The other day … lately, every day, in fact … I have been doing the Golden Triangle Meditation that Judy Satori … https://www.ascensionlibrary.org/ … mentioned. And I am having a hard time mastering it; but I am working with it very hard, because I am already seeing the great success of that meditation in my dream life and in my real-time life, in the way that my mind has changed.
After I did the Golden Triangle meditation yesterday, I thought of something new; it goes like this … As you may know, I do affirmations of Light that start ‘Spirit to Team’. And by that I mean my Soul … my Spirit … speaking to my Celestial Ascension Team.
And I always think of it as Sandra Walter …https://sandrawalter.com/ … has mentioned: beings of Light, ascended masters, galactics, and on up to Source. She has a wonderful way of saying it. I believe she feels there are many, many sorts of beings in a person’s Ascension Team. ,,, as do I.
My Grounded Ascension Team. Yesterday I had an idea that I had this wonderful Ascension Team that is right within my Earth-bound bodies. The first thing I thought was, my heart is the captain of this Celestial Ascension Team.
Chakras and Subtle Bodies. My other embodied chakras are members of the team, as are each of my incarnational ‘bodies’ — the dense physical body; the etheric physical body or body blueprint (the ‘etheric net’; the astral or emotional body; the lower mental body; the spiritual or causal body, also known as the body of light; the higher mental body; and so on. Here is a good description of these ‘bodies’, including the physical body and the ‘subtle’ bodies …
Body Elementals. Then there are all my body elementals (called by Tom Kenyon the ‘angels within’), and all my body cells.
Body Cells. How many human cells are there in my body? I just read in Wikipedia that it is in the range of 10 to the 13th to 10 to the 14th. That sounded pretty together, till I looked up how many cells that actually was.
Turns out 10 to the 13th is 10 quadrillion cells. 10 to the 14th is 100 quadrillion cells. Which I am guessing is quite a few more. Answer being, I guess we do not actually know exactly how many human body cells we have, but for sure there are quite a lot of them.
In other words, my Grounded Ascension Team is gigantic. And each member of my Team depends on me, 24 7, for quality of life and happiness.
Physical Rejuvenation Through Unification of Our Grounded Ascension Team. So I thought: I will just go through with a scan of my hologram, and I will confirm, to each member of my Team: We are One! … our Oneness … that all of us are One. So I started with my heart, and I began scanning slowly downward through my hologram, and especially through my physical body.
The thing that I felt, as I went along … I could feel the scan taking place, slowly slowly, coursing down with an energetic boost … and change and rearranging of all the physical quarks (?) … whatever is there. As I went along, I was saying, with my mental mind …
We are One! We are One! We are One! We are One!
To my surprise, as I went along, it was like a rejuvenating scan that took place … almost like I already knew how to do it, and all I had to do was to say it, to activate it. It was like a renovation the energy of all the cells. And instead of just the chakras from the heart downward … the will power, the sacral chakra, the root chakra … instead of just them aligning with the notion that they are one with my heart, all my body cells picked up on it … And you know, they have an intelligence too.
And all the body elementals that had been incarnationally involved in my emotional and mental bodies, picked up on it. And it is like they all synched together. There was a sense of joy and unity!

Bad dreams about astral visitors trying to persuade us to the act of sex at night have to do with the disconnect between the mental mind and the longing of the body cells. The body cells feel we are being pretty tyrannical, not paying attention to sexual desire during our daily routine. How could we be so mean, they feel! This translates into dreams of being controlled at night …
Also, those nightmares that some people have about being taken to a space ship and having their eggs removed … humm … could this be just our ovaries wishing for a baby? Maybe so!
In the end, it all comes down to a dialog between our body cells and us. Are we trying to control them? Are we ‘control freaks’? Have we internalized ideas of control projected on us by others? Do we feel disempowered, as if others are controlling us?
Or, are we living from moment to moment, and joy to joy?
I personally feel I have a few mental filters to do with control that I would like to clear out of my Soul field. I have been trying, one by one, the control-related activations in Judy Satori’s website … https://www.ascensionlibrary.org/ … with great results.
One such, for instance, was the insight into dreams of control (described above), which came to me this morning, after I had done a Heart activation to clear deep-seated blocks last night. So, apparently, notions of controlling, or being controlled, are deep-seated blocks to the heart energy.

On Encountering Devilish Astral Entities on a Walk
Walking up a mountain today, I encountered many little, devilish astral entities, perhaps because, as my heart rate increased with exertion, my body cells became agitated? Then I sat, at the top of the mountain, and the astral chatter around me started to calm down; at the same time, my heart rate decreased, and presumably, my body cells became less agitated.
The Pros and Cons of Lying to Small Demons and Devils
Later, as I walked along the ridge of the mountain, I noticed some little Demons and Devils hanging around, swooping in, saying, “Who are you? Who are you?” I tried tricking them; instead of explaining that I am a Lightworker, I said, “I am a Darkworker!”
Just like that, they all scattered off. But this only worked for a short time. Apparently, as I clair heard about it, these little entities have a mandate from the (presumably more prestigious) entity in charge of that local group. He says that humans can’t lie, and that Devils and Demons can lie. So his aficionados figure that we humans are telling the truth, no matter what.
But when a human says, “I’m a Darkworker,” when in truth they are a Lightworker, then all the nature spirits, the positive astral entities of the Devic Kingdom, get upset, and they start chasing you around. So, I find, it is better to tell the truth in the spirit world … as I found out later.
After a while, I got down to the bottom of the mountain, and I sat for a while on my favorite meditation stone … the one that has an orange cat’s-eye marble as a gift for the faeries on it. With great jubilation, I announced, “I’m a Lightworker!” … hoping this would clear the matter up. All the faeries and nature spirits gathered enthusiastically around. They were discussing the pros and cons of not telling the truth, if you are a human.
On Dancing with and Singing to Friendly Nature Spirits
Then I started on my way back, accompanied by those lively nature spirits. I visualized doing an Irish jig with them; they were delighted! They love it when I sing songs, or hum songs, as I go along, whether I do so on the astral or the physical plane. They love to follow along with the sound of an astral voice singing. They love to dance, and they love to mimic humans when they dance.
So by the time I got back to the starting point of my hike, I found I had a whole coterie of delightful nature spirits around me. So I took one more marble out … a beautiful, blue, cats eye marble … and I placed it in the place where the Sunlight will hit it on a sunny day; in a special place, for my new friends to enjoy it.
The Devic Kingdom Is the Steward of the Natural World
For the young folks that are watching this video, I would like to explain something about trees and tree spirits; and how the stewardship of the natural world takes place. You see, there is a whole other kingdom, besides the kingdom that we see in the physical world. It’s called the Devic Kingdom.
The Work That the Devas Do
Those that undertake the greatest responsibility of stewardship of planet Earth are the Devas, who are ancient beings with great wisdom. These great, wise beings form a Devic Council. There are Devas of the cliffs; of the mountaintops; sometimes of great, vast valleys; of the ocean; of the Sun; and of the Moon. Nearly every natural feature has a Deva in charge of it.
The Nature Spirits That Take Care of Trees
In the care of the Devas are all the nature spirits and the elementals. There are great old oak trees, great treasures of Earth, there on that trail I was walking. Folks do not know that there are nature spirits assigned to take care of these trees; quite a few, actually, when it comes to the largest trees. These nature spirits take particular pride in the shape of the tree, and in making sure that it can live happily and long.
Today I saw some trees today with what you might call graffiti … paint sprayed on them in the form of pictures and words. I have to say, that it just breaks their hearts when this happens to the trees that the nature spirits tend.
The Boycott of Los Angeles and the Large Cities of Earth by the Devic Council
So, please, if you are a young person, and you like to make your mark on the world with graffiti, please do not do it on living beings such as trees. It is very important that we make friends with the Devas, because they are boycotting Los Angeles and the large cities right now, and have asked the nature spirits not to talk to us humans at all. This is because the Devas cannot tolerate the living conditions we humans are imposing on the nature spirits there.
The Evil to Which the Nature Spirits Fall Prey in the Large Cities of Earth
And so, the nature spirits in the large cities of Earth are having a very difficult time of it. Without the guidance of the Devas, they fall prey, over and over again, to the machinations of the demon world, which hypnotizes these innocent beings in furtherance of its Machiavellian ends.
Please Respect Trees, and the Natural World That Is So Very Important to Us
After they are mesmerized with black magic, and without the wise guidance of the Devas, these beautiful little nature spirits can tend well to the trees and plants and flowers in the large cities. That is why plants do not grow very well in the cities. And we need plants because, without plants, we won’t have oxygen in the air; and we humans need oxygen in order to stay alive.
So please do your very best to respect the natural world, and help it to flourish in a natural state. Well, that’s my statement for today; I speak on behalf of the nature spirits that I met on the trail.

JANUARY 2017 REPORT ON DEVAS IN THE LOS ANGELES AREA
Yesterday, on 21 January 2017, I saw a younger Deva on a ridgetop in the Greater Los Angeles area. Also, last year, in 2016, an older Deva made the journey from Tejon Ranch, through the intervening natural areas, through a wildlife underpass on Route 118 that runs through Simi Valley, and thence to the ridgetops of the Simi Hills overlooking my home in Los Angeles. Also, there has been, for some time, a Deva on the clifftop near Gaviota State Park, located on the Pacific Ocean north of Los Angeles.

It is my hope that this increased sighting of Devas in the Los Angeles area heralds a new age of cooperation amongst the Devic Kingdom and humankind for the stewardship of New Earth.
WHAT YOU CAN DO TO ASSIST IN BRINGING THE DEVAS BACK TO OUR URBAN AREAS, AND TO HELP THE NATURE SPIRITS
If you would like to assist in this endeavor, then one way to do so is to clairly call to the Devas, and ask them to visit your city. Leave little gifts for the nature spirits, through song and dance, and clairly express your gratitude to them for their work. Also, ask God to bless them, that they may be free from the ill effects of Black Magic enspellment forever.
The establishment of wildlife corridors, and diminution of traffic in the cities through ridesharing and community transport, are also very important, as is the greening of the river courses, roadways, and home spaces in urban areas.

ROUGH SPACE WEATHER
There have been quite a few M-class CMEs (coronal mass ejections) impacting Earth’s EMF (electromagnetic field) lately. As you may know, ‘as above, so below…’ My EMF got a little zingy, and my body cells got into a dither. They just did not feel safe!
BODY CELLS: I DO NOT FEEL SAFE!
Then as soon as they did not feel safe, the telepathic input from the unconscious thought cloud of the world turned mean and ugly. That happens when the cells do not feel safe — ‘threat energy’ starts latching onto them. It is what you might call ‘attraction of opposites’. And that is a good thing to know about … it is a natural thing, a natural effect of the upset state of our body cells, when we start to be pestered by that ‘war energy.’
THE SLYNESS OF THE DARK
So the first thing to remember is … Do not blame the incoming ‘neg talk’, or the voice to which we think the energy belongs. Because the Dark Network has a way of switching around the ‘agency’ of ‘neg speak’, willy nilly.
We think we are talking to one person, and we get angry with them. Then, at least for me, I hear sotto voce on the clair plane, “And now I will be __________ “ [some other person]
Spooky, to say the least. Then the voice changes in timbre, but the Soul resonance is still the same ‘threat energy’. Having encountered this switch-up effect countless times, I have come to a couple of conclusions …
First, the devil is a really sly guy.
Second, God does not want me to assign agency. He wants me to perfect my Soul song…
MIGHT MY BODY CELLS LIKE A SONG?
So now, back to my upset body cells…. I tried reasoning with them, to no avail. Whatsoever.
Then I remembered one of the prime rules of the unconscious mind …
We love songs! We love ditties! Which accounts for the wonderful smiles we get from children when we sing them.
So I tried this little song. I sang it to my body cells as if they were my little friends, directing my imagination there. The effect was immediate. Felt like infinitely tiny firecrackers going off all over the lower quadrant of my light body. What fun!
