Solar wind speed (km/sec) multiplied by Density (cm3) … Compare to the word: rainfall.
Low Protonfall is from zero to about 3,000.
Moderate Protonfall is from 3,000 to 6,000.
High Protonfall is from 6,000 to 15,000 or higher.

A strong Geostorm (G3) is predicted to arrive at Earth tomorrow. The source of the geostorm was a long-lasting X1.9-class solar flare that occurred yesterday.
