At the beginning of July 2018, I and another person experienced, in the middle of the night, on the astral plane, a dissolving force, coming down from the sky and clearing and resetting from the transpersonal chakras downward, toward the heart chakra.
The accompanying astral chatter was to the effect that the Armies of the Night were taking over my mind by drilling into it. The body cells typically have this kind of response to the Incoming Light and DNA upgrades, and negative astral entities and black magickers are all to happy to claim credit for their destructive part in the ongoing upgrade, so I took the astral chatter with a grain of salt.
Keeping in mind that every upgrade first requires the influx of the energies of Lord Shiva, which dissolve the old. And then Lord Brahma creates the new. And Lord Vishnu sustains the new creation. There is a place, and a use, for each of the three forces of God, and there are beings who incline toward service to each of these forces.
The next morning, the feeling I had was one of rejuvenation, restoration, and healthful vitality.

I ran into some strange stuff last night. I think it had to do with Mercury retrograde, which is maybe starting to clear up this morning.
‘The Overlord’ on Mercury Retrograde
I was dealing with the Martian bacterial colonists of Earth, and I came in contact, one more time, with someone they call the Overlord. And I had some questions about Mercury retrograde. And the answer that I got from the ‘Overlord’ was : Need to know.
So I know there is something going on with the planet Mercury (1).
Martian Bacterial Colonists, Negative Astral Beings, and Mercury Retrograde
A few years back, I ran into something about the microbes (at that time, I did not know they were the Martian bacterial colonists of Earth) and the demon realm … the negative astral beings.
And I kind of discounted that, because I have not run into it much lately. But during Mercury retrograde, yesterday and last night, I did run into it again. So, there may be some of that going on, during times that we would consider to be astrologically adverse to us.
So, the question I had about Mercury being retrograde … the only response I actually got: Mercury is far away, they said.
I do not know what that means … during retrograde? … Then, at that time, the Martian bacterial colonists kind of ‘lose it’ … They kind of ‘freak out’. And they come up with all kinds of emotional ‘neg speak’, apparently, from time to time, during a retrograde like that.
The question in my mind is: Why is that? What is it about the planet Mercury that helps the Martian bacterial colonists to cope, on an even keel, with life on Earth?
Crystalline Entity Near Left Top of Head
That brings me in mind of something else that I came into contact with last night. First it started with the crystalline entity in the … what do you call it? … the little areas of … Inside the brain there are little areas that are filled with fluid. They do not have brain cells in them. They are just filled with cerebrospinal fluid.
[I checked the terms: ventricle … fontanelle … gyrus … and … sulcus. These do not seem to apply to what I have sensed. I do not know what to say about that, right now.]
On the left, top part of my head, I noticed one, from time to time, where there is an entity that I call the crystalline entity. (Apparently, the term ‘crystalline’ refers to hydroxyapatite crystals found in bone.)
It is so sweet; it is a very high-pitched voice, and goes on about things. However, last night it was saying: You know, we can’t be like this forever. We have to expand outward, in ever greater expansion.
And finally I got it, that I was talking to an immature bone cell, an osteoblast, in there … because they flatten out, and they get very large and long and flat, when they turn into bone, you know?
So I asked to talk to the bone cells themselves, and, in a very calm, quiet voice, they said: We don’t talk much.
I said: Why is that?
And they said: Well, we’ve grown up now, and settled down.
… or something like that; words to that effect.
And here was a young one that was just going on and on.
Crystalline Entity Near Right Top of Head
And so I asked … since there are different, fluid-filled cavities in the brain, I asked if there were other crystalline entities … crystalline would be what bone is made of; it is made of a kind of crystal … hydroxyapatite crystals … so it would be a crystalline entity, a very young crystalline entity, that I have been talking to off and on. I am relieved to say, human … part of the human system … unless the human bones are, maybe, a different kind of organism? Is that possible? But they all come from the same DNA, right? So … not possible!
Anyway, over on the right side, there is apparently another fluid-filled cavity, but with a slightly lower voice.
And I said: Why is your voice lower?
And it said: I’m a little older.
Like that! I do not know what to make of it; I am just reporting it. It is weird, but that is what I heard.
Gaseous Entity: ‘Astral Matter’?
Then it segued into an entity …
I said: What kind of entity are you?
And it said: That would be hard to describe.
I said (this was intuition): Are you gaseous? Are you made of gas?
And it said: Yes.
And so, first I thought: Maybe this is the ‘astral matter’ that the Theosophists talk about?
I said: What do you do?
And it said: We control everything.
My interpretation of this would be: Maybe it is what provides the natural order of things. And then I began to wonder if there is a relationship between that gas … which is ‘everywhere’, it says … and Mercury retrograde. But I do not have an answer for you about it. These are just preliminary leads in a new, ongoing investigation.
Does ‘the Overlord’ Regulate Global Telepathy to Its Own Ends?
There was one other thing that happened this morning. It had to do with what the Martian bacterial colonists call … in hushed tones … ‘the Overlord’. I noticed, today, that it is apparently responsible for regulating telepathy … global telepathy … right now.
And I think that because, last night, I started talking to some other people about the Martian bacterial colonists, and their alliance with the demon realm, on the global internet … the ‘astral airs’. And suddenly, ‘the Overlord’ issued a command to the Martian bacterial colonists in my gut, to cut off the telepathy. And then I could not hear anything at all, on the astral plane.
The Overlord, in my case, was entering my energy field through the top right side of my head. I do not know if that just has to do with my particular energy field, or if it is universally true that that happens.
So I think the thing to do, is to tell that demon that you do not want to buy into global telepathy, at times when things feel odd. Because the thing is, when you buy into that, then it starts ratcheting up the primal resonance of the Martian bacterial population in the gut. And it uses that telepathy for its own ends.
It is better to be silent, and to not be involved in this telepathy … especially since these negative astral beings, whenever possible … whenever astrological conditions permit … are messing up the works, up there.
I think there will come the day when it is fine. But right now, especially during a Mercury retrograde, or at times when there is big solar activity, and a lot of stuff going on in the atmosphere, it is better to avoid that. It is better to do our grounding work, I feel. Otherwise, there is just too much … as they say … ‘hell to pay’.
Big Telepathic Event: Demon Roaring!
Yesterday there was a big event … and that is part proof of this idea that I have, that it is better not to do this. Early in the day, there was a big telepathic event, in which somebody claimed that they were in jail. Then suddenly, they were obsessed by a demon, and there was this giant, roaring thing going on, reminiscent of the best television horror movies!
A lot of people saw it. I did not see. I do not usually see scary things; I see good things. But a lot of people … it was men … saw that scary thing; and the good thing is, they now have an understanding that it is really not possible to control the demon realm.
‘Big Bads’ Too Big to Tangle With
Sometimes men enter into black magic agreements, or Satanic agreements, or Satanic rites, with the notion: I’m a big guy. I’m going to control the demon realm!
Then there are the Big Bads. They control the small demons, the astral rascals that people generally see at the outset. And those astral rascals will come around. Especially as the black magicker, or sorcerer, or shaman, gets older, if he has been cutting deals with the Satan world … with the negative alien agenda … and his ki, or chi, or life force, starts naturally to be less and less as he gets older, then that is an opportunity for the negative astral beings to swoop in, and steal into his body, and subvert his will power to their own ends.
Superior Fire Power: Angels, Beings of Light, Nature Spirits and Devas
It is always good to know your enemy; and not to assume that you can control them all the time. Instead, look for the superior force. Look for the Angel Realm. Look for the beings of Light and Christed Love that are available to thwart these enemies of humankind.
Then there are all the nature spirits and devas of the natural world, which will joyously swoop down. If you can find yourself in nature, it is an incredible display: They just go chasing after the demons, and swoop them right out of the forests, and out of the fields, and back into the cities.
Well, so, enough stories for today. I will talk to you all later. I hope you all survived Mercury retrograde.

Hello, Dear Ones, It’s Alice. I Am of the Stars.
I just thought I would mention the interplanetary alliance that is going on, just for those that do not have a heads up about it, the interplanetary alliance that is going on in our ‘space stations’ … that is our human forms, ok?
And I only know about two members of the alliance … two Planetary Members …
One is Venus
And the other is Mars
And here we are on Earth, in an alliance.
Inside of our ‘space station’ … the human form … we have representatives of two planets. This is true of every human being on Earth.
The Venusian Delegation
There is a member of the Venusian delegation, that is the one with the Higher Mind, and the overarching Soul, that is overseeing this human form. The one that you think of as yourself is a representative of the Venusian delegation.
The Martian Delegation
But in addition, in the human form, we have many, many representatives of the Martian delegation. And these are the beings we flippantly term ‘bacteria’, that colonize our colons.
Our Overarching Soul Mission
It is our responsibility, and the overarching Soul mission of every Venusian on Earth, to help in the development and the sustenance and the upliftment of our personal Martian delegation.
So when we think of those beings in our colon, who have much to offer us in terms of disease resistance, let us not look upon them as if they were aliens, or enemies of ours.
Rather, we two groups together, coexist on Earth, and co-create the future of Earth. Yes.
Apparently, all these beings, because of the explosion of their planet thought to be 500,000 to 705,000 years ago, were knotted together in a karmic knot of fear, which the Confederation was only able to untie much later … 200,000 to 600,000 years ago [depending, I expect, upon the timeline being viewed].
About 500,000 years ago, beings from Maldek began arriving on Earth, apparently as second density beings. I am not clear, from my reading, whether these might perhaps have been arriving as higher plant and animal life, or intelligent crystal forms deep within the Earth.
However, I do note that the Cambrian Explosion occurred, according to Wikipedia, 541 million years ago, and that most animal phyla appeared during that time. Thus I wonder if, on our current Awareness timeline, this might represent the arrival on Earth of Maldekians, even though the “Law of One” arrival date is logarithmically smaller. Timelines sometimes misbehave in this way; that I know for sure.
About 46,000 to 75,000 years ago [depending on the timeline being viewed], there was ‘a calling’. About 2 billion Souls from Maldek chose to incarnate on Earth. At the time, by way of karmic restitution, they may have incarnated as Bigfoot dwelling underground.
Of the Beings Now on Earth, What About Others Within the Human Form?
In Question and Answer 59.4 , the question regarding what beings there are now on Earth … https://www.lawofone.info/results.php?q=59.4 … I feel Ra’s answer is a little indirect. Ra may be referring to beings, but not necessarily human beings. Ra speaks of beings from Maldek, other ‘third density neophytes’, and Wanderers …
Maldekians. With regard to the Maldekians, Ra may mean some Maldekians have transformed to third-density beings … which may be higher plant and animal life, or maybe underground-dwelling bigfoot. Along these lines, I have a thought that some of the Maldekians may have taken up residence within the human form as microbial entities … possibly as yeast?
Third Density Neophytes: Crystalline Entities. Then there were other third density neophytes. Could these by chance be crystalline entities from Mercury or Pluto? Could these crystalline entities be a form of water, or perhaps bone? Could the mechanism of distribution to Earth be a comet or meteorite, as with the arrival of the Martian bacteria? Could some forms of these crystalline entities exist within the human body, say within bone, or as water within interstitial fluid or within the cranial fossae? Might those in the cranial fossae be capable of telepathy? Might crystalline entities here on Earth ‘sing’ our DNA to sentient life? Might they be the key that binds awareness to physical form?
Wanderers. And there are the Wanderers, of which there was a big influx for the Shift. These now number more than 65 million. Orion Crusaders
There are also the Orion crusaders, in the fourth dimension, (known in Christianity as demons or devils) and the only reason I can imagine these might be omitted from the above list, might be that they are influencing Earth beings as if they were here, but are not actually here; at least, not on the Earth planes we are experiencing. It could be, for instance, that they are confined on a prison planet, or asteroid, or in a group of meteorites elsewhere, and are being allowed to view, as if real, the experience of life in the fourth dimension on Earth, as an expression of their desire to practice mind control.
The Orion chariots … their mode of arrival here on Earth, are described as ovoid craft of dark metallic hue in the Light, or fiery red in the Dark; or else 12-foot-diameter disks; or else boxes 40 feet long. So as to the original Question 59.4, as to what the approximately 4 billion humans now on Earth actually are, it could be that the question is not actually answered in that section, but that other, more useful, information is being offered.

It could be that the habit of self-mortification has to do with the experience of being strictly punished in childhood. The Krampus tradition commemorates this. This is a folkloric tradition to do with punishment of children who have been naughty by a fearful being, half goat and half devil, named Krampus, at Christmas … and presents for good children from Saint Nicholas.

This is a little about the practice of self-mortification, or mortification of the flesh … flagellation of the flesh … that’s a theme in some of the religions of the world.
I just thought I’d explain that insult to the body cells … whether it be through self-mortification, or, say, from a physical accident or an auto accident … even falling down and scraping one’s knee in childhood … any kind of injury to the body cells, including interior injury, like, we might consume things, such as alcohol or recreational drugs, or different kinds of foods that are not appropriate for the optimum function of our bodies, and these foods might enter our cells as well, but especially external wounds like abrasions of the flesh, and broken bones, and so forth … but also internal wounds … things that we do to ourselves through the desire to fall asleep and not be aware, or to please our senses … for sense gratification, and so forth … that cause injury to the cells, cause them woe, these specific sites of injury to the physical cells … on the astral plane, these become landing sites for astral malware.
So then we become what they call ‘malwared up’. So in the process of evolution of the Soul, it becomes more and more important to treat the body as the temple of God’s grace … of what the Christians call ‘the Holy Spirit’.
And so we practice modulation of the diet, optimization of the food intake, and proper hydration. And in addition, we get plenty of rest … just as much as our body needs.
And as far as physical welfare is concerned, the last thing that we would think of is mortification of the flesh … because that decreases the joy in the body … the joy of the body cells. And it’s that joy that leads us onward to Soul evolution, and to the great discoveries of the truth of the nature of reality.
So my suggestion is, to set aside these techniques of self-mortification, and to look to diet and hydration and proper sleep. And then the result, during the ascension process, will be that there is far less emotional turmoil and mental turmoil. And far less physical difficulty than would otherwise be the case.
Just now, some people have asked me, on the astral plane, telepathically, why that is. Why should they not mortify the flesh? … since they’re subject to the Achilles heel effects of personality flaws, and of repeated habits that are very difficult … if not impossible … to overcome in physical form (such as child molestation, for instance).
And so these people’s feeling is that, by mortification of the flesh, they can substitute tit for tat … They do something that they don’t approve of, and that they’re unable to prevent, because of personality flaws … and then they mortify the flesh by way of reparation. By way of making good with God. By way of penance.
So my suggestion is … for those that believe in the process of penance … and are unable to overcome it, because there are better ways to overcome bad habits … that if you believe in penance, you do good works, or you repeat sacred words, so as to change the constitution of the body of light away from the dark, and into the light. So that then we become less prone to bad habits. So we’re doing something good. We’re not punishing ourselves.
The notion of punishing ourselves, so as to make ourselves better, is, in itself, a very pernicious form of malware.
So you could say, in Christian terms, that I believe in grace; and in ascension terms, in the Incoming Light, and in the Eastern Indian philosophy of Hinduism, I believe in dharma.
Dharma is the the opposite of karma. It’s the pursuit of the ‘right path’. And the ‘right path’ might include chanting God’s name, doing good works … things of that nature. Dharma is walking the right path … which, in the Indian faiths, they say, is ‘as narrow as the edge of a razor’. It’s that carefully that we must consider our actions and our thought forms in order to walk the right path.
And this is in opposition to the concept of karma … tit for tat. Following the law of karma results in repetitions of the wheel of karma through the many reincarnations.
So, why do that? Why mortify the flesh? Why cause injury to ourselves, and why cause injury to others?
Also, in terms of the new DNA … the opening of the DNA of the body cells … As you know, love and joy and light are the nature of the universe; of all creation. And these are also the nature of the body cells.
Unless our body cells are bathed in the energies of love and light and joy, they can’t hold the new light, and the DNA cannot open from 2- to 12-strand.
So, for us to survive physically in the New Reality … in the new light of Earth … we must cherish and promote the qualities of love and light and joy in this physical form.
Every instant, let us consider: What is it that I must do now, to bathe my body cells in love and light and joy. You see? It requires constant awareness of our emotional state, and of physical discomfort, so that these may be alleviated. And so that the cells can return, suddenly, from damped-down-DNA holding of light, to the greater light that they’ve now become.
And this way we will keep our bodies and our emotions … all of our subtle bodies also … in tip-top form for many years to come.
