For this week’s meditation I was concentrating on the deep inner heart, the hridaya, while walking round in a maze. Then at the end of the sitting meditation, I had a wonderful experience of Christed energy descending … a very solid energy of love all around me, coming from the sky, rooted firmly in the Earth. I guess, just one of the many new energies coming in …
