Dear Ones,

At the end of January I had a big pineal gland expansion … felt wonderful, so that is something to look forward to. But within a few days, the pituitary was affected, and a big cellular revolt followed. I found that I intercepted some telepathic communications which were on a different frequency of light from mine. These telepathic thoughts were tearing into my hidden inner heart with a searing pain. In a few days’ time I had developed muscles spasms, fever and chills, lethargy, loss of will to survive.

My acquaintances, who are holistic healers, came over. They said that what had started out as an energy body purge was now affecting my physical body, and that the symptoms must now be treated in a physical body way. They took me to the ER, which did come up with a palliative for the intense pain I felt when I breathed, and then an antibiotic to get rid of a bacterial infection.

Now what I have learned is this …

We are all going through energy body clearing right now. The continuing duality programming of our slowly awakening minds, combined with the increasing manifestation of thought in reality, makes it quite likely we may start unintentionally injuring each other physically – maybe even wishing each other ill health.

Be aware of this danger. Go to urgent care if you get physically sick. This can happen on a dime, with no apparent physical reason – perfect health to feeling quite under the weather.

And now a cheering thought – maybe I wouldn’t have gotten sick if I had done a good pineal gland meditation. Maybe my pineal gland would have stayed open, buffering me against Earth’s mixed frequencies through cosmic Awareness. And what a coincidence that Eileen should have posted this meditation today, as I head toward physical recovery!
