Hello, Dear Ones, It’s Alice. I Am of the Stars.
I have a prayer for those of you who are Lightworkers who are encountering people on the physical or astral planes that you find yourself unable to assist.
I know, for years I felt bad when I encountered people who, for whatever reason, I was unable to work with, or to help, and who kept contacting me … either the predatorial instinct was very strong in them, or else they were being victimized. And is that not often the case in this world?
So I was very pleased to find this prayer yesterday. It came to me, channeled to me through my Team. I have been using it ever since, and it works extremely well. It is good for my heart, and it is good for them as well.
Let’s say you are walking down the street, and you come across someone who needs help, but you cannot help them. The prayer that I have been saying is this …
May God be the transforming grace in their lives. (x3)
That way I give it to God; it soothes my heart, and I feel that those transformative vibes, through God, are for them then. We cannot heal all the social unrest in the world, all the social injustices, all the cases of people suffering or causing suffering; but God can, and that is the power of this prayer.
I wish you all the very best during this time of Fall Equinox. I hope we all get a chance to walk in nature tomorrow, on the day itself; to feel the Earth and feel the balance of the Light and the sky and the Earth, and so come to an understanding of the ways of justice and balance and truth in this world, and how they harmonize all the conflicting elements that we find in this reality.
A special blessing to all the Lightworkers and healers and Ascensioneers at this time. May God’s transformative grace be with each of you in the coming days.

Yesterday I went to a morning “Silent Saturday” retreat at Holy Spirit Retreat Center in Encino, California …

… and there I learned the Method of Centering Prayer described here …
It is a simple technique of shutting the door to the senses and the world, focusing on the heart. This center of Awareness could be center of the chest, or the physical heart, which is slightly to the left in the chest …
I found when I focused on the center of the chest, I homed in on the sound of my lungs, and their crepuscular motion.
I found when I focused slightly to the left, I homed in on the sound and motion of my heart, which practice I chose as my favorite.
Then one picks a simple Word, such as ‘Jesus’, ‘Abba’. ‘Christ’, ‘God’, ‘Father’, ‘Mother’, ‘Mary’, ‘Amen’, ‘Faith’, ‘Trust’, ‘Love’, ‘Joy’, ‘Grace’, ‘Peace’, ‘Let Go’, ‘Listen’, ‘Silence’, ‘Stillness’, or such like.
So, I am concentrating on my heart. Then a random thought arises. At this, in my heart, I say my chosen Word. There may be a stretch of silence, with no thought arising, during which my attention is purely focused on my heart. Then another thought arises. Once more, I say my favorite Word.
I took to this meditation immediately, and found it right away led me into the sort of Divine love described in the poems of 13th-century Persian Sunni Muslim theologian, jurist, Islamic scholar, and Sufi mystic Rumi, whose sacred poetry is acclaimed worldwide.
I was practicing the meditation last night, while lying flat on my back in ‘corpse pose’, and noticed the victim-aggressor mental filter (also known on the clair plane as V— D— syndrome) playing out in my mind.

In electromagnetic field terms, I would describe this victim-aggressor mental filter as a filtering of the Incoming Light by a glitch of about three points of Light closure in my crown chakra (7th chakra old-style, located at the top of my head).
As I brought attention from the astral play caused by the crown chakra glitch, back to my heart by repetition of my chosen Word, I felt the glitches fill with Light, and the astral play suddenly ceased. All the actors vanished. I was left mainly in the near silence of my softly susurrating heart.
So there it is, and so I have found: Centering Prayer is a way to heal the victim-aggressor mental filter (aka V— D— syndrome).

I had some insights this morning that I am hoping to share with you.
The Predator-Prey Dynamic (aka the Aggressor/Victim Paradigm): The Densest of Polarities
This video is about the phenomenon variously termed the aggressor/victim paradigm, the predator/prey dynamic characteristic of the third and fourth dimensions. Throughout the history of Earth, countless beings have been preyed upon by countless other beings, in order to survive. Even today, in Africa, in the vast Brazilian swamp known as the Pantanal, and in other parts of the world, this is so. So there is that predator-prey energy thread in the electromagnetic field of planet Earth. This has to do with sustaining ourselves through the death of other life forms here on Earth.
The polarity involved in the predator-prey relationship is very striking: The bringing of life to one life-form, and the ending of life for another life-form, in order for that to take place, in a cause-and-effect kind of way.
A Vision: A Lion Brings Down a Gazelle
The image that I have from the ancient past, has to do with a beautiful herd of gazelles in the African plains, and a lion that is stalking them. The lion grabs one gazelle, and brings it down, and ends its life. That is the image that I have of the predator-prey dynamic … the epitome of that dynamic: The beautiful lion, and the beautiful gazelle.
Must the Controllers Be Brought to Justice?
In the current context of Regeneration and New Creation on Earth, this predator-prey dynamic is in the process of clearing. This is because of the great gap of polarities.
We ‘gazelles’ say to ourselves: This dynamic involves, for me, first of all, the placing of blame on the predator. Secondly, it involves the notion of my own personal clearing. So the very first thing that the mental mind does, is to think: How can I clear, unless the predator stops preying on me?
This comes up quite a lot. We think: I’ve got to do something about those predators out there. The ‘predators’ are not exactly like the lions of the savannah; rather, they are the lions of the human world, which some term the Controllers.
This is the energy that is based on the notion that taking things from other people increases our own abundance, and makes us happier. It might be taking money, or raping a woman (taking pleasure in injuring a woman sexually), or maybe the idea of controlling the world.
The question that arises is: What about everybody else? How are they going to feel about that? But that is not a question that is involved in this mental filter experienced by the ‘predator’. So, why would the predator want to change? What would be in it for the predator? And the answer is: No. There is not much reason for the predator to change. Yet there is every reason in the world for the prey to change, because it is they who are obviously suffering. The predator is suffering ‘in disguise’ … Sotto voce, as it were.
The predator is suffering without knowing the suffering, and the prey is suffering right out loud. Right in your face. And so the prey will wish to change.
Those of us that have great compassion, and great love in our hearts, and who feel that feeling of being preyed upon by those who are not yet in their heart chakra, we are well motivated to learn how to clear our Soul field. On the other hand, those who feel that they are ‘conquering the world’, and so forth, are not very motivated.
The Current Clearing of the Predator-Prey Dynamic
Getting down to the true dynamics of the third and fourth dimension: The note of polarity that is struck by the predator-prey relationship may sound like agency. It may sound like one person is causing it and another person is at the effect of it. But in fact, this note is one harmonic in the symphony of New Creation …
If we have a hungry lion, and there is no herd of gazelles, then the lion may prowl around looking for a herd. But if there are no gazelles in sight, there is no predatory relationship. There is just a thought of it. So, there are no gazelles at the effect of a lion who is not around gazelles.
The minute that the gazelles stop being in a relationship of predation with the lion, they will be free of that dynamic. That dynamic will be gone from them, and from Earth. So that is why, when we ‘gazelles’ change our vibe, and eliminate that chord which is predator-prey, then for us there will be no more such chord on Earth.
Now, what will happen to the lions? A really hungry lion, if there are no gazelles around, might turn to other lions … such as younger lions or weaker lions … and kill them and eat them. There on Earth, as the energy is still not there for the predator mentality of the lower triangle to change, then there may be such predations of predator upon predator for a while. As that happens, the preyed-upon predator will have motivation to clear, as the preyed-upon predator will fall into the category of ‘prey’.
Eventually, there will be one or two predators left. My feeling is, at that point, the energy of predator-prey will be gone from Earth. There will be no such thing as a predator any more.
The Growl and the Great ‘Oh Nooooo’: One Chord in Creation
Now, here is more on the notion of the note that is struck by this relationship of predator and prey. It is like a deep, dark, low chord … a little like a grumble or a growl. That is what it sounds like. This growl that we hear, that is issued by a predator, and heard by its prey, is in fact, one sound … one sound of the predator speaking the growl, and the prey screaming ‘oh nooooo’. It is not two separate things; it is one vibration that has existed in the world for a long time, and is now leaving.
So, just to reiterate, if the prey changes, and no longer screams ‘oh nooooo’, or if the predator ceases to growl … either way, there will be no more notion of the predatory growl on Earth. It does not take changing anybody else for this to happen. All it takes is that we should clear our own Souls. And for sure, Earth will be renewed.

A MYTH OF CREATION: FREE WILL AND THE PREDATOR-PREY EXPERIMENT ON EARTH

In our many incarnations on Earth, each of us has had countless experiences both as ‘predator’ and as ‘prey’. Even in the same lifetime we may act one moment In a ‘predatory’ way, and the next as if we were ‘prey’. This dynamic is, after all, the over-chord of the 3D and lower 4D dynamic. It is the ‘dis-chord’ that creates and underlies this density, this polarity, this illusion of duality. Though it it prevalent in our experience in the lower dimensions of Earth, it is not found everywhere in the Universe. In fact, this low Earthly vibe has been, for us, a rare opportunity to experience dense polarity on the way to attaining Soul wisdom.
And so, keeping in mind that this dis-chord is a density we all chose to experience, so as to advance our own Soul wisdom, let us point no fingers. Let us place no blame. Let us feel no sense of judgment toward our fellow human beings.
We are all here together. We brave and stalwart Souls have all chosen this illusion, so that, as the New Cycle begins, we may wax ever more harmonic to the All, to the Consciousness of Christ, and to Source itself.

I would like to talk a little about the issue of control and the issue of faith.
On Feeling That We Are Being Controlled
Sometimes it seems, in the third dimension, the world of Duality, that we are being controlled, or that we are controlling other people with our will. But the important thing to understand about the third dimension is that the filters of the great, Incoming Light have been dumbed down to the point where there is no other seeing and understanding, in the third dimension, than the seeing and understanding of the victim-aggressor paradigm … what some people call the victim-victimizer paradigm, the prey-predator relationship.
This is very far from the truth of the matter. But these are the lenses through which our minds visualize the third dimensional reality.
… Mr Raven up there! He is laughing … having a good time! … Oh, here comes that other one!
So the first thing to know, when we feel that we are controlled, is that this is an illusion created by the dumbing down of the Light, through the filter of the third dimension.
So the first thing to know is that, no matter how real it feels, it is not real.
Dark Attacks
Now, a lot of people have been talking about Dark Attacks. There have been times when I have gone through situations that my mind phrased as ‘Dark Attacks’. They had all the hallmarks of what my fellow oracles and prophets described as Dark Attacks. Then as time went on, as my understanding of the situation grew, I began to know that these ‘Dark Attacks’ always preceded a greater understanding of truth.
In fact, this happened last night, and so it is vivid in my mind. I experienced an incredible Dark Attack; and so, I just kept in mind faith in God, and faith that what was manifesting was going to lead me to greater Awareness of truth and Divine will.
On Waking Up with an Inspiring Thought
Sometimes when I wake up, I wake up with a thought … one thought that serves me for the entire day. This morning when I woke up, my thought was:My will to the will of God! And immediately all of that trouble and Darkness lifted from me.
Memories of Slave Planet Blues
The preceding night I had been remembering a gruesome event from a past lifetime, a long time ago, off-planet. And for a long time before that, I was re-enacting in my mind this that happened on that planet. And so, the feeling I had been having for a long time was that I was controlled, and I was going through all of the emotions I experienced on that planet, which was a slave planet elsewhere, enslaved by astral entities who had tremendous powers of mind control.
All of the humans on that planet, at that time so very long ago, lost their faith in God. Or at the very least, their faith in God was deeply challenged, and their morphogenetic fields were altered.
Many of those Souls are here on Earth today, and are experiencing this incredible clearing of those past-lifetime memories for the entire planet there. And so it has been very intense for everyone.
The Prayer of St. Francis
I have in mind St. Francis, who spoke of: Let me be an instrument of thy peace. He had an incredible prayer about that …
“Lord, make me an instrument of Thy peace; Where there is hatred, let me sow love; Where there is injury, pardon; Where there is doubt, the faith; Where there is despair, hope; Where there is darkness, light; And where there is sadness, joy.
“O Divine Master, Grant that I may not so much seek to be consoled, as to console; To be understood, as to understand; To be loved as to love.
“For it is in giving that we receive; It is in pardoning that we are pardoned; And it is in dying that we are born to eternal life. Amen.”
It seems to me that the life of Saint Francis must have been like a song to God. Every moment of the day, he wanted to align his will with the Divine Will. Here is a video in which his prayer has been made into a song …
On Feeling Separateness from God, and on Aligning with His Will
And is not that the way … even when we feel we are completely at the mercy of something beyond our own control; and is not that the way? Even when we feel completely at the mercy of something beyond our own control, yet: Where is the Will of God in this? Where is God’s Will? God’s Will is to the perfect understanding of His children.
And somehow this experience of separateness from God, this experience of lack of free will, this experience of lack of holiness, this lack of love … all of these feelings that are un-Godlike and un-Divine, are leading us, in some way, back to an understanding of alignment with the Divine Will, the Divine Mind, and the Divine Love … the Divine Heart.
Djwhal Khul and The Great Invocation
Djwhal Khul mentioned it too. Djwhal Khul was an Ascended Master student of Koot Hoomi, who takes great care and stewardship of the Earth. Djwhal Khul had a prayer which I have channeled, called “The Great Invocation” …

I feel the Invocation has very similar sentiments to the prayer: Lord, let me be an instrument of thy peace. So I say … when I feel that I am clearing past lifetimes, and that things are out of control, and that I do not know what is going on … I just do not understand … I say: My will to the Will of God. And then suddenly everything becomes clear.
Faith and the Valley of Death
This is the wonderful thing about faith: That it leads us through the valley of death. (2) It leads us through the deepest Darkness, into ever greater Light. I am reminded of the psalm in which King David speaks of faith while passing though that same vale of sorrow …
