Hello, Dear Ones, It’s Alice.

I thought I would talk for a minute about superpowers … That is your psychic superpowers.

One of my favorite books is Patanjali’s “How to Know God” … the one with Swami Prabhavananda’s and Christopher Isherwood’s comments in it.

It is a short book, and near the end there is a description of a whole lot of superpowers that were put together by the ancient yogis of India. And beside each superpower, it says what meditation allows you to attain the superpower.

And then … either before, or after, or maybe both … it states in this short treatise by Patanjali (to paraphrase): Whatever you do, do not try to gain a superpower. And then it gives the consequences, which are really dire …

I think it was something like: It will set you back, on your path to know God. And, would it not? … Because it really ratchets up the ego … does it not? … to have superpowers. And so then, everybody looks up to us, when we have superpowers, right? And so then, why bother with learning about God? Why bother with self-awareness or enlightenment? … Because we have the world at our fingertips; the world is our oyster, right? And I am afraid this might be something that happens to people, sometimes: They get sidetracked with superpowers.

Now before I go on, to the possible solution, I would like to talk about some other consequences that I have intuited lately; consequences of attaining superpowers. And here is the thing that I feel about it … and you could test, and see if it seems true for you too …

It seems to me that, when we ask for a superpower, what really happens is that we petition for an entity on the astral realm, who has those powers, to come and be with us, and manifest those powers through our physical body.

So, someplace, in one of these vehicles of our bodies … We have the physical body, the astral, the mental, the etheric net, the causal body …

  • Someplace, in one of our human bodies, there is an entity that is taking up space. And the rent that entity is paying, is our superpowers.
  • And what does it get for that? It gets a chance to express its own personal agenda through our physical presence in the world.

My intuition tells me that entities that will provide this service to humankind, are not our best friends. So we have a chance … by requesting superpowers … to do limitless damage to the Soul evolution of everyone we know … including ourselves.

So, what to do about this? Say we are not a totally enlightened person … we have not totally overcome our ego … and somehow or other we have come by superpowers. What do we do?

I heard of a man, one time, who had too many superpowers. And he asked his spiritual teacher … so the story goes … to take some of his powers away from him; they were getting in the way. And what I heard was that his spiritual teacher did that for him.

So, if a spiritual teacher can do it, then for sure, God can, right? God can do that for us. If we petition him day and night, he can take those powers, and those astral entities, away from us … and give us back our pure Souls, so that we can continue on with our Soul evolution, without harming anyone, or ourselves.

I feel it is well worth the effort, to humble ourselves … to humble our egos … and to ask to go on, in a very simple way, on God’s path for our Soul, through this incarnation. I really do feel that.

It is a hard thing to do because, when we get a superpower, then it is ever so hard for us, personally, to get past the third chakra. The third chakra is the seat of Will, for us, in the world. And the addition of the superpower settles our energy down, far from the heart, where it has to be.

For our survival, actually, during this cycle of Ascension and regeneration. our Awareness has to be in the heart; not in the third chakra. We do need the third chakra to survive; but ratcheting up the superpowers makes that center our center of gravity, rather than the heart energy. So, for our survival during this cycle of regeneration, it is good to just purify our Soul fields, and eliminate any astral entities that are hostile to our Soul evolution.

I have one more thing for you … I was reading, this morning, the book”The Astral Body and Other Astral Phenomena,” put out by the Theosophical Society, and put out by Arthur E. Powell, from the writings of a number of teachers from the School of Theosophy.

He was saying that there are various hostile, intelligent entities that scoop around in the astral plane, and take advantage of people who have similar intentions, or samskaras that are willing to go along with the energy of these hostile entities.

And he was saying how sometimes, in seances, entities like that can propose to be someone else … someone that the people in the seance know, for instance … and, what you might say, ‘pull one over on’ these people … these unsuspecting people … in the interests of their own agenda … their own personal, hostile-lifeform agenda.

And he was also saying that entities of that nature can sometimes come across an astral shell. An ‘astral shell’ is like this: After a person passes on, after a while they just outgrow their old astral shell, and it falls off, in the astral realm. It just lies around for a while, and slowly decomposes.

According to Arthur Powell, these entities can actually scoop up an astral shell that has been discarded by a Soul, and transport themselves about, in it, in a more definite shape than would otherwise be so … And use it, in a way, as a slowly decaying vehicle for themselves to express their hostile intentions.

And so from that explanation, I started to get a notion and an understanding of how adventitious these hostile lifeforms are. And I think that … during this time of so many shifts and changes in the human body vehicles … in the different energies of the human bodies … that there is an opportunity for those kinds of life forces, if we not stay firmly rooted in our bodies.

And that is probably the reason why Sandra Walter … https://sandrawalter.com/ … has said recently (and I paraphrase): That this is not a time to be going into astral form, and traipsing about. The Incoming Light is very intense. And it is very important to stay centered and focused … with all the body vehicles firmly centered around the physical body.

I do know of a case of someone who stepped out of their body a number of times, because of their concern for the discomforts of the Ascension process. And when that has happened, what has occasionally happened is that such an entity has temporarily taken up residence in the body that has been vacated by the astral form.

It takes practice to understand, on the clair plane, what a person’s ‘Soul note’ is … what a person’s ‘Soul keynote’ is. And so, when such an entity steps in, on the astral plane, what I hear is the same Soul note … but with a change from positive to negative. That is what I hear: I hear the same Soul note, in a minor key, somehow.

And the content of the thoughts suddenly changes from their pure spiritual intention and understanding … The purity of their Soul purpose seems to shift, as they move into astral form, and the other, hostile entity moves into their physical form, and expresses itself there: It shifts to the negative … to the indescribably negative … that could never be anticipated in that person.

I mean, if you were to talk to that high, spiritual person on the phone, you would never notice such a shift. So then, as they step back into the physical … firmly into the physical … then that entity is driven out. And then, there they are again, expressing themselves according to their true Soul purpose.

Now for those of us that talk to each other on the astral plane, it is very important to make a distinction between the true person that you hear on the astral plane, and the entity that has momentarily displaced that person, as they go astral travelling.

So, just a caveat: You can tell, by the flavor of the ice cream, whether it has been sitting too long, or not. So! Go for the fresh. Go for the natural. Go for the true Soul flavor of your friends, and you will never go wrong.

I have one more thing along those lines: When we are asleep, it is possible for hostile lifeforms to take advantage of our astral speaking apparatuses … generally on a lower chakric level … and reflect energy from our physical form … especially when we are off in the dream state. Astral speech that our friends and family hear, and take to be us.

So, just a note of protective anticipation: When we are falling asleep … I got this information from “The Astral Body and Other Astral Phenomena,” by Arthur E. Powell … And I agree completely, because Tom Kenyon … https://tomkenyon.com/ … has written similarly about protecting ourselves as we fall asleep … A good technique is to lie down, and imagine a great, egg-shaped energy all around us that is just brim-full of protective energy … the egg-shaped encasement of a huge and intensely packed auric field around us.

And then, as we are drifting off to sleep, to make our last few thoughts about some very high and lofty thought … to make it a very positive emotion and a very high thought … and fall off to sleep with that. And that will protect us completely, during our dream state, and during our sleep.

Judy Satori and Arthur E. Powell on Body Elementals

I was listening to one of Judy Satori’s … https://www.ascensionlibrary.org/ … radio broadcasts in one of her “Beyond Healing” radio show, on Pyramid One Network, on the internet. She had a whole show about body elementals. That put me in mind of Arthur E. Powell’s book “The Astral Body and Other Astral Phenomena” …

I was reading through what I had not read before, there, this morning. And what do you know? There was a lot of information on the body elementals. Judy Satori (to paraphrase) says there are body elementals for everything in the body: all the organs, just this and that, all have a form of independent intelligence, programmed with information from past lifetimes, which may or may not be appropriate for the current lifetime. And she says these body elementals have a kind of intelligence that wishes to continue to be alive, to be vivified, and does not have the creative adaptability to change.

On Reprogramming Body Elementals

In other words … I am guessing, from my readings today … that we have to program them to make them different … First we have to be aware of them, and then we have to program them.

So I have been working with that today … And particularly with regard to the heart chakra just now. I thought I would tell you some insights I just had.

Alice’s Vision: How Tiny Beings Sewed Up the Front Funnel of My Heart with Gossamer Threads Some Years Ago

Years ago, when I was living in Los Angeles, I had a really strong feeling in my heart for a while … just tons of love, pouring out of my heart. And then, during the night, I had a vision … a vision of tiny astral beings with thread much finer than the finest fishing cord filament.

They were knitting up my heart chakra, and saying: We will stitch up your heart; It’s not safe for your heart to be open!

And after that, for a long time, I did not really feel that strong energy in my heart.

Were These Beings Nature Spirits, or the Body Elemental of the Front Funnel of My Heart?

At the time, I thought it was probably nature spirits. And that there was someone else involved in that decision-making process … someone who did not wish me well. In other words, my understanding of that, was from the world of duality, of Dark and Light.

But today I think that there may be a body elemental in the front funnel of my heart chakra, that is actually programmed to keep that area closed, as a precaution based on my Ascension Team’s knowledge of my timeline, or else perhaps because my body elemental feels this is best, because of recent past events.

On Reprogramming the Message My Body Elemental Knits into the Front Funnel of My Heart Chakra

So for that body elemental, when it says that it has that message for me, and for my heart, today I am reprogramming it, that it is safe to feel my heart.

How and Why the Back Funnel of My Heart Chakra Was Closed for Years

And then, as you know, there is also a back part of the heart chakra … also funnel-shaped … that comes out the back, at the heart level. And that area has been closed for a long time in me, relatively speaking.

The thing that closes it down is a body elemental that says: No one has ‘got your back’. Your back is not safe.

(This is an instance of the subconscious mind interpreting a figure of speech … ‘got your back’ … in a physical way, as is its wont. For more on this, see my blog category: Subconscious symbolism …)

On Reprogramming the Message My Body Elemental Knits into the Back Funnel of My Heart Chakra

So today I have been reprogramming that body elemental with the message: Your back is safe. You’re completely safe. Your back is safe.

And so, it is happy to take that new message on. But it may be a while before it completely remembers all the time.

Conclusion

So I thought I would tell you about my adventures with my own body elementals. And if you like the idea, you can start figuring out where yours are giving you faulty messages, and work with that.

Dear Ones,

ON QUELLING ASTRAL STORIES AND PERSONAL DAYDREAMS THROUGH ATTENTION TO PHYSICAL SENSATIONS

I am working with a solution to the below. When I feel a thought arising, and an ‘astral story’ beginning, I turn my attention to the bodily sensation that caused the ‘story’ to begin. Then I keep my Awareness on the swirling energies of bodily sensation as they arise. So far, so good.

I have noticed it helps to ask my nature spirits to help me with this. They have a mission to help me fulfill my desires. I have explained that I do not desire to talk with other people on the astral plane. Rather, I enjoy silence, and I like to be around them too. I love them very much. They said: Oh, that’s what you want!

Everyone on the astral plane has a name. Mine is Dharm Darshan Kaur. It is important for everyone to know their own true name on the astral plane. If you do not know yours, you can ask the nature spirits.

Then, ask the nature spirits to say this to incoming thought forms: “_______  [your true name] does not want to talk to you.” This they have done for me, and it has been a big help in curtailing my personal ‘astral stories’ or ‘daydreams’.

THE EGO AND INSTANTANEOUS DRAMATIZATION

There is a description here, of a habit the untrained ego may have. The School of Theosophy terms this habit ‘instantaneous dramatisation …

This faculty is described, in the above excerpt, as a means by which touch or sound triggers us to create a story of an event. Somehow the person becomes confused into thinking that this artificial construct is a true experience he or she has had.

INSTANTANEOUS DRAMATISATION IN A SYMBOLIC FASHION DURING ASTRAL TRAVEL

Here is a further explanation of the faculty of instantaneous dramatisation, in the context of astral travel as a ‘helper’. In this case this faculty is seen as a symbolic representation of things happening in the physical world …

“In other cases [of astral travel] what is remembered is not at all what really happened, but rather a sort of symbolic description of it, sometimes quite elaborate and poetical. This comes evidently from the image-making characteristic of the ego — his faculty of instantaneous dramatization — and it sometimes happens that the symbol is recollected without its key; it comes through untranslated, as it were, so that unless the helper has a more experienced friend at hand to explain matters, he may have only a vague idea of what he has really done. A good instance of this came before my notice many years ago — so many that, as I made no record of it at the time; I am not now quite certain of one or two of its points, and am therefore obliged to omit some of it, and make it a little less interesting than I think it really was.

“The helper came to me one morning to relate an exceedingly vivid dream which he felt sure was in reality something more than a dream. He remembered having seen a certain young lady drowning in the sea. I believe that he had the impression that she had been intentionally thrown in, though I do not think that he had any vision of the person who was supposed to have done this. He himself could not directly assist her, as he was present only in the astral body, and did not know how to materialise himself; but his keen sense of the imminence of the peril gave him strength to impress the idea of danger upon the young lady’s lover, and to bring him to the scene, when he at once plunged in and brought her ashore, delivering her into the arms of her father. The helper remembered the faces of all these three characters quite clearly, and was able so to describe them that they were afterwards readily recognisable. The helper begged me to look into this case, so that he might know how far his clear remembrance was reliable.

“On doing so, I found to my surprise that the whole story was symbolic, and that the facts which had really occurred were of a different nature. The young lady was motherless, and lived practically alone with her father. She seems to have been rich as well as beautiful, and no doubt there were various aspirants to her hand. Our story, however, has to do only with two of these; one, a most estimable but bashful young fellow of the neighbourhood, who had adored her since childhood, had grown up in friendly relations with her, and had in fact the usual half-understood, half-implied engagement which belongs to a boy-and-girl love affair. The other was a person distinctly of the adventurer type, handsome and dashing and captivating on the surface, but in reality a fortune-hunter of false and unreliable type. She was dazzled by his superficial brilliancy, and easily persuaded herself that her attraction for him was real affection, and that her previous feelings of comradeship for her boy friend amounted to nothing.

“Her father, however, was much more clear-sighted than she, and when the adventurer was presented to him he seems to have received him with marked coolness, and declined altogether, though kindly enough, to sanction his daughter’s marriage with a gentleman of whom he knew nothing. This was a great blow to the young lady, and the adventurer, meeting her in secret, easily persuaded her that she was a terribly ill-used and misunderstood person, that her father was quite unbearably tyrannical and ridiculously old-fashioned, that the only thing left for her to do as a girl of spirit was to show that she meant what she said by eloping with him (the aforesaid adventurer) after which of course the father would come round to a more sensible view of life, and the future would take on the rosiest of hues.

“The foolish girl believed him, and he gradually worked upon her feelings until she consented; and the particular night upon which our friend the helper came upon the scene was that which had been chosen for the elopement. In true melodramatic style the adventurer was waiting round the corner with a carriage, and the girl was in her room hurriedly preparing herself to slip out and join him.

“Not unnaturally, when it came actually to the point her mind was much disturbed, and she found it very difficult to take the final step. It was this fluttering of the mind, this earnest desire for aid in decision, which attracted the notice of the helper as he was drifting casually by. Reading her thoughts, he quickly grasped the situation, and at once began to try to influence her against the rash step which she contemplated. Her mind, however, was in such a condition that he was unable to impress himself upon her as he wished, and he looked round in great anxiety for someone who should prove more amenable to his influence. He tried to seize upon the father, but he was engaged in his library in some literary work of so engrossing a character that it proved impossible to attract his attention.

“Fortunately, however, the half-forgotten lover of her youth happened to be within reach, wandering about in the starlight and looking up at her window in the approved style of young lovers all the world over. The helper pounced upon him, seeing the condition of his sentiments, and to his great delight found him more receptive. His deep love made him anxious, and it was easy enough to influence him to walk far enough to see the carriage and the adventurer in waiting around the corner. His affection quickened his wits, and he instantly grasped the situation, and was filled with horror and dismay. To do him justice, at that supreme moment it was not of himself that he thought, not that he was on the eve of losing her, but that she was on the eve of throwing herself away and ruining the whole of her future life. In his excitement he forgot all about convention; he made his way into the house (for he had known the place since childhood), rushed up the stairs and met her at the door of her room.

“The words which he said to her neither he nor she can remember now, but in wild and earnest pleading he besought her to think before doing this terrible thing, to realise clearly into what an abyss she was about to throw herself, to bethink herself well before entering upon the path of destruction, and at least, before doing anything more, to consult openly with the loving father whom she was requiting so ill for his ceaseless care of her.

“The shock of his sudden appearance and the fervour of his objurgations awakened her as from a sort of trance; and she offered scarcely any resistance when he dragged her off then and there to her father as he sat working in his library. The astonishment of the father may be imagined, when the story was unfolded before him. He had had not the slightest conception of his daughter’s attitude, and she herself, now that the spell was shaken off, could not imagine how she had ever been able really to contemplate such a step. Both she and her father overflowed with gratitude to the loyal young lover, and before he left her that night she had ratified the old childish engagement, and promised to be his wife at no remote date.

“This was what had really happened, and one can see that the symbolism chosen by the ego of the helper was by no means inapt, however misleading it may have been as to the actual facts.”

UNCONSCIOUS COLLECTIVE ASTRAL STORIES NOW CIRCULATING THROUGH THE NOOSPHERE

In the same way, astral stories, often produced by a number of people, or through the fathomless seas of the unconscious and conscious thought clouds of the world, are assailing the newly clair legions of ascending humankind.

PROPHECY THAT ASTRAL STORIES WILL RISE TO COLLECTIVE CONSCIOUSNESS AND ALLOW HUMANKIND TO CO-CREATE NEW LIFE ON NEW EARTH

It could be that, just as the people described in the above excerpt eventually rise above spontaneous dramatization, so shall the people of New Earth rise to only the most conscious, and conscientious, visualizations. In so doing, they may co-create New Life on New Earth.

Hello, Dear Ones, It’s Alice.

It is dawn on Maui, and there is some kind of bird in the palm tree making a lot of noise. I will see if I can get it for you. [sound of birds chirping in palm trees]

On Introducing Myself to Nature Spirits after Arriving in Maui

So. I found out something incredible yesterday afternoon and this morning, as I was awaiting the dawn, here in Maui. I had gotten off the airplane yesterday, and I was driving along. And I kept hearing, telepathically, the voices of people.

I was pretty sure they were not talking to me. And what I was hearing was more like emotions … I was hearing other people’s emotions, but not their mental thoughts.

Just to see what was going on, I tried saying, telepathically: My mind to your mind. And then I tried talking to their mental minds. And they were very surprised that I was talking to them.

So then, I was driving along. And it suddenly dawned on me that what is happening … this is so cool! … What is happening is that there are lots and lots of nature spirits in the world, right? In the fourth dimension … the higher fourth dimension.

Our Personal Nature Spirits Want to Help Fulfill Our Desires

And there are nature spirits assigned to each of us. Or, it would be better to say: Not assigned, but who are interested in us personally. And these nature spirits want to help us fulfill our desires. That is their interest, on Earth: To help humans fulfill their desires. And in order for that to happen, they need to know what our desires are. Right?

How I Have Been Hearing the ‘Gut Brain’ Thoughts of Other People Over the Years

What I have been hearing, for many years now, is lots of people talking on the astral plane. And I do not really want to talk to them. I want to live a very quiet, Zen-like existence.

And so, I hear people telepathically, in the telepathic region that Sri Aurobindo (1) calls the ‘vital body’ … the gut brain, the instincts of survival: fear of death; the instincts of desiring a sexual mate; the instincts to overcome the world … That is chakras 1, 2, and 3, old-style, termed in yoga the ‘lower triangle’; and it is the desires that they are designed to express: To avoid dying, to find a mate, and to make your mark on the world. Right?

How I Would Rather Not Hear These Thoughts Projected by Other People

I keep hearing other people thinking these things. And I do not want to hear it; it is like ‘noise’ that gets into my morphogenetic field …

  • And what Arthur E. Powell, of the School of Theosophy, calls ‘thought-forms’ (2) that flow into our field of awareness. Kajillion of them, right?

How I Realized That the Nature Spirits in Maui Wanted to Provide Me with Romance

So I do not like this. And what I realized, when I was driving, through this conversation with my nature spirits, that have a special interest in me, is that they made an assumption that I want to get together with somebody … some guy. So, every time I think of a guy, they try and create that kind of relationship, with thoughts … with desire-related thoughts.

Every Person Has a Name, on the Astral Plane, But Many People Don’t Know Their Name Yet

Everyone has a name, on the astral plane. My name on the astral plane is my spiritual name: Dharm Darshan Kaur; sometimes corrupted into Dharm Darshan Koo, and other things like that, when people are angry.

Everybody has a name on the astral plane. But a lot of people are unaware. And they are all going by another person’s name. Or they are just not awake enough to say what their name is on the astral plane, yet … although this is changing rapidly.

The Difficulty of Some Other Person Romantic Thought-Forms Toward Me, by Mistake

For a while now, there has been some mix-up with me, and another person’s name … someone is projecting onto me, that I am somebody that they are romantically interested in, you know? And this is out of loneliness; this is just a mistake … Because I hear, and others do not hear. And so, they want to think that the voice that they hear is this person that they love, right?

An Unsuccessful Ploy I Tried, to Stop the Romantic Advances on the Astral Plane

So first I tried a ploy … I tried not telling the truth to the nature spirits. I said: I am not that person [that is, I am not Dharm Darshan Kaur]

And so they went back to the other person, and they said: She says she’s not that! [laughs]

And so that person ‘woke up’ to the thought that the nature spirits are going by names. And that they themselves have a name. And they said: I am not that name! 

Then the nature spirits got all upset. They did not know what to do. They were in a big flurry of upset over the whole thing. They said: He says he’s not that person! What will we do? And they were just ‘dance-around’ anxious!

On Being Truthful and Clear in Speaking with Nature Spirits

So I thought: This is really not the way … to not tell the truth about your name, or to talk about names, and like that; because they have an interest in what they see: The Light, and the form, and the color, and the sound of this being, which is me.

The Many Nature Spirits in Maui, Contrasted to the Demons in Los Angeles

So I was mulling that over. I did not know what to do. So this morning, I woke up before dawn, and I was sitting out here, in this place here … all by myself, with the nature spirits, of which there are gadzillion in Hawaii … gadzillion nature spirits!

And what do you know? No cruel Demons! … of which there are gadzillion in Los Angeles. The atmosphere … the environment … of a big city fosters the existence of the lower astral world. This is the sights, the sounds, the colors, the emotions of the people in the big cities.

In a Place Where There Is a Balance with Nature, the Demons Are Driven Off by Nature Spirits, and People Are Happier

And here in Hawaii, where there is a balance with nature, the nature spirits thrive. And the Demons cannot be there. The nature spirits are the natural enemies of the demon world. The nature spirits are higher up in the astral world. They are very happy, by nature. And they are the type of astral being … take my word for it! … that you and I would really prefer to be around. [laughs]

On Letting the Nature Spirits Know How Much I Appreciate Them

So, to get back to my story: This morning I was sitting here in the dark, right? And I was talking to the nature spirits. They were all trying to get me into conversations with various people.

So first I said: I know you’re trying to do what I want. And thank you very much! I really appreciate it. But that’s not what I want! I don’t want to talk to them!

And they gathered up close, and they went: Well, what do you want?

I said: I would really like to be very quiet. Except that, it’s nice to have you around, and I would love to be sitting here with you. 

And they were talking with each other, and they were saying: She wants to be with us! Nobody ever said that before! [laughs]

On Asking the Nature Spirits to Help Clear My Etheric Net

So the nature spirits and I were sitting around, enjoying the beautiful silence. And then I thought: Maybe they could help me clear my morphogenetic fields, and my etheric net … Because they want to help, right? They want to fulfill our desires.

So I tried that. And what do you know? They said: Oh, that’s what she wants! 

So then they started doing it! Gosh! So then, in the place where there was some ‘tangle’ in my etheric net, they would put in another thought that was: I will be all healed up … or something like that. It was a blast! And so they tried that for a while.

A Plan Devised by the Nature Spirits to Shield Me from Other People’s Projected Thoughts

Later, they apparently talked together, and decided that the thing to do, when people came around with thought forms … when thought forms came through my Soul field … was: They would send out a thought that says: [my name, Dharm Darshan Kaur] doesn’t want to talk. 

So that is what they’ve been doing right now, as the Sun is coming up.

Nature spirits are such fun, you know? People are nice too, but it is better to have that silent center, as my focus, I think. And it is wonderful to have the help of the nature spirits in doing it.

Here is C.W. Leadbeater on how we are “…walking all the time amidst a sea of other men’s thoughts” and leaving behind us “… “a trail of thought forms” …

“Every thought builds a form; if the thought be directed to another person it travels to him; if it be distinctly selfish it remains in the immediate neighbourhood of the thinker; if it belongs to neither of these categories it floats for awhile in space and then slowly disintegrates. Every man therefore is leaving behind him wherever he goes a trail of thought forms; as we go along the street we are walking all the time amidst a sea of other men’s thoughts.

How Other People’s Thoughts Drift in and Out of Our Minds

“If a man leaves his mind blank for a time, these residual thoughts of others drift through it, making in most cases but little impression upon him. Sometimes one arrives which attracts his attention, so that his mind seizes upon it and makes it its own, strengthens it by the addition of its force, and then casts it out again to affect somebody else.

I think that may be so because we always slip from the state of unmani into deep sleep. Thus I feel that Awareness during unmani must be mastered before conscious deep sleep can be mastered.

WE CAN HELP STABILIZE EARTH’S GRIDS THROUGH CHRIST CONSCIOUSNESS

Not stated in the article, but supremely relevant: We humans can help stabilize the Earth’s grids by means of the last of the grids. My understanding is that this last grid is strengthened by devotion to Christ or the Buddha, which manifests as Christed or Buddhic consciousness, emanating feelings of unconditional love and peace.
