Notes on Listening to the Wind
Unlike other Songbirds, Scrub Jays are not big talkers. I have also noticed they are easily aggravated. This video is no exception to the rule.
IF you have trouble hearing what the Scrub Jays are saying, you can Listen to the Wind. Before the Scrub Jays talk, you can hear a low, flat-emotional-affect, negatively aspected male-sounding voice … rather like a Coyote voice … prompting the Scrub Jays on what to say before they say it.
You might even imagine that the Scrub Jays are following the Coyote’s orders. It is almost as if the Scrub Jays prefer not to talk, and don’t mind if the Coyotes direct and produce the ‘Movie of the Scrub Jays’ Talk with Yet Another Clueless Human’.

This is the eighteenth video in the Paramount Ranch series. This is a Highlight to teach everyone about tricking Mountain Lions into thinking you have a gun.
This is an emergency technique for survival; I would save it till last, and try the approved methods of getting away from a Mountain Lion first. As you can see from the words that the Mountain Lions whisper on the Wind in this video, this technique has so-so results.

This video points out the issue of distinguishing between communication with Songbirds and interloping messages from Shamans and Trickster Spirits that ”Voiceshift’ their words into the voices of the Songbirds.
Distinguishing between true ‘interspecies speak’ and Shamanic and Trickster Spirit voices is an ongoing issue. I expect we will find clarity on this as time goes on.
In the current instance, I did telepathically hear the names of people I know, and it seemed that they might be talking. But with telepathy there is no knowing who is really speaking. A Trickster Spirit often pretends to be someone we know. Thus it is difficult to make heads or tails of the telepathic message in the video, despite the apparent clarity of the interlopers’ message.
There is also a little about ‘Wind Walkers’ and ‘Wind Talkers’ in this video, because a ‘Wind Talker’ can be heard talking mid-video. See what you think about this unusual video!

I later found telepathically that the people speaking as if they were the women named in the video were playing the role of those women and not really the women themselves.
I have noticed this kind of telepathic role playing is commonplace in recent years. Quite frequently it comprises a parody or a spoof, representing the players’ sense of humor or caricature.
I am not certain what to make of this. Just, I guess, take telepathic communications with ‘a grain of salt’, meaning with a palatable pinch of skepticism.
Dear Ones, This is Alice. I Am of the Stars.
[Alice: Gosh! Did I just hear a Songbird over yonder say ‘R2D2’?]
Alice (speaking musically): R2D2!
Songbird says: “[Names of two women] are speaking through these Songbirds.”
[Alice: Is this a communication by people who speak through Songbirds then?]
Alice: R2D2!
[Alice: I am trying to get a response from the ‘R2D2’ Songbird … The Real McCoy Songbird rather than the ‘Voiceshifting’ humans.]
Songbird ‘Voiceshifter’: “Dear Me. She doesn’t know it is [names of the two women] that are speaking to her — and not the Songbirds. Dear me! They say ‘R2D2, R2D2’ and she thinks it is really the birds.”
[Alice: Gosh! These women are just putting me on! I guess they are trying to put one over on me!]
Alice: Where are you?
Songbird ‘Voiceshifter’: “They are ‘shapeshifting’ regarding the Songbirds. The first woman says
‘R2D2’ and the second woman replies to the first woman. A completely inconceivable thing is happening now.”
Songbird Voiceshifter: “Where IS he? Where IS R2D2?
Alice: How do! [meaning ‘Hello’] … Yeah! R2D2!
Songbird Voiceshifter: “We’re having a great time with this, [man’s name]. What great fun this is!” (etc)
Alice: R2D2! Where are you? … Nobody’s there. Oooh.
[Alice: As you may know, sometimes people talk like the Wind — and some people travel with the Wind to far places. These are ‘Wind Talkers’ and ‘Wind Walkers’, respectively. Coming up right now you can hear a distraught man who starts talking like the Wind. The Songbird is repeating the Wind Walker’s words.]
‘Wind Talker’: “[Man’s name]! What is this? She is talking to the other people in her —. Why is that happening, [man’s name]?”
Alice: Nooo …
‘Wind Talker’: “[Man’s name]! What is this? She is talking to the other people in her —. Why is that happening, [man’s name]? I don’t know what is going on right now! HELP ME!”
[Alice: Somebody help me figure this out too, please! How to get away from mischief and get down to true interspecies communication?!]
Alice: I heard you! R2D2!
‘Wind Talker’ (to same man and to the second woman): “Please help me know what is going on! I can’t figure out what is going on. Please help me know what is going on, [names of man and second woman!” (etc)
Alice: R2D2? Star Wars! Star Wars! Wow! Yeah! Great. great guy – Star Wars! Great big guy – Star Wars! You like that one?
Songbird: Yep, we do.
Alice: Uh huh. I bet I know where that came from!
[Alice: This is getting right intense regarding the ‘Wind Talker’. I thought if I explained that R2D2 is a Star Wars character that might help. But that is not it. Maybe the ‘Wind Talker’ is upset about the women who are ‘Voiceshifting’ into the Songbird? It is hard to be clear when Shamans or Trickster Spirits leap in, is it not?]
‘Wind Talker’: “What is going on? What is going on?” (etc)
[Alice: I can’t figure this out. Why is ‘Wind Walker’ upset? Ought I respond? What is up?
