Hello, Dear Ones, It’s Alice. I Am of the Stars.
I have a mental picture for you regarding the noosphere and the clair chatter, that more and more people are hearing these days. If you could imagine that the clair chatter is like water … and we are talking now in terms of fluid dynamics, which I know nothing about … but I do have this metaphor to offer …
Imagine that the noosphere … the body of mental knowledge that is trapped in this planetary realm … and the clair chatter that we all hear, are water. And far off, in the mountains, there is a torrential rain. And that rain is some noospheric event on Earth …
Say, there is a natural disaster; that is like the torrential rain in the far-off mountains; it is not near you. And the water comes gushing down, through the mountain passes, and down into the rivers that go down into the cities .. that go down into the sea.
And you, with your own clair chatter individual noosphere, are hanging out in an almost dry riverbed … just having a good time of it; wading around in the water once in a while. There are high banks on either side, so it is hard to get out.
There you are, just enjoying your noosphere. And all of a sudden, this torrential rain … this flash flood … comes straight down the river and sweeps you up! … This is like a storm of negative emotions that sometimes happens in the noosphere.
When we are embodied in physical form, we all have some positive and some negative emotions. If we did not, we could not stay in physical form, because physical form is a realm of great Duality … It is a great Duality experiment.
The emotions that we have are in the fourth dimension, as compared to the third dimension, which is the physical realm. The fourth dimension, that allows us to embody, has both negative and positive emotions in it. So then we can distill down into physical form, which has even greater disparity of negative and positive poles.
So here we are, hanging out in the third dimension, and we have certain negative and positive emotions. These cause our emotional body to be swept downstream as the great storm of negative clair chatter hits us.
Downstream we go, until we reach the ocean. And pretty soon we are just bobbing along in the ocean … in a great sea of negativity, along with a lot of other people … and we are not really sure what happened.
This seems to happen over and over again. So what can stop us? What can help us stay in the place where we are, without being swept along in other people’s negative thought forms? The thing that I found, that works, is God.
When I was young, I made a spiritual practice of chanting God’s name … either out loud, or in my mind … for a certain length of time every day. And I think that this is a very helpful practice; very helpful. It helps lift the mind up, and refine the astral matter on the astral plane, so that we can stay centered, even when other people are not. That is true for both the third and the fourth dimension, I think. This is a very good practice to undertake, so as to align ourselves with God.
Then later … most recently, after 2012 … (and this may not apply to you), I found that by chanting God’s name and ‘churning the ethers’ in the fourth dimension, what would happen is that the negative clair chatter would become stronger.
My feeling about this is that, since the 2012 Shift, all of Earth, all the noosphere, and every other energy on Earth is rising to meet the Incoming Light’s level. But there is a balancing process taking place.
Prior to the Shift, because the world was so full of dense energies, it was very important for spiritual students to ratchet up their noosphere into a very refined astral state, and maintain that. But now, during the Shift, I find that by churning the ethers on the astral plane with God’s name, I am causing other people of more dense astral matter to act out, or to become more negative, and to increase their own negative clair chatter.
What I finally experimented with, was embodying Christ consciousness in my body, instead of using clair words or speaking God’s name out loud, simply silently and with a neutral mind to embody that state of refined energy, insofar as I am able to.
Alignment with the will of God … either through speaking, if that works for you; or through feeling in the body, if that works for you; however you can manage to align with the will of God … maybe by reading your sacred scriptures … that is like we are standing in the riverbed; fooling around; having fun; living our lives; and we suddenly see the flash flood coming. And we grab a twig from a tree that is right there. And that twig saves us from the flash flood.
That twig’s name is: Aligning with God. The tree is God; and the twig is that way that we align with God, in that moment of greatest need.
Well, this is all fine and dandy, you know? We say: At the very last moment, when the flash flood comes, then I will align with God … Right? But the trouble with that is: Unless we live our lives in that way, it is very difficult. It is extremely difficult to come up with that, on the spur of the moment, when the adrenal glands are working overtime, you know?
So, may I suggest, for at least a few minutes a day, do a meditation that allows you to align with the will of God? My very favorite is the Great Invocation channeled by Djwhal Khul …

It seems real to us, because of the input we receive from our senses. But close examination of the writings of the sages of many world religions will reveal the illusory nature of our sensory input.
I also feel this to be true. I feel that each human being is experiencing his or her own personal ‘hologram’ or ‘hologrammatic display’ … in the form of sensory input.
Imagine a droplet of water hanging from a twig on a warm spring day. If you look closely, you will see, reflected on the surface of the droplet, all the world. This reflection of the world is like the input of our senses, inside our personal hologram. It seems to be ‘the world around us’. The hologrammatic display is just a viewing program created by our own ability to co-create reality, in synchronous, blessed manifestation with the Will of God.
CO-CREATIVE HOLOGRAMMATIC DISPLAYS
Sometimes our ‘viewing program’ … what we take to be ‘the world’ … is in sync with that of other Souls. In this case we are fractalizing together … co-creating contiguous, interactive hologrammatic displays, through alignment (or in some cases some slight degree of misalignment or disharmony) with the Will of God.
CAUSAL REALITY
There are many other Souls, and many other hologrammatic displays, in the Universe. Sometimes we ourselves appear to manifest in other holograms. This manifestation can take place on one of our ‘Awareness timelines’, in which case an interactive program will be viewed. This program, through the give and take of free will of each Soul involved, will allow us to fall further into the dream, or illusion of third- and fourth-dimensional ‘reality’, which is the Duality Play, as the interactive program we then view will appear to be organized round the concept of cause and effect rather than synchronicity. This will have to do with one of the other Souls imagining they are doing something to us either physically or mentally, at the same moment as our hologram reflects the movie of such an action. And vice versa.
PLACEMARKER IMAGES
Other programs may be running for other Souls’ schooling in Wisdom, and these may involve ‘placemarker’ interactive images of our physical selves, which we have agreed to place in their holograms, but which hold no aspect of our own personal Awareness.
Families sometimes interact with these ‘placemarker’ images, which appear to them to be a child or sibling, but in fact are only their own notion of a child or sibling, an image placed in their hologram so that they may conduct a karmic experiment and gain Soul wisdom. Our presence as a placemarker image in another person’s timeline is termed one of our ‘placemarker timelines’.
LAYERS OF REALITY: OUR HIGHER SELVES
Now, if you kindly would, once more imagine a droplet of water hanging from a twig, and reflecting the bright light of the Sun, which on the higher planes is the Light of God manifesting the many ‘layers’ of reality. There are many Suns bringing new life to Earth, and sustaining each being here in the many dimensions available to us.
I have heard, for instance, that because of the Incoming Photonic Light, we humans are now capable of experiencing 72 dimensions. If this is true, then by deduction it must also be true that there are 72 dimensions of our solar system’s Sun or Solar Logos …
As it says in the Bible, “Then spake Jesus again unto them, saying, I am the light of the world: he that followeth me shall not walk in darkness, but shall have the light of life.” –John 8:12 (KJV, public domain)
My understanding is that this light of the World, of which Christ speaks, is what is also termed the Solar Logos. For some, Christ, the Light of the world, is the Solar Logos. See LInk: “The Solar Logos,” in “Logos Talk” … http://www.bizint.com/stoa_del_sol/logostalk/solar.html ..
So the water droplet, the hologram that we experience as our physical reality, has many layers, of lesser and lesser density, that enfold it and permeate it throughout. There is a depiction reminiscent of this on the cover of one of the editions of Arthur E. Powell’s compilation “The Astral Body and Other Phenomena” …

In this depiction, the golden ‘egg’ with the human figure in it would be the hologram and the perceived physical body of a person. Surrounding and permeating this hologram are many other dimensions (not just a few as in the picture, but actually 72 layers of energy).
These surrounding, magenta layers are what is known in Advaita (the nondual path) as our higher selves. The yellow line that comes out the top of the head in the picture, is the ‘hara line’, the ‘central vertical power current’ or ‘silver cord’ that connects a person with the Solar Logos, the Solar Aspect, a portion of which is diagrammatically depicted at the top of the picture.
In the Age of Darkness just past, most of humankind was unable to sense all but the densest Self, that being the physical body. The exception to this were the Ascended Masters, who through rigorous spiritual discipline were able to bring their Awareness to their existence in the fourth dimension, the astral plane. In the case of Christ, which is very unusual, his Awareness rose to the fifth dimension, the Mental Plane, which is the higher self known as Christ Consciousness.
In this new Age of Light, while in physical form we will first be restored to Awareness of our astral body (4th dimension), then to Awareness of Christ consciousness (5th dimension), and then if we wish, to our higher selves and Higher Dimensions.
This is a reversible process; we need not lose physical form to rise to Christ consciousness. We can always return to Awareness of the physical body, the hologrammatic display, and the great duality play. But the more we experience our higher selves, the more clear it will become that the hologram is only an illusion skillfully crafted by the Solar Logos for our Soul learning. How great is God for devising this grand plan! How happy I am to participate in it!
THE HUMAN-EARTH-SUN MEDITATION

… and widely known elsewhere, we visualize the Solar Logos proceeding in its many aspects from the Sun of our solar system, in a vertical line through all our higher selves or dimensions, through the top of our head, then through the vertical center of our bodies, through the soles of our feet, and on down to the very center of our Earth, which is also composed of 72 dimensions.
This meditation aligns our physical expression with All that we are, and with All that is.
OTHER METHODS OF INTEGRATING THE HIGHER SELVES
We can take a shortcut that has the same effect as the “Human-Earth-Sun” visualization by simply aligning ourselves with God or Christ. One way is to use this mantra either at the 8th chakra (above the head) or in the 4th chakra (the heart chakra) …

Hello, Dear Ones, It’s Alice. I Am of the Stars.
I have a new technique to impart to you today, that had some very unexpected and very nice results.
I have been having a problem when I go to church; and that is that, all of a sudden, I am so happy to be there, that I start with the astral chatter. And I have a hard time stopping. I am trying very hard to stop, but I cannot. The people in the church do not like that at all; I get all kinds of negative comments about talking. So I try harder; and the harder I try, the harder it is to be quiet in church.
So there I was in church again today, and I thought: I will try something new! (And I have tried this before, but not with these kinds of results.) I think the atmosphere in church is very helpful to this particular technique. It went like this …
What Is the Soul?
I visualized my Soul all around me, permeating my physical body and the Awareness level of my existence. And I thought of my Soul, my Eternal Soul, and how I am only manifesting in the physical reality to learn lessons for my Soul. For me, my Soul is that primary essence of me.
Indian Sikh Philosophy: Yogi Bhajan’s Notion of the Soul
I remember one time, long ago, I was listening to a lecture by a teacher named Yogi Bhajan, who had an Indian Sikh philosophy. People asked him all kinds of questions, and he always seemed to know the answer; it was incredible. And one person said: What is a Soul like?
I am ‘all ears’ about theological issues; I love to hear the answers. He said (and I paraphrase): Well, a Soul is not insubstantial. It has substance. It weighs a small portion of a penny [like a tenth of a penny; something like that. This was many years ago].
And I said to myself: Wow! A Soul weighs something! A Soul has some weight in the physical reality! I do not know! Maybe it is gigantic … and it has this lack of density weight. That is kind of my feeling, that it is pretty big, you know? But other people say that it is very small. But I can tell you one thing that everybody would agree on, and that is that it is the essence of our being, that reflection of God.
Zen Text: The Woman at the Well … Soul as the Image of God
I read a Zen text one time; I was 16 years old at the time, and I was going on about the Zen koens, which were a very new concept to me … quite a mind boggler and eye opener too.
They told the story … I think it was in that text … of the woman at the well, who had been studying to know God, in the Zen way. And she was carrying her water bucket to the well at night. It must have been cold; she must have been living a very hard life in an attempt to avoid the distractions of civilization so that she could get to the essential process that her Soul really wanted to know … and that is, how to know the mystery of God.
As I recall, she let her water bucket down into the well, and as she started to pull it out, she could see, on the surface of the water, the moon. There was the moon, reflected in the water. And the moment she saw the moon reflected in the water, she had that ‘aha’ experience that they call enlightenment in Zen Buddhism. I thought about that koen for a very long time.
Soul as Essence of Our Being
In those days there were no explanations. There was just the thinking and the pondering and the wondering. [laughs] These days … today … I would say that what she saw in the water … the moon that she saw in the water was like our own, personal, Eternal Soul, which is a reflection of the greater reality of God, of Source.
We all have that essence. We do not think about it much, in Western civilization; but it is impossible to deny that we have an essence. You may quibble over the word ‘Soul’, but just for the sake of a general understanding of a term, let us use the word ‘Soul’ right now, ok?
May My Soul Speak for Me!
[Getting back to the church experience mentioned at the beginning of the video …] So I was in the church, getting ready to be upsetting people, and trying hard not to. Then, imagining my Soul, I said: May my Soul speak for me.
And then I let my mind be still. My mind was still. And then, after a short time, I heard someone talking; not inside me … not like my mental mind, but more true; speaking greater truth with regard to just about everything. People were talking to that which it was … whatever it was.
I could barely hear. And I tried not to hear, because my lower mental mind has a tendency to step into conversations and distort reality with the denseness of the third and fourth dimensions. I am not too sure what dimension the Lower Mental Body is in. But anyway, a lower understanding of truth is what is available to me, unless I allow my Soul to speak.
When my Soul speaks, many truths are revealed, that were before hidden, both from me and from the people that ask me questions. Very interesting! My Soul knows just about everything about all the people that ask. I do not know where it gets this information … things that I had no notion of.
So if you want to astound yourself, get in touch with your own Soul … and allow it to do the talking for you … and see if maybe that completely transforms your Earthly existence.

Hello, Dear Ones, It’s Alice. I Am of the Stars.
The wind is blowing greatly on this little road here in Arizona. I am going to try to catch a tumbleweed blowing across the road here; they have been blowing explosively, helter-skelter … sometimes in batches and herds … heading across the road. We will see what happens. [Shows a tumbleweed blowing across the road.] The wind is actually blowing the car sideways too.
I just have a surprise, quick present for you today. I am here on Native American lands. I spent the night here, and it is always a refreshing change-up to be on Native American lands, because in many ways they are protected from the thought forms of the general population of America.
So it is good to visit. This is not a place for me to stay, but it is a wonderful sanctuary for me to find, once in a while, from the thought forms prevalent in the cities in the United States.
The winds are very high today … very dry, cold winds frolicking over the land. They are so strong that they send the sagebrush flying across the road really fast. Sometimes you have to dodge it, if you are in your car … and also even clods of dirt sometimes. That was what was happening yesterday.
Here I am this morning … it is before dawn, and all this early morning, it has been the most beautiful energies here! And I have this gift for you …
There are some energies circling ’round the Earth today, seeking release, I think, during the Ascension process. These are energies of ‘power over’. It has to do with the notion that a person is like God, you know? … and that everybody else is just a part of that person … and that that one person has the power over all the other people … who are not really ‘people’ in his eyes … This notion of ‘I am it!’, you know? And also this notion of black magic
These ideas restrict the dimensionality of a person. They limit us to the third and fourth dimensions (which is to say, the physical and astral planes). Consequently, we cannot rise to Awareness of the higher pulsating fifth dimension, which is the frequency at which Earth is vibrating right now, due to the 2012 Shift.
It is a very intensive learning experience when a person believes that they are God, and that everybody else is a part of them, and not really human; that they can do whatever they want, because this is just their world … as Frank Sinatra used to say: I had it my way! … You know? … (For more on this, see my blog category: Circle of one )
Because of this discord between their frequency and that of Earth, when people feel that way they tend to experience cognitive dissonance (that is, mental turmoil). When we let go these discordant mental filters, our Bodies of Light will naturally atune themselves to the higher frequencies of the fifth dimension (and eventually, on up to the 72nd dimension).
So the thing to do, when you run across these energies … this is something that I found out today: When I run across these energies, on the psychic plane, trying to ‘make me a part of them’, then to that person or to that energy I say …

This works like a charm today; I do not know about tomorrow. Say it with confidence, and without too much emphasis … more like: This is just the way it is! [laughs]
This chant or white magic incantation apparently works because the mental filters of the potential clair ‘boarders’ are restricted to the third chakra (the navel point: will power, will to dominate, will to have one’s way in the world).

Hello, Dear Ones, It’s Alice. I Am of the Stars.
Here I am, once more, in the beautiful Santa Monica Mountains; and it is springtime. What more could anybody want?
There is that oak tree that fell over … [it can be seen over my shoulder] … California live oak tree, I will bet you … a long time ago. I took a video near it, some years ago. And growing up there is a sapling oak, growing right up, out of the roots of the old … kind of like Spring itself, is it not?
Solstices and Equinoxes
Today is the day of Spring Equinox. Winter Solstice is the day when there is the most Darkness, compared to the daylight hours. Summer Solstice in June is the day when there is the most sunlight; and that is a very glorious day. But the Equinoxes … the Spring and Fall Equinoxes … are days of equal day and night … and balance; peaceful, I think … very peaceful days.
And that is the thing that I have noticed in the last week or so leading up to this Equinox: An increasing sense of peace everywhere … delightful, really.
So I wish you … each of you … the peace and love and joy of this season … this Springtime of Hope for Humankind … beautiful days of New Life on New Earth. Not too much fighting and feuding, either.
Judgment, Forgiveness, and Free Will
I am sitting under a live oak tree right now. And there was just a big fight amongst the hummingbirds. They are very territorial, despite being extremely beautiful. And they just do not like it when somebody else gets into their territory. So there was this huge fight; quickly decided, thank goodness.
And that is a thing that I have noticed lately; it has to do with how important it is to settle our differences right away. Not like the hummingbirds, though. And not like law and order either.
Right now, the important thing is to forgive everybody of everything that has happened in the past. Just say: I forgive you! And I forgive myself too, for passing judgment, you know?
Passing judgment! Wow! What a way to get stuck in karma!
And since these are the days of the End Times … or what they call the Time of New Beginning, in the Ascensioneers’ way of speaking, we can rest assured that the issue of judgment will be taken care of. We do not have to do any judging, just because we are seeing things more clearly than we used to.
So our job as human beings is to allow everyone to have their own free will and to step into whatever dimension or timeline they prefer … and to just be glad that we human beings have this experience of free will, you know? … have the ability to do that … and to cheer each other on, in that regard.
Timelines and Dimensions
Always remembering that, if someone chooses a longer timeline, then they are stepping out of your timeline … if your timeline is optimized. If someone chooses a dimension other than the heart, then they are stepping out of your dimension … if you choose the heart, you see. And if someone chooses to stand for themselves and against all humankind … or for their family and against all other families … or for their group or nation or culture and against all other cultures, and these are not your choices … if you choose the All, then you can be sure that they will not be in your dimension anymore. It will be a different dimension and a different timeline, for sure.
Law and Order Versus the Law of the Heart
So why not allow everyone to have this handily contrived ability to have free will, and yet not influence my free will?
Yet it is hard, because culturally speaking, we have become accustomed to the notion of law and order, and not to the higher law, the law of the heart … the law of Light and love.
I was re-reading, lately, the Song of Anu … the Song of the Heart … on Judy Satori’s website … https://www.ascensionlibrary.org/ … Searching the term: Song of Anu on that website lately did not get me there; so I am not sure how to get to the Song of Anu any more. Luckily, at about the time I filmed the video, I was able to access it, and it had an amazing effect on me. It was incredible! An amazing effect! It opened my my heart up just like that! Those Ancient Egyptians had a good notion about it!
On Being Partitioned Off from Darkness
And then, after my heart was way open, and full of joy, and Light and love, I started hearing, crowding around, astral beings that were just taken aback by that Light, you know? And lots of times those beings present themselves on the astral plane in a way that is traditionally out of favor with most religions.
There were some people in my community that were listening to quite a commotion that was caused by the Light of my heart, right? … and more taken aback by the noises that they were hearing on the astral plane.
The people in my community have all become so psychic! … It is incredible … all the people in the communities around, everywhere I go. And so some of them were of belief systems that just did not believe in the astral plane … or believe in the great variety of astral flora and fauna … the different kinds of beings on the astral plane.
And so, that was their first experience of what, in Christian religions, for example, is called the ‘hellworlds’ … the Demon Realms … the places where Satan dwells … and like that.
Satan is not anywhere but here; but when people feel the Light of their hearts … when they feel Christ consciousness, or sing the Song of the Heart … or simply smile joyfully to everyone they meet … Then the world … the opposite world … the anti-love world … the way of hatred … is right in front of us, and right within us … But never touches us. Is that not something!
That is all part of this third- and fourth-dimensional reality, but we are partitioned off from it, as the Song of the Heart says … feeling the love, feeling the Light in the heart partition us off from the Darkness.
Even here, in 3D, in the physical realm; even here in the dreamtime realm, the fourth dimension, none of that can touch us. It is almost like they are knocking on a plexiglass wall in front of us … Outside of our aura they are going: Hey! Hey! What’s in there? Right? In their own inimitable way! [laughs]
The Weighing of the Heart
There is an Egyptian myth that describes the importance of the law of the heart …
“In the Duat, the Egyptian underworld, the hearts of the dead were said to be weighed against her single ‘Feather of Ma’at’, symbolically representing the concept of Maat, in the Hall of Two Truths. This is why hearts were left in Egyptian mummies while their other organs were removed, as the heart (called ‘ib’) was seen as part of the Egyptian soul. If the heart was found to be lighter or equal in weight to the feather of Maat, the deceased had led a virtuous life and would go on to Aaru. Osiris came to be seen as the guardian of the gates of Aaru after he became part of the Egyptian pantheon and displaced Anubis in the Ogdoad tradition. A heart which was unworthy was devoured by the goddess Ammit and its owner condemned to remain in the Duat.

This Egyptian myth offers a way of holding the concept of law and order that is very different from the third-chakra notion of law and order that is so prevalent today. Instead, the myth offers the importance, in a law and order context, of the energy of the human heart, which the Egyptians felt to be an important part of our Soul.
The myth of The Weighing of the Heart teaches the importance of expanding the heart energy, and how this energy protects us from monsters in the astral realm after death.
And in an Ascension context, since we are now in a phase of Ascension where many people are coming into Awareness of the fourth dimension, the astral realm, while still in physical form (the third dimension), the myth of the Weighing of the Heart applies to our everyday life in this incarnation.
It speaks to the truth that we will be protected from the energies of hatred, and from astral negative beings, while in this incarnation if we open our hearts and feel love, feel Christ consciousness, sing in our hearts the Song of Anu, or simply smile when we encounter other human beings.
On Greeting God in the People We Meet
I was in church the other day, for Palm Sunday, and a very wise human there told me, on the astral plane, that every human being I meet is really God meeting me, and that He has a Soul lesson to teach me through that encounter. And so, feeling the truth of that message, I began to feel joy when I met other people, as if God were greeting me in person, in physical form, over and over again.
That made it easy for me to smile, even if the message of that other person was a negative one. I feel like this: Even if the voice of another person sounds negative, God surely has some positive message to convey.

I am trying right now … what I am doing is: Whenever I see myself judging other people, I just go up to the eighth chakra up here … this bow-tie knot … [points to area about three inches above the top of the head] … and I just say the below bow-tie knot safety chant, at the level of the eighth chakra bow-tie, rather than judging others.
… or something else very reassuring. And I find that, not only do I feel better about other people’s hijinks, but it seems like they feel better too. And it is a better conversation that I am having with my electromagnetic field than I would have if I were upset about what other people were doing right now.

On Being Kind to Ourselves
These are interesting times, and I think the thing to do is to just surf the waves of Light that are coming in, and just be kind to our own hearts. Just be kind to our physical bodies, our emotional bodies, and our mental bodies. And just take time for ourselves, so that our cells … our very body cells … will feel comfortable with this process of transformation.
Surfing the Incoming Light, being kind to ourselves, allowing our body cells to be comfortable with this great transformation. … that is all I have for you today, and I am wishing you the most happy, joyous, wonderful Equinox … and another three months to come, of beautiful Light.
