I’ve found a new technique that moves me from lower levels of the fourth dimension … levels characterized by deep duality, right-wrong, scary denizens, difficult global scenarios … to higher levels (love, light peace; only a little bit of obnoxious stuff).
All I have to do, to get from low to high, is to momentarily forget about my ‘warlike’ mind. So I notice when I’m starting with the ‘gangsta thoughts.’ These are the type of thoughts I might expect from denizens of lower 4D … devils, archons, and such … and then I switch to childlike play … the type of thing I might expect from dwellers in higher 4D … fairies and elves and such. Here’s what’s working for me right now:

I guess the rule is, if you want to be on a certain astral plane, act like those who dwell there.

ALICE’S STORY FROM CHEMISTRY CLASS: ON TOEING THE LINE
Always keep your eyes lifted up towards the light. — Thoth, “Emerald Tablets.” paraphrased
BEST EYE POSITIONS DURING MEDITATION
To avoid astral difficulties during meditation, post-Shift, the traditional eye positions no longer serve. Below are my own experimental results regarding this.

The right-hand side of the picture above shows a meditation room. Pretend you are sitting in a chair in your own favorite meditation place, and your view is something like that shown. In the picture, note the position of the ceiling and the floor line.
In the middle of the picture is a correlation between the 7 traditional chakras and your eye position during meditation. You might want to click on the picture to make it larger, for ease of reading. The words in peacock blue are (from top): Crown Chakra, Third-Eye Point, Throat Chakra, Heart Chakra, Navel Chakra, Sacral Chakra, and Basal Chakra.
So, on the left you can see where the chakras are located on a person. And on the right you can see the level at which to focus your gaze, as you sit meditating, in order to concentrate on a particular chakra. On the far right is a ruler, which measures off the space from floor to ceiling in 7 units roughly corresponding to the 7 traditional chakras.
Years ago, in the 1980s, I learned that it was best to keep the eyes in one of these ways during meditation: nearly closed, and gazing downward; focused on the tip of the nose; open and staring at an object such as a mandala or a candle flame; or with eyes closed, gazing upward and a little bit cross-eyed, focusing on the third-eye point. I am here to tell you these are no longer the best eye techniques to use. At least, not for the nonce.
As described in previous posts, the Earth is rising through the 4th dimension (astral plane) right now. We humans are rising through the 4th dimension along with it. This has led to astral difficulties for me during meditation. Perhaps it has done so for you as well. If not now, perhaps it will later.
For the many of us who are not yet firmly established in the fifth dimension, with all our chakras very clear indeed, the thing to do right now is to keep the eyes wide open, and focus the gaze at eye level or higher. I do not stare at a particular spot, but rather, I move my eyes around the room, always at this higher level. That way I can avoid going unconscious or falling asleep, and I can also avoid slipping into astral difficulties during meditation.
……………….. Sidebar: Upward Gaze During Angelus Prayer
In this video I noticed how the singers gaze steadily upward. This upward gaze, I have found, purifies and heals the third eye-point, which relates to the pituitary gland of the physical body …
What are these astral difficulties? I can name a few through personal experience. In the list below, the first column shows the level of gaze (see ruler in picture), and the second column, some of the astral phenomena that may be encountered.
For levels 0 through 4, I have shown the bothersome phenomenal that can occur if the chakras are negatively aspected (that is, need clearing). For levels 4 through 7, I don’t know of any negative aspects, though there may be some.
Bear in mind that, since the Shift, many people are experiencing new chakras below the basal chakra and above the crown chakra. I have not included these new chakras here, as I am not familiar enough with them to do so.
Levels 0-1 — Unconscious mind. Some types of Bigfoot (scary but harmless; not too bright) (1)
Level 3 — Disincarnate gods, novice ascended masters, twilight beings such as jinn and some types of bigfoot … beings of the Plane of Forces, the Veil between the third and fourth dimensions (may masquerade as Levels 0-2, but their gig is POWER OVER). Black magic. Mind control
Level 7 and above — Cosmic mind. White gossamer light
I would like to point out that there are some reasons to gaze downward. A good one might be to clear our own lower astral planes. So with this in mind, expeditions may be made to the various lower astral planes by lowering the eyes to the appropriate level during meditation.
ALICE’S STORY FROM CHEMISTRY CLASS: ON TOEING THE LINE
I remember a chemical experiment I did long ago on stochastics. My results were very wide of the predicted mark. Yet I was so careful with my technique! Totally meticulous. What could have gone wrong?
So I asked my classmates about their results. Theirs were right on. I explained my quandary: Where did I go wrong? They said, If you are off, just keep repeating the experiment till you get the expectable results. And if necessary, make an adjustment to the results by way of averaging.
So I tried it a few more times … same result. They got A’s; I got a B. C’est la vie!
I gathered from this that it pays to toe the line. This was excellent training for the rest of my life … till recently, anyway.
However, I am here to tell you, if you do your own experiment regarding eye position and eye movements during meditation, and if your results differ wildly from what I have led you to believe … and if I had anything to say about your results … which I do not … why then I would give you an A plus for discovering your own truth about it! Best of luck in this journey of discovery (should you decide to pursue it) …
Those of which I speak in the above blog are black, with fiery red eyes, maybe 3/4 as large as a person, fearful of people, and like to hide in dark corners, or by chimneys.
They are semi-substantial … partly physical and partly astral, it seems. It is likely they dwell in the ‘Twilight Zone’, the In-Between … the Plane of Forces … also known as the Veil between the physical and the astral plane.
I suggest the Jinn may also dwell in the Plane of Forces, as they also have both physical and astral qualities, according to the Quran. See Link: “On the Jinn,” referrals by Alice B. Clagett, https://wp.me/p2Rkym-9kj ..
What if I woke up every morning at 3 am and spent those early morning hours doing the one thing I have always wanted to do, but never had time for? Then every day would be a little like Christmas … a present, just for me.
As Ben Franklin used to say, “Get up late, and slug it out with the world for the rest of the day.” (1)
On the serious side (ahem!), I tried setting my alarm at different times to find out what was the optimal time to get up. The results of my research: At 1:30 am, incredibly, I felt completely refreshed. At 4 am I was just starting to feel the archontic influence (don’t ask!). And when I sleep till 7 am, I wake up all loggy, negative and depressed. At that point, I figure, the archons have had 3 hours to do their work …

(1) Or was it “Plough deep while sluggards sleep”? What did he mean by that, anyway? Who ploughs in the middle of the night? I’ll bet he was just writing the Declaration of Independence or something….
I still vividly remember the morning I went out to the backyard to let the pullets out of the chicken coop and found they had all crowded against each other during the night’s thunderstorm and had suffocated each other. I remember mom’s disgusted reaction, “I swear, chickens don’t have the brains God gave green apples!”
The thing that terrified me even more about the chickens was that, back when they were still alive, if one got a cut on it, and the others saw blood, they would pick on the wounded chicken till they had killed it. Aargh!
I have been wondering how groups will be transformed in the new dime…. How will they avoid that chicken stuff?
I have talked a little, in the past, about the Unconscious Thought Cloud of the World. Every group has its Unconscious Thought Cloud too – a minor version of the big enchilada. At one time or another, we’ve all felt the pain of being censured by a group. Sometimes we even get kicked out of a group for being ‘different.’ Most likely, the problem was, our thought cloud was too out of synch with the group’s thought cloud.
I am reminded of a passage in “Clan of the Cave Bear” (1), a fictional account of Neanderthal life, which I paraphrase here: The members of the Clan of the Cave Bear thought that a shaman could place a death curse on a clan member, by calling upon demons. This death curses made it real for all members of the clan, that the cursed person was dead. They could see him, but they thought he was a ghost. They were prohibited from speaking to him, just as if he didn’t exist. Everyone grieved him. No one gave him food. What happened to people so cursed? Some walked away, never to be seen again. But most just stopped drinking and eating, and so just wasted away. Because these ostracized people also believed in the death curse, they fulfilled the curse through their own actions.
This description strikes a chord in ancient memory. Perhaps, in the days when mankind had group consciousness, like animals, but not individuated consciousness, like men of today, ostracism by a tribe might have been a death sentence – not because of physical want, but because of psychological trauma. The ostracized person literally ‘thought’ himself to death. Maybe, after all these aeons, humanity still retains deep-seated fear of ostracism in the collective unconscious mind.
VICTIM-AGGRESSOR MENTAL FILTER
Lately, with the help of Judy Satori’s CD “Healing the Pain,” (2), I have been clearing my aura of the aggressor-victim mental filter. I’ve been more or less appalled to find the paradigm underlies the entire 3D phenomenon. Specifically, the male-female setup perpetuates the paradigm. Here i paraphrase a quote on this topic by Matthew Ward …
It was because women were considered inferior to men that Earth descended in density from 5D to 3D. Karma works like this: In one incarnation, a Soul would incarnate as oppressed, in female form. In the next incarnation, the Soul would incarnate as oppressor, in male form. This would happen over and over again, lifetime after lifetime. (3)
I agree with Matthew about this. Lifetime after lifetime, we choose incarnations as man or woman. As women, we suffer subjugation and domination by men. Then the coin flips – we’re incarnated as a man – and it’s our turn to subjugate and dominate women and weaker men. Does this sound like a hell world to you? It does to me.
But beneath this pain-fraught show lies another, more sombre play. For 100,000 years now, and maybe even before that, I’ve read, a myriad of archons have mined the human spirit, replacing love, joy and peace – our birthrights – with hatred, fear, and sadness. Masters of telepathy, though only ‘shades’ themselves, the archons have engineered these negative emotions into the human subconscious mind so as to feed on them. It’s been death by a thousand tiny cuts, inflicted as we sleep. Yes, we live long enough to reproduce. But our reprogrammed emotions have led us to self-destructive behaviors that shorten our noble lifespan. In this sense, we all – man, woman, and child – carry archonic scars – as victims, dominated by the will of the dark ones; enslaved, injured, disempowered.
To the extent we can recover power for ourselves – that power men wrest from women; that power groups wring from the individual; that power with which the Unconscious Thought Cloud of the World unwittingly smothers those with awareness and conscious thought — we’ve been behaving as if we ourselves were archons – dominating, injuring, and disempowering those weaker than us.
Finally, after all these aeons, The Shift has taken place, and the archons are losing their power over us forever. At this point in time, they are only able to attack those whose aura is diminished by use of recreational and psychotropic pharmaceutical drugs, alcohol, or a very heavy load of karmic miasmic distortion. The rest of us are still stuck with karmic miasmic distortions we picked up in the past, but for us, the dark ones are no longer adding fuel to the fire every night.
It is a little like being a beautiful silver chalice, only with a little tarnish on it. Once we polish it up, it will shine like new. So, once our light bodies are cleared of the current distortions, we will once and forever shed these roles of aggressor and victim. In their place shall stand universal friendliness, respect for others, joy in pursuing our bliss, and set like a morning star before the course we walk – unconditional love.
Peace to all!
In love and light,
I Am of the Stars

Let’s say your subconscious mind is pursuing a negative train of thought. Pre-Shift, archons were the ‘firemen’ or ‘stokers’ who shoveled coal into the engine of that train. Could be several acting together, and the coal they shoveled consisted of the traumas of our early childhood. These traumas they lit with the fire of our primary urges. These urges, as described in ancient Indian texts, are for food, sleep, sex and self-preservation.
So, for example, the trauma of early childhood rape might be stoked by the primary urge for sex, resulting in sexual arousal and a negative emotion of fear or anger (negative because of the childhood trauma). It was this negative spin that the archons needed to as energetic food.
As another example, the trauma of remembering when, as a child, we first witnessed death might be stoked by the primary urge for self-preservation, resulting in fear of dying. Our suppression of the emotion of dismay we felt at that time would give the urge for self-preservation the requisite negative spin.
For almost all of us, in our early childhood there was some event I term the”lynchpin” (1) event of the personality. In adult terms, it might be nothing at all. It might be – as in one case I discovered – that an aunt put a little child over her knee and smacked him with a hairbrush. No big deal, you may say! But for the little child that person once was, this lynchpin event was devastating. It roused his primitive sexual urge for the first time, and linked it with punishment. The emotion the little child experienced was so strong that he placed a stricture (like a pressurized bubble wrapped round with no! no! no! on it in his subconscious mind. The emotion itself is often tied to a chakra – in this case, the sexual chakra, distorting its energy flow. Many ropes bind the emotion down, ever so tightly, and the subconscious stricture prevents it’s being experienced and released.
To make matters more grim, a child might derive a set of postulates from such a lynchpin event: The sex act has to involve pain. Mother figures are sexual in nature. I can’t feel sexual towards a mother figure. I can’t love women. I can, however, be involved in S and M with a woman. It goes on and on – there’s no rhyme or reason to it. And this is only one example. So whenever a sexual urge is felt, the mind hops to that hidden memory, then rebounds from the subconscious stricture and begins flies from one false postulate to the next one. All in the blink of an eye. This may happen many times every day, and we may dream of it at night, but we still could not discover the seed of the falsehood.
Unfortunately, the archons knew all about these lynchpin events. It was as if they had a personality map of each of us — all the images and subconsciously trauma they could use to stir up negativity in us.
Archons might also latch onto repetitive thoughts generated by the subconscious mind. These repetitive thoughts take place in the left brain. They are the basis of habits, both good and bad. The archons were only interested in the bad habits, though. Thoughts like, “No one in the world loves me.” Or, “There’s never enough time!” Or, “I never have enough money.” You know – the kind of thoughts that wreck our infinite dreams on the shoals of the finite.
Of course, pre-Shift as well as post-Shift, we have our Celestial Teams to whom we can relate – Ascended Masters, Christed ETs, archangels, and so on. The great importance of calling on our Celestial Teams is this – they can mitigate the influence of the archons, and the negative programming the archons have placed in our subconscious minds.
Further, post-Shift, the story is quite different. During The Shift, just as they anticipated with immense angst and furor, the archons lost their power over the human mind. Great news for humankind, very bad news for the archons. Why did this happen? I don’t know, for sure. But I can point to a couple of interesting theories, in hopes that someone else will connect the dots:
The Sabian Symbols (2), created or discovered in 1925 by Marc Edmund Jones with the assistance of the clairvoyant Elsie Wheeler, offer interpretations for each of the 360 degrees of the Zodiac. These symbols are widely used throughout the astrological world. According to oracle Laura of The Oracle Report, they are a programming language used by the archons and the illuminati as well. For instance, a war might be instigated if the Sabian Symbols are propitious. In her 2013 New Years Audio Report (3) – she mentioned that the Sabian Symbols are 15 minutes off now, so they don’t work as well for the archons. So that’s one line of inquiry.
Another thought: In a 31 December 2012 youtube video (4), Bill Ballard observed that, on the previous night, his compass readings showed magnetic north to be 18-20 degrees off, when compared to the North Star to which he had aligned his compass…. Could a wandering of magnetic north away from true north have something to do with the waning of archonic power?
Post-Shift, the subconscious minds of everyone on Earth — whether or not they’re aware of it – are getting scrubbed cleaner than a whistle. The engines of our subconscious trains of thought, sans the stoking action of the archons, are slowly running out of steam. As our subconscious minds slow down, we’re starting to recognize and eliminate the repeating thoughts that have previously given us so much grief. We’re starting to uncover the childhood traumas, release suppressed emotion around them, and turn away from fear, anger, and other negative emotions. Even more happily, each of us may experience that miraculous moment when one of the subconscious strictures tying down our the terrible lynchpin event of our childhood suddenly snaps! – and all the many ropes that bind our emotional body because of the lynchpin event unravel, leaving us free beyond belief. Beyond our wildest imagining.
As our hearts clear, they begin to shine with the emotions of gratitude, love and joy. But the changes are so gradual that we need to make a conscious effort to understand all the clearing that has taken place in the last few months. We are changed beings. We have turned toward the light!
In light and love,
I Am of the Stars
(1) A lynchpin is something that holds the various elements of a complicated structure together. I use the alternate spelling “lynchpin” rather than “linchpin” because these traumatic events really constrict our heart energy until they are cleared.
