Can Lightworkers, Pathfinders, Wayshowers, and Ascensioneers be bound down by the Dark? To me, this notion seems to be more like ‘conspiracy theory’ than truth. To me, it seems that during Solar Minimums the Dark is more apparent on Earth, and during Solar Maximums … such as that in which we now find ourselves … the Light is more apparent.
I envision Ascension as an upward spiral of energy. Each turn of the spiral has a low half and a higher half. It seems to me that the low half of each new spiral is higher than the high half of the preceding spiral.
So the notion that we are tied down, or limited in some way, as Lightworkers, Pathfinders, Wayshowers, and Ascensioneers, has to do with the relative Dark of the Solar Minimums. It is not that there is more Dark, as the Dark is ever decreasing. Rather, it is the notion that our eyes see more Dark during the Solar Minimums, and they see more Light during the Solar Maximums.
In other words, the notion that there is an eternal, fierce war between Dark and Light … the notion that Dark may win the upper hand one day, and Light the next … is the illusion of maya. It is the lila. It is the stance that so often provides dramatic fuel for today’s movies.
I recall a film that is right on target in that regard. It was a TV mini-series entitled “Good Omens” produced in the year 2019, and starring David Tennant, Michael Sheen, and Frances McDormand. That mini-series highlights the notion of a contest between an angel and a demon here on Earth. I think of this contest between the angel and the demon as a visualization of the popular notion that Light and Dark are warring in this realm of Duality.
From the stance of the third and fourth dimensions (which are the physical world and the astral or dreamtime realm). We see specks of Light that are galaxies and constellations, within vast reaches of Darkness.
As we stand here on physical Earth; and as we nightly traverse the dreamtime world of the astral realm … from this depth of density of energy, this well of Darkness in the third and fourth dimensions … it may well seem that Darkness is all around us, and that what little Light we see … in the Sun by day, and by night in the stars so far above our heads … is but the flip side of a meager coin dealt us by the Cosmos.
Yet the true reality is Light and love and joy and peace. How can this be?
The shadow play of Dark and Light, from the stance of fifth dimensional Awareness, is like flickering fireflies of Dark in a great universe of Light. For the multidimensional, multitemporal Lightworker it is almost as if the fifth dimension is the template of Light from which is cast the obverse of Dark that we view when we place our Awareness in the fourth and third dimensions.
There are so many dimensions in this Universe! The third dimension that we feel so surely beneath our feet, and the fourth dimension, where we wheel about in our dreams, are deeply distorted to the Dark. In dimensions higher than the fourth dimension, there is more and more Light, until finally, in the highest dimension, there is naught but Light.
Beyond that, I feel, there is yet another template, a template of longing to become Light. That template is neither Light nor Dark. No name can be put to it. That template always is, though the desire within it sometimes pours forth the Light of the Worlds, and sometimes withdraws, like a sigh or a smile, back into itself forever.
But how can it be ‘forever’ when time does not pass? How can we think of loss, where there is not one ‘thing’ to hang our hats on? What can we envision, that has not been envisioned? How can we know what the Unknown knows? Where can we be, when we are not? When we are not, who are we?

THE HUMAN HEART, ALIGNED WITH THAT OF GOD, UNVEILS GREAT MYSTERIES
It is the error of men to try to control the world … and the error of women to try to save it. In truth, there is no world beyond our sphere of influence … no world beyond us, against which we struggle in vain. Our realm of endeavor … our purpose of attaining human form … lies right within us.
May I master my wayward mind through contemplation of my heart, as Patanjali advises …

So may each of us, I pray, walk with utmost reverence the great interstellar paths, and come to know, in the truest sense, that we humankind are children of the stars.
The juxtaposition could not have been more apt, although most likely subconscious.
As you may know (search my blog categories: Mars – Martians … and … Bacteria ) life on Earth originated on Mars. About 4 billion years ago, meteorites from Mars brought early, intelligent, bacterial life to Earth. Over the aeons, this intelligent life has morphed to a more gentle, less warlike life form, here on Earth. The superb genetic engineering abilities of this, the Elder Race, have resulted in the many larger life forms now on Earth, many of which act as protective biohabitats or Earth colonies for intelligent Martian bacterial life forms housed in their guts.
Those bacteria still on Mars, existing as they do as solo survivors in extreme planetary conditions, are still of the more primitive, warlike mentality.
As you may know from your reading of my earlier work, there are 10 times more bacterial life forms than human cellular life forms in the human colon. Thus when humans voyage to Mars, they will bring with them the gentler variety of Earthly bacteria.
I am clear that the bacteria of Earth want to re-establish contact with the bacteria of their home world. But what will that re-establishment of contact mean, both on Earth and on Mars? Are the bacteria of Earth aware of how different they now are from the bacteria of Mars, their home world? Or will this be a hard and bitter lesson won?
If human life is established on Mars, then there will be interbreeding of Earth bacteria with the more warlike Martian ancestral bacteria. Thus, those human space colonists that return to Earth will bring back more warlike bacteria.
As discussed in a prior blog, these bacteria’s mind fields and emotions cause repercussions in the unconscious thought cloud of the world by adding emphasis to human autonomic nervous system thought forms … the sort of thoughts associated with the reptilian brain … to do with survival, war, fear of death, grounding, territorial aggression, sexual aggression, the instinct to have sex, creativity, the will to do things in the world, world domination, and so on. They do this by adding a sort of drumbeat backdrop … an added emotional drive … to the subconscious thoughts expressed through our lower 3 chakras, which are located in the general area of the colon. This is sometimes referred to as the gut brain.
Intuitively I feel that the result here on Earth will be more energy threads of warlike tendencies, and also of territorial and sexual aggression, as expressed through our social interactions here on Earth.
On Mars, the opposite will take place amongst the ancient bacterial peoples there: They will become less warlike, less territorially and sexually aggressive.
This translates into a better time on Mars, and a more difficult time on Earth, as the unfoldment of the Ascension process continues. In more fearful timelines, it will result in Apocalyptic scenarios both on Mars and on Earth.
Among those whose hearts and minds are set upon the feelings of faith, hope, and charity towards other beings, the timelines will result in an improvement or upliftment of the energies of the Solar System as a whole, as the martial astral airs of Mars begin to clear.
We who feel faith and hope and charity, in alignment with the Heart and Mind and Will of God, can help merge the Apocalyptic timelines with the timelines of New Life on New Earth.
As our Solar System is uplifted, so will its butterfly effect be felt throughout this Universe.

Dear Ones,
Last week, midweek, I went to see a Shen Yun performance. I learned a very great deal there, with regard to leading with the heart through movement in the world.
I have been trying to find a way to express this, so that others can atune to it too.
JOINING ONE’S ENERGY TO THAT OF THE UNIVERSE
I would like to start with the Shen Yun video “At One with Nature,” which seems to me to express joining one’s energy to that of the Universe.
… that it is the Arts that make a connection between heaven and Earth. The first act of the performance I saw enacted bringing the gods of the heaven worlds to Earth. As the performers danced, the air above them filled with movement, as if Divine beings had materialized on the astral plane to bless the performers and the audience.
The performance deals with many energies other than human-human interactions. Shen Yun speaks to the archetypal images of heroes, dragons, sages, emperors, and the Gods (the immortals). In this sense, the stage is much larger than that of modern mass media. Further, the cast of characters has within it the elements that allow the Soul to choose a way of being untainted by Darkness.
What I am suggesting is that person-to-person relationships, while much vaunted and much thought of, are only a very small portion of all that a human being is capable of relating to in terms of living energies. For me, for instance, my relationship to the Earth, to the Souls of those who have passed on before us, to the world of the Jinn and the Ifrits, to the Plane of Forces, to the nature spirits, to my fellow beings of Light, and to the Angelic Realm including the Devas, is purely fascinating. Further, how I hold the Demon Realm and the forces of Darkness, is of utmost importance in an opposite kind of way.
When Awareness is expanded to the many that comprise the All, everything changes. The human mind first attains a degree of neutrality, a suspension of shiftless and worthless meanderings. Slowly it shifts from interpersonal Awareness to the vast play of cosmic Awareness.
The emotions refine; negative trills and frightful thrills riffle off into the ethers. The heart enlivens and embraces Love for all beings everywhere. This is the Cosmic Drama, and not just the small screen of everyday life as vetted by societal expectations.
And so, I say, why not look to that which is not expected? Find that for which there is no name. Explore the Unknown in us, and everywhere around us. What a wonderful quest might that be!
LEADING WITH THE HEART THROUGH MOVEMENT IN THE WORLD

See how exquisitely balanced the movement of the dancer is? What if my chakras were that well balanced? What if I had that kind of atunement with movement? There arose in me a longing to be like that.
Then a few days later, I realized that sort of atunement might be had through ‘leading with the heart’ through movement. I have been searching youtube to find an example of dance that would show what I intuited. I think this young lady expresses it well, as does the song “You Raise Me Up” …
There is a way of walking, I heard, in India, where when a person steps forward with one foot, the toes are the first part of the foot to touch the ground. I took a class in tracking and Native American lore once, and the teachers described this same way of walking. They said it was used to walk silently through the forest. Here is a similar walking pattern, toes first, in ballet …

It seems to me this way of walking, even thought rather than actually practiced while walking, can create a fluid grace of movement, and a balance of form. For me, it allows me to bring conscious Awareness into the everyday movement of walking … from the parking lot to the grocery store, for instance … or anytime.
Then the second feature of this aware way of walking is to make the chest convex rather than concave. This way the shoulders are back, the head is erect, and the function and energies of the heart are not cramped up by a constricted ribcage.
I have to say, it is an incredible feeling using this convex chest posture; the blood is more oxygenated, and movement flows through the body, into the world, as if derived from Source itself. It is as if God were leading my dance with the Universe.
Some very good ways to correct chest posture are the shoulder rolls and neck rolls of yoga. This video shows my favorite 10-minute yoga warmup session, with neck and shoulder rolls starting at 7.19 on the video …
So that is what I have on leading with the heart through movement in the world.
BALANCING THE BODY’S ENERGIES: BREATH EXERCISES TO ADJUST PRANA
One thing I noticed right away about the Shen Yun dancers was how evenly distributed their chakric energies were, up and down the spine. As well, their pranic energy was smoothly flowing up and down their body; it was not stuck anywhere.
One of the best ways to become familiar with the body’s pranic energy is through regulation and observation of the breath, for it is the breath that brings prana into the body and distributes it throughout. When the breath is cramped, or unconscious and automatic, the body’s prana stagnates and pools up here and there.
To the psychic eye, observing a person with stagnant prana is like seeing a body made of wood, rather than a living being. Here is a musical example of the difference between flowing and stagnant prana: In this Musical Suite by Bartok, one motif (that of the wooden doll) expresses the feel of wooden or stagnant prana. The other motif (that of the Princess) has the feel of flowing prana.

Here is an art example of what I sense on the psychic plane when a person’s prana is not flowing …
This sort of ‘wooden prana’ gives rise to physical discomfort. With time, this discomfort can manifest as physical dis-ease. Fortunately, this condition is easily alleviated through attention to the breath. Here are a few examples …
Long, deep breathing … sit comfortably, or lie down on the back. Make the duration of inhalation of breath and the duration of exhalation of breath as long and deep as is comfortable. Then lie down on the back and allow the prana to circulate through the body.
‘Breath of fire’ … sit comfortably; begin with short, rapid breaths. Pump the navel point in with each exhale. This pranic technique quickly cleanses toxins from the blood, so begin with just 1 to 3 minutes; with time, you can practice longer and longer. Conclude with a few long, deep breaths. Then lie down on the back and allow the prana to circulate through the body.
The 8-Count Breath … The number 8 stands for the Infinite, since it has neither beginning nor end. The 8-Count Breath allows a person to experience the Infinite within and without. Sit comfortably. Inhale slowly and deeply to a count of 8; hold the breath in for a count of 8; then exhale slowly and deeply to a count of 8; and hold the breath out for a count of 8. This pranic technique frees pooled and trapped prana from the body. Trapped prana has a barrier of unconscious negative thought that keeps it walled off from the normal pranic flow of the body. When, through practice of the 8-Count Breath, the pooled energy rejoins the overall pranic flow, there can be a burst of energy as the negative-thought-barrier collapses, and the mind and emotions can be momentarily overwhelmed with negative experiences of the past, which are being freed up. This release of past Soul trauma can make the first few experiences with the 8-count breath memorable. So begin with just 1 to 3 minutes; with time, you can practice longer and longer. Conclude with a few long, deep breaths. Then lie down on the back and allow the prana to circulate through the body.

SPONTANEOUS ADJUSTMENT OF PRANIC FLOW: A KRIYA BY ALICE

I have a technique for pranic enhancement, which I found works better when it is done synchronously with a slow musical beat, such as a heartbeat rhythm on a drum, or a slow, chanting beat.
I will show it to you here, with no music, and I will mention, too, that the results I have found are that, for me, it stops telepathy in the throat and the third-eye point, and it creates the most beautiful musical, ‘tinkling bell’ sound all around the crown chakra … an incredibly beautiful filigree of sound … very, very high sound, like there were tiny little angels up there, making little cymbal sounds.

Hello, Dear Ones, It’s Alice. I Am of the Stars.
I would like to talk to you today a little bit today about the situation, that Lightworkers find themselves in now, at the time of Ascension. I realize this information is going to be a little bit controversial, so I ask you to take from it what is helpful to you, and not to be concerned about what you disagree with, or what you do not believe in, and like that.
It is not my intention to try to make you believe something, but just to help in the Ascension process, if possible. So, with that word of warning, I will proceed …
Lightworkers in the Realm of Duality: Introduction
Most of the Lightworkers and Pathfinders and Wayshowers … the many such that are on Earth today … have been here for a very, very long time. When they came into the third dimension and the fourth dimension, from much higher dimensions, they were subject to what I would call interference on this planet.
This planet is very far from the Central Sun. And so, there are times when it is directly receiving a lot of Light and information from the Central Sun. And there are times when it is not.
Dark Interference
The Great Tide of Light. And in the times when it is not, we here on Earth are increasingly subject … as the Tide of Light changes and goes down … I think, over a 120,000-year period? Is that it? [for more on this, see Judy Satori … https://www.ascensionlibrary.org/ … we are increasingly subjected to interference, of many kinds.
Shifting Light Frequencies on Earth. Some of it has to do with the Light itself. The Light itself is not the same; the frequencies of Light that are available to us are not the same. … [Looks up, to the right] … I think I see a chickadee. [laughs]
Solar Weather on Earth. And also, there are Solar Storms, and Electromagnetic Radiation, that change our electromagnetics from time to time.
Beings in the Astral Realm. And there has been, in the astral realm, interference of many, many different kinds, in the fourth dimension, of people from other places that have come in with agendas different from that of this free-will planet, and of human beings.
I am sure you have heard stories of all the different ways … during the times of Low Light … our Bodies of Light suffer some changes … necessary changes … to adjust to the decreasing availability of Light frequencies.
Lightworker Screensaver Mode During the Great Age of Darkness
And so, what is preserved is that which will keep our Souls on Earth, with as much Star knowledge as possible … which, in this great interval, has changed to a kind of sequestering, or sleeping, of a great deal of our information about the magnificence of our Soul.
It is like when a computer goes to screensaver mode to conserve energy, or shuts down when running on battery. The information is still in the computer, but it is not available until the computer is plugged into the power source once more.
The Keys to the Great Remembering
And what is needed, right now, are keys to turn it on. And those keys are becoming increasingly available, with the flooding in, through the stargates, of the new Light. And now, back to the situation we find ourselves in, as we begin to receive this new Light …
In our Bodies of Light, there are distortions of the Light that have occurred because of this most necessary saving of vital information to keep us here on Earth during the long Winter of Light.
Our mission, here on Earth, has been to show the Path and to bring the Light for all humanity. So, through our incarnations, we have striven to keep the Light for the people … to hold the torch of knowledge, and love, and Light for the people.
But because of the very nature of the dimension into which Earth slipped, before the 2012 Shift, this is the Realm of Duality. This is the Realm of Light and Dark … of great polarities.
These polarities manifest in many ways. One is within the individual Soul field. So, through many incarnations … maybe hundreds of incarnations, or more … the Lightworker has increased the Light in the Soul field. But has also increased the Darkness in the Soul field … at least in the third and fourth dimensions. So we have a Body of Light, which is increasing in brilliance, and a Shadow Body … see my blog category: Shadow of our personality – dweller on the threshold … which is being cleared.
Of course, we always exist in many other dimensions. But the problem is, we have forgotten that life-saving information … that great information … as the Light declined.
We have the key to the knowledge, but the door is not quite open yet, to some of the knowledge … although I am sure you all received some keys, and some door openings, by now.
Just so that you understand, and will be prepared: The keys will also unlock all the Darkness in you. And there will be considerable Darkness. And the reason for this is the great Light. It is a situation of attaining balance, because, in your Soul purpose, you believe in LIght, the Darkness is hidden in your subconscious and unconscious minds. And so, it may be a little uncomfortable to be uncovering all this … especially, through all your many incarnations, at one time.
Lightworker Incarnational Light-Splitting
You may have incarnations that are very, very Dark. And in alternate worlds that have spun off, in the choices that you have made in all these incarnations, there may be manifest choices diametrically opposed, and absolutely bright. And in other worlds, there may be manifest choices in the middle. There may be all the range of choices, that need to be brought back to the Light of consciousness now, and resolved and transformed through love.
On Neutral Mind
So, I am just explaining that, if things start changing, and things start coming up to you, that seem to be very improbable … because, like me, your mission is to bring Light to the world, to find the Path, to show the way, to anchor Light to the Earth, and to transform the Earth … and suddenly, you are confronted with all kinds of things; all kinds of incredible incarnations where, maybe, you were behaving in a very, very Dark way … as opposed to the saintly way you behaved in another incarnation … just, the thing to do is to understand that that is the nature of these two realms, the third dimension and the fourth dimension.
And do not judge yourself for that. And do not worry about that. And do not hesitate to let it come up and be resolved.
Old Lightworker Syndrome: 50-50 … Great Hidden Dark and Great Conscious Light
So, there is that: 50-50 … about that amount, almost all the time. We may see only the bright Light … Totally socially acceptable me, you know? Or whatever … And so, hidden in the deep, dark recesses is stuff that would chill your bones to the marrow. [laughs]
You would be surprised! It is not the nature of you. It is not the nature of me. It is not the nature of our eternal Soul. You know? And that is something to keep in mind: It is just something that happened because of the Light dipping down in frequency.
And now the Light is coming back, and we are coming into consciousness of all our magnificence.
So that is about Lightworkers and the individual Soul, and how this thing plays out during the down-dips in the Light.
Incarnational Light-Splitting
We talked about choices on the moment, and the splitting off of choices into alternate worlds: I make a very bright choice; I have to counter with a very Dark choice, and a bunch of choices in between.
These are incarnational balancings of the polarities … Light, Dark, and everything in between. Coming back together, and merging in the Heart. The Heart is the great Cauldron of Light and Love that accepts and transforms all this.
So that is just one way of balancing Light and Dark on Earth: Incarnational Light-splitting.
Inter-Personal Light-Splitting
Then you have splitting of the Light between people: Within your Soul group there may be people who … within your current timeline … are manifesting very Dark, or very Light, or someplace in between. And yet, in other timelines … same what we said … they are manifesting exactly the opposite.
Why, in this timeline, do they seem to be diametrically opposite you, in a socially acceptable context? Because that is another way of balancing the Light; that is a way of balancing the Light among various Souls.
Or, not even in your Soul group; but just in the context of the Souls with whom you are interacting right now … like the play of lila.
Grid of Light: Geographical Light-Splitting
Same same in the world today, as I understand it, as to the LIghtworkers who deal with the Grids of Light … who consist, no doubt, not just human beings, but also of Star brethren and angels and other great beings … There is a lot of help, in balancing out Earth’s Grids of Light. As more and more Light comes in, they are spreading it around, I think.
But if there is a very Dark place on Earth … I heard that the 33rd parallel is being worked on right now. I see that some of the maps show that Los Angeles and Iraq are right on the same parallel, and other hot spots in the world too … So there, where the Light is beginning to balance out, according to some of what I have read, that very Dark place on Earth is counterbalancing the Light at the Equator, which is very different.
In other words, the Grid work is attempting to balance out … by Light and Dark … and hopefully, eventually, have the same, equal Light everywhere, I think. Eventually, as the Light levels up, and then comes to a resting point.
So, we have discussed Light-splitting for the individual Soul within a timeline in various dimensions, and then, between timelines …
Temporal Light-Splitting, Either Sequentially or Simultaneously
There are a lot of different ways that we can find, in which Light is split so as to offer Earth’s beings the experience of Duality. As discussed above, you may see a very Dark event taking place on Earth, according to the news. And yet, at the same time, some very bright thing is happening, to counter that … which, no doubt, will not be in the news.
Or, something very Dark will happen in one place, and then the next day … or maybe simultaneously … something very bright will happen right there.
The Balance of the Light
So there is always a way to balance the Light … whether between Souls, among Souls, within one’s own Soul, spread throughout one’s own timelines, or perhaps through the various dimensions … Because there is no way that this dimension … these very deep Dark dimensions … the third dimension and the fourth dimension … could exist at all, were we not also that which is of the Stars … the very highest … the twelfth dimension, and on down.
Unity: Our Ascension Teams and Our Lightworker Selves
So, as we become more aware of that affinity … of that resonance with the greatest Light … we are going to heal up the inconsistencies in our Light Bodies, and it will all be ok.
In my vision, there are Teams … I think I have mentioned this before … 10,000 per person … Incredible Teams of Lightworkers from the highest dimensions, on down to the lower dimensions, are helping each of us to adjust to the Light.
And we can feel wonderful about this because, as we adjust to the Light, we are helping the entire Galaxy, and in fact, the entire Universe, to change upward in that way too. We are a part of all this. And we get that great help from all of our Ascension Teams because we, too, are doing our part … our very difficult part … in reintegrating all this.
And we are looked upon by our Teams as great heroes. So, fellow Lightworkers, do not be disheartened. Just open your heart; accept the Light. Be at peace. Be in love. Be in Light. Be One again. Be Unity. Be harmony. And that, within your beautiful, multidimensional Self.
