Then while practicing kundalini yoga daily for 10 years, I became familiar with sensing these power currents and energy centers within my body, and with utilizing the yogic locks and the 3HO yoga kriyas to raise the kundalini.

The nostril breathing techniques, which are one type of yogic breathing or pranayama, are well known in yogic lore.

I practiced especially the pranayama of 3HO, but have also utilized the teachings of Swami Jnaneshvara Bharati, and others of the great spiritual teachers, LIghtworkers, and healers recommended on my blogroll entitled “Blogroll: Ascension Resources” …

Note that the information on the sushumna, the ida, and the pingala has to do with ancient yogic lore, and is not to do with my personal notions. Because I have practiced kundalini yoga for a long time I am familiar with these energy currents, and I can attest to the truth of the ancient lore.

Conclusion

Matthew Nihra: By practicing the breathing techniques described in the preceding section, we can unite the subconscious mind with the conscious mind, and we can also unite the hemispheres of the brain. The result is a state of mental unity that lays the foundation for the mystical experience known before the 2012 Shift as Enlightenment in the traditional sense.

In these post-Ascension days there is more to Enlightenment than just uniting the subconscious mind …

… and the conscious mind.

. . . . .

Because of the Ascension process on Earth, we now have accessible to our Awareness our unconscious mind …

… and our superconscious mind.

. . . . .

. . . . .

That is four minds in all.

. . . . .

During times of High Light, all four of our minds can be brought to the Light of Awareness by doing the modified So Hum Meditation and Visualization described in the preceding section.

This is the Ascended state of Enlightenment.

But what about times when the Light is not high? How can we unite all four minds then? How can we experience the Ascended state of enlightenment all the days of our lives? The answer is in video 14 in this series, which is coming up next!

How to Modify the So Hum Meditation and Visualization During Times of High Light So As to Unite All Four Minds

Alice B. Clagett: I feel it might be possible, now that the Ascension process is taking place, to change the So Hum Meditation and Visualization a little so as to unite all four minds.

According to my teachings, the unconscious mind is situated below the human torso,

. . . . .

… and the superconscious mind is situated above the human head.

. . . . .

I find I am more likely to sense these two extremes of my energy field during times that we Lightworkers term ‘High Light’.

I think of High Light as the type of Light in which Earth is bathed during Solar events such as solstices, equinoxes and gateways, and during geostorms and influxes of Solar winds to Earth, which are most likely to occur during Solar Maximums.

When the Earth’s magnetosphere is excited and expanded, then my personal energy field is also excited and expanded.

. . . . .

This state of energetic expansion offers me a chance to unite all four minds and to clear and transform their related energies.

. . . . .

So then, putting it all together, during these special times of energetic influx to our planet, I might change up the So Hum meditation like this …

I might visualize energy welling up from a place far far below my feet, then coursing up my spine ‘and far up’ into the sky as I imagine the sound ‘Sooooooo’ … and as I inhale.

Then I might visualize energy flowing back down, from far up in the sky, then down through my spine, and then coursing on down to a place far far below my feet while I imagine the sound ‘Hummmmm’ … and as I exhale.

Even Nostril Breathing Unites the Brain Hemispheres So That We Can Attain ‘One Mind’

Matthew Nihra: Let us go on to a simple breathing practice through which we can attain the traditional form of enlightenment known as ‘One Mind’.

‘Even nostril breathing’ is a state where the breath flows evenly through both nostrils, uniting the ida and the pingala, and also uniting the right and left hemispheres of the brain.

The result is what has been called ‘One Mind’. This was a traditional form of Enlightenment available to human beings before the Ascension process that began on Earth in the year 2012.

Imagine the sound ‘Sooooooo’ … when inhaling, and the sound ‘Hummmmm’ … when exhaling. This mantra can be practiced all day long.

This image of a peacock displaying its feathers reminds me of the way that my energy field feels when I inhale and imagine the sound ‘Sooooooo’. My energy field seems vibrantly full.

The series author likes this idea very much, as it seems to her that it will even out the ascending and descending forces in the spine.

According to the series author’s teachings, the subconscious mind is situated in the lower half of the human torso, …

To visualize energy flowing up and down the spine with the breath is a way of moving the Awareness back and forth from the subconscious mind to the conscious mind.
