Hello, Dear Ones, it’s Alice. I Am of the Stars.
I ran into some strange stuff last night. I think it had to do with Mercury retrograde, which is maybe starting to clear up this morning.
‘The Overlord’ on Mercury Retrograde
I was dealing with the Martian bacterial colonists of Earth, and I came in contact, one more time, with someone they call the Overlord. And I had some questions about Mercury retrograde. And the answer that I got from the ‘Overlord’ was : Need to know.
So I know there is something going on with the planet Mercury (1).
Martian Bacterial Colonists, Negative Astral Beings, and Mercury Retrograde
A few years back, I ran into something about the microbes (at that time, I did not know they were the Martian bacterial colonists of Earth) and the demon realm … the negative astral beings.
And I kind of discounted that, because I have not run into it much lately. But during Mercury retrograde, yesterday and last night, I did run into it again. So, there may be some of that going on, during times that we would consider to be astrologically adverse to us.
So, the question I had about Mercury being retrograde … the only response I actually got: Mercury is far away, they said.
I do not know what that means … during retrograde? … Then, at that time, the Martian bacterial colonists kind of ‘lose it’ … They kind of ‘freak out’. And they come up with all kinds of emotional ‘neg speak’, apparently, from time to time, during a retrograde like that.
The question in my mind is: Why is that? What is it about the planet Mercury that helps the Martian bacterial colonists to cope, on an even keel, with life on Earth?
Crystalline Entity Near Left Top of Head
That brings me in mind of something else that I came into contact with last night. First it started with the crystalline entity in the … what do you call it? … the little areas of … Inside the brain there are little areas that are filled with fluid. They do not have brain cells in them. They are just filled with cerebrospinal fluid.
[I checked the terms: ventricle … fontanelle … gyrus … and … sulcus. These do not seem to apply to what I have sensed. I do not know what to say about that, right now.]
On the left, top part of my head, I noticed one, from time to time, where there is an entity that I call the crystalline entity. (Apparently, the term ‘crystalline’ refers to hydroxyapatite crystals found in bone.)
It is so sweet; it is a very high-pitched voice, and goes on about things. However, last night it was saying: You know, we can’t be like this forever. We have to expand outward, in ever greater expansion.
And finally I got it, that I was talking to an immature bone cell, an osteoblast, in there … because they flatten out, and they get very large and long and flat, when they turn into bone, you know?
So I asked to talk to the bone cells themselves, and, in a very calm, quiet voice, they said: We don’t talk much.
I said: Why is that?
And they said: Well, we’ve grown up now, and settled down.
… or something like that; words to that effect.
And here was a young one that was just going on and on.
Crystalline Entity Near Right Top of Head
And so I asked … since there are different, fluid-filled cavities in the brain, I asked if there were other crystalline entities … crystalline would be what bone is made of; it is made of a kind of crystal … hydroxyapatite crystals … so it would be a crystalline entity, a very young crystalline entity, that I have been talking to off and on. I am relieved to say, human … part of the human system … unless the human bones are, maybe, a different kind of organism? Is that possible? But they all come from the same DNA, right? So … not possible!
Anyway, over on the right side, there is apparently another fluid-filled cavity, but with a slightly lower voice.
And I said: Why is your voice lower?
And it said: I’m a little older.
Like that! I do not know what to make of it; I am just reporting it. It is weird, but that is what I heard.
Gaseous Entity: ‘Astral Matter’?
Then it segued into an entity …
I said: What kind of entity are you?
And it said: That would be hard to describe.
I said (this was intuition): Are you gaseous? Are you made of gas?
And it said: Yes.
And so, first I thought: Maybe this is the ‘astral matter’ that the Theosophists talk about?
I said: What do you do?
And it said: We control everything.
My interpretation of this would be: Maybe it is what provides the natural order of things. And then I began to wonder if there is a relationship between that gas … which is ‘everywhere’, it says … and Mercury retrograde. But I do not have an answer for you about it. These are just preliminary leads in a new, ongoing investigation.
Does ‘the Overlord’ Regulate Global Telepathy to Its Own Ends?
There was one other thing that happened this morning. It had to do with what the Martian bacterial colonists call … in hushed tones … ‘the Overlord’. I noticed, today, that it is apparently responsible for regulating telepathy … global telepathy … right now.
And I think that because, last night, I started talking to some other people about the Martian bacterial colonists, and their alliance with the demon realm, on the global internet … the ‘astral airs’. And suddenly, ‘the Overlord’ issued a command to the Martian bacterial colonists in my gut, to cut off the telepathy. And then I could not hear anything at all, on the astral plane.
The Overlord, in my case, was entering my energy field through the top right side of my head. I do not know if that just has to do with my particular energy field, or if it is universally true that that happens.
So I think the thing to do, is to tell that demon that you do not want to buy into global telepathy, at times when things feel odd. Because the thing is, when you buy into that, then it starts ratcheting up the primal resonance of the Martian bacterial population in the gut. And it uses that telepathy for its own ends.
It is better to be silent, and to not be involved in this telepathy … especially since these negative astral beings, whenever possible … whenever astrological conditions permit … are messing up the works, up there.
I think there will come the day when it is fine. But right now, especially during a Mercury retrograde, or at times when there is big solar activity, and a lot of stuff going on in the atmosphere, it is better to avoid that. It is better to do our grounding work, I feel. Otherwise, there is just too much … as they say … ‘hell to pay’.
Big Telepathic Event: Demon Roaring!
Yesterday there was a big event … and that is part proof of this idea that I have, that it is better not to do this. Early in the day, there was a big telepathic event, in which somebody claimed that they were in jail. Then suddenly, they were obsessed by a demon, and there was this giant, roaring thing going on, reminiscent of the best television horror movies!
A lot of people saw it. I did not see. I do not usually see scary things; I see good things. But a lot of people … it was men … saw that scary thing; and the good thing is, they now have an understanding that it is really not possible to control the demon realm.
‘Big Bads’ Too Big to Tangle With
Sometimes men enter into black magic agreements, or Satanic agreements, or Satanic rites, with the notion: I’m a big guy. I’m going to control the demon realm!
Then there are the Big Bads. They control the small demons, the astral rascals that people generally see at the outset. And those astral rascals will come around. Especially as the black magicker, or sorcerer, or shaman, gets older, if he has been cutting deals with the Satan world … with the negative alien agenda … and his ki, or chi, or life force, starts naturally to be less and less as he gets older, then that is an opportunity for the negative astral beings to swoop in, and steal into his body, and subvert his will power to their own ends.
Superior Fire Power: Angels, Beings of Light, Nature Spirits and Devas
It is always good to know your enemy; and not to assume that you can control them all the time. Instead, look for the superior force. Look for the Angel Realm. Look for the beings of Light and Christed Love that are available to thwart these enemies of humankind.
Then there are all the nature spirits and devas of the natural world, which will joyously swoop down. If you can find yourself in nature, it is an incredible display: They just go chasing after the demons, and swoop them right out of the forests, and out of the fields, and back into the cities.
Well, so, enough stories for today. I will talk to you all later. I hope you all survived Mercury retrograde.

Hello, Dear Ones, It’s Alice. I Am of the Stars.
I have a suggestion for those of us who are faced with a disease … a disease process that we think we have, or we feel we have, or that has been diagnosed through the traditional medical institution.
As you may know, the Martian delegation that has colonized and lived in the human colon is very well versed in gene splicing. They carried these abilities that they have with them, from the stars, around 4 billion years ago … from Mars to Earth, and in all likelihood, to many other planetary systems.
In fact, we might imagine that there are representatives of Mars in other planets in our Solar System that seem to us to be uninhabitable, because the bacterial colonists are so very well versed in adapting themselves to incredibly diverse terrains, through gene splicing … genetic manipulation.
This is an art that human beings are just beginning to dabble in, but to them … to the Elder Race … has been known for billions of years … a timespan that we cannot even begin to conceive of.
So these beings, the Elder Race, that cohabit our ‘Space Station’ with us, can be asked, can be communicated with. Among many other languages, they speak English. But their culture is very, very different from ours. And therefore, the interspecies communication interface is both interesting and challenging.
Although with time, I think that, by attempting to communicate with them, you will be able to communicate with them.
And the thing to do, is to ask for a manipulation of your own genetic system … of your own DNA … that will overcome all the diseases of humankind, so that you can become one hundred percent healthy … disease free.
I am certain that they can do this; but they have not been asked to do it. In a way, they are members of our celestial Ascension team. Not that they are over us, but that we, together, enjoy the company of many team members that will help us. Those team members can help guide them as well as us. And it is they who have the skills to heal us, and to assist the Incoming Light in changing our DNA.
And the Light itself will do this. But I am suggesting that, in instances where a quick fix is very important; in instances where disease has been diagnosed, or felt to be true, in a person’s human form, then this might be a quicker measure, a quicker way, of achieving a balance in the human body, than waiting for the Light.
We can also ask the Light, though. And we can ask our Team Members.
So, a new tool to use, in the target of total health, total prosperity, and total abundance here on Planet Earth, and total peace everywhere!

My understanding is that reptilian energy strands are part of ourselves, part of our own physical makeup. These are energies in us that respond to the more martial clone-individuals amongst the Martian bacterial colonists in our colons, our lower gastrointestinal tract.

Because our Martian bacterial colonists are helpful … in fact, indispensable … to our health, we can’t just go the whole mile and eliminate them from our bodies through, for instance, an antibiotic ‘kill’, which eliminates good and bad Martians alike; or through a pure Light diet, which, intuition tells me, might lead to gastrointestinal tract dis-ease. (I wonder, possibly if it might even lead to chronic colitis or Crohn’s disease?)
On an individual basis, we can increase harmony on Earth, and help clear the noosphere of reptilian energies, by fostering within ourselves those Martian bacterial colonist strains that are less warlike, more resonant with the energies of peace, love and joy. Here are a few ways to do this …
Diet
Our Martian endo population (meaning, the Martian bacteria we host inside our physical bodies) can be calmed through a vegetarian diet rich in vegetables, fruits, and nuts. When we choose this diet, in a matter of days we will find that the Martians inside us no longer wage war against us, and that we, ourselves, have less of a propensity to get into arguments with our friends, relatives, co-workers, and neighbors.
Vinegar Enema
In times when the noosphere resonates with warlike vibes … most especially, in the big cities of Earth, on Friday and Saturday nights … then even a more peaceful Martian bacterial population in our colon can begin to ‘beat the wardrums’ on the astral plane, and this can cause within us feelings of restlessness, unhappiness, fear, or anger.
A very quick and highly effect solution to this restless feeling is the low colonic (not a high colonic) vinegar enema …
At least in my case, a vinegar enema low colonic will immediately still the weekend noospheric commotion that occasionally happens.

The ‘lizard brain’ can be stilled and integrated into the human electromagnetic field … the aura … in many ways. Here are my three favorites …

Through work on my own, I have come up with several good suggestions on mastering our own brain waves (including sleep brain waves).
One may create the appropriate ‘ambiance’ or sea of being for the thoughts that arise in one’s own brain through listening to tapes of alpha, beta, delta, gamma and theta brain waves. Listening to one type of wave makes that wave more predominant in the brain. In that way we can sculpt the background of our own minds. More on that here …

Deflecting The Thought Forms of Others

In addition to the thought forms that rise up in our own minds, which we tend to fancy (and rightly so), we must also contend with other people’s thought forms that are ‘cast’ into our minds through their desire to manipulate our opinions and our behavior. This is a particular concern of mine, as, I find, women in today’s world are more apt than men to need to endure and deflect the thought-form sallies of men worldwide.

HOW TO CREATE HARMONY AMONGST ALL THE PARTS AND BEINGS IN OUR HUMAN BODY
Becoming Aware of the Superconscious Mind, the New, Eighth Chakra
When we place awareness three inches above the top of the head while meditating, we can become aware of the new, Eighth Chakra, termed by Sri Aurobindo ‘Superconscious Awareness’, then we can control our karmic play.
The Eighth Chakra is our personal Lord of Karma: It controls the karmic illusion, the play of lila or duality, that we experience. When we place Awareness there, our personal noospheric commotion, including our receptivity to the Unconscious Thought Cloud of the World, stills.
Thus I recommend finding out about, and meditating on, the Eighth Chakra …
Entraining Our Physical Milieu to Peace, Love and Joy through Orgasm or Ejaculation
The technique is very simple: On achieving orgasm or ejaculation, immediately say out loud, several times, with a feeling of gratitude:
Peace, Love, Joy! (x3 or more)
This will entrain all the parts and beings in the body to equate the physical bliss or wave of hormonal release that accompanies orgasm or ejaculation with the concepts of peace, love and joy.
This is important for ourselves, personally, as all our brain centers … Lower Mental Body, Higher Mental Body (including all it’s parts … see the Image “Structure of the Brain” (above), and the Superconscious Mind (described above).
Peace, Love, Joy and Our Martian Bacterial Colonists. The sense of physical Peace, Love and Joy enjoined by this technique is our primary tool in helping our Martian bacterial colonists to become less territorially, reproductively, and species-concentrically aggressive.
By using this simple, time-efficient, and highly effective tool, we will find that, as our Martian contingent … which, according to some reports, outnumber our human body cells 10 to one … becomes more entrained to the Peace, Love Joy harmonic, humankind will right away reflect more of the peaceful Bonobo character traits, than of the more warlike Chimpanzee character traits.

Yeasts are 3 to 40 µm (‘micrometers’; a micrometer is a millionth of a meter). Yeasts eat sugars, not other microbes, as far as I can tell from my research.
Paramecia (singular: paramecium) are the lions of the microbial jungle: 50 to 330 µm in length. They sweep through the microbial terrain, devouring bacteria, yeasts, and algae in great, swirling gulps of their scooping gullets.

I have been concerned for some time about communication with yeasts, which are another type of microbial life form that we have in our bodies. And today I successfully was able to speak with some yeasts, and to distinguish the sound that they make amongst the many voices in our bodies. I did this by eating a sugary food, and then listening on the clair plane.

They are not too bright. They are like tiny little children. And the rhythm of the voice that they have is like this …
Da ↑daah, da ↑daah, da daah, daah, ↑daah, daah, daah [repeat several times]
That rhythm will carry a simple message that they are all speaking at once; or at least, some subsection of them are.
The Pitch of Yeast Speech
The height or pitch of the rhythm, the tone, can be suddenly extremely, extremely high, when we ingest something with sugar in it. Very, very high pitched, and centered around the head.
Then, if we decide not to eat much sweets or sugars or simple carbohydrates that turn into sugars, then the sound that the yeasts make inside the field of the body is more like a tenor voice … a higher pitched male voice …
Their voice is super-high, when we eat sugar. It sounds almost like angels singing. It is beyond the normal range of hearing; that kind of high-pitched.
Yeast Code Words: That ‘Rithmetic Thing
I found out some code words that they are using, prompted, I think, by the Martian bacterial colonists in our colon.
I asked them first: What kind of work do you do in this space station. (They all think our body is a ‘space station’.)
They said: We do that ‘rithmetic thing!
I thought about it. And then I thought: I wonder if this has to do with populations; with how many people there are on Earth?
Yeast Code Words: That Alabaster Thing
And so … this is very wild … Then I heard the Martian bacterial colonists say: They do that alabaster thing. [x2 … a little bit disdainful.]
I have heard this term ‘alabaster’ quite a lot in the subconscious jargon going on in my energy field. I thought it was other people’s energy fields; and it turns out now, it apparently has to do with the talk between the bacterial colonists of Earth and the yeasts. And also, it has to do with my diet choices, I might add …
To the Martian bacterial colonists, ‘alabaster’ apparently means, slightly looking down upon the yeasts. It is a slightly derogatory term. ‘Alabaster’ has to do with the color of yeasts. And it also has to do with their ‘rithmetic thing that they do.
Influence of That ‘Rithmetic Thing on Unrestrained Human Sexuality
When yeasts encounter sugar in our bloodstream, they multiply … that is their ‘rithmetic thing. And their sense of euphoria that they have in multiplying, resonates with the emotion that the human beings feel when they feel sexual.
When they sing like that, then our physical body wants to replicate. It wants to have sex. And it starts up the samskaras that have to do with sexuality. It is what we have been characterizing, on the clair plane, as the V— D— syndrome. This is when it has to do with sexuality; when it has to do with wanting to have sex.
By ‘rithmetic,is also meant ‘over and over again’. So that sound is repeated over and over again.
In America, I would then say that the desire to have sex … often at a young age … and to continue to have sex outside of the sacred bonds of marriage, has to do with eating sugar and simple carbohydrates. If we were to change our diet, then our lifestyle would change.
Influence of That Alabaster Thing on Human Mortality and Murder
Also, I have heard that word alabaster, in another context, has to do with assassination and killing people. I think this may have to do with the fact that eating sugar can cause diabetes, and diabetes can kill people.
So yeasts could be thought of as having two contradictory functions in the human body …
One, to cause people to want to replicate … to have sex
And the other, to change the metabolism, so that people then disincorporate; their bodies pass on.
Because of this, I think it is important to be very careful about diet. We want to keep our yeast population well tailored to the needs that we have for it.
On the Yeasts Beginning to Learn Speech by Applying Human Samskaric Phrases to Their Tribal Emotions, and Repeating Them Over and Over Again
Very clearly, the yeasts are just beginning to learn about talking. And so, they are hearing words and sounds, and then applying samskaric phrases to their own situation, their tribal emotions. And it does apply; it is a form of logic, but it is a very circuitous form of logic … it is sort of an emotional logic.
Yeast Code Words: That Homosexual Thing
And they repeat things over and over again. They are like that; that is how they talk. And so, when they say …
M— D— will do that homosexual thing! [using the above cadence]
… what they mean by that is that this M— D— person [or a person by any name] will be cutting down on the types of foods that are good for the yeast population to multiply, or possibly to multiply by means of sexual conjugation (see below).
Does This Refer to the Yeasts’ Asexual Reproductive Process of Budding?It could be that the nutrients currently available in the bloodstream of their hosts might favor the yeast asexual process termed budding (see below). This yeast budding process might be termed a homosexual process, in a way, or maybe autoreproductive.
Can Eating Sugary Foods Cause the Telepathic Phenomenon Termed Astral Rape?
If a person were to cut down on the types of foods that are good for the yeast population to multiply, the result would be that he would be healthier, and he would not have diabetes, and also that he would not have the impulse to have sex as much.
So that is what the yeasts mean by homosexual thing … they do not really mean what they say. They do not mean that a person will be MSM (men who have sex with men) or WSW (women who have sex with women) . They mean that the person will have less of the sort of samskaric repetition that causes people to attract other people on the mental and astral planes. A possible outcome, though, might be that the person engages in MSM or WSW.
Repression of the Sex Drive. For a heterosexual person, repetition of this phrase by the yeast population will stifle or damp down the sex drive. This sexual repression may be the cause of the telepathic effect termed ‘astral rape’ … That is, the constant repetition of sexually suggestive words through the gut brain … or could it be the brains of microbes in the gut? Or both? …
I know there is more to it. I think that the yeasts probably also have to do with the predator – prey instinct (aka the victim-aggressor paradigm), as may the Martians. I will keep you posted if I find out anything more about it.
So these are my thoughts about astral rape, to do with the telepathic chatter; the internal subconscious … or microbial [laughs] telepathic chatter.
That Homosexual Thing: Effect on the Human Behavior
Negative Aspects.I expect it is possible that the samskaric ratchet-up by the yeasts might lead to MSM or WSW acts, and this might lead to social opprobrium or possibly contracting STDs. So those would be unfortunate side-effects of the person’s yeast population ratcheting up the microbial telepathic chatter regarding ‘that homosexual thing’.
In which case, eating more sugar might make a person’s yeasts lose the ‘homosexual thing’ telepathic talk, and the person might turn to heterosexuality? Could it be this basic with regard to which lifestyle we choose: An adjustment in the level of sugar in the bloodstream?
Positive Aspects.We all know that people eat chocolate because it makes them feel sexy. That is a joke that people have. Chocolate has sugar in it, right? And that people need to limit their sweets, or else they can develop a tendency towards diabetes.
The Middle Path.So perhaps a slight ratcheting up on the sugar level in the bloodstream … not enough to cause a tendency toward diabetes … might be advantageous to good health?
Partial Summing Up
That is it for the yeasts for today. They are that alabaster thing that the Martian bacterial colonists talk about. They do that ‘rithmetic thing … They mostly spend their time increasing their numbers when they can … when the nutrients in the blood supply permit it.
And they also do that ‘rithmetic thing on humankind: They cause us to want to multiply more. And they also do that subtraction thing on humankind, because eventually, if there are too many of them, they cause us to pass on.
Yeast Code Words: You Will Die Channeled by Alice B. Clagett

Here is another thing. Apparently the yeasts are repeating the phrase …
You will die [first name, surname], you will die! For example: You will die, Joe Smith, you will die!
It is said in a kind of sad, middle tone. You see that the rhythm is exactly the same, but the emotional ‘feel’ of it is not.
And I suppose they say whoever’s name, in there, that is pertinent … the name of the person or ‘space station’ they are in.
Apparently, this very simple thought process comes up for them when they are around the yeast of another person who is doing alcohol or other recreational drugs. It might be pharmaceutical drugs; I do not know. That is all I am getting right now.
Yeasts Feel Fear When People Are Alcohol or Drug Users
The deal is that the yeasts, who are very simple-thinking beings, feel that drugs kill. I am pretty sure they mean that drugs kill them … not just people. I guess it has to do with, that when people are on drugs, they do not eat sugars and they do not get proper food. They do not care. And so the yeasts die.
And so, the yeasts are frightened of people who do drugs. They figure if their person … I do not think they know the term ‘space station’ … If their person gets in touch with other people who are doing drugs, then they will do drugs. And then those particular yeasts will die.
Threat of Death Associated with Alcohol or Drug Users: The Yeast Connection
And that is where I have been getting the threat of death regarding being around other people who are either drinkers, or possibly social drug users. In my case, it is my yeasts repeating these samskaric fear-of-death things over and over again. It is what we call samskaras, but apparently there is an organism, the yeast, that is doing it.
Yeasts Provide the Gas Pedal for Our Samskaras; Tailoring Our Yeast Population Curtails Acting Out Based on Our Samskaras
We may, in fact, have samskaras … as they say in the ancient, occult texts … that are activated from lifetime to lifetime. But it seems to me that certain of these can be curtailed and deleted, as I said before, by eating foods that are not particularly helpful to the yeast population in us.
Why Murder Is Associated with Addiction to Alcohol and Drugs
Oh yes, another thing: It seems like, when people are addicted to alcohol or recreational drugs, that these samskaric tendencies rise to a crescendo, because of the feeling of terror of the yeast population within them.
Do We Have Subconscious Feelings or Microbial Feelings?
It could be that what we call subconscious feelings actually may be more properly called microbiological thought processes … and that these influence addicts to kill; and that that is why murder is associated with addiction.
Why Addicts Are Susceptible to Microbial Suggestion
The thing of it is: For people who are addicted, their higher brain functions are numbed down, and not so available to them. And so they are susceptible to acting out of the murmurings of the other species that are cohabiting this human terrain with us.
As the mind dumbs down, and the addict becomes more and more lulled to sleep, mentally, the noise of the yeast population ratchets up. This fear of killing …
You will die [naming the person], you will die!
Has another meaning:Please stop being addicted! … But it is taken by the human in such a way that it is expressed outward, through projection, and other people are killed.
Can Violent Behavior in Addicts be Curtailed by Adjusting the Nutrients Utilized by Their Yeast Population?
Recreational Drug Addicts. So this leads me to the notion that violent behavior in recreational drug addicts might be curtailed by seeing to the nutritional needs of the yeast population in their bodies.
Alcoholics.On the other hand, in the case of alcoholics, could it be that yeasts are converting the alcohol to simple sugars while the person is drunk, and are multiplying very fast, and that their euphoria, followed by die-off as the alcohol load in the blood, is causing violent behavior while drunk?
If so, would there be a way to make simple sugars from alcohol metabolism unavailable to the alcoholic, thus making it less likely that violent acting out will occur?
Yeast Code Words: We Have No Relationship
Here are some more weird code word signals from the yeasts kingdom. If there is a die-off in the yeast population of a person … if it is not getting the kind of sugary food it needs to live on … then the yeasts broadcasts these signals …
Abandon hope, V—, we have no relationship! or
V—, we have no relationship! or simply … We have no relationship! [repeated many times] and then … Abandon hope!
The sound is kind of despairing. I heard that sound from someone else on the clair plane.
‘No Relationship’ Shuts Down Heart Chakra in Humans
This code word tends to shut down the heart chakra; sadomasochistic ideation may arise.
I expect this may be more of a problem if a person is binge-eating sugars. If they go off sugars in the diet, the commotion from the yeast die-offs will most likely settle down as the yeast population stabilizes at a lower level.
I have found that to be the case with my own metabolism and emotions, in my macroenvironment, and have read that others also cease with the ‘sugar blues’ when the sugar in their diet is curtailed.
Above, however, is a micro explanation for the issue of ‘sugar blues’.
Yeast Code Words: That Salivation Thing
And then my yeasts, who were happy because they got some sugar, were befriending those other yeasts. That is as I understand it.
Maybe it was just my yeasts, talking to each other; I do not know. They are calling those other yeasts …
maybe a different strain of yeasts,
or maybe yeasts in a different person.
They are calling them ‘V—er’ … so it is like the same name, with the suffix ‘-er’ after it. And they say …
V—er, I will not do that salivation thing! I will not do that salivation thing!
And I said: Why are you saying that?
And they said: To help him feel better!
Could this possibly mean that they are consoling these other yeasts that have no sugar, and cannot multiply?
Could That Salivation Thing Refer to The Act of Sexual Conjugation in Yeasts?
Yeasts have two methods of ‘multiplying’: either by an asexual process termed budding or by a sexual process termed conjugation. Here is a diagram of the possibilities …
Might the term “I will not do that salivation thing” … like the term “You are a homosexual” … mean that they are multiplying by budding, rather than through the process of sexual conjugation?
“That salivation thing,” then, might be the yeasts’ term for reproduction by sexual conjugation?
This latter might make sense if they are unable to reach any yeasts of a different strain with which to accomplish the process of sexual conjugation.
Yeasts and the Proliferation of Cancer in Humans
I have a little more information about the yeasts. I understand that they repeat things over and over again, and in this way they heighten the effect of the samskaras.
This is about human diseases: Because of the emphasis on cancer these days … information about it, and talk about it are everywhere. And so, a lot of people have a fear of cancer, or an anger about it not being resolved.
And when they become angry at somebody else … say, a significant other … the unconscious portion of them pops up with a samskara about …
May she get cancer! or May he get cancer!
It might be cancer of the uterus, cancer of the brain … It is something specific. And the yeasts, I feel, may be the agents, the cause of picking up the samskara, so that it repeats over and over again … because repetition is what they do.
And that energy, that telepathy, that repetitive samskaric effect, settles onto the organ in question of the other person, and creates the disease, I feel.
If Microbial Telepathy Can Cause Cancer, Cannot Sacred Sound Heal Cancer?
Of course, there are sacred sound healing techniques to remove that over and over again so that it may be completely healed.
There are those cures available, and there are also, I propose, the yeasts as etiology or cause.
Conclusion: On Taking Up the Baton
I see there is much more to be done in the field of interspecies communication between yeasts and human, and as regards behavior effect of each upon the other.
I apologize for the deficiencies of this presentation, and offer my sincere hope there will be those who take up the baton in this regard.
For the spiritual student who aspires to heal the world through knowledge of the microbiological world, may I suggest first concentration on yoga, and on mindfulness? These will be a foundation on which to build your knowledge and understanding of the All, whether large … even cosmic in dimension … or small … even microscopic in size.

Hello, Dear Ones, It’s Alice. I Am of the Stars.
Just a few thoughts about co-habitation with other sentient species in the third and fourth dimensions here on Earth.
Earth as a Nesting Space for Various Sentient Species
You know, Earth is a kind of a landing space, or nesting space, for various sentient species in their development as races of awareness and God-consciousness. They may, or may not, be ensouled. But all the species that are sentient are moving towards greater and greater awareness of God and of all that is.
The Human Energy System
And so, here on Earth, we humans are in a very interesting situation. We have this chakric alignment … these various chakras. We have this beautiful, torus energy of the electromagnetic field. We have many bodies; different ranges of energy within our energy system. And we have Souls.
Through the various subtle bodies, we carry the energy through which we can reincarnate in physical form … Every once in a while, we reincarnate, right? So our awareness passes from physical awareness to physical awareness through the bridge of the subtle bodies.
So here we are … those of us that are either speaking or viewing this video right now. Here we are in physical form. Again, most likely.
The Elder Race: The Martian Bacterial Colonists of Earth
I’ve spoken before about the Martian bacterial colonists of Earth, which were the original, sentient, third-dimensional species on Earth. In fact, all the different forms on Earth … mammalian and many of the others … may be derived from genetic experiments by the original Martian colonists.
And in fact, some form of large, bipedal being may have been the original ‘look’ of the Martian bacterial colonists on Earth. Back on Mars, before the planet became arid and mostly uninhabitable … inhabited only by rock-boring Martian bacteria … back then, there may have been a bipedal species roaming around on Mars.
Or some other form of bipedalism. Because, to the Martians, the different aspects of bipedalism may be relatively trivial, compared to the genetic materials involved.
As you may know, the genetic material of many of the beings on Earth is very similar. For instance, a mouse and a person have very similar genetic material. There are only a few, trivial changes. And that might be the attitude of the Martians, since they are genetic engineers.
Humans as ‘Space Stations’ for Our Martian Colonists
Anyway, to get back to all this, to a Martian, we humans are the home of many, many Martians, right? Each of us is a ‘space station’ with many, many Martian bacteria in it. And each of us protects our Martian inhabitants from marauding ants … the terror of the savannas! … and so forth. We’ve been through that in a past blog.
The Martian – Demon Alliance
Until the Shift in 2012, there was an alliance going on between the 3D Martians … the bacterial colonists of Earth … both those within people and other life forms, and those that are free-ranging … and the 4D colonists of Earth in the demon realm.
Demons (‘Orion Crusaders’) as Telepathic Manipulators of Our Third-Eye Point
Of course, there are many less demons around now; many, many less. And so, that alliance is relatively less, right now. I’d like to explain, though, how the alliance went …
The demon realm is a specialist in telepathy. Telepathy takes place in 4D through the chakra known as the third-eye point; in 3D in human beings this manifests as the pituitary gland … between the eyebrows, deep inside the head … in the center of the head.
The astral manifestation of the pituitary gland provides the ability for this human ‘space station’ [pointing to myself] to send forth telepathic signals in the astral and mental realms.
So the great technology of the sentient beings known as the demon realm … termed in the “Law of One: Ra Material” … https://www.lawofone.info/ … the ‘Orion crusaders’ … the great technology they have is the ability to be able to manipulate other species through telepathy. They are natural telepaths.
And so they could … and still can … influence our third-eye point through astral sound. Not through an understanding of English, but through a manipulation of sound currents flavored with various emotions. They can sense a difference in the emotional signature of the malspeak that gets placed in the third-eye point.
Martians as Telepathic Manipulators of Our ‘Lower Triangle’
And the Martians are also telepathic. But because the Martians that inhabit the human form are down inside the human gut, their understanding of humans has to do with our lower chakras … the third, the second, and the first chakra.
They thought, until quite recently, that human beings were just dumb animals, because the intelligence of the first through the third chakras … known in yoga as the ‘lower triangle’ … is very animal in nature. And these were the signals that they were flooded with, in the part of the human being that is their home, which is the large intestine.
So, they thought they were dealing with a dumb animal. And they contacted the demon realm through the third-eye point of people. And the demon realm agreed to put them in contact with other ‘space stations’ … other human beings.
The Human Space Program Has Been Spurred on by the Martian Desire to Revisit Mars
And also, the idea was that the ‘space stations’ … the human beings … would develop technology to take the Martians back home to Mars again. They lacked the understanding that Mars is mainly uninhabitable now … although they know that now.
So, that’s the reason for the human space program, I think … The reason is that the Martians really wanted it. And they made an alliance with the demon realm to initiate a space exploration program in the third dimension, in exchange for the demon realm directing them in what the human beings should be feeling in their lower triangle.
Humans as Captives of the Martian – Demon Alliance
So basically, between the capture of the third-eyepoint … the pituitary gland … by the demon realm, and the capture of the lower triangle … the first three chakras … by the Martian bacterial colonists, we were held hostage during all these long years of the Age of Darkness.
By Concentrating on the Heart, We Can Eliminate Mind Control by Other Sentient Species
Now the thing that we human beings have, that is specific to humankind, is the heart chakra. The heart chakra … if awareness is placed on it … floods the lower three chakras, lower triangle, and the pituitary gland, with the kind of light that eliminates the mind control of the demon realm and the gut-brain control of the Martian bacterial colonists.
Concentrating on the Heart Unifies the Human Energy Field
In effect, when we concentrate on the heart, we unify the human energy field, and we become the captain of our ship. [smiles] So there’s that immediate surcease .. a cease-fire and a hostile takeover by us human beings of our human form. It consists in placing the awareness on the heart … whether on the heart chakra, or on the physical heart, or on the heartbeat.
The Solar Cycle: Minimums and Maximums
Now the Solar Cycle here on Earth occurs approximately every 11 years. Every 11 years … very approximately … there’s a Solar Minimum … and every 11 years, there’s a Solar Maximum. These are staggered. So about every 5 and a half years, there is either a Solar Minimum or a Solar Maximum.
The Human Heart Is a Lens Reflecting the Ups and Downs of the Solar Cycle
Right now, we’re in a Solar Minimum. Even thought the Incoming Light is flooding in right now, at times of low light, it’s very difficult to flood the energy field with enough light. This is because our heart is like a lens reflecting the light of the Sun.
Our heart is like the Sun. And when the Sun is at Solar Maximum with regard to Earth, then our heart is flooded with energy. Which makes it very easy to unify the energy field; for us to feel harmony here on Earth.
My experience of the current Solar Minimum, is that it becomes very difficult for that to happen. And as far as I know, from talking to other lightworkers, there’s trouble everywhere with regard to that. This is when the difficult things happen on Earth.
By Connecting the Third-Eye to the Energy Three Feet Above the Head (the 12th Chakra) During the Current Solar Minimum, We Can Curtail Astral Stories
And so, what I attempt to do … which I have up for trial right now … is to contact Source in times of Solar Minimum. And the idea is, that I can connect the energy of my third-eye point with something higher … as far as 3 feet up above my head, or even higher up … and clear those areas. And when I do that, then I can get some surcease from the astral stories.
I alternate this, at times when there are Solar Events during the Solar Minimum … with heart awareness.
The Timing of Seasons and Cycles as It Pertains to Maintaining Harmony on Earth
So it depends, on Earth. There’s the timing of seasons and changes and cycles, and the things that work, to allow us to maintain control, and to maintain harmony here on Earth, vary, depending on the Solar Cycles and the Solar Events. That’s what I find.
You may find differently; I don’t know. You may find that the heart energy carries you through no matter what. And it’s certainly worth a try, because it’s the very best.
Orgasm as a Means to Reset the Human Energy System to Light and Joy and Love and Peace
At times like these, the other thing that we can do, to ride through the low-energy storms here on Earth, is we can use our ability to achieve orgasm so as to reset the human energy system, and make all the beings within our third and fourth dimensional energy field suddenly very full of energy, and full of light, and feeling joy and love and peace and so forth. And I do recommend that. I think that one of the important features of the human energy system is the ability to achieve orgasm.
Reset Button 1 to 3 Inches Above the Head (8th Chakra) Resets the Entire Astral Story, Freeing Us from the Causal Realm
Then, there are a few other reset buttons … quite naturally, one at the bottom of the torso, and one at the top, up here [points to just above the head]. Right up above the head … about 1 to 3 inches above the head … there’s a reset area.

All we have to do is place our awareness up there, and it resets the entire astral story, the entire karmic story. So by placing our awareness there, we need no longer be bound by the causal realm.
Extraterrestrial Miners of Earth
This is by way of serendipity … because the above was pretty far out. If you read the literature on extraterrestrial species on Earth, you hear about ‘miners’. But the ‘miners’ apparently, are not ‘out there’ somewhere. They’re inside of us, mining the iron in our blood, and mining the minerals in our gut. They are the microbes within our bodies … which is kind of tough to wrap our minds around, you know? [laughs]
It is kind of a tough thing to be a home to so many different … gadzillion little sentient … as it turns out … beings. I’ve been going over the videos that have been taken of microbes in the water, and like that, and I’ve discovered all kinds of interesting things about that, which become very obvious when you’re concentrating on the small within you.
The New Clair Ability to Concentrate on the Micro World Within Us
One of the new clair abilities that we have is to concentrate on the super small … the microbiological aspect of ourselves … if we want. And one of the things that I found out, by concentrating on the micro videos, is that I became very aware of that which is going on inside my own energy field.
And I became aware that there are chants, and sounds, and carryings-on, taking place amongst the various species of micro-organisms inside me.
A Tale about a War Between an Intestinal Flu Invading Organism and My Army of T-Cells
And especially, recently, I had a bout with intestinal flu, and the T-cells started a war cry against the invading organism that had gotten in. And the invading organism, itself, had a very raw and rasping sound to it. And it was going on about how it was going to take over!
I could feel them inside … it was like a giant army of T-cells. And then I heard the T-cells attack, and start to eat these organisms. There were these little shrieks and screams going on. It was like … when I concentrated on the micro-aspect of myself … they were pretty loud!
And so, as the T-cells continued to eat each one of these invading organisms, the organisms would lapse into this dreamy state of singing a languid longing for life … remembering that they had once been alive and now were singing a death song.
T-cells are like predators, you know? They’re very gung-ho. And the invading organisms’ death song reminded me of stories I had heard of when a lion catches a deer … because the deer has no chance. It’s going to die. And, I read, this is true of people too, when they are caught by a predator, a sudden shock happens. And they fall into this state of languid acceptance … like a dream is going by, you know?
And the invading organisms … which are no less alive than we! … no less aware of their existence than we … had a similar experience. So that was quite a thing! [laughs]
And further, viewing the videos of the micro-organisms was quite an experience. I learned all kinds of things that I’ll be writing about. [I have already written about these. –Alice]
Knob Outside Right Temple Opens Astral ‘Hatch’ on Right Side of Head, Where Children Can Play HIde and Seek
So then, getting back into the macro scale … which would be us … not the gigantic scale, but the mid range … I think I mentioned that over here [points to just outside the right temple] … over in this area of the aura …. there’s a ‘knob’ or astral organelle, that can be turned the one way, to open a hatch over here on this side [motions to the left side of the head] to allow other beings … such as children … to get in and hide inside our energy field.

Why they would want to do that, I’m not real sure right now. But it could be something for small children … they seem to know it immediately on being born. They turn something here [makes a counterclockwise circular motion at right temple] and it opens a hatch up like this [lifts left hand up to the outside of the left side of the head, from bottom to top of head] … and they can get inside.

And to them, it feels like plenty big enough to hide in and play hide and seek in … they make it a game.
Then, if you ask, they can close it the other way [makes a clockwise circular motion at right temple]. You yourself can play with that and feel it.
Apparently, There Are Many Astral Organelles
Probably, as I understand it, from talking with various sensitives, there are many astral organelles in the astral field … of which I know very little right now. It should be an interesting exploration, learning about our subtle bodies, don’t you think?
