Alternate realities: Are they real? I have read that human sensory input is mainly optical in nature. It would follow that we sculpt our reality through visual perception.
That perception depends on a static magnetosphere, such as during the deep solar minimum we are now experiencing.
Multiple solar flares during a solar maximum (such as we will be experiencing four or five years from now) can alter striate nerve impulses. As the striate nerve is responsible for visual impulse processing, we may then perceive alternate realities … realities not based on the human consensus.
Are these realities less real because they deviate from the group consensus? The similarity of reports by people perceiving alternate realities leads me to hypothesize that there may be many alternate realities … dimensions … on which these observers have reported; that these realities may be experienced by many humans during solar maximum; but that, for fear of social stigma, they may slough off these experiences in favor of the normative view of reality for their culture.

When We First Begin to See Demons and Devils
And I have a word of assurance for the people that are just now starting to enter the astral realm and be able to see or hear the demon realm and the negative astral beings that are there.
You know, sometimes it seems, when this happens … when our awareness expands into the fourth dimension from the third (or ‘physical’) dimension … Sometimes it seems that suddenly we are beset by demons or devils, or like that.
The Earthly Illusions That Occur as a Result of the Lesser Light in the Outer Reaches of Our Galaxy
But in fact, what has happened, is that we’re suddenly able to see the true situation in the third and fourth dimensions, in this outpost of the galaxy … this outlying area … where there’s less of the central galactic light. And where it’s possible for these sorts of illusions to exist, and to seem to be very real.
What I Mistakenly Thought at First Glimpse of the Demon Realm Many Years Ago
I’m thinking back to when this first happened for me, quite some years ago. First I thought other people were responsible:
Someone is cursing me; or
Some very bad luck thing has happened to me, that caused me to see these demons and devils, and like that.
I looked all over the place:
I looked for psychological heap.
I looked for dietary help.
I looked in all the arcane texts … the occult lore, and so forth.
I explored the major religions.
And I prayed a lot, contemplated a lot, and reflected a lot.
I also meditated quite a lot,
And I sang sacred songs quite a bit.
On Growing in Awareness of the Gift of Multidimensional Awareness
And through all that, I eventually came to an understanding that I was simply seeing more of what there is in the realms of reality. I was seeing multidimensionally.
It wasn’t a curse. It wasn’t anything like that. It was actually a new gift, that helped me understand and avoid the pitfalls of this outlier solar system.
I thought I’d explain that, because more and more people are beginning to notice the negative astral beings around them, and beginning to come up with the same erroneous conclusions that I first came up with …
For instance: Somebody else is responsible.
Or, they might listen to these beings, and take their advice … which I can tell you, from experience, is absolutely the wrong thing to do.
On Aligning the Heart and Mind and Will with God
I feel that the thing to do is to align one’s own heart and mind and will with the great Heart, the great Mind, and the great Will of God. (1) And simply ask to enact what God wants us to enact here on Earth. that’s the first thing.
Optimizing Timelines and Dimensions: The Key That Unlocks the Door Leading from Darkness to Light
And the second thing is, to optimize timelines and dimensions, asking like this, as has been mentioned in many other blogs … using exactly these words,because they’re like a key that unlocks the door that leads us from darkness into light. And these are the words:
Spirit to Team! Optimize Timelines and Dimensions! For the All, through Free Will!
Conclusion: The Two Tools for Emerging from the Demon Realm
So these are the two tools for emerging from the demon realm:
Align with God. Align with God’s Heart and Mind and Will.
And optimize your timelines and dimensions … your alternate realities; your alternate universes … so that your awareness is placed in that alternate universe that is preferred by God for all beings everywhere, and which promotes free will, rather than the enslavement agendas of the negative astral beings.
So, there’s that.

Description of the Astral Pass-Through
The astral pass-through is a phenomenon that is happening right now, as people’s electromagnetic fields expand. And especially, I think, for people who are living in large cities, but it can also happen anywhere in the world, if there is a glom effect happening.
What happens is, if there is an electromagnetic field overlap between two people, either because of their thoughts or emotions, or because of their physical proximity, there can be a pass-through of thoughts or emotion-related thoughts, through any of the chakras of one person, coming from any of the chakras or the mind of another person.
How the Pass-Through Sounds to a Clairaudient Person
So if you are clairaudient, you may hear thoughts and emotions coming through your own energy field that seem foreign to you. These may be repressed thoughts of your own, or they may be thoughts of other people.
So if you hear something coming from your energy field that seems unfamiliar or even inimical to your typical point of view, try not to be personally involved with it. Instead, the suggestion I have, which has also been voiced by other Lightworkers, has to do with transforming energy, and not trying to pin down the cause of the energy.
On Transforming Pass-Through Energies from Another Person to the Light
Is it me? Is it someone else? Is it a bitter enemy? … Instead of that, just see what the energy is, be aware of the energy, and then through the heart chakra, through the love of the heart, or through a visualization of the violet flame of Saint Germain, or through any one of many other transformative techniques that you can find online, you can change the energy, change the emotion from the negative. And this will help everyone. All beings everywhere will benefit from this.

DREAMTIME AND THE PASS-THROUGH
Mind Rape and Equalization of Astral Matter
When people are in a dream state, their astral form floats above their physical body. When they are in this state, if a person performs the pass-through on them, he or she will hear from them a personality that is different from that of the person in waking life. This is because the personality of the person performing the pass-through combines with that of the person who is being passed through.
In Theosophical terms, their astral matter mixes. In Hindu terms, their samskaras mix. In Lightworker terms, they exchange malware and malspeak.
If one of the two people has refined astral matter, and the other has coarse astral matter, then there will be an adverse subsequent effect for the one, and a positive subsequent effect for the other.
If, during one person’s dream state, another person, say a psychological therapist, attempts to mind control the sleeping person and extract hidden secrets from them, then the secrets that are extracted will partly represent the samskaras, the malware, and the malspeak of the therapist’s own subconscious mind. This is because of the above-mentioned mixing.
Since this information is subconscious, hidden from the therapist in waking life, he may take it to represent the Soul wounding of the dreamer, when in fact it is his own Soul wounding.
The Difficulty with Attempting to Get the ‘Straight Skinny’ through Pass-Through on a Dreamer
Putatively, it would be very important, when hiring a therapist to mind control (or ‘mind rape’) another person during the dream state, to pick a person of great spiritual purity, as then none of the ‘dross of the mind’ would be contained in a mind control report. However, such a person would prove difficult to hire, as he would be cognizant of the detrimental effect of such work on his own Soul field.
If a person of less spiritual purity is picked to perform the ‘mind rape’ on the dreamer … perhaps a con artist or a bunco schemer, or worse! … then the results purported to be pulled from the sleeping mind of the dreamer will conform to the expectations of the people who hire this unscrupulous individual.
In this regard, astral intel is known the world wide to be of little use in the realms of traditional psychology and in law enforcement. However, for the pure of mind and spirit, it may be of use in uplifting others to enjoyment of God’s grace and light and love.
Antisocial Personalities and Sociopaths Who Are at the Point of Soul Devolution
I note that, during this great clearing of humankind, there may be some people in power in the world who have antisocial personality disorder. Worldwide there may be as many as 7 to 22 billion such sociopaths, (1) but among those in power … even considering that such a person would gravitate to power … the number is most likely quite small. Maybe 1% of that, would be my guess.
This is not very important, as all antisocial personalities (ASPs) and sociopaths will be sorting onto other timelines and dimensions, into different alternate worlds from those chosen by people with less Soul wounding. Thus, in this time of the Disclosure, when all the play of this great Lila is being laid bare to the eyes of humankind, I continue to recommend optimizing your timelines and dimensions rather than attempting to corral people for law enforcement.
To be frank, it seems to me that a roundup of this proportion would be impractical. On the other hand, we can align our will and heart and mind with those of God, and He will address this, to us, untenable problem with the utmost efficiency and loving kindness. No one will lose. As children of God, all win in his loving hands.
An Astral Story about an ASP Who Performed a Pass-Through on a Dreamer
To get back on topic, I’ve clair heard an astral story about an ASP in a position of relative power who performed the pass-through on a dreaming person night after night; his group, which looked up to him, took the crimes that were revealed during his ‘mind rape’ sessions as being those of the dreamer, when in fact they were the crimes of someone in the group, or possibly of the leader.
Group Mind Melds and Malware Infection
It seems there is a mind-meld going on between groups and their leaders, where samskaras, malware and malspeak get exchanged through the unconscious thought cloud of the group. This is making clearing difficult for people with strong affiliations with groups, as they may clear malware, then be reinfected by someone in the group.
However, the ground level of the Awakening is, slowly but surely arising. Whether or not we group, we will eventually clear through, as one with Gaia.
The Fate of the Sociopath and the Hardened Criminal during the Awakening
For the ASPs and hardened criminals, there will be other places in the Universe, other constellations, in which their Soul may record its consciousness in the eye of the Divine. For those whose path through the incarnations has been difficult, but not to the point of initiation of Soul devolution, through timeline and dimensional optimization they still may level up with Earth on a longer timeline.

Hello, Dear Ones, It’s Alice. I Am of the Stars.
Now I would like to talk about a preview and a rollback on your current timeline … your Awareness timeline … which I have discussed in past, but I might have a little additional information right now. This is about surfing your own timeline that you are in right now … that you have chosen and optimized, hopefully … surfing it it forwards and backwards.
Timeline Rollback Technique
As you probably know, the way to find out something that just happened in your consciousness that was input from someone else … such as a spell or a curse … the way to find that out is to say ‘rollback’ … And as you ‘roll back’, you may want to move your eyes quickly from right to left, as if you were scanning backwards on a page, towards the beginning of a paragraph that you just read, like this … You go: Rollback! … [Shows eye movement from right to left] Right?
And then listen. You should clairaudiently hear whatever it was that was said in the subconscious mind of someone else with regard to you … or any words that were said on the conscious level too, with regard to you.
I have been using this technique for years, and for me it works very well. I expect it will work well for you too. Then recently … because I have used it so very much … I also just abbreviated, and I might just move my eyes like that … [Shows movement of eyes from right to left] … from right to left. Or I might say: Roll! and move my eyes from right to left, and get the same results.
You do not have to broadcast anything on the clair hearing plane in order to achieve a small jump from the current time to the just past time.
Timeline Preview Technique
More recently I have been using a preview technique for what is about to happen. That is just the opposite: You move your eyes as if you were reading something on the page, from left to right. And at the same time you say: Preview! … It goes like this: Preview! … [Shows movement of eyes from left to right.]
You could also just move your eyes like that … [Shows movement of eyes from left to right.] … which frequently I do. And you should get a feel for the movement of energy in the world around you, coming up in the near future … the energy coming up right away.
You can use this to test for danger, for instance, in a path or course of action you are about to take … keeping in mind that, in every moment, there is a spin-off of many alternate realities and many timelines with each choice that is made in your Awareness timeline.
The farther you go afield from the current moment … Now … the less likely it is that your Preview will be true. So this preview works for the very near future … the next few steps … the view around the corner, as it were … around the corner of the timeline that was not previously visible to you.
Timeline Loops and the Merge of the Grey Alien (Zeta Reticulan) Timeline into the Ascension Timeline
You may be wondering about farther out along the timelines, either in the past or in the future, when we do loops on timelines to repair something that is coming up in the future, such as the issue of the Grey Aliens that came up some years ago. Right around the time of the 2012 Shift, there was a very large timeline … regarding the Grey Alien incursion into what was then ‘the present’, and the attempts of the left brain, Soulless culture of the Grey Aliens that humanity had become … to stop the Awakening process that was happening just then.
What happened at that time was the merging of those two timelines. And all the terrible karmic consequences of the series of decisions that were made by humankind on the Grey Alien timeline were merged with the Awakening timeline … the timeline of the process of Awakening in which we are now placing our Awareness, as Gaia and as humankind.
So that was a rough time, just then … a very rough time … that all humankind decided to transform with the Light, I am happy to say. Anyway, we sometimes do that: We merge timelines that are coming in the future and which would be disastrous for humankind, with the current moment Now, and we transform them to the Light … so that, in effect, that timeline becomes part of the current Awareness and no longer an alternate reality.
Timeline Loops to Clear Prior Soul Wounding Experiences
We can also roll back … say to instances of Soul wounding for ourselves and others in the current timeline. We can roll back and we can transform those to the Light … so it is as if they never actually existed on our timeline, any more. And that way we can completely clear the electromagnetic field of ourselves and of others. This is a wonderful, simple healing process.
Un-Coloring Thoughts. Another way to deal with this, that is described in delightful detail by Swamij (Swami Jnaneshvara Bharati), is the technique called un-coloring, which worked for me quite well too …
Healing the Electromagnetic Field Through Awareness. Then there is another technique of observing anomalies in the electromagnetic field, or in the energy field of the various subtle bodies of the human, and waiting and allowing Awareness itself, which is of God … of a Divine nature … allowing that Awareness to transform that anomaly … that dark area of Soul wounding … to the Light.
Timeline Optimization Through the Higher Dimensions for Large Spans of Time
But anyway, we are talking about timeline techniques, and not other healing techniques. I mentioned earlier that previews become murky at a great distance in time because of alternate timeline spinoffs which cloud the picture by creating numerous possibilities for the future. So the question arises: How, then, can we best work with future timelines far out on the timeline … farther out than a nanosecond or two? … farther out than five or ten minutes one way or the other (that is, into the future or into the past).
More on the Grey Alien (Zeta Reticulan) Timeline Merge. For instance: How were we able to work with the Grey Alien timeline a few years ago? How were we able to do that?
The Grey Alien timeline is a special instance because, amongst the Grey Aliens, there were those who journeyed back in time to our current Awareness timeline, time and again … so that there became a ‘literature’ that grew up, over the existence of the Grey Aliens … that became known in our current, present moment. And so, knowing about that timeline, we were able to work with it, and to dissolve that karma.
On Expanding Our Awareness into the Higher Dimensions. But in general, for timelines that are unknown … and of which there are countless timelines and countless alternate worlds … the only way to work with those timelines (because of the vast number of iterations) is to expand our Awareness into the higher dimensions, and allow the higher dimensions to deal with this.
You can look at that as God, the Angelic Realm, the Devic Realm … You can look at that as your own highest self, your own greatest self (which is your Soul) in alignment with God … or as your Ascension Team. It does not matter how you see it, as long as you are able to call upon that greater wisdom … that vast wisdom … that amazing ability to synchronize everything.
Hara Line Visualization. The way that we have been doing it, amongst the awakening teachers, is to align with Source, with God, or with the physical Sun (if God does not work for us) … and down into the center of Earth. We do this through our hara line, which is a vertical line that goes through the crown of our head to the soles of our feet … and then as an extension, as you perform this visualization, connecting with the center of the Earth and the center of the Sun, or with Source.
Then you begin to expand into your own higher dimensions, or to call upon them. So in my timeline optimization activations I say …
Spirit to Team!
This is another way of activating the higher dimensions, or rising to those. The Team is interdimensional: Angels, beings of Light, God Himself … all that … are ‘on your Team’.

Optimize timelines and dimensions!
For the All, through Free Will!
So either through a visualization of the hara line connecting far beyond your body … below and above and through the body … or else through calling on your Team or calling on God … you can expand your connection with the higher dimensions. That is why we talk about things like that.
Optimum Timeline as Your Awareness Timeline, into Which Other Timelines Can Be Merged. From these higher dimensions, then, the optimization of timelines can proceed, you see? We call forth the optimum timeline, among those million iterations … those nanosecond spin-offs of alternate worlds … and we name this timeline as our Awareness timeline. This Awareness timeline is the optimum timeline for merging and transforming all the rest. It cannot be selected without the help of our Team or our higher dimensions.
That is that story, for now.

Why the Grey Alien (Zeta Reticulan) timeline was able to be resolved sooner than some of the other longer-range timelines just now merging and transforming.
Longer range, we must ask our Team members in higher dimensions for help: Spirit to Team! Optimize timelines! For the All, through Free Will! This is because the many alternate realities that spin off each moment can only be calculated in dimensions higher than the physical and the astral planes.
The technique of aligning our hara line, the vertical line that runs through our body, with the core of Earth beneath us and with God above us … this is a visualization to help us align with the higher dimensions, with the physical Sun (for those whose understanding is limited to the physical world), or to God or Source. Or, we can simply use the term Spirit to Team! as noted above.
Through aligning with the higher dimensions in one of the above ways, we call forth the optimum timeline among those million iterations, those nanosecond spin-offs of alternate worlds, and we name this timeline as our Awareness timeline. This Awareness timeline is the optimum timeline for merging and transforming all the rest.

I was started along this thought line while on the topic of appreciation, as opposed to getting snagged into relationship thinking … what might be termed ‘relational’ thinking.

One of the needs is the need to be loved. On the psychic plane, on the astral plane, today I ran into two things: One is the need for money, and that is the tier “Safety” or security. The other is: I need a relationship.
As the Ascension process unfolds, these needs that we feel are going to disappear completely. The whole thing about need-based psychology is going to just go by the wayside. But a lot of people believe, right now, that they need certain things. And so, over and over again in the noosphere are coming up these needs.
Need-based behavior has to do with left brain thinking … a specific aspect of left-brain thinking that views time as an unchangeable causeway … or asphalt road … of chain of cause and effect. That is one thing: The nature of time as an unchangeable asphalt roadway.
The other thing is relational thinking; that has to do with me proceeding along this causeway of time, connected by need to other objects along the way. So I am walking along this causeway. I am not singing a happy song. Instead, I am sending out energies of need towards what are perceived as objects in my environment.
So all the time my electromagnetic field is spinning off tendrils … like an octopus … tendrils of need that interfere with the structure and potential of my electromagnetic field.
I need to have this electromagnetic field intact, in order to accomplish all the things that are available to me as the Ascension goes on. That, in a nutshell, is why need-based behavior is going to disappear. But in the meantime, every time I experience the need for something, my electromagnetic (EMF) field mentally reaches out towards an object other than me.
In fact, because of the way the left brain operates, people perceive themselves as being in relationship with money, or a house, or a job, or a person, or a pet, or whatever, as a static situation.
We were talking about the spring tides and rafting or canoeing down a river, and seeing a snag on an island in the river, and reaching out for that snaggy branch. Then the canoe spins around and you are in danger of capsizing. You are taking on water because you have grabbed onto something, instead of going with the tide, with the stream of water going downstream.
Relational behavior is like that: It snags us on a little branch of a tree on an island sticking out in the flow of the Now. So we perceive ourselves as being in a static relationship with money, or with a person, or statically in search of a person that is missing … statically in search of money that is not there … always reaching out. We perceive that.
But that is not true. That is not the True Reality. Nor is the idea that time is an asphalt highway, a chain of cause and effect, true. Neither of these are true; not in the New Reality.
To get back to the topic of appreciation, I think this requires further definition. I feel that the thing to appreciate is not the thing for which we are reaching out or need, or that we wish we had, or that we fear we will lose.
So why not appreciate just an evanescent thing of the moment. For instance, I am looking around the house and I see a beautiful color of pink over here, in a little satchel. I appreciate that beautiful color. It is almost magenta. It is the most beautiful, satiny color. I appreciate that.
Here is another example: I am outside, and I notice the wind blowing through the tall grasses, the Autumn grasses. I see how the seeds are heavy and almost ripe. And I appreciate the way the wind blows through the grass. It is just a thing of the moment, but I appreciate it.
I do not have a relationship to the satchel. I do not have a relationship to the grass. But I see something evanescently present in the ever-flowing Now. And that is what I appreciate. I do not appreciate that I will see it tomorrow, because tomorrow the grass will be different, and the wind will be different.
So, escaping from need, I appreciate something that I see or I hear or I feel, just in this moment. The training for that is very good, because it is not a snaggy thing. It is an evanescent, momentary thing that appears to me in the flow of the Now.
To get back to this thing about greed; this was another thing that came up last night. In fact, I woke up with a nightmare about it. It is like you are canoeing down that river, in the Spring flood. You see boulders along the way; and you try to steer away from them … to get back into the flow of the thing, so that your canoe does not capsize.
You are going along, and you see a really cool boulder in the stream. It is really beautiful, and you want it. So you try to ease your canoe right up to it. Water is flowing, lickety-split, along on either side. You are in a precarious position. And you look at this rock.
This rock is called ‘Money’. And you really want this rock that is money. And so you try to keep your canoe right there, on the Money rock. But the tide is rising, and Spring is coming. Abundance is all around us. That rock is not abundance; abundance is in everything around us.
What I am saying is that true safety does not lie in money … in that thought of money. It lies in taking advantage of every opportunity that comes up around us. It is possible to ease that canoe off that rock and get right back into the flow of things; and sense, with gratitude, the little things around us. And not concentrate on need, but instead, to concentrate on the opportunities that are coming up all around us every day. That is what I think.
To get back to timelines: I have talked a lot about it, but for some reason, I feel people are just not grasping it. The thing is that our thought processes need to shift. We need to know that reality is not really causal; it is synchronous.
We need to understand that we are creating our reality. We are changing our timelines, moment to moment, through our emotion-based thoughts. We are not in relationship with a static, causal causeway. No. We are creating, in the moment, our reality. We are choosing our realities in the moment.
They talk about multidimensionality. But I talk about multitemporality … multitiming. In any moment, I can place my Awareness on any of the possibilities that are there. Why not optimize them? Why not optimize the timelines? Any moment that I feel not safe, I optimize … because the optimal timeline is a safe timeline, a happy timeline. It is something that I can appreciate. Any time I want to, I can change to that.
I have mentioned this activation of Light a time or two in the past; I will just run through it one more time. It is very simple. Every time I do not feel safe, or I do not feel I have enough, or I do not feel grateful, I just say …

I used to think that last line is very important, but now I think I will only add it if I need to … if I need to make it clear.
I hope this explains how one can use the tool of appreciation; how one can switch to a new timeline; how one need not be chained to cause and effect; and how one need not be chained to relationships. I hope this helps a little.
