Dear Ones,

This is an explanation about life on Earth…. the ionosphere and magnetosphere, the noosphere, the unconscious thought cloud of the world, communication within and above the Earth plane, and a historical perspective on Souls now on Earth.

THE IONOSPHERE AND THE MAGNETOSPHERE

The Ionosphere and the Magnetosphere protect humankind by modulating the Incoming Light from Solar Events. In this way, harmful radiation can’t affect us.

Cell phone signals and radio signals ping off the Ionosphere and satellites in it. So the ionosphere reflects communication signals, and its astral aspect, the Noosphere, also has to do with communication.

As to the crack in the Magnetosphere, that is allowing localized application of Incoming Light for mitigation of localized density of the Unconscious Thought Cloud of the World. The intention of the Angelic and Devic Realms, in this case, is to alleviate our perceived suffering as soon as possible. More on that later.

THE NOOSPHERE

The Noosphere, the sphere of human thought, is the astral aspect of the ionosphere. There are two aspects to the Noosphere: Positive and Negative. Both these aspects exist in all ‘heights’ of the Noosphere: Low, middle, and high.

The Noosphere Negative contains hell-world thoughts (lower Noosphere negative), thoughts of mild suffering (Purgatory thoughts … middle Noosphere negative) and psychic terrorists … astral thuggee cult and Consequentialist Idealist spiritual adept thoughts (highest Noosphere negative).

Similarly but oppositely aspected, the Noosphere Positive contains heaven-world thoughts of various intensities, ranging from complacent or content (lowest heaven worlds), to happy (middle heaven worlds) to ecstatically joyful (highest heaven worlds).

And through these areas are, sitting or flitting, those Earth-bound Souls being schooled for their next incarnations.

THE VEIL OF FORGETFULNESS

The Veil of Forgetfulness is at the borderline of the third and fourth dimensions … between the physical plane and the astral plane. It comprises the densest, most unconscious Noospheric energies.

The Devas said The Veil was put in place to stop humanity from suffering too much through knowing about the endless wheel of karma and incarnations.

When I wake up, and sit up to meditate I sense the barrier of The Veil of Forgetfulness at first … the Hounds of the Barrier, as it were. Then by concentration, the pranic column energy (aka the central vertical power current or kundalini) pierces this veil and proceeds into less dense realms. Thank goodness.

It could be what the Devas mean is that, till now, when Souls go to the Light, that in passing through the lower, densely unconscious realms of the Noosphere, they lose the knowledge of their incarnations, and so lose the knowledge of the suffering they have endured, and must further endure till the end of a Great Cycle. This ‘little death’ allows the Greatness that we are to endure in this harsh environment. And so, as the Devas say, the Veil of Forgetfulness has been a blessing and an important feature of Earth School.

THE UNCONSCIOUS THOUGHT CLOUD OF THE WORLD

The Unconscious Thought Cloud of the World appears to be not part of the Veil. Rather, it seems to flow in localized, roiling waves, especially within cities, where the mental thought cloud of humanity is tight packed. However, all it takes is a thought … say of a friend, family member, or a person made known through the media, to allow the Unconscious Thought Cloud of the World to expand to a different location.

EARTH-PLANE CLAIR COMMUNICATION

I mentioned how cell phone waves ping off the Ionosphere, and how the Noosphere is the astral aspect of the Ionosphere. What we watch on the Internet, what we hear in the media, the emotions we feel … all these ping off the Noosphere, just as cell phone signals ping off the Ionosphere.

Thoughts of sexuality carry great creative power because of their high emotional content. Because of the increasingly quicksilver communications of emotional thought as the Shift unfolds, these resoundingly ping off the astral aspect of the Noosphere, back to Earth. When these emotion packed thoughts impinge upon a localized portion of the Unconscious Thought Cloud of the World, humans may be impelled to ‘act out’ similar story lines.

So when we hear clair chatter about sexuality, it is best to ‘batten down the hatches’. Meditate, sit in the sun, breathe deeply … do something relaxing and fun. Let the clair chatter flow on by… no worries.

Just like the negative thought forms, which carry darker emotional energy, thoughts of love and peace, which carry lighter emotional energy, can ping off the Noosphere and back to Earth. So let us concentrate on those instead. For myself, I have joined the HeartMath Initiative …

… and am thrice blessed to meditate with that wonderful group of people to increase vibes of Love and Joy on Earth.

INTERDIMENSIONAL CLAIR COMMUNICATION

Know that each of us has a higher dimensional Celestial Ascension Team standing at the ready. Our Teams are not embodied; they are our Celestial helpers. Among them are Angels and Ascended Masters, for instance. Beings of love and Light, as mentioned in the Bible and other sacred books. They are our brothers and sisters of Light. They understand our predicament, and much more. They are proud of us, and eager to be of assistance. For your own sake, and that of all humankind, I ask you to attempt contact as soon as possible.

When I wake up in the morning, sit up, and meditate on the pranic column energy, I first encounter the dream-trance state of the lowest noosphere … the realm of mind control, unconsciously held societal self-limitations, and densely distorted, repressed memories. Then by concentration, I break through to the higher realms, where my Team is.

In the same way, the Activations of Light that begin ‘Spirit to Team. Team to Teams. Teams to Spirits…’ go up a person’s pranic column, through the Noosphere, to our Celestial Ascension Team standing ever at the ready, beyond that currently churning, tumultuous sea of energy. From there the Activation of Light goes off to the Teams of other humans, and if they are ready, down their pranic columns. In this way the signal degradation of the currently very dense lower levels of the Noosphere are minimized.

Activations of Light to do with this will be forthcoming, hopefully today.

SOLAR WIND SPEED EFFECTS

Because we are so new into the Shift, the dense, roiling state of the Noosphere sometimes prevents Spirit-to-Team communication. This may have something to do with the Solar Wind Speed factors. For instance, currently Solar wind speed: 417.9 km/sec and density: 6.7 protons/cm3. Speed x density = 2800 Protonfall (my term; as an analogy, think of the meaning of the word rainfall)

I am beginning to notice that speed X density in the 2600 – 2800 range may be churning and roiling the lower portion of the Noosphere. This causes density and commotion in the human energy field. I have noticed that higher ranges, 3000 – 10,000 … do not have this effect.

The churning-roiling range can give rise to the emotions of judgment and blame, which then cause the boomerang effect …

… in the person who is judging or blaming. So, ‘heads up’ when the density is 2600 – 2800. Keep the mind high and the thoughts pure. So may we help the Unconscious Thought Cloud of the World remain in a state of Peace and Love.

THOTH ON THE HOUNDS OF THE BARRIER, AND ON ANGLES, CIRCLES, AND VORTICAL MOTION

Hounds of the Barrier. The Hounds of the Barrier mentioned by Thoth has to do with the lowest level of the Noosphere.

Angles. The angles mentioned by Thoth have, among other things, to do with how signals ping off the Noosphere, angularly, similarly to the angles in the picture up above of cell phone signals bouncing off the Ionosphere.

Circles and Vortical Motion. The pranic column energy makes use of the ‘circle’ energy, or vortical motion that Thoth has referred to (see link above). This kind of energy can pierce through the Veil of Forgetfulness (circumvent the ‘Hound of the Barrier’) and arrive at the purer dimensions … fifth dimension and higher.

Or you can visualize, in this beautiful artwork by Jaijelinne, a whorling vortex of energy. At the bottom of the picture, imagine a person. The vortex, the ‘kundalini energy’, is whorling around through the person, along the spinal column, This is the energy of the core of the torus of the human electromagnetic field.

As the energy whorls up through the sky, it pierces the astral stratosphere (the highest heaven worlds), accesses the astral solar wind stream, from there to the Light codes stored in our planet’s Sun. You might imagine the circular whorl in the magenta energy stream of the artwork as our Sun’s light storage system.

From there our kundalini energy streams onward to the great bursts of Light codes from Alcyone, the Central Sun of the Pleiadian System. This system of light information transmission is the gift of Divine grace to humankind.

The gift of grace might be thought of as symbolized by the dove in Jaijelinne’s artwork.

GHOSTS AND THE ASTRAL WORLD

Souls who ghost about are ghosting through the Unconscious Thought Cloud of the World. Sending them to the Light sends them to Noosphere, where they rise by steps or grades to the extent of their Light Quotient. This process is described in the story of Ma’at and the ostrich feather she used to judge the weight of the Souls of the dead …

The myth goes like this: The Soul of every Egyptian was judged after death. The person would stand in the Hall of Ma’at and their heart, or conscience would be weighed against an ostrich feather (the feather of Ma’at). The scales represented justice and balance.

If they had not lived a balanced life, then their heart would be heavier than the feather. Then they would suffer one of two fates. They might be cast into a lake of fire. Or they might be devoured by the terrible deity Ammit.

But if the heart was as light as the feather of Ma’at, then they would earn eternal life.

Sometimes Osiris would be there to act as judge at the ritual, and many other gods might help officiate, but Ma’at was always there. Basically, Souls are consigned to the hellworlds, the negatively aspected Light, if their Soul wounding carries that negatively aspected Light. It is a physical law, not a judgment.

HISTORICAL PERSPECTIVE: THE GREAT AGE MYTH OF CREATION

Here we are on the outer edge … the very outer edge … of our Galaxy. The 120,000-year great cycle of the Sun confines Souls who have chosen Earth School to existence on Earth during the great cycle away from the Sun. This again is a physical law, to do with our distance from Source.

In flocks and flurries, from Great Cycle to Great Cycle, we Souls choose to endure this cycle of separateness. Choice can be made to go off planet when Shifts such as the September-December 2012 Shift occur. At that point the Incoming Light is more rare, and the Noosphere can be pierce by the pranic column energy. In that way the person can, by concentration, acquire the Incoming LIght ‘sooner’ (nanosecondly sooner) than others. These can get through to the Heaven Worlds and higher … to the True Reality of Universal Love, Light, Peace and Joy. Heed them. They can ease this process.

Note that, in truth, there is no such thing as time, and that 120,000 years goes by in the wink of an eye to our non-confined Star Brothers and Sisters. To us who have voluntarily placed our awareness within the temporo-spatial fabric, however, the Now slows down to a crawl of agony, and our unconsciousness has repressed these memories of agony, so that we until now have not known the Hell in which we lived … what might be termed a bubble of entropy in a Universe of Harmony and Order.

At this great Turning Point, the process of entropy has halted, and we on Earth are turning to the positive emotions of Love and Joy. Just as contemplation of Love can turn the water in our saliva to crystal form (1), so can it enhance the wellbeing of our whole bodies, our communities, our nations, and our great Mother Earth … her waters, lands, and atmosphere.

Hold steady. Know that help is at hand. All is well. Likewise for those who have passed, who are on the Astral Planes, help is at hand. They will be assisted in their Soul Choices immediately.

A MESSAGE OF HOPE IN A TIME OF CHANGE

For those who are concerned with possible changes in Earth institutions, such as governments, economic institutions, and so on, know that all is well. There will no doubt be small changes, by increments, for the betterment of humankind. Is this not always so? But catastrophic changes is not … I repeat, not … on the agenda. You are our respected leaders. We look to you for spiritual upliftment during this miraculous and amazing process.

As the Shift unfolds, there will be more and more wonders to behold. Brothers and sisters, we have forgotten much. Let us remember! Let us remember the greatness of our Souls, the Majesty of our Being. There are loving friends to greet us. There is the Love of All That Is to meet us.

Here are some inspiring Bible verses about the Second Coming, and some thoughts about clair chatter and forgiveness …

I like these verses because they apply to the clair chatter that I sometimes hear. I like the part about not grumbling …

7 “Be patient therefore, brethren, unto the coming of the Lord. Behold, the husbandman waiteth for the precious fruit of the earth, and hath long patience for it, until he receive the early and latter rain.

8 “Be ye also patient; stablish your hearts: for the coming of the Lord draweth nigh.

9 “Grudge not one against another, brethren, lest ye be condemned: behold, the judge standeth before the door.”

The clair chatter can be exasperating at time or upsetting. It can disclose things that are contrary to societal expectations. As it says here …

5 “Therefore judge nothing before the time, until the Lord come, who both will bring to light the hidden things of darkness, and will make manifest the counsels of the hearts: and then shall every man have praise of God.”

ON CLAIR CHATTER

When I hear these currents of the 4D audio stream, I remind myself: 4D is not like 3D. 4D is the emotional world; it flows like a river, or from a physical standpoint, like my endocrine system. It’s not a ‘point to point’ thing like 3D, not a true or false sort of thing, like logical thought. Not like my nervous system at all. Clair chatter is at very best a great exaggeration of the truth, and generally speaking, it is just not true at all.

ON FORGIVING OTHERS

Next I say to myself: Here is a chance to practice forgiveness! Forgiveness is important, because that way I can avoid the suffering of the ‘boomerang effect’ (which see). Further, it will help me rise in consciousness to a more Christlike state; a state more congruent with the Incoming Light.

ON FEELING APPRECIATION

After forgiveness, I then look around me, in my 3D world, and find something to appreciate. Could be sunlight, or a bird, or a book, or just about anything. I just look at it and appreciate it. And that appreciation transforms my feelings from exasperated or upset to happy and content.

CLAIR CHATTER, INCOMING LIGHT, AND SOUL HEALING

Each of us is going through the process of disclosure and forgiveness, and the clair chatter is one way that the consciousness of Christ, the Buddha, Lord Krishna, and The Great Ones are clearing the wounding of our Souls. The Incoming Light is another way that the sins of the world, the density of our thoughts and actions, and the impurities of Gaia’s earth, waters, air, and EMF are being cleansed and purified.

A NEW TAKE ON THE DAY OF JUDGMENT

There has been an update on the judgment day, ascribed to by a goodly number of prophets (see ‘Ascension Resources’) who have arisen to help us all attain Christ Consciousness, Buddhic Consciousness, Krishna Consciousness, or for those with other spiritual paths, like lofty heights of consciousness, during this process of the Second Coming.

As you may have read in your Bible, it used to be thought that there would be an apportionment between good folks and bad folks, the outcome for good folks being considerably preferable.

However, during the Shift, in September to December of 2012, there was a change-up. As I understand it, our Planet Earth, and all of us, are going through a process of combining our normal 3D experience of reality on Earth with our normal sleeptime experience of the dreamtime realm, which is also the reality we experience, generally in a sleeplike state (except in the case of Spiritual Adepts) after death.

CLAIR CHATTER AND LEARNING TO NAVIGATE THE ASTRAL PLANES

The clair chatter is an example of this. Sometimes it sounds like the folks involved are going through ‘hellworld’ experiences, from an emotional standpoint. Sometimes it sounds like they’re going through ‘purgatory’ experiences. And sometimes everything is copacetic, and folks seem happy … as if they were in heaven.

That is because the astral planes have various levels … quite a few, actually (see ‘astral planes’). We are learning the art of dipping down into various planes in which our Soul wounding is stored, so that we can heal our wounding through the disclosure process, and return to our true majesty and greatness.

Make no doubt about it. We are forgiven. All we really need to do, to lighten up and rise to the heaven worlds, is to forgive ourselves. To offer ourselves that forgiveness that we feel from the sunshine, from this beautiful world all around us, from the loving presence of Christ or Buddha or Krishna or Allah or that which we hold to represent the most holy in our place of worship, And then I remind myself, during the process, to keep my feet firmly planted on Mother Earth. In that way I can be on Earth and in heaven at the same time.

After we are able to navigate in 4D, we will learn more about our Bodies of Light, unconditional love and the fifth dimension. This is the realm of true joy and happiness. As the Bible says …

20 “For our conversation is in heaven; from whence also we look for the Saviour, the Lord Jesus Christ:

21 “Who shall change our vile body, that it may be fashioned like unto his glorious body, according to the working whereby he is able even to subdue all things unto himself.”

I have no doubt but what all the Great Ones … the Saints, the Ascended Masters, all those of the Angelic Realm, and many more beings of love and Light … will help each one of us who wants to be part of the Second Coming, even the tardiest latecomer to the process … to ascend. So we can all start right now, and we can all do this process. However, as I have mentioned in past, it is very important not to ‘act out’ … rather, through faith and hope let us persevere. As the Bible says …

Dear Ones,

Last night I was meditating on the Equinoctial energies …

On the clair plane, I ran into someone who said he was sent to Earth to destroy all life forms there and repurpose the planet for an alien race…. That set me back on my heels.

Then I thought, hmmm!

Asked Team about it… Spirit to Team! Rather urgent question here!

Learned he was a husband in a family down the street, who had gotten upset at a thought I had about him an hour prior.

So, I begged his forgiveness, and by God’s grace, he did forgive.

SUMMARY OF THE VIDEO

Hello, Dear Ones, it’s Alice.

For the last few days, I have been experiencing increasing irritation with regard to the clairaudient chatter that I am hearing, which has to do with what some call victim-victimizer; and I used to call it the aggressor-victim paradigm. It is where people are reacting from third chakra negative … negative navel point or will power energy … and one person will say something ‘power over’ … to do with attempting to control somebody else, and somebody else will think of that as a threat. And they will think of a way to get revenge back again.

As they say, it has been getting ‘under my skin’ in the last few days, I think because the Equinox is coming up, and the energy is really high in the middle of the day. And all this Light downloads, and then it pings against my own third chakra energy. And wherever it is unbalanced and upset, it creates this reaction against the unconscious (or semiconscious) thought cloud of the world.

At usual times of year, when the Light is at a normal level, I can always change the train of my thought and overcome this somehow … get off of this track of negativity and back into a space of peace and calm and love. But right now, in the last few days, I have been finding it extremely nerve-racking.

So yesterday, there was a point where I was sitting outside, and there was all this racket outside … a helicopter, an airplane going over, and the dogs were barking outside. Outside is where I go for peace and quiet, you know? It was like, I woke up from a little nap outside in the sunlight, and all of a sudden I was bombarded with sound energy.

And at the same time, the clairaudient chatter became absolutely unbearable to me. And I did something unpardonable: In a conscious way, I lashed out at all the people that were, it felt like to me, torturing me. I could feel it; the reaction of their unconscious minds was: We will get even with you! I was so annoyed that I did not care! I just maintained this attitude that I wanted nothing to do with them! They were horrible people! I was thinking these things!

And so, their plans solidified near the end of the day. I could hear this bunch of guys plotting together to get even. So this morning, I woke up under a very heavy load of negative, unconscious, first-, second-, and third-chakra energy. It was like I was seething with reactivity. And the conviction grew on me, that during the night, either unconsciously or consciously, they had been getting even! It was as if they had been filling my unconscious mind with all kinds of negativity. That is what it felt like.

So in other words, to put it in the perspective of Bill Ballard …

… what happened was, I created an electromagnetic interaction with a bunch of guys and women yesterday, in the negative sense, and during the night, I got the boomerang effect (2) big time …

… and then this morning I was in a highly reactive state … a state of reactivity of my electromagnetic field with theirs. To such an extent that I just could not pull out of it.

I had no idea what to do. So I was resting, and thinking: Maybe if I rest and I feel my high heart? But my hand drifted down to my core chakra, which is located just below my diaphragm, below my rib cage, and above my navel point.

Now the core chakra is deep inside; it is like the core of the body; the core energy center of the body. And just below that is the navel point energy, which has to do with self-control, with not feeling threatened, with feeling masterful in one’s relationship with other people and with the environment.

So my hand was there, on the core chakra, and I could feel an imbalance starting to heal as I placed my Awareness there. I could feel the navel point energy also healing and strengthening. And I could feel all the clairaudient negativity going away … just completely, all of a sudden, within 5 minutes.

So from this I could say, that I now understand this aggressor-victim paradigm. And that is: The whole thing about negative 3D has to do with a lack of navel point strength, and a lack of balance in the core star energy. You can try the meditation if you have this concern..

These energy centers must be healed and balanced, in order for the energy to go up to the heart chakras: To the mid-heart, and to the high heart. And when the energy gets to the mid-heart and the high heart, then we will be in the fourth dimension … when that energy is positively balanced.

I think that if we act on it now, right now, we can heal the Atlantean Age rift. It will give new strength of personal power and control to all men and to all women on Earth. So that they may hear threatening things on the astral ‘internet’, and they may feel threatened. But with a strong core star, and a well-balanced, strong navel point energy, they will never need to react again.

This is the answer to the war between the sexes. This is the answer to war on Earth. This is the answer to many problems on Earth: To strengthen and balance the core star and the navel point energies. And I am very pleased to have made this discovery finally, and to have been able to offer it to all of you.

God speed you all in your mastery of the Universe through mastery of your chakras. And God speed you through this Equinoctial energy, which I know you will be able to incorporate into yourselves, and improve your own personal power. God rest you all in peace, and love, and an end to all hatred and war on Earth.

If you have been using a more popular variant of your given name, then consider using the less popular version on the clair ‘internet’. This will put you in narrower clair ‘glom group’.

If someone with your given and family name has committed a well publicized crime, first try using only your first name on the clairaudient plane. If your first name is unique, and you are encountering glom problems, try using an unusual nickname for your ever-changing clair audience.

LEADERS OF GOVERNMENT

For you who have undertaken this role on the clairaudient plane, it will go better if you call yourself by a little known nickname. If folks ask to speak with you in 4D, at least for the time being, simply disavow that you are that person. You are _______ [made-up given name]. Speaking to everyone else: Our leaders of government are at a peculiar disadvantage as Ascension proceeds. Their Soul purpose this time around includes massive public recognition of their first and last names. Ascension is a process rewarding beyond measure, but little understood by most people still, and this lack of understanding is causing blame and judgment to fly around on the clair plane.

Our leaders of government have specifically chosen to come to Earth at this time to lead humanity through this tumultuous process of Ascension. So, in your thoughts, keep a good thought and a kindly prayer for them, every day. This will ease their clair burden and help them to protect and guide us all through these times.

FAMOUS PEOPLE

Famous people are at a disadvantage on the clairaudient plane during this Ascension process of clearing the unconscious thought cloud of the world. That is because many people know them, and identify with them, and glom to them unconsciously as they clear, making the clearing process more intense for them.

May I suggest, for those famous people, such as actors, who may have grown up with a different name … try calling yourself by your given first name on the internet. When folks ‘ring up’ on your ‘famous name’ line, just say that person is out. ‘This is _____________ [given name].’

The Karma of Violent Acting Roles

For those who are actors (no matter what your given name) know that whatever roles you have played that involve Soul wounding will cause you to go through that kind of Soul wounding clearing with a glomming group of folks who are clearing that Soul wounding. I speak specifically to those actors who take on violent roles in movies and television. One way to ease this process is to minimize your advertising of this kind of role, at least for now.

The Karma of Demonic Acting Roles

One of the most difficult actor raps is that of role playing the demonic realm. If you have taken on this Soul mission in this lifetime, I applaud your courage. As I have heard Daniella Breen … www.theconsciousnesscall.com … say, many lightworkers have taken on huge responsibilities to clear the karma of groups of people. She has also said, and I agree, that we can set aside these burdens any time we want.

So if clearing the demonization of the masculine settles into too much denseness as the Ascension process unfolds, those who have played much advertised diabolical roles will want to minimize advertising of these roles, for the time being.
