These are thoughts on variance in the astral form based on early childhood culture and education. A putative case in point is the conflict between tribal South China Sea Islander sexual and pirate cultural mores and the sexual and work cultural mores of Los Angeles.

As can be seen, Mr. Leadbeater felt the astral bodies of primitive people (savage men, as he termed it), normal people (average men, as he termed it), and spiritual people (developed men, as he termed it) to be very different.

The first instance has to do with indigenous cultures that exist in the world today. The second has to do with major cosmopolitan cultures today. The third has to do with people who … either through early childhood teaching or through later education … have a spiritual orientation towards life actions and decisions.

I had read about Leadbeater’s astral images long years ago, and at the time felt the first image to be a misunderstanding caused by racist ideas prevalent in the culture of his day.

With more telepathic experience over the years, I have come to a better understanding of differences in astral bodies that occur because of people’s ‘cultural baths’ in their early years and of their education.

It seems to me that children absorb, in their very early years, an imprint of the colors of their astral form from their parents and babysitters. In most people, the emotions retain this hue and pattern throughout life.

Thus the notion of a primitive person … of the savage man … seems to me not to depend on race, but rather on culture.

Ainu of Japan and Saami of Norway – Caucasian Primitives

For instance, there are the Ainu primitive people of northern Japan. Although they are primitive, they are largely Caucasian in genetic background. Similarly there are the Saami primitive people of northern Norway, who are Caucasian. In other words, there are Caucasian people on Earth today whom we might term primitive or savage. As well, in ages past, the Caucasian race in its entirety was a primitive or savage race.

Non-Caucasian Indigenous Peoples

There are also non-Caucasian primitive people in the world today, who are termed indigenous peoples in modern parlance. Among others, there are the Lakota of the United States, the Inuit of the polar region, the Aborigines of Australia, the Maori of New Zealand, the Yanomami of the Amazon, the Maasai of East Africa, and the Bontoc people of the Philippines.

Island cultures of the South China Sea are of particular interest to me, as primitive cultures in those regions have had the opportunity to develop idiosyncratic cultures over many centuries. I feel it likely these unique tribal cultures imprint significantly varied colors and color patterns on the astral forms of the people on each of these islands.

My own concern here in Los Angeles is not so much with the colors of the astral bodies of first-generation Pacific Islanders who have migrated to Los Angeles, but rather with how those colors cause their thoughts to fall repetitively within the boundaries of their natal culture, even though the laws of their culture vary significantly from United States laws. It seems to me likely that, if this is so, the practices of their youth must be undertaken under pall of very deep secrecy in an urban setting.

Telepathically I have noticed that deep secrecy to do with the need to prevent other people from knowing one has broken a social taboo is accompanied by the energies of black magic and of mind control.

The same eau de black magic and mind control is true where social deviants … such as child molesters,  serial rapists, lust murderers, and serial killers …  have a habit of acting contrary to a culture’s taboos.

Why this is so I cannot say. But I am certain that these companion energies delay social discovery and resolution of disparant cultures’ and deviant individuals’ infringement of a dominant culture’s taboos.

Telepathic Story about How a Pacific Island Culture Solved a Dire Birth Control Issue – and the Tumultuous Cultural Divergence That Ensued

The following is astral intel only, and must be taken as tenuous.

Telepathically, I have heard that the Mainland Chinese point of view towards tribal Pacific Islanders is that they should be allowed their own territory on Earth, where they can live according to their own tribal mores. Telepathically, I have heard they ought not be allowed to mix with cultures dominant in other lands.

My own telepathic experience leads me to believe this is a sensible point of view. Here is why …

For many years now on the telepathic plane I have run into varied people who came from a Pacific Island culture where birth control was very important because all the available land was already populated.

I don’t know where this island is, or even whether it exists. I don’t know how many people in Los Angeles might fall into this category, or even whether the people are in Los Angeles or other urban centers worldwide.

The culture of that island tribe … according to the astral airs … resolved this issue with a series of laws or social customs and taboos, as follows …

• Men might not have sex with fertile women, except for rectal intercourse.
• Men might have sex with other men. Women might have sex with other women.
• People might have one child, but no more, whether or not their one child passed on.
• Men and women might have sex with any child not yet past puberty. Children not willing to have sex might be thrown to the sharks or sold to off-island people.

The reason for these rules was the desperate need for population control despite the lack of modern birth control techniques.

On the telepathic plane, I gathered that the people from this island (or these islands, as the case may be) obdurately continue their native practice throughout their lives.

I gathered this is not the accepted practice amongst the majority of people in the South Pacific … and certainly not the accepted practice in Los Angeles. Thus there is constant friction in the relations of those islanders with the dominant culture in Los Angeles. That is why I agree with the notion that people from primitive cultures ought to have their own lands … similar to the tribal lands of our American indigenous peoples.

In the case of tribal Pacific Islanders whose mores are very different from those predicated by the laws of Los Angeles, I feel it might be best not to allow them into the United States. I say this because we have no provision (that I know of) to set aside tribal lands for tribal members migrating here from abroad. Their tribal lands are the only the islands on which they were nurtured as children. Thus the solution to the problem would be to return to their island of nurture those Los Angeles émigrés who are unable or unwilling to adapt to our cultural mores and taboos.

In the telepathic case in point, there is a hitch: Some of the émigrés have committed murder on their natal islands, and those acts were capital offenses. Were they to be returned to their natal islands, they would be put to death. But … according to the (debatable) astral airs … were they to remain in Los Angeles, then their lifelong habit of raping children, after addicting them to controlled substances, would continue unabated here.

I am totally stalled on a solution to this dilemma, should the scenario prove true. I feel certain, though, that policy-makers will come up with the best possible solution should such a scenario be uncovered.

Piracy in the South Sea as a Model for Hot Prowl House Snatching in Los Angeles

I have further intuitive intel regarding primitive island cultures in the South China Sea.

It could be that piracy is a long-standing economic boon to some islands in that region. It seems to me the notion of piracy is that a group of men on a boat from the island board a foreign ship, kill the crew, and grab the cargo for themselves. They may also grab the foreign ship for their use.

Given the current social unrest in Los Angeles, I feel this pattern of acquisition might dovetail with armed home invasion. The perfect scenario according to the pirate tradition might be for five men to invade a home, murder the inhabitants, and take over the house. There they might live until, by hook or by crook, they are able to sell the house and divvy up the spoils.

I can see where the lure of implementing such a strategy might be fueled by a longstanding history of piracy in a South Sea Islands homeland. The oomph behind early learning about the goodness of piracy is quite a spooky notion, considering the number of ‘hot prowl’ burglary headlines in the local news of late. Familiarity with the South Sea pirate tradition conceivably might lead to acting out such a plan, despite the all too clear downside that occurs when hot prowlers are caught ‘red-handed’.

CONCLUSION

Because this telepathic and intuitive intel is so alarming to me, I have a concern to arrive at the truth of the situation. Try as I may, I cannot figure out how to get to the bottom of this.

I would be very grateful if my Readers would consider my words, see if they ring true, and opt for solutions that may create greater harmony in our Los Angeles neighborhoods.
