Dear Ones,

This is about astral communication, mental stories, and physical sensation. How our minds create the illusion of cause and effect. What the world ‘really’ looks like …

MENTAL STORIES AND PHYSICAL SENSATION

Good Morning, Everyone.

I am going to begin on a topic that most likely is going to require some future development. It is a very promising topic.

I was sitting in kirtan last night, and I was being bothered by astral dialogue. It was mostly emotion-laden dialogue, that I did not mentally approve of, between me and other people not there.

I got to thinking about a passage in Arthur Powell’s book “The Astral Body and Other Astral Phenomena” …

Citation: “The Astral Body and Other Astral Phenomena,” compiled by Arthur E. Powell, published 1927, Quest Book edition 1973, copyright The Theosophical Publishing House, London, Ltd. 1965

One of the things that they said was that, when we feel something in our body … a sensation … either we feel something, or kinesthetically feel something, or see something … some sensory input … just before that, the instant before that, the mental mind has the ability to begin with a story … a narrative … in response to the sensory stimulus that is about to occur.

When I read that I realized that the stories that have been playing out in my mental mind on the astral plane [4D] in the last few years, in conjunction with other people’s emotional body responses … call and response … these stories arise from sensations in my body.

So during a kirtan what I tried, with an amazing effect, was to feel the sensation in my body, and notice the story arising, and stick with the sensation in my body instead of turning my attention to the train of thought thus engendered.

So what happened then, without the train of thought … I could vaguely feel the kinesthetics … the movement of energy in my brain from the thought train … or elsewhere. It could be anywhere. It could be in my throat chakra. It could be in any of my chakras or any place in my body, that the thought was expressing itself. Or in my auric field. But I kept my attention on the swirling of energy in my auric egg, instead of on the cause and effect, the call and response, of the mental world.

And what happened was, first, my visual input changed, and I could not really distinguish objects in the usual way … on the stage, for instance. Everything became kind of jumbled up, disorganized. Actually, just like the swirling colors of my auric body, everything that I saw was constantly changing and melding.

So what I am thinking is that this step into the kinesthetic … into the actual sensory stimulus, and away from the train of thought, is a step through a Veil. From the mental body, into the astral world. So I suggest trying it, because the mental body is like a net of cause and effect that constrains our perception of the truth, of true reality. It is rather Zen-like. I think many realizations await this kind of meditative endeavor. We will see.

In love, light and joy

Dear Ones,

For the below-referenced discussion, please read this …

HOW THE HOUNDS OF THE BARRIER CAN BE OVERCOME BY THE HEART

In the below-referenced passage from the Emerald Tablets, Thoth describes how the mind … the ‘Hounds of the Barrier’ on the edge of time and space … can be overcome by the Heart.

… beginning page 40, fifth paragraph (beginning “List ye, o …”), through the end of page 41 (ending, “…on thy way.”)

On these pages, there is a description of the Hounds of the Barriers, the guardians of the cycles, who move through angles (not circles) in a space where there is no time, and who attempt to devour a Soul. I note that angular thinking, and the illusion of cause and effect, are singularities of left-brain thought processes, and possibly interruptions of the motion of Creation.

By dwelling within the circles of the body, where there are no angles, we can be safe from these fearsome enemies. By using a combination of the ‘cross and the circle’ we can be safe from them.

So the cross is significant protection, and not just from a Christian standpoint, but also from the perspective of ancient Egyptian religion.

ANGLES: LEFT-BRAIN THOUGHT

The angles he speaks of represent left-brain thought … logical thought. They are the trap of the mental mind that limits us to temporospatial reality. This keeps us in one dimension, one timeline, whereas, in truth, we can jump to any dimension, any timeline, whenever we want.

CIRCLES: VORTICAL ENERGY OF THE HEART AND BLOOD

The circles Thoth speaks of represent vortical energy, the energy of the human heart and blood. (For instance, on page 65, Thoth states that the blood moves in ‘vortical motion’.) Thus, to my mind, circles are but a cross-section of a vortex.

On page 46, Thoth mentions that Creation came into being through purposeful Thought that created a Vortex of vibration in the Void.

Then on page 36 there is a statement that time and space are moving in circles.

The kundalini dances in vortical motion, as do the chakric wheels, the solar systems in their path through time, and the far-flung galaxies.

And so, mastery of the ability to create and sustain Vortical Energy is very important to our Soul evolution. That same vortical energy connects us with the far-flung galaxies, and through exploration of our own heart, allows us to connect directly to Source. The the ebb and flow of aligns us with the Now of the fifth dimension.

THE CROSS IN THE CIRCLE, AND THE ANKH

The cross in the circle of which Thoth speaks shows temporospatial reality overcome by the circle of faith, the circle of the All, all spaces, all times, all possible worlds.

In the context of Christianity, the cross in the circle represents Christ’s triumph over death and ascension to Heaven (to the fifth dimension). This is a triumph that all humanity may experience at this moment in the Ascension process, the return to Earth of the consciousness of Christ, the Buddha, Allah, Elijah, Lord Krishna, The Great Spirit, and the highest consciousness to which every spiritual path points.

Image: Medieval stonework of cross within a circle … https://thumbs.dreamstime.com/x/medieval-cross-circle-old-relief-inside-wall-st-mary-charity-gothic-church-venice-73564014.jpg ..

The ancient Egyptian symbol known as the ankh is another representation of the cross and the circle combined. Note that the circle, representing vortical energy, is on top of the cross, representing logical thought, brain wave patterns …

ON MAKING THE BODY OF LIGHT AS BRIGHT AS POSSIBLE

As Thoth says (adapted): A person’s Body of Light must be very bright for them to get past the ‘Hounds of the Barrier’. Further, on page 33, there is an explanation about how circle energy and invocation of Light can free us from bondage to the Brothers of Night.

Let us seek the Light, with love and faith. So shall we all master our minds, and step into the New.

In love, light and joy

Dear Ones,

Here are some inspiring Bible verses about the Second Coming, and some thoughts about clair chatter and forgiveness …

I like these verses because they apply to the clair chatter that I sometimes hear. I like the part about not grumbling …

JAMES 5:7-9 (KJV, public domain)

7 “Be patient therefore, brethren, unto the coming of the Lord. Behold, the husbandman waiteth for the precious fruit of the earth, and hath long patience for it, until he receive the early and latter rain.

8 “Be ye also patient; stablish your hearts: for the coming of the Lord draweth nigh.

9 “Grudge not one against another, brethren, lest ye be condemned: behold, the judge standeth before the door.”

The clair chatter can be exasperating at time or upsetting. It can disclose things that are contrary to societal expectations. As it says here …

1 CORINTHIANS 4:5 (KJV, public domain)

5 “Therefore judge nothing before the time, until the Lord come, who both will bring to light the hidden things of darkness, and will make manifest the counsels of the hearts: and then shall every man have praise of God.”

ON CLAIR CHATTER

When I hear these currents of the 4D audio stream, I remind myself: 4D is not like 3D. 4D is the emotional world; it flows like a river, or from a physical standpoint, like my endocrine system. It’s not a ‘point to point’ thing like 3D, not a true or false sort of thing, like logical thought. Not like my nervous system at all. Clair chatter is at very best a great exaggeration of the truth, and generally speaking, it is just not true at all.

ON FORGIVING OTHERS

Next I say to myself: Here is a chance to practice forgiveness! Forgiveness is important, because that way I can avoid the suffering of the ‘boomerang effect’ (which see). Further, it will help me rise in consciousness to a more Christlike state; a state more congruent with the Incoming Light.

ON FEELING APPRECIATION

After forgiveness, I then look around me, in my 3D world, and find something to appreciate. Could be sunlight, or a bird, or a book, or just about anything. I just look at it and appreciate it. And that appreciation transforms my feelings from exasperated or upset to happy and content.

CLAIR CHATTER, INCOMING LIGHT, AND SOUL HEALING

Each of us is going through the process of disclosure and forgiveness, and the clair chatter is one way that the consciousness of Christ, the Buddha, Lord Krishna, and The Great Ones are clearing the wounding of our Souls. The Incoming Light is another way that the sins of the world, the density of our thoughts and actions, and the impurities of Gaia’s earth, waters, air, and EMF are being cleansed and purified.

A NEW TAKE ON THE DAY OF JUDGMENT

There has been an update on the judgment day, ascribed to by a goodly number of prophets (see ‘Ascension Resources’) who have arisen to help us all attain Christ Consciousness, Buddhic Consciousness, Krishna Consciousness, or for those with other spiritual paths, like lofty heights of consciousness, during this process of the Second Coming.

As you may have read in your Bible, it used to be thought that there would be an apportionment between good folks and bad folks, the outcome for good folks being considerably preferable.

However, during the Shift, in September to December of 2012, there was a change-up. As I understand it, our Planet Earth, and all of us, are going through a process of combining our normal 3D experience of reality on Earth with our normal sleeptime experience of the dreamtime realm, which is also the reality we experience, generally in a sleeplike state (except in the case of Spiritual Adepts) after death.

CLAIR CHATTER AND LEARNING TO NAVIGATE THE ASTRAL PLANES

The clair chatter is an example of this. Sometimes it sounds like the folks involved are going through ‘hellworld’ experiences, from an emotional standpoint. Sometimes it sounds like they’re going through ‘purgatory’ experiences. And sometimes everything is copacetic, and folks seem happy … as if they were in heaven.

That is because the astral planes have various levels … quite a few, actually (see ‘astral planes’). We are learning the art of dipping down into various planes in which our Soul wounding is stored, so that we can heal our wounding through the disclosure process, and return to our true majesty and greatness.

Make no doubt about it. We are forgiven. All we really need to do, to lighten up and rise to the heaven worlds, is to forgive ourselves. To offer ourselves that forgiveness that we feel from the sunshine, from this beautiful world all around us, from the loving presence of Christ or Buddha or Krishna or Allah or that which we hold to represent the most holy in our place of worship, And then I remind myself, during the process, to keep my feet firmly planted on Mother Earth. In that way I can be on Earth and in heaven at the same time.

After we are able to navigate in 4D, we will learn more about our Bodies of Light, unconditional love and the fifth dimension. This is the realm of true joy and happiness. As the Bible says …

PHILIPPIANS 3:20-21 (KJV, public domain)

20 “For our conversation is in heaven; from whence also we look for the Saviour, the Lord Jesus Christ:

21 “Who shall change our vile body, that it may be fashioned like unto his glorious body, according to the working whereby he is able even to subdue all things unto himself.”

I have no doubt but what all the Great Ones … the Saints, the Ascended Masters, all those of the Angelic Realm, and many more beings of love and Light … will help each one of us who wants to be part of the Second Coming, even the tardiest latecomer to the process … to ascend. So we can all start right now, and we can all do this process. However, as I have mentioned in past, it is very important not to ‘act out’ … rather, through faith and hope let us persevere. As the Bible says …

1 THESSALONIANS 3:12-13 (KJV, public domain)

12 “And the Lord make you to increase and abound in love one toward another, and toward all men, even as we do toward you:

13 “To the end he may stablish your hearts unblameable in holiness before God, even our Father, at the coming of our Lord Jesus Christ with all his saints.”

Dear Ones,

THE FUTURE ROLE OF MEN

I see it can be very hard for men in these days of the great change. In aeons past, they have been the great Protectors, the Wise Shepherds of this World.

In future, what shall their role be?

Image: “Christ in Majesty,” ceiling mural, National Shrine of the Immaculate Conception … http://farm4.static.flickr.com/3003/2740495458_26ecc8c3f0.jpg ..

MEN AND SEXUALITY

I had an interesting experience the night before last. My EMF (electromagnetic field) was huge, gigantic really. Joined to me in an etheric act of sex was a man.

Though he felt he was the only man, I sensed many men there too, each with a different woman.

Though each man felt he was the man performing this act, and each woman felt she was the woman performing this act, yet I sensed each was my own Soul, performing this act with my own physical body.

In one sense, we cause the act of sexual delight, each with another partner.

In another sense, we are the Cause, and we are the Partner.

In another sense, there is no Cause and no Partner, and yet, there is that Experience of Supreme Joy.

I had a vision once, in the early 2000’s. I was meditating in an Indian-style temple. It was during a long evening meditations, interspersed with some beautiful kirtan.

There was a courtyard outside. Both day and night it sparkled with blue white light, not just down near the ground, where people walked, but high up into the sky.

In my vision, Lord Krishna sat in the courtyard. His etheric essence filled the courtyard, shimmering out into the temple and the parking lot, and higher still. He held his hand out in front of him, at heart level, cupped.

In his hand sat a person playing kirtan, completely immersed in Divine love. The picture above reminds me a little of my vision.

MEN AND DESIRE

The fire of desire may seem uncontrollable. But Divine Masculine is its master!

The Shift occurs on realizing that the object of desire lies not outside us, but within us.

Desire begins to be felt, not by our body toward another person, but by our Soul toward our Human Form.

So Desire becomes manifestation of the Divine in this physical form. Fulfilled ceaselessly, in Highest Joy, as an act of creation, in the Now. (2)

Rather, to me it seems this is a picture of the One God, at one with His Creation.

So then, as a man identifying with Godness, how can he look down on woman, who is one with him?

Is it not true that a woman bore us?
Who then is higher? Who lower?
If we are That, is She not the Source of That?

Guru Nanak wrote a beautiful prayer about this. See Link: “Raag Aasaa Mehala 1,” by Guru Nanak, Page 473 … http://www.srigurugranth.org/0473.html … Search the term: From woman … and then read the following text.

Dear Ones,

Why do we sometimes see demons and devils? How can we send them off to God? Here is a video by me, followed by an edited Summary of the video. The Postlude features the music of Chris Zabriskie and images of sunset.

VIDEO BY ALICE

SUMMARY OF THE VIDEO

Hello, Dear Ones, It’s Alice.

I have a gesture that you can use, in case you feel that you’re seeing or sensing or hearing demons. You know, the Buddhists are very conversant with the Demon World, and they spent a lot of time, in the sacred texts, writing about the state of mind that we need in order to avoid demons.

And the problem with demons is, that they cause leaks in our energy field, so that the true magnificence of our Souls cannot shine forth as well as it is intended to do. So, as we proceed on the path of enlightenment and self-realization and awareness, what frequently … in fact, probably most of the time … happens is that our LIght … the Light of our Souls … becomes much brighter than the Light of people around us.

And in the fourth dimension, it attracts the attention of Demons. Not that they are not all around, everywhere, anyway … but when you really start practicing, the Demons really start noticing.

So that is why the sacred texts of many religions explain what to do; because people on the Spiritual Path need to know this thing.

  • This includes Christian texts, and the power of Prayer, and Selfless Service, and Recollection, and Contemplation, and Meditation, for instance, in the Christian way.
  • And in the Hindu way, it includes the power of devotional singing and chanting, the way of bhakti … and other ways, too. They have a whole science about it. Bhakti is a very pleasant way to avoid demons, because that Sound … that Sacred Sound … is always going in the back of our heads.
  • Then in the Buddhist texts, I was reading, the other day, about the way that we can cultivate our minds, so as to have a mind that is so clear … so devoid of snags and hooks and attachments and desires, and all that, that demons cannot get a toehold.

So there are all these teachings out there to help us: Prayer … prayer is immensely important. And lifting ourselves up to the notion of the Divine, because where the Divine is … where Christ is, where Buddha is, where the notion of Brahma becomes a true thing in our lives, where we walk the path of the Dharma, where we feel the presence of Lord Krishna … Those are not spaces, in any Dimension, where any Demon can be.

But nobody is perfect. And, on the Spiritual Path, people do run into Demons, Devils, stuff like that, every once in a while. So I was very pleased to find out about this very eloquent and very simple gesture that a person can do.

Gesture of Warding: Offering Demons Up to God

The complete gesture of warding is this: The person is standing up. The hands are cupped, palms up, in front of the body at the level of the navel point. Then the arms are slowly and gracefully spread wide in a sweeping arc, and find their way together above the bowed head, with the cupped hands raised like a chalice just over the bowed forehead, as the right foot is placed forward and some weight is placed on the right foot. You will notice that the hands are cupped, as if you are holding water in your hands. But what is really happening there is that you take the demon energy and you offer it up to God. Then the right foot is placed back near the left foot as the hands once more arc wide away from the body, and are lowered to a resting position by the sides.

I think it is a Buddhist gesture to offer the energy of the Demons and of the Demon world, up to God. So I will just step back and show it to you. You will notice that the hands are cupped, as if you are holding water in your hands. But what is really happening there is that you take the demon energy and you offer it up to God …

Clagett, 11 January 2015, CC BY-SA 4.0, from “Awakening with Planet Earth,” https://awakeningwithplanetearth.com … DESCRIPTION: In this, the third part of the gesture, the person is standing, feet shoulders’ width apart. Hands are relaxedly cupped, palms up, arms spread out from the sides of the head at the level of the crown chakra … COMMENT: I think this is a Buddhist gesture to offer the energy of the Demons and of the Demon world, up to God.
