Dear Ones,

Why do we sometimes see demons and devils? How can we send them off to God? Here is a video by me, followed by an edited Summary of the video. The Postlude features the music of Chris Zabriskie and images of sunset.

SUMMARY OF THE VIDEO

Hello, Dear Ones, It’s Alice.

I have a gesture that you can use, in case you feel that you’re seeing or sensing or hearing demons. You know, the Buddhists are very conversant with the Demon World, and they spent a lot of time, in the sacred texts, writing about the state of mind that we need in order to avoid demons.

And the problem with demons is, that they cause leaks in our energy field, so that the true magnificence of our Souls cannot shine forth as well as it is intended to do. So, as we proceed on the path of enlightenment and self-realization and awareness, what frequently … in fact, probably most of the time … happens is that our LIght … the Light of our Souls … becomes much brighter than the Light of people around us.

And in the fourth dimension, it attracts the attention of Demons. Not that they are not all around, everywhere, anyway … but when you really start practicing, the Demons really start noticing.

So that is why the sacred texts of many religions explain what to do; because people on the Spiritual Path need to know this thing.

  • This includes Christian texts, and the power of Prayer, and Selfless Service, and Recollection, and Contemplation, and Meditation, for instance, in the Christian way.
  • And in the Hindu way, it includes the power of devotional singing and chanting, the way of bhakti … and other ways, too. They have a whole science about it. Bhakti is a very pleasant way to avoid demons, because that Sound … that Sacred Sound … is always going in the back of our heads.
  • Then in the Buddhist texts, I was reading, the other day, about the way that we can cultivate our minds, so as to have a mind that is so clear … so devoid of snags and hooks and attachments and desires, and all that, that demons cannot get a toehold.

So there are all these teachings out there to help us: Prayer … prayer is immensely important. And lifting ourselves up to the notion of the Divine, because where the Divine is … where Christ is, where Buddha is, where the notion of Brahma becomes a true thing in our lives, where we walk the path of the Dharma, where we feel the presence of Lord Krishna … Those are not spaces, in any Dimension, where any Demon can be.

But nobody is perfect. And, on the Spiritual Path, people do run into Demons, Devils, stuff like that, every once in a while. So I was very pleased to find out about this very eloquent and very simple gesture that a person can do.

Gesture of Warding: Offering Demons Up to God

The complete gesture of warding is this: The person is standing up. The hands are cupped, palms up, in front of the body at the level of the navel point. Then the arms are slowly and gracefully spread wide in a sweeping arc, and find their way together above the bowed head, with the cupped hands raised like a chalice just over the bowed forehead, as the right foot is placed forward and some weight is placed on the right foot. You will notice that the hands are cupped, as if you are holding water in your hands. But what is really happening there is that you take the demon energy and you offer it up to God. Then the right foot is placed back near the left foot as the hands once more arc wide away from the body, and are lowered to a resting position by the sides.

I think it is a Buddhist gesture to offer the energy of the Demons and of the Demon world, up to God. So I will just step back and show it to you. You will notice that the hands are cupped, as if you are holding water in your hands. But what is really happening there is that you take the demon energy and you offer it up to God …

Dear Ones,

MASTERY OF MIND THROUGH THE HEART

Here we are coming into Mastery of Mind through the Heart … I am doing a little waffle step on this …

Heart? Yeah, maybe!
Mind? ok, why not!

… and so on. Meantime, I have noticed on the telepathic plane that others’ minds are remembering old powers, and feeling their oats… Fortunately a benevolent Universe will not let us actually hurt other folks, though we may frighten them, or be frightened by them, as these powers begin to manifest.

STAR TREK ON SUPERPOWERS

As we clear through the subconscious, we will regain more old turf, returning more fully to cosmic mind. At that point, though, our subconscious will not be tempting us to ‘show off’ like Gary Mitchell did in this episode of Star Trek …

Video: “Star Trek-Trailer TOS-season 1 episode 1-where no man has gone before,” by  Wildsauhunter, 9 January 2009… https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=M3qNW66wvWA .. COMMENTS: Gary gains the psychic power of psychokinesis (telekinesis) and uses his power unwisely.

So what happened to Gary in that episode, anyway? Here are Captain Kirk and Spock, mulling it over …

Video: “Star Trek – Where No Man Has Gone Before,” by CBS, 3 September 2008 … https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=aIFWiSw4M0I ..

Guess they finally decided to leave Gary on the planet, but things went from bad to worse, apparently. It all ended up with a fight to the death, and Kirk was the winner.

WHAT MAY BE LEARNED FROM THIS, I WONDER?

Well, I would like to remember the Greatness of my True Self, but I do not want to get into this kind of predicament. Right now I have a couple of aspirations. One is to master my mind, to develop my cosmic mind. For this, I am asking the Alpha Centaurians for help. I like them a lot — so different from the Hathors, so far beyond what this mental mind of mine knows. I aspire to that wisdom they have so carefully nurtured as a social memory complex.

On ‘Grokking’ Other Beings

I recall from my childhood he standout takeaway I had on reading the book “Stranger in a Strange Land” by Robert A. Heinlein …

Link: “Stranger in a Strange Land,” in English Wikipedia … https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Stranger_in_a_Strange_Land ..

That takeaway was the novel word ‘grok’, which meant to understand something in its fullness through one’s empathic abilities. Back then I sensed how liberating it might be to learn to ‘grok’, and began to hone that skill as a help in leading my life.

Ra Experience (Hathor; Siriun)

In recent years I have found it is really mind-expanding to attempt to ‘grok’ … to understand in a visceral, holistic way … the archetypal memory of another star race. I remember my first attempt, with Ra-En, a fourth dimensional social memory complex, as described here …

A Conversation with Alpha Centauri

In recent experiences with those of Alpha Centauri, I have found the thought processes to be so refined, so far beyond me, that I cannot grasp them as words. Apparently they can ‘talk down’ to us though.

Gift of an EMF Shield. A couple of days ago, I placed my Awareness about a foot above my head (at the ninth chakra) and asked for an emotional stabilization technique, and was gifted with an electromagnetic field (EMF) shield that they used in the very early days of their racial history to minimize what we call the ‘Dark network” and visualize as negative astral beings.

Those of Alpha Centauri, however, perceive  the Dark network as unnecessary fluctuations in a being’s EMF. In other words, not as separate, negative ‘entities’ sporting about one’s energy field; rather, as a discrete, stand-alone, energy stabilization issue; that being our own stabilization of our personal electromagnetic field.

On the Alpha Centaurian Social Memory Complex. To be truthful, I have developed quite a fondness for the Alpha Centaurians. As I recall, they are one of the oldest star races in this Universe. Maybe the oldest. Anyway, they have been around for countless aeons. Their direction as a social memory complex is the path of Wisdom, and their learning is so beyond us that I have unusual difficulty translating my lingo to something to which their social memory complex can relate.

By comparison, the Hathor social memory complex is ‘a walk in the park’.

Just to give you an example, when I say to them: I really like you.

.. they say: What is ‘like’?

Uh oh … So then I tried: I meant to say, “I feel in awe of you.”

To which they say: What is ‘awe’?

So now I am getting the drift that they are so very far past emotions that they are puzzled by the concept. And our current human social memory complex is driven by subconsciously imprinted emotions. Very big disconnect here.

So I tried this: In human terms, ‘awe’ means a temporary state of emotional body stability caused by unexpected, perceived resonance with another being’s EMF.

That is how we arrived at the issue of emotional body flux and the need for an electromagnetic field (EMF) shield …

SINGING THE SONG OF THE UNIVERSE

“Aethos” Meditation by Tom Kenyon

I would like to develop the ability to resonate with the song of the Universe, the beautiful song of the Stars. So, believe I will take up once again listening to Tom Kenyon’s “Aethos” mp3.

In case it is of interest, here are Tom Kenyon and the Hathors describing at length the Aethos …

Link: “The Aethos and Non-Dual States of Reality: A Hathor Planetary Message through Tom Kenyon” … https://tomkenyon.com/the-aethos-and-non-dual-states-of-consciousness ..

Here are his Aethos meditations, channeled through a 10th dimensional Hathor … as I understand it, 10D to a Hathor is like Christ to a Christian … and available as mp3s ..

A Sure Course . Grounding . ‘Trilocating’ . by Alice B. Clagett

  • SUMMARY OF THE VIDEO

Dear Ones,

Here are some thoughts on plotting a sure course through the ups and downs of the incoming energy, on grounding, and on ‘trilocating’ with the space above the crown chakra, with the heart, and with the feet. There is a Summary after the video …

VIDEO BY ALICE

SUMMARY OF THE VIDEO

[short clip of raven, walking]

I am in a little subsection of Sage Ranch that is a little bit east of the main parking lot. It is a beautiful, sunshiny day. I am really happy to be alive.

I saw some ravens hopping around and soaring through the air, just as I came up this way. It would be nice to be like that, would it not, once in a while? Once in a while.

What a bunch of days, lately! Talk about commotional energy! Talk about clearing work! It’s just … indescribable! I am just writing to everybody to say: Take heart! Because the best is yet to come. This work is kind of rocky. Kind of bumpy. It may seem like you are on a slippery slope, sometimes.

But there is a sure course being plotted for each one of us, individually. It is up to us to look up, instead of looking down … to look up, for the help that is there.

  • You can look 2 feet above your head …
  • You can think of your spiritual guide …
  • You can think of the angels, or the ascended masters,

… right there around you, taking care of you, and guiding your every step. But you have to ask. You have to ask your Higher Self, or one of these higher aspects of our being for guidance … because it is tough right now.

I had one other thing to say. It has to do with staying grounded while we are seeking spiritual advice from those ‘far above’ us …

I think it is important to feel our feet. And to feel, around us, the energy of Earth. And to feel, above us, the guidance of all these wonderful beings and spirits.

But all at the same time! What you might call ‘trilocating’ …

  • Locate above your head, and including your crown chakra …
  • Locate your heart …
  • And locate your feet …

… all at the same time.

And that way, we will remain like lightning rods for the incoming energy. We will remain true to ourselves. We can feel our pranic column energy … the energy of our ‘central vertical power current’ or ‘kundalini’ or ‘antahkarana’ or ‘silver cord’ or ‘silver thread’… and we can feel our physical bodies too.

And we will never get swept off our feet by the new energies, or too engrossed in the clearing, to the point where we are concerned about the things that are coming up, instead of allowing ourselves to transform them and clear them from Earth.

So three things …

  • Right up above the head: All the guidance you will ever need …
  • In the heart: A place where we transform everything …
  • And in the feet, that connect us to Mother Earth.

You all, take care! Love you lots! Talk to you later.

In love, light and joy

Dear Ones,

This video is about death, reincarnation, Awareness, the Golden Orb Visualization, and the song “Swing Low, Sweet Chariot.” After the video is an edited Summary …

VIDEO BY ALICE

SUMMARY OF THE VIDEO

Hi, everyone, it’s Alice.

This video is about death. I have a couple of thoughts about death. I might be rained out. I can hear the thunder. I was just walking along, and I found a really good place to sit here. [Shows widening of a quiet stream in a forest setting.] Nice!

Death! I was thinking: Every great minor cycle of humanity takes about 26,000 years. If we have been around for 26,000 years, off and on … reincarnating and dying and reincarnating … I think that is about 1,000 times, passing and coming back again, in just one 26,000-year cycle.

And I am wondering why I am not that good at it, considering how much practice I must have had. I was also thinking that, in this Western society, death is kind of like when you have a house, and it is a far piece from the railroad track, but every once in a while you can hear the whistle of the train tooting and the train going by.

When you live there, after the first time or two, just like after the first time we experience death in this lifetime … say, the death of a pet, or the death of a family member or friend … in the same way as with that railroad whistle, we stop noticing after awhile, and in the back of our minds, in the subconscious mind, we may hear the whistle and wonder: Wow, I wonder who is taking off this time! I am not on that train, but one day I will be on it.

But in our conscious minds we are thinking about work, or dinner … something else. We do not give death a whole lot of thought. And so I had an idea to prepare for death. Fortunately this idea also works to prepare for a happier life; so I thought I would tell you about it. It is what you might call a visualization.

. . . . .

“Globe of Light Visualization”
Channeled by Alice B. Clagett
21 August 2013

About a foot over your head is a globe of golden Light. That is where your 9th chakra (the second of your transpersonal chakras) is, and the hub of the subtle body we call the Soul or Atma

What you do is, you imagine that globe of golden Light a foot over your head; visualize it. And place your Awareness there, a foot over your head.

Then imagine that the golden Light from that globe is flowing down through your physical body, all the way down to the ground, and glowing all around you.

Keep your Awareness up there, about a foot above your head, but feel the Light flowing all around your body, all around your skin, inside your body, all the way to your feet.

If I do that once a day, what I find is that I stopped worrying so much about my physical embodiment, and that I started realizing that my true nature lay in my Awareness; not in my brain, not in my body, but in my Awareness.

My thought is that not only will this help in day-to-day stressful situations, but that the ultimate test is the experience of passing from physical form. When we get near to passing, if we have that tool, that tool of knowing what we really are, then it will not be much of a scary experience … Do you not think?

It would be more like a float down the stream. It would be more like getting on that train and going to some resort town to take a little vacation, and then come back to the ‘hard knocks’. [laughs]

That is it! Love you a lot! Talk to you later.

Postscript: A Song About Death

I was just sitting on those rocks a minute ago, talking …

… and look, now I am not there. I am someplace else. It sure looks beautiful here anyway. I am sitting on the bench, to tell the truth. I thought I would sing you one chorus of a song (1) from my childhood. It goes like this …

Swing low, sweet chariot,
Coming for to carry me home.   (x6)

I looked over Jordan, and what did I see,
Coming for to carry me home?
A band of angels, coming after me,
Coming for to carry me home.

Swing low, sweet chariot,
Coming for to carry me home.   (x2)
