Dear Ones,
Just to let you know, I had some trouble with the Pleiadian, Deva, and American Sikh sound bath videos I recommended a little earlier, to do with Patriarchal Domination, Harem, astral rape, and astral gang bang thought patterns conveyed by men into my energy field while I was asleep.
Consequently I removed those video recommendations. I myself found the gentle spiritual beauty of the men and women in the videos refreshing, But I have a feeling that their handsomeness may have causes egoic men to latch onto them, and from there they must have latched onto my own sleeping form.
Those videos that I have deleted did have a wonderful healing effect for me, so I thought it might be good to find other videos with Hertz sound bath healing that might offer something like the same effect without the distraction of physical beauty. Here is what I came up with …

“Grounding Through the Basal Chakra 4: ‘MONEY Makes the World Go Round’ Meditation”

Hello, Dear Ones, It’s Alice. I Am of the Stars.
I have a meditation for you to do to strengthen the root chakra [also known as the basal chakra or the first chakra]. [Two of] the benefits are …
to increase abundance and wealth, [and]
to prevent overstimulation of the second chakra (which dissipates the strength of the basal chakra … the root chakra). In other words, to modulate the energy of the second chakra (the sexual chakra) so that it is well balanced and functions optimally in the world, first we have to strengthen and balance the root chakra (the basal chakra.
Another benefit of this meditation is for those who are assailed with the ‘House Carpenter’ malware that circulates through the noosphere … the demonic sexual influence that forces a feeling of astral rape or ‘gang banging’ both for men and for women.
And by mitigating this floating malware that comes ’round [in the noosphere] … especially on Fridays, Saturdays, and sometimes Sundays … also sometimes on Thursdays in the big cities … we can avoid acting out in bizarre, socially unacceptable, and personally embarrassing ways in the sexual arena on the weekends … not that any of us would do that, of course. But we can even avoid the thought that such a thing might occur.
Ok? It is a very simple meditation. You are standing up. It is okay to wear brown clothes or red clothes if you want. That might help. You are feeling your feet on the floor … firmly on the floor. And you are imagining a circulating circular energy at the very bottom of your torso. (Your torso goes from your neck down to where your legs begin.)
So the very bottom of the trunk of your body (your torso) is the location of the basal chakra. You want to strengthen and balance that. You are imagining a spinning energy … Let’s see … clockwise. A clockwise, spinning energy.
It is as if the clock is flat, and placed face up on the very bottom of your body. On that flat plane of the clock is spinning, in a clockwise way, electromagnetic energy.
And while you visualize that energy spinning, you say to yourself …
“MONEY makes the world go round.” (x3)
It is so simple! [This works because] the basal chakra has to do with accumulating enough to stay alive in the world. [It is a] very simple meditation.
And it also helps to do this meditation when other people, say, in a room, begin to feel a sexual urge. [If] you do not want to join in you can say that to yourself … just to yourself: “MONEY makes the world go round.” [At the same time you can concentrate] that your feet are on the floor and that there is a slowly rotating clockwise energy on the same plane as the Earth plane, but located just beneath [the] trunk [of your body]. Ok?.
So this is an addition to the [other] basal chakra meditations [I wrote about earlier].

Mother Earth Loves Me Meditation

That is a natural mantra for me, because I miss my mother very much, and I think of Mother Earth right now as my mother, because there my mother is, in the Earth right now. So wherever I go I am near my mother. And also I am near Mother Gaia.
As you walk (if you are walking) imagine that the soles of your feet are saying this: Mother Earth loves me.
If you are standing, [feel] the soles of your feet touching the floor and [imagine] that the floor is Mother Earth. The soles of your feet are saying, in the same way: Mother Earth loves me.

That is it! It is a simple meditation. It is for those that love the Earth.

People tend to polarize on this meditation. If you feel positive about a sewer meditation, this may be a good video for you. If you feel repulsed by the notion, it would be fine to just let this video go by the wayside.

“Grounding Through the Basal Chakra 2: ‘Down in the Sewer’ Meditation”

Hello, Dear Ones. It’s Alice. I Am of the Stars.
Here we are with a very mild geostorm and a beautiful sunlight. The Incoming Light is blessing everything. It is really cool.
I have been hiking today at a well-known hiking trail in the Santa Monica Mountains. And I was just thinking about the issue of grounding, and [about] a funny thing that happened to me last week which some of you will enjoy, I feel, but others will find perfectly awful. I apologize to the second batch of people, and I hope the first batch of people will like this very much.
For a long time I have been hearing on the astral plane a lot of complaints about my writing and me, and the emphasis I have on energy going up … on [my emphasis on] the higher chakras. [It was] complaint after complaint, and [these complaints] took all kinds of forms. One of the things that the people would seem to say on the astral plane … whether they were ghosts or disembodied spirits or [living people I cannot say] … They have complaints about something they call my ‘bootyhole’. [There were] very bad complaints and very bad comments about my ‘bootyhole’. Now I know this is not my own childhood wounding because there was no such word in my childhood.
That was just one example of negative emphasis on the first chakra, the basal chakra, which has to do with grounding and stability and feeling strong and secure on Mother Earth, right?
I used to endure this [negative astral chatter[. I would get angry [at it]. And when I got angry I would get a sensation of astral rape; my second chakra would start oscillating and feeling weird. And then I would think there is somebody who is very negative, and who has what is called an ‘anal retentive’ personality, [who was talking to me on the astral plane]. I could not figure it out, right?
So anyway, I had the ‘great illumination’ moment last week. And it occurred to me that there are people who really love the first chakra. They were talking quite a bit about … you know …. making artwork with their poop and really loving the smell of poop and ‘pooping around’ and ‘pooping on’ other people. There was just a litany of praise for the first chakra and for poop that was negative in intention.
So I thought: We will just go there! Right? We will just go there. I will set aside my reservations and we will just go there!
And so I composed a telepathic meditation, just for thinking [about] … because I don’t want to say it out loud. It goes like this …

Down in the Sewer Meditation

Down in the sewer, sewer, sewer … [You’re imagining going down in the sewer right now] …
Oh I found my bootyhole, bootyhole, bootyhole fell into the sewer right now. [You’re imagining diving down into the sewer.]

And what I found is that the people who were complaining to me and ‘carrying on’ just loved this notion of going down into the sewer. It was the most wonderful thing for them. So there are quite a few people that could benefit from this meditation.
Now those of you that are turning aside in dismay: Please turn off this video!
For those of you that like the notion:
There we are, down in the sewer, sewer, sewer, down in the sewer right now.
Oh I found my bootyhole, bootyhole, bootyhole, down in the sewer right now.
I’m in the sewer! I’m in the sewer! I’m in the sewer right now!

[On the telepathic plane I heard folks saying:] Wow, yeah! It‘s great down here! I remember when I was a little [boy], I used to hide in the sewer. And I stayed down there, and stayed away from everything. My sister and I stayed down there. We all stayed down in the sewer. We loved it down there.
[On the telepathic plane I said:] What did your mom say?
And [that person] said: My mom said ‘Don’t go down there!’
So now, you know, when you think about the first chakra, what that really means is that you are not allowed to be grounded. You are not allowed to be existing in the earthy part of the world. You are not allowed to think about bringing your energy down through the lower triangle … down through the will power, then into the sexual chakra, and down into the basal chakra.
So that’s not good. So this is a good meditation for that.
You are visualizing looking down and [finding out that] you lost your bootyhole. Young children sometimes feel they lost their bootyhole. They want to find their bootyhole. It is very important.
And what they really mean is that they want a sense of belonging to the Earth. They want to be grounded on the Earth. Maybe they are stuck in an apartment on the tenth floor, but they want to be grounded through the Earth.
So take [your imagination] through the bootyhole; down through the sewer; down, down, down into the Mother Earth.

If you do not like [the sewer meditation], I know there is a well known meditation that Judy Satori teaches. You can go to Judy Satori’s website … https://judysatori.com … That’s one of the ways to get there … And you can look up the “Halls of Amenti” meditation. Or you can find one version of her “Halls of Amenti” meditation on youtube …
[Her “Halls of Amenti” meditation] is for those that have a natural understanding of the higher chakras and still need to ground down. [It is for those of you who] have a vocabulary that is different … different from what I have been hearing, [which is] the modern-day vocabulary [that I have been hearing on the telepathic plane].
[So there is an alternative in Judy Satori’s] “Halls of Amenti” meditation which has the same effect as this lowbrow meditation. [But her meditation] is for people who recoil from that bootyhole meditation with great disgust, you know?
There are all kinds of people in the word, and so there are all kinds of meditations.
