MY PERSONAL EXPERIENCE WITH DIFFERENT SLEEPING DIRECTIONS

Final Diary Update

7/27/2016. I am 6 days into sleeping ‘with my head to the rising sun.’ Every night, my sleep has been completely restful. It is easy to sleep till dawn, if I want to. I no longer feel fearful or always ‘on alert’. My endocrine system is rebalancing, as my adrenal glands are no longer overworked, and that makes me feel a little sluggish during the day. I expect the sluggish feeling to go away as soon as my body gets used to the new endocrine balance.

I anticipate that others of us who are beginning to develop the ascension skill of EMF sensitivity (what the World Health Organization calls EMF Hypersensitivity) will begin to notice how their sleeping direction affects their astral bodies and endocrine systems as well.

Head to the North or South

For some years, I had been sleeping on my back, hands lightly on my heart, with head South or North, and feet in the opposite direction.

At night, I was experiencing gloms with the unconscious thought cloud of world (specifically other people’s negative emotional Lower Mental Body thoughts and emotions … hellworld thought forms), and almost no conscious thoughts from others (thoughts from their Upper Mental Bodies). This continued on during the day.

Head to the West

7/21/2016. On retiring, I tried placing my head West and feet East. I felt a strong energy flowing over my body from the South; this energy carried the unconscious thought cloud of the world, which did not enter my EMF torus. Instead I experienced the Upper Mental Body and Lower Mental Body thought forms of other people as they flowed over me. Insistent attempts were made by other people’s Lower Mental Body thought forms to penetrate my astral body through the first chakra, but these failed.

7/22/2016. This day during the daylight hours I less often heard the Lower Mental Body thought forms of others on the clair plane. More often, I heard the more rational clair conversations of their Upper Mental Bodies.

Head to the East

7/22/2016. On retiring, I tried placing my head East and feet West … the opposite of the day before. I heard a very strong, insistent, very low sound in my right ear, almost like the sound of a very quietly humming motor. I felt as if I were in a regeneration chamber. It felt like my astral matter was vibrating and healing as a result of this very low sound.

7/23/2016. This day during the daylight hours, just as yesterday, I less often heard the Lower Mental Body thought forms of others on the clair plane. More often, I heard the more rational clair conversations of their Upper Mental Bodies.

Changes I Experienced

7/23/2016. Both yesterday and today, I can feel the change in composition of my astral matter. After just two nights of sleeping East-West rather than North-South …

I less often hear the Lower Mental Body thought forms of others on the clair plane. This applies while both sleeping and waking.
More often, I hear the more rational clair conversations of their Upper Mental Bodies. This also applies while both sleeping and waking.
Also, my astral matter has begun to be more refined.

HINDU TEXTS ON BEST POSITION OF HEAD DURING SLEEP: EAST OR SOUTH

I have read that the Vishnu Purana, a famous Hindu text, recommends placing the head to the East or South while lying down, so as to avoid becoming diseased …

The Hindu texts also advise that Hell, where sinners are tormented after death, and the abode of Yama, the god of Death, is located “in the south of the universe and beneath the earth” …

This ‘dis’ to the direction South may apply to the notion of not sleeping with feet to the South.

In Hinduism, Hell is where demons and devils and torture of human Souls occurs. So it could be that in India, where people in general are in tune with astral plane phenomena, it is generally understood that these sorts of negative astral phenomena are associated with the direction South. The question then arises, would this be the South Pole, or Earth’s magnetic South, which is in Greenland? More on this later.

I see that there has been quite a bit of research to try and figure out the scientific basis for the Hindu teachings, and will go over a little of it, along with my own notions, below.

WHY PLACE THE HEAD TO THE EAST?

As the Sun heats up one side of Earth, the other side of Earth, the night side, is cooling off. This temperature difference creates a change in the Plane of Forces, the force in question being Electric in nature. And electric current is created. This I have been able to verity …

The next claim made in the literature I read is that an electric current passing through the human body creates irritation at the exit point, and that it were better this irritation occur at the feet than at the head, which is complicated in structure and delicate. This seems reasonable to me.

However, I saw one photo of an electric injury to a human hand at the entry point, so clearly electric injury, when the current is very high, can occur at the point of entry. My thought is that the East-West electric current of Earth must be beneficially low; otherwise sleep would not be refreshing.

Another claim is that the Sun energy entering the head is cooling, and that on exiting the feet it is warming. As the Sun is a warm energy, I cannot figure this out, although in real life, it feels true to me. When I sleep with my head to the East, I do wake up with a cool head and warm feet. Go figure!

As to whether the East-West electric current (caused by the Sun heating one side of Earth) courses directly through the body, or creates a circular current within the body, I have not been able to discover.

In sleeping with the head to the West, I have felt an insistent pressure of energy all along the south side of my body, like a wave of energy passing over it from the South.
In sleeping with the head to the East, I have heard a sound in my right ear, very low, like a motor noise, that seems to vibrate through every atom of my body in a rejuvenating way.

I do not know how these observed Plane of Forces phenomena relate to the path of Earth’s East-West electric current through the body. However, my sense of rejuvenation with the head to the East leads me to prefer that sleeping position.

WHY PLACE THE HEAD TO THE SOUTH?

The explanations I have found about this have to do with the Plane of Forces energy of Magnetism. I have found various places descriptions as follows …

Magnetic opposites attract.
The feet, which are South for the human magnetic field, must be placed North so that they will not be repelled by the Earth’s magnetic field.

However, I have also read the following …

“The North geomagnetic pole, located near Greenland in the northern hemisphere, is actually the south pole of the Earth’s magnetic field, and the South geomagnetic pole is the north pole.” — from Link: “Earth’s Magnetic Field” … https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Earth%27s_magnetic_field ..

I got this from Wikipedia, and feel it is true; therefore, the Wikipedia information invalidates the above theory.

Regarding Earth’s magnetization here is “A sketch of Earth’s magnetic field representing the source of the field as a magnet. From this sketch, if we point our feet north while sleeping, then the South of our personal EMF will be aligned with Earth’s South. Since Earth is the Great Mother, I theorized that our personal EMFs might actually be created by Earth’s EMF.

In other words, the water and iron and other magnetizable parts of our bodies might be magnetized by Earth’s magnetic field as we sleep (thus reinforcing our personal EMF torus). The question was, which way would the body magnetize relative to Earth’s magnetic field? Along those lines, I got very little from the literature. Here it is …

It looks to me as if the part of the nail touching the magnet becomes the South pole of the nail. If this type of magnetization applies for humans with regard to Earth, then this would be good for people standing on Earth’s South Pole (i.e., its North magnetic pole. But there are not many people doing this.

Magnetization of the Human Body While Standing on One’s Head in Greenland

In this image the nail is touching the South pole of a coiled magnetic field, and the point of the nail that is touching becomes the North pole of the nail. This would work well for people standing on their heads on Earth’s South pole (i.e., in Greenland), but there are not many people doing this.

Theory of Earth, the Great Magnetic Mother

Most of us are not situated at Earth’s poles; we are somewhere nearer the middle of Earth. I would like to propose that most humans are, in this regard, simply a very tiny part of Earth’s huge magnetic field. As such, when we sleep, no matter whether we are in the Northern Hemisphere or the Southern Hemisphere, I feel we then are invigorated by … and our magnetic energy is replenished by … Earth’s magnetic field, provided our feet … our magnetic South … point toward Earth’s ‘feet’, her magnetic South, in Greenland.

SLEEPING WITH THE HEAD NORTH

What would happen if we slept with our head pointing to Earth’s geographic North (which would be Earth’s magnetic South)?

Theoretically, our bodies would reverse magnetically. I could see where this would bring the energies of Earth’s lower chakras into contact with our personal higher chakras.

Since the lower chakric energies of our noosphere contain both negative and positive energies, this would, theoretically, bring our sleeping minds into contact with such negative lower energies as Satan, demons, devils, unhappy ghosts, and negative emotions such as pride, anger, greed, sloth, ambition, lust, attachment, and so on.

REM DIFFERENCES IN SLEEPING EAST-WEST

There have been studies that suggest sleeping East-West causes less REM sleep. The articles I read suggest that this may be a drawback, as REM sleep is necessary to rejuvenation of the body …

However, I have not been able to find out anything about how much REM sleep is optimal.

It is possible that North-South sleeping causes too much REM sleep, and that East-West sleeping causes optimal REM sleep. This might be why I have experienced less disturbed dreaming while sleeping East-West.

CONCLUSION

In my own experience, sleeping with the head either to the East or to the West relieves the experience of astral visitors from the demon realm, whether obsessive or occasional; as well as negative energies. I have found that sleeping with my head to the East is a little better than sleeping with my head to the West.

When I sleep with my head to the North, I experience quite an astral negative commotion, highlighted by the V— D— mental filter … the energies of astral rape. The same holds true when I sleep with my head to the South, only less so. This I find disagreeable; thus, I have decided to avoid sleeping with my head to the South, even though some of the texts I read recommend it.

Your own experience of the pros and cons of various sleeping directions may be completely different from mine. I urge you to experiment, and find out what is best for you.

So this morning when I woke up with a man’s astral head inserted inside my astral head … which took the term ‘picking her brain’ to a whole new level … and when I found he was determined not to exit this undignified position, I asked my Ascension team what to do …

His astral form was butting about inside my head hollering to get out. Said I was a spaceship docking station. Said he had to contact my spaceship. He wanted to control my spaceship. There might be money in it.

So then, as I sat, I could feel this person’s astral form bumping and hollering along, slowly passing down from my head, through my pranic column, and exiting … you guessed it! … that portion of my anatomy at the bottom of the physical form.

Dudes! Here is the deal. A lot of really weird things happen to the mental mind during solar events. We have been having M class flares, and one X class flare all week. So the unexpectable, in terms of perception by the physical senses, is to be expected…. Case in point, what happened this morning.

NOTIONS ABOUT NOOSPHERIC CONSONANCE

Just to set the record straight …

EVERY HUMAN BEING is a docking station.

EVERY HUMAN BEING has lots of spaceships helping it out.

NO PHYSICAL OR ASTRAL ENERGY can board or commandeer a spaceship.

SPACESHIPS HAVE A MIND OF THEIR OWN. They are their own great selves. So if you board them, you are in them. If you get what I mean. And you cannot board them without refining your awareness to 5D or higher. This is because the spaceships themselves are 5D or higher.

EVERY HUMAN BEING has an Ascension Team of 5000 … and this includes Spaceship Beings … ready and willing to assist with Ascension. Through your Team you will access your true power as a human being.

So call upon your Team … Make it several times a day. Develop a relationship. The most rewarding relationship of your physical existence on Earth is going to be your relationship with your Ascension Team. This I guarantee you to be true. Go ahead and give it a test drive.

This “Ascension Considerations” video is in 3 parts:

3D Merging with 4D is about astral travel as compared to the experience of 3D merging with 4D, which is taking place in the world today.
Cause of Ascension is about misconceptions folks sometimes have when they first become aware they are participating in the Great Awakening (1)
Changing Role of Lightworkers has a little about Old Lightworker Syndrome (2,3,4), and also is about how we might wish to have mercy on ourselves as Ascension unfolds.

Hello, Dear Ones, It’s Alice.

Well, it has been ‘up the mountain, down the mountain!’ today, but at least it was a little bit of a smaller mountain.

3D Merging with 4D

I have a brief comment about what has happening now, with the Ascension process, and what used to happen in the past, with regard to the astral plane, the fourth dimension.

You know, in the past there were Lightworkers who knew how to leave their bodies, and then travel on the astral plane, and see things and do things in that way; astral travel, it was called. I do not have first-hand experience with that, at least in this lifetime. And still, right now, there are 3D Lightworkers who are travelling in the astral plane, from time to time, I think.

In addition to that old scenario, there is a new scenario taking place. And that is: As Earth’s vibration and energy change, then all of the people on Earth, and all of the plants and animals, the waters and the mountains … everything … are changing with Earth. We, her children, are changing with her.

So what is happening for Earth right now is that the energy signature of everything is rising from the third dimension through the fourth dimension, which includes, in the old theology: Hell, purgatory, and heaven. And many astral beings from offworld, and just a lot of possibilities that have been written about by Swami Panchadasi (5) and many others in the past.

The difference now is that, while retaining human form in the third dimension, we the children of Earth are also multidimensionally incorporating the experience of the fourth dimension, along with our third dimensional experience.

We can consciously move from the third dimension to the fourth dimension and back again. We can be switching back and forth all of the time between both of them, while we are awake. We can be experiencing both aspects of both at the same time right now.

So that accounts for the fact that, for those of us that are 3D-4D multidiming right now, reality has become much softer in detail. Time has become extremely suggestive. And there are quickly rewritten changes of history right now. Histories of all of the alternate worlds that we have accumulated in the past are being merged and rewritten.

So the history that we have, the old dense mental filters are disappearing from Earth. So the entire history of Earth is changing right now. It is kind of dazzling. It is like watching a kaleidoscope; It is like that … because the history changes so fast, and the present changes so fast. The collective consciousness of humankind, and the noosphere are constantly being updated and absorbing the new energies, and letting the old energies go right now.

So that is kind of cool. That is the way that it is right now: We can experience both. We don’t have to leave our bodies to move into the astral plane any more.

Cause of Ascension?

What I have been noticing, wherever I go, is the great awakening of Souls everywhere. Wherever I walk, people are waking up.

And the first thing that people think, when they are waking up, is that someone is the cause of their waking, of the changes in their perceptions. They are starting to see the fourth dimension. And they are wishing that things would not change. They are hoping that it will all go away.

And one of the very common reactions is for them to associate me, for instance, (or the first person, I expect, that they see when they begin to experience the fourth dimension) … they mistakenly associate that person as the cause of the experiences, the perceptions that they are having.

So one thing that people do is, they think they would like that person to go away from them geographically … or else they want to go away from that person geographically … which is understandable. Things are changing so much that there is a certain amount of fear about change that people feel mentally, and also their body cells do not want to change either. So every single little body cell might be saying: Oh, no! I don’t want to change! Like that!

So under those scenarios, people, with their left brain … their mental mind … they look around for a reason for their discomfort. And so it makes sense that they would associate that to the first person that they experience the changed reality with.

But in fact, it is not like that. All over Earth, people are rising up, in great waves of enlightenment and Ascension and Christ consciousness. That is what is happening right now. So when we go to a different location, so as to avoid what is happening … at least what happened to me when I tried that last year … is that everything that I tried to get away from ratcheted up, in intensity, about double.

So I figure this is the Divine Plan: If you try to escape from the changing reality at this time, then what will happen will make it doubly obvious that it is impossible to do. And I do not think that it is a bad thing that the Divine is doing. The Divine is just trying to help us adjust to and understand the new reality.

Changing Role of Lightworkers

As our Awareness expands into the astral plane, the fourth dimension, what we are encountering on an individual basis is our emotional body … because our emotional body exists in the fourth dimension. And so for many of us … as I have made a video in the past about …. for most of us old Lightworkers, the emotional body is very much battered about by all the incarnations on Earth.

It is not unusual to find trauma, like a fourth or a fifth in extent … that is 25% or 20% of the entire emotional body … traumatized, bruised up, damaged, greatly in need of regeneration. So one of the first things we find out, when we begin to multidime into the fourth dimension, is the extent of our emotional body injury.

It can be very upsetting finding this out, because as Lightworkers, it has been our job, over the centuries, and for thousands of years, to carry the banner high for the Light. And it is this very act of carrying, that has caused us to run so often into the maelstrom of the Dark, and encounter all this wounding.

So on the outside, a lot of us are doing our best to lift people up, and heal people, and help people to get through all this, but at the same time, we are the ones that really need the regeneration chamber more than anyone else. We need the work to be done on us, by our own celestial Ascension teams.

That is just something to think about right now: For most of us old Lightworkers, it is time to step aside. And to let everyone turn to their own Ascension team for the help that is needed in regenerating the emotional body.

I was sitting in on a wonderful talk by Sandra Walter (6) the other day, and she mentioned that, there might be 5,000 beings of Light and other wonderful entities … ascended masters, angelic presences, metatronic forces, and of course, the all-powerful and all-loving Source itself … on our own Ascension team. So that is the help that we really need, waiting for us. And all we have to do, is to call upon it. That is all that we have to do.

So I invite you to take a look at the activations of Light on the website, and/or the language of Light that is offered by many other Lightworkers, or the language of healing sound that is offered by other Lightworkers. And set aside the burden of healing humanity and bearing the standard of light for humanity. And allow yourself, in the coming months, a chance to be healed by your Ascension team.

It is my intention to do that too. I cannot say how happy I am to know that the reinforcements have arrived, and that mankind need no long wait for the help that is needed, to recover from this Dark Age.

Hello, Dear Ones. It’s Alice.

There was a topic I wanted to talk to you about. It has to do with healing the emotional body, and recognizing the wounding of the emotional body. It is a little bit humorous, because of the take I had on it when it first happened.

I had two visions, and they really frightened me. And just today, I had an illumination about these visions that puts it all in a less scary context. And so I thought I’d let you know about what happened.

The First Vision: A Fiercely Angry Demon?

I fell asleep one Saturday, and I woke up in the middle of the night, and there was a person … it looked like a fiercely angry demon … towering over me. It looked kind of like it had the form of somebody that I knew. And I knew it was somehow related to that person.

It was like the outline of the physical form was the same, but the look was younger, and more manly, and the features were contorted with rage. And the body that I saw in the vision had dark blotches all over it; big dark blotches. As if it were a person parts of whose body were putrifying … That is what it looked like: Big patches of dark, black bruising or putrefaction. Anyway, it terrified me, because I related it to this one person whom it resembled. I took pains to avoid that person from then on. (1)

The Second Vision: A Cunning, Jealous Woman

In November, I had another vision as I was coming back to Los Angeles. And that was of a woman that I knew of (but I did not know her). And I had a vision of her, in the place where she normally is. She was standing, at night, and a person about her size, but looking very different, with straight dark hair, and older than she, and her features were contorted in cunning and jealousy … it was gruesome! … kind of stepped sideways, to the right of her, out from the top of her body. I could see again this kind of a mottled darkness, as if there were putrefaction of the body that was there, or deep, big blotches of bruising all over.

And so I was thinking: Oh my gosh! What is this? Is this demons? What is going on? These people are possessed! And I continued to think along those lines for a long time. So finally, this morning, I was going over it one more time: Oh my gosh! …

The Depth of Wounding of Our Emotional Bodies Through Many Incarnations

And it finally occurred to me that what I had seen was the emotional body of these people, which was deeply wounded. And that the dark spots that I saw were the instances of emotional wounds they had incurred over the incarnations, and that had multiplied upon themselves, time and time again, through the incarnations.

And that the rage, or the cunning, or the jealousy that I saw … these were negative emotions that needed to clear, for the Ascension process to proceed. And from that, I deduced that I also have similar emotional body wounding. And that probably everybody that I know, and that I hear speaking on the clairaudient plane in a negative context, has similar Soul wounding.

Now I would like to say: It is very extensive; maybe a fourth to a fifth of the actual emotional body … at least in these two cases … is involved in Soul wounding. Which puts me in mind of what Daniella Breen …

… has been talking about: Soul wounding, and how extensive it is, and so forth.

So I would like to encourage you to look at her videos … They go back three pages back, if you click to the bottom of youtube … and learn what you can about Soul wounding. And also, if you get the chance (if you’re a lady) you could sit in on some of her calls, or if you’re a man, you might be able to talk to her separately. Because that’s her specialty: Soul wounding. And I suspect it’s very close to emotional body healing.

I wish everybody the best of luck in the regeneration chambers of New Earth, and quick Soul healing, and integration of a healthy emotional body.
