I have a story to tell you today, with a question at the end of it. It is kind of a sad story, but the answer to the question would be a Soul lesson, I feel, of invaluable proportions. So, I will tell you a fictitious story …
Long, long ago, there was a spiritual adept who had a friend (another man) who looked up to him greatly.
How We ‘Disremember’ Our Samskaras When We Incarnate
As everyone knows, even spiritual adepts have within them the seeds of karmic actions … the samskaras that can spring into life from the black backboard of the unconscious mind, into the physical realm, unless we are very cautious about it.
The problem is, that when we incarnate, we ‘disremember’ what our samskaras are. And so, as spiritual adepts, we would have to be very, very careful in analysis of our thoughts and feelings, in order to come across, and re-remember our samskaras.
Latent Samskaras of Hatred of Women and Rape in the Male Spiritual Adept
So, let’s suppose that this fictitious person, this spiritual adept, had within him the samskarasof hatred of women (misogyny) and rape … not in ‘acting out’ form, but just in potential form. These sorts of samskaras are aspectsof the energy stream sometimes called ‘Patriarchal Domination’, or simply ‘Patriarchy’… the overweighting of the masculine energies that is now being balanced out by the Feminine energies on Earth, through the Incoming Light.
Desire of the Male Spiritual Adept to Distance Himself from His Male Friend
It could be that, by his conversation with his friend, who looked up to him, through the process of fractalization (or malware infection), the spiritual adept imparted those samskaric seeds to his friend. Or it might be that they were friends because they shared those samskaras … Maybe it was that, instead.
Now, in the fable that I’m telling, the friend of the spiritual adept had two problems in the physical realm …
One was a tendency to heavy drug use,
And the other was a tendency to prostitute his body for other men; to make a living in that way.
Because of this, the spiritual adept did not really want his friend to be around him physically, on a day-to-day basis. In fact, he wanted him to be away from him, and out of his life.
Activation of the Male Spiritual Adept’s Latent Samskaras Towards a Female Spiritual Adept
Now let’s say there was another spiritual adept who was a woman. The samskaras of the male spiritual adept, those of hatred of women and rape, were activated in her presence, to the pointwhere he felt hatred of her, and the desire to rape her. There was really no reason for it; it was just because of prenatal tendencies from past lifetimes.
Because of the activation of his samskaras, the male spiritual adept was attracted to the female spiritual adept in a negative way, that might be characterized as sexual hatred. Because samskaras are basically unconscious, and we ‘disremember’ them through incarnation, he didn’t know why he was attracted in this way to her.
His Karmic Solution to Two Problems at Once
So the male spiritual adept had two problems:
He wanted to distance himself from his male friend who was into drugs and MSM (men who have sex with men) sex work,
And he wanted to destroy the female spiritual adept, to ‘send her to Hell’, a practice of karmic retribution to which he subscribed as his Soul mission
With these two, most likely unconscious, intentions, the male spiritual adept thought to himself: Why don’t I kill two birds with one stone? And so, he either implied or stated to his male friend: If you will hunt this woman down with notions of psychic rape, then I will love you the better for it. Follow her wherever she goes!
Out of friendship for the male spiritual adept, the second man did just that. Whetheron the internet, or on the psychic plane, or physically … in any way he could, he did his best to fulfill the expectations of the spiritual adept who was a man. And that for about a decade.
To make the story a little more intense: From the spiritual adept, this man had learned telepathy. He aligned with a friend of sadomasochistic tendencies; the friend also had telepathic abilities, although less so than he. Taking it in 12-hour shifts, each of the two broadcast thoughts of hatred and psychic rape toward the woman spiritual adept for all those many years.
What an amazing story, wouldn’t you say? How far-fetched can something be? Yet, it does lead to some interesting questions …
Question: What Would Be the Karmic Effects of These Actions?
What would happen to the karma of the people in this fictional story?
What would happen to the karma of the groups these folks were associated with? How would that play out, considering the glom effect, and the effect that leaders have on their groups?
What would be the effect on the woman? What would happen to her?
So, I’m asking you to look at this fictional story. Imagine, in your own mind … place yourself in that situation, and try to figure out the answer to that puzzle.
Or, if you find yourself in a different karmic trap, look at that as a neutral witness, with the same dispassionate stance.
Consider for yourself: What is the Soul lesson to be learned from that? How can I align my mind and heart and will with the great Mind, the great Heart, and the great Will of God? How can I quickly learn this karmic lesson and move on?
Whenever we find ourselves in these kinds of boxes, there’s a great benefit to be gained, and a great wisdom to be learned. I’m still looking at myself along these lines, trying to figure out what’s what, and trusting that God will come up with the answer.

THOUGHTS ON PSYCHIC RAPE
What is meant by the term ‘psychic rape’? My feeling is, that what some call ‘psychic rape’ occurs when a person whose second chakra is negatively aspected has a sexual feeling.
The Shadow of the Second Chakra
That is to say, when there is a negative emotion, a shadow aspect, to the energy of the second chakra. And so, when the person feels sexual, and, through desire, a psychic cord is established with another person, the energy that flows to the other person has within it dark strands of emotion, such as hatred, anger, fear, jealousy, envy, greed, ambition, egoic pride, and so on.
How the Incoming Light Is Clearing Samskaras of Psychic Rape
The process of eliminating the energy of psychic rape from our auras is the same as that of Soul clearing in general. As our bodies of light are transformed by the Incoming Light, they are freed of electromagnetic field tangles (morphogenetic distortions, samskaras), And so, all the ancient darknesses of humankind … including ‘psychic rape’ … are, slowly but surely, through God’s grace, clearing from humankind on Planet Earth.

Hello, Dear Ones, It’s Alice. I Am of the Stars.
Here I am, somewhere in the great American Southwest. There are some beautiful mountains in the background, and a giant thunderstorm brewing. You should see the lightning! And a flock of ducks just went by … I am not totally conversant; maybe it was geese.
I just wanted to bring up one thing that I have noticed in the past. I am only bringing it up because I have finally found a solution. Par for the course, right? It has to do with co-creation of the New Reality, but I am right here to say that, as our powers unfold, and as the clearing is in the midst of taking place for everybody, there are people who are finding very creative ways of exercising their co-creation abilities that do not have a whole lot to do with love and Light.
This is one such instance: As you know, we are in the midst of the clearing of the masculine wound. For the ladies, this really has no import, because it is totally up to the men to do their own clearing thing, because I would not know where to start with it. And I recognize that they have quite a bit of discovery before them, right now.
And so I am waiting for the Light, and I am waiting to see what transpires with regard to that. And in the meantime, the men are in the midst of clearing. One of the things that I can guarantee is going to be clearing is this thing that I am about to talk about …
There is a situation right now … I think I have mentioned it … It is called misogyny: men hating women, and thinking very little of women … thinking of them in terms of lust only, and not as mothers, or as someone that they can protect, or ought to protect … thinking of having intercourse with women as killing women, even. And that is the extreme of it: The idea that they will use the creative act, to actually kill! This is a Shadow aspect that is clearing, right now, from the masculine psyche.
One of the new powers is the astral ability to ‘rope’ … to tie people together through thought alone … that is, when people are not aware of it. So now you are about to find out about it … if you do not know about it already … and you will be able to deal with it.
The ideal situation, of course is to be pranically and energetically protected with your electromagnetic field intact all the time … through meditation and through visualization, to do that.
Sometimes I forget. I do not know about you, but I forget; when I am asleep, or when I am just waking up, or very tired, then my energetic field, my electromagnetic field is not as strong as it always is. And at those times, when I am not paying too much attention, then it is possible for other people to visualize roping one of their chakras to one of my chakras … or roping my chakra to another person’s chakras. And it takes understanding that we can change the situation, to change it. Otherwise it will continue on for hours.
So the misogynist ploy that has been happening is this: A man who has as his Shadow hatred of women, or misogyny, wants to rape women through psychic rape, on the astral plane. This is probably not something they do in real life; it is an imagination thing … a carrying out, in the imagination, of that, either consciously or subconsciously, or through daydreaming, in the dream world.
So this person dreams of roping their sexual chakra to a woman. What they want is the aggressive drive, the lustful, raping feeling to persist over and over again, all day long, through this psychic roping that they do. But they do not want to be bothered back; they just want to do it. They do not want to be reciprocal about it.
So then the second step is, they visualize this woman that they rope to … her sexual chakra being roped to another woman. So this other woman and she, all day long share a sexual drive.
Today I found out what to do about it. Do not feel bad if this happens to you; it is just really an acting out of the Shadow that is coming to Light for men, and clearing. So do not feel bad about it. But here is the thing to do …
When you notice that this connection that you do not want is occurring, then visualize … very vividly … this man, wherever he is, being roped to some physical object in his environment. For instance, if he lives near a tree, you could imagine that sexual chakra rope looping around the tree, and just getting tied up there: I rope you to this tree!
I tried roping them to other people, but the other people all objected! So I figure this is an inanimate way … I mean, the tree may be objecting, that is true. So in that case, if you feel that the tree is objecting, or if there is no tree, you could rope them together. How would that be?
Or a hitching post? What could you use? Rope them to the steering wheel of their car, if they are in the car! Just think of something local to them, and rope them to that every time.
Visualize very vividly! This is part of learning our co-creative abilities. And I think it is the most loving and the least harmful way that we can deal with this intermediate situation right now.
So there you have it! I am wishing you a wonderful day! I hope you get a chance to walk in the lightning storms, hear the thunder, and emerge completely clear and perfectly safe! [laughs] …
Oh, as usual, a postscript: Sometimes a man who feels hatred for women on the Shadow side … such as the situation I just described … will pretend, on the astral plane, to be a woman … If he gets too much commotion, on the astral plane, about raping women, he will pretend to be a woman instead … and rope himself, in this manner, to a woman.
And another thing he will do is … if there is a woman who is not so complicated … This is like the soap opera “Peyton Place,” is it not? If there is a woman who refuses to do this with him, and who knows the tricks, then he will pretend he is she, when he ropes himself to this other, uncomplicated person who is unwilling.
So this scenario is unfolding in the world as we speak … and, no doubt, soon to be resolved. [laughs]

TYPES OF PSYCHIC ‘ROPINGS’ OR ASTRAL CORDS, AND THEIR SOLUTIONS
Here is a list of psychic ropings that I have noticed recently …
1. A man ropes himself to a woman in the second chakra, and ropes the woman’s second chakra to that of another woman … this is psychic rape.
Solution: Visualize roping the man’s sexual chakra to an object in his environment, such as a tree or a doorknob.
2. A man pretends to be a woman, especially a woman who objects to his attempts at psychic rape, while he is psychically raping another woman. This fosters hatred between women, so that they cannot support each other in preventing psychic rape.
The following psychic roping techniques were not described in the video, but are important. I speak from experience, as this has been happening to me in recent years …
3. A man ropes his sexual chakra to woman’s vagina or rectum, thus interfering with her pranic column grounding. His ratiocination regarding the rectal roping: When I was young, this was the only form of birth control …
Ok, so you love it well. But on the other hand, it is not my kind of daydream.
Solution: Visualize a flow of energy from the man’s sexual organs to your vagina or rectum, and from there up your pranic column and on up to the Central Sun. Say: From my vagina [or rectum] to God.
4. A man ropes his wife’s sexual chakra to that of another woman during the day so that he won’t be bothered by sexual thoughts from his wife. In this way he can spend his day developing himself spiritually.
At night he ropes his sexual chakra to the sexual chakra (if he prefers vaginal sex) or basal chakra (if he prefers rectal intercourse) of the second woman, because his wife is developing a subconscious hatred of him, and will have none of his nightly sexual overtures.
He may pretend in his mind that all the people involved are other people, and call them by other names during the visualization, so as to redirect the women’s negative feelings about what is happening.
On How A Couple’s Astral Matter Intermingles and Equalizes at Night. To all this I say: When two people are married, they share their astral matter at night. This is part and parcel of being married. So no matter how much the man’s astral matter becomes ‘higher’ during the day, his astral matter will equalize with that of his wife at night. There is no getting away from it.
And since this roping technique turns his wife’s, and the second woman’s, second chakra energies to negative, his own second chakra energies will also become negatively aspected. Which is to say, he will begin to feel hatred for women.
Women are not ‘objects’. They are not ‘mammon’. They are human beings with Souls. It is the first job of a spiritual adept to protect the auric integrity of other human beings, including women. That is my stand on this topic.
5. A group leader ropes the sexual chakras of the women in his group serially to himself. (that is, separate instances of visual imagining). When their husbands attempt intercourse with these women, he steps in astrally and has sex with the husbands. This breaks up the marriages and preserves all the women in the group for him, a la wolf pack bonding. It also fosters homosexuality among the men in the group, and among the women in the group.
6. A group leader promotes all the members of his group psychically raping a woman who opts out of the group. A second in command to the spiritual leader relays off with him in imaging this psychic rape, so that it takes place 24-seven. This promotes group unity, as none of the women in the group want to find themselves in the shoes of this scapegoated out-group woman. Technically, this is part of the Patriarchal Domination mental filter, rather than the Cowboy Sex mental filter.
7. A man envisions his head on top of a woman’s head. He thinks: My thoughts to your thoughts. I AM HIGHER. This confusion of physical tallness with spiritual and mental superiority arises from the symbolic imaging of the subconscious mind. Technically, this is part of the Patriarchal Domination mental filter, rather than the Cowboy Sex mental filter.
Solution: Imagine a flow of energy from the man’s head to the Central Sun. Say: Your mind to the mind of God.

The longing for more than male camaraderie, evident in the line about Old Dan (a man’s mule) and he with thirsty Souls. This I take to be the result of lack of Soul relationship between men and women, resultant from men viewing women as objects they have a right to ‘rope down’.
In the below video, from a psychological standpoint, riding the bucking horses might be viewed as an attitude of warring toward women, a feeling that they are difficult to control sexually. The calf roping in the second part of the video might be seen as a way of dealing with this at a safe distance, on the psychic plane …

Here are prayers for protection against the demon realm, and against bespellment by black magicians, along with some background information.
First, let me say that Demons are common energies here on Earth. They are here for a reason … to give us choices between right (angel help) and wrong (them). So, I am hoping you will not be too put off by the following.
FALSE TWIN FLAME ENERGY CAUSED BY THE DONKEY MAN SPELL
There is a kind of false twin flame energy that is caused by Demon entanglement. Sometimes Demons will hop onto a man…
In fact, sometimes they will hop onto a man and a woman. Demons are not physical beings; they are just astral beings. They do this ‘hopping on’ thing so they can see the world, through the men and women, with physical eyes. If an attraction exists between a man and a woman, the Demon interference can falsely persuade them that they are twin flames, by ratcheting up the sex drive.
While the torrid romance is going on, most likely on the astral plane only, the Demons get a chance to get to know this would-be romantic duo’s pet peeves. With a little practice, they can use these to flood the romantic duo’s emotional bodies with negative emotions.
Soon thereafter, because of the Demon Interference, the astral romance is very likely to turn to mutual dislike, dismay, fear, even hatred. This is because the Demons pour into their minds negative thought forms. Yet the two may remain astrally corded for years, because of the thoughts of dislike, dismay, hatred and fear that flow between them. You no doubt get the picture! Incitation to demonic hopping on and ratcheting up of the sex drive I found out is a technique used by black magicians to bring about the downfall of people they dislike. Their hope is to make the man and woman bound down by the spell look like fools in front of friends and acquaintances. The though in the minds of the black magicians is that this will make them look powerful and admirable in the eyes of others.

In warring against Demons, it is important to realize that another human being is not your target. The Demon is your target, in almost every instance. As mentioned above, Demons pal around with humans willy-nilly, just like that! In the flash of an eye, they hop on!
So you have to be a skilled marksman; a ‘crack shot’, a ‘sharpshooter’ … Aim your words with utmost care at the Demon and not the person onto whom they hopped.

GIVING BLACK MAGICIANS ‘WHAT FOR’
Black magicians are bound to Demons by many contracts, as it is from the Demon World that they get their special occult abilities and knowledge.
These humans who are bound to the Demon Realm consciously use the ‘False Twin Flame’ Demon setup to increase their power in the world. In recent years, and perhaps priorly, they have been tying one of their ranks to an ascending person to impede that person’s ascent. My feeling is, if you sense black magicians around you, go ahead and give them ‘what for’, like this …

I know this sounds harsh, but here is the trouble: Black magicians are using all their occult knowledge to bind their energies so thoroughly to ascending persons that our Ascension Teams cannot disentangle the Dark energies from ours, so as to give them ‘what for’.
BLACK MAGICIANS’ HIDE AND SEEK
Essentially, black magicians are ‘hiding out’ in the energy field of ascending humans. In my case they have done this by transferring a little astral matter from three black magicians into my astral field, hoping to create an ‘anchor’ to ‘blend’ their astral matter with mine.
To further their power, they will first bind one person to themselves through the False Twin Flame ploy. Then they will bind a person of the opposite sex to themselves through a same-gender sexual act. At this point both False Twin Flamers are bound to Demons, because the black magicians are bound to Demons.
Then, so as to further his range of Demonic influence on humankind, a black magicians will rope these two demonized False Twin Flamers to each other, with one as the power-over antagonist of the other. So the Light of each unwitting inductee will continue to be dampened by the Demons, and the black magicians’ demonic reach will include both of them.
Then the black magicians will do this again, and so, double his Dark network, sending each new pair of inductees out into the world so as to increase his territory geographically. And so on. It will end up being a funnel-shaped, geographically dispersed arrangement, like this …

GENDER SHIFTING AMONGST BLACK MAGICIANS AND OTHER POSSESSED OR OBSESSED PEOPLE, BECAUSE OF THE NONGENDER NATURE OF THE NEGATIVE ASTRAL ALIENS KNOWN AS ‘DEMONS’
Black magicians (as well as other possessed or obsessed people) switch roles from male to female just like that. You might think of them as neither male nor female; that is, as intersex (third-gender) individuals or hermaphrodites of a negative astral alien species, in a way.
This is not to say that those humans who are intersex individuals are bound to the Demon Realm. This is not at all the case. Rather, intersex individuals are closer to 5D … to our Star Brothers and Sisters … in gender aspect than most people in the world today. (For more on this, see the postscript below.)
Being bound to the Demon Realm requires a contract, or contracts, with Demonry. This has nothing to do with a person’s gender, whether it be male, female, or intersex. Rather, it is a question of surrendering our Free Will to the Dark in return for a favor.
GENDER SOFTENING AMONGST OUR STAR BROTHERS AND SISTERS
While ‘gender switching’ is a dodge for the black magicians, it ought not be confused with the ‘gender softening’ characteristic of our star brethren. As we ‘beam up’ … or maybe it should be termed ‘beam out’ … dimensionally, we become aware of this mitigation of sexual dimorphism.

To me, the above image by Tom Verre represents the sacredness of the ‘gender softening’ experienced in the higher dimensions.
USING CORRECT GENDER WORDS IN EXORCISM
In the possessed black magicians (as well as in other people who are demonically possessed or obsessed), the Demon Realm uses the intersex mindset simply because most people on Earth overlook it. Their hope is that people attempting to exorcise them may create an escape clause in the words they speak, by ‘mind sliding’ past recognition of the non-gender status of the obsessing Demon.
In the case of a man or woman who is possessed, for example, the exorcist might mistakenly speak of the Demon as ‘he’ when in fact it functions as both ‘he’ and ‘she’, or as neither. If the exorcist misrepresents the ‘non-gender’ status of a possessing Demon, then to the Demon that is a loophole to retain tenancy in the person’s body.
Negatively aspected astral entities can hide out in various ‘genders’ or in an ‘ungendered’ shape just as they can hang out by melding with a human’s energy bodies. Imagine you are dealing with a consummately cunning lawyer with a large personal library of psychic lawbooks at their fingertips.
Thus, the exorcist must take into consideration the non-gender, or atypical gender, or what you might say, ‘motile’ gender role of the possessing or obsessing Demon. The exorcist may find better results by addressing the Demon as neither ‘he’ nor ‘she’ … instead using non-gender words such as ‘it’ or ‘this being’ or ‘them’.
THE OUTLOOK IS GOOD
As more and more people awaken to the power-over, Dark stuff that is going on, of course at first anxiety sets in. But pretty soon, everyone realizes that we have many, many tools at our disposal to fight the Dark and shine forth in the Light.
We have our own courage and strength in the face of adversity, our own faith, hope and charity, which have been honed by our perseverance in the long age of lesser Light that has just now ended.
We have our human friends who stand firmly for the Light … Who refuse to make war on their fellow humankind … Who know, hands down, where the real problem lies.
We have our Celestial Ascension Team: beings of Light and love, and Angels. We have God Himself.
And we have the Incoming Light, ever streaming down upon Earth with greater and greater beauty, as the Ascension proceeds and Christ consciousness floods into our mother Earth.
So, dear ones, take heart! Know that we are at the door of God’s kingdom. Protect your friends, love all humankind, stand for the Light! Know that all is well!

ON NAVIGATING HEAVEN, HELL AND PURGATORY BY CREATING POSITIVE EMOTIONS
In it, Arthur Powell describes heaven, hell and purgatory as forged from our own [emotion-laden] thought forms, rather than having a discrete existence.
I have some thoughts on this in an Ascension context: As we expand out into our astral bodies during the Awakening … what you might call a state of excitation of our bodily atoms to a second state, a more expanded state, somewhat analogous to the more expanded, n=2, orbital of an electron … we are encountering the astral plane while in physical form. And so, depending on the emotion we are feeling at the moment, we can find ourselves in the depths of the hell worlds, or the heights of the heaven worlds.
All we need to do, to navigate the astral plane while in human form, is to saturate our physical bodies with the astral energy of a positive emotion.
KARMIC ENTANGLEMENT OF MURDERERS AND THEIR VICTIMS

In addition, Powell describes there occasionally being a sort of astral pursuit of the murderer by his victim that occurs on the astral plane after the murderer’s death. I have some thoughts on this description of the fate of dead murderers. It is true, I feel, that there is a karmic bond (aka psychic cord) between murderers and their victims. This is so for the casual murder, what is known in legal parlance as the ‘crime of passion’. How much more of a karmic burden must there be for those with many murders to their name?
Down Through the Incarnations, and During the Current Clearing
In these times of the Awakening, as we humans expand outward in Awareness from the physical and into the astral plane, a unique phenomenon is occurring. The same sort of astral pursuit described by Arthur Powell is occurring in physical and astral form for both the murderer, and his past incarnational victims now in physical form. There are many such very dramatic astral stories spinning along on the astral plane right now.
As well, karmic bonding is such that it is not just a question of the murderer being pursued astrally by his victim(s). It is equally true that the victim(s) are unrelentingly pursued by the murderer, until the distortions in their field of light clear.
So for each of us, whether as murderer or as victim … and in our many incarnations, in the great majority of Soul histories, the likelihood is we have been first the one, and then in another incarnation, the opposite … The question is one of clearing the Body of Light, healing our Soul wounding, and rising to the bright Light of Christed and Buddhic Consciousness. To the crystalline Awareness of the fifth dimension.
My thought on how we can streamline this process is: Let’s eliminate the psychic cords. In this way the Ascension process can occur without distraction.

Dear Ones,
ON STABILIZING OUR EMF DURING TIMES OF HIGH INCOMING LIGHT
In this time of very high Incoming Light, Summer Solstice 2015, my electromagnetic field energies are so intense, that I need to pay careful attention to stabilizing my pranic column energy. Otherwise, the greatly increased energy of clair chatter can ping into and distort my pranic column (aka pranic tube, central vertical power current, kundalini, antahkarana, and silver cord or silver thread).
I am further finding today that there are many unconscious attempts by others to cord with me psychically; I think this has to do with other folks’ cellular uneasiness, exhibiting as agitation of the Unconscious Thought Cloud of the World.
SOLAR EVENTS IN THE WORKS
Along those lines, in addition to the Solstice energy, we have today a potentially large set of Solar Events about to unfold. It these events do, in fact take place, they will make it all the more important to concentrate on stabilizing my pranic column energy. So I am getting set for plenty of ‘Earth time.’
According to “Space Weather” … https://www.spaceweather.com … there is a big Earth-directed sunspot, with a large chance of M-class solar flares and a reasonable chance of X-class solar flares today. Also, there is an Earth-directed CME that may reach Earth today.
WHAT I AM DOING TO PREPARE FOR THIS
Auric chatter is a ‘circle-the-earth’ kind of noospheric energy. Psychic cording is a horizontal energy. Both these energies are ungrounding influences … they cause personal EMF field distortion.
The Incoming Light is vertical. And so, reinforcing the vertical connection, i.e., the ‘pranic column’ energy, also known as the ‘hara line’, insulates the aura from horizontal energies.
POSTURE
I found out this morning that if my posture is relaxed and just so, the astral chatter from other people flows around the outside of my electromagnetic field, and misses my astral ears.
Simply being aware of posture works well. Then, I concentrate on bringing the Incoming Light from the top of my head, down through my heels (while I am standing up).
STRETCHING EXERCISES
I find it helps my posture if I stand and touch my toes from time to time; sitting down and touching the toes also works fine. Standing, arms outstretched, and twisting from side to side also helps. These relax my muscles so that I can keep my posture.
GROUNDING
If an EMF entanglement of the lower triangle starts up and posture does not work, I go outside for a few minutes, and feel the energy flow from the top of my head to my heels. It works just as well to sit on the ground for a few minutes.
