The Romantic Movie “Aladdin” and the Concept of Duality
I was watching the movie “Aladdin” last night. It is a musical love story. When I got to the part of the magic carpet ride with Aladdin and the princess with whom he fell in love, I got a very great feeling of everything being ok.
I was feeling that feeling in my own heart; I was feeling that I was complete … that all was well … that I was one; that feeling. A feeling of exhilaration; a feeling of well-being.
Just as I felt that, I heard a voice outside of me … an astrally traveling person to the left of me … saying that I had forgotten about him. I did not recognize the voice. What I was feeling was a clair rendition of the notion that there is someone else that is needed, in order for us to feel happy. In other words, that voice represented the notion of duality.
On Creating a Sense of Advaita or Unity in One’s Soul Field
So I set that voice, with a neutral mind, not as a person but as a sound within my hologram. And I continued to feel completeness and unification and well-being.
Then as my aura expanded I became much more grounded. You are going to say that I will say everyone should be watching “Aladdin”!
If you lack a sense of completeness because you are going through this process without a significant other, then it might be something worth trying; at least, the magic carpet ride might be.
On Integrating the Victim-Aggressor Mental Filter Energies
But to continue: As I became more grounded and more solid in my lower chakras, my energy field expanded upward to the 12th chakra, far above my head. And there … way up there … I found some people speaking in a very calm, clear, high voice … quite a number of Souls up there … or one man representing quite a number of Souls … who said: Come up here with us! Be sure and leave that V— D— thing alone … And by V— D— what he meant was that syndrome of the victim-aggressor paradigm, and the rough feelings that are circulating round the lower triangle of humankind these days … the first, second, and third chakras; these very rough feelings that have to do with the feral drives.

However, it is these rough feelings that keep us anchored on Earth, and which are becoming purified, right now, by the Incoming Light. So the notion that we can rise up there [points up above head] to the twelfth chakra, and be free of, or purified of, or saved from the energies of the unconscious thought cloud of the world which flow through the lower triangle … the lower triangle being the tribal chakras, which cannot be individually purified without all of Earth being pure too … the idea that we can escape from this by rising up to the twelfth chakra and staying there with a group or tribe of people who are above it all; that is an unfortunate notion … a very unfortunate notion right now … a misconception.
What I think is happening is that many of the Lightworkers feel … more deeply than those who are not recognizing their Lightworker skills … they feel the roughness of that energy, and they do not want to participate in the clearing process.
These Two Concepts: The All and Free Will, Will Be the Cornerstones of Co-creation of New Life on New Earth
And I understand that. But I would say that, if a person is in that position, it would be best not to imagine that people who are feeling and clearing those energies are lower than us. I think that is an impediment to our realization of the All and of free will once more, on this planet.
And I feel that our realization of those two concepts, and co-creation of those two concepts, will be the way of the future … the way of the future in many different nuances and tastes and forms. But in some form, each of them will be included in our co-creative ability for the future of Earth; for New Life on New Earth.
When We Avoid Placing Our Awareness on Uncomfortable Feelings in the Collective Chakras, We May Have Violent Astral Daydreams or Night Dreams
And further I think … just as a very mild caveat or a very mild warning for those that are ‘way up there’: It is very important to pay attention to our own lower triangle at this time … or otherwise, the turmoil of the clearing of the malware in those first three chakras … because of the state of churning and clearing of the ethers there … will embroil us in physical activities and in vivid astral daydreams or night dreams that embody this churning motion, this churning of the ethers; and so, contribute not to the clearing, but rather to the churning.
The Importance of Not Acting Out on the Physical Plane What We Are Not paying Attention to With Our Soul’s Awareness
Most especially, we do not want to act out, on the physical plane, that to which we are not paying any attention with our Soul’s Awareness. Therefore we pay strict attention to the entire energy field that is our Soul’s energy field acting in this incarnation on Earth.
Something to consider! I wish you all Godspeed with your clearing process, and happy times … complete times … unification of the entire Soul field, and all the subtle bodies and the physical body; as soon as possible, great peace of mind, and great peace of all the bodies.

This is about the process of Awakening to the fourth dimension, the vividness of sexual emotions felt on the astral plane, training of the desire elemental, and integration of the physical body with the astral body, the Lower Mental Body, and the Higher Mental Body.

How Emotions Are Sensed Much More Vividly on the Astral Plane
This is about the nature of sexual feelings on the astral plane. As you may know, if you are a student of Arthur E. Powell’s compilations of the School of Theosophy texts, the astral plane is a medium though which our astral matter can sense emotions much more directly than can we in our physical form. The result of that is, that emotions found on the astral plane are very vivid, strikingly vivid compared to anything that is experienced while in form and feeling form.
As People Become Multidimensional, They First Expand Into the Astral Plane, Where They Become Aware of Their Passions
So when people begin to expand into the astral plane, during this process of the Awakening, one of the first things that happens is they become semi-somnambulantly aware of the passions of the astral plane, principal among which is sexuality.
The Thought Forms of the First Three Chakras are Filled with Emotions
Now in the lower triangle, the energies of the lowest three astral chakras … up to the navel point, in the old-style chakric numbering system, are mostly emotion, and very little thought. So the thought forms of the lowest three chakras in the astral plane are mainly what they call kama, rather than manas.
How Thought Forms Are Made of Both Desire and Thought … Kama and Manas
As you may know, thought forms are made of an emotional component, or kama, and an intellectual or ‘thought’ component, so they are known as kamamanas. But depending on the chakra, there are varying proportions of kama and manas in the thought form.
Now in the very lowest chakras, it is mostly emotion … kama. And in the very highest chakras, it is mostly pure thought … manas. Down in the lower chakras … the second chakra, for instance … the gears go pretty slowly. The wheel turns pretty slowly down there, and that lets the relative largeness of intense feelings of sexuality penetrate that chakra.
How Sensuous Thought Forms Connect with the Unconscious Thought Cloud of the World
Further, the more sensuous and the less sentient thought forms are, the more they connect with the Unconscious Thought Cloud of the World.
The first chakra … fear of death, desire to survive, desire to ground to Earth … is the most connected to the unconscious thought cloud of the world … what some call the collective subconscious mind or the collective unconscious mind of humankind.
The second chakra is very close to that in lack of sentience, in lack of ‘individualization’, as Powell termed it. Now the word ‘individualization’ is different from the word ‘individuation’.

Getting back on topic: The word ‘individuation’, as used in psychological therapy. is different in meaning from the word ‘individualization’.
‘Individualization’ is a word from the esoteric texts that means you are fully differentiated from other human beings. You are not like the nature spirits (which are mostly in the astral realm, I think) and the beasts and animals on Earth (which are physical), in that both nature spirits and physical animals have group Souls.
So the Soul of the fully individualized human being consciously knows and is spiritually adept at the understanding that it exists separate from all other human beings … in relationship with, in alignment with, and in harmony with the Will, the Heart, and the Mind of God.
Lack of Individualization in the First Three Chakras
But when a person is striving towards that understanding, there is some degree of lack of individualization in their first three chakras … what is known as the ‘gut brain’ sometimes, the ‘lower triangle’ in yoga, and the ‘Lower Mental Body’ in the School of Theosophy.
As mentioned above, the more sensuous, and the less sentient, thought forms are, the more they connect with the unconscious thought cloud of the world (also called the collective subconscious or collective unconscious).
The Waking Dream and the Recurrent Nocturnal Dream
How this lack of individualization, or greater admixture of kama in the lower chakras manifests, as we begin the Awakening process is as a waking dream, or something that we experience over and over again in the dreamtime realm as we sleep, and finally wake up one day and catch just the tail end of what is going on. And from that point on, we start to understand that we have been logging onto the desires of all the other humans in the world, and also perhaps of ghosts and nature spirits on the astral plane.
The Illusion of the Chaste Astral Sexual Dream
In our hearts, as we lie dreaming, we may feel chastely bonded to one other human being; that is the mental pedestal that allows us to dream of sexuality … this bonding with one other person.
The Reality of the Astral Sexual Stew: The Collective Nature of Desire
But in the gut brain, what is really happening is a little like stirring soup … there are thought forms, especially emotional thought forms, from many different people, joining in serendipitously, at the same time, in this cooking of the soup or stew of each person’s sexual desire. So the first thing to do is to wake up to this … to wake up to the collective nature of that desire.
For the Noble Human Being: On Subduing the Astral Beast
And then if our intention is to be a noble human being, and a great yogi, and a wonderful spiritual adept, then the next thing to do is to train our ‘desire elemental’ … the being that directs the activity of the lower three chakras … which has somewhat a mind of its own, according to Arthur Powell …

… which can go off on its own direction, if it is not carefully nurtured, told that it is loved, and trained to do what the Higher Mind and the Spirit want it to do here on Earth: What we want to accomplish as Souls. What our Soul mission is here on Earth.
On The State of Half-Wakefulness
So in the ideal situation, for the awakened person, the desire elemental does the bidding of the Higher Mental Body and of spirit. It is relatively easy to undertake this step. But it is a very difficult process of awakening a little, falling back to sleep, awakening a little, falling back to sleep, and so on, for years and years, before we reach the determination to do that training.
The Breast Stroke. When I see people slowly waking up … which is happening all over Earth today … it reminds me a little of people doing the breast stroke. Part of the breast stroke involves reaching up for a big gulp of air. That is like waking up for a moment. The next instant your head is under water. That is like falling back asleep for a minute. And over and over again, during this Awakening process, and every Awakening process, our Souls do that.
That Cranky Wakeup Feeling. And I would say too that Awakening is … like my cat when I wake her up and she wants to be napping … if I touch her just a little bit when she is sound asleep, she gets a very cranky look on her face. And people do that too, I think. If they are shaken or awoken just a little bit, before they are ready to be awoken, they do that too.
So there is a certain amount of slight crankiness. And there is also this repetitive process. Actually, it is not easy for any of us, even though we have all volunteered … and in many cases, done all this once before.
The Back Stroke: Ever Wakefulness
And so, being more awake, there comes a stage when you flip over on your back, and then you are doing the back stroke. And your head is always above water, and you are always awake. You might get a little water splashed on your head during the process … you might be slightly asleep … and you might have to shake your head to get the water off.
Channeling the Sex Drive. But in general, there comes a point where you know about the sexual drive. And you are able to channel that drive for co-creation of the New Reality … and not just for the tumblings of the tide of the unconscious thought cloud of the world.
Conclusion
I am talking about this because, right now, there are a lot of people waking up to that. So I thought I would offer what has happened to me in the last 16 years, in hopes that your path will be easier than mine was.
I would add: At the moment that individualization begins to step forth as a goal for our Souls … at that precise moment of Awakening … there comes a great longing to return to the unconscious state with regard to sexuality.
I understand…. I remember that great longing. I would offer that what awaits us is far more wonderful than that. But I would validate that it is very difficult to set that aside. So, God’s blessing to all of you on that.

… that Jung had a notion of instincts and archetypes, and also a concept of the collective unconscious. I like these ideas of his, as these are topics I have been looking into as well. See my blog category: Archetypal images
While he has many good and original concepts, and his work is universally acclaimed as groundbreaking, I note, by way of contrast to my own thinking on the topic, that his appears to be a static, object-oriented model of the personal and collective unconscious.
Only recently did it begin to become clear to me that this object-driven world view was a feature of male ideation prior to Awakening. To awaken, a person removes the object from his thinking; he becomes ‘I Am That Am’. In this way the Self begins to be realized.
Though I am far from expert regarding Jung’s research, I have always felt … well … a little leery of him. In his words I feel a sense of intellect; a notion of classification, list-making, and labeling; a prevalence of causal analysis, together with those flashes of brilliant insight.
From this I derive that his work dealt with integration of the elements of personality, rather than ‘melting’ of the personality into Cosmic Mind.
For those so inclined, I suggest an alternate, more dynamic, >and more comprehensive world view may unfold through exploration of the School of Theosophy books compiled by Arthur E. Powell …

My topic today is the pros and cons of Spiritual Ego. and I do not have one clue as to what is about to happen on this video, if anything. So we will see …
Spiritual Ego as a Kind of Glass Ceiling for the Spiritual Adept
I have heard it said that Spiritual Ego is a kind of a glass ceiling that we run into, as we pursue the path of Evolution, on the human scale. And it stands between our human selves, and our life and understanding and awareness as a Spiritual Adept. It seems we reach a certain point in our studies and practice of the presence of God, and at that point, from the egoic point of view, we might consider ourselves to be head and shoulders over the crowd of humankind … because we have studied a lot. And we know quite a few answers about God and about reality, and all that stuff.
Third Chakra Negative: Power Over Others and Powerlessness
So first, let us go back to the notion of Ego; because, you know, we are dealing, this year, with the third chakra negative. We have talked quite a bit about the aspects of third chakra negative known as ‘power over others’ and ‘powerlessness’ … sometimes termed the ‘Controllers’ and the ‘enslaved’, which is rather more dramatic.
So that is one aspect of the third chakra that is changing … It is not really the chakra that is changing, but rather, the awareness of the energy is changing, so that it is becoming more conscious. And we are having a chance to understand the truth of the third chakra, and the wonders of it.
Third Chakra as the Abode of the Egoic Mental Filter, the Home of Individualization as a Human Being
Another aspect of the third chakra … as I have read; as I understand it … is Ego. Ego is a very necessary mental filter, through which we are able to function as human beings in human bodies on Earth … as Individuals in the Third Dimension.
Ego and Individualization in the Fifth Dimension, among the Hathors
From my encounters with the Fifth Dimensional Hathors, I would say there is also Ego in the Fifth Dimension … but nothing like Ego here in the Third Dimension. Rather, it is like an understanding that individuality exists, and that there are slight differences in the fabric of the mental-emotional-spiritual makeup of individuals; but not a strong sense of separation anymore.
In fact, it is the exact opposite. In the Fifth Dimension, and on up, there is a sense of Unity, of Oneness, and an appreciation of small differences of personality, expressed as Ego.
The Notion of Separation … I and Other … in the Third Dimension, as Contrasted with the Fifth Dimension
But here in the Third Dimension, there is a real problem with the notion of separation. It is that notion of separation which created the illusion of the Third Dimension in the physical world in the beginning … because it seems very clear, through the construct of the senses of mankind, that there is such a thing as me … and there is such an unflowing, unchanging, and opposing thing as Other.
Whereas, in a more refined energetic state, it is much easier to imagine flowing through, and into, and becoming different, and joining, at a molecular level … at a quark level, uniting with the energy of another individual, and then withdrawing from that energy just as easily.
The flow of the Fifth Dimension makes a flow out of Ego, as well. But here on Earth, it is as if our Ego were something that physically protects us from joining with the energy of the Earth and the Sky, and of other humans, and animals, and the trees … My Ego makes me a thing.
Spiritual Ego of a Group Leader: Pros and Cons
So, what about Spiritual Ego? My Spiritual Ego makes me … hierarchically speaking … a pretty important thing. And that is kind of a hard thing to let go of, after a lot of work. That is what I think.
And also, it has great value, here on Earth right now. When a lot of people are wondering what it coming up next, and leadership is needed … or considered to be needed, then there a lot of people who look to a person with Spiritual Ego, as providing an umbrella of protection.
So there is a Spiritual Ego, like that … [shows cupped hand, upside down, fingers slightly spread apart] … and beneath it … [wiggles fingers] … are the people; the people who feel they are actually part of and connected to the Spiritual Ego of group leader.
Pros: Status and Prestige; Compassionate Protectiveness and Guidance. So one of the the perceived values of Spiritual Ego is status or prestige. And those are personal values, or ‘perks’, of Spiritual Ego. A more compassionate value of Spiritual Ego is the chance to protect other people … to guide them, and like that.
Cons: ‘Power Over’ of the Leader, and Relative Powerlessness of the Group. So those are pros. And then, on the con side … in other words, the part of Spiritual Ego that is troublesome, these days, the leader … [shows cupped hand, upside down, fingers slightly spread apart] … Imagine he is the very top of this umbrella. And at the top of the umbrella, right at the top, the leader is sitting, like the knuckle on my cupped hand.
And he, through his mental-emotional-spiritual process is connected to all the … [wiggles fingers] … Imagine the fingertips are the other people in the group; a group of five people, and the leader. So, in the leader’s mind is always the mental construct of an umbrella, and that he is the top of the umbrella, and that he is sending out protection energy, and enlightenment energy, and spiritual energy to everybody in the group.
So in a sense, under the auspices of Spiritual Ego, the leader is the group. And what does the group do, when this happens? The group cedes power to the leader. He has ‘power over’; they are relatively powerless.
So there is ‘trouble in the ‘hood’, in this regard, and the trouble is that the people have a notion that they have no power, and the leader has a notion that he is everyone in the group. Is that not something? Is that not an amazing construct? Is that not an amazing mental filter?
Alice’s Story: Amazing Wake-Ups in the Middle of the Night
Now I am going to tell you a story about last night. The most amazing things have been happening to me in the middle of the night. I will wake up from a deep sleep suddenly … at 2 a.m., 3 a.m. … some time around that time … and something most amazing is happening. So I sit up. Minor Dark Attacks Lately
I had to check on my cat just now; she has been making the most peculiar sounds lately. And this was the most peculiar yet. It was almost like she was singing the Song of the Wild. Sometimes, when she drinks water from her water bowl, she makes this call several times. And I wonder if I really have a black, American short-haired cat? … or maybe I have a tiny wild panther, in my house! … [laughs] … So anyway, she made a series of calls just now. And I checked to make sure she was ok. And there she was, sitting very placidly on the rug. So I do not know! These are interesting times!
There have been so many interruptions today, when I tried to get to this segment of the video. First, my camera battery ran out, when I was out in the middle of the wilderness. And now my cat just offered me another interruption. So each time, I am guessing, I was not quite ready to convey this message until now. So, let me see …
Alice’s Story about a Disconcerting Clair Event: Hearing A Man’s Voice Coming Out of My Heart Chakra Last Night
To get back to what happened this morning … early, early in the morning … way before dawn, I could feel the diaphragm, the front funnel of my heart chakra, contracting and expanding. And through it was coming a sound … a human voice sound. And one of the first things that it did, was to voice an upset or complaint, like a reprimand against somebody that I knew, who had certain personality characteristics … behavior characteristics … that had been setting my nerves on edge, from time to time … very rarely, but once in a while.
I am of a generation that does not like to talk about those kinds of upsets. So what I heard, was something like a masculine voice offering a reprimand that was truthful but stern, to someone that I had not cared to offer a reprimand to. And the result was that this other telepathic participant, this person whose behavior had been setting my nerves on edge felt chided, and taken aback, and kind of upset.
The result was, it felt to me like that communication was not really coming from my personality. In fact, it felt like it was coming from somebody else’s Spiritual Ego … they having come, while I was asleep, into my electromagnetic field, and actually merged with it, somehow, and then produced these statements and these sounds. I do not really know whether that is true, or if that had to do with my upset, in the moment, at hearing a different kind of voice coming from my heart …
Because it is possible that I accessed a deeper level of heart awareness, and then was ready to say something that before, I was not ready to say … something perhaps more truthful.
And also, the possibility exists that this event could be viewed on two separate levels of Reality, in two different Dimensions, one being the Truth that I just spoke of, and the other being the Truth of someone else, who has a Spiritual Ego, and who wishes to control.
Or maybe my receiving negatively aspected telepathic input may in some way cause my jumping to a higher Dimension … a higher energy state.
How to Break Through the ‘Glass Ceiling’ between the Third Chakra (Will Power) and the Fourth Chakra (the Heart Chakra)
Just taking it from the standpoint of the Third Chakra negative: Were it so, that what happened was a Pass-Through or Flow-Through my heart by another person, what you would have, is the attempt of somebody who has not yet succeeded in breaking through this glass ceiling of the Third Chakra … which sometimes can be broken through by relaxing the muscles of the diaphragm, which are just at the bottom of the lungs.
Beneath the lungs, just at the bottom of the rib cage, there are muscles that go through the whole body, that can be relaxed. And when they are relaxed, then the pranic energy can pierce through the resistance there. The resistance has to do with breathing and staying alive, you know? So it can feel pretty insistent.
Think of that as the glass ceiling. And then the energy of the pranic column rises from the third chakra to the fourth chakra, where it can blend with the downpouring and Incoming Light. So there is that. And now, back to the topic of Spiritual Ego …
Spiritual Ego: The Flow-Through or Pass-Through ‘For Your Own Good’
So that goes to show how a person, who is actively seeking to escape from Spiritual Ego, but who has not yet succeed in doing so, can venture into territory that might appear to another person to be an invasion of privacy, an invasion of the aura, and so forth … without actually intending harm, but instead, intending what you might call, to do something for someone else’s ‘own good’.
The Drawback of Acting for Someone Else’s ‘Own Good’: Infringement on the Free Will Choices of the Other Person
The problem is that, in the Now .. in the Fifth Dimension, we must make very certain, always, to ask first, and to make sure that the free will of another person agrees completely with any help that we might like to give.
So it is not a question of ‘owning’ the people under your umbrella. It is a question of asking … at this moment, and every moment in the Now: Is my help needed? … and … Is my help desired?
We all want to help. But we must respect free will, or nothing good will come of our desire to help other people.
On Seeing God’s Hand in the Egoic Actions of Other People
And so, at the same time, on another level … from the level of the heart chakra … even if there may be perceived interference, on that level, from someone with third chakra negative … from my own point of view, I can see, and I can understand the Hand of God in what is happening, because it is God who makes changes in my heart. It is God who directs the show, and God who loves me, and has only my very highest good in mind.
On Aligning with God’s Will and Asking for Help from My Ascension Team
My Soul, day to day, I align with the intentions of my Creator. And so, I hope to act, in the world today, in synchrony with the Will of God. That is my hope.
That is why I do not pay too much attention to what people tell me. I always look to God, you know? … because I figure things are changing so fast! And only God knows for sure. And He delegates to my 5D-6D Ascension Team all the time, you know? They have an idea what is going on. The truth of the matter is: I do not have one idea! But I trust that it will be ok. And I am certain that it will be ok for each of us … very certain we will all be ok.

THE SIGN OF THE CROSS
From my youth, I remember the ‘sign of the cross’ which confers the blessing of Christ’s presence in our lives: In nomine patris et filii et spiritus sancti (in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit) …
Arthur E. Powell has an intriguing passage to do with the ceremony of Baptism, which includes the blessing conferred by the sign of the cross.
Citation: “The Mental Body.” by Lieut.-Colonel Arthur E. Powell, The Theosophical Publishing House Limited, London; printed by the Whitefriars Press, Ltd, Tonbridge and London, 1927 … “Chapter XXXII. According to the above passage, a child is born with seeds of evil sometimes termed in the Christian churches ‘original sin’. The making of the sign of the cross on a young child during the sacrament of baptism, creates an artificial elemental which is like a ‘guardian angel’. This thought form is ‘ensouled’ by a sylph.
Sylphs are air elementals, thus hard to depict. The above picture is of a Sea Sylph, but it reminds me of the Baptismal Sylph, which has the same sort of energy, but settles in the shape of a white, fiery cross onto a person’s back at the level of the heart chakra when the person is baptized …

The Sylph thus ‘protects our back’ … protects the back part of our heart chakra, which in some instances might otherwise be ‘stitched shut’ by nature spirits that have been bewitched by the dark. (3)
In Arthur Powell’s passage referred to above, there’s a description of baptism when practiced by the ‘Liberal Catholic Church’. In that ceremony, the priest makes the sign of the cross along the entire body of the child. The thought form so created is referred to, in the pass age as a ‘cuirass’. A cuirass is a defensive armor of the torso. In this case the cuirass is made of white light.
Here’s an image that reminds me of a cuirass of light that has settled on a person in the sign of a cross. To me, the dark background visually represents how the thought form, or else the Sylph, protects us from the dark. It is like a Warrior of Light protecting our heart:
ABOUT THE TRANSFORMATION OF A BAPTISMAL SYLPH INTO A SERAPH
According to Arthur Powell’s passage, in the fortunate instance when the baptized child lives his life in the spirit and thought of Christ (what some call ‘walking with Christ’), then there comes a time when the Sylph is transformed into a Seraph. For the Sylph, this means ‘individualisation’ …
A seraph is a member of the highest order of angels, with individualized consciousness. The pink, winged figure below is a depiction of a Seraph by Giotto di Bondone …
After reading all this, I was really happy that I had been christened (baptized, blessed with the presence of Christ) in my early childhood.
Further, in recent years I have had an experience of my Sylph activating and bringing forth the love of Christ through my own heart chakra. For me, this is an absolutely glorious experience of ecstasy. This happened, apparently, because the spiritual music being played and sung by the musicians and the congregation in that church, were so very beautiful that my heart was filled to overflowing with joy at hearing it.
The mountain of Christed energy I encountered when my Sylph activated had an untoward side effect: The pastor in the Christian congregation where I had been worshiping, along with two ushers, ushered me out of the church, and asked me not to come back.
How Christ’s Light Reveals the Darkness in This World
When Christed energy arrives in our lives, it can be disconcerting to other people, as the light of Christ shows, in striking detail, the dark in this world, which had heretofore remained hidden.
When those around us see what is before them, in this duality play on Earth, they begin to realize than choices must be made … very important choices for the welfare of their Souls.
The choices that lie before us, at each turn of the path, in every second of our waking consciousness, are these: To turn to the Light of Christ, or to fall back into the great slumber of darkness.
When each of us begins to rise to the vision of Light and Dark, the first thing that happens is, we feel that someone else has ‘done something to us’ … Someone else has brought beings of darkness into our lives.
On Aligning with Christ, Rather Than Blaming or Judging Others
This, though, is a misapprehension. Instead of blaming or judging others, it’s better to align with Christ, to know that he is with us and will protect us. That is the first step on our Christed journey.
Then, should others blame us for what their newly opened eyes begin to see, let us not judge them as they judge us. Let us pray Christ may confer the blessing of his love and light upon them.
I say this by way of caveat, as it seems that even a little bit of greater Christ consciousness … as in my case … is always swiftly followed upon by misunderstanding from those around us. If yours is that path, may you will be the more easily able to cope with what may follow, be it joyous or upsetting, from the standpoint of social acceptance.
How the Sign of the Cross Can Bring Us Great Joy
Setting that aside, I would like to end on this happy note: Lately, I have noticed that when I practice the sign of the cross my Sylph feels great joy, and my heart chakra energy feels protected and free to express itself in the world.
And so, for me, the sign of the cross is the answer to many worldly concerns.

ALICE’S PERILOUS TALES: X-FLARE AND BODY DISSOLUTION
I had an experience during the night of the recent X-flare that I thought it might be good to describe, in case others have the same experience. It felt like a V-shaped vortex of energy entered my physical body through my perineum, widening as it sped up through my body, and dissolving the substance of my body as it went.

ALICE’S PERILOUS TALES: COLLAPSIBILITY AND PORTABILITY OF THE PHYSICAL BODY
In recent years I had done some reading about the ‘collapsibility’ and ‘portability’ (through various dimensions) of the physical body. So, though the great majority of my body cells seemed to have just undergone an unlikely metamorphosis to evanescent insubstantiality, I noticed I still had the same awareness … ‘I’-ness … as before, and though I could no longer feel my body, I could still see it, which was reassuring.
I sat quietly meditating. Over the course of the next half hour, I felt what I could only term an etheric template … the fifth layer subtle body that houses the perfect codes to create the etheric double. This etheric template, carrying the codes for some portion of my physical form … began to descend from my head through the right inside of my body.
That is good, I thought! At least something is happening! Then I felt, from the top of my head down, more like a shell of an etheric double (aka the etheric body, the first layer subtle body, which creates the physical form) forming around what I perceived but could not physically feel as my body field. This new etheric double looked more like this …
Then sensation and a sense of solidness started to return to my body field.
I would not mention this experience at all, except that it occurred to me the reason I felt so calm during what might otherwise have been an unsettling experience was that I had previously read up on how the essence of the human body (technically ‘bodies’, as each of us has a number of subtle bodies, as well as a physical body) … is stored in only a few ‘permanent atoms’, and so transported from one lifetime, through the death and afterlife experiences, and then, through reincarnation, back into the physical realm.
What happened that night was similar … the same permanent atoms allowed a near-total reboot of my ‘bodies’ while I still retained awareness. A reboot without physical death, now apparently quite doable through the finer frequencies of 5D.
So I am including below some background information on portability of our personal ‘bodies’ … NOT so we can go out there and try it out for ourselves … but rather, so that, in cooperation with our Higher Selves, and with that of our Celestial Teams, our Spirit guides, the necessary transformations of our bodies can be accomplished, as the process of Awakening unfolds. And that with a minimum of hassle, so that we may participate with our Teams wide awake and tranquil, knowing that all is well.
BACKGROUND INFORMATION ON THE PERMANENT ATOMS
In essence, according to the teachings of the School of Theosophy, a human being’s hologram consists of only a few ‘permanent atoms’. The number of permanent atoms is described by Arthur E.
