I remembered how, in the last couple of months. I have had two energy centers installed in my aura. You know, all these changes are apparently being made in the aura, the energy field around the head. What happened was that first I felt an energy center being installed at my right ear …

And then a few nights later I felt an energy center being installed at my left ear …

As with all the enhancements and astral organelles that I have been receiving lately, in the middle of the night, I just did not know what it was for. On waking, I have heard a transition from multidimensional surfing, back to the physical world. And at that window of change from multidimensional to 3D (third dimension) – 4D (fourth dimension), I have heard advice about how different parts of the newly installed ‘whatever it is’ around the head can be used for this or that.

Once I heard that there was a blunt-edged wedge that could be slid down from up above the head on the right, diagonally through the head, to the left edge of the face just above the chin; and that that would shut out incoming telepathic communications. The spirit that told me that tried it a couple of times, and it worked perfectly for them. Later that day I could not figure out how to do it at all any more.

So I am just waiting for instructions that I can consciously remember in 3D/4D, about all these new enhancements to my energy field (my electromagnetic field). I have a feeling that is not going to take place until the energy of wherever I am becomes settled in a higher vibration.

Right now I am living in the big city, and there is quite a bit of discord here, in the energy fields. So every day I spend a lot of time clearing, and getting back to the place where my DNA is as open as it was first thing in the morning.

I feel it will take time for the energy of Earth in the big cities to purify and uplift the populations of beings there. It is going to take a little longer, but Earth is working very well with that, and I trust that Earth will take care of it.

In the meantime I have an operating system installed that I do not know how to use. Today I was sitting, and experimenting with the high heart. I was using my right hand on my high heart [see first photo above].

Then I thought about those two energy centers at my ears, and I concentrated my Awareness to visualize and feel the energy of those two energy centers at the same time as I felt my High Heart. So what you have is a wedge-shaped energy again … or rather, a triangular energy …

The triangle is a very strong component of the dream world these days for a lot of people … keeping in mind that there is a lower triangle [labeled ‘Solar Plexus-to-Knees Triangle’ in the drawing] also. The upper triangle [labeled ‘Ears-and-High Heart Triangle’ in the drawing] could counter the clearing energy that is taking place in the lower triangle right now.

I tried it, and it provided a very stable field of tranquil, calm energy. So I just thought I would tell you about the ‘High Heart – Higher Triangle’.

If you feel that you do not have the new equipment around your ears, know that it is possible for it to go away and come back again, just as our DNA collapses in discordant sound situations such as traffic and motor noise, and around discordant music. Then as soon as the scene is set for more uplifted energy, our DNA springs back again; it wants to be ‘out there’.

So if we have lost our energy centers at the ears, or if they are not installed yet, may I suggest just using this activation of Light? ….

For the All, through Free Will!

There are a number of stages of installation. Unless you install some of the other stuff, you are not likely to get the ear installations. So you might want to repeat this request [the activation of Light] a few days running, while things upgrade for you; and then try the meditation.

Even if you do not have the energy centers, you can still practice the meditation and it will be effective … maybe not as effective as with the new organelles, but it will be a start. I feel it will help balance the lower triangle energy.

The thing about the lower triangle energy is this: In the old system, those first, second, and third chakra energies are shared with all the world, all humankind. So there is really no such thing as clearing that triangle right now because, as we sleep, or as we slip momentarily into unconsciousness, the energy streams in from all over the world. Particularly in the large cities that happens. [Note that the ‘lower triangle’ with which I am working here has a higher peak than the traditional lower triangle of yoga, in that the peak of my triangle is located at the solar plexus.]

It hits the neurons in our intestine. (I am sure you know about the ‘gut brain’?) It hits those neurons. They absorb that energy as sound energy, so you can hear astral ‘chatter’. If you can sense the gut brain talking, you will know when your lower triangle is not clear because you can hear clairaudient chatter which is not really your own. Even if it is your own, it will still need clearing. So there is a process to go through, of clearing all that out … just settling it down: Putting the hand on the belly; saying that it is all right, that we hear them, that we love them: I love my belly! I love my tummy! How about this? …

The tummy has a very bad rap these days. It does! Nobody wants to have one. Where would we be without one? So it needs to know we love it … That might be why it is out there ‘looking for friends in all the wrong places’!

So, “I love my heart. I love my tummy!” And then visualize this other energy field, this other triangle energy [that is, the ‘Ears-and-High Heart Triangle’ energy], balancing and clearing the Solar Plexus-to-Knees Triangle.

Today I am honoring the high heart, which, in terms of the endocrine system, represents the thymus gland. So little is known of that! But I have a feeling that the high heart has many gifts to bestow upon us right now.

So for the time being, I am going to just place my concentration right there, as I walk and as I work … all day long. And see what heaven has to offer me, through awareness of the high heart.

Black Tourmaline for Clearing Negative Energies

I have a thought about clearing negative energies. And I had an experience with that last night, that I thought I would tell you about. I woke up in the middle of the night … Well, first I should tell you: I was having trouble with the computer and the phone, and all the electronic things would not work right,

And so I bought 3 pounds of black tourmaline … It is a black gemstone. You can get the raw gemstone, unpolished, on Amazon, or here or there. You just wave this crystal in front of your heart when the computer acts up, and the computer starts working right.

A ‘Dark Attack’ Last Night

Then I learned that this black tourmaline stone can also be used to clear negative energy from the aura. I have been having trouble lately, waking up in the middle of the night, and finding a lot of negative energies coming into my aura, and then expressing themselves out, through my aura, and clearing, and transforming.

And it has been a little too much to handle. Last night it happened again, very dramatically. I woke up in the middle of the night, and I felt all of this negative energy. It felt like Dark Attack energy, but it also felt like clearing energy.

So I went and got one-pound bags of the tourmaline stone that I had bought, and I placed them on the affected areas. After a few minutes, I could feel them beginning to accumulate this energy. It took about a half hour for them to get full of energy.

And so each time a bag would get full, I would lay it aside, to put it out in the Sun in the morning, and then try another bag. That worked great.

In another sense it is good because, when things happen to me, and I wake up in the middle of the night, lots of times I feel a little bit frightened … you know? … at the energies. And having something to do about it really helps.

Three Meditations to Help Clear Through ‘Dark Attacks’

Here are a few good options for clearing through ‘Dark Attacks’ …

One is to sit up straight, and feel your pranic column energy, from the crown of your head to the soles of your feet, in a straight line near the backbone. That is a very good one.
Or, sit up straight and feel your heart energy. That is a very good one too.
Or, feel your high heart energy (below the collarbone, at the level of the thymus gland.

Other Ways to Clear Negative Energies

As mentioned above, you can work with crystals, for grounding. That is a very good way to dispel fear, I feel.

There are also black tourmaline anklets that can be worn. Then there are a lot of other things, like aromatherapy, and essential oils, and then there are acupressure points … you can work with your own acupressure points. You can use qigong, or maybe jin shin jyutsu … You can do that for yourself to.

Let me think … color therapy: Wear special colors; how about that? Or put them around your home. Color therapy helps.

So there are quite a few alternative ways of releasing negative energy, and of adjusting the aura. I just thought I would mention [these], because things have been pretty intense, with the energies in June. And they are likely to get intense again in July. So it is nice to have a few things on hand.

One of the ways that I use a lot to help myself to get out of negative energy, is toning. I just sound, out loud, the feelings that I have … no matter how loud and outlandish they may be. And then, what I find is that it dissipates the feelings. Some call it transforming the feelings. And so then afterwards I feel more peaceful.

And sometimes I use nonsense syllables and sing. I can sing sacred songs, and I find that also helps, to change my mood. Those are possibilities too.

Hello, Dear Ones,

It is a beautiful, sunshiny day, here in Los Angeles, and I have been pondering the question: What is true? It is really an interesting question, since we are passing through the fourth dimension … many of us, right now … on our way to understanding of the fifth dimension, or experience of that. And a lot of the things that we sense in the fourth dimension are just not true at all … they are more like products of the mental-emotional state.

So I have been thinking, a lot, about what is true. A couple of the things that come to me are …

The Internet. The internet is really not true; these virtual things like the cell phone, internet, telephone, fax machines, handhelds, all those sorts of things. We spend a lot of time on them, but they are really not very close to the truth. Actually they are a lot closer to the fourth dimension than they are to the fifth dimension. Much more so.
Dream State. And then there is the dream state, which seems to be weaving in and out of what we used to call the third dimension, or reality. And that seemed to be so malleable … so changeable, depending on the state of our emotions at the moment.

In the last few years, I have been dealing quite a lot with clairaudient phenomena, and there is a question about that, too: What is true about clairaudience? I was listening to a broadcast by Sandra Walter the other day …

… And she was talking about the new kind of telepathy, and the new kind of teleportation. And what she said made a lot of sense, even though I never thought of it before. I urge you to listen to her broadcast.

Everything is changing. What we used to think was true about clairaudience and telepathy is no longer really very true. And what we think of as teleportation through the astral realm, she says, is not the way teleportation is going to be. It is going to be through the High Heart, which is linked, in the physical body, to the thymus gland, the Gland of Regeneration. That is more true than anything that happens through the third eye-point, she says.

And so, in the last month, I have been noticing the relative states of truth, and gravitating, insofar as possible, towards greater truth … purer truth … you know? So lately, what I have been doing … I will give you an example … is, I will get a lot of clairaudient input, and it seems to be verging on the hellworlds, even: Just very nightmare reality stuff that is clearing out of Los Angeles, and also, obviously, that is tagging something in my own subconscious mind, right?

So when that happens, what I will do is, I will pick one of my escape routes into ‘truer truth’. One of them … what I am doing right now … one of my favorites, is to go outside, sit out in the Sun, and absorb the sunlight. It is terrific! It is really true, the sunlight: Feeling the warmth on me; looking at the beautiful brightness in the sky and the clouds; watching the flowers; smelling breeze … It is just very, very true to me right now.

I will bet you have your own ideas about what is true, and what is not. And I urge you to explore them.

And so, I cannot think of a thing else. I wish you the most pleasant of days, sunshine filled; and until we talk again, the very best.

Dear Ones,

A VISION OF A FRIGHTENED CHILD HIDING IN A CLOSET [re ‘Spoils’]

Just before dawn today I awoke hearing a tremendous clap of thunder. The cat jumped off the bed and went to hide in the farthest corner of the room.

I thought: Rain! Wonderful! Just what the ranch families round here have been praying for! And I fell asleep again.

Shortly thereafter I awoke with a nightmare … of a thin, blonde little boy, hiding in a closet behind some clothes. Frightened for his life.

I checked my body … muscles super uptight. I checked my pulse … blood was roaring through my veins. And my chakras were tapping out a sort of Morse code of distress.

SCARY DREAMS AND VISIONS

What to do about scary dreams and visions? Well, there are a couple of possibilities. One thing I always seem to do automatically is to allow my mind to step in and trace back what might have led up to the scary thing. Which is what happened this morning. I started thinking – oh, this nightmare happened because I started reading that detective novel last night, and there was that scary description of a crime in it. And then I thought, oh yes, this is because when I was little there was a big thunderstorm. The storm was so severe, the whole house was shaking with it. And our babysitter got terrified and went and hid in the clothes closet, and shut the door and wouldn’t come out. I remember that….

Very logical train of thought. But not very useful, as I was still in a high state of alarm.

So then I remembered how Sandra Walter (1) has been talking about opening the High Heart and the new chakra that’s being created just beneath that. So I placed my hands on my High Heart (just beneath my collar bone). I felt my high heart fluttering like a captive butterfly! But then the moment I placed my hands and my awareness there, my high heart became strong and whole again. My body stopped trembling. My mind stopped racing. Fini!

UNCONSCIOUS THOUGHT CLOUD OF THE WORLD

Here is the thing … I tend to think I’m thinking my own individual thoughts, feeling my own individual emotions. But this isn’t so at all. It’s more like I’m swimming around in a sea of unconscious thought … the unconscious thought cloud of the world.

Some places on Earth … such as in high-crime areas … the thought cloud is muckier than other places, and these are good places for me to avoid. Sometimes … such as after dark, or on cloudy days, or when I’m fatigued or sleeping – I’m more susceptible to the thought cloud than other times. (2)

WIPEOUT AFTER WIPEOUT

Add to that the ascension factor … since the Shift, Earth has been shrugging off layer after layer of the unconscious thought cloud. It’s like riding a bucking bronco of unconscious thought. Or like riding the ocean waves, with wipeout after scary wipeout, but each time surfacing, exhilarated, to the joy of sparkling waves and sun.

SURF’S UP!

I am reminded of a person I used to know, a former surfer, now a skier mainly. He had an old friend, a fellow surfer from Hawaiian days. Since then they had both moved to the California Coast. It had been decades since they had surfed together. But still, every time the waves got good, this friend would call and say: Jim! Surf’s up! Let’s go ride the waves!

So this morning, I got a call from Earth: Surf’s up! Fear everywhere! Feel your heart! Feel the love! Grab your cat and give her a reassuring hug! Reclaim your power as a human being!

Which is to say, my encounters with the unconscious thought cloud of the world are just a way of bringing my own painful memories to my awareness. Why? Surely not to scare the dickens out of me!
