I was on Google Chrome today, checking for this search term: “no smart meter” hangtags so cal gas
I was checking because, as you may know, I am EMF hypersensitive (1), and so far have successfully refused the installation of a SoCal Gas smart meter because there are reports of radio frequency emanations from these meters (that being, as I understand it, the point of the meters). I thought these RF waves might affect my electromagnetic field, so I got onto the ‘no smart meter’ customer list …
About a year went by, and whereas the meter man had been visiting my place every few months, priorly, to check the gas meter, during the year after my opt-out I kept getting notices that the meter man could not get into my backyard for lack of the key to the garden gate. Although I had sent a key to the office.
It was a mystery …
Then one day, I saw a meter man going into my back yard. On speaking with him, I learned he was there to install the verboten smart meter. Apparently a snafu in paperwork? Or could be, my ‘no smart meter’ request expired after a year? Or, on the outside fringes of my Awareness, there was the possibility that this was not a legitimate meter man, maybe a contractor with a list of ‘no smart meter’ customers, and who was installing these meters in a renegade, illegitimate sort of way, possibly in hopes of remuneration? These are just surmises on my part; I never actually got to the bottom of it …
Another mystery.
So I changed the padlock on my garden door, and didn’t send a copy of the key to SoCal Gas. To my surprise, this has worked out fine. I started getting visits from meter men every few months once again, and I’m letting them into the backyard myself each time.
Last time I got a visit, which was recently, the meter man suggested I get a ‘no smart meter’ hang tag to put on my gas meter. Which is why I was checking online for the above search term today.
I came up with an interesting list of web pages, globally. Here was one of the listings on Google …
Beneath the web link was the beginning of the blog in question, indicating that the blog person had a letter from UCLA neurology explaining he or she had this same sensitivity as I have … which is variously listed in WHO as ‘electrical hypersensitivity’ and ‘electromagnetic hypersensitivity’. (1)
This blogger, and apparently also his doctor at UCLA, termed it ‘electrical sensitivity’. The doctor apparently recommended No Smart Meter, as well as some kind of filter (with which I’m not familiar) to filter out RF and microwave.

Electromagnetic Hypersensitivity, a New Clair Ability
And I thought I would talk, just a tiny bit, about electronics. Now, you have heard that the whole world is becoming more sensitive to their electromagnetic fields. The World Health Organization calls it ‘electromagnetic hypersensitivity’. But in fact, it is not ‘hyper’-sensitivity. It is not a disease or a syndrome. It is really the way that we are … which we forgot, for a while, during the long Age of Darkness. So, what we are coming back into now, globally, is electromagnetic sensitivity … which has many fine benefits to it.
Caveats Regarding the EMF Fields of Electronics
Now, one of the things about becoming more electromagnetically sensitive, is that we begin to notice the EMF fields of electronics. These weaken our own electromagnetic fields.
And so, it is important to minimize electronics in the house. And most particularly, electronics and electricity in the bedroom. I have been into this before, but what they say is …
Never use an electric blanket in the bedroom. Unplug every electric blanket before you go to sleep.
Do not use the kind of clock that runs on electricity. Instead, use a battery-operated clock, if you need one for an alarm clock.
Do not put a phone in your bedroom. And so forth.
Otherwise, your sleep will be interrupted, and you will not be able to absorb the full quotient of energy that you need, to continue in the next day.
In your car, if you have a newer car, turn off all the gizmos … every, single electronic gizmo. And in particular, Pandora and Bluetooth. And every other thing that you can turn off, that does not interfere with your driving or your mileage … Turn it off. You can always stop, get out of the car, and use your cell phone if you have to.
As far as your smartphone is concerned, try and keep it in a backpack, or someplace far from your body.
Try not to live under power lines … Everybody knows that! … Especially gigantic power lines. They do change and warp your own electromagnetic field.
So those are some guidelines. I am sure you will develop your own, as time goes on.
Electronics, Nanotechnology, and Virtual Reality Impinge Upon the Veil of Forgetfulness, the Plane of Forces, Which Is Now Dissolving
And so now, on to the issue of electronics. The field of virtual reality, and of nanotechnology, is a field that lies half-way between the third and the fourth dimensions. In that realm is what we call ‘the Veil of Forgetfulness’ … I sometimes call this ‘the In-Between’ or ‘the Twilight Zone’. And it is also sometimes called the ‘Plane of Forces’.
Virtual Reality Mimics the Apparatuses of the Astral Realm
It is a very strong field that has, until now, during the long Age of Darkness, separated humankind from the feeling world. It is this which is now dissolving.
And so, what are commonly held to be ‘virtual reality’ items, such as smartphones, televisions, computers, satellite-driven technologies … all of the stuff that mimics the apparatuses of the astral realm … only in a more clumsy, and less intuitive manner … That stuff is going to go by the wayside … all right?
So, unfortunately … and I say this with depth of compassion … unfortunately, there is a large section of our population that, because of the news and the mass media, believes that virtual reality, and nanotech, and all that stuff, is true … is real.
But I am here to tell you: It is not! It is merely a mental approximation to the machinations of the lower astral realm. And to the skills that are used by spiritual adepts who have turned to personal gain on the astral realm. Who live now on the astral realm because they cannot get back into form.
The Thuggee Cults: Practice of Spiritual Powers for Worldly Gain
These are the people of the thuggee cults … who practiced spiritual powers for worldly gain, all right? So in those arenas lie the tools that are the truer versions of what we call those ‘Virtual Realities’.
Examples of the Turning of the Clair Abilities to the Dark
Of course, clair abilities can be used for the Dark or for the Light. Here I speak of the use of clair skills for personal gain; this is the Christian sin called greed … which is, in Eastern philosophical terms, and ‘obstacle to enlightenment’. For instance …
Remote Viewing. The ability to have remote viewing.
Casting, or Clair Ventriloquism. The ability to project one’s voice, astrally, onto another person. Which is what one might call ‘clair ventriloquism’. Another name for this ability are ‘casting’. The terms ‘pass through’ and ‘flow through’ might also be applied to astral voice projection, insofar as they refer to voice rather than other faculties of the ‘host’s’ astral body.
What this does is, it allows a person to live our their evil propensities … what the Theosophist Arthur E. Powell would call ‘tendencies towards depravity’ … And to, as it were, pin them on other people … this person and that person on the astral plane … so that those who are listening, are confused about who the actual perpetrator of these ‘depraved’ deeds is. [laughs]
Then, just as there is the clair ability to heal from afar, there is also the possibility for a person with very depraved intentions, to try and injure people from afar.
Psychic Heart Attack. Such as, until the end of the Age of Darkness, the ability to cause a heart attack in people.
Curse of Cancer. Or to fill their bodies with notions of cancer or other terrible diseases.
Astral Seduction. And then, there is production of astral images of great allure. And those will mesmerize a person with, for instance, notions of sexual allure … while the Light is being siphoned off from them through acts of astral ‘vampirism’ … At least, that was the case until quite recently.
So, those are some examples. There are many more examples of the turning of the clair abilities to the Dark.
How the Turning of Clair Abilities to the Purposes of the Dark Ended with the Shift in December 2012
And all of this, fortunately, has ended now, with the beginning of the Age of Light. But until that time … in December 2012 … it was happening everywhere on Earth.
Not just with regard to these beings of whom I speak … the thuggees, on the astral plane, who could then get into body …
and not just with regard to the Demon Realm …
but also, all people on Earth, in the shadow side of their personality, because the shadow side was manipulated by the Dark then.
Now we are rediscovering, and we are turning to the Light. And we are capable of doing that human thing. So this is a really wonderful day for humankind.
We are becoming co-creators of reality; each one of us is becoming a co-creator of reality. So there is that.
So the thing to do is to look, online, for the 12 or 13, or even more, new and old clair abilities that are available now. And then, just imagine: What would a person do with those abilities, if they were interested only in personal gain, and not in the good of the world?

And so, there is a list of giant psychic skills. You know, it is not just the book “How to Know God: The Aphorisms of Patanjali,” by Swami Prabhavananda and Christopher Isherwood …

… that lists the supernatural powers, the psychic powers. No! They are also listed in the Kabbalah as the names of God. All right? And in many other texts.
For a long time, people have tried for the powers of God, without attempting to become more spiritual and more God-like. We need to set aside what the ego wants, and what the ego needs … we need to set this aside from the powers of God. And instead, align our wills, our hearts, and our minds, with the will, the heart, and the Mind of God.
And in that way, we will achieve our purpose on Earth. We cannot achieve our purpose through ego. We have to rise past ego, and greet God with an open heart.
Psychic Wars. So now … from my pronouncement here … What is in it, for those that actually believe in psychic wars, to get their way on Earth … to rule Earth?
Mind Control. And for those that believe in the ability to control people’s minds through advertising campaigns? Maybe through using the new Ascension skills to do that? For those who think they can actually influence the will of all the people of a nation in that way?
This kind of desire arises from the Demon Realm, and not from our God nature. So it is important to understand, that first thought that we have, is not the aligning with God. No! It is the opposite.
We must find that, in order to ascend. Because down in the Demon Realm, where it is dog-eat-dog, and the top guy is the top guy, there is only one top guy. And that top guy is not a human Soul.
If we want to arise to our potential, we have to espouse the purpose and mission of our Soul.
What Is in It for Us, Other Than Worldly Gain?
So what is in it for us, if we are not getting worldly gain? What could be in it, for us, with regard to Ascension?
If our person might not be the most wealthy person on Earth.
If our organization might not be the most fancy of all of the organizations of that kind on Earth.
If our nation, instead of becoming the most powerful nation, becomes a friend to all nations.
Well, that is a question for you to answer:
What could be in it for you?
What could it be, that your Soul wants?
What could it be that God really wants for you?
New Life on New Earth
This Universe is made of Love, not hatred. It is hatred with which the Demon Realm worked. And it is hatred with which we dealt in the third and fourth dimensions. And it is hatred that is dissolving and transforming in the Light right now.
And what will your new life be like? Will there be wars? No. No wars. Will there be disagreements? No. Will there be discussion of the future of Earth? Yes. Everyone will have their own notions … And more and more, the peoples of Earth will come into harmony and agreement.

Here are a few good rules of thumb about where to locate oneself physically during a Solar Event, so as to shelter from the noosphere and regenerate one’s personal electromagnetic field:
If you get good cell phone reception where you are standing, that is not the best place to be during Solar Events.
If the place where you are standing would make a good cell phone tower location … like the top of a mountain or the roof of a building … that is a very poor choice of a place to be during Solar Events.
For you ARE like a cell phone tower. You ARE the lines of Light between the Sun and Earth. If the conversation gets too commotional, you may wish to find geoshelter.
And so, I suggest, from now through September 2016, adjust your location during Solar Events to suit your comfort zone.

… see, there is the afternoon sun, up there [pans upward], and down that way … [pans downward, to the east-west-facing valley] … it is pretty much not a populated area. all the way to the ocean. So, as the Earth turns from west to east, every day, the noosphere will be lagging backwards a little bit, that way [shows a westerly direction].
And then the buildup of noospheric energy will occur over here … [pans around 180 degrees, showing an easterly direction] … on the east side of the valley. But the hills here cut that energy off. So the noospheric energy will flow up in the sky [pans upward], and on down that way … [pans westerly] … towards the ocean.

Earth’s Rotation and the Motion of Astral Matter in the Fourth Dimension: A Hypothetical
Something to keep in mind is the rotation of the Earth with regard to the Sun. Here is how I figured it out (and then I checked it online). First I imagined how the Sun rises in the East every day, and sets in the West. And then I imagined the Sun stationary … as if I were standing on the Sun. And I imagined which way the Earth would have to rotate, if I had a friend sitting on Earth when the Sun rose in the morning.
From that visualization I figured out that the Earth must rotate from west to east … the opposite of what the Sun seems to be doing. Sometimes you will find it online otherwise, but in fact that is the way it actually is: The Earth rotates from west to east.
So the noospheric buildup … This is a hypothetical theory to fit what has been my experience … will be a sort of frictional failure to move, as regards the astral matter and the noospheric energies … as the rotation of Earth from west to east occurs.
It is building up kind of like snow in front of a snow plow, on the east side of wherever you are. So that is where you need to have a range of hills … there to the east … so that the noospheric buildup skims over the top ofthe hills and misses your ‘mini-noosphere’ … your Lower Mental Body, your Higher Mental Body, and your Superconscious Mind.

And then there is the question of the congestion … human population in the area. And of course, that is very important. You want hills between you and wherever there is congested human population.

This is Lockwood Valley here, which is north of Ojai, California. And over there, to the north, there is a range of mountains …

And what we have here, in Lockwood Valley, is a place that is very sparsely populated. There are a lot of nature spirits, because of all the trees here. There has not been a forest fire here in some time. The trees are in excellent shape. And this place is pretty much surrounded by mountains.
Consequently, it is extremely quiet, noospherically. The minute you descend from the high mountains [from the Los Padres National Forest along Highway 33 between Ojai and Lockwood Valley] down to here, suddenly there is noospheric silence. So this is a good example of a place where you could go, to replenish your electromagnetic field.

I noticed a very peculiar landmark feature here, which seems to me to be inaccessible because it is on private land; however, we can view it from afar. It is a very small bowl. It looks like it was created by a landslide. Can you see? …

… like a tiny caldera (volcanic crater), or a tiny meteor hit. (Of course, that is not it; it was created by something else.) And it looks like …

… it goes down farther, beneath my field of vision. If the sides of that bowl were to be stable, then sitting at the bottom of it (not too close to the far wall, which does not look too stable), but closer to this near side of it, might be a very good place to be, for electromagnetic field regeneration … especially considering that all along this stretch … [pans 180 degrees] … there are mountains all around it. And so it is a relatively low area, with a bowl inside it: Two features.
And around this way … [pans 180 degrees in the other direction] … there are more mountains; really, no houses to speak of … just a couple of ranches. So there is another type of geoshelter, a very unusual one; only, I would be very careful, here, of this ‘look’ of landslide, and sit far from it.
Conclusion
Now you know where to begin, anyway. And you can take it from there, and maybe develop some rules of your own.

This is particularly apropos for people who, like me, have become electromagnetic hypersensitive … which is to say, their DNA is expanding and they are gaining new clair abilities.

I am here on the Ray Miller Trail hike in La Jolla Canyon, California. I am not sure if this is actually the Ray Miller Trail … I think it may be a fire road after the trail. I am heading down towards one of two overnight campgrounds in the Santa Monica Mountains. I am going to go see what it looks like right now, because there has been a huge fire around here; the other trail, over on the other side [nods left] is impassable right now. I tried, but I could not get through. Somebody else got through, but I am not sure how.
I just thought I would mention, on the heels of the recent geostorm … because geostorms cause noospheric discordant sounds in the clair chatter on the astral plane … I just thought I would mention something about keeping the electromagnetic field steady during solar events and geostorms …
If you live in a large city, and want to escape noospheric chatter because of a solar event or geostorm, or because you are becoming increasingly electromagnetic-field-sensitive, I can suggest three kinds of natural barriers that will allow you to break away from the great noosphere of the city, and renew your own electromagnetic field to its pristine state.
North-South Valley
Two hills or mountains with a sparsely populated North-South (longitudinal) valley between. This works well because the rotation of Earth is west to east, which causes a slight latitudinal drift or drag in the astral currents that contain the thought forms of the noosphere. Thus the astral currents drift slowly over the tops of the hills or mountains, and a north-south valley is sheltered.
One is a north-south valley. Steeply inclined mountains on either side is best. And you situate yourself in the low part of the valley. The reason that this seems to work, even if the valley is very close to, or even, in the middle of a city, is that the rotation of Earth creates a movement in the astral currents of the fourth dimension. And these astral currents are what carry the noospheric thought forms.
And so really, the north-south-facing valley is at the bottom of two mountain ranges that act as barriers that keep the noospheric energy skimming over the tops of those mountains, as they create a noospheric east-west lag current. So you are safe from that, and you can recuperate there.
Bowl-Shaped Barrier
Bowl-shaped circle of mountains, meteoric depression, or dormant shell of a volcano (‘caldera’) … or a smaller version of these … provided this area is sparsely populated
Another type of barrier is a deep bowl shape … say, a circle of mountains. Or it could be a meteor-strike depression, where you are situated at the bottom of the depression. Or it could be a volcanic depression or cone, provided the volcano is completely dormant … that kind of thing: A circle of hills, and you are at the bottom of that.
That also is protection, because of the movement of Earth; and so the thought forms are skimming over the top of your geological bowl. You are safe there.
Mountain Barrier on the Other Side of Your City
Get on the other side of a mountain barrier by your city. The other side of the mountain needs to be sparsely populated.
The last thing I can think of, if you are living in a big city, is simply to find a mountain barrier facing in any direction, on the other side of your city, and go beyond that barrier ,,. behind the mountains there. Ok? Because the thought forms in a city tend to settle down around there. They spread out kind of like smog.
If the mountain range that you are considering, to hide behind, or use as a barrier, prevents the smog from spreading, it is likely that it prevents the noospheric energy from spreading too.
For People Who Live in Flat Places: Underground or Other Shelters
For folks who live in very flat places: underground; tornado shelters, for example, or underground parking lots (to me these seem too weighty, but there are those who like this), or any quiet underpass under a wide, concrete bridge; or a drainage culvert on a quiet road. Then there are tunnels, caves, and igloos.
For people who live in very flat places, they should know that underground is a possibility. In Kansas, for instance, there are tornado shelters and so forth. The freeway tornado shelters I have seen there are above ground, but covered in thick concrete, which I feel would act as a noospheric barrier. Although concrete is apparently a good barrier to noospheric turmoil, there are intuitives who feel that concrete floors leach energy from the human EMF; this is something to consider in terms of long range living conditions, on a personal intuitive basis.
In other locales, there are underground parking lots that may be helpful. To me they seem too weighty; but there are others who swear by that.
In rural areas, an underpass that is never well traveled is a consideration. You could pull over on the side of the underpass. If it is widely covered on top, and if it is cement, then that also will stop the noospheric chatter for a while.
So for instance, if you are driving along, and you are heading for one of these other places, and things get kind of intense, then you can pull over and rest in a place like that, on a road that is freeway access that really goes nowhere and that has not traffic on it. I think it is the weight of the cement overhead, that allows you to renew your own electromagnetic field.
Drainage culverts on little traveled country roads are also a possibility, provided, of course, that there is no chance of rain.
Then there are tunnels and caves, whether natural or manmade.
In unpopulated rural cold-climate areas, an igloo most likely would work (although I have not tried this).
Being in Nature
Being in nature: the seashore, the mountains, or the desert, for instance … and away from the city.
Being in nature, especially in a forest, or in a desert, or by the sea shore … that allows a renewal of the personal electromagnetic field.
Being in Your Own Home
Being quietly in your own home.
Just being very quietly in your own home, and not going out, is a very good idea during a geostorm.
Within the home, windows are a hindrance, as are electric or electronic devices and electric wires either with your home’s walls or lying on the floor.
Turbulent photonic light can ping through your home’s windows and seems somehow to bounce off of interior walls like billiard balls on a pool table, only three dimensionally. Artificial electrical and electronic fields in the home increase photonic light turbulence during a geostorm.
Inside the home, wooden barriers, especially hardwood 2 inches thick, are helpful, such as lumber benches or hardwood planks or closets with wooden doors. Here is a teak bench such as might be easily obtained and set against a wall beneath a window for shelter of EMF-sensitive people from extreme geostorm turbulence (such as may be experienced during multiple Earth-directed M-class and X-class solar flares). That is a cat named Oreo emerging from under the bench …

Heavy Weight Aluminum Foil
Wearing an aluminum foil cap or using a foil tent.
People talk about using heavy weight aluminum foil as a cap on the head or a tent over the body during severe geostorms. I realize this is pretty much a joke to most people; but, I figure, any port in a (geo)storm.
If it works for you, then I feel it will be all right in the short term to use it. But long term, I feel that aluminum foil on or near the head interferes with brain function; this is just my personal intuition about it; you may feel differently.
Conclusion
No doubt you are going to come up with a lot more ideas than I have come up with.
Of course, these things only apply if you are electromagnetic field sensitive. But a lot of people are starting to become a little more EMF-sensitive; so, if you are really bothered by a particular storm, then these are things to consider for the day, or for the afternoon, or whenever.

As the Ascension process continues on Earth, more and more people are gaining EMF sensitivity. This increasing sensitivity to Earth’s electromagnetic field is causing an increase in suicide, murder, and traffic accidents during times of high Incoming Light … which is to say, during geostorms, solar wind gusts, annual Solstices, gateways, and Solar Maximums. For people with EMF sensitivity, I feel this blog may help prevent loss of life during ‘high Light’ solar events.
