accesses the astral solar wind stream, from there to the Light codes stored in our planet’s Sun. You might imagine the circular whorl in the magenta energy stream of the artwork as our Sun’s light storage system.
From there our kundalini energy streams onward to the great bursts of Light codes from Alcyone, the Central Sun of the Pleiadian System. This system of light information transmission is the gift of Divine grace to humankind.
The gift of grace might be thought of as symbolized by the dove in Jaijelinne’s artwork.
GHOSTS AND THE ASTRAL WORLD
Souls who ghost about are ghosting through the Unconscious Thought Cloud of the World. Sending them to the Light sends them to Noosphere, where they rise by steps or grades to the extent of their Light Quotient. This process is described in the story of Ma’at and the ostrich feather she used to judge the weight of the Souls of the dead …
The myth goes like this: The Soul of every Egyptian was judged after death. The person would stand in the Hall of Ma’at and their heart, or conscience would be weighed against an ostrich feather (the feather of Ma’at). The scales represented justice and balance.
If they had not lived a balanced life, then their heart would be heavier than the feather. Then they would suffer one of two fates. They might be cast into a lake of fire. Or they might be devoured by the terrible deity Ammit.
But if the heart was as light as the feather of Ma’at, then they would earn eternal life.
Sometimes Osiris would be there to act as judge at the ritual, and many other gods might help officiate, but Ma’at was always there. Basically, Souls are consigned to the hellworlds, the negatively aspected Light, if their Soul wounding carries that negatively aspected Light. It is a physical law, not a judgment.
HISTORICAL PERSPECTIVE: THE GREAT AGE MYTH OF CREATION
Here we are on the outer edge … the very outer edge … of our Galaxy. The 120,000-year great cycle of the Sun confines Souls who have chosen Earth School to existence on Earth during the great cycle away from the Sun. This again is a physical law, to do with our distance from Source.
In flocks and flurries, from Great Cycle to Great Cycle, we Souls choose to endure this cycle of separateness. Choice can be made to go off planet when Shifts such as the September-December 2012 Shift occur. At that point the Incoming Light is more rare, and the Noosphere can be pierce by the pranic column energy. In that way the person can, by concentration, acquire the Incoming LIght ‘sooner’ (nanosecondly sooner) than others. These can get through to the Heaven Worlds and higher … to the True Reality of Universal Love, Light, Peace and Joy. Heed them. They can ease this process.
Note that, in truth, there is no such thing as time, and that 120,000 years goes by in the wink of an eye to our non-confined Star Brothers and Sisters. To us who have voluntarily placed our awareness within the temporo-spatial fabric, however, the Now slows down to a crawl of agony, and our unconsciousness has repressed these memories of agony, so that we until now have not known the Hell in which we lived … what might be termed a bubble of entropy in a Universe of Harmony and Order.
At this great Turning Point, the process of entropy has halted, and we on Earth are turning to the positive emotions of Love and Joy. Just as contemplation of Love can turn the water in our saliva to crystal form (1), so can it enhance the wellbeing of our whole bodies, our communities, our nations, and our great Mother Earth … her waters, lands, and atmosphere.
Hold steady. Know that help is at hand. All is well. Likewise for those who have passed, who are on the Astral Planes, help is at hand. They will be assisted in their Soul Choices immediately.
A MESSAGE OF HOPE IN A TIME OF CHANGE
For those who are concerned with possible changes in Earth institutions, such as governments, economic institutions, and so on, know that all is well. There will no doubt be small changes, by increments, for the betterment of humankind. Is this not always so? But catastrophic changes is not … I repeat, not … on the agenda. You are our respected leaders. We look to you for spiritual upliftment during this miraculous and amazing process.
As the Shift unfolds, there will be more and more wonders to behold. Brothers and sisters, we have forgotten much. Let us remember! Let us remember the greatness of our Souls, the Majesty of our Being. There are loving friends to greet us. There is the Love of All That Is to meet us.
