Dear Ones,
MUDRA TO WARD OFF ‘IN YOUR FACE’ ATTACKING THOUGHT-FORM
I have two mudras of warding for you.
The first mudra has to do with a thought form from someone else, flying straight in your face. I think this has to do with the metaphor ‘in your face’ … I have talked, in prior blogs about how the unconscious mind interprets these metaphors in a very physical way.
Let’s say you are in a big gathering … say, on the corner of the gathering … and the energy of a person’s astral form … kind of hardened energy, like that of a convict or con person or felon … is jumping out of the person’s body and hitting you in the face. And the warding mudra one goes like this …
Both hands are in front of the face, fingers and thumb relaxed but together, palms out. One hand has fingertips pointing up, and the other hand is in front of it, fingertips pointing toward the side of the face opposite the arm in question.
The hand you use for each of these actions depends on what feels natural for you. Here are a short video and an image illustrating the mudra …

Left hand is up, 6 inches in front of the face, palm forward, fingers together and fingertips pointing up. Right hand is just in front of the fingers of the left hand, palm forward, fingers together and fingertips pointing to the left … COMMENTS: The two hands, although not touching, form an energy barrier in front of the face. –Alice B. The hands are held about four to six inches out from the face, and the elbows make a kind of an arc in front of the body, so that you have a circular feeling there, that helps strengthen the force of the pushing away of the incoming unconscious energy.
And the use of two hands makes a difference too, by increasing the strength of your own repulsing energy. The hands can be touching, or they can be slightly apart.
Imagine forming a sphere of energy between your body (especially your throat and high heart chakras) and your crossed hands. In other words, although the hands are still, the visualization remains dynamic, as if a repulsive energy is in place.
MUDRA TO WARD OFF SUBCONSCIOUS THOUGHT FORMS ATTACKING YOUR LOWER TRIANGLE
Here is another warding mudra …
Let’s say you are sitting or standing in a group of people who are standing up. Unconscious energies are pressing against the lower part of your body, because of a thought form that is happening in this large group of people … a thought form from someone that you do not know. It is just an unconscious thought form that is happening … a thought form from the unconscious thought cloud of the world.
And it is causing a distortion of your electromagnetic field in the lower quadrant of my body of Light … in your ‘bikini cells’. Because of this distortion in your EMF, you begin to feel uncomfortable, as if ‘under attack’.
If you are sitting down, you may feel this attacking, unconscious energy more strongly, because the energy of the other people’s lower triangles (of their Lower Mental Bodies, or gut brains) will be at the level of your own Higher Mind (in the area of your brain). Whether sitting or standing, your intention is to ward off, or ward away, or ward down, the incoming, unconscious energies.

Sidebar: Why Kirtan Performers Sit on a Raised Dais
In East Indian spiritual gatherings, the principle of higher and lower mind is well known. Because of it, spiritual teachers and kirtan performers sit on a raised platform or dais, elevated above their audience. Thus their Higher Mental Bodies are less influenced by the Lower Mental Bodies of the people in the audience. In East India, as I understand it, the feeling is that a person with elevated consciousness, or who is experiencing a bhakti feeling … a feeling of devotion to God … can transmit this elevated feeling to the audience, unaffected by the lower consciousness of the lower triangle energies of the audience.

The warding mudra goes like this …
One hand is held out, at the level of the navel point, about six to eight inches from the body, fingertips up and held together, thumb separate, with a visualization of pushing the incoming unconscious energy out, as if fending off a thrown ball.
The other hand is held, palm down, thumb out, as if pushing the incoming, unconscious cloud of energy away and down.
The hand you use for each of these actions depends on what feels natural for you.
Using two hands for warding is stronger than using just one; sometimes it’s necessary to use both hands because of the strength of the incoming, unconscious thought forms.
The initial movements of the hand are out and away (first hand) and down and away (the other hand), and then, with the visualization that the unconscious thought cloud of the world has been pushed out, and down, and is fended away from the body, the hands are then held still. Though the hands are still, the visualization remains dynamic, as if a repulsive energy is in place. Here is are a short video, and an image to illustrate …
