I have another thing or two that I have noticed about this Lion’s Gate. That is that some Souls are choosing to pass now. It may be propitious to pass now; it may give the Soul opportunities for reincarnation that otherwise it would not have.
The only suggestion that I have, along the lines of the further clearing, is that it seems to me that purity of body … of the blood, and of the lymph, and of the physical form … is very important for the clearing. It really assists.
So whatever it is that can be put into effect, that is also good for a person’s happiness and heart … I think it is a good idea to do it. Just look at the diet, and the food intake. Drink plenty of water. And just see what types of foods will make the cells sing songs of joy!
The more joyful the cells are, the more likely that you will get your downloads from the stars and your upgrades quickly. The quicker the upgrade, the less the upset and the drama on the physical and astral planes. Those are my thoughts for the day.

Hello, Dear Ones, It’s Alice. I Am of the Stars. We are in the midst of the Lion’s Gate in early August 2016, and I have some investigative reporting for you about the clearings that are taking place; two that I know of.
In one case it is someone that I know through clair chat. They went through the disentanglement of Soul wounding that had occurred to them in extremely early childhood … actually, in another lifetime … the incarnation prior … and also in their own early childhood. That all got disentangled and filled with the Light for them; their clair chatter is completely different now … There is no more of that Soul wounding in it. So the biggest job of their Soul clearing has been done during this Lion’s Gate.
That is the first instance. And the second instance that I have to talk about has to do with something I experienced yesterday which was incredible. I have been very, very sleepy during the daytimes during the Lion’s Gate. Clearing work is taking place, even when I am asleep; I am sure of that.
I was lying on my back yesterday, during the afternoon, after exercising in the morning. What happened has not been my experience in this lifetime, or any time that I can remember. It was as if a very dense, dark, grey-black cloud of energy lifted away from my left side. I did not recognize it as my own; it was that very different from what I know myself to be.
At first I thought perhaps it was malevolent; perhaps it was an entity. I just did not know what to think. But as I observed, I did not get any sense of personality from it; only that this very dark, dense energy from my left side, which was like a cloud … like a black cinder cloud of dense smoke … was lifting off.
It had a particular, particulate nature to it, as if it were made up of tiny little granules of something. Just as it was lifting away from my left hip, I started to hear from someone else, on the clair plane, the lifting up of an extremely angry, repressed emotion of rage.
It sounded like a five-year-old girl was just having an extreme tantrum about something. It was not I, you know? But at the same time, that energy had somehow attached to me, in past, because there was a brokenness in my energy field, there at my left hip, which has expressed itself in this lifetime as repeated accidents in that area, or tension, or aches in that area.
This is typical, in general, of Soul wounding that is clearing right now. If you have aches and pains, or repeated injuries in a particular area, you can be certain this expresses Soul wounding from prior lifetimes that has accumulated and has expressed itself physically in this lifetime.
And that would be a reason to pay particular attention to that area physically: To stretch it, and to nourish it and send it good thoughts, and so forth. It will help the healing.
After this extremely peculiar experience of the Lion’s Gate energy yesterday … right after the black cloud lifted from my left side, and the tantrum that had been stored in my left hip … that just gravitated there because of the injury there … it gravitated from somebody else and stored itself, and then released itself as the black cloud went away … I asked everybody that I could reach on the clair plane: Did anything just happen to you?
Some of them said that they had felt the same kind of cloud lift from their right side. And some of them said they had felt that very sort of cloud lift from their left side.
I do not know what to say! But that is my report on the Lion’s Gate so far. I wish you very good luck in pursuing your clearing through the end of the Lion’s Gate. This is the energy of the stars coming through to us; the energy of the far distant galaxies, that is able to come through during the Lion’s Gate, and repair and heal all humankind, and Earth herself.

I have an addition to the explanation about current refinement in astral matter as a result of the Awakening …
Relative Truth of Theosophical Afterlife Astral Concentric Ring Theory versus Timeline Theory. According toSchool of Theosophytheories, astral matter is segregated into concentric shells in the astral body of a person after they pass on. And these are slowly worn down, and worn off, until the person is in a very high astral plane, starting with the coarsest astral matter, which makes the person perceive only the coarsest of astral planes … and then wearing off into the very fine astral matter of the heaven worlds.
I have channeled a new timeline theory that you can read more about in my blog, under the category: Timelines – multitemporality – alternate universes – fractals … By corollary, my timeline theory offers an alternate theory regarding astral reality.
I thought I would explain a little about points of view, in the development of theories about the way things are, and how, from a certain perspective, a theory (such as the concentric ring theory of the Theosophists) is perfectly valid; whereas, from a different perspective (perhaps from an expanded perspective … a theory such as timeline optimization and timeline merges, timeline loops to the past or the future) is more helpful for humankind.
Example of Refinement of Astronomical Theory: Earthcentric versus Suncentric Theory.You know, in the old days we had a prevalent theory of the Universe where the Sun revolved around the Earth. It was the Roman citizen Claudius Ptolemy who proposed this model of the Sun revolving around a stationary Earth. I expect that Ptolemy was standing on Earth, and noticed what seemed to be the Sun revolving around the Earth.
For a long time … for about 1400 years … this geocentric notion of the nature of the Universe was pretty much universally held by humankind. And then came along Nicolaus Copernicus, in 1543, who proposed that Earth revolved around the Sun.
Now this was important … first of all, because it was truer for a greater variety of beings in the Universe … such as, for instance, the Solar devi, who had a different perspective on the motion of celestial bodies than did we humans on Earth … or such as the Angelic Realm, which could see things from a totally different perspective as well. (The devi are, in fact, one branch of the Angelic Realm.)
And also, this more helpful theory of a solarcentricearth-solar relationshiphelped humankind to predict various sky events that were difficult to explain, according to the old theory.
So here we have an example of one theory … from the point of view of one person … and accepted by humankind, for a long time, as being helpful; and another theory … somewhat more refined … from a different perspective, supplanting that later on.
Physics: General Relativity and Quantum Mechanics versus String Theory. The same is true, as I understand it … although I do not know much about it … of String Theory as a predictive tool. There were two theories … General Relativity and Quantum Mechanics … preceding that, which partly explained what was going on. And then, String Theory has been put forth, that explains a good deal more.
Self-Evolution: Cause and Effect versus Multitemporality and Multidimensionality
And multidimensional, multitemporal theory is an advancement over the notions of cause and effect, as a model for the Universe. Multitemporality and multidimensionality … working with timelines and working with dimensions … offer humankind many more possibilities in terms of self-evolution than did previous theories of cause and effect.
Religion: Heaven, Purgatory, and Hell versus the Notion of Reincarnations and Soul Evolution
When we look at the history of religious doctrine, the notions of heaven and hell and purgatory are like these other ideas that are valid in their own way, but only from a certain perspective. And the reason for this is, they offer a person a slice of reality based on only one timeline … and further: Only one moment in the astral life.
Basically what happened is that some great prophet or sage, or maybe a number of them, in centuries past, viewed what was happening when people passed on … in what state they found themselves,once they were released from physical form intoastral form … depending, as we know, upon the coarseness or refinement of their astral matter.
Sothose peoplewrote down, as truth, that a person who lives a life that coarsenshisastral matter, findshimselfin great suffering whenhe passeson; and that a person who lives a very saintly life, where the astral matter becomes very refined, findshimself in a heavenworld whenhe passeson; and then there are those people, in between, who end up in purgatory … Very valid, from the standpoint of that one moment in time, when we pass on.
As I understand it, this belief is held by Christians, Hindus, Buddhists, and Theosophists, although, of course, with significant differences in teachings as to what may occur for the Soul thereafter.
Religion: Reincarnation and Soul Evolution versus the Notion of Multiple Incarnations All Taking Place Simultaneously in the Eternal Now
There is the notionput forth by Hindus, Buddhists, and Theosophists, each in their own way, of the evolution of the Soul from the astral plane, into the mental plane … and the time spent learning, the time spent inabsorption of the Soul lesson of the incarnation there. Then there is the choice of a new incarnation, and a new Soul lesson.
Multitemporality: Incarnation from the Stance of the Eternal Soul
Moving on, into multitemporality, there is a notion that, at the same time … in the same instant of the Now … we are living out all these incarnations, as eternal Souls.
So we can switch from incarnation to incarnation, any time we want.
We can switch, within an incarnation, to the beginning or the end of it.
We can switch also dimensionally, as far as quality of our existence is concerned.
We can switchspatially, from presence on Earth to presence in any solar system, to presence in everything at once.
In our expanded perspective, we have causality within a timeline, which holds the timeline together.
We have the possibility of complete Free Will as to where we place our Awareness … on what timeline or on what dimension we place our Awareness … so that our Soul experience becomes whatever we wish it to be.
This decreases the importance of cause and effect on our Awareness. We are no longer trapped within cause and effect,withina causal reality.
We exist more in the realm of free will and of the All.
These are features of thespace time continuum choices of which we can avail ourselves here on Earth for the next 2,000 years,during the Great Age of Light now underway.So I say: Best to take advantage of these tools, and learn what we can about this new way of viewing reality! Let us see what it has to offer us in terms of Soul wisdom and Soul learning.

The Different Kinds of Telepathy
I just had a surprise glimpse of intuition, a notion about mind control. I was thinking about the different kinds of telepathy. We have the gut brain telepathy, and we have the third-eye point telepathy, and we have superconscious telepathy above the head.
About Gut Brain Telepathy. On the astral plane I was talking to a lady who was using gut brain telepathy with regard to me. I do not much care for that form of telepathy, so I was trying to persuade her to try third-eye point telepathy, up here in the middle of the head … [points to forehead].
First I would like to say, about gut brain telepathy (I am sure you know): It has mostly emotional content; very little mental content.
About Third-Eye Point Telepathy. The well-developed third-eye point telepathy has abstract mental notions … abstract thoughts … more than feeling, in the thought forms there.
About Superconscious Telepathy. And then above the head the thoughts are more like pure consciousness, more like pure Light. That is the kind of telepathy where the Light comes in and changes everything.
Light is like a symphony of thoughts and sounds and motions; it changes many aspects multidimensionally and multitemporally, all at once. And that is why, when we say the timeline optimization, we always say: Spirit to Team, Optimize Timelines for the All through Free Will.
Why Say ‘Spirit to Team’ When Optimizing Timelines?
On the astral plane people say to me: Why say ‘Spirit to Team’? I would rather just say, “I will optimize my timelines for the All through Free Will.”
The reason for saying ‘Spirit to Team’ is this: When we say ‘Spirit to Team’ we are contacting what is up here … [shows area just above her head]. What is up there is pure Light, and the infinite knowledge of the higher self … of God Himself (or Herself). That is why we have to say ‘Spirit to Team’ … Total Awareness, the Awareness of the All, comes in that way.
On Third-Eye Point Telepathy That Feels Like Mind Control
Now back to mind control: I was speaking with a lady, on the astral plane, about the different forms of telepathy. And then she was going to try third-eye point telepathy. How it came out … this is very interesting … was a kind of a pulling right here … [points to forehead] … on the front of my head; not in the middle of my head, but on the front of it. I felt a pulling sensation.
It felt like an attempt at mind control. The reason for this … I finally figured out … is that when people are not well trained in the refinement of the energy of the third-eye point, then a lot of feeling comes into the thought forms when they concentrate there, especially the feeling of the third chakra (which has to do with will power or control) and it feels like mind control.
As they begin to develop their telepathy of the third-eye point in the center of the head (rather than at the surface of the forehead) I have no doubt but what they are going to lose that sensation of attempting to mind control someone else, and instead talk more purely and more abstractly of the truth.
Could ‘Black Magic’ Be a Phantasm That Seemingly Occurs as We Rise in Awareness from Gut Brain Telepathy to Third-Eye Point Telepathy?
This is good to know, I feel. It could be that all black magic is the product of the arising from gut brain telepathy to the finer telepathy of the third-eye point. So a war is going on as we try to awaken: A war is going on between feeling and thought. We ourselves are attempting to have thoughts that are more thoughtful and less emotional. And the emotions of our body are attempting to sway us in a direction that might not be to our best advantage.
It might be off track and off kilter; it might pull us farther into karma … into karmic knots. So it is up to us … it is up to our will to discriminate between the two. We can do that most easily by aligning our will with the Great Will of God, our hearts with the Great Heart of God, and our minds with the Great Mind of God, according to the teachings of “The Great Invocation” by Djwhal Khul …

On Superconscious ‘Group Leader’ Telepathy That Feels Like Mind Control
I had another thought just now about the eighth chakra, the one that is a bit above the top of the head, and its clearing; and a manifestation of the midway point in its clearing.
In my blog category … bow-tie knot … I talk about the influence of group leaders, whether in physical form or on the astral plane and without physical form, who are influencing our ‘astral plays’ up there … [points above head] … up at the eighth chakra above the head.
When we place our consciousness up there, in the superconscious telepathy area of our energy field, lots of times it is possible to hear other people talking, and giving us directions about what to do.
Could the Eighth Chakra ‘Bow-Tie Knot’ Be a Phantasm That Seemingly Occurs as We Rise in Awareness from Third-Eye Point Telepathy to Superconscious Telepathy?
The solution to that is to allow our higher selves or God consciousness … or our spiritual Ascension team … whatever we feel like working with … to flood the top of our heads, and above, where the transpersonal chakras are, with the Incoming Light.
And that gets rid of the kind of bow-tie knot sensation that ties up our superconscious minds with the telepathic mind control of group leaders all over Earth … It could be family leaders, or people in our families … not necessarily leaders, but other people that want to direct our astral plays.
This attempt to direct our plays at the eighth chakra could be considered their first steps into superconscious telepathy, which are still mixed, a little, with the desire form stuff that comes from the lower triangle. And so when they perfect that technique, they will not be doing superconscious ‘mind control’ at all … This is similar to the notion of mind control at the third-eye point which we just discussed.
So … a thought to consider. All right, you all, take care! Love you lots!

Hello, Dear Ones, It’s Alice. I Am of the Stars.
I have a little to say on a very difficult topic that I can see, coming up lately on the Facebook pages and the social media. Where I have seen it coming up, I have seen a wide range of emotions regarding these topics … ranging from very positive to very negative, and all the manners in between.
But I have a few common-sense guidelines. You know we are in the midst of the great clearing, right? … the clearing to do with the Awakening that is taking place on Earth. And there are all these energy strands … very dark energy strands … that have settled here on Earth, and in the noosphere, and in our Lower Mental Bodies, and deep down in the most dense parts of Earth as well … which are the regions of the hellworlds in the astral realm.
There are all coming up and clearing, through our human instruments … our human electromagnetic fields … we humans are aiding this clearing. Consequently, a lot of Lightworkers have come into this incarnation of the Great Awakening (the Ascension) with tiny tags or touchstones that allow us … in this incarnation … to tag onto the deepest, darkest wounding in this world, and to help it clear, through our own electromagnetic fields … through our spiritual practice and so forth, through our fractal identification with the electromagnetic field of Earth, and through our faith in God.
So the Lightworkers, the Pathfinders, and the Wayshowers have a lot of work to do during this lifetime. And one of the areas … the area that I was talking about at the beginning of this video … where Soul wounding has occurred, and Soul healing is now taking place … has to do with the sexual predator energy strands.
If you go online, and search for the phrase: sexual predator … you will come up with all these pictures of people … typically men; sometimes women … all these people that are considered to be sexual predators.
But the sexual predator relationship is not just people who are sexual predators … the mugshots that you can see at Google Images, for instance. It is not like that. It is a relationship of prey and predator, that I talked about years ago … 2011 … as the ‘aggressor-victim paradigm’ (or vice versa).
So what we have, in the higher dimensions, is the love of our great hearts … Christ consciousness … unconditional love for all beings everywhere … That is in the fifth dimension and higher.
And beneath that, in the fourth and third dimensions, we have quite an incomplete picture, which has settled down, here on Earth, into what is called the predator-prey relationship. It has to do with war and other things, too.
So we have what is called ‘sexual predator’ … and that is both people who prey upon other people sexually, and people who are preyed upon … typically the weak and helpless. This has to do with the second chakra.
Then we have a predator-prey relationship to do with death, and torture, and those kinds of things to do with the first chakra. And it is the same there: We have the people who war, and people who are warred upon; these two are in relationship … They are acting and reacting as in a well choreographed ballet.
In fact, no matter what the context, those participating in the predator-prey relationship exist in what is called, in Chemistry, a state of dynamic equilibrium.
A good example of this state of dynamic equilibrium has to do with world affairs for those people living on or near the 34th Parallel North, which passes through Los Angeles and the Persian Nations. At present, each set of people feels threatened by the warlike feeling of the other, and so they increase their own warlike feeling to match. The net effect is that the feeling is spiraling upward.
For this equilibrium to change we will need faith, hope, and the charity of the heart, aligning the will, the heart, and the mind with the Great Will, the Great Heart, and the Great Mind of God, as is well put in this prayer, which is one of my favorites …

I feel that some of us Lightworkers have to do this work in the world. The minute some of us do this, it will fractalize out to other people, and the warlike feeling will begin to spiral downward. In time, there will be no notion of being warred upon, and needing to war, amongst the people of Los Angeles and the people of the Persian Nations.
In the same way, and to get back to this very difficult topic of sexual predation: I think that the thing to do is not to enact legislation, so much as to treat this dynamic equilibrium in the same way … with faith, hope, and the charity of good works; with love towards all the eternal Souls involved in this very difficult drama … Once more: First and foremost, aligning our wills, our hearts, and minds with the Great Will, the Great Heart, and the Great Mind of God.
Healing is going to take place on a Soul by Soul basis, I feel. The minute a Soul becomes aware of being involved in that kind of drama, then the thing to do is to create physical distance from others who may be involved in the opposite side of the equation.
I think, for instance, that spiritually aware people who have been involved in sexual predator relations, or who have been caught in that drama before … especially those who have been caught by the law, because of habitual sexual predation Soul wounding … the thing that they need to do, right now, is to distance themselves, insofar as possible, from the opportunity to continue with the Soul wounding … Because, as we stand back from our Soul wounding, and as we begin to feel the hidden and repressed emotions that are the cause of the habit … Then we can clear, and rise into that space of unconditional love, which has … just by its nature … no predation whatsoever in it.
I realize that, in this society, predation, whether warring or sexual, is looked down upon to greatly that it creates a social stigma … quite a large social stigma … for quite a few people … especially for those people that are forced to wear ‘house arrest bracelets’ … ankle devices that locate them in space and time for law enforcement. What that is, is social stigma in the form of ‘bling’ … you know? And it naturally creates, in the people that have to wear them, a sense of hatred of those who have done this to them … set them aside and marked them out as not human; more like animals.
Whereas society may consider them unable to change, my feeling is that they can change. But they first must remove themselves from the temptation to act out these continued Soul wounding behaviors.
I especially think they need to look at the hatred they may feel for having been caught and forced into a position of abstaining from these behaviors by law enforcement and by society … First look at that emotion, and try and overcome that, and turn it around. First look at the desire to overcome the restraints and remove them, or find a way around them: Look at that, and figure out the emotion that is behind it … perhaps early childhood Soul wounding.
The work you do in this very difficult arena, having chosen, through your own Soul’s free will, before incarnation, to do it … this work will be of great benefit to all those who are unable to do it on their own.
So I am speaking mainly to those on the spiritual path, and who have taken on this very dark, deep, heavy, dense energy to deal with in this lifetime. Know that you are not that energy. This is just the energy that you have set your Soul to setting free.
You are an eternal Soul, and from the perspective of that Soul, you will be able to resolve these Soul wounding issues and these entanglements with karma. This is the time when this is happening, and you are the ones who have chosen to do it.
