Dear Ones,

Here is a chant for protection against the predator-prey energy threads on Earth. I found out quite recently that I have been pulling these into my energy field for some years now because of the ‘followers’ I have on my blogs; apparently these gave my subconscious mind the notion it was being ‘followed’ or stalked. Go figure. Anyway, for those of you who prefer not to lose your blog ‘followers’, and who sometimes feel more ‘followed’ than desired, here is a chant that might be of help …

Hello, Dear Ones, It’s Alice. I Am of the Stars.

I have found a mantra that protects me from the predator-prey energy threads on Earth. It happens to be one of my spiritual names, and that is Om Ma.

I found that it works best when I am walking. With my left footstep, I say to myself: Om. And with my right footstep I say: Ma.

And I repeat it like this, quietly, in my mind, as I walk, because that way I can breathe thoroughly. It goes like this: Left foot: Om. Right foot: Ma …

You get it, right? The sound of those words is very soothing, I feel. It means: Spirit Mother, or True Mom. And the Mother Energy … the protection of that Mother Energy … protects the very strident energies of predator-prey on Earth.

So you can have a quiet time of it, I feel. At least, I found that to be so for myself.
