Dear Ones,

The day before yesterday I downloaded and played Judy Satori’s CD on the topic of “Language of Light.” (1) It had an immediate effect on my heart … felt like widening and deepening.

Then within an hour or so I started noticing amazing things — as if my Soul were remembering who I really am. As if I were connecting to the expansive cosmic wisdom of the beings beyond the gate of Aldebaran — what Judy says are 48th to 72nd dimensional Awareness. As if they were teaching me about Awareness, finding ways to communicate the most essential truths for me, somehow getting through my filters. This happened all day yesterday, while I was driving.

Then last night I was guided to watch a very violent movie called “Hannah.” I couldn’t figure it out. I never watch tv, much less something violent. The guidance from Spirit was to feel my ka and my ba, a la Tom Kenyon’s “Holon of Planetary Ascension.” (2) Feel these first — the incoming energies through the crown, the central pranic column, the connection with Earth. Secondarily, watch the movie. It is, after all, only a box on a table. I can change the channel anytime. That this is exactly like life in the third dimension.

So I said, may I change the channel now? And Spirit said, first get used to the central pranic column. Make that your primary reality.

Then I tried reclining, and I could not feel the central pranic column anymore. I tried visualizing Merkabah, to no effect. Spirit said that it is the same — sitting with spine straight or reclining — exactly the same. The central pranic column is just as strong. The mind tells you otherwise, but it is not so.

Then, on another note, just before I went to sleep, I was guided to play Tom Kenyon’s “The Aethos Sound Meditation.” (3) That meditation somehow smoothed and digested out the jagged visual input of the movie…. When my subconscious mind is unsettled, I find this meditation to be a great restorer of peace.
